- 2:52entrance into a vibrant Italian cultural hub.
- 2:56He plans to convert an abandoned space on Cross
- 2:58Street into a multi -purpose building with a
- 3:01culinary school, travel agency, coffee shop and
- 3:05retail stores. DePasquale believes this project
- 3:09will create the greatest entrance. For a neighborhood,
- 3:12he deeply loves and aims to enhance its business
- 3:15climate. He is also working on establishing a
- 3:18historical museum to celebrate the North End's
- 3:21rich 400 -year history, which has been long desired
- 3:24by the community. Construction began this summer
- 3:28with hopes to complete the project by next summer,
- 3:31coinciding with the arrival of the 2026 World
- 3:34Cup. Now on to sports. The Eagles sealed a victory
- 3:44with help of a late pass interference call. Rakiasen
- 3:49was in shock after being called for pass interference
- 3:52late in the fourth quarter, giving the Eagles
- 3:55a first down to seal the game. Jalen Hurts scored
- 3:59the only touchdown in an otherwise weak effort
- 4:01from the Philadelphia Eagles offense, leading
- 4:04them to a 16 -9 win over the Detroit Lions. The
- 4:09Eagles are the only team in the NFC East with
- 4:12more than three wins, putting them in contention
- 4:14for the top seed in the conference. The Lions
- 4:18failed to convert on five fourth -down attempts.
- 4:22In local sports, the Celtics survived a late
- 4:26scare, beating the Los Angeles Clippers 121 -118.
- 4:32They nearly squandered a 24 -point lead. but
- 4:35held on against James Harden's clutch performance,
- 4:39securing their second straight win and improving
- 4:42to seven wins and seven losses on the season.
- 4:46Jalen Brown led the Celtics with 33 points and
- 4:4912 rebounds, while Peyton Pritchard contributed
- 4:5230 points. The Seas opened strong, but faced
- 4:56a fierce Clippers comeback, cutting their lead
- 4:59to just one point in the closing seconds. Despite
- 5:03a missed buzzer beater from Harden, the Celtics
- 5:06escaped with the victory. In top news, it is
- 5:11time to retire the lufa. While using one can
- 5:15feel satisfying, it might be doing more harm
- 5:18than good. Facial plastic surgeon Lara Duggan
- 5:22stated that lufas trap dead skin cells, water,
- 5:26and bacteria. This creates a perfect environment
- 5:31for microbes increasing the risk of breakouts
- 5:33and skin inflammation. Dermatologist Toral Vadia
- 5:38warned that over -exfoliation can strip the skin
- 5:41of its natural oils. For best results, use your
- 5:46hands or a soft washcloth. In business news,
- 5:52the Federal Reserve will release its October
- 5:54meeting minutes on Wednesday, as chances of a
- 5:57December quarter -point rate cut have declined.
- 6:00This week, companies in the spotlight include
- 6:03Klarna, Medtronic, and TJX. Stocks jumped this
- 6:08past Monday on hopes the U .S. government shutdown
- 6:11would end, then lost most gains by Thursday when
- 6:14the government officially reopened. Equity suffered
- 6:18from hawkish comments as several federal open
- 6:21market committee members indicated a rate cut
- 6:23would be unnecessary. Traders now price in a
- 6:2743 % chance for a quarter -point rate cut by
- 6:30year -end, down from 66 % a week ago. Retailers
- 6:35including Home Depot and Walmart will announce
- 6:38earnings this week. In crypto movement, Bitcoin
- 6:42is down 3 % over the weekend to $95 ,000. Ethereum
- 6:48is up 1 % to just under $3 ,200. And XRP is down

- 8:03in July 2020 when he learned he was facing stage
- 8:074 kidney disease. After medications halted his
- 8:11decline, he participated in a clinical trial
- 8:14for turspotide at GLP -1 receptor agonist. His
- 8:19kidney function improved significantly allowing
- 8:21him to live without dialysis or a transplant.
- 8:25Palacio's transformation reflects a broader trend,
- 8:29with new treatments showing promise for chronic
- 8:31kidney disease. Researchers now envision a potential
