- 1:07Dayna Roselli: Dana Roselli and Sean McAllister here, ready to talk Vegas.
- 1:12Dayna Roselli: We got a lot to get into, but have to touch on the fact that TikTok closed and then it reopened.
- 1:16Dayna Roselli: But here's the deal, Sean.
- 1:18Dayna Roselli: Um, I deleted my app, and now if you've deleted the app, you can't go into the app store and get it.
- 1:24Dayna Roselli: So I can no longer log on to our Vegas Revealed TikTok.
- 1:27Sean McAllister: Oh no.
- 1:29Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 1:29Dayna Roselli: I was just like, oh, I thought it was over.
- 1:31Dayna Roselli: Delete.
- 1:32Dayna Roselli: Whoops.
- 1:32Dayna Roselli: Well, I guess if you deleted it, you can't reinstall it.
- 1:35Sean McAllister: It's no longer the end of an era.
- 1:37Dayna Roselli: No.
- 1:38Dayna Roselli: So I mean, and we're talking about TikTok in the United States.
- 1:40Dayna Roselli: If you're listening from outside the US, but anyway, it came back and um Can I airdrop the app to you?
- 1:46Dayna Roselli: I don't know.
- 1:47Dayna Roselli: Oh, maybe we could try that.
- 1:48Sean McAllister: Yeah, let's give that a try a little later.
- 1:50Dayna Roselli: Look in all the but I was kind of relieved that it was gone.
- 1:53Sean McAllister: I know.
- 1:53Dayna Roselli: I mean, that's why I was so excited to delete it.
- 1:57Sean McAllister: One less social media platform really would not be the end of the world.
- 2:01Sean McAllister: I would be fine with all of them going away.
- 2:03Sean McAllister: I'd be fine with going back to the days of like encyclopedias, to be quite honest.
- 2:09Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 2:09Dayna Roselli: Well, I mean, it is great promotion for our show.
- 2:12Dayna Roselli: That's the problem.
- 2:13Dayna Roselli: You know, I mean, we like to share what we're doing.
- 2:15Dayna Roselli: So, but I feel like, yes, on the side, I wish we could have one.
- 2:19Sean McAllister: One would be good.
- 2:20Dayna Roselli: Everyone was on.
- 2:21Dayna Roselli: Everyone's on it.
- 2:22Dayna Roselli: But I do know that obviously a lot of people make money, uh, the creators off TikTok, and people have TikTok shop.
- 2:27Dayna Roselli: And so I do feel bad for all those people.
- 2:29Dayna Roselli: But um, and I enjoy putting a lot of our stuff on the Vegas Reveal TikTok, and it does really, really well.
- 2:35Dayna Roselli: It's just sometimes like you're saying, it's just there's so many now that you it's so hard to keep up.
- 2:41Dayna Roselli: Every time I get ready to walk away and I'm wrap that up, I'm like, okay, posted that to YouTube and Instagram.
- 2:48Dayna Roselli: Well, and Oh, I forgot TikTok.
- 2:50Dayna Roselli: Whoa, I forgot Facebook.
- 2:51Dayna Roselli: Whoa, I forgot Twitter.
- 2:53Dayna Roselli: Whoops, gotta send that to threads.
- 2:55Sean McAllister: But each platform needs different stuff on it, too.
- 2:59Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 2:59Sean McAllister: So it's it is quite the social media landscape these days.
- 3:04Dayna Roselli: But yeah, thanks for following us.
- 3:06Dayna Roselli: We do get a lot of interaction on our social media and everyone seems to enjoy it.
- 3:09Sean McAllister: We do, and we're gonna keep doing it as long as they don't get shut down.
- 3:12Dayna Roselli: Yeah, we just need another hand or something like that.
- 3:15Dayna Roselli: So, anyway, um, as of the recording of this podcast, TikTok is back.
- 3:18Dayna Roselli: It could be gone again by the time this airs.
- 3:20Sean McAllister: Yeah, it could be.
- 3:21Sean McAllister: Anything, anything could happen these days.
- 3:23Dayna Roselli: But you know who sticks around?
- 3:25Dayna Roselli: Gordon Ramsay.
- 3:26Dayna Roselli: He's been opening restaurants in Las Vegas for I don't know how long.
- 3:30Dayna Roselli: And uh what?
- 3:30Dayna Roselli: He just opened number seven.
- 3:32Sean McAllister: Number seven since 2012.
- 3:34Sean McAllister: He's been opening restaurants here in Las Vegas.
- 3:37Sean McAllister: His first one was Gordon Ramsay Steak over at uh the Paris Hotel and Casino.
- 3:42Sean McAllister: Uh and the second one shortly after was at Planet Hollywood, and that was Gordon Ramsay Burger.
- 3:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah, now he's got another Gordon Ramsay burger at the Flamingo.
- 3:51Dayna Roselli: We went inside, the patio is great, it sits stripside.
- 3:54Dayna Roselli: Now we know you all love a good patio, but this is just gonna be a hot spot.
- 3:59Dayna Roselli: And the restaurant's huge.
- 4:01Sean McAllister: It's a massive 300-seat restaurant, uh, like you said, a huge patio.
- 4:05Sean McAllister: Uh, during the grand opening, Gordon popped outside to the the patio, and everybody walking by was like, Oh my gosh, it's Gordon, it's Gordon.
- 4:15Dayna Roselli: So I know that and I must say I would have felt that way too because when we met Gordon, I had never actually seen Gordon Ramsay in person.
- 4:23Dayna Roselli: Well, I have actually at a nightclub once, but I don't know.
- 4:26Dayna Roselli: I guess I didn't really that's another story.
- 4:30Sean McAllister: Gordon does love a good nightclub.
- 4:32Sean McAllister: He does.
- 4:33Dayna Roselli: He does.
- 4:33Dayna Roselli: I think he was up in the DJ booth too.
- 4:36Dayna Roselli: Um, anyway, I I was surprised at how tall he is.
- 4:39Dayna Roselli: When I walked into the kitchen when we were about to do our interview, you were about to do an interview with Gordon, and and I was gonna film it.
- 4:44Dayna Roselli: I thought, wow, Gordon's pretty tall.
- 4:46Dayna Roselli: I didn't expect him to be that tall, but he's just got that TV persona.
- 4:50Sean McAllister: He does.
- 4:51Sean McAllister: I think he's like 6'2, so he is uh he is a tall guy.
- 4:54Sean McAllister: Yeah, um, but that personality is huge too.
- 4:58Dayna Roselli: I he had me dying.
- 5:00Dayna Roselli: I mean, we have so much footage that we can't share because he does.
- 5:06Dayna Roselli: He's just he's he's uh what do you call it?
- 5:09Dayna Roselli: He's just he he just he's himself unfiltered, he's just himself no matter what.
- 5:14Dayna Roselli: It doesn't matter who's in the room, and I love that about him.
- 5:17Dayna Roselli: I had so much joy chatting with him and laughing, and I got a kick out of him.
- 5:21Dayna Roselli: Um but before we get into too much more detail about the restaurant, why don't we let Gordon talk about it?
- 5:26Dayna Roselli: Because we did go in, you made a burger with him and interviewed him about the new restaurant at the Flamingo.
- 5:33Sean McAllister: Chef, it's been over a decade that we've been talking about new restaurants, new shows.
- 5:39Sean McAllister: Now you're back with restaurant number seven here at Flamingo.
- 5:42Sean McAllister: Yes.
- 5:43Sean McAllister: I mean, you just gotta be over the moon to have a new Gordon Ramsay burger.
- 5:47Sean McAllister: You're second here.
- 5:48Sean McAllister: Uh it's incredible.
- 5:49Sean McAllister: And also we have two new boys as well.
- 5:50Sean McAllister: Yes, congratulations.
- 5:51Sean McAllister: Come on, man, catch up.
- 5:52Sean McAllister: Come on.
- 5:53Sean McAllister: Well, listen, it's been a minute since we uh since we last talked, so there's been a lot of life to catch up on.
- 5:59SPEAKER_02: Recent number seven's a dream.
- 6:00SPEAKER_02: And I'm as passionate number seven as I was in number one as you are now.
- 6:03SPEAKER_02: And um, not only a second home, but the family here is unique.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: Caesars Entertainment have been one of the best partners uh I've ever had a chance of working with.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: But the flamingo.
- 6:13SPEAKER_02: This gave birth to the sort of glitz and the glam back in 1946 when Hollywood came from LA and hit the strip, and it was the flamingo that was instrumental in putting this place on the map.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: So we've done the same with the glitter.
- 6:24SPEAKER_02: We haven't sat on a loss from the success of Planet Hollywood, and we've we've upped the ante again.
- 6:29SPEAKER_02: But amazing team, cool Britannia bar.
- 6:32SPEAKER_02: But look, a 60 seat of terrace, 300 seats, um, it's stunning.
- 6:37Sean McAllister: Well, and that's a kind of a rare thing to have a restaurant space this size and to have a patio space strip side that's that size, you kind of hit the jackpot.
- 6:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I mean, I'd love the Formula One Grand Prix.
- 6:51SPEAKER_02: And driving past the Hell's Kitchen 180 miles an hour now with a burger on one side, I can offer those drivers a burger or a Wellington.
- 6:59SPEAKER_02: What a place to be.
- 7:01SPEAKER_02: Come on.
- 7:01Sean McAllister: So now I get the motivation to open in this spot.
- 7:04Sean McAllister: Yeah, well anytime.
- 7:05Sean McAllister: Anytime.
- 7:06Sean McAllister: Hey, and listen, as uh the movie industry sets up shop here, uh is their ambition to have some more production setup for you here?
- 7:16SPEAKER_02: It's a very good point that a studio is coming in and all the vision up and part of the ship.
- 7:22SPEAKER_02: This city is constantly evolving.
- 7:23SPEAKER_02: Um, we were fortunate enough to shoot the back season health kitchen a few years back.
- 7:28SPEAKER_02: Um bringing the health kitchen back to make this will be a dream, yes.
- 7:31Sean McAllister: And I know Super Bowl is coming up Kitchen Nightmares setup shop in uh New Orleans?
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: That's a personal one for me.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: Um the resilience of that city is incredible.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: And that season's definitely just off the charts.
- 7:42SPEAKER_02: And so to give these Russian to us a lifeline.
- 7:45SPEAKER_02: When that business hits the town, it's enough to fight the business show for a year or 18 months.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: Some of the disasters that have struck that neck of the woods has been awful.
- 7:52SPEAKER_02: And so to give them that live they need and the road to the Super Bowl, engaging them, sometimes it's fixing the actual couples as opposed to the food.
- 8:00SPEAKER_02: And then I want to see them successful.
- 8:01Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 8:02SPEAKER_02: It's a fighting city, and and suddenly, as you know, the atrocities that we've experienced just recently there.
- 8:07SPEAKER_02: Um, it needs a love.
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: And it deserves a love, and uh, I can't wait to be on that field.
- 8:12Sean McAllister: Well, it's gonna be great to have you back here on the patio when those covers are racing by for everyone.
- 8:18Sean McAllister: I've got some skills to work on here.
- 8:20Sean McAllister: Number seven for the season.
- 8:23Dayna Roselli: There's always a line that's whatever.
- 8:28SPEAKER_02: The line's been there for the last ten years.
- 8:30SPEAKER_02: Hopefully, the matter with this and uh my beloved uh older sister next door, uh Lisa Vanderpain and the Vanderpump.
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: Um with with uh Pink is um she does the cocktails, I do the food.
- 8:43SPEAKER_02: So I've already said, look, if there's a line outside your door, we'll do the food, stick to the cocktails.
- 8:47SPEAKER_02: It's a good pairing.
- 8:48SPEAKER_02: She told me to f off.
- 8:53Sean McAllister: We had to get a good uh censored clip of Gordon into the show.
- 8:57Dayna Roselli: Whenever we can use the beep, exactly.
- 9:00Sean McAllister: It is.
- 9:00Sean McAllister: But you know what?
- 9:01Sean McAllister: For as you know, brash as Gordon's personality comes across on uh his TV shows, he is one of the nicest guys that I have ever met.
- 9:14Sean McAllister: I've had the good fortune of interviewing him and spending time with him since 2012 when he first started opening restaurants here, and he is just genuinely one of the nicest people.
- 9:25Dayna Roselli: Very caring.
- 9:26Dayna Roselli: I heard him ask you a bunch of different personal questions off to the side.
- 9:29Dayna Roselli: How's this person?
- 9:30Dayna Roselli: How's that person?
- 9:30Dayna Roselli: I mean, he and he the good, you know, he just remembered all of it, and like, you know, you can tell.
- 9:35Dayna Roselli: Like he keeps his relationships and it's important to him.
- 9:38Dayna Roselli: And I loved that.
- 9:39Dayna Roselli: So yeah, it was great to catch up with Gordon.
- 9:41Dayna Roselli: I hope we get to catch up with him again another time.
- 9:43Dayna Roselli: Um great to see him in person, and that Gordon Ramsay burger is just gonna do so well because it just it's it's like I said, it's big, that stripside patio, it's a great location, and everyone's sometimes just looking for a casual place to go that's a little elevated, you know?
- 10:01Sean McAllister: And that's it.
- 10:02Sean McAllister: I mean, he's got those delicious burgers, he's got the shakes, the sticky toffee pudding that he's famous for.
- 10:08Sean McAllister: I mean, it is it's gonna it's gonna be packed.
- 10:12Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 10:13Sean McAllister: Just like the one at Planet Hollywood has been.
- 10:15Dayna Roselli: Well, listen, um, let's talk about the Neon Museum.
- 10:18Dayna Roselli: But recently, you know, a piece of actually the flamingo sign, I think, went to the Neon Bone Yard.
- 10:22Dayna Roselli: We were there recently for um uh uh something they did where they like uh lit up again one of the old uh Las Vegas Super Bowl signs from Super Bowl 58.
- 10:31Dayna Roselli: It was the one that people took selfies with and pictures with all during Super Bowl when we had it here.
- 10:36Dayna Roselli: We went over to the Neon Boneyard because they re-illuminated it and and kind of gave it a home there so that when people are at the Neon Museum, they can take pictures with it now, kind of to remember it.
- 10:46Sean McAllister: And this is an attraction that uh sits off the strip.
- 10:50Sean McAllister: It's even if you're staying down in the downtown area, it's like well off of Fremont Street as well.
- 10:58Sean McAllister: So I feel like it may not be a top-of-mind attraction for people when they come to Las Vegas because you know you get stuck in the resort corridor uh areas because there's uh so much to do, right?
- 11:12Sean McAllister: Quite frankly.
- 11:12Sean McAllister: But it is good to get off the beaten path a little bit.
- 11:15Sean McAllister: Uh and the Neon Museum is a place that you definitely want on your list.
- 11:20Dayna Roselli: Well, and I I hadn't been in a long time, which I was like, okay, uh now that I revisited, I'm like, this is such a cool place.
- 11:27Dayna Roselli: And so we talk to the folks over there about everything that the Neon Museum in Boneyard offers.
- 11:31SPEAKER_04: For locals, this is an opportunity for people to kind of remember and uh relive their experiences.
- 11:38SPEAKER_04: We have a wonderful offering which is right in the lobby called Rachel.
- 11:43SPEAKER_04: Rachel stands for Record and Collect Historical Experiences in Las Vegas.
- 11:49SPEAKER_04: And it's a chance for people to step inside that booth.
- 11:52SPEAKER_04: There's a monitor and a camera, and people can sit down and tell a two-minute story of their favorite memory of Las Vegas.
- 11:59SPEAKER_04: And we keep those in our archives, those live on forever.
- 12:03SPEAKER_04: Um it's a wonderful way of if you're a local or even a transplant to be able to tell your Vegas story.
- 12:09SPEAKER_04: If you're here and someone who's visited every year over and over again for that conference, um, this is also a way to tell your story and have that included in the museum's collection.
- 12:19Dayna Roselli: It's inevitable that you're going to need to expand.
- 12:21SPEAKER_04: We have hit capacity in our visitation, so we've gone from 20,000 visitors to 250,000 visitors a year that are coming through.
- 12:30SPEAKER_04: We have turned away as many as 30,000 visitors who've wanted tickets, but we've hit sell-out nights.
- 12:35SPEAKER_04: Then you add to that that what you're seeing around you is about 275 signs.
- 12:40SPEAKER_04: We have 900 in our collection.
- 12:43SPEAKER_04: That means that you've got about 600 plus that are sitting in storage, not educating or enlightening anybody.
- 12:49SPEAKER_04: So this is a chance for us to really be thoughtful and intentional about what the museum is going to look like in the future.
- 12:56SPEAKER_04: I'm really excited about what that's going to bring, but it's going to be a bigger footprint for sure.
- 13:01Sean McAllister: That was Aaron Berger, who's the executive director over there at the Neon Museum, and he uh eats and drinks everything history.
- 13:10Sean McAllister: He is all about history, pop culture, all of it.
- 13:13Sean McAllister: So he's the perfect person to have at the helm over there.
- 13:16Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 13:16Dayna Roselli: I really enjoyed seeing the Tropicana sign there and some of the new ones and walking around.
- 13:21Dayna Roselli: They they have, you know, like the little plates that have the description.
- 13:25Dayna Roselli: So you can read about it and figure out, oh my gosh, this is.
- 13:27Dayna Roselli: And we were standing next to one that was like one of the oldest pieces that they're working on now.
- 13:32Dayna Roselli: So so interesting and very unique, very only Vegas.
- 13:35Dayna Roselli: I love that about the new Neon Museum.
- 13:38Dayna Roselli: And you gotta get there if you come in.
- 13:39Dayna Roselli: It's on Las Vegas Boulevard, but like Sean said, a little north of like the popular downtown area.
- 13:46Sean McAllister: Right.
- 13:46Sean McAllister: So just keep that in mind.
- 13:48Sean McAllister: The Neon Museum.
- 13:50Sean McAllister: We wanted to follow up on something we talked about uh one or two episodes ago.
- 13:54Sean McAllister: I think it was just this past episode.
- 13:56Sean McAllister: Allegian Stadium has been named by Billboard magazine as like the number one stadium in America and number two in the world.
- 14:07Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's a big deal.
- 14:08Dayna Roselli: And we ran into the president of the LVC VA here when we were at the Neon Museum doing that event with the Super Bowl sign, Steve Hill.
- 14:16Dayna Roselli: We've interviewed him on the podcast many, many times, and we asked him, hey, what's exciting that's happening in 2025 in your eyes?
- 14:23Dayna Roselli: And he brought up everything happening at Allegiant Stadium right away.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: Well, we got WrestleMania coming in, ain't we?
- 14:28Dayna Roselli: We do, I'm excited.
- 14:30Dayna Roselli: I interviewed Cody, he was great.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it is it's a little different than a Super Bowl.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Um, but there's some similarities.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: There are so many things coming up.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: The concert schedule at Allegiant this year um is gonna top last year's.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: Um they they're gonna I don't know if you can rise higher than they've risen, um, but it's gonna be fantastic.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: Um we're looking forward to a really great 2025.
- 14:55Sean McAllister: And you know, just the other day, I was uh there was a story on the today show, actually, about uh the NFL trying out this new AI system that's going to replace those uh first down markers that you see on, you know, they stretch the chain down the field to see how close you are to getting a first down.
- 15:16Sean McAllister: Right, yeah.
- 15:17Sean McAllister: Well, they have this technology that they've been testing out at Allegiant Stadium that uh could replace the the post and chain technique and depend on AI uh to figure out if you get a first down or not.
- 15:31Sean McAllister: Really?
- 15:32Sean McAllister: Um yeah, so I mean that's just a part of the technological marvel that is Allegiant Stadium because it is one of the newest in the league and they've been able to add so much technology to it.
- 15:43Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 15:44Dayna Roselli: Well, if you haven't been, hopefully you can get out here to Allegiant Stadium in 2025.
- 15:48Dayna Roselli: Let's take a quick break for a message from our sponsor.

- 16:20SPEAKER_03: Justice at your fingertips.
- 16:22SPEAKER_03: All right, let's get to tips now.
- 16:28Sean McAllister: This week, Dana, both of our tips are new restaurants that are opening up at a new uh dining and retail complex called The Bend.
- 16:36Sean McAllister: Uh, this is in the southwest area of Las Vegas, so it's off the strip.
- 16:41Sean McAllister: Um, but we wanted to let you know, first of all, about what the bend is, this retail complex, and then also the two restaurants that caught our eye that are opening there.
- 16:51Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 16:51Dayna Roselli: Well, and because in Vegas, if you don't drive by something all the time, there's something new there next time you drive by.
- 16:57Dayna Roselli: Things just pop up.
- 16:58Dayna Roselli: I was like, what's the bend when I was looking at this?
- 17:00Dayna Roselli: So then we went in and we were like researching, and I'm like, oh yeah, I heard about this a while ago.
- 17:04Dayna Roselli: I think there were some delays, but yeah, it's apparently the newest dining, entertainment, and shopping destination, and they're really starting to fill it out.
- 17:12Dayna Roselli: So I saw this restaurant opening and I thought, Sean and I love this place.
- 17:16Dayna Roselli: So we got to talk about the great Greek Mediterranean grill that is now open at the bend.
- 17:22Dayna Roselli: And by the way, the bend is 8730 West Sunset Road, so it's north of Durango Casino.
- 17:28Sean McAllister: Yeah, you'll see it sits right behind uh the big IKEA that's right there at the corner.
- 17:33Dayna Roselli: So can't miss that.
- 17:34Sean McAllister: No, you cannot miss it.
- 17:35Sean McAllister: That is your landmark.
- 17:36Sean McAllister: Just turn at IKEA, go behind there, you'll find the bend.
- 17:39Dayna Roselli: Yeah, right.
- 17:40Dayna Roselli: So the Great Greek, uh, I go there all the time, the one on Main Street, and I know you guys order too from one that's over on the east side of town.
- 17:48Sean McAllister: Yes.
- 17:48Sean McAllister: It's so good.
- 17:49Dayna Roselli: You what do you usually get?
- 17:50Sean McAllister: Uh I usually either get a hero, a bowl, or um we'll get the um like the dipper combo too.
- 17:58Sean McAllister: You get the hummus, taziki.
- 18:00Sean McAllister: Um, there's a like a three or four combo dip, and then they give you the um flatbread to go with it.
- 18:06Sean McAllister: It's all just delicious.
- 18:07Sean McAllister: And the lemon rice is so good.
- 18:09Dayna Roselli: I get the Greek salad wrap a lot with a, and then I choose a meat like chicken or whatever, and if it's like finely chopped and uh the taziki sauce, sometimes it's a little drippy, so you gotta say light on the tazeke, and then it comes perfect.
- 18:21Dayna Roselli: But you know what I love about it is it's quick, like it's food that you know you order at the counter, but it's it's really healthy and very delicious.
- 18:32Dayna Roselli: Not to sound like a commercial, but I'm not lying, I go there once a week.
- 18:35Sean McAllister: No, but it's like kind of like a Greek version of chipotle or something.
- 18:39Sean McAllister: Like it's made to order and it's all fresh ingredients and it's just really good.
- 18:44Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 18:44Dayna Roselli: And it does take a little while.
- 18:46Dayna Roselli: You have to sit down and wait for your order because it it's not, you know, they are making it literally right after you order it.
- 18:53Dayna Roselli: And I I so I don't mind waiting for it.
- 18:54Dayna Roselli: I'm like, you know, sign me up and it's gonna be fresh.
- 18:57Dayna Roselli: Uh I also love that this one's open seven days a week.
- 18:59Dayna Roselli: I think the one I go to is too.
- 19:01Dayna Roselli: It's just I always feel like it's open, and I like that.
- 19:03Dayna Roselli: When I want something, I want to go and I want it to be open when I pull in.
- 19:07Sean McAllister: That's a very Vegas thing.
- 19:09Dayna Roselli: So yeah, welcome, the great Greek uh over at the bend.
- 19:12Dayna Roselli: And then also at the bend, we got invited to try out a new restaurant and we haven't been able to.
- 19:16Dayna Roselli: They were doing like a preview.
- 19:17Dayna Roselli: It's not open yet.
- 19:18Dayna Roselli: It's called uh Marofuku Ramen.
- 19:21Dayna Roselli: And apparently, this is an acclaimed San Francisco-based Japanese ramen restaurant, known for their authentic hakata style tonka tutusu.
- 19:35Dayna Roselli: Am I saying it right?
- 19:36Dayna Roselli: Nobody.
- 19:37Dayna Roselli: You're asking me?
- 19:38Dayna Roselli: No, yeah, I have no idea.
- 19:39Dayna Roselli: But um, anyway, you'll know what it is if I'm talking, and you can write me and tell me the right way to pronounce it.
- 19:43Sean McAllister: I'm impressed that you uh attempted that.
- 19:45Dayna Roselli: I made it up.
- 19:46Dayna Roselli: That's what it looks like to me.
- 19:48Dayna Roselli: Anyway, uh, it looks absolutely delicious.
- 19:50Dayna Roselli: I see they have some locations in Texas, uh, Southern California, Northern California, and then the latest one will be here in Las Vegas.
- 19:57Dayna Roselli: It's supposed to open uh later in January.
- 19:59Dayna Roselli: We don't have an exact date yet, but this is also at the bend.
- 20:03Sean McAllister: Yeah, I mean, ramen spots do so well here in Las Vegas, too.
- 20:07Sean McAllister: Wherever ramen opens, people go to.
- 20:10Sean McAllister: So I have no doubt that Marufuku is going to follow suit and be an instant hit over there at the bend.
- 20:18Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and I guess this is their like 10th restaurant.
- 20:20Dayna Roselli: So I'll link the uh website in our show notes if you want to click on it and check it out.
