- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast.
- 0:02SPEAKER_00: I'm Dr.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Christopher Kevin Slayton, your host, Dr.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Slyton Live, The Brain Talker.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: Now, my new book, Humanism Science, Brain Thinking, Improving Information Processing and Christ Itself, is now out.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: From a human development perspective, Humanism Science designates the field of the brain, body, and sense research.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Now, brain thinking identifies the ultimate focus and experience of the book, improving information processing status.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: The developmental goals of the book to create a sense of feel that you become more aware of.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: So when you're in crises and you're encountering that pain, hurt, and sadness, you begin to understand how to process that experience through forward and backward feed.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm talking about the neurologic loop, and then I'm talking about how you use the environment to safely practice sense and receive path research so you can understand how to help yourself move through the pain, hurt, and sadness with levels of clarity.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: So the concept of Christ itself introduces the book's distinctive theory of cause and effect, as I just described.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: Because too many times people go through pain, hurt, and sadness, just a slap in the face, for example, and there's no response.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Either way, can lead you to say, I'm not gonna allow anybody else to do that to me again.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: From that point forward, you're setting up a roadblock.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: So when someone tries to talk to you, you withdraw, isolate, or resist that interaction.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: That means that transfer of that sense of feel so the brain can process the experience beyond what happened.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So what I'm saying to you is that you want to practice how you sense to feel to focus the brain to a sense of feel for self.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: See, I just said that because you have emotion every single experience.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: But when I say the word feel, feel is a neurologic connection.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: That's what connects the brain to the body and the senses, because you can feel the experience, and that's what you don't want.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: You you want to fight that that feel, and that's what hurts the sense path, because you have the sense to feel to focus that transfer to the brain and the body neurologically, which means that the physical body, I say the physical self, transfers to the inner sense of field, the neurophysical self.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Now that's a connection because now the brain and body are rejoined, but now it's in processing mode of the experience itself.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: So when I talk about the crisis self, that's what I'm referring to.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So humanism science invites this investigation rather than ignoring brain, body, and sense connection for self-actualization.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Its role is to inform the brain through a sense of feel for the experience of self to allow you to begin to understand.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So nobody has a push or button.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: When they say self-mastery, this is what I'm talking about.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: No one has a push, you have to understand the word care.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: When you breathe your first breath of life as an infant, you care to live.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: And so when you take the next step to receive that contact, you care to interact.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Because now you're investigating.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Where am I?
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: Who am I?
- 3:48SPEAKER_00: What's going on?
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: And so we we go through these things inside the book to reconnect you to process loops.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: So when you're going through pain, hurt, and sadness, you can understand why the fight is in you, why you don't give up, why you keep moving forward.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: And when I'm saying forward, I'm talking about you keep sending that neurologic response forward into the environment where you study feedback.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: How people react to you, because now you are transferring the problem of self into a fix-it mode.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna fix me through understanding how I interact with you.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Because if you're a source of my pain, hurt, and sadness, I can't ignore that.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I have to accept that.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: I have to move through that experience.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And as I move through that experience, my brain is now in the lead.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: So now my brain is thinking through the experience.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: I'm removing you as an obstruction, as a block to my information processing because I'm not allowing you to stop me from processing this experience.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: And that reflection is a synthesis of brain-body sense signals.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: And so the forward speed is loaded with insight, and that insight is what moves you to the next level and beyond the crises at the moment, it's step by step.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: Living these days become more informed on what it's gonna take for you to be you in the crisis self, because we all go through the crisis self where our senses are upset, where our feelings hurt, and what corrects that methodology is intentional sense to feel, to focus response.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: You know, you're sensing, you know you're feeling, you know you're focusing that sense of feel, that emotion.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: Now, what am I talking about?
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about the brain's body.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Human system science, brain thinking presents the framework for you to examine your sense of feel through the relationships among the brain, body, sense, emotion, memory, thought, reflection, and lived experiences.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: Key.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And what I just say, I gave you five different concepts that are built into the crisis self.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: I will repeat them brain, body, senses, emotion, memory, thought, reflection, lived experience because memory is an experience, it's what has to be transferred to reflection.
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Emotion is what has to be transferred to thought.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Now remember, you're born with it, so it's internal and external.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Now, thought is something that derives from the experience, and that's why it's reflective because it is processing that memory clip or that memory data, that memory stick.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: And so that forward feed then has the power to carry insight on how you're going to respond as you become more aware.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: And as you become more aware, your sense and receive path functions are interacting.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: That's why performance is the key because you want self-actionalization.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: In the book, I'm covering Maslow's theory, but it's different because we're talking about information processing.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about Shannon's theory of communication.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Two paths, the brain and the body, must interact physically, mentally, neurologically.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: I just now said in the middle is a state of mind.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: And it's important that you understand what I mean when I say state of mind, because most people think the state of mind is their brain.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: No, the state of mind is the experience of the breath of life forward.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: And each experience develops a state of mind, personality, attitude, character, behavior patterns from the breath of life forward.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: And that's why you want to understand lived experience.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: Because you want to live through that negative energy long enough to experience a sense of feel for who you are.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Because someone else could define personality this way, but that's not the person you are.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: That's the person they see or they believe you may be.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: This is brain talking.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: This is not a game.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Pick up the book.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: It's at Amazon.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: Pick up the book.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: It's at Barnes and Noble.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: Pick up the book.
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: No, because we are talking about the new frontier in human system science.
