- 0:01Speaker 1: The Big Show with Night and Day.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Get a hell of a caffeine fix from your local
- 0:05Speaker 2: Night and Day from just four dollars fifty.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Welcome this big, big show, really big. Jason Hoch my note, and.
- 0:16Speaker 3: I'll give a man Barsard's great to have your company
- 0:19Speaker 3: this Monday afternoon. It is the twenty ninth of July
- 0:22Speaker 3: twenty twenty four, and you, my friends, are listening to
- 0:24Speaker 3: the Big Show brought to you by Nightday. I don't
- 0:33Speaker 3: know what it is, muggy bit. Have you been to
- 0:36Speaker 3: the gym today because your veins are popping? Man?
- 0:41Speaker 4: Yeah, Man, I have been to the gym.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Wow.
- 0:43Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I can.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Tell I hear something. About three months, I've been having
- 0:47Speaker 4: quite a concentrated period of just drinking booze, to be
- 0:51Speaker 4: honest with you, on the weekends and generally been pretty slack.
- 0:54Speaker 4: So now we're into it, aren't we. I've given you
- 0:57Speaker 4: the last of my cigarettes, Jase turning over a new leaf. Yeah,
- 1:00Speaker 4: and I gave you two lighters as well.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Yeah. I've got about five lighters in my bag at
- 1:04Speaker 3: the moment. Incidentally, I need to give one back to
- 1:06Speaker 3: Pugsung because I nick one off them.
- 1:08Speaker 5: Can I have the rest of your booze.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Then the booze has gone, Keezy, the booze has gone.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I can tell you that people like Moggie and I,
- 1:16Speaker 3: we don't give up the booze when there's booze left.
- 1:19Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 1:20Speaker 5: Responsible?
- 1:20Speaker 3: And can I just say you giving me your sigis
- 1:23Speaker 3: it was almost a full pack too?
- 1:25Speaker 4: Yeah? So yeah, but it was one of those things
- 1:27Speaker 4: we're today. I was like, ah, I have got that
- 1:30Speaker 4: full peck there, so maybe we'll just wait until that's no. No,
- 1:35Speaker 4: today is the day.
- 1:35Speaker 5: You know what you should do is why don't you
- 1:37Speaker 5: challenge everyone of the nation to also give up smoking
- 1:40Speaker 5: and then have like an app that tracks how many
- 1:41Speaker 5: cigarettes you've given up and how much money you've.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Honestly, man, you can only do that twenty times and
- 1:46Speaker 4: people stop getting into it.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Yeah, totally totally. Now, Keyzy, you're all chipper when I
- 1:52Speaker 3: came in today, But Cockerhop you have started getting a
- 1:55Speaker 3: bit you know, blocked up and you said, your your
- 1:58Speaker 3: massive honker is dribbling like a what's going.
- 2:02Speaker 5: On, mate, I am starting a running nose.
- 2:06Speaker 4: I think you're getting You're coming down with it, aren't
- 2:08Speaker 4: your brother? It's not a good sign. No, No, you
- 2:10Speaker 4: knowing yourself, how you're feeling at the moment, is this
- 2:13Speaker 4: is this the sort of thing that you get and
- 2:14Speaker 4: then it doesn't turn into a sickness.
- 2:15Speaker 5: No, you know that feeling you get and you go, shit,
- 2:18Speaker 5: I'm getting sick here. Yes, that's not what I've got.
- 2:21Speaker 5: I've got just an annoying running nose thing, which I've
- 2:24Speaker 5: had on plenty of occasions, and it just goes away
- 2:27Speaker 5: over and Okay, So I'm hoping it's that because I've
- 2:29Speaker 5: got the Pie Awards tomorrow night and of course the
- 2:31Speaker 5: big show.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I was feeling tickety boo when I came in here
- 2:35Speaker 3: today and then I saw Kezy and now I feel
- 2:37Speaker 3: a bit woozy just because I'm he's dribbling out of
- 2:41Speaker 3: his nose and like the bubbles, you know, the bubbles,
- 2:44Speaker 3: And so I'm feeling a bit woozy, and yeah, you
- 2:48Speaker 3: know what I mean. I think I'm coming. I feel
- 2:50Speaker 3: like my gleans.
- 2:52Speaker 5: I wasn't going You look terrible. You look sick?
- 2:56Speaker 4: Do I do?
- 2:57Speaker 3: I look a bit pale and green? Jeez, we'll see
- 3:01Speaker 3: how we go on a bit of a background. I'll
- 3:02Speaker 3: just carry on regardless. Now listen. We've got a massive
- 3:06Speaker 3: show coming up. We've got some warriors coming in Fellas. Yeah,
- 3:09Speaker 3: of course would you rather getting in the draw for
- 3:12Speaker 3: either Bathurst or the NRL GRAIND Finals. Plenty more to
- 3:15Speaker 3: entertain us, are stay tuned In the meantime He's Tom
- 3:18Speaker 3: Petty Chee.
- 3:20Speaker 2: The Hodarchy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisy.
- 3:25Speaker 3: Food Fighters there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 3:28Speaker 3: Monday afternoon thirteen minutes past four o'clock. And unless you're
- 3:32Speaker 3: living under a rock, you'll know that the Olympics are
- 3:34Speaker 3: on and as always Mogi, I am loving it.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Isn't it fizzle so good man?
- 3:41Speaker 3: It's sports that I would never in a million years watch,
- 3:44Speaker 3: like rugby league. I watch now because it's the Olympics.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Yeah, what sort of stuff are you being?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Sort of Forestrian? Yes, swimming, I'd never watch swimming. Swimming's tedious.
- 3:54Speaker 3: But if there's a new Zealander I a gop boy
- 3:56Speaker 3: or girl?
- 3:57Speaker 4: Ah?
- 3:57Speaker 3: What else have I been watching? I watch a bit
- 3:59Speaker 3: of escape?
- 4:00Speaker 5: Interesting, isn't the skateboarding?
- 4:04Speaker 3: Also mountain biking, all that sort of stuff that I
- 4:10Speaker 3: would normally never watch? Rowing? I mean, rowing's boring and
- 4:13Speaker 3: tvous is buggery. But I watched some of that.
- 4:16Speaker 4: So I'll just stop you there, Jase. There is absolutely
- 4:18Speaker 4: nothing boring about buggery. The other thing that I've sort
- 4:21Speaker 4: of noticed is we've been coming close. We've been coming close,
- 4:25Speaker 4: and a few different things. I did watch the rugby sevens,
- 4:29Speaker 4: even though we got knocked out before the quarters. Yes,
- 4:33Speaker 4: it was actually pretty awesome watching France when their first
- 4:36Speaker 4: medal of the games. Absolutely dominating they were, and a
- 4:42Speaker 4: beautiful thing. It's nice when the home nation goes well.
- 4:44Speaker 4: I reckon, yes, even though obviously you know they bond
- 4:47Speaker 4: the Rainbow Warrior and I'll never forgive them.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Yeah, for sure. And just on that front. In terms
- 4:51Speaker 3: of France, of course, the French woman winning the mountain biking,
- 4:56Speaker 3: I can't remember her.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Name, oh Edith pf Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 3: And tell you what, man, the crowds at these live
- 5:05Speaker 3: events are just ridiculous. They're loving it.
- 5:10Speaker 5: The thing that I'm struggling to wrap you up my
- 5:11Speaker 5: head around is you have all these events on simultaneously,
- 5:14Speaker 5: stadiums full of people, camera angles like the mountain biking,
- 5:17Speaker 5: cross country mountain biking, for example, a giant course, cameramen
- 5:21Speaker 5: on every corner, organizing it and just having enough cameramen
- 5:25Speaker 5: to be operating all at once. It must just be
- 5:28Speaker 5: like five hundred people just doing that is just running cameras.
- 5:32Speaker 5: It's just such an outrageously tough thing to pull off.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Well, they had that with the horse riding in the
- 5:37Speaker 3: cross country they did what in the horse riding they
- 5:39Speaker 3: had cameramen. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Seriously, there were crowds of
- 5:44Speaker 3: like thousands and thousands of people just watching a horse go,
- 5:48Speaker 3: not even jumping in some part.
- 5:50Speaker 4: There has been a fantastic innovation that they've made in
- 5:52Speaker 4: the show jumping, and often when the Olympics came around,
- 5:54Speaker 4: you'll see this really new stuff happening. And they've done
- 5:56Speaker 4: that with the show jumping this time. And now they
- 5:58Speaker 4: are attaching cameras to the far tours of the horse. Yes,
- 6:01Speaker 4: so when it's clearing the fence that you really get
- 6:03Speaker 4: to see how close the horse is getting to the
- 6:05Speaker 4: top of that fence. It's absolutely brilliant.
- 6:07Speaker 3: I've got I've got to admit to you, it made
- 6:09Speaker 3: me a little.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Bit seasick motion sickness. Can I get a Can I
- 6:14Speaker 5: get a metal Telly? Please? Kesey The New Zealand mid Yeah,
- 6:17Speaker 5: let's get the start.
- 6:22Speaker 3: The Big Show Middle Telly update.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Currently it's sitting at the top. We've got Japan with
- 6:29Speaker 4: four golds, two silvers, one bronze for a total of
- 6:33Speaker 4: seven medals. Australia a nemesis always four golds, two silvers,
- 6:39Speaker 4: zero bronze. I can't see New Zealand on the la
- 6:45Speaker 4: oh yep, zero gold, zero bronze, zero silver, zero metals.
- 6:51Speaker 3: So hey, right on track. We did get a fourth.
- 6:55Speaker 3: We've got a fourth, Eric, we've got a seventh mountain
- 7:00Speaker 3: Bike England.
- 7:01Speaker 5: To be fair, Eric fe with us, she's better over
- 7:02Speaker 5: longer distances.
- 7:04Speaker 4: Yeah, that's the thing they sort of set up the
- 7:06Speaker 4: they set up the rules to work against us.
- 7:09Speaker 5: Yeah you noticed it got some exciting stuff on tonight though,
- 7:15Speaker 5: and we'll have a full guide on what's happening in
- 7:17Speaker 5: gay Pari after five o'clock on the Big Show.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Yes, so good Man. In the meantime, he's Black Sabbath.
- 7:23Speaker 2: The Hidarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kisy.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Yes, indeed Black Sabbath there on the Radio Hodaki Big
- 7:31Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon. Now, of course, heaps of sport
- 7:35Speaker 3: going on over the weekend, but one major game fellas
- 7:40Speaker 3: the most important game, of course, the Wars. And with
- 7:42Speaker 3: that in mind, we have the legend Charlie gub on
- 7:45Speaker 3: the line X Warrior and a legend of the game.
- 7:49Speaker 3: And Charlie, how are you mad, bastard?
- 7:52Speaker 6: No, I'm good, I'm good. We're back in the mix.
- 7:55Speaker 4: Yeah good. How good do we look? Man?
- 7:57Speaker 6: Oh? We look so good. But we definitely left a
- 8:00Speaker 6: lot of points out there. You know that first half
- 8:02Speaker 6: we we first our sets on the line, but didn't
- 8:06Speaker 6: come away with too many tries. But we just looked dangerous.
- 8:09Speaker 3: Ah, dangerous, you reckon, Charlie.
- 8:13Speaker 6: Yeah, we dangerous and.
- 8:16Speaker 5: Sloppy, Yeah, dangerous, A little bit sloppy.
- 8:19Speaker 6: And lacked a little bit of class, yeah.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Led a little bit of class. Yeah. It really is
- 8:24Speaker 4: the kicking game and last take options are not good
- 8:29Speaker 4: at the moment. And for that period where we hear
- 8:31Speaker 4: that three game winning streak that nobody thought we were
- 8:34Speaker 4: going to have, it wasn't so much of an issue.
- 8:36Speaker 4: But for some reason, the boys looked like they're a
- 8:38Speaker 4: little bit affected by confidence in the halves there.
- 8:42Speaker 6: Yeah. Yeah, maybe they watched the Olympic opening ceremony. Have
- 8:46Speaker 6: a bit of blasphemy, but we won't to talk about that.
- 8:49Speaker 6: You're right, I don't know. It was lucky we were
- 8:52Speaker 6: playing the Tikers, because I think if we were playing
- 8:56Speaker 6: a better team, they might have punished us coming away
- 8:59Speaker 6: with more points. But sometimes you need the advice to
- 9:04Speaker 6: to go your way. That's even a saying. But we
- 9:07Speaker 6: need the dice to go away, and we did, you know,
- 9:09Speaker 6: so we came away. We go. We've got a bit
- 9:11Speaker 6: of confidence now when winning kind of flicked as everything,
- 9:14Speaker 6: so we'll just build on it.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Charlie. I'm gonna be honest with you, mate, because I'm
- 9:19Speaker 3: always honest with you, Charlie. I sweached half the halftime
- 9:24Speaker 3: because I was not getting overly excited about it. But then,
- 9:27Speaker 3: having said that, I watched the Panthers v the Dragons. Geez, Louise.
- 9:33Speaker 3: They're a hell of a side, aren't they. The Panthers.
- 9:37Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. They're in a different
- 9:41Speaker 6: different lead to us at the moment. But at our
- 9:43Speaker 6: best we can be there. But you know, our best
- 9:46Speaker 6: in our worst is there's a big gap there.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Is, Charlie. By the way, kezy here, mate, I hope
- 9:51Speaker 5: you will we beat the Panthers by the way, Jason
- 9:55Speaker 5: Magic grounds, I just remember that, Charlie.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I remember it all right, you massive lunatic.
- 10:00Speaker 5: I barely remember it. So we've got five more games
- 10:04Speaker 5: in the season, Charlie. We've also got to buy in
- 10:05Speaker 5: round twenty seven to finish things ills this weekend. It's
- 10:09Speaker 5: the perfect time to play a team like the Eels,
- 10:11Speaker 5: so are effectively just trying not to get the wooden spoon.
- 10:13Speaker 5: But then you do have those teams like the Dolphins,
- 10:16Speaker 5: the Seagulls, Bulldogs and Sharks, all of them are in
- 10:18Speaker 5: the top eight. All of them are buying for you know,
- 10:20Speaker 5: trying to move even higher, potentially top four. How positive
- 10:23Speaker 5: are you feeling at this point?
- 10:25Speaker 6: Now? I'm positive. I mean, like if we if we're
- 10:28Speaker 6: going to be a chance when we're in the eight, anyway,
- 10:30Speaker 6: we've got to We've got to beat those things because
- 10:32Speaker 6: none of them are really powerhouses. I think, you know,
- 10:36Speaker 6: we should have beat the Bulldogs. We got ripped off.
- 10:39Speaker 6: We should have beat the Sharks early on. We're up
- 10:41Speaker 6: big and dump it at Mount Smart. But I'm confident,
- 10:47Speaker 6: you know, we to no Blake's plan out of the skin.
- 10:50Speaker 6: So now I got to stick over us it's going
- 10:55Speaker 6: our way now, so I expect all the boys to
- 10:57Speaker 6: be on board.
- 10:58Speaker 4: I'll tell you what. I'm bloody nervous about the game
- 11:00Speaker 4: against the Heels.
- 11:03Speaker 5: How do you will go? Charlie? Are you nervous?
- 11:06Speaker 6: Me? I don't really get nervos a boat game, things
- 11:10Speaker 6: like when the kids are in the front seat with
- 11:12Speaker 6: no car seat.
- 11:15Speaker 5: I know what you mean, man, totally. Of course, the
- 11:18Speaker 5: worse did get a big win, so it is time
- 11:20Speaker 5: for a big win. It was a huge win, Jase.
- 11:22Speaker 5: We beat them by fourteen, no twelve, that's massive. But
- 11:26Speaker 5: it is time for the Porter King Player of the round. Charlie,
- 11:30Speaker 5: who are you choosing?
- 11:33Speaker 3: You know how?
- 11:33Speaker 6: I'm going to give this to Hoity? Who was this
- 11:35Speaker 6: player of the first half?
- 11:37Speaker 4: Mate?
- 11:38Speaker 6: No? Yeah, he's not getting another hat. He's not even
- 11:42Speaker 6: wearing the one he's car.
- 11:44Speaker 5: Yeah, jas, what's up with that?
- 11:45Speaker 4: Jeez?
- 11:46Speaker 3: I don't know. It's got up your us here, Charlie.
- 11:49Speaker 5: Can you have beef with Charlie?
- 11:51Speaker 3: He's having a real go at me today. All I
- 11:53Speaker 3: said was I switched off at halftime because it was
- 11:55Speaker 3: teeny It's fair enough.
- 11:58Speaker 4: Look at him trying to what is I guess the
- 12:01Speaker 4: question is what is the name of a warrior? Yeah?
- 12:03Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, just as a more broad question, He's like,
- 12:06Speaker 5: oh damn, Sean Johnson's injured.
- 12:08Speaker 4: I've got nothing.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Look, I can never go past Roger.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Not a bad not a bad answer. I think it
- 12:15Speaker 4: was between him and a f B. A f B
- 12:17Speaker 4: was out the gate and Roger at fallback. It's going
- 12:20Speaker 4: to be tough to shift me out of there, isn't it.
- 12:21Speaker 4: Because what I loved about him all the attacking stuff.
- 12:25Speaker 4: But what you forget about him is the defense. The
- 12:27Speaker 4: amount of points that he saves. He is unbelievable.
- 12:31Speaker 6: You're happy with and pross going at it.
- 12:40Speaker 5: Thank you very much, Charlie Cubb Garb. And don't forget
- 12:42Speaker 5: if you're in the Wellington area and you need a
- 12:44Speaker 5: come on man, if you're in the Wellingtin area and
- 12:46Speaker 5: you need a Portolo, head up, Porter King. They are
- 12:48Speaker 5: your number one specialists.
- 12:52Speaker 1: Big Show Podcast Radio Honarchy.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Would you, indeed, would you rather bath first or the
- 13:04Speaker 3: NRL Grand Final? Yeskesy with your finger in the air.
- 13:06Speaker 5: So someone's just sent a text here, Hey guys, what
- 13:09Speaker 5: are these prizes actually sort of entail? If you do win?
- 13:12Speaker 3: I can't text where did that come from?
- 13:14Speaker 5: Oh, it's just disappeared. A good question though, who that was?
- 13:18Speaker 5: You can either win four nights on Mount Panorama watching
- 13:20Speaker 5: the Mighty Bath first one thousand flights in accommodation included,
- 13:23Speaker 5: or flights in accommodation for the weekend of your life
- 13:26Speaker 5: at the NRL Grand Final in Sydney races on the
- 13:28Speaker 5: Satday in a pre match cruise to the game on
- 13:30Speaker 5: the Sunday.
- 13:31Speaker 3: I just want to reiterate because I think it's important
- 13:34Speaker 3: that people understand this. You won't be four nights on
- 13:37Speaker 3: Mount Panorama. You'll probably be staying somewhere else. Is there
- 13:42Speaker 3: a hotel on Mount All sorts?
- 13:44Speaker 5: It's huge?
- 13:44Speaker 4: Is it? Mount Panorama is huge?
- 13:46Speaker 3: Is it?
- 13:46Speaker 5: You'll be staying on in a tent. It's like a
- 13:49Speaker 5: mountain on the side of Conrod Straight.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Get a mark, your mad barssett? How's life good?
- 13:55Speaker 6: Thanks?
- 13:56Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 13:56Speaker 6: Good?
- 13:57Speaker 3: Thanks? Mark? Good? You had a good weekend? Did you
- 14:01Speaker 3: good on?
- 14:02Speaker 4: Yous? Yeah?
- 14:03Speaker 3: Good stuff? What do you do for a crass? Marks?
- 14:07Speaker 6: So you take it?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Don't you wear that? Say just the caretaker?
- 14:14Speaker 4: Mark?
- 14:15Speaker 5: Do you run an incinerator down there?
- 14:17Speaker 4: Man?
- 14:17Speaker 6: Oh?
- 14:23Speaker 5: Yeaherator?
- 14:25Speaker 3: Good stuff mate? All right? Mark? Would you rather the
- 14:27Speaker 3: n r L Grand Final or bath Feast Grand Final.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I'll chuck you over to Pugson in the studio being
- 14:36Speaker 3: he will sort you out. All right, Thank you very much. Thanks,
- 14:39Speaker 3: I get a Nathan your mad Bassett.
- 14:41Speaker 4: How's live there?
- 14:42Speaker 3: You go?
- 14:43Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 14:43Speaker 3: Good?
- 14:43Speaker 4: Thanks?
- 14:44Speaker 3: Make good? Good? Yeah good. How was your week in Nathan?
- 14:46Speaker 4: Pretty good?
- 14:47Speaker 6: Pretty good? Yeah?
- 14:47Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 14:48Speaker 3: You getting stuck into the Olympics. No, not at all.
- 14:51Speaker 6: I was doing plumbing at home.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Just because you're watching the Olympics doesn't mean backbones like
- 14:56Speaker 5: me and Nathan not just doing plumbing at home.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Or speaking of which, what do you do for a
- 15:00Speaker 3: for a cross Nathan?
- 15:02Speaker 6: Project manager?
- 15:04Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, Nathan, are you going
- 15:08Speaker 3: for the n r L Grand Final or Baptist? Yeah.
- 15:14Speaker 3: You stay on the line there and I'll chuck you
- 15:15Speaker 3: a pugs in studio.
- 15:17Speaker 4: B Thanks mate.
- 15:20Speaker 3: I was gonna say he is a project man, he's
- 15:22Speaker 3: a project manager. He's like, right, but dose dose, dose dose,
- 15:25Speaker 3: you'd be a good project manager, I reckon to do right,
- 15:29Speaker 3: douche dog dish, I'd be hopeless.
- 15:31Speaker 5: Well, you were saying last week that you'd be a
- 15:33Speaker 5: great project.
- 15:34Speaker 3: But on reflection, I'd be terrible.
- 15:36Speaker 5: Yeah, I think i'd be good.
- 15:39Speaker 4: If you got one of those hypotheticals here for us
- 15:41Speaker 4: keysy Oh no, don't good. I don't like those anyway.
- 15:45Speaker 5: I'll just make one up on this. Would you rather
- 15:48Speaker 5: have tentacles for arms or hoofs for feet? That's a
- 15:54Speaker 5: tricky one, or like the total bottom half of you
- 15:59Speaker 5: is like donkey le with hooves.
- 16:01Speaker 4: That's already pretty much horse like down there.
- 16:04Speaker 5: So I said, donkey, excluding the pathos, what are you
- 16:12Speaker 5: going for? Tal arms? Probably tenacle arms, probably hoof feet?
- 16:18Speaker 5: Are you gonna have hooves for feet?
- 16:20Speaker 4: Jas?
- 16:20Speaker 5: Are you kidding me?
- 16:21Speaker 3: No?
- 16:21Speaker 5: That's a stupid as it.
- 16:23Speaker 2: The Whodarkey Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Audio Slave there on the Radio hod Archy Big Show

- 16:37Speaker 3: Luke Metcalf from their warriors to have a little chit
- 16:40Speaker 3: chat two fellows. You're fizzing about that? Yeah, yeah, good stuff.
- 16:43Speaker 3: Also another chance for would you rather? An old hoodie
- 16:47Speaker 3: j has a new addiction awesome.
- 16:51Speaker 5: Would you rather, by the way, is your chance to
- 16:52Speaker 5: go to either the NRL Grand Final or batheist actually
- 16:55Speaker 5: and or no or just or which one of those
- 16:58Speaker 5: two would you choose? I NRL Grand Final? I think
- 17:04Speaker 5: I would as well. Jace, you don't like rugby league
- 17:07Speaker 5: or motor racing.
- 17:08Speaker 4: But the benefit of going to the rugby league is
- 17:10Speaker 4: it's over sooner.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Yeah, then you can party on down. No, look, you
- 17:17Speaker 3: do me an injustice field. I love my my league
- 17:23Speaker 3: and in fact, Kesy, how dare you suggest that I
- 17:29Speaker 3: don't love my my league, particularly given that Wade Egan
- 17:32Speaker 3: and Luke Metcalf are coming in. You're trying to You're
- 17:36Speaker 3: sending me up to get a mess of deducit?
- 17:38Speaker 5: Nah, Why do you keep looking at the paper whenever
- 17:40Speaker 5: you go to say who the players are that are
- 17:42Speaker 5: coming in? Why do you keep looking down at who's
- 17:43Speaker 5: written on your paper?
- 17:44Speaker 4: There?
- 17:45Speaker 3: Because I'm a professional and I prepare properly for a
- 17:48Speaker 3: radio show, Kezy so much?
- 17:50Speaker 5: One would you choose?
- 17:52Speaker 3: Probably Wade Egan?
- 17:54Speaker 2: What would I keep Big show with Jace, Mike and
- 17:58Speaker 2: Kezy tune in week days of four on radio Hold.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I can welcome back your mess with backbones. I hope
- 18:03Speaker 3: you're getting through your Monday. Okay, you're listening to the
- 18:06Speaker 3: big show brought to you by Night Day.
- 18:14Speaker 5: So good, not bad? Make pretty good? Yeah, t good.

- 18:20Speaker 4: A good job from you.
- 18:21Speaker 3: Hey, what special night and day running at the Jakes?
- 18:26Speaker 5: Great question, Moggi Yeah, four dollar fifty Barista made coffees. Wow,
- 18:33Speaker 5: that's as low as it goes in terms of Barista
- 18:35Speaker 5: made coffee, Jase.
- 18:36Speaker 6: So.
- 18:37Speaker 5: And also you get a coffee card where every sixth
- 18:39Speaker 5: coffee is free. Whoa, and that's a night and day Wow.
- 18:42Speaker 5: They're also running a Mogi special.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Good.
- 18:47Speaker 5: Oh god, okay, so you are you walking and yeah,
- 18:50Speaker 5: and you say, oh, how I have one Moggi special
- 18:52Speaker 5: and then they go, oh yeah cool. So here's a
- 18:54Speaker 5: Barista made coffee just along black with a hot water
- 18:57Speaker 5: on the side, not too much.
- 18:58Speaker 4: And the spresso with water on the side. Yeah.
- 19:01Speaker 5: A block of tofu, one large industrial sized block of tofu.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Some nasal spray for your honker.
- 19:08Speaker 5: One large industrial nasal spray for his honker, and also.
- 19:15Speaker 4: A g string, some protein powder no no, no protein
- 19:19Speaker 4: powder I sold out, and a couple of box of
- 19:23Speaker 4: super small connies.
- 19:24Speaker 5: Yeah that's right.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Incidentally, really great news on that front from one of
- 19:28Speaker 3: the Big Show team actually Fells.
- 19:31Speaker 5: Breaking news.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Well, I guess it is.
- 19:34Speaker 1: This is breaking news.
- 19:37Speaker 3: Old Punk Sound and Studio B has have been awarded
- 19:40Speaker 3: the contract of supplying connies for the athletes village at
- 19:44Speaker 3: gay Peerie for the Olympics. Yeah, he has starked.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Is it like hundreds of thousands of.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Yeah, And they were apparently in a bit of a
- 19:53Speaker 3: crisis with that, and they said, what the hell are
- 19:55Speaker 3: we going to do and they went, Pugs, Yeah.
- 19:58Speaker 5: That is amazing. Congratulations Pug. He'll be tapping into his
- 20:01Speaker 5: private supply. Whonly God, I have to top up totally. Man, cheers, man,
- 20:08Speaker 5: what are we going to here?

- 20:13Speaker 2: Fat Boy Slim, Jason the Darky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt,
- 20:18Speaker 2: Mike Minogue and Keezy Faith.
- 20:20Speaker 3: No more there on the radio, Holdarkey Big Show this
- 20:24Speaker 3: Monday evening. Hey, now everyone is getting into the Olympics
- 20:28Speaker 3: and we thought it would be a real public service
- 20:30Speaker 3: if we let you know what's going on, Fellas.
- 20:32Speaker 5: What do you think, Yeah, Keen, Yeah, so I'm also keen.
- 20:35Speaker 3: Do we have a sting for it?
- 20:37Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 20:37Speaker 5: Goals, silver.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Run, jump shot, put, through, hammer throw, surfing, skateboarding?
- 20:51Speaker 5: What's happening in Gay Paris?
- 20:55Speaker 3: And I believe you've got all the details there Keys,
- 20:57Speaker 3: take us through it, Yold, you mean what's happening April?
- 21:00Speaker 5: I'm pump if you give me a chance. Day three
- 21:04Speaker 5: of the Olympics officially Fellers. How does it feel?
- 21:09Speaker 4: Yeah? Good? Things?
- 21:10Speaker 3: Yeah good? Is it day three today?
- 21:13Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 21:13Speaker 3: Okay?
- 21:13Speaker 5: Well tonight tonight? Okay, So it's seven o'clock? Mean's trap
- 21:19Speaker 5: means Trappingen Robinson Robins, No, no, sorry, that is confusing.
- 21:25Speaker 5: It's not trapping like catching an animal. It's shooting.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Is that seven o'clock Gay Parie time or New Zealand times? Really?
- 21:34Speaker 5: So seven pm Gay New Zealand time.
- 21:37Speaker 4: The trouble is my internal clock is set at Gay
- 21:40Speaker 4: Paris time.
- 21:41Speaker 5: Okay, all right, well for example tonight, Jason telling me
- 21:45Speaker 5: that it's at seven pm tonight, that actually confuses me. Well,
- 21:48Speaker 5: I just think it'd be better for the audience. Sure, sure,
- 21:51Speaker 5: we can do both. Okay, tonight, Jase, you'll be into
- 21:54Speaker 5: this show jumping horses.
- 21:57Speaker 3: And that actually I do like the show jumping that
- 21:59Speaker 3: you do.
- 22:00Speaker 5: So we've got Clark Johnson, Janelle Price, Tim price.
- 22:03Speaker 3: What time is that?
- 22:04Speaker 5: That's at nine, and then the individual for the qualifier
- 22:08Speaker 5: is at nine and the individual finals at one am.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Okay, zeal In time. And I think the team is
- 22:13Speaker 3: at six position. I think you said one of the
- 22:18Speaker 3: one of the individuals is up there there or thereabout.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I can't remember his name.
- 22:22Speaker 5: Ten o'clock tonight, women's doubles the second man.
- 22:25Speaker 4: You've doubles?
- 22:26Speaker 5: What? Sorry, like two people on a team?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Yeah? For what sport?
- 22:31Speaker 5: Tennis?
- 22:31Speaker 3: Ok?
- 22:32Speaker 4: Here we go.
- 22:32Speaker 5: Did I not say that doubles?
- 22:34Speaker 4: Yeah? I don't know what it could be anyway.
- 22:36Speaker 5: A root and Lulu soun so. Yeah, so they are
- 22:42Speaker 5: playing tonight at ten pm. That's gay Auckland time. Okay,
- 22:46Speaker 5: Paris time. That's probably twelve pm.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Probably what channels that on? That's on Sky Wait, yeah,
- 22:53Speaker 3: but there's heaps of channels there.
- 22:55Speaker 4: He certainly is, Ah, hey, can I get a middle
- 23:01Speaker 4: Count update please? Oh?
- 23:02Speaker 5: Really, it's really.
- 23:08Speaker 3: The big show middle Telly update.
- 23:13Speaker 5: We're still we've still got none?
- 23:14Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, that chicks out.
- 23:16Speaker 5: I mean we've done it twice already now.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Yeah, but can I just reiterate, Can I just reiterate
- 23:21Speaker 3: we've got a fourth and the seventh.
- 23:23Speaker 5: Thank you got in there. So it's a middle telly. Yeah,
- 23:27Speaker 5: and it's not going to change throughout the course of
- 23:28Speaker 5: the show because the Olympics aren't on right now. You
- 23:30Speaker 5: never know, wow, I mean you're always got to be
- 23:33Speaker 5: really kezy, right.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Ah.
- 23:36Speaker 5: Ten past midnight, New Zealand Time, Men's cross country cross country.
- 23:42Speaker 5: That's the it's the mountain biking.
- 23:44Speaker 4: Oh.
- 23:44Speaker 5: Sam Gay is competing in that, Sam who gaze?
- 23:51Speaker 4: Ah?
- 23:51Speaker 5: Two thirty am Women's pool play. The Black Ferns sevens
- 23:54Speaker 5: are taking on Fiji.
- 23:56Speaker 4: How good. It's a goodie.
- 23:58Speaker 5: Two thirty am. So feeling good about there.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Man, have a Fijian woman as good as a Fijian
- 24:02Speaker 3: minute seven.
- 24:03Speaker 4: So much better? Okay, Yes, what are you saying that
- 24:10Speaker 4: the women are potentially not as good as the men?
- 24:11Speaker 3: You can do they dominate like thee don in the.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Olympics for it, Jase. But we'll look over it in
- 24:17Speaker 4: the efforts of the Olympic spirit.
- 24:20Speaker 5: Thanks Mike saving the day there seven. So they're actually
- 24:26Speaker 5: playing a few times over the night. Actually, if you
- 24:28Speaker 5: want to stay up all night, you can catch a
- 24:29Speaker 5: lot of Black Fans action, which is very very exciting.
- 24:32Speaker 5: And then first thing, tomorrow morning. You've got some surfing
- 24:34Speaker 5: and you've got some swimming going on as well, including
- 24:36Speaker 5: eric A fair Weather and the woman's two hundred freestyle
- 24:39Speaker 5: final that is at ten to eight tomorrow morning. Worth
- 24:42Speaker 5: watching their flowers. Hey, we've also got some breaking news here.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Oh wow, this is breaking news.
- 24:50Speaker 4: To commentator Bob Ballad from Eurosport has been removed from
- 24:54Speaker 4: the broadcast after making a sixers remark the Australian woman's
- 24:57Speaker 4: relay team won the four by one hundred freestyle, some
- 25:00Speaker 4: collecting their gold medals when Ballad could be heard saying
- 25:02Speaker 4: to millions across the continent, well the woman just finishing up.
- 25:06Speaker 4: You know what woman I like hanging around doing their makeup.
- 25:10Speaker 4: So he's been fired now, wow, he's going home early.
- 25:15Speaker 4: No metal for Bob Ballard.
- 25:18Speaker 3: In the meantime, he's.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Player The Hierarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 25:23Speaker 2: tune in.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Week days and four on radio.
- 25:25Speaker 3: He's indeed smashing pumpkins there on the radio. Hoedarcky Big
- 25:29Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon, and we're fizziting about this. I'm
- 25:32Speaker 3: actually amazed fellas that we haven't had some warriors and
- 25:34Speaker 3: before this time we taught the Warriors all the time,
- 25:39Speaker 3: probably more than anybody's station, and yet we haven't had
- 25:42Speaker 3: any warriors. What's that about, Kezy?
- 25:44Speaker 5: I have no idea, sorry, Jace, but we do have
- 25:47Speaker 5: a couple of warriors in the studio, Wade Egan and
- 25:49Speaker 5: also Luke Metcalfe. First of all, welcome to Hudarky Fellers.
- 25:52Speaker 5: Thanks boys, Thanks having us. Yeah, it's excited to be here,
- 25:55Speaker 5: isn't it. First of all, Luke Metcalff, how you going?
- 25:58Speaker 4: How many times have you been as to question over
- 26:00Speaker 4: the lawst sort of three months of your life? But
- 26:05Speaker 4: I don't blame you kids, because everybody wants and there's
- 26:07Speaker 4: a different audience for every radio station, so you have
- 26:10Speaker 4: to ask it, but you must be over it.
- 26:11Speaker 7: Maybe one too many times, maybe that broke. I've been
- 26:15Speaker 7: asked a lot, but no, I'm going all right, I'm
- 26:17Speaker 7: going good.
- 26:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:18Speaker 7: So I'm pretty close to coming back.
- 26:21Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, I'm not too far away.
- 26:23Speaker 7: So I'm just really excited to finally get back out there.
- 26:26Speaker 5: What about because obviously you and Shaan's in some of
- 26:28Speaker 5: the position where you're sort of, you know, the second tier,
- 26:31Speaker 5: or I guess you'd say coming You've got sew Harris
- 26:34Speaker 5: Savita to Mighty Martin. But then they excel massively. Is
- 26:37Speaker 5: that like a weight off your shoulders? Ah, thank goodness,
- 26:40Speaker 5: these guys are going so well.
- 26:42Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, it's good. Obviously luck when I got hurt. Obviously,
- 26:45Speaker 7: I'm like, obviously they'll say that I got hurt. But
- 26:47Speaker 7: it's awesome to see your mates go in there and
- 26:49Speaker 7: do well. Regardless of who's going in there and playing.
- 26:51Speaker 7: You wanted to win and you want everyone to play good.
- 26:53Speaker 7: So yeah, it's been cool to sit back and watch
- 26:55Speaker 7: those boys do their thing.
- 26:56Speaker 3: I would be luke felthy about that. I mean, if
- 27:01Speaker 3: I if I had players, I can't drop the ball
- 27:04Speaker 3: your but you know, I totally want to see them,
- 27:09Speaker 3: you know, just completely capitulate. But actually it's really interesting
- 27:14Speaker 3: because you guys got off to a hess in a row.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Then massive injury told for you guys, and the young
- 27:19Speaker 3: fellas and maybe the not so well known players came
- 27:22Speaker 3: and they really performed for you guys under pressure. Yeah,
- 27:25Speaker 3: yeah they did.
- 27:26Speaker 8: I think throughout the middle period there we went through
- 27:28Speaker 8: a sort of a tough stage and then yeah, sort
- 27:30Speaker 8: of injected some youth into our team, and I think
- 27:32Speaker 8: those guys sort of sparked a bit of a bit of.
- 27:35Speaker 5: A run we went on.
- 27:35Speaker 8: So yeah, obviously don't want interest to happen to guys
- 27:38Speaker 8: like Matton and Shawney, but when guys get a chance,
- 27:41Speaker 8: it's pretty cool to see young guys step up, grab
- 27:43Speaker 8: it with.
- 27:44Speaker 3: Both hands, and what about it?
- 27:45Speaker 4: From your point of view, Wade, every every game, obviously
- 27:47Speaker 4: you must sit back sort of watch the tapes and
- 27:50Speaker 4: thing to yourself. Should I got to find a new
- 27:52Speaker 4: way to bleed this week and over the weekend we
- 27:55Speaker 4: saw another one. I'm sure it was a guy's teeth
- 27:57Speaker 4: game through your cheek? Is it a first for you? Yeah?
- 28:00Speaker 5: Modeling carews get done?
- 28:01Speaker 3: Oh you.
- 28:04Speaker 8: BEAUTI yeah, just try and find new ways to get split.
- 28:08Speaker 8: And yeah, if I shave my head it's going to
- 28:10Speaker 8: be very ugly under there too.
- 28:13Speaker 3: Looking back up at this last week in Fellows, how
- 28:15Speaker 3: did you feel about that performance?
- 28:17Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I thought it was good.
- 28:19Speaker 7: Obviously, coming off a couple couple of tight losses there
- 28:22Speaker 7: to Raiders and Bulldogs is pretty devastating, but yeah, it's.
- 28:25Speaker 5: Got always good to a couple of robberies.
- 28:29Speaker 8: Say that.
- 28:30Speaker 7: Yeah, no, it's always good to regardless to how you in.
- 28:32Speaker 7: I just think it's good to just get back on
- 28:34Speaker 7: the board and actually get two points. You can sort
- 28:37Speaker 7: of just look forward and try and go on a
- 28:39Speaker 7: little run.
- 28:39Speaker 5: What about because obviously the backline particularly and the spine
- 28:42Speaker 5: has had so many changes with different injuries and stuff,
- 28:45Speaker 5: whereas you see other teams who just have their full
- 28:47Speaker 5: spine together all season and the cohesiveness is just next level.
- 28:51Speaker 5: How tricky has that been trying to work Toget? Like,
- 28:53Speaker 5: now you've got Roger at fullback, who's a god obviously,
- 28:55Speaker 5: but you know before it was changed and tained to
- 28:57Speaker 5: a poky and stuff, is it just how hard is
- 28:58Speaker 5: it to just get rid of clunky and like sort
- 29:01Speaker 5: of gel with such different changes? It is actually pretty tough.
- 29:06Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, I think last year was sort of it
- 29:08Speaker 8: was pretty good because we had similar spine for most
- 29:11Speaker 8: of the year. But this year, yeah, as you said,
- 29:13Speaker 8: it's been here, there and everywhere. I think we lost
- 29:15Speaker 8: three backs one week, two backs the next week and
- 29:18Speaker 8: just sort of yeah, throwing Spanish in the work square.
- 29:20Speaker 4: But you're not allowed to complain either. This is the
- 29:22Speaker 4: other thing mixed man. You know, we can do it,
- 29:25Speaker 4: but it must be it must drive you up the wall.
- 29:28Speaker 5: It is a little bit tough.
- 29:29Speaker 8: Yeah, just try and build combinations and to know where
- 29:31Speaker 8: a guy's going to be and stuff like that. But yeah,
- 29:34Speaker 8: as you said, it's so it is next minute up
- 29:36Speaker 8: mentality and we have a good depth in our s
- 29:39Speaker 8: one which is which is really good, which helps us
- 29:40Speaker 8: a lot.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Well, I'll tell you what fellas. Let's go to which
- 29:42Speaker 3: is it? Green Day?
- 29:43Speaker 5: That's Green Day?
- 29:44Speaker 3: Oh god, how do you guys feel about Green Day?
- 29:46Speaker 3: You know Green Day? If you went to them, it
- 29:48Speaker 3: was about Yeah, the.
- 29:51Speaker 2: Whole Achy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Key.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Green Day there on the radio home Achty Big Show
- 29:58Speaker 3: that's Monday Afternoon, very special guest Loop Metcalf and Way
- 30:02Speaker 3: the Eggan from the Warriors and with us Fellers. There
- 30:05Speaker 3: was massive expectations on you this year in terms of,
- 30:08Speaker 3: you know, your performance last year. The people really got
- 30:11Speaker 3: behind you. You got off to a real hess and
- 30:15Speaker 3: aura and it just seemed inevitable that you were going
- 30:18Speaker 3: to crush the season. What sort of I mean, obviously
- 30:22Speaker 3: massive injuries have effected the team. Was there anything else
- 30:25Speaker 3: that sort of happened that you know, you didn't quite
- 30:27Speaker 3: click and things didn't quite go your way.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Any individuals you can blame.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Yeah, some of them must be to blame for it.
- 30:34Speaker 4: Yeah, al Burg at it.
- 30:37Speaker 7: No, I don't think there's anything too specific as to
- 30:40Speaker 7: what we can really put it down in Obviously last
- 30:44Speaker 7: year was such an awesome, brilliant Yeah, came out of
- 30:47Speaker 7: nowhere and mad top four and were so close to
- 30:49Speaker 7: get into the Grand Final.
- 30:50Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't know.
- 30:51Speaker 7: I just feel like obviously doesn't help having a new
- 30:55Speaker 7: team every week and having lots of players and then
- 30:56Speaker 7: out of the team, Like I'm sure that's the thing,
- 30:58Speaker 7: And yeah, I feel like we're still trying to figure
- 31:00Speaker 7: out what our best look is this year and how
- 31:03Speaker 7: good we because we know how good we can be.
- 31:05Speaker 7: That's probably the frustrating thing too, Like when you look
- 31:07Speaker 7: at our team, we know how good we can be.
- 31:08Speaker 7: So I think we just got to hopefully on the
- 31:10Speaker 7: after the win on the weekend, we can actually find
- 31:12Speaker 7: what we're what we're good.
- 31:13Speaker 5: Out, and what we know what we need to do
- 31:14Speaker 5: to win.
- 31:15Speaker 4: Is there any ryme more reason to the injuries because
- 31:18Speaker 4: it's been the worst to fit the club like this year?
- 31:20Speaker 4: Hands down? Do you blame web for overtraining your preseason
- 31:23Speaker 4: web and bailing couplesbably get rid of them. Honestly, he's
- 31:28Speaker 4: got to go bailing couples of strength and condition. He's
- 31:30Speaker 4: just overwhelmed us. Hope he's listening. If he does like
- 31:33Speaker 4: his rock too, so he might actually be listening.
- 31:36Speaker 5: Can I ask?
- 31:39Speaker 3: I'll be very quick. I don't. Actually I'm not a
- 31:41Speaker 3: big league Keys, he's the league. I love you. That's
- 31:44Speaker 3: you're huge, But just in terms of the expectations, because
- 31:48Speaker 3: the support for you guys has been massive, Do you
- 31:50Speaker 3: guys feel that pressure or is it just does it
- 31:53Speaker 3: boy you up? Or does it Can it feel like
- 31:55Speaker 3: a bit of a load on the shoulders?
- 31:57Speaker 8: I think, yeah, what Metts has said before, So I
- 32:00Speaker 8: had no expectations last year, and then coming out of
- 32:02Speaker 8: nowhere it sort of was pretty easy run to us.
- 32:03Speaker 8: And then I guess team's preview preview differently this year.
- 32:07Speaker 8: You know, we were sort of the top four team
- 32:09Speaker 8: last year, so it does come with a little bit
- 32:11Speaker 8: of expectations, I think, especially from outside media or whatever.
- 32:14Speaker 5: But it's sort of no excuse not to not to
- 32:17Speaker 5: win games.
- 32:17Speaker 8: I just think we haven't been performing, yes, sort up
- 32:20Speaker 8: to our standing in some of the games this year.
- 32:22Speaker 5: Sure, good question, Ja says, Actually the question I was
- 32:24Speaker 5: gonna ask was Yeah, I ask a different one though
- 32:27Speaker 5: wide No look passes that extra scucks this year. I've
- 32:30Speaker 5: noticed that.
- 32:32Speaker 4: Have you been working?
- 32:33Speaker 5: Was there a real work on over the off season?
- 32:35Speaker 5: Because you're selling everyone, even cameraman like whipping where you're looking,
- 32:39Speaker 5: you know what I mean?
- 32:41Speaker 8: Yeahs ingrowning me.
- 32:45Speaker 5: Yeah, No, I don't know.
- 32:46Speaker 8: I just always tell to me and Tomorrow and Chanelle always,
- 32:49Speaker 8: So you're just not allowed to look where.
- 32:50Speaker 5: You passed just because Yeah, because Josh Shuster was the
- 32:53Speaker 5: other one for manly who have the lips out and
- 32:56Speaker 5: look one way then past the other and I'm like
- 32:57Speaker 5: Wave started doing it.
- 32:59Speaker 4: Yeah, bit of bit from him.
- 33:00Speaker 5: Yeah, did to get the lips going. Hey, what's the
- 33:04Speaker 5: what's the approach to Vegas next?
- 33:06Speaker 2: Ure?
- 33:06Speaker 3: You get there?
- 33:07Speaker 4: You get there early and you get hammered for a
- 33:09Speaker 4: week and then you come good? Or do you play
- 33:11Speaker 4: the game and then get hammered for a week afterwards?
- 33:13Speaker 4: Is there been any chair amongst the team about exactly
- 33:15Speaker 4: how you can approach it, because you don't want to
- 33:16Speaker 4: go over there and not have a few drinks responsibly surely.
- 33:21Speaker 7: Yeah, I feel like the best way. Yeah, I feel
- 33:24Speaker 7: like the best way to do it. After you may
- 33:26Speaker 7: be responsible, get the win, get the double, and then
- 33:28Speaker 7: go out after beautiful gust they want to go to
- 33:30Speaker 7: the what's called the sphere or something.
- 33:32Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, a couple of shows. You're going to take
- 33:33Speaker 4: in a couple of shows. Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 33:35Speaker 3: I always found I always found I played my best
- 33:38Speaker 3: during you know what I mean? A few beers. Give
- 33:43Speaker 3: the ball to Howdye Jan runner up the guts Fellows,
- 33:47Speaker 3: no worries at.
- 33:48Speaker 5: All, fellas before that, you go eels this weekend. They've
- 33:53Speaker 5: gone from in two years grand final team to Wooden Spooners, right,
- 33:56Speaker 5: so they are fighting not to be the Wooden Spooners.
- 33:59Speaker 5: I'm actually, for some I'm nervous about this game. You know,
- 34:01Speaker 5: what's the homework on them? Other than that their team
- 34:03Speaker 5: constantly changes as well. Yeah, I think they're pretty dangerous.
- 34:06Speaker 8: Obviously, they were Grand finalists a couple of years ago,
- 34:08Speaker 8: and they've still got a fair few of those players
- 34:10Speaker 8: still in their teams. So they're very dangerous, I think.
- 34:12Speaker 8: And yeah, I think we're going to have to be
- 34:14Speaker 8: on defensively with their with their star players.
- 34:16Speaker 5: That almost similar to the Warriors because they they have
- 34:19Speaker 5: like a Grand final top four team and then obviously
- 34:21Speaker 5: they've lost Moses who's been out pretty much all season,
- 34:24Speaker 5: and you know read Marty left and all that sort
- 34:25Speaker 5: of stuff too, But they are very similar. Injuries and
- 34:27Speaker 5: stuff really just puts a handbrake on, doesn't it.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it does obviously. Like I feel like you've
- 34:33Speaker 1: got to be where with any team.
- 34:35Speaker 4: In the NROL.
- 34:35Speaker 7: I feel like the Paramount is still a good side.
- 34:38Speaker 7: They don't have miss Moses, but they've still got a
- 34:39Speaker 7: lot of strike with their players. They are still playing,
- 34:42Speaker 7: so I feel like we've still got to be on
- 34:44Speaker 7: in that sense. But yeah, they're sort of obviously had
- 34:46Speaker 7: a tough season two with injuries and that, and obviously
- 34:48Speaker 7: it's effecting them. I think that Rabbito's are probably in
- 34:51Speaker 7: the similar boat.
- 34:51Speaker 1: They've had a few injuries.
- 34:53Speaker 4: I'm a degenerate gambler who's first tri scorer this week? Fellas?
- 34:58Speaker 1: Wait, all right, haven't scored?
- 35:03Speaker 3: Is that right?
- 35:04Speaker 5: You're a nutty round. I want to see him do.
- 35:09Speaker 4: I want to do it.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Here's the key way. This is what you've got to do.
- 35:13Speaker 3: You've got to do the no lock pass and then
- 35:15Speaker 3: not pass and then's go straight a Fellows, thanks for
- 35:18Speaker 3: coming and all the best for the game this weekend
- 35:20Speaker 3: and for the rest of the season.
- 35:22Speaker 5: Thanks for having the.

- 36:17Speaker 3: podcast outro today and you're saying to yourself, what's a
- 36:20Speaker 3: podcast outro? It's a podcast we do outside of the
- 36:22Speaker 3: radio show just a bit more relaxed, a bit more cacial,
- 36:25Speaker 3: gimerally speaking, a little bit more filth. I'm a fan
- 36:27Speaker 3: of mind. I think today we were talking about your
- 36:30Speaker 3: bulls quite a lot MOGGI from recollection, but how beautifully
- 36:34Speaker 3: smooth they are about writing the.
- 36:36Speaker 4: Right amount I reckon, but yeah, I think that's truth
- 36:38Speaker 4: in that.
- 36:40Speaker 3: And from recollection, how massive my bush was?
- 36:44Speaker 4: Oh yeah, there's a lot of bush chair.
- 36:45Speaker 5: It was the Jasons Bush special search Hoduky Big show
- 36:48Speaker 5: where we get your podcasts from. That will be out
- 36:50Speaker 5: of seven thirty tonight along with the highlights package of
- 36:53Speaker 5: the show. Here is a clip.
- 36:56Speaker 3: I haven't seen my balls and ages?
- 36:58Speaker 4: Yeah, that would be right.
- 37:00Speaker 5: Seriously, they're not the sort of thing belt.
- 37:04Speaker 3: There's not the sort of thing that you look at
- 37:07Speaker 3: my balls day. Yeah. Have you got big hangars? Have
- 37:10Speaker 3: your keys?
- 37:10Speaker 6: No?
- 37:11Speaker 5: I just don't have a giant bush like such good
- 37:16Speaker 5: quality content.
- 37:18Speaker 3: I tell you what it was. I was under siege
- 37:22Speaker 3: from the Fellers about my bush, and quite frankly, as
- 37:26Speaker 3: as if you're going to listen to the podcast, I
- 37:28Speaker 3: gave a resounding defense.
- 37:30Speaker 4: You did. I was really proud of you the way.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 37:33Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the best defense and.
- 37:35Speaker 3: I'm all natural fellas.
- 37:38Speaker 5: What's wait? So you are you do a mess of bush?
- 37:40Speaker 3: You've got You've got a landing strip, you were saying, Kesy.
- 37:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I've got a landing strip. That's right, a little
- 37:48Speaker 5: arrow that points down. But Hucky Big Big show search
- 37:52Speaker 5: where damn it? You think? So beare great TV show?
- 37:58Speaker 1: Actually?
- 38:01Speaker 3: Yeah it really would be. Hey, Now listen if you
- 38:06Speaker 3: are having tea soon, text us three four eight three
- 38:11Speaker 3: and let us know what it is. Yeah, Keyzy can
- 38:14Speaker 3: talk about.
- 38:15Speaker 5: It next after the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
- 38:19Speaker 1: The Darkey Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Tune in four on radio Gee hard there on the radio.
- 38:26Speaker 3: Holdanky Big Show this Monday evening. What a miserable evening
- 38:30Speaker 3: it is here in Auckland City. But we won't we
- 38:33Speaker 3: won't focus on that. Instead will focus on what's for tea?
- 38:36Speaker 5: Oh you hey guys? Text here from Steve what's for tea?
- 38:41Speaker 3: News Zealand with me Kie Yellow Wheeze, thick crust, monkey
- 38:49Speaker 3: porn fun account. Don't like that.
- 38:52Speaker 5: Crust, that's right? Text three right now three four eight three?
- 38:56Speaker 5: What are you having for dinner? New Zealand. We'll read
- 38:58Speaker 5: them out and the Jason Michael probably slam them. No,
- 39:00Speaker 5: that's all good.
- 39:01Speaker 3: I remember actually over the weekend, Keysy you saying that
- 39:05Speaker 3: you'd bought four packets of sausages. What's that about?
- 39:09Speaker 5: Well, my wife needs to go to the butcher now,
- 39:12Speaker 5: ab now, ab, that's right, ah, And I was like, Ohm,
- 39:16Speaker 5: I coming with you. Haven't been into a butchery in ages.
- 39:18Speaker 5: So went in there and then I saw all the
- 39:20Speaker 5: different types of sausage they make, and I got carried
- 39:22Speaker 5: away and bought heaps of different packets of them. And
- 39:23Speaker 5: she's like, what are we going to do with all
- 39:24Speaker 5: these sausages? And I was like, get this, We'll freeze them.
- 39:29Speaker 4: You should put that on the radio.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Yeah you should.
- 39:31Speaker 4: Man, what is your favorite flavor so far? Like, obviously
- 39:34Speaker 4: haven't tasted them all, but looking at the packets, what
- 39:37Speaker 4: inspires you?
- 39:38Speaker 5: Well, it's interesting because I walked in in the first package.
- 39:41Speaker 4: I wouldn't lead with this, it's interesting.
- 39:43Speaker 5: I walked in and the first packet I saw was
- 39:46Speaker 5: paprika and garlic, and I was like, yeah, they look nice,
- 39:50Speaker 5: great sausages, but like the idea colored ones. Okay, Yeah, I'm.
- 39:55Speaker 3: Not a big fan of paprika myself.
- 39:59Speaker 5: I guess you won't hel those sausages. That's a shame.
- 40:02Speaker 5: Next next one I saw was just a shirrizzo, but
- 40:04Speaker 5: it said spicy shirts and I was like, yeah, a sharzzo.
- 40:08Speaker 5: Oh grab those because they were like dark red.
- 40:11Speaker 3: I find them a bit fatty.
- 40:13Speaker 5: Well, I guess I'll be eating those solo. The next
- 40:17Speaker 5: one I saw was bored versed. What what?
- 40:21Speaker 4: What?
- 40:21Speaker 5: Bored verse?
- 40:22Speaker 4: Yeah? What's that?
- 40:22Speaker 5: It's like a black sausage.
- 40:24Speaker 4: Is that what that means? Black sausage?
- 40:26Speaker 5: I don't know. It's like a really big long black
- 40:28Speaker 5: sausage and a big loop.
- 40:30Speaker 3: I find those a bit dense, so.
- 40:33Speaker 5: I'll just have the old born verse to myself then,
- 40:35Speaker 5: and I bought that and then on the way out
- 40:37Speaker 5: right next to the counter. And this is obviously why
- 40:39Speaker 5: they put them there. Jalepeno Krenski. So I chucked down
- 40:43Speaker 5: in the old trolley as well, and we spent about
- 40:45Speaker 5: eighty bucks on meat. Do you love Krenski's Jason, I
- 40:50Speaker 5: guess I'll be having those solo. Hey Sho. I read
- 40:53Speaker 5: some texts out. Yeah, sure, we run out of time.
- 40:55Speaker 5: No good eight guys Margo here, oh my god?
- 41:02Speaker 4: From Superman, Lois Wayne yes, tonight she's dead.
- 41:10Speaker 5: Don't say, Jason. Tonight we're having enchiladas in jelly. You
- 41:18Speaker 5: don't like chiladas, not really? I just love us. Later
- 41:22Speaker 5: we're eating those solo. Ah, here's a good here's a
- 41:25Speaker 5: great text. You love us. Good eight fellas, Simon.
- 41:27Speaker 4: Here, Simon Dello, Simon Minoring, Simon sears. Simon called the
- 41:33Speaker 4: Vengeance played by Jeremy Irons.
- 41:36Speaker 5: Ah, Simon Minoring a good guys. Tonight, I'm serving pork chops.
- 41:44Speaker 4: Oh nice, you sort of want to have a pork
- 41:48Speaker 4: chop and I don't like pork chops, but but a mesh. Sure,
- 41:53Speaker 4: maybe a little bit of steamed vidge on there as well.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Sure would you generally go with some kind of a
- 41:58Speaker 4: sauce on a pork chop?
- 41:58Speaker 3: I'll go apple sauce. I know you don't like your
- 42:01Speaker 3: fruits with your meat. An apple sauce on a good,
- 42:04Speaker 3: nicely cooked pork.
- 42:05Speaker 4: It's beautiful.
- 42:08Speaker 2: Darkey Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kissy
- 42:13Speaker 2: David Balie.
- 42:13Speaker 3: There on the radio. Hold Aankee, Big show this Monday evening.
- 42:17Speaker 3: Let's talk TV.
- 42:21Speaker 5: What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue?
- 42:27Speaker 4: Yeah Wow, that was amazing there.
- 42:39Speaker 3: That's pretty good.
- 42:40Speaker 4: That was really good from us. Good stuff fellas Jase.
- 42:44Speaker 4: I watch say, I'll watched the first episode of a series.
- 42:48Speaker 4: I don't know how many episodes there are, but it's
- 42:50Speaker 4: called it's on Netflix. Okay, yes, it's called Dirty Pop,
- 42:54Speaker 4: Dirty Pop The boy Band Scam and this is about
- 42:59Speaker 4: This is about a Fowler that started up Backstreet Boys
- 43:02Speaker 4: and toured them around the joint and then he thought
- 43:04Speaker 4: to himself, well, if I've got Coca cola, at some point,
- 43:07Speaker 4: somebody's going to create pepsi. So then he got put
- 43:10Speaker 4: together in Sync and so he had both of those
- 43:13Speaker 4: bands and was paying them. I think they went platinum
- 43:16Speaker 4: Backsweet Boys and they all got ten grand, so big
- 43:19Speaker 4: cares she was handing over. But I've just got to
- 43:22Speaker 4: the second episode, and from the sounds of it, he's
- 43:23Speaker 4: running a massive scam and is going to eventually go
- 43:26Speaker 4: to prison. So I'm looking forward to that.
- 43:28Speaker 3: Isn't it some sort of ponzy kind of yeah.
- 43:31Speaker 5: Scenario, something that I haven't got, We haven't gotten to that.
- 43:33Speaker 4: They're sort of setting up the first season with them
- 43:35Speaker 4: touring really hard and breaking big in Germany and finally
- 43:41Speaker 4: getting a bit of money together and then setting up
- 43:44Speaker 4: for it being an absolute shambles moving forward, So three
- 43:47Speaker 4: episodes there are. Actually it's good, man, it's good.
- 43:50Speaker 5: It's not that Netflix thing of it dragging it out
- 43:52Speaker 5: when it could just be one episode.
- 43:54Speaker 4: Not so far, that's good, not so far.
- 43:56Speaker 3: It's funny because I was I had my finger hovering
- 43:58Speaker 3: on the play for that program last night, and then
- 44:01Speaker 3: I went back to the Olympics and watched the questrian.
- 44:03Speaker 4: A funny thing because across those two bands he must
- 44:06Speaker 4: have made god knows how much money, knows how much,
- 44:09Speaker 4: and you can't pay people properly, and you can't make
- 44:12Speaker 4: a success or that you're still got to run a
- 44:13Speaker 4: scam and screw people over for even more money. Yes,
- 44:17Speaker 4: so I'm looking forward to learning a few things that
- 44:19Speaker 4: we can apply for the big show.
- 44:21Speaker 5: Good stuff, for mates, good stuff.
- 44:22Speaker 3: I watched Equestrian, and then I watched swimming horse porn,
- 44:29Speaker 3: and then I watched mountain biking, and then I watched
- 44:33Speaker 3: rowing did you none of which I would watch, as
- 44:37Speaker 3: I previously stated earlier in the show, at any other
- 44:41Speaker 3: stage other than the Olympics. Yeah, And then I nodded off,
- 44:45Speaker 3: and then my wife said, Hie, time for bed, and
- 44:48Speaker 3: I went, you bid it is? And I gave her a.
- 44:51Speaker 5: Little wink that's so good and she went whoo.
- 44:56Speaker 3: And slept in the spear and.
- 44:58Speaker 5: I watched another episode of Colin from Accounts on tv
- 45:01Speaker 5: US Comedy from Australia, Great TV Show. Season one started
- 45:06Speaker 5: hot tape it off towards the end. Season two is
- 45:10Speaker 5: not really at all about Colin the wee dog. They
- 45:13Speaker 5: are doped together. That's the whole premise of the first season.
- 45:15Speaker 5: It's more just about the wacky characters. And they're hilarious.
- 45:19Speaker 5: It's really good.
- 45:19Speaker 3: And recollection the two main characters are married.
- 45:23Speaker 5: Yes, that's right, the recurrection.
- 45:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:25Speaker 5: And so they've got election a great chemistry. Yes, And
- 45:27Speaker 5: there's a really funny moment where his brother comes to
- 45:30Speaker 5: town and says one of the funniest things. I actually
- 45:33Speaker 5: had my wife crying with laughter thinking about it. Right,
- 45:35Speaker 5: It was about should I say it? Nah, I'm gonna, yeah,
- 45:39Speaker 5: what's gonna happen? You're gonna watch it come back? And
- 45:41Speaker 5: it's shit. I hate it.
- 45:42Speaker 3: It's a precarious thing, isn't it Performing with your partner?
- 45:46Speaker 4: Oh?
- 45:46Speaker 3: You know what I mean? My wife has often said
- 45:48Speaker 3: to me we should do something together, and I've always
- 45:50Speaker 3: gone I think she just means like.
- 45:52Speaker 4: A date night.
- 45:54Speaker 3: No, she means what do you mean?
- 45:58Speaker 4: Um?
- 45:59Speaker 6: And and we have.
- 46:00Speaker 3: We've done a play together. That's where were our romance bloom?
- 46:04Speaker 4: Oh, that's right.
- 46:05Speaker 3: It was the play Black Hands.
- 46:06Speaker 5: It was called it was really bad the David Bain.
- 46:11Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, it was shocking.
- 46:12Speaker 5: You did that David Bain play with your wife?
- 46:14Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 46:15Speaker 5: What?
- 46:16Speaker 3: And then we fell in love.
- 46:17Speaker 5: Keysy the whole.
- 46:19Speaker 1: Ky Big Show. Wee days from four on Radio Hodike.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Kill Jam there on the radio ho Donkey Big Show
- 46:26Speaker 3: this Monday evening, all.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Right, radioikes Beer and pie July.
- 46:34Speaker 5: It is beer and pie July. Yeah, it is the
- 46:36Speaker 5: greatest combo.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Have we got any pipe? I haven't seen any pies today.
- 46:39Speaker 4: I'll tell you what, man, I've been a little bit
- 46:42Speaker 4: lit down in that area. We come in here and
- 46:44Speaker 4: there's very really pies.
- 46:45Speaker 3: That's because people hoe into them before we get here.
- 46:48Speaker 4: I understand that, But that doesn't make it any more acceptable,
- 46:50Speaker 4: does It doesn't put a pie in my mouth?
- 46:52Speaker 5: No, and your pie hole.
- 46:55Speaker 3: It's funny actually, because I came in the other day
- 46:57Speaker 3: and I said, are there any pies and they went,
