Retreat Recap - Behind the Scenes of Hosting a Yoga Retreat at Río Chirripó
Today's episode is a recap of the second yoga retreat that I've hosted! Katie Williams and I recorded this episode live at Río Chirripó after the retreat ended.
You can expect a behind-the-scenes look into what it's like to host a yoga retreat. Tune in for authentic stories, tips for hosting a retreat, hilarious moments, an overview of the value of this retreat and why Río Chirripó is our favorite retreat center in Costa Rica.
We will be hosting another retreat next year, DM on instagram for details.
