- 0:00Speaker 1: I was going to tell you both about something the
- 0:02Speaker 1: show is doing out in an experience on the Monday
- 0:07Speaker 1: in the Expo Hall at the opening drinks reception. The
- 0:13Speaker 1: deck show live is going to be a special edition
- 0:16Speaker 1: of what we were originally calling IT Nerd Mastermind, right?
- 0:21Speaker 1: So we've got some specially, specially, look at the big
- 0:25Speaker 1: smile on Dina's face. It's fantastic because it's a very
- 0:29Speaker 1: good name. It's a very good name. And it is
- 0:33Speaker 1: somewhat inspired by an old English show called Mastermind where
- 0:37Speaker 1: the contestants, you have one specialist subject, which you pick
- 0:41Speaker 1: and you come on and you answer like a few
- 0:43Speaker 1: minutes worth of questions just on that topic. And then
- 0:45Speaker 1: you do a more general knowledge round. So all of
- 0:49Speaker 1: our guests will have a specialist subject, right? Dina, we
- 0:53Speaker 1: seriously considered reaching out to you about this and doing
- 0:57Speaker 1: The Matrix. We had The Matrix with your name on it.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's good. Oh my god, okay.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Hey, IT Changemakers, and welcome to The Deck Show with
- 1:08Speaker 2: Tom McGraw. Let's get into it.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Hello, Changemakers. We are like under two weeks to experience
- 1:19Speaker 1: something incredible like that. It's happening. Experience 26 of a
- 1:25Speaker 1: JW Marriott Grand Lakes tour. hotel in Orlando, Florida, October
- 1:31Speaker 1: the 5th to the 7th. Tickets are running out fast,
- 1:37Speaker 1: but there's a few left. There's a few left if
- 1:39Speaker 1: you still want to book yourself in. But there are
- 1:42Speaker 1: some things which are sold out there, as we're about
- 1:45Speaker 1: to find out. But oh my goodness, if you care
- 1:47Speaker 1: about decks, if you listen to this show, if you
- 1:49Speaker 1: haven't booked your ticket yet, what are you thinking? What
- 1:52Speaker 1: are you doing? You're about to hear some more reasons
- 1:55Speaker 1: you should go or you should have booked trip earlier
- 1:58Speaker 1: momentarily with our special guest today um before we get
- 2:02Speaker 1: to her um and and uh and my co-host dina
- 2:06Speaker 1: hi dina say hello now hello dina hello thank you
- 2:09Speaker 1: for joining us today um glad to be here always
- 2:13Speaker 1: glad to have you and it gives me great pleasure
- 2:15Speaker 1: to to welcome um along with uh dina um a
- 2:19Speaker 1: first time guest on the deck show but a long
- 2:22Speaker 1: time colleague she's marta sukma Certification Program Manager for Enablement
- 2:27Speaker 1: here at Nextfin. Marta, lovely to have you on. How
- 2:30Speaker 1: are you?
- 2:31Speaker 2: Hi, Tom. Hi, Dina. Happy to be here. Doing well.
- 2:34Speaker 2: How are you?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Really good. Really good. We're all so busy and preparing
- 2:42Speaker 1: for experience, right? And we're going to hear about why,
- 2:45Speaker 1: but you are certainly no different, right? It's a crazy
- 2:48Speaker 1: time of year for Nextfin, isn't it?
- 2:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's certainly been a busy year and it's just
- 2:53Speaker 2: getting busier and busier now that we are just two
- 2:56Speaker 2: weeks out from the event.
- 2:59Speaker 1: It lurches up on you every year, doesn't it? Before
- 3:02Speaker 1: you know it, you're two weeks away. Unbelievable. And I
- 3:04Speaker 1: understand Dina and you are quite good friends here at Nextfin.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Dina jumped at the opportunity to join us on this conversation.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yeah, Dina and I worked on quite a few projects,
- 3:17Speaker 2: all sort of related to the topic of today, which
- 3:19Speaker 2: is DexOps. So this is kind of a synergy here
- 3:23Speaker 2: that we have.
- 3:26Speaker 3: It's nostalgic, but in the making.
- 3:27Speaker 1: It's the past and the future coming together. I love it. Exactly. Marta,
- 3:35Speaker 1: you know, I often say, you know, we never run
- 3:37Speaker 1: out of fascinating next thinkers to welcome to the show.
- 3:40Speaker 1: You're certainly no exception. And it's not only that you're
- 3:42Speaker 1: a fascinating person, but you have an intriguing role, right?
- 3:44Speaker 1: Like there are so many interesting specialisms across the company
- 3:48Speaker 1: that And yours is no different. Maybe tell us about
- 3:52Speaker 1: what drew you to the field of enablement and certifications
- 3:56Speaker 1: and training. And how did that specialism begin and how
- 4:00Speaker 1: has it developed into the career it is for you today?
- 4:05Speaker 2: Yeah, totally.
- 4:07Speaker 1: So.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Kind of a background, I've sort of always been very academic,
- 4:11Speaker 2: very good student, really enjoyed the academic environment. And my
- 4:16Speaker 2: background is sort of going back to communication management and education.
- 4:22Speaker 2: So actually I started my career, one of my first
- 4:24Speaker 2: jobs was teaching middle school in Estonia, which I really enjoyed.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I miss teaching days every day. But that's sort of
- 4:40Speaker 2: how I moved into the field of training and enablement.
- 4:43Speaker 2: So once I was in the field of technology, there
- 4:47Speaker 2: was kind of a natural role for me. There is
- 4:51Speaker 2: never a lack of need for training in different departments
- 4:54Speaker 2: and different functions. So that's sort of where I always
- 4:58Speaker 2: stayed in the area of training, education, as specifically focused
- 5:05Speaker 2: on kind of digital education and how technology can help
- 5:09Speaker 2: us improve the educational processes. But yeah, sort of always
- 5:14Speaker 2: been in this field in different functions with NextThink as well.
- 5:18Speaker 1: Why did you leave teaching specifically, if you loved it
- 5:21Speaker 1: so much?
- 5:24Speaker 2: It was kind of a natural career progression. It also
- 5:27Speaker 2: came with the move to Switzerland. So sort of Moving
- 5:31Speaker 2: to a new country, found myself joining this great company.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Already it's been seven years ago. And sort of a
- 5:40Speaker 2: natural progression of how my teaching and communication background applied
- 5:45Speaker 2: to the field of technology and digital workplace specifically.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Marta, we must have joined about the same time. I
- 5:51Speaker 1: didn't know that about us. Parallel paths.
- 5:55Speaker 2: 2019 should be.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Indeed it was. Indeed it was.
- 6:00Speaker 2: There you go.
- 6:03Speaker 1: What skills, Marta, do DEX practitioners need in general that
- 6:08Speaker 1: might not be part of the traditional IT career path?
- 6:14Speaker 2: Going back to my background, that was a natural match here. Increasingly,
- 6:20Speaker 2: we see more and more that IT practitioners need communication skills,
- 6:28Speaker 2: need sort of working across the organization to make the change.
- 6:36Speaker 2: I would say number one on my list would be
- 6:40Speaker 2: communication and communication management across the organization that they're working on.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That would be number one skill that I would say
- 6:48Speaker 2: they need.
- 6:51Speaker 3: I have a little question. How is that approach evolving
- 6:56Speaker 3: as the Dex space itself matures, right? We have been
- 7:01Speaker 3: taking this step by step throughout time. So what new
- 7:04Speaker 3: skills and responsibilities or areas of expertise are becoming increasingly
- 7:09Speaker 3: important for Dex practitioners, apart from working more into the
- 7:13Speaker 3: communication skill set that they would have?
- 7:19Speaker 2: Right, absolutely. So in terms of kind of individual skills, right,
- 7:25Speaker 2: for them, being able to assess the change before it
- 7:33Speaker 2: is being implemented, right? So being able to conduct needs analysis,
- 7:37Speaker 2: what needs to happen there. Being able to assess also
- 7:41Speaker 2: the kind of the stakeholders. And this is kind of
- 7:45Speaker 2: jumping ahead what a lot of our training that this
- 7:48Speaker 2: year is experienced is focused around kind of who is
- 7:51Speaker 2: in who is involved in this change that you're trying
- 7:55Speaker 2: to make and what is important to them individually. And
- 7:59Speaker 2: then setting the processes, right? What needs to happen? So
- 8:03Speaker 2: this is not just one-off use case, but this is
- 8:09Speaker 2: a new way of working. So all of those, I
- 8:13Speaker 2: would say, are the important skills for them to have.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Kind of over to you, Dina, what do you think?
- 8:19Speaker 2: Do you agree with that or do you have a
- 8:21Speaker 2: different assessment?
- 8:22Speaker 1: I do.
- 8:23Speaker 3: I think people need to work a little bit more on,
- 8:27Speaker 3: if we're looking into the whole DEX ops, right? If
- 8:29Speaker 3: you're looking at the people, process, technology, value, and communications.
- 8:33Speaker 3: So if we are looking into all of it, I
- 8:36Speaker 3: think a DEX practitioner needs to be able to touch
- 8:38Speaker 3: base on the basis at least of each and every
- 8:41Speaker 3: part of these pillars. That would make them so much stronger.
- 8:45Speaker 3: So yes, they need the communication. They need the value articulation.
- 8:48Speaker 3: speaking about the technology and the capabilities of building a solution,
- 8:52Speaker 3: it's not just a problem that you're trying to tackle
- 8:55Speaker 3: with the workaround, right? Moving from the mindset of being
- 8:58Speaker 3: super reactive into more proactive, more strategic and continuously keeping
- 9:03Speaker 3: that up is not like about, it's a mix and
- 9:07Speaker 3: we have the secret sauce for it. So we need
- 9:09Speaker 3: to keep on re-encouraging our practitioners into you need to
- 9:13Speaker 3: be educated on point A and sharpen your skills on
- 9:16Speaker 3: point B and then as the market evolves and we
- 9:19Speaker 3: mature more and more, we're able to support them with
- 9:22Speaker 3: more application into the field. So in experience, you're going
- 9:26Speaker 3: to have a lot of customers speaking about how they
- 9:29Speaker 3: have done this in real life, like how the take
- 9:32Speaker 3: goes from being very theoretical into practical. And this gives
- 9:36Speaker 3: us strength in how we're going to apply any DexOps
- 9:40Speaker 3: journey into a customer environment. So I'll... Go on to
- 9:47Speaker 3: another question that comes to mind mostly. DexOps is increasingly
- 9:52Speaker 3: being described as the operational discipline behind Dex, right? How
- 9:57Speaker 3: would you explain it to someone who understands Dex they
- 10:00Speaker 3: know the concept, but hasn't yet encountered the term or
- 10:04Speaker 3: put it into practice?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Right, great question. So for someone who already understands Dex,
- 10:12Speaker 2: because I'm used to also kind of explaining it, how
- 10:14Speaker 2: I would explain this to my mother, but all right.
- 10:17Speaker 2: How would I explain this to someone who already understands
- 10:19Speaker 2: the discipline of DEX? Well, DEX Ops is really just
- 10:22Speaker 2: the operating model, how you operationalize this approach. And we
- 10:27Speaker 2: sort of talk a lot about kind of three things, right?
- 10:31Speaker 2: Do you have a way to be more proactive? So
- 10:36Speaker 2: to continuously measure things ahead of when they happen? Do
- 10:43Speaker 2: you have kind of the cross-functional alignment on this approach?
- 10:49Speaker 2: And finally, do you continuously focus on reducing digital friction
- 10:53Speaker 2: for your employees? Again, operationalizing is a key here. So
- 11:02Speaker 2: turning this from just one project, one use case, to
- 11:07Speaker 2: this is a new way of working. How do we
- 11:09Speaker 2: put in place systems and processes and align our people
- 11:13Speaker 2: to this new.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Way of working?
- 11:18Speaker 2: Agree.
- 11:19Speaker 3: And where do you see the certification fitting into the
- 11:23Speaker 3: development of DexOps as a recognized professional discipline? How would
- 11:28Speaker 3: it be evolving?
- 11:30Speaker 2: So this is our first cohort. So this year's experience,
- 11:34Speaker 2: and we'll talk more about what's going to happen at
- 11:37Speaker 2: this year's experience, but this is our first cohort of
- 11:40Speaker 2: officially DexOps certified professionals, which is an interesting place to be.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Because I know, Tom, you had Scott Wessie on the
- 11:50Speaker 2: podcast a few weeks ago was talking about Navigator, which
- 11:54Speaker 2: is kind of our model to DAG solves. But DAG
- 12:00Speaker 2: solves does not just belong to us, right? DAG solves
- 12:04Speaker 2: is the industry. It belongs to the industry. So how
- 12:11Speaker 2: do we align on.
- 12:15Speaker 2: What good looks like in terms of skills for the professionals.
- 12:19Speaker 2: This is where most of our work this year went. Obviously,
- 12:25Speaker 2: a lot of the training, we're sharing all the know-how
- 12:28Speaker 2: from Navigator, from everything that we learned working with our
- 12:31Speaker 2: customers for two decades now. But there is also perspective
- 12:36Speaker 2: from other industry leaders So we worked, we interviewed some
- 12:42Speaker 2: of our customers, ambassadors, talked to partners. And this is
- 12:48Speaker 2: also where we put a lot of work of what
- 12:50Speaker 2: does this look like for the industry? And how do
- 12:53Speaker 2: we collectively align on what good looks like? What are
- 12:57Speaker 2: the skills? So this is really the first year we're
- 13:01Speaker 2: doing it. Learning already a lot in the process and really,
- 13:05Speaker 2: really looking forward to meeting that first cohort and learning
- 13:07Speaker 2: from them.
- 13:11Speaker 1: And Mata, what future roles and career paths do you
- 13:15Speaker 1: see emerging out of this space? And how do you
- 13:18Speaker 1: think this is going to develop in the next few years?
- 13:22Speaker 2: Absolutely. So kind of what Dina already mentioned, and if
- 13:27Speaker 2: our listeners listen to the podcast with Scott, you know,
- 13:30Speaker 2: the five pillars.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:33Speaker 2: So kind of moving along.
- 13:34Speaker 1: You can recap them quickly. People might have missed the
- 13:36Speaker 1: Scott episode. They're very cool. I like them a lot.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Same here. So just to recap, I usually start with value.
- 13:43Speaker 2: So value, what value you're bringing to your organization, the
- 13:46Speaker 2: people who are involved. Technology, which is, of course, you
- 13:50Speaker 2: have to have technology and the data to guide you.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Then people, who are the people again involved, what are
- 13:58Speaker 2: their roles and responsibilities, processes, how does everything align to that,
- 14:06Speaker 2: and My favorite, I put it last, but not least, communication.
- 14:11Speaker 2: How do you communicate the change throughout this? So where
- 14:16Speaker 2: I see most role, I think, and we kind of
- 14:19Speaker 2: agree with that. I know Scott mentioned that as well.
- 14:21Speaker 2: And I hear that a lot from our customers. Technology
- 14:26Speaker 2: is an easy part, right? By no means we should
- 14:30Speaker 2: completely ignore it. And we're going to work on that
- 14:32Speaker 2: in the training as well. There's technology's track that is
- 14:35Speaker 2: largely focused on technology. But I see kind of new
- 14:40Speaker 2: roles more evolving along other pillars. Specifically, I think processes
- 14:46Speaker 2: and communication, those are the two important ones. And this
- 14:49Speaker 2: is where we often see the gap in skills. So
- 14:54Speaker 2: kind of any roles, maybe in the future, in a
- 14:57Speaker 2: few years, we'll hear something like DEX communication manager. But yeah,
- 15:03Speaker 2: really the person responsible for aligning and kind of bringing
- 15:09Speaker 2: people with them on the journey through this change.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Tell us a bit more about your presence at Experience, Marta.
- 15:19Speaker 1: What should people who are booked in on the training,
- 15:22Speaker 1: what should they be excited about? What's exciting you about
- 15:26Speaker 1: Orlando this year?
- 15:28Speaker 2: So a lot of things are exciting for me in
- 15:31Speaker 2: this training. As I mentioned, this is the first cohort.
- 15:34Speaker 2: So this is big for us as an industry overall,
- 15:39Speaker 2: not just us next thing, but overall DEC's field. I
- 15:44Speaker 2: think what people should expect, especially people who are attending
- 15:47Speaker 2: the training, they should expect to put in the work.
- 15:52Speaker 2: I think we're often kind of in this mindset where
- 15:55Speaker 2: education is something that happens to us. People just will
- 15:59Speaker 2: bring me skills and knowledge. And our training and experience
- 16:04Speaker 2: specifically is focused around the workshops, the hands-on exercises together
- 16:11Speaker 2: with your peers in the room, an experience of bringing
- 16:15Speaker 2: more than 1,000 best people in the industry. So really
- 16:19Speaker 2: learning from them, us in that room, is what you
- 16:22Speaker 2: should expect and you really get as much as you
- 16:27Speaker 2: put in in terms of work at the training. Specifically, though,
- 16:33Speaker 2: we'll have three tracks. So we have DexOps core, anyone
- 16:37Speaker 2: who's kind of new, not just to DexOps, but even
- 16:39Speaker 2: Dex in general, they're kind of being introduced to the field.
- 16:43Speaker 2: And then we have two advanced tracks, which is strategists
- 16:45Speaker 2: and technologists. And as Lynn suggests, strategist is largely focused
- 16:50Speaker 2: around How do you build the initiative and the momentum
- 16:54Speaker 2: in your organization around this? And who do you need
- 16:57Speaker 2: to bring on board? And how do you go about it?
- 17:00Speaker 2: And then technology. Obviously, technology is a big part of that,
- 17:02Speaker 2: but also processes and communication. How do you work through
- 17:08Speaker 2: that change? So, yeah, we have, as you mentioned, it's
- 17:11Speaker 2: sold out at the moment. We have 400-something people registered.
- 17:16Speaker 2: And I'm really looking forward to meeting all of them
- 17:18Speaker 2: on October 5th.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Huge success. Huge success. Best of luck with it.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Dina, CSR, last question.
- 17:28Speaker 3: So that is exciting, actually, to be at Experience. And
- 17:32Speaker 3: I know we've been pulling it off for many fantastic
- 17:35Speaker 3: years in the past, and I'm pretty sure that's going
- 17:38Speaker 3: to be the best so far, as we do every year.
- 17:43Speaker 3: What should be the interested listeners keep in their eye
- 17:49Speaker 3: out for in the coming month? Coming out of Next Inc.
- 17:52Speaker 3: around DEX in general and DEXOps specifically, what should they
- 17:56Speaker 3: be looking out for?
- 17:58Speaker 2: Great question. So obviously experience itself and all the announcements, experience, obviously,
- 18:05Speaker 2: I mean, no liberty to disclose more. You'll hear all
- 18:09Speaker 2: about it in the keynotes, but a lot of really
- 18:12Speaker 2: cool announcements. And then coming out of experience, so specifically
- 18:17Speaker 2: to DEXOps and training, We're looking to then open it
- 18:22Speaker 2: to a bigger audience next year. So again, at our events,
- 18:27Speaker 2: stay tuned. We're working on how we'll open it up
- 18:30Speaker 2: to our community at large. We had a lot of interest,
- 18:35Speaker 2: so we already have a lot of people who want
- 18:38Speaker 2: to attend it at other events. And also specifically working
- 18:44Speaker 2: closely with... other uh people in the industry so i
- 18:48Speaker 2: mentioned partners our ambassadors of how do we bring it
- 18:52Speaker 2: beyond how do we make this beyond next thing and
- 18:55Speaker 2: how do we um make this an industry success and standard.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Excellent um i got a got a question for you
- 19:05Speaker 1: dina marta i know we're going to be seeing you
- 19:08Speaker 1: an experience dina are you going to be.
- 19:09Speaker 3: There Unfortunately not, but you'll have the best within our
- 19:13Speaker 3: team and they're going to be there to deliver training,
- 19:17Speaker 3: to do a lot of fantastic collaborations.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I didn't know we weren't going to be seeing you there.
- 19:23Speaker 1: What a tragedy and what a shame. Because I was
- 19:25Speaker 1: going to tell you both about something the show is
- 19:29Speaker 1: doing out in an experience. So we've got two live
- 19:32Speaker 1: shows taking place on the Monday in the Expo Hall
- 19:38Speaker 1: at the opening... drinks reception. So that's Monday at 5pm
- 19:45Speaker 1: to 530. And the deck show live is going to
- 19:48Speaker 1: be a special edition of what we're originally calling it
- 19:53Speaker 1: nerd mastermind right so we've got some specially specially look
- 19:58Speaker 1: at look at the big smile on dina's face i
- 19:59Speaker 1: thought because.
- 20:00Speaker 2: It's a very good name it's a very good.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Name And it is because somewhat inspired by a visit,
- 20:08Speaker 1: an old English show called mastermind, where the contestants, you
- 20:12Speaker 1: have one specialist subject. But you pick and you come
- 20:15Speaker 1: on and you answer like a few minutes worth of
- 20:17Speaker 1: questions just on that topic. And then you do a
- 20:19Speaker 1: more general knowledge round. So all of our, all of
- 20:22Speaker 1: our guests will have a specialist subject, right? Dina, we,
- 20:27Speaker 1: we seriously considered reaching out to you about this and
- 20:30Speaker 1: doing the matrix. We had the matrix with your name
- 20:33Speaker 1: on it. Oh, my God.
- 20:34Speaker 2: That's good. Oh, my God.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Okay.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Okay.
- 20:36Speaker 1: That's good. And then we're going to... But we had
- 20:39Speaker 1: to go a little... You know, we had to go
- 20:40Speaker 1: outside of the next bubble, as it were. So we've
- 20:43Speaker 1: got some contestants... I can help orchestrate. Exactly. And then
- 20:48Speaker 1: we've got... Then they answer the same contestants. We'll have
- 20:52Speaker 1: to do a more general IT nerd general knowledge quiz.
- 20:56Speaker 1: And I keep calling it IT nerd, right? But my...
- 20:59Speaker 1: American colleagues have told me that nerd is kind of insulting.
- 21:02Speaker 1: So it's now, I know, I know, I don't, you know,
- 21:05Speaker 1: you're a nerd. It's okay.
- 21:06Speaker 2: It's okay.
- 21:07Speaker 1: So we're now going to, it's going to be IT
- 21:11Speaker 1: geek mastermind. Apparently geek is cool. Nerd is cool. It's
- 21:15Speaker 1: the same potato. It's the same thing. Do you know what?
- 21:19Speaker 1: I might have to tell him. I might have to
- 21:21Speaker 1: tell him we're, we're just going to insult everybody. We're
- 21:24Speaker 1: not insulting anybody. We're all a bit nerdy. It's okay.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Especially if you've got a specialist nerd topic. Come on. Exactly. Marta,
- 21:32Speaker 1: what would your specialist subject be if you had to nerd.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Out? Pedagogical theories and philosophy of optimization. I can definitely
- 21:49Speaker 2: dig out from that and talk to the purpose of
- 21:52Speaker 2: education and why Do we pursue training at all?
- 21:56Speaker 1: That's a highly erudite, nerdy topic, Martha. That's cool. That's
- 22:01Speaker 1: verging on cool here. We're talking like Harry Potter, Star Wars,
- 22:06Speaker 1: that kind of thing. But you can be all highfalutin too.
- 22:09Speaker 1: That's okay. And I should also mention we've got on
- 22:13Speaker 1: the Wednesday morning, also in the Expo Hall, at the
- 22:17Speaker 1: Expo stage, we have a... deck show live panel discussion
- 22:23Speaker 1: on the recent hbr digital adoption report so be sure
- 22:27Speaker 1: to join us for both of those both of those
- 22:30Speaker 1: events but definitely make the it nerd slash geek mastermind
- 22:34Speaker 1: on the monday it'll be so much fun and then
- 22:37Speaker 1: uh you know if you're at least on wednesday morning
- 22:39Speaker 1: we'd love to see you for the hbr discussion too
- 22:42Speaker 1: um just remains for me to say how lovely it
- 22:45Speaker 1: was to see you doing so sad we're not going
- 22:47Speaker 1: to be seeing you in person out in orlando this
- 22:49Speaker 1: time around Marta thank you so much for joining us
- 22:52Speaker 1: for the first time best of luck with the uh
- 22:56Speaker 1: DexOps training out there they sound absolutely phenomenal and so
- 23:00Speaker 1: glad it's been such a big success and if you're
- 23:03Speaker 1: listening if I would have loved to have done that
- 23:04Speaker 1: training what a shame it sold out I think there's
- 23:07Speaker 1: going to be quite a lot of stuff in the
- 23:08Speaker 1: pipeline that's going to allow you to do this remotely
- 23:11Speaker 1: or in person in in in 2027 at the very
- 23:16Speaker 1: latest so do keep your eyes peeled for that and
- 23:19Speaker 1: um Look, we're going to see so many of our listeners.
- 23:22Speaker 1: So very soon we look forward to it every single year,
- 23:24Speaker 1: not just being at experience, but shaking hands and meeting
- 23:29Speaker 1: the listeners. So do please come and say hello. We'd
- 23:32Speaker 1: really love that. And we'll see you out there, everybody.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Take care, Dina. Take care, Marta.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Thanks, guys.
