Suncadia just sold off Tumble Creek, its private golf gem in Cle Elum, to Escalante Golf — a Texas-based company making its West Coast debut. The deal includes the course, clubhouse, and 330 untouched lots, with the price kept under wraps. Tumble Creek keeps its name, and most of its 92 staff will stay on.
