- 0:11Speaker 1: Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello. Welcome to the
- 0:15Speaker 1: Naughty But Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter. It
- 0:17Speaker 1: is Friday. Normally every Friday, our dear friend Corey Andrew
- 0:21Speaker 1: joins us, but he's still in Italy having a wonderful time.
- 0:25Speaker 1: If you're listening, Corey, hello, hello, hello. Turn off the
- 0:28Speaker 1: podcast and go and see some of the wonderful sights,
- 0:32Speaker 1: or even better, go and get some pasta. Good grief.
- 0:35Speaker 1: It is delicious. in Italy. When is pasta not delicious?
- 0:40Speaker 1: It's always delicious, but when you're in Italy, even better. Okay,
- 0:44Speaker 1: let's jump into our show. What time is it, my friends?
- 0:47Speaker 1: It is tea time. I reported this first, and now
- 0:50Speaker 1: I see everybody is picking it up, and I love it.
- 0:53Speaker 1: We now have William and Kate's plan regarding the return
- 0:56Speaker 1: of Harry and Meghan to the UK. So Harry and Meghan,
- 1:00Speaker 1: they're back in Britain, but don't expect a big family reunion.
- 1:03Speaker 1: They've been back now for over a week and they
- 1:06Speaker 1: still have not met with any family members, none whatsoever.
- 1:10Speaker 1: William and Kate plan to continue just going about their business.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Keep calm, carry on. They're going to ignore the Sussexes
- 1:17Speaker 1: despite their big return with their children. One insider says
- 1:22Speaker 1: it makes no difference if Meghan and Harry are in Oxfordshire.
- 1:26Speaker 1: That's where they are in the Cotswolds. California, that's where
- 1:29Speaker 1: they were. Or Timbuktu, a friend of William and Kate reveals. Instead,
- 1:33Speaker 1: the Waleses are focused on their royal duties to lead
- 1:38Speaker 1: by example. I did get a note from one of
- 1:41Speaker 1: our listeners about why I don't call Catherine, Catherine and
- 1:45Speaker 1: I call her Kate. I'm happy to call her Catherine.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I did not know this. Apparently, I think maybe more
- 1:51Speaker 1: in Britain than in America, there's a big debate. And
- 1:54Speaker 1: if you say Kate... It's disrespectful. We don't want to
- 1:56Speaker 1: do that, do we? I've always called her Kate from
- 2:00Speaker 1: when we first started covering her when she went to
- 2:02Speaker 1: university and met him. But now everybody tells me, at
- 2:06Speaker 1: least some people tell me, in fact, actually just one
- 2:08Speaker 1: or two people tell me. It's so interesting, isn't it?
- 2:11Speaker 1: If you get one note, just one note from one person,
- 2:14Speaker 1: then you think the whole world thinks that way, don't you?
- 2:17Speaker 1: Bruce always tells me when Bruce was doing his shows, Bruce,
- 2:19Speaker 1: my husband, He said the individual note will drive you crazy.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Every single person in the audience, all 1,000 people, they
- 2:27Speaker 1: all have a different note. So what are you meant
- 2:29Speaker 1: to do? Which note are you meant to take? So ultimately,
- 2:32Speaker 1: you have to take your own notes. But I'm thinking
- 2:34Speaker 1: about this. I really am. I don't want to be disrespectful.
- 2:37Speaker 1: That's not what this show is about. So if calling
- 2:39Speaker 1: Kate Catherine makes one more person happy, I'm fine with that.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Let's try and remember that moving forward. Back to the story.
- 2:46Speaker 1: So they're going to lead by example. They're going to
- 2:48Speaker 1: focus on... On royal duties, the brothers do remain estranged.
- 2:52Speaker 1: This is what's going on here. I hit the phones.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I used to work for Princess Michael of Kent, so
- 2:56Speaker 1: I know this family very, very, very, very well. They're
- 3:00Speaker 1: not warm and fuzzy. It's just not who they are.
- 3:03Speaker 1: They don't hang out all the time. It's not like
- 3:05Speaker 1: maybe your family or my family. My family are always
- 3:08Speaker 1: with each other, always hanging out, always calling, always seeing
- 3:11Speaker 1: each other, always popping in. That is not how the
- 3:13Speaker 1: royals work. They never have. They've never been touchy-feely. Queen Elizabeth!
- 3:18Speaker 1: Wasn't huggy, kissy, wasn't that? They have duty. That's what's
- 3:22Speaker 1: on their mind is duty. And that's what we're going
- 3:24Speaker 1: to see Kate and William do. This is what the
- 3:28Speaker 1: royal family has historically done. They bury their heads in
- 3:31Speaker 1: the sand. They play the long game. I think this
- 3:34Speaker 1: is really important. Once a friend said to me, if
- 3:37Speaker 1: you're not going to worry about this in five minutes,
- 3:39Speaker 1: then you don't have a problem. If you're not going
- 3:40Speaker 1: to worry about it in five days, five weeks, five months,
- 3:43Speaker 1: even five years, you don't have a problem. And so
- 3:46Speaker 1: that's what Kate and William are doing at the moment.
- 3:48Speaker 1: They're not worrying about today or tomorrow or what the
- 3:51Speaker 1: Sussexes are going to do next week. They're thinking about
- 3:53Speaker 1: five years from now. They have a real long-term mentality.
- 3:57Speaker 1: That's how they plan. That's how they plot. That's how
- 3:59Speaker 1: they roll. I've seen it firsthand. So while Harry and
- 4:03Speaker 1: Meghan are going to get an enormous amount of press,
- 4:05Speaker 1: they are. That's all we've been talking about for the
- 4:07Speaker 1: last week. I get it. My numbers have been huge
- 4:10Speaker 1: on the podcast because we've been doing so many royal stories.
- 4:14Speaker 1: And with my book coming out, my book's out in December,
- 4:16Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth III, I've been doing a ton of TV
- 4:20Speaker 1: talking about the book, talking about the royals. And so
- 4:23Speaker 1: this is something that isn't going to go away right away.
- 4:26Speaker 1: But in five or six years, it could be very,
- 4:29Speaker 1: very different. And that's the game. That's the plan that
- 4:34Speaker 1: William and Kate follow. It's not short term. That's one
- 4:38Speaker 1: of the biggest differences between the Sussexes and the Wales.
- 4:43Speaker 1: The Wales play the long game. Catherine and William. See,
- 4:47Speaker 1: I got it right that time. I'm trying. I promise
- 4:50Speaker 1: you I'm trying. I promise you I'm trying. Catherine and
- 4:53Speaker 1: William play the long game. Harry and Meghan. play the
- 4:57Speaker 1: short game what's happening now what's in the press now
- 5:00Speaker 1: what can we get another headline what can we do
- 5:02Speaker 1: today they won a daily daily soap opera and it
- 5:06Speaker 1: served them well to a certain extent I would argue
- 5:09Speaker 1: the long game always wins but it's just a different
- 5:11Speaker 1: strategy here different celebrities are Play for the moment. Reality
- 5:14Speaker 1: stars play for now, what's happening now, what's in the moment.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Movie stars play for a much longer game. They want
- 5:21Speaker 1: a long, long career. And so that's the distinction that
- 5:24Speaker 1: I think is really important to remember. I hit the phones.
- 5:28Speaker 1: My sources tell me, Catherine, got it right. Catherine, not Kate.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Catherine wants to support her husband, but it's not her
- 5:35Speaker 1: job to make these two friends. It's not her job
- 5:37Speaker 1: to make Harry and William pals. In fact, should only
- 5:40Speaker 1: get in the way. Yeah. They've got to figure this
- 5:42Speaker 1: out themselves. I think she's being really smart about this.
- 5:45Speaker 1: This is not her problem to solve. No, it is
- 5:48Speaker 1: not her problem to solve. It is their issue. It
- 5:52Speaker 1: is their relationship. And the honest truth here, the only
- 5:55Speaker 1: ones that can solve this is William and Harry. Can
- 5:59Speaker 1: Meghan and Kate push them into the right direction, into
- 6:03Speaker 1: one direction or the other? Yes, of course they can.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Your partner, your spouse has an enormous influence over you.
- 6:10Speaker 1: My friends that Bruce likes are better friends. I want
- 6:13Speaker 1: Bruce to like my friends. If Bruce really doesn't like
- 6:16Speaker 1: a friend, it does give me pause. I don't say
- 6:18Speaker 1: I fall out with them, but it does give me pause.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And that's the same here. Catherine would love this to
- 6:24Speaker 1: be fixed. She would, but it can't be fixed until
- 6:27Speaker 1: the two brothers really sit down together and try to
- 6:30Speaker 1: fix it together without the help of anybody else, which
- 6:34Speaker 1: brings us to our poll question of the day Kate
- 6:37Speaker 1: and William plan to just keep going keep calm carry
- 6:41Speaker 1: on ignore Harry and Meghan after their return to the
- 6:44Speaker 1: UK is this the right move or the wrong move
- 6:48Speaker 1: it's such a good question what do you do in
- 6:51Speaker 1: your life if somebody annoys you do you confront it
- 6:55Speaker 1: or do you just keep moving forward I could go
- 6:58Speaker 1: either way there are certain people particularly if I love
- 7:01Speaker 1: you or if you're a family member It's really hard
- 7:03Speaker 1: for me to just walk away from that. I want
- 7:05Speaker 1: to fix it. I want to talk about it. But
- 7:07Speaker 1: often that does not work. Often it's best for my
- 7:10Speaker 1: own sanity, your sanity, to just walk away. Can you
- 7:14Speaker 1: do that? Can you just keep living your life? I
- 7:17Speaker 1: think that's the best revenge. It's the best strategy is
- 7:21Speaker 1: that just live your life. Have a happy life. Cut
- 7:24Speaker 1: them out. You know, some people, they're not thinking about you.
- 7:28Speaker 1: If somebody upsets me, I can spend the whole day
- 7:31Speaker 1: thinking about them. I guarantee they're not thinking about me
- 7:33Speaker 1: for maybe more than two or three. I was going
- 7:36Speaker 1: to say five minutes, but that's too long. They're not
- 7:38Speaker 1: thinking about me. So maybe that's the right move. What
- 7:41Speaker 1: do you think? I could go either way. Right move
- 7:43Speaker 1: or wrong move. Hey, go vote on our X page,
- 7:45Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob. Our Facebook page
- 7:48Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip. And be sure to check back on
- 7:52Speaker 1: Monday to hear your results. I love this story. Some
- 7:55Speaker 1: more details about Jen. Aniston's and fabulous Jim Curtis's night
- 8:00Speaker 1: out together promoting his book. So yesterday on our podcast,
- 8:04Speaker 1: Mark Lupo was there and we got all the insights really,
- 8:08Speaker 1: really first before anybody else reported it. Mark was on
- 8:11Speaker 1: our show, giving us all the dish. So interesting. But
- 8:15Speaker 1: Jen wanted to please him. He was sort of the boss.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Jen was giddy. Jen wanted to make sure he was
- 8:21Speaker 1: having a good time. And it wasn't until Jen left
- 8:23Speaker 1: the stage that Jim said, came into his own. So
- 8:27Speaker 1: I think that is just so, so, so, so, so,
- 8:29Speaker 1: so interesting. But now we have even more details, including
- 8:32Speaker 1: a very naughty joke that Jen told. So Jen certainly
- 8:36Speaker 1: wasn't keeping it PG while helping her boyfriend promote and
- 8:40Speaker 1: sell his new book. During their appearance at the 92nd
- 8:44Speaker 1: Street Y, Jen recalled playing dodgeball as a child with these, quote,
- 8:49Speaker 1: huge red balls. Then she turned to Jim and delivered
- 8:52Speaker 1: the punchline. Well, Speaking of dodging balls, the audience burst
- 8:57Speaker 1: into laughter. I think this is something so important that
- 9:00Speaker 1: we don't really talk about when we talk about Jen.
- 9:03Speaker 1: She's really funny. Everyone I know who knows her says
- 9:07Speaker 1: that she is hilarious. On the set of Friends, she
- 9:10Speaker 1: was the one cracking everybody up. Not the guys, not
- 9:14Speaker 1: anybody else. It was Jen. She really likes to laugh.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And this really came across at the 92nd Street. Why,
- 9:20Speaker 1: she also asked him if she had completely embarrassed him.
- 9:23Speaker 1: And he said, a lot. Which is so sweet. It's
- 9:27Speaker 1: the first time they've been on stage together. And Mark
- 9:31Speaker 1: Luper was there. I'm told it's going really, really well.
- 9:34Speaker 1: And one of the reasons that this is so successful
- 9:37Speaker 1: is they have a sense of humour. It is so
- 9:39Speaker 1: important in a relationship. Dolly Parton taught us that, didn't she?
- 9:43Speaker 1: If you can smile, if you can laugh, particularly at yourself,
- 9:46Speaker 1: at your partner, at the situation, then life is a
- 9:50Speaker 1: little bit easier. They can't laugh at you when you're
- 9:52Speaker 1: laughing at yourself. Moving along. Diddy's release date has been
- 9:57Speaker 1: moved up. Up again. oh good grief sean diddy combs
- 10:02Speaker 1: has received another adjustment that's what they call it adjustment
- 10:06Speaker 1: to his prison release date the music mogul is now
- 10:10Speaker 1: scheduled to leave the federal correction institute at fort dix
- 10:13Speaker 1: new jersey on february 5th feb 5th 2028 so Not
- 10:19Speaker 1: next year, the following year, Feb 5th, he was sentenced
- 10:23Speaker 1: to 50 months behind bars after being convicted of two
- 10:27Speaker 1: counts of transportation for prostitution. He was acquitted of the
- 10:32Speaker 1: sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges. They were the really
- 10:36Speaker 1: serious charges that could have sent him away for the
- 10:38Speaker 1: rest of his life, but he was found guilty. of
- 10:40Speaker 1: two counts of transportation for prostitution. His release date has
- 10:44Speaker 1: shifted several times, following a report that he got into
- 10:48Speaker 1: a prison fight, and then he had a stint in
- 10:50Speaker 1: solitary confinement, but now it's been moved up again. Combs
- 10:55Speaker 1: also continues to face several different civil lawsuits. He maintains,
- 11:01Speaker 1: he's maintaining that he is innocent, but he's going to
- 11:04Speaker 1: be out February 5th, 2028. I'm a little nervous about it.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I've got to be honest about this. I used to
- 11:09Speaker 1: work with Didi and I've done a ton of interviews
- 11:11Speaker 1: and a lot of press talking about that. And he
- 11:14Speaker 1: will see it. He's that type of person. He's a
- 11:16Speaker 1: type A person. And when he comes out of jail,
- 11:19Speaker 1: he will want to read everything that anyone has ever said.
- 11:21Speaker 1: And I've told the truth. It was really, really difficult
- 11:25Speaker 1: for me to admit all this because I didn't know anything.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I worked for Didi 25 years ago. I was a kid,
- 11:29Speaker 1: 26 years ago. I was like 22 years old. I
- 11:30Speaker 1: barely knew anything. New York. I barely knew myself. I
- 11:36Speaker 1: didn't know the business of celebrity or entertainment. And I
- 11:39Speaker 1: was his publicist. In fact, if anything, Diddy taught me
- 11:41Speaker 1: how to be a publicist. He was a showman. I
- 11:45Speaker 1: don't really know what he does. Is he a rapper?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Does he sell fragrance? Does he sell clothing? What I
- 11:50Speaker 1: know he does is he puts on a show. He's
- 11:52Speaker 1: our generation's Barnum. And I learned that skill from Puff.
- 11:56Speaker 1: But I also, too, have to admit, there were some
- 12:00Speaker 1: red flags that I ignored. I was intoxicated. by his celebrity,
- 12:03Speaker 1: by his wealth, by his fame, by his power. I
- 12:06Speaker 1: didn't see any of the really bad stuff. And I
- 12:08Speaker 1: am convinced myself that even though there were red flags,
- 12:11Speaker 1: it wasn't until later on in his career that he
- 12:14Speaker 1: became the monster that we know he is today. When
- 12:17Speaker 1: I knew him, he was just starting out. He was
- 12:19Speaker 1: more timid. He was less sure of himself. He was
- 12:21Speaker 1: somebody that still was restrained. Then he became unleashed. I
- 12:26Speaker 1: thank goodness I wasn't around for that part, but I
- 12:29Speaker 1: will be around when he gets out of jail. Another
- 12:33Speaker 1: jail story, Kim Zoliak. Do you remember her from The
- 12:36Speaker 1: Real Housewives? Well, her son, who has been arrested, he's
- 12:39Speaker 1: only 15, begs a judge to release him from jail.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Kim's 15-year-old son, KJ, is asking a judge to release
- 12:47Speaker 1: him from juvenile detention while he faces really serious sexual
- 12:53Speaker 1: assault allegations. Bravo. So, KJ has been detained since August 17th.
- 13:01Speaker 1: He was arrested on a felony, aggregated sodomy and aggregated
- 13:06Speaker 1: sexual battery charges. This is big stuff. This is dark,
- 13:10Speaker 1: dark stuff. His attorney argues that the teenager is a
- 13:13Speaker 1: strong student. Boo hoo. He's an accomplished football player, like
- 13:17Speaker 1: that should matter, with scholarship offers. Not anymore, I hope.
- 13:22Speaker 1: And deep family and community ties. We've seen his family.
- 13:25Speaker 1: We've seen them on The Real Housewives. The defence also
- 13:28Speaker 1: says that KJ voluntarily took a polygraph test. Oh, champion
- 13:33Speaker 1: for him. And he did not flee. Oh, well done.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Or intimidate witnesses. You shouldn't. You shouldn't do any of that.
- 13:41Speaker 1: The allegations remain allegations. And the case is going forward.
- 13:45Speaker 1: He has denied all charges. This is serious. What is
- 13:50Speaker 1: it with Bravo? I think we know, don't we? The
- 13:53Speaker 1: type of people that make for great reality TV also
- 13:55Speaker 1: make awful people in real life. Now, we can't blame
- 13:59Speaker 1: the children for their parents' sins, but it looks here
- 14:01Speaker 1: like the son is a sinner. Like, these are really
- 14:04Speaker 1: serious allegations. Once again, no convictions. But he has been arrested.
- 14:07Speaker 1: He's in juvenile detention. And he wants to get out
- 14:11Speaker 1: because he has a good school record. Because he's good
- 14:13Speaker 1: at football. Because he loves his mum and dad. Oh, boo-hoo.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I'm not buying that at all. OK, a nice story.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Before we get a break, Dolly Parton wanted her final
- 14:23Speaker 1: goodbye very, very, very, very private. Her final farewell was
- 14:27Speaker 1: exactly as she wanted it. It was small, it was quiet,
- 14:30Speaker 1: and it was private. Her cousin, Richie Owens, revealed that
- 14:33Speaker 1: only a few loved ones attended Dolly's August 28th burial
- 14:37Speaker 1: in Nashville, where she was laid to rest beside her
- 14:40Speaker 1: beloved husband, Carl Dean. Owens explains, quote, she just wanted...
- 14:46Speaker 1: It very, very private. Ah, sources describe the ceremony as simple,
- 14:52Speaker 1: with Dolly buried in a cotton dress and her signature stilettos. Oh,
- 14:58Speaker 1: even in death, Dolly apparently remains Dolly. No fuss, just family, love,
- 15:05Speaker 1: and Carl. How beautiful. The one thing about this, though,
- 15:08Speaker 1: that does give me pause is why she's telling us.
- 15:12Speaker 1: If Dolly, or he's telling us, Richie Owens, why Richie Owens?
- 15:15Speaker 1: Why are you telling this, cousin? If Dolly wanted it
- 15:18Speaker 1: small and private, keep your mouth shut. Lose lips. I know.
- 15:22Speaker 1: It's that weird. Saying he was so happy she got
- 15:24Speaker 1: a small and private funeral. And he said this in
- 15:26Speaker 1: an interview. I mean, come on. OK, we're going to
- 15:31Speaker 1: take a quick break and we'll be right back. Welcome
- 15:34Speaker 1: back to the Naughty But Nice Sham Your House from Shooter. Hey,
- 15:37Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Last show, we talked about
- 15:42Speaker 1: Meghan Markle, the releasing a new sparkling wine like champagne
- 15:46Speaker 1: sparkling wine i know they're not the same i know
- 15:48Speaker 1: you can't call sparkling wine champagne it's it's trademarked it
- 15:51Speaker 1: has to come from the champagne region in france i
- 15:53Speaker 1: get all that but she's launched a cheap bottle of
- 15:56Speaker 1: sparkling wine let's be like it's not so cheap actually
- 15:59Speaker 1: and she said it is a new chapter to celebrate
- 16:01Speaker 1: so she's back in britain celebrating a new chapter and
- 16:04Speaker 1: how is she going to do it not by opening
- 16:05Speaker 1: a glass of bubbly and telling us all about it
- 16:08Speaker 1: by selling us a bottle she's selling this it's her
- 16:11Speaker 1: collection It's not a glass of champagne with her and
- 16:15Speaker 1: her husband to celebrate their return to Britain. No! She's
- 16:18Speaker 1: selling us. Oh, Megan. Is this smart? It's clever timing.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Or is it tacky? Oh, let's have a look. 80%
- 16:26Speaker 1: said tacky. I think I agree. Megan, not every single
- 16:30Speaker 1: moment in your life needs to be an opportunity to
- 16:32Speaker 1: sell us something. Calm down. Calm down. Don't forget to
- 16:36Speaker 1: vote on today's poll. Go to our Twitter page at
- 16:38Speaker 1: Naughty Nice Rob. Our Facebook page, Nordic Gossip. And be
- 16:41Speaker 1: sure to check back on Monday to hear your results.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And now it's time for our nicest of the day.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Theo James. Gosh, he's handsome. From The Gentleman on Netflix.
- 16:51Speaker 1: He's weighing in on Meghan Markle joining the show. He's
- 16:53Speaker 1: actually pouring cold water on it. And the reason he's
- 16:56Speaker 1: the nicest of the days, he's just telling the truth.
- 16:58Speaker 1: So there's been a long rumour that she's joining The Gentleman.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Then we find out the show hadn't even been greenlit
- 17:03Speaker 1: yet for a season three. Now it has. Meghan is
- 17:06Speaker 1: in discussions. She does not have this role available. And
- 17:08Speaker 1: so he joked, yes, Fergie's joining. They were asked about
- 17:12Speaker 1: a royal, an ex-royal joining, and he joked it was
- 17:14Speaker 1: Sarah Ferguson. But then I think that this is really important.
- 17:18Speaker 1: He told the truth. He said, quote, mainly a lot
- 17:20Speaker 1: of hot air. It's not real. It is not done.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I think the Sussexes might have leaked this themselves to
- 17:26Speaker 1: make it look as if Meghan is desperately wanted back
- 17:29Speaker 1: on television. She's not. So Theo, so naughty subject, but
- 17:33Speaker 1: I love that you told us the truth, which makes
- 17:35Speaker 1: you the nicest and the most handsome, may I say.
- 17:38Speaker 1: I saw you in White Lotus of the day. And
- 17:40Speaker 1: now my naughtiest of the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, Julia
- 17:43Speaker 1: Stiles says... Being on Save the Last Dance, that fabulous movie,
- 17:48Speaker 1: could actually hurt her on Dancing with the Stars. Oh, Julia,
- 17:51Speaker 1: what nonsense. So she said returning to the dance floor,
- 17:55Speaker 1: she doesn't know what to expect. But she thinks that
- 17:58Speaker 1: this is not an automatic advantage. In fact, she is
- 18:01Speaker 1: going to be very self-conscious and thinks audiences will be
- 18:04Speaker 1: expecting so much from her that she might disappoint them.
- 18:07Speaker 1: So she claims being in a huge dance movie, being
- 18:09Speaker 1: able to dance... It's not helpful at all. Oh, please.
- 18:14Speaker 1: So naughty. Let's end with a moment of rub. You
- 18:18Speaker 1: get a rub, you get a rub, you get a rub,
- 18:19Speaker 1: you get a rub. Treating people right will always take
- 18:22Speaker 1: you further than posting quotes online. Anyone can post about kindness.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Living it is harder. Character is not what you share
- 18:32Speaker 1: on Instagram. It's how you treat the waiter personally. when
- 18:35Speaker 1: the order is wrong, the assistant who can't help your career,
- 18:38Speaker 1: the friend who has nothing to offer you, and the
- 18:40Speaker 1: stranger nobody important is watching you speak to. You don't
- 18:46Speaker 1: need to tell everyone you're a good person. You don't
- 18:48Speaker 1: need to do that. Be one. That's better. Be a
- 18:51Speaker 1: good person. People remember how you made them feel long
- 18:55Speaker 1: after they forgot what you had posted. Kindness without an
- 19:00Speaker 1: audience is character. And character will always travel further than
- 19:07Speaker 1: any caption you put online. Be a good person. Don't
- 19:10Speaker 1: tell everybody that you're a good person. Be a good person. Hey,
- 19:14Speaker 1: that is it for today. Thank you so much for
- 19:16Speaker 1: listening to Naughty But Nice with Rob and Nortisha. You're
- 19:19Speaker 1: the co-host today. We are a production of Elvis Duran
- 19:22Speaker 1: and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to follow me on Substack, robshooter.substack.com,
- 19:26Speaker 1: and my new novel. It's Queen Elizabeth III, shocking title,
- 19:30Speaker 1: is available for pre-order right now. It is set 15
- 19:34Speaker 1: years in the future, 15 years from now, and we
- 19:38Speaker 1: have a new monarch on the throne. You're going to
- 19:41Speaker 1: be very, very surprised who is sitting on the throne
- 19:45Speaker 1: in my new novel. It is fiction. It is not real.
- 19:49Speaker 1: It is 15 years from now. I have created a
- 19:53Speaker 1: story about family and jealousy and love and friendship and
- 19:58Speaker 1: legacy that I think you're going to love. If you
- 20:01Speaker 1: pre-order it now, it really does help me. Amazon has
- 20:03Speaker 1: this strange algorithm. So when the I will have a
- 20:09Speaker 1: big advantage. So please think about doing that. And remember,
- 20:12Speaker 1: all together now, let me hear you singing along. If
- 20:16Speaker 1: you're going to be naughty, you've got to be. Let
- 20:19Speaker 1: me hear you. It's naughty but nice with Rob.
