Three men—Ezra Richardson, Kevin Jackson, and Taj Griffin—are charged with first-degree murder after a deadly shooting at a birthday party in Independence, May 10th. Witnesses say the victim stepped outside near the Lux Premiere Event Space when gunfire erupted from a Mercedes-Benz.
