If you’ve ever bought a prescription at Kroger with insurance, you might be owed money—up to $17 million in a proposed settlement over alleged overcharging of generic drugs. Allegations say Kroger didn’t properly account for Savings Club member prices when calculating “usual and customary” rates, leading some insured customers to pay more. Kroger denies wrongdoing.
