- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, everybody. Welcome to Vince on a Tuesday. It's great
- 0:04Speaker 1: to have you with us. I've got a big show
- 0:06Speaker 1: ahead for you. Matt Van Swole stops by the program.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Always like talking to him. No, he's not a fitness influencer.
- 0:11Speaker 1: He's just a decent American who rejected the American left
- 0:14Speaker 1: and joined the rest of us in Sanity Land. Also,
- 0:17Speaker 1: we're going to talk about what is going on in
- 0:19Speaker 1: the country right now. President Trump has a piece of
- 0:21Speaker 1: breaking news this morning. A brand new message for the
- 0:25Speaker 1: people of Minnesota. We'll explore that. And we'll talk about
- 0:29Speaker 1: just how dire things are in Minnesota right now. You know,
- 0:32Speaker 1: one of the things that's missing from our big national
- 0:35Speaker 1: conversation in all of this is just how disgusting the
- 0:40Speaker 1: people are that the Trump administration is picking up right now.
- 0:43Speaker 1: These are the dregs of the earth, the most vile
- 0:47Speaker 1: human beings imaginable. And I do not say that lightly.
- 0:51Speaker 1: We'll explore that coming up. It seems like we've got
- 0:54Speaker 1: some Pam Bondi news that we can get into. A
- 0:57Speaker 1: lot to discuss. All ahead on this edition of Vince.

- 2:47Speaker 1: into some of the important things to share with you today.
- 2:50Speaker 1: You should be subscribed to Rumble.com slash Vince, which currently
- 2:54Speaker 1: directs you to the Bongino Report. For those of you
- 2:56Speaker 1: who watch Rumble really, really closely, you will see that
- 2:59Speaker 1: the channel previously known as Dan Bongino... which then became Vince,
- 3:05Speaker 1: is now back to being referred to as the Dan
- 3:07Speaker 1: Bongino channel, which is great news because Dan is coming
- 3:10Speaker 1: back on February 2nd. That's a little over two weeks away. Unbelievable.
- 3:14Speaker 1: That's going to be here before we know it. And
- 3:16Speaker 1: when he arrives, this program will be live on Rumble
- 3:20Speaker 1: at 8 a.m. Eastern time, each weekday morning, and you'll
- 3:25Speaker 1: be able to see that right on the Bongino Report channel.
- 3:28Speaker 1: So that's item one. Make sure you are subscribed to
- 3:31Speaker 1: the Bongino Report. It's going to change your life for
- 3:35Speaker 1: the better. It's going to be great. Additionally, speaking of Dan,
- 3:40Speaker 1: my hope is, I got to talk to Dan about this.
- 3:41Speaker 1: We'll have him on the podcast ahead of his return
- 3:45Speaker 1: to his podcast, but I want to have him here
- 3:46Speaker 1: on this show. But I did have him on the
- 3:48Speaker 1: radio show yesterday. It was kind of a surprise. I
- 3:51Speaker 1: didn't know this was happening. Jim calls me before the
- 3:53Speaker 1: show starts. Producer Jim, the excellent producer, Jimmy calls me
- 3:56Speaker 1: before the show starts. He goes, hey, do you want
- 3:57Speaker 1: Dan on the show today? And I said, yeah, absolutely.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Let's have Dan on the show. And so we got
- 4:04Speaker 1: Dan in yesterday to the radio program. If you're looking
- 4:07Speaker 1: for that interview, you can thank producer Justin for this
- 4:09Speaker 1: because he saved the video of it because we do
- 4:13Speaker 1: we do the radio show every day, but we don't
- 4:14Speaker 1: always save. a video file of the whole radio show.
- 4:17Speaker 1: But producer Justin jumps in, saves the video file. It's
- 4:21Speaker 1: posted to my ex-account right now. Right now. You can
- 4:24Speaker 1: go check out the Vince Colonnais ex-account. You can see
- 4:27Speaker 1: the full interview with Dan Bongino. And of course, we'll
- 4:30Speaker 1: have hopefully more interviews with Dan in the weeks and
- 4:33Speaker 1: months ahead. A lot more to discuss. That guy's got
- 4:36Speaker 1: a lot that he has to share with the world.
- 4:38Speaker 1: And I have a lot of questions for him. So
- 4:40Speaker 1: that's the expectation there. So those are items one and
- 4:43Speaker 1: two for you. And now let's get to the president
- 4:47Speaker 1: of the United States. I've got some breaking news from
- 4:50Speaker 1: the president this morning. He's busy on Truth Social, which
- 4:54Speaker 1: makes it a day that ends in Y. And here's
- 4:57Speaker 1: what the president had to say today. Eyes on this.
- 5:00Speaker 1: This is about the people of Minnesota. President Trump says
- 5:04Speaker 1: the following. Do the people of Minnesota really want to
- 5:07Speaker 1: live in a community in which there are thousands of
- 5:10Speaker 1: already convicted murderers, drug dealers, and and addicts, rapists, violent,
- 5:18Speaker 1: released and escaped prisoners, dangerous people from foreign mental institutions
- 5:21Speaker 1: and insane asylums, and other deadly criminals too dangerous to
- 5:25Speaker 1: even mention. All the patriots of ICE want to do
- 5:28Speaker 1: is remove them from your neighborhood and send them back
- 5:31Speaker 1: to the prisons and the mental institutions from where they came,
- 5:35Speaker 1: most in foreign countries who illegally entered the United States
- 5:38Speaker 1: through sleepy Joe Biden's horrible open borders policy. Every place
- 5:43Speaker 1: we go, crime goes down. In Chicago, despite a weak
- 5:46Speaker 1: and incompetent governor and mayor fighting us all the way,
- 5:49Speaker 1: a big improvement was made. Thousands of criminals were removed.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Minnesota Democrats love the unrest that anarchists and professional agitators
- 5:57Speaker 1: are causing because it gets the spotlight off of the
- 6:00Speaker 1: $ 19 billion that was stolen by really bad and deranged people.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Fear not, great people of Minnesota. The day of reckoning
- 6:10Speaker 1: and retribution is coming. The president is bringing up something
- 6:16Speaker 1: that I've been obsessing over, which is, do the people
- 6:21Speaker 1: of Minnesota truly know how good it is that ICE
- 6:25Speaker 1: is on the ground in their state right now? Do
- 6:28Speaker 1: you know how jealous law-abiding citizens are across the country
- 6:33Speaker 1: that Minnesota gets the benefit of a law enforcement surge
- 6:36Speaker 1: right now? The kinds of human beings that are being
- 6:40Speaker 1: picked up by ICE The president is barely scratching the
- 6:45Speaker 1: surface as he describes how evil they are. And I
- 6:49Speaker 1: want you to see this because this information of how
- 6:55Speaker 1: evil these human beings are came to us this week
- 6:58Speaker 1: and is absolutely worth dwelling on. On your screen, if
- 7:02Speaker 1: you're watching our video podcast, rumble.com slash Vince, you can
- 7:05Speaker 1: see mugshots of many of the creatures that President Trump
- 7:11Speaker 1: has and ICE are pulling off the streets. And these
- 7:15Speaker 1: images come to us by way of ICE sent to
- 7:18Speaker 1: Bill Mallusion in the Fox News Channel. And Bill has
- 7:22Speaker 1: described some of the crimes that these guys have committed.
- 7:26Speaker 1: And I want to just prepare you for how vile
- 7:30Speaker 1: they are. Take a look at this. ICE has provided
- 7:35Speaker 1: Fox a list of the most egregious criminal illegal aliens
- 7:38Speaker 1: in They've arrested during their surge in the sanctuary state
- 7:41Speaker 1: of Minnesota, says Bill. It's the most disturbing list he's
- 7:44Speaker 1: ever seen, including numerous convicted child rapists, sodomizers, and 10,
- 7:51Speaker 1: count them, 10 convicted killers. These are homicidal maniacs who
- 7:56Speaker 1: are running free in the streets of Minnesota. They've gotten
- 8:01Speaker 1: tons of bad guys, most with deportation orders going back
- 8:04Speaker 1: many years. Several from Laos, Somalia, and Sudan. You ready?
- 8:08Speaker 1: Here we go. This man, Sridharan Faivan, a Laotian illegal,
- 8:16Speaker 1: convicted of strong-arm sodomy of a boy and strong-arm sodomy
- 8:20Speaker 1: of a girl, with a deportation order since 2018. He's
- 8:23Speaker 1: a child rapist. Tu Vang, a Laotian illegal alien convicted
- 8:32Speaker 1: of sexual assault and sodomy of a girl under the
- 8:34Speaker 1: age of 13, and procuring a child for prostitution. He
- 8:39Speaker 1: too has a deportation order.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Since 2006.
- 8:41Speaker 1: That's what we would refer to as due process. Get
- 8:44Speaker 1: the hell out of our country, our system has declared,
- 8:47Speaker 1: and yet they're protected by the Democrats who run Minnesota.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Chong Vui, a Laotian illegal, convicted of the strong-arm rape
- 8:56Speaker 1: of a 12-year-old girl, violent rape of a 12-year-old, kidnapping
- 9:01Speaker 1: a child with intent to sexually assault her, deportation order
- 9:04Speaker 1: since 2004. Another Laotian illegal convicted of strong arm rape,
- 9:09Speaker 1: aggravated assault with a weapon, strangulation, deportation order. Another Laotian
- 9:14Speaker 1: illegal convicted of rape and child fondling, deportation order. Another
- 9:19Speaker 1: Laotian illegal order. You see a trend here? A lot
- 9:22Speaker 1: of people from Laos in Minnesota. What are they doing
- 9:24Speaker 1: in Minnesota? Illegal. Convicted of rape, rape with a weapon,
- 9:28Speaker 1: sexual assault, deportation order since 1996. Bill Clinton was president then.
- 9:36Speaker 1: A Mexican illegal, Hernan Cortez Valencia, convicted of sexual assault
- 9:39Speaker 1: of a child, DUI, deportation order 2016. A Somali illegal
- 9:46Speaker 1: convicted of homicide. What are murderers doing running around in
- 9:50Speaker 1: the streets of Minnesota? A Salvadoran illegal convicted of triple homicide,
- 9:55Speaker 1: deportation order since June of last year. A Mexican illegal
- 9:59Speaker 1: convicted of homicide. Sudanese convicted of homicide. Laotian convicted of
- 10:05Speaker 1: double homicide. Sierra Leone illegal convicted of two counts of homicide.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Mexican illegal homicide. Somali manslaughter. Sudanese homicide. Guatemalan, negligent homicide, N-D-U-I.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Burmese illegal, negligent homicide. Now I'm just reading, look at
- 10:26Speaker 1: this list, holy cow. So we got rapists, murderers, child rapists.
- 10:33Speaker 1: These are the worst human beings imaginable on the whole planet.
- 10:38Speaker 1: And they're right here in the United States of America.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And they're being protected by Tim Walz and Jacob Frey
- 10:44Speaker 1: and Keith Ellison and Ilhan Omar. And these are all
- 10:47Speaker 1: people who keep stepping up to microphones and pretending like
- 10:49Speaker 1: something awful is going on when ICE comes in to
- 10:51Speaker 1: enforce the law. I'm sorry. The men and women of
- 10:54Speaker 1: ICE are doing the damn job. They're getting in there
- 10:57Speaker 1: and they're getting these people out of these communities. There
- 11:01Speaker 1: shouldn't be protests against ICE. Minnesota should be throwing ticker
- 11:05Speaker 1: tape parades. for the men and women of law enforcement
- 11:08Speaker 1: who are doing this long overdue job. How do you
- 11:11Speaker 1: have people with final deportation orders, homicidal rapists who've been
- 11:16Speaker 1: in the country since the Clinton administration with final orders
- 11:18Speaker 1: of deportation and nobody's gotten them out yet? Now's the time.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Better late than never. Get them the hell out of
- 11:25Speaker 1: our country. And the reason I'm highlighting this list, first
- 11:29Speaker 1: of all, is to emphasize the value of what ICE
- 11:31Speaker 1: is doing. I want you to know that. I want
- 11:34Speaker 1: you to, this is really important that we know how
- 11:36Speaker 1: vile these human beings are that we're picking up. But
- 11:40Speaker 1: understand something else. Were it not for Bill Malusian and
- 11:44Speaker 1: ICE being on top of this, would people know about this?
- 11:48Speaker 1: The reason I want to obsess over how disgusting these
- 11:52Speaker 1: killers and rapists are is because the men and women
- 11:57Speaker 1: of ICE are getting no credit from the legacy media
- 12:00Speaker 1: right now for the job they're actually doing. They're cleaning
- 12:03Speaker 1: up our communities. Every single one of these communities that
- 12:07Speaker 1: has the benefit of ICE officers going in and cleaning
- 12:10Speaker 1: them up, they shouldn't be attacking ICE officers, assaulting them,
- 12:13Speaker 1: protesting them, assassinating them. That stuff is insane. They should
- 12:18Speaker 1: be throwing ticker tape raids for these guys because they're
- 12:20Speaker 1: getting the right people off the streets. And there's a
- 12:24Speaker 1: media blackout on this story. There's a media blackout on it.
- 12:28Speaker 1: And as far as I'm concerned, that ends with us.
- 12:31Speaker 1: We've got to tell this story because the legacy media
- 12:34Speaker 1: will not. They will not. So God bless the Trump administration.
- 12:37Speaker 1: God bless the men and women of ICE. Please keep
- 12:39Speaker 1: up the great work and get these people the hell
- 12:42Speaker 1: out of our country. Just the absolute worst imaginable here
- 12:46Speaker 1: in America. Get them out. Get them out.
- 12:49Speaker 3: All right.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Um, let me, uh, fire this dude. I heard some
- 12:53Speaker 1: guy named Dan's looking for works at Viper 6969. Fair, fair.
- 12:58Speaker 1: The least I deserve. I, I don't know what the
- 13:00Speaker 1: hell happened to my internet. Um, okay. Uh, coming up
- 13:03Speaker 1: on the program, I've got more details for you on
- 13:06Speaker 1: the left's insanity. They're not demonstrating gratitude at all. for ICE.
- 13:12Speaker 1: And I got some breaking news on the Somalis who
- 13:14Speaker 1: are in Minnesota. President Trump with a huge announcement for Somalis,
- 13:18Speaker 1: not just in Minnesota, but all across the country. Breaking
- 13:22Speaker 1: news this morning. You're going to want to hear it.
- 13:25Speaker 1: It's all ahead on this edition of Vince. I want
- 13:27Speaker 1: to thank our great sponsors. Bone Charge Infrared Sauna Blanket,
- 13:31Speaker 1: an amazing product. I love this thing because now I
- 13:33Speaker 1: have a sauna at home. I never had one, and
- 13:36Speaker 1: now I do. It's amazing. Bone Charge. And you know
- 13:39Speaker 1: what's nice about the sauna blanket? You can wrap yourself up.
- 13:42Speaker 1: This is what I do. And it helps me with
- 13:44Speaker 1: muscle recovery, detoxification. It's become a total game changer. Very
- 13:48Speaker 1: easy to use, too. I just plug it in, wrap
- 13:51Speaker 1: myself up, let the infrared heat work its magic. It's
- 13:54Speaker 1: created a huge difference for me in how I relax
- 13:56Speaker 1: and how I rejuvenate and how I feel afterward. Allison
- 13:59Speaker 1: loves the red light face mask. Bone Charge has a
- 14:01Speaker 1: red light face mask. Very cool. You put this thing
- 14:03Speaker 1: on each night. It seems like a charge lasts forever.
- 14:06Speaker 1: She just puts this thing on. She keeps putting it on.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And I'm like, are you ever going to plug that
- 14:09Speaker 1: thing in again? How does it have a charge for
- 14:11Speaker 1: a million years? It's incredible. It's not quite a million years.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I don't want to overstate it, but it's amazing. The
- 14:15Speaker 1: red light face mask is cool. She uses it because
- 14:17Speaker 1: it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation. She's seen fantastic results.
- 14:23Speaker 1: It's like having a mini spa treatment right at home.

- 14:56Speaker 1: Awesome product.
- 14:57Speaker 2: All right.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So here's what's up. Thank you. I love Road King
- 15:02Speaker 1: 1957 sticking up for me. The glitch was not Vince's fault, people.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It kind of is, Road King, because I don't have
- 15:07Speaker 1: like a backup internet connection here. I just was panicking
- 15:10Speaker 1: about the one internet connection to see if I could
- 15:12Speaker 1: get it to work again. So sort of my fault.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I didn't anticipate every possible eventuality. The president of the
- 15:20Speaker 1: United States has some breaking news today, which is that
- 15:23Speaker 1: he's booting thousands of Somalis from the country. And he's
- 15:28Speaker 1: given them a deadline of St. Patrick's Day, March 17th.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Get out by St. Paddy's Day. Here's the breaking news.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Fox News has the summary this morning. A couple outlets do.
- 15:40Speaker 1: The Trump administration is ending temporary protected status for thousands
- 15:44Speaker 1: of Somalis in the United States. The Trump administration ending
- 15:49Speaker 1: temporary protective status, TPS, for Somalia. And this will affect
- 15:53Speaker 1: several thousand Somalis who are currently living in the United
- 15:57Speaker 1: States and several hundred currently living in Minnesota under this protection.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Somali migrants with temporary protected status will be required to
- 16:07Speaker 1: leave the country by March 17th. St. Paddy's Day. Quote,
- 16:13Speaker 1: temporary means temporary, says Kristi Noem in a statement to Fox.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Country conditions in Somalia, they've improved. So no longer do
- 16:21Speaker 1: they meet the law's requirement for temporary protected status. Yeah,
- 16:25Speaker 1: that is really a key detail. I just want to
- 16:27Speaker 1: remind people of that word temporary. What the hell does
- 16:29Speaker 1: the word temporary mean? Does temporary mean forever? Does temporary
- 16:34Speaker 1: mean for eternity? Does it mean perpetually? Does temporary mean
- 16:39Speaker 1: always and never ending? No, temporary means forever. There's an
- 16:43Speaker 1: end date. There's a drop dead date. There's a get
- 16:45Speaker 1: the hell out date. There's a leave date. There's an
- 16:47Speaker 1: end to this generosity. And so the Trump administration has said, look,
- 16:54Speaker 1: Somalia is good enough. Go home. Go home. So if
- 16:57Speaker 1: you're here on a temporary basis, go home. Further, allowing
- 17:01Speaker 1: Somali nationals to remain temporarily in the United States, says
- 17:05Speaker 1: Christine Noem, is contrary to our national interests. We are
- 17:08Speaker 1: putting Americans first. This contrary to our national interests. Isn't
- 17:13Speaker 1: it nice to hear somebody tell the truth? Why would
- 17:15Speaker 1: it be contrary to our national interest to keep Somalis
- 17:18Speaker 1: in the United States? Well, here's the start. How about
- 17:20Speaker 1: 20 billion reasons? How about the like the New York
- 17:24Speaker 1: Times straight up said when it came out with this
- 17:27Speaker 1: coverage in November of all the Somali fraud going on
- 17:30Speaker 1: in the United States? They consulted an expert on Somali
- 17:33Speaker 1: culture and they said, tell us about Somali culture. What
- 17:36Speaker 1: implications does that have for all this stuff? And their
- 17:38Speaker 1: Somali culture expert said, well, the truth is Somalis have
- 17:43Speaker 1: discovered that stealing from the government is kind of a
- 17:47Speaker 1: feature of their lives. And they do it in Somalia
- 17:49Speaker 1: and they bring that culture here to the United States
- 17:51Speaker 1: of America. The New York Times said this like as
- 17:53Speaker 1: an excuse for Somalis stealing from you. OK, well, if
- 17:57Speaker 1: that's your culture, go back and embrace it in Somalia.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Assimilate back into your home country, please, because you're not
- 18:04Speaker 1: doing it here. You're just stealing from us. So the
- 18:06Speaker 1: Trump administration has determined that, yeah, on net, this is
- 18:10Speaker 1: a massive negative for us. So let's just end temporary
- 18:13Speaker 1: protected status. And so they're doing it. God bless them
- 18:15Speaker 1: for it. God bless them for it. Because, you know,
- 18:18Speaker 1: I like not being robbed. I like thinking to myself, hey,
- 18:21Speaker 1: maybe if the government is taking money out of my paycheck,
- 18:24Speaker 1: perhaps it could be used for some constructive purpose instead
- 18:26Speaker 1: of just have me be robbed to, you know, catastrophic levels.
- 18:31Speaker 1: That would be nice. So that's the latest there. The
- 18:36Speaker 1: breaking news this morning that the Somalis Again, there's Somalis
- 18:41Speaker 1: who are currently American citizens in the United States. That's
- 18:43Speaker 1: a whole other question. We've got to denaturalize people who
- 18:45Speaker 1: are committing crimes and get them out of the country.
- 18:48Speaker 1: But in terms of temporary protected status, out. There's also
- 18:51Speaker 1: a lot of Somalis who are here illegally. Ilhan Omar
- 18:53Speaker 1: tries to keep covering that up, but even this weekend
- 18:55Speaker 1: she was like, well, a majority of the Somalis are
- 18:58Speaker 1: not here illegally. Okay, well, if a majority are not
- 19:01Speaker 1: here illegally, that means there is a group of people
- 19:03Speaker 1: you're referring to who are here illegally. Get them out.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Get them out. This is very straightforward stuff. Now, in
- 19:13Speaker 1: addition to all of this, we don't just have Somali problems.
- 19:16Speaker 1: We also have Venezuelan gangsters in the United States. You
- 19:20Speaker 1: saw this past week that in the wake of the
- 19:22Speaker 1: Minneapolis incident, the attack on an ICE agent, he had
- 19:26Speaker 1: to discharge his weapon to defend himself and his fellow
- 19:29Speaker 1: ICE agents, killing Rene Gould. There was also an attack
- 19:34Speaker 1: on Border Patrol agents in Portland, Oregon, conducted by Tren
- 19:38Speaker 1: de Aragua gangsters. Now, when Chris Van Hollen heard about this,
- 19:42Speaker 1: he got very excited because he loved gangsters. He wants
- 19:45Speaker 1: to go visit them in jail right now. He's super
- 19:47Speaker 1: excited about it. He's already planning out his conjugal visit.
- 19:50Speaker 1: He's going to love it. But for the rest of us,
- 19:53Speaker 1: it's a total nightmare that we have Tren de Aragua
- 19:54Speaker 1: gangsters in the country. And here's what we learned yesterday.
- 20:00Speaker 1: The feds, meaning the Trump administration, say that the Tren
- 20:04Speaker 1: de Aragua gangsters rammed the border patrol— with the Tren
- 20:09Speaker 1: de Aragua prostitute's car over and over and over again.
- 20:15Speaker 1: This isn't like one of those, like, whoops, we accidentally collided.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors officially charged a suspected Tren de Aragua gangbanger
- 20:23Speaker 1: for allegedly using a vehicle as a weapon against Border
- 20:27Speaker 1: Patrol agents. The DOJ lodged criminal charges against Luis Nino Moncada,
- 20:32Speaker 1: a Venezuelan national living illegally in America, they said Monday.
- 20:37Speaker 1: During a federal immigration enforcement operation in Portland, Oregon on Thursday,
- 20:41Speaker 1: Nino Moncada allegedly damaged property and put Border Patrol agents
- 20:45Speaker 1: in harm's way when he repeatedly, remember words have meaning,
- 20:49Speaker 1: repeatedly rammed a law enforcement vehicle with the prostitute's car,
- 20:56Speaker 1: the Trente Aragua prostitute's car, TDA. Quote, anyone who crosses
- 21:00Speaker 1: the red line of assaulting law enforcement. It's going to
- 21:03Speaker 1: be met with the full force of the Justice Department,
- 21:05Speaker 1: says Pam Bondi in a public statement. This man, an
- 21:08Speaker 1: illegal with ties to a foreign terrorist organization, should never
- 21:11Speaker 1: have been in our country to begin with, and we
- 21:14Speaker 1: will ensure he never walks free in America again, says
- 21:19Speaker 1: Pam Bondi. You remember the other day, I don't know
- 21:21Speaker 1: if you saw this, but CNN was referring to the
- 21:24Speaker 1: Trend de Aragua gangster and the Trend de Aragua prostitute
- 21:27Speaker 1: as a married couple. Now, it's pretty obvious that this
- 21:31Speaker 1: dude was her pimp and they were going ballistic against
- 21:35Speaker 1: Border Patrol. But they're a married couple. It's just like
- 21:38Speaker 1: Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The Maryland man is just a Maryland father.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Why are we hassling him? Well, he's an MS-13 gangster
- 21:44Speaker 1: who was involved in human trafficking. Oh, details, details. The
- 21:47Speaker 1: guy's a Maryland father. And Chris Van Hollen, you know,
- 21:50Speaker 1: wants to share margaritas with him. This is crazy. I
- 21:55Speaker 1: can't even believe the world in which we live. The
- 21:57Speaker 1: fact that we even have to explain this crap. That's
- 22:00Speaker 1: actually going on. So in Portland, Border Patrol agents had
- 22:03Speaker 1: to discharge their weapons to defend themselves against another attack,
- 22:09Speaker 1: this time by a terrorist group called Tren de Aragua,
- 22:13Speaker 1: just in case you're wondering what the state of play is.
- 22:16Speaker 1: And in Seattle, we talk about twin cities on the
- 22:18Speaker 1: West Coast that are kind of dominated by lefty craziness. Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Washington.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Those are the two. And you're always like, oh, my gosh,
- 22:26Speaker 1: what is going on in Seattle now? Do they have
- 22:28Speaker 1: autonomous zones again? What the heck's happening? Seattle. It's like
- 22:32Speaker 1: Seattle wants to be known for coffee. Instead, it's known
- 22:35Speaker 1: for mayhem. That's it. Mayhem and miserable weather. So what's
- 22:39Speaker 1: going on in Seattle? Well, the Democrat mayor there is
- 22:42Speaker 1: a socialist called Katie Wilson, and she's a psycho. And
- 22:47Speaker 1: Katie Wilson just got caught. I say caught. She's she's
- 22:51Speaker 1: proud of this. She's bragging about it. She's hanging out
- 22:55Speaker 1: at some public event declaring that if you're there illegally
- 22:59Speaker 1: in Seattle, you're a member of the community. That community
- 23:02Speaker 1: is yours. Now, fact check. No, it's not. But here
- 23:04Speaker 1: she goes.
- 23:05Speaker 4: This is your city. And when I say that, I
- 23:08Speaker 4: mean everyone. People who were born here in Seattle, people
- 23:13Speaker 4: who came here from across the country and from across
- 23:15Speaker 4: the world. Whatever the status of your immigration paperwork, this
- 23:20Speaker 4: is your city.
- 23:22Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 23:23Speaker 5: You deserve to be safe, to.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Live a dignified life, and to have a say in
- 23:28Speaker 4: your government.
- 23:29Speaker 5: There is power.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I love that. Oh, you deserve to have a say
- 23:32Speaker 1: in your government. Yeah, here's a fun trick. Your government
- 23:36Speaker 1: isn't even in this country. Go somewhere else. Go home.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Go home. Have a say in your government because this
- 23:43Speaker 1: ain't your government. This is not your government. This is
- 23:46Speaker 1: the United States of America. And every single person who's
- 23:50Speaker 1: in a position of power in the United States has
- 23:53Speaker 1: to be brave enough to say that. What you are witnessing.
- 23:56Speaker 1: from the mayor of Seattle in theatrical fashion, but it's
- 24:00Speaker 1: true of Democrats everywhere, is rank cowardice and election rigging.
- 24:04Speaker 1: That's as simple as that. It's cowardice in the face
- 24:07Speaker 1: of chaos. And of course, you know, if you lead
- 24:09Speaker 1: a household, you know that if you're cowardly in the
- 24:13Speaker 1: face of chaos, your family is gonna be decimated by
- 24:16Speaker 1: your weakness. That's straightforward. That's true for a country too.
- 24:19Speaker 1: If leaders are cowardly in the face of chaos, your
- 24:22Speaker 1: country is decimated by your weakness. simultaneously, Democrats are using
- 24:27Speaker 1: illegals as a means to rig elections. It is super clear.
- 24:30Speaker 1: How do they do that? Because the more illegal human
- 24:33Speaker 1: bodies you pack into a state or a congressional district,
- 24:36Speaker 1: the more congressional seats and electoral college votes you get.
- 24:39Speaker 1: That's it. This is why they conceal in the census
- 24:42Speaker 1: whether or not somebody is actually a citizen of the country,
- 24:45Speaker 1: because they're using human bodies as a means to accrue
- 24:48Speaker 1: political power and then pretending like we're indecent for noticing.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It's disgusting. So it's time for that to end. Coming
- 24:57Speaker 1: up in a moment, more of this chaos is not
- 24:59Speaker 1: just limited to the West Coast. It's also on the
- 25:00Speaker 1: East Coast. There are psycho sheriffs, it turns out, even
- 25:04Speaker 1: people who wear the badge. Psycho sheriffs in places like
- 25:08Speaker 1: North Carolina. We'll discuss that with Matt Van Swole coming
- 25:11Speaker 1: up in just a moment here. I want to thank
- 25:13Speaker 1: Helix for being a great sponsor of this program and
- 25:16Speaker 1: giving me a great night's sleep every single night. Winter's here.

- 25:35Speaker 1: Not anymore. The Helix mattress has changed our lives. It's
- 25:38Speaker 1: made our sleep so much better. We took the Helix
- 25:40Speaker 1: sleep quiz together. I just popped my laptop open on
- 25:42Speaker 1: the kitchen counter and I said, come on over here, Allison.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Let's take the quiz together. We take the quiz together.
- 25:47Speaker 1: And before you know it, Helix gives us a perfect match.

- 26:44Speaker 1: a great product called Lean. Familiar with Lean? It's awesome.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Doctors say that weight cycling is a problem. People do this.
- 26:53Speaker 1: You lose like 10 or more pounds, and then you
- 26:54Speaker 1: put it back on. And it's not good for your body.
- 26:57Speaker 1: If you keep doing this thing over and over, it's
- 26:59Speaker 1: not good for you. There's negative health effects from that.
- 27:01Speaker 1: The bottom line is most people need help not only
- 27:03Speaker 1: losing weight, but then keeping it off. And non-prescription lean
- 27:06Speaker 1: by Brickhouse Nutrition, great product created by doctors, and it's
- 27:10Speaker 1: an oral supplement, a pill.
- 27:11Speaker 2: You just.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Pop it. Not an injection. The science is super impressive.
- 27:15Speaker 1: And the studied ingredients target weight loss in three powerful ways.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Lean helps you maintain healthy blood sugar. It helps control
- 27:21Speaker 1: appetite and cravings. And it helps burn fat by converting
- 27:24Speaker 1: that fat into energy. Burning fat helps keep the weight off.
- 27:28Speaker 1: So if you want to lose meaningful weight at a
- 27:30Speaker 1: healthy pace and then keep it off, add lean by
- 27:32Speaker 1: BrickHouse Nutrition to your diet and your exercise lifestyle. Get

- 27:54Speaker 4: Okay.
- 27:55Speaker 1: So I just saw a headline out of North Carolina
- 28:00Speaker 1: that is, like, just when you think things are, like,
- 28:03Speaker 1: super crazy, you're like, how could it get crazier? Well,
- 28:05Speaker 1: North Carolina is demonstrating how it could. At least one
- 28:07Speaker 1: sheriff is. In North Carolina, a Democrat member of the
- 28:13Speaker 1: state legislature says that the sheriff of Mecklenburg County, this
- 28:19Speaker 1: is Charlotte Mecklenburg, has threatened her with harm if she
- 28:25Speaker 1: doesn't protect the sanctuary status of the city. This is
- 28:31Speaker 1: loony tones. Listen to this. A moderate Democrat blowing the
- 28:35Speaker 1: whistle on a sanctuary sheriff's alleged attempt to threaten her
- 28:39Speaker 1: into voting against more cooperation with ICE. North Carolina State
- 28:44Speaker 1: Representative Carla Cunningham, she's a Democrat. She was intensely pressured
- 28:49Speaker 1: by her party to vote against a July 2025 override
- 28:52Speaker 1: of Democrat Governor Josh Stein's veto of House Bill 318.
- 28:56Speaker 1: This is legislation that required sheriffs to honor ICE detainers,
- 29:01Speaker 1: that is, don't obstruct ICE. She's now alleging the sheriff
- 29:05Speaker 1: of Mecklenburg County attempted to extort her when he suggested
- 29:10Speaker 1: that she would, quote, get hurt if she helped Republicans
- 29:14Speaker 1: pass the bill. Whoa, we got some Democrat on Democrat
- 29:17Speaker 1: violence here. She says one of the first things he
- 29:20Speaker 1: said was that the citizens of Mecklenburg County would come
- 29:24Speaker 1: at me, she told the Daily Caller News Foundation. And
- 29:28Speaker 1: she said she talked to the sheriff ahead of the vote.
- 29:30Speaker 1: And as the conversation went on, he said he didn't
- 29:32Speaker 1: want to see me get hurt. And I said, well,
- 29:35Speaker 1: you know, I'm already under security, which I thought he
- 29:37Speaker 1: would have known because the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department. knew
- 29:40Speaker 1: because the General Assembly police work with the local community.
- 29:44Speaker 1: But then he said, but you're in my county. But
- 29:49Speaker 1: you're in my county. Cunningham believes the implication was clear.
- 29:54Speaker 1: McFadden was allegedly suggesting he would refuse protection for her.
- 29:58Speaker 1: If any members of the public attempted to harm her,
- 30:05Speaker 1: this is crazy. It is not shocking, but it is appalling.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Joining us now to discuss Matt Van Swall is a
- 30:13Speaker 1: former nuclear scientist with the Department of Energy, an ex-photographer
- 30:18Speaker 1: for all sorts of big brands. During Hurricane Eileen, he
- 30:21Speaker 1: worked with his neighbors in North Carolina to help rescue them,
- 30:24Speaker 1: and he joins us now. Matt, good to have you
- 30:26Speaker 1: back with.
- 30:26Speaker 6: Us, sir. Hey, thanks for having me on, Vince.
- 30:29Speaker 1: What the hell's going on in Mecklenburg, dude? The Mecklenburg
- 30:32Speaker 1: sheriff is threatening local politicians in order to maintain sanctuary status?
- 30:37Speaker 1: It's crazy.
- 30:38Speaker 2: I know.
- 30:38Speaker 6: And just in case people forgot, this is the same
- 30:41Speaker 6: county where Irina Zeruzka was murdered from the repeat felon
- 30:47Speaker 6: that they let out over and over and over again
- 30:48Speaker 6: to terrorize citizens and then eventually kill Irina Zeruzka.
- 30:53Speaker 1: But, I mean, it gets crazier than that.
- 30:54Speaker 6: So the representative obviously said she thought that McFadden was
- 30:58Speaker 6: telling her, you know, I'm not going to protect you,
- 31:01Speaker 6: which is pretty obvious from the statement because those two
- 31:04Speaker 6: talk a lot. And the representative has been accosted at
- 31:09Speaker 6: many of her town halls by her constituents. So he
- 31:13Speaker 6: knows what's going on here. And in the filing, she
- 31:18Speaker 6: says it was akin to a mafia boss saying, Nice
- 31:22Speaker 6: little story you've got there. It'd be a shame if
- 31:24Speaker 6: anything happened to it. You know, like what the mafia
- 31:26Speaker 6: would do to extort you. I mean, it's just crazy
- 31:30Speaker 6: to me. All of this over the sheriff not wanting
- 31:34Speaker 6: to hold criminal illegal aliens in jail. Just today, we
- 31:40Speaker 6: found out that there was a criminal illegal alien that
- 31:44Speaker 6: is on an ICE detainer that murdered two teenagers in
- 31:48Speaker 6: Mecklenburg County. And he's labeled as a white strawberry blonde male.
- 31:53Speaker 6: It's clearly Hispanic. I mean, the corruption, I feel like,
- 31:58Speaker 6: in Mecklenburg County, which is where Charlotte is, by the way,
- 32:01Speaker 6: is so insane. Even that original legal report goes on
- 32:07Speaker 6: to say that Nick Fadden wouldn't let his officers work
- 32:11Speaker 6: with ICE to detain people, but he would let His
- 32:16Speaker 6: officers drive around representatives to, quote, topless bars. So it
- 32:21Speaker 6: shows you where the priorities lie, I guess, in Charlotte.
- 32:26Speaker 1: It's so crazy. And it's funny you bring up topless
- 32:29Speaker 1: bars because I was just thinking to myself, this person
- 32:31Speaker 1: is not a real sheriff. Like how could somebody who
- 32:34Speaker 1: pretends to be or who declares that they're a part
- 32:37Speaker 1: of law enforcement then like just rampantly support lawlessness? At
- 32:41Speaker 1: that point, you're a fake sheriff. You may as well
- 32:43Speaker 1: be a stripper dressed up as a cop because you're
- 32:45Speaker 1: not a real cop. You're just like a phony. And
- 32:48Speaker 1: then you go out there and then– you root against
- 32:51Speaker 1: law enforcement and you root for lawlessness. And then you in,
- 32:54Speaker 1: in like the most light, low IQ mob threat ever
- 32:57Speaker 1: are going after Democrats, even Democrats who are like, Hey,
- 33:00Speaker 1: maybe we should work with ice. And you're like, no,
- 33:02Speaker 1: actually you're going to be physically imperiled if you do that.
- 33:05Speaker 6: Well, it's funny. He mentioned he's a fake sheriff because
- 33:08Speaker 6: he's actually famous from being on a TV.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Show as a fake sheriff. That's yes, for real.
- 33:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:14Speaker 6: That's, that's, uh, that's actually a lot of people don't
- 33:17Speaker 6: know that, but, um, That's one of the things he
- 33:19Speaker 6: actually played was as an actor. So anyways, but going
- 33:24Speaker 6: along to your point of, you know, not protecting his
- 33:27Speaker 6: police officers in the complaint that the representative put into
- 33:32Speaker 6: the state legislature, it talks about this one officer, a
- 33:38Speaker 6: jail officer that went in to go check, do like
- 33:40Speaker 6: a routine search on one of the jail members, got
- 33:43Speaker 6: stabbed in the neck with a shard of glass and
- 33:47Speaker 6: And then McFadden comes in and says, oh, you shouldn't
- 33:50Speaker 6: have been doing that with your other officer. You should
- 33:53Speaker 6: have given him a bigger heads up. And I'm thinking,
- 33:56Speaker 6: I can't even imagine how low the morale must be
- 34:00Speaker 6: for these officers to have a sheriff that is not
- 34:03Speaker 6: on your side 100% of the time. And it makes you,
- 34:05Speaker 6: you know, play Uber driver for, you know, his friends
- 34:09Speaker 6: that want to go to bars. Like, it's got to
- 34:11Speaker 6: be so demoralizing.
- 34:12Speaker 1: It's disgusting. So what impact is it having on Charlotte?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Are the people of Charlotte waking up to this at all?
- 34:17Speaker 1: The Trump administration deployed immigration enforcement there. It became a
- 34:21Speaker 1: big national scandal because enforcing the law is apparently a scandal.
- 34:26Speaker 1: They call it Charlotte's Web, which is a great name
- 34:29Speaker 1: for the operation. Amazing. Are the people of Charlotte waking
- 34:32Speaker 1: up to this, that they have a deranged fake sheriff
- 34:35Speaker 1: or no? I don't think so. I don't think so.
- 34:40Speaker 6: This report was not really in any of the big
- 34:43Speaker 6: local news stations in Charlotte, surprisingly enough. They didn't really
- 34:47Speaker 6: cover it. And then during Charlotte's Web, the entire coverage
- 34:51Speaker 6: was on how awful ICE was being.
- 34:55Speaker 1: This is the craziest part.
- 34:56Speaker 6: I did not know this until very recently, but apparently
- 34:59Speaker 6: a lot of the local news outlets and news outlets
- 35:02Speaker 6: in general employ writers that are paid by– immigration nonprofits.
- 35:10Speaker 6: I had no idea. So I was reading these articles thinking, oh,
- 35:13Speaker 6: this is some, you know, just normal news report. No,
- 35:16Speaker 6: this person works for like an immigration nonprofit and is
- 35:20Speaker 6: writing an anti-ICE article. I don't know how that's possible.
- 35:25Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 35:26Speaker 6: Sorry.
- 35:26Speaker 1: So there are local reporters, like for the city newspaper,
- 35:30Speaker 1: you mean? This is correct.
- 35:32Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 35:33Speaker 1: For the city newspaper.
- 35:35Speaker 6: I went and looked at one article and it was uh,
- 35:37Speaker 6: you know, it's the Charlotte observer, right? Yeah. The Charlotte observer.
- 35:40Speaker 6: And if you scroll to the bottom of the article,
- 35:44Speaker 6: it'll say, uh, just a heads up here. Uh, the
- 35:47Speaker 6: person who wrote this article is actually employed by X
- 35:50Speaker 6: and X nonprofit. And it's, it's a immigration nonprofit. And
- 35:55Speaker 6: you're like, how is this allowed? Like, clearly this is
- 35:58Speaker 6: a biased article. Like how, how is this allowed? Um,
- 36:02Speaker 6: but it happened all the time. And, To me, what
- 36:06Speaker 6: happened with Renee in Minnesota was just not a surprise.
- 36:11Speaker 6: If you followed anything that was going on in Charlotte,
- 36:15Speaker 6: I was shocked that this hasn't happened earlier because you've
- 36:18Speaker 6: got these guys that are taking down the worst of
- 36:21Speaker 6: the worst criminals. And then you've got mobs of people
- 36:25Speaker 6: blowing whistles at them and screaming at them. Like, Can
- 36:29Speaker 6: you imagine trying to do this podcast, just the podcast,
- 36:33Speaker 6: with mobs of people screaming at you all day? You'd
- 36:36Speaker 6: do a terrible job. Imagine if you had a gun
- 36:39Speaker 6: and were arresting a criminal. It would be so much worse.
- 36:43Speaker 6: And I don't understand why these people think it's safe
- 36:45Speaker 6: to do something like this. It's clearly not safe for anyone.
- 36:48Speaker 6: Not for you, not for the person being arrested, or
- 36:51Speaker 6: for the ICE agent. You're making their job terrible. So
- 36:54Speaker 6: I think they're not waking up. I don't think the
- 36:57Speaker 6: news is covering it. It's kind of just a sad
- 37:00Speaker 6: state of affairs.
- 37:01Speaker 1: It's a super sad state of affairs. By the way,
- 37:05Speaker 1: there's an effort to get rid of this sheriff that's
- 37:08Speaker 1: underway right now. In fact, guys, if we can go
- 37:11Speaker 1: full screen, I want to show Carolina Journal right now.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Here's a story on the subject. A hearing is scheduled
- 37:16Speaker 1: Thursday on a petition to remove the psycho Mecklenburg sheriff,
- 37:23Speaker 1: and That's set to take place later this week. And
- 37:27Speaker 1: State Representative Carla Cunningham is the Democrat that we've been
- 37:30Speaker 1: talking about, the one who said she was threatened by
- 37:32Speaker 1: the sheriff. She's one of five people who have signed
- 37:35Speaker 1: the petition to remove him. So apparently that very much
- 37:40Speaker 1: is in play this week. So we'll keep an eye
- 37:42Speaker 1: on that. But, you know, what is this, though? You know, Matt,
- 37:46Speaker 1: why is it this is not the only place that
- 37:48Speaker 1: we're seeing this in Philadelphia. We've got a psycho sheriff, too,
- 37:51Speaker 1: who's saying that ICE is fake law enforcement. She's rooting
- 37:55Speaker 1: on Renee Good, the woman who just attacked ICE. Can
- 37:59Speaker 1: you even begin to explain why it is that someone
- 38:02Speaker 1: who does wear the badge of law enforcement would just
- 38:06Speaker 1: take up a position of attacking them?
- 38:10Speaker 6: I wish I had the answer to that. I don't.
- 38:14Speaker 6: I can't quite explain it.
- 38:15Speaker 1: It seems like Democrat power politics more so than any
- 38:19Speaker 1: kind of law and order.
- 38:21Speaker 2: It does.
- 38:21Speaker 6: It does seem, uh, very ego centered to me, um,
- 38:25Speaker 6: where it's like, you know, the federal government can, can
- 38:28Speaker 6: come in here, but this is my jurisdiction. You kind
- 38:30Speaker 6: of saw that in, uh, you know, when he was
- 38:33Speaker 6: threatening the representative, it's like, oh, but you live in
- 38:35Speaker 6: my County. You know, it seems very ego driven. Um,
- 38:39Speaker 6: it's like you, you, you have to do things my
- 38:41Speaker 6: way or, or they're not going to get done. And
- 38:44Speaker 6: there seems to be just, um, It's a great way
- 38:47Speaker 6: to get votes in Charlotte, too. You know, you've got
- 38:51Speaker 6: to vote in the sheriff. So, you know, it's it's,
- 38:55Speaker 6: you know, people seem to like that in Asheville where
- 38:57Speaker 6: I live. The whole city just came out and said,
- 39:00Speaker 6: you know, we're not working with ICE anymore. You know,
- 39:02Speaker 6: we saw what happened in Minneapolis. We're not going to
- 39:03Speaker 6: work with ICE anymore. And it's there. You know, a
- 39:07Speaker 6: lot of these people are coming up for election. So
- 39:09Speaker 6: it's a great way to get votes from your Democratic base.
- 39:13Speaker 1: But also, the thing is, as you're describing this, I
- 39:16Speaker 1: just keep thinking. We're witnessing an insurrection. We're witnessing a
- 39:20Speaker 1: rejection of law and order, a flagrant one. And as
- 39:25Speaker 1: it's been, as it's true in American history, it's often
- 39:28Speaker 1: Democrat governors or Democrat leaders. who are giving double barrel
- 39:31Speaker 1: middle fingers to the american people and say we're not
- 39:33Speaker 1: going to enforce the law we're not going to integrate
- 39:35Speaker 1: we're not going to let these kids into this schoolhouse
- 39:38Speaker 1: like over and over and over again and normally what
- 39:40Speaker 1: ends up happening in american history is the president invokes
- 39:43Speaker 1: the insurrection act and says no you'll follow the law
- 39:45Speaker 1: and we'll send in the troops to make sure you
- 39:46Speaker 1: do Do you think North Carolina could benefit from that
- 39:49Speaker 1: kind of move from the White House? Yeah.
- 39:52Speaker 6: We've– I forget which representative. Mark Harris has called for
- 39:57Speaker 6: the National Guard to be deployed to North Carolina. I
- 40:01Speaker 6: don't think it's a bad idea at all. I think
- 40:02Speaker 6: it would be very helpful.
- 40:04Speaker 1: But again– As a North Carolina resident, you wouldn't be
- 40:06Speaker 1: intimidated by the troops, would you? You wouldn't be suddenly
- 40:10Speaker 1: fearful that American troops are in your state.
- 40:14Speaker 6: No, not at all.
- 40:15Speaker 4: No.
- 40:17Speaker 6: If you're terrified of law enforcement, you probably have something
- 40:20Speaker 6: to hide or you're doing something wrong. I was sharing
- 40:24Speaker 6: this story just yesterday, but I was detained by Border
- 40:27Speaker 6: Patrol in Arizona. I was near the border, and a
- 40:30Speaker 6: dog picked up on something on the car, and they
- 40:32Speaker 6: detained me. They made me get out of the car
- 40:34Speaker 6: and search the car, and I went on my merry
- 40:36Speaker 6: way because– I wasn't breaking the law. I didn't do
- 40:40Speaker 6: anything wrong.
- 40:40Speaker 1: It was USS. That wasn't your weed is what you're saying.
- 40:43Speaker 6: No, the dog just parked on the car. There's nothing good.
- 40:48Speaker 6: But it's like, yeah, there's no reason to be scared
- 40:51Speaker 6: of law enforcement if you're not doing anything wrong. So,
- 40:54Speaker 6: you know, send in the National Guard. You know, if
- 40:56Speaker 6: they're not going to enforce the law, somebody has to.
- 40:59Speaker 6: And if the state won't do it, then I guess
- 41:02Speaker 6: it's up to the feds.
- 41:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Yeah, rightfully so.
- 41:05Speaker 2: All right.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Well, Matt Van Swall, thank you as always, man. Good
- 41:08Speaker 1: to talk to you. And thank you for being attentive
- 41:10Speaker 1: to the needs of your country. I always appreciate you. Yeah,
- 41:13Speaker 1: you too.
- 41:13Speaker 6: Thanks.
- 41:14Speaker 1: There he is, Matt Van Swall. You can follow him.
- 41:17Speaker 1: On X, he's got a great and very busy account there,
- 41:19Speaker 1: Matt Van Swole. He's inspirational, actually. He's a much better
- 41:22Speaker 1: tweeter than I am.
- 41:23Speaker 6: Way better.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Matt Van Swole. Okay. I mentioned the Philadelphia sheriff. We
- 41:28Speaker 1: got updates on that chick. The fat lady who calls
- 41:31Speaker 1: herself the sheriff of Philadelphia, she came out with a
- 41:34Speaker 1: really deranged speech this past week where she was rooting on,
- 41:38Speaker 1: just like the Hollywood celebrities at the Golden Globes this weekend,
- 41:41Speaker 1: she was rooting on people who attack ICE. Now, she
- 41:46Speaker 1: calls herself law enforcement. Take a look at this idiot
- 41:50Speaker 1: and what she had to say this week.
- 41:52Speaker 5: Good afternoon. I'm Rochelle Belal, the sheriff for the city
- 41:56Speaker 5: and county of Philadelphia. And I say her name, Renee Good.
- 42:01Speaker 4: Renee Good.
- 42:02Speaker 5: Renee Good.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Renee Good. Renee Good.
- 42:07Speaker 5: This should not have happened, but we're here today. Let
- 42:11Speaker 5: know that law enforcement professionals, real ones, Not the fake
- 42:16Speaker 5: made up ICE probably trumps a new army to attack
- 42:21Speaker 5: citizens of the United States. Did you hear what I said?
- 42:25Speaker 1: I heard what you said, and none of it makes
- 42:27Speaker 1: any sense whatsoever. So you hear what she starts. She
- 42:30Speaker 1: starts with a chant, like an incantation. We just keep
- 42:32Speaker 1: repeating the name Renee Good like she's Beetlejuice or something.
- 42:36Speaker 1: She's going to appear in the room if you say
- 42:38Speaker 1: her name three times. What the hell is that? Renee
- 42:42Speaker 1: Good was the woman who just attacked ICE. And if anything,
- 42:46Speaker 1: if you're going to don that badge and she's a
- 42:49Speaker 1: four-star general in the Philadelphia police, it's like so crazy.
- 42:53Speaker 1: And she comes out and then she's like condemning law enforcement.
- 42:58Speaker 1: So on whose side are you on? Come on now.
- 43:02Speaker 1: And then attacks ICE. And ICE, I'll remind you, what
- 43:06Speaker 1: are they doing in Minnesota? They're picking up rapists and
- 43:09Speaker 1: murderers and vigilantes, like crazy people who are misled. by
- 43:16Speaker 1: the radical left, by people like Tim Walz and Keith Ellison,
- 43:19Speaker 1: the rest of these goons, are going out in the
- 43:21Speaker 1: streets and trying to obstruct and attack ICE to stop
- 43:24Speaker 1: them from doing this. So this fat chick is talking
- 43:28Speaker 1: about how ICE is not law enforcement?
- 43:30Speaker 5: No law enforcement professional wears a mask.
- 43:34Speaker 1: That's not true. That's not true. Does Philadelphia have a
- 43:38Speaker 1: gang unit? Gang units wear masks. Any cops that engage
- 43:43Speaker 1: SWAT teams wear masks. I mean, if cop engages in
- 43:46Speaker 1: a war in a law enforcement action that would imperil
- 43:49Speaker 1: his family, if his identity becomes public, then, yeah, they
- 43:52Speaker 1: mask up. This lady has no idea what she's talking about.
- 43:56Speaker 1: Where did they hire her from to pretend to be
- 43:58Speaker 1: a sheriff?
- 44:01Speaker 5: Those that come into our communities wearing a mask to
- 44:04Speaker 5: commit crime. And thank God for our district attorney, Larry Krasner.
- 44:09Speaker 1: Soros Funded.
- 44:10Speaker 5: Who say he's going to lock them up, and I'm
- 44:13Speaker 5: saying now, we are not going to whisk you away
- 44:16Speaker 5: for them to hide your identity, because when you do
- 44:20Speaker 5: it there, you're getting arrested there.
- 44:22Speaker 1: They're going to support the criminals. That's the statement from
- 44:26Speaker 1: this lady, the sheriff of Philadelphia, which is amazing that
- 44:34Speaker 1: I'm even saying those words, but there she is. There
- 44:36Speaker 1: she is. And so that's that's the move that these
- 44:40Speaker 1: people pull. I mean, this this is the move that
- 44:42Speaker 1: we're getting. And Tom Holman, the border czar, he's responded
- 44:46Speaker 1: to all of this. He just did an interview in
- 44:48Speaker 1: the last 24 hours. He was asked about this, this
- 44:51Speaker 1: anti-ice lunatic who's apparently in charge of the Philadelphia Sheriff's Department.
- 44:55Speaker 1: And he said what you and I are both thinking,
- 44:57Speaker 1: which is she sounds like a very dumb person. Cut
- 45:00Speaker 1: to watch this.
- 45:01Speaker 2: You can bring the smoke, don't bring the fire. I mean,
- 45:04Speaker 2: bottom line is, you know, her comments themselves speaks largely
- 45:08Speaker 2: to her intelligence. So, look, we're going to continue doing
- 45:11Speaker 2: this job. I don't know who she is or why
- 45:15Speaker 2: a law enforcement official who took a sworn oath to
- 45:21Speaker 2: enforce the laws and protect her communities would not want
- 45:24Speaker 2: to work with ICE, who are out there arresting the
- 45:27Speaker 2: worst of the worst. We're taking public safety threats out
- 45:31Speaker 2: of her jurisdiction and not just taking them off the street.
- 45:34Speaker 2: Take them out of the country because, number one, they're
- 45:36Speaker 2: here illegally. Number two, they committed a crime against your citizens,
- 45:39Speaker 2: some horrendous crime. So like in Minneapolis, you know, we
- 45:43Speaker 2: looked at a number of the releases, a number of
- 45:46Speaker 2: arrests we did in the last couple of weeks. And
- 45:47Speaker 2: there's numerous people.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 45:53Speaker 1: And he goes on to say, obviously, numerous people that
- 45:55Speaker 1: are rapists, numerous murderers.
- 45:57Speaker 2: I mean.
- 45:58Speaker 1: Tom Holman's doing great work. By the way, Tom Holman
- 46:00Speaker 1: should not be the only one who's out there in
- 46:02Speaker 1: public saying all this. This is why I'm talking about it.
- 46:04Speaker 1: And please talk to your friends and your family about
- 46:06Speaker 1: this too. You realize what they're picking up in Minneapolis? Rapists, murderers,
- 46:09Speaker 1: the worst people imaginable. Trump isn't making it up. This
- 46:13Speaker 1: is real. And it's really good for our country that
- 46:16Speaker 1: they're doing it. But it's not just the government officials
- 46:22Speaker 1: who are talking crap about ICE and imperiling them. I've
- 46:26Speaker 1: got video here this morning of yet another deranged lefty
- 46:30Speaker 1: who's straight up calling for the murder of ICE officers.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Take a look at cut one.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Hey, so look, I'm just going to come out and
- 46:39Speaker 3: say it. I don't really care about the consequences anymore.
- 46:42Speaker 3: I don't care. We need to kill these people. There's
- 46:47Speaker 3: there's just an alternative. I don't care if you say, oh,
- 46:49Speaker 3: I've got the crazy as whatever. Yeah, I do feel
- 46:51Speaker 3: crazy because we've had three people die in like 72
- 46:54Speaker 3: hours and we've had over almost 30 die in the
- 46:57Speaker 3: since in the last year to a group of quote
- 47:01Speaker 3: unquote law enforcement that is basically just buffed up mall cops.
- 47:06Speaker 6: Right.
- 47:07Speaker 3: Who are gun triggering, happy, proud boys. Let's call them
- 47:09Speaker 3: what they are. It's the proud boys. Why do you
- 47:10Speaker 3: think we didn't hear about them? Any of you heard
- 47:13Speaker 3: about the proud boys all year? Suddenly no more Nazi marches.
- 47:18Speaker 5: None of that shit.
- 47:19Speaker 6: Right.
- 47:19Speaker 3: There we go.
- 47:20Speaker 1: They're Nazis.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Peyton said it best. They're Nazis. And the only way
- 47:24Speaker 3: to stop this shit, let's be honest, is going to
- 47:26Speaker 3: be to get violent. We got to get violent, people.
- 47:29Speaker 3: And I'm tired of denying it. And I'm tired of
- 47:31Speaker 3: y'all being pussies about it.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Grow up.
- 47:35Speaker 3: We're not going to get through this holding hands. Peaceful
- 47:39Speaker 3: protest only works if your enemy has a moral obligation
- 47:42Speaker 3: to listen to it.
- 47:45Speaker 1: They have none.
- 47:47Speaker 3: You guys are sitting there holding up fucking signs and saying, oh,
- 47:51Speaker 3: I'm mad at you.
- 47:54Speaker 1: You're pathetic.
- 47:56Speaker 5: Burn something.
- 48:01Speaker 1: Obviously, that's one kid, one guy. But you know that
- 48:06Speaker 1: that worldview is way more pervasive than it should be.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Last year, we had a big conversation. We had to
- 48:15Speaker 1: keep having a big conversation about something called an assassination
- 48:18Speaker 1: culture that's on the left. Assassination culture. Surveys, including surveys
- 48:23Speaker 1: out of Rutgers University, found that a majority of people
- 48:26Speaker 1: who consider themselves on the center left or beyond, in
- 48:29Speaker 1: other words, moderate Democrats or beyond, said they could justify
- 48:33Speaker 1: the assassination of Donald Trump if necessary. Yeah, I could
- 48:35Speaker 1: justify that. I could see why that would happen.
- 48:38Speaker 6: Legit.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Nearly as many said they could justify the assassination of
- 48:43Speaker 1: Elon Musk. And this was obviously early in the year.
- 48:46Speaker 1: This is when Elon was very involved in Doge and
- 48:48Speaker 1: helping the Trump administration out in its early days. The
- 48:51Speaker 1: left was advocating for his assassination. Remember, they were destroying
- 48:54Speaker 1: Teslas whenever they encountered them, including Teslas owned by fellow
- 48:58Speaker 1: Democrats who had bought them through the years to stop
- 49:01Speaker 1: global warming or something. And then, of course, Charlie Kirk
- 49:06Speaker 1: was assassinated last year on September 10th. During the presidential election,
- 49:12Speaker 1: we saw President Trump shot and yet another assassination attempt
- 49:16Speaker 1: that occurred that was stopped by Secret Service. And so
- 49:20Speaker 1: is there an assassination culture on the left? The answer
- 49:22Speaker 1: to that is a resounding and unfortunate yes. There is.
- 49:26Speaker 1: And that guy's social media video where he feels completely
- 49:32Speaker 1: comfortable just recording a threat to the men and women
- 49:35Speaker 1: of ICE, which, by the way, should earn him an
- 49:38Speaker 1: obvious visit from law enforcement. Clearly, I don't know if
- 49:41Speaker 1: I've I mean, this is one of the clearest examples
- 49:44Speaker 1: you've ever seen of somebody signaling their intentions for what
- 49:47Speaker 1: they want to do and commit an act of murder.
- 49:49Speaker 1: He says it's not enough to just hold up signs
- 49:52Speaker 1: and protests. We have to start murdering people. OK, that's
- 49:54Speaker 1: how you get visited by law enforcement. But the fact
- 49:59Speaker 1: that he feels comfortable doing that is a sign, I think,
- 50:02Speaker 1: that that there is a broad problem on the left
- 50:04Speaker 1: that's going to boil over into something truly awful. We've
- 50:07Speaker 1: seen assassination attempts on ICE, especially in the state of Texas.
- 50:10Speaker 1: We saw multiple. We saw one gunman open fire from
- 50:13Speaker 1: a rooftop trying to kill ICE agents instead of killing
- 50:16Speaker 1: illegal aliens inside of a vehicle. These things are happening.
- 50:20Speaker 1: ICE is undergoing an 1,800% increase in assaults, an 8,000%
- 50:25Speaker 1: increase in death threats like the one you just heard.
- 50:29Speaker 1: The risks are very real. And President Trump desperately wants
- 50:35Speaker 1: to stop it. He desperately wants to stop it. And
- 50:39Speaker 1: I'm rooting for him to do that. We've got to
- 50:41Speaker 1: get control of our country. We can't allow violence to
- 50:46Speaker 1: dominate because the whole thing will collapse as a result.
- 50:49Speaker 1: So let's not do that. Let's not do that at all. Also,
- 50:53Speaker 1: that guy seems pretty chippy for, I mean, he does
- 50:56Speaker 1: have crazy eyes. He's right about his own assessment, but
- 50:59Speaker 1: it's like, he's telling everybody else to get violent. I'm
- 51:01Speaker 1: looking at him going, I don't, are you going to
- 51:03Speaker 1: do that? Are you going to do that? Are you
- 51:05Speaker 1: just telling everybody else to do it in social media? Um,
- 51:08Speaker 1: I hope neither of those things happens, but you know, man,
- 51:11Speaker 1: people get really brave in front of their camera phones. Okay.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Let me, um, let me tell you one last thing.
- 51:16Speaker 1: I mentioned Pam Bondi. I feel like I should, I
- 51:18Speaker 1: shouldn't get out of here without a Pam Bondi update. I, I,
- 51:21Speaker 1: yesterday and Friday for that matter, I was calling your
- 51:23Speaker 1: attention to the fact that the United States, um, uh,
- 51:27Speaker 1: justice department, or at least the attorney general of the
- 51:29Speaker 1: United States has very little role in the, the fraud investigator, uh,
- 51:34Speaker 1: that the White House just created in order to handle
- 51:38Speaker 1: nationwide fraud, including by Somalis. And I said, just mark
- 51:44Speaker 1: that down. Just keep an eye on that, because it's
- 51:45Speaker 1: interesting to me that Pam Bondi is being excluded from that.
- 51:49Speaker 1: And we just got a Wall Street Journal report. Now,
- 51:51Speaker 1: I can't tell you whether or not they've got this
- 51:54Speaker 1: story dead to rights, but it strikes me as interesting.
- 51:56Speaker 1: So I'm going to bring it up to you. Wall
- 51:58Speaker 1: Street Journal report. Trump has complained about Pam Bondi repeatedly
- 52:02Speaker 1: to aides. That's the piece from the Wall Street Journal.
- 52:06Speaker 1: They've got three reporters on the byline, Josh Dawsey, Sadie Gurman,
- 52:09Speaker 1: Ryan Barber. And they say that basically President Trump has
- 52:13Speaker 1: been dissatisfied by the fact that we get all these prosecutions,
- 52:16Speaker 1: including against people like James Comey and Letitia James and others,
- 52:20Speaker 1: and then that somehow they get defeated in court through
- 52:23Speaker 1: process claims and radical judges are throwing the cases out,
- 52:26Speaker 1: and that Pam Bondi is just not being successful enough
- 52:28Speaker 1: at keeping these prosecutions going. And it's really frustrating Trump.
- 52:32Speaker 1: And it's certainly frustrating us, right, me and you, that
- 52:36Speaker 1: we're not seeing– all these people behind bars with more speed.
- 52:40Speaker 1: And what role does Pam Bondi play in all of this? Now,
- 52:42Speaker 1: I've told you many times that it's the United States
- 52:44Speaker 1: Senate where we have so many problems. We need more U.S. attorneys,
- 52:47Speaker 1: and Republican senators are standing in the way of us
- 52:49Speaker 1: getting that. So they deserve a healthy share of the
- 52:52Speaker 1: blame here. But President Trump, reportedly, not exactly the most
- 52:55Speaker 1: thrilled with Attorney General Pam Bondi. And the reason I
- 52:58Speaker 1: bring this story up is because they cite what I've
- 53:02Speaker 1: been citing here, Two things. One, they say Bondi has
- 53:06Speaker 1: grown concerned in the past month about Trump's complaints. People
- 53:10Speaker 1: in touch with her have said a spokeswoman for Bondi
- 53:12Speaker 1: said she's been focused on executing Trump's directive to make
- 53:15Speaker 1: America safe again. But deeper down the piece, they go
- 53:18Speaker 1: on to mention what I told you yesterday. Here's what
- 53:21Speaker 1: it says.
- 53:23Speaker 6: J.D.
- 53:23Speaker 1: Vance on Thursday. also unveiled an unusual arrangement, the creation
- 53:27Speaker 1: of a high-ranking Justice Department post to investigate fraud that
- 53:31Speaker 1: would be run by the White House and answerable to
- 53:34Speaker 1: Trump instead of Bondi.
- 53:37Speaker 6: Huh.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Bondi thanked Vance in a post on social media. She
- 53:41Speaker 1: worked with the White House on the position, the department
- 53:44Speaker 1: official said. Of course, they would say that regardless of
- 53:46Speaker 1: how it was set up. and she and Vance chose
- 53:49Speaker 1: it over the appointment of a special counsel. So the
- 53:52Speaker 1: White House, they're playing nice with her publicly. There's even
- 53:55Speaker 1: statements in this Wall Street Journal piece where they're saying, oh,
- 53:59Speaker 1: we're working great with Pam. But I'm sorry, my spidey
- 54:03Speaker 1: senses are way up right now. Something interesting is happening.
- 54:08Speaker 1: So keep an eye on that story. Keep an eye
- 54:09Speaker 1: on the Pam Bondi saga at the United States Department
- 54:13Speaker 1: of Justice. That's all I can say on that because
- 54:15Speaker 1: I'm watching this and I'm interested. I think something interesting
- 54:18Speaker 1: is going on. Another big show coming up for you
- 54:21Speaker 1: tomorrow right here on Rumble. Again, rumble.com slash Vince. Make
- 54:26Speaker 1: sure to subscribe to the Bongino Report to make sure

- 54:33Speaker 1: is too early for you, if it's not going to
- 54:35Speaker 1: work for you, if you're on the West Coast or something,
- 54:37Speaker 1: totally fine. It'll be video on demand after we do

- 55:02Speaker 1: He's filling in for me today on the big national

- 55:06Speaker 1: get to. It's been months in the making. It's crazy
- 55:09Speaker 1: what's going on in this country. Months in the making.
- 55:11Speaker 1: I can finally get to this thing. I'm going to
- 55:12Speaker 1: do that. Sean Farish, he's got the show today. And

- 55:17Speaker 1: wait for that. Best audience anywhere. Thanks for being with

- 55:38Speaker 6: Injuries have ended plenty of careers, but instead you decided
