Latest / Brandon Fogal Evolution / #173 - The Most Personal Thing I Could Share: Who I Subscribe To
Transcript
- 0:00So today we are going to get into who do I subscribe to and who do you follow?
- 0:06What is the psychology between who you follow and who you are as a person?
- 0:11All right, we're going to look at this. I'm divulging, you know,
- 0:14something very personal. You know, I guess some people can get out there.
- 0:17YouTube, you can't see sometimes who people follow, but I'm going to,
- 0:20I wanted to talk about this because it's very interesting.
- 0:24Why do people follow certain people or subscribe to certain people as opposed
- 0:28to others? because we're all different.
- 0:30What is it that drives you to subscribe to the person that you subscribe to
- 0:34or follow the person you follow?
- 0:36We're going to look at this. First of all,
- 0:38I want to show you this at podcaststudios.store. You should check it out.
- 0:41It's either in the description or it's on my channel, so you can go check it out there.
- 0:45But I just wanted to throw that out there. Let's dive into who are my subscriptions.
- 0:50And also, who do you subscribe to?
- 0:54Because who you subscribe to, it, I wanted to throw this out there,
- 0:59the dynamic, the change in my perception and mindset of who I'm following.
- 1:05Do I follow just everybody I run across?
- 1:07No, I don't. I'm sure you don't either, but we're going to dive into it from my side. Here we go.
- 1:13This is my YouTube, who I subscribe to on the YouTube side.
- 1:17And I, this is something recently, probably about a week or two ago,
- 1:21I used to subscribe to so many different people, but I got to the point where
- 1:25I'm like, if I can't, if I, I almost, the test is I, I have to subscribe to this person.
- 1:32Otherwise I'm not going to be happy. You know, I became, I guess a lot more
- 1:36critical with the people I subscribe to, as opposed to just everyone, everyone.
- 1:41If I cannot like go without subscribing to them, I don't.
- 1:45And I, I unfollowed, I am subscribed a lot of people And I don't know,
- 1:48it's kind of, it's a little bit therapeutic. You know, you want to like get
- 1:52more close knit to the people you want to follow and you're interested in most,
- 1:56but this is my YouTube who I follow on YouTube.
- 1:59And this is an alphabetical order. So that it's not that the top one is the
- 2:02like better than the bottom ones or anything like that. This is just alphabetical order.
- 2:06Alex O'Connor, Andrew Russo.
- 2:10Ben Shapiro. Andrew Russo, I wanted to say something about him.
- 2:13He is the funniest man on the planet, if you're not familiar with him.
- 2:17And we're going to go through my YouTube subscriptions, my ex-following, TikTok, and Instagram.
- 2:24And there's a difference in each of them on why I subscribe to certain people
- 2:28in some context, but not in another.
- 2:31And I'm sure it's the same for you as well. On every platform,
- 2:35you have a different vibe, a different feeling you're going for when you go
- 2:40there, what are you looking for?
- 2:41And, but you will, there is a lot of crossover and who I follow on YouTube as
- 2:46well as on X and Instagram.
- 2:49All right. I want to go through down these Ben Shapiro. I, I,
- 2:53I used to follow tons and tons of people.
- 2:56One of the kind of the, the things that I, I, I, if I follow somebody,
- 3:00I know personally, I've tried not to cut any of those people out.
- 3:05I've tried to stay with those. If I personally know someone, they're there to stay.
- 3:10I'm not going to let go of the people that I know personally in this world,
- 3:13but I've been a lot more critical on the people that are out in the open,
- 3:17public people that I want to have in my life.
- 3:21And I'm just kind of offering this for everyone.
- 3:24It's a good feeling when you kind of just kind of cut ties with some people,
- 3:27you're going to still see them.
- 3:28They're not going to evaporate or vanish off the planet just because you stop
- 3:33subscribing to them or stop following them.
- 3:36They're still going to be out there. They're going to be putting your for you
- 3:39page if you're still interested in their stuff.
- 3:41But it's just like it just feels good to I follow people and I've subscribed
- 3:45to people that I really feel a tie to and I want them in my life.
- 3:49I want I cannot go without subscribing to them, if that makes sense.
- 3:52Ben Shapiro, Bless God Studios, videos, Caleb Francis.
- 3:56This is guy. I mean, he's, I, I found him on Tik TOK and I follow him on Tik.
- 4:00That's kind of where I discovered some of these people, but this isn't the guy
- 4:03that's like, I mean, he's not like a Ben Shapiro or a Charlie Kirk and thing
- 4:08like that, but he's, he's hilarious.
- 4:10He's really down to earth. He's really funny. He does so many videos that are hilarious.
- 4:15And I, and he goes live a lot of times. He's a gamer as well.
- 4:18Uh, capturing Christianity, entity.
- 4:21His name, Cameron Bertuzzi, he's a Christian, recently became Roman Catholic.
- 4:26Charlie Kirk, Club Random Podcast. That's Bill Maher's show. Donald Trump.
- 4:33Eminem, Flagrant, Fox News, Jordan B. Peterson, Joe Rogan Clips.
- 4:39I think I'm very tied to Joe Rogan as in like, I love Joe Rogan.
- 4:45So having something like an offshoot of what his creativity and people out there
- 4:50that compile his videos, I stuck with it.
- 4:54I would just like for anyone out there, just if you're wanting to do this and
- 4:58you wanted to cut down and just, it does feel good. you can go through it over and over.
- 5:02You can clean that, you know, filter through who you're following, who you're subbing to.
- 5:06And just, it's not, you're not marrying them. You're not, you're not,
- 5:10you know, being to betrothed or wed to somebody, you know, you could follow them.
- 5:14You could stop, you know, it's, but it's just, I do think it is nice to really
- 5:19hone in on the people that you really just, and it's not even people that you
- 5:22necessarily are always watching, but it's somebody you feel a connection with.
- 5:28That's where I find it. Like the subbing and following, It's like you really,
- 5:32there's a reason there's a story behind every follow behind every subscription Jubilee.
- 5:38I just like a lot of their stuff. I'm decided to follow them. You know, Julian Dory.
- 5:43I've watched him. I found him. I think when Alex O'Connor went on his show and
- 5:48Julian Dory, I comment on a lot of videos.
- 5:53The only, like I have a huge creator, a huge podcaster that's out there.
- 5:58He has been the only one that I've seen that has
- 6:01responded or I don't know I don't
- 6:04know what it did but it like gave me like an emblem because something
- 6:07I wrote on one of his videos I commented and he hearted it or did something
- 6:11but it like it went into my trophy case or something like that in YouTube it's
- 6:15kind of weird to say but just based on that which goes to show you just that
- 6:20if you have an audience out there the people that you are reaching you feel
- 6:23you want to build camaraderie with,
- 6:26you want to build relationship with life with, you know,
- 6:29going the extra mile of just commenting and responding to what they're saying,
- 6:33hearting their messages, liking them,
- 6:35liking what they're saying, you know, and just dialoguing, going back and forth.
- 6:39Him doing that, which I don't know too much about him. I've seen a few of his podcasts.
- 6:44I like it a lot, but just him doing that gave me that instant connection where I'm like,
- 6:50All these other guys that I might watch more, but Julian Dory,
- 6:53him hearting my message, something that I said was really cool.
- 6:57Michael Knowles, Mr. Beast, Ninja, Ninja.
- 7:01Padcast Studios, that is our business.
- 7:04You can see that at Padcast Studios. Podbean, that is who I run our podcast through.
- 7:09We have different podcasts out there and who we run them through is the RSS
- 7:14feed of Podbean there, the hosting site.
- 7:17And then Joe Rogan himself, powerful.
- 7:20JRE, the Joe Rogan experience. Real time with Bill Maher. You can see it.
- 7:25So that is two Bill Maher's right there.
- 7:27Two Bill Maher's because we saw Club Random earlier.
- 7:29And we got Ruslan, KD. He's a Christian out there.
- 7:33Just overall good guy. And his business is Bless God Studios.
- 7:37And then a diary of a CEO. I love that podcast.
- 7:41There is so much good stuff on that. Steven Bartlett is the guy who does that.
- 7:45It's very unique. It's grown to over 10 million subscribers.
- 7:50And that is that is big. I mean, just when you think of it, we think Joe Rogan himself has 20 million.
- 7:56I mean, that's a lot. But to me, it seems like how does Mr.
- 8:00Beast have almost half a billion and Joe Rogan has 20 million?
- 8:04I mean, it's maybe apples and oranges.
- 8:07Mr. Beast is playing worldwide game.
- 8:09It seems like Joe Rogan is more targeting within the United States.
- 8:13And a lot of people, It doesn't, a lot of times subscribers,
- 8:17followers, it becomes just a vanity metric, you know, unless you are really
- 8:22trying to drive community and be in touch with the people that follow you, that subscribe to you.
- 8:27It is just a vanity metric because I think of Joe Rogan himself,
- 8:31like he doesn't look at his comments.
- 8:33He always says over and over, I stay out of the comments. And me personally,
- 8:37I try, I don't, a lot of times I don't feel good if I read through the comments.
- 8:42A lot of the times, if I see comments coming through, if it's right in front
- 8:45of me, I'll read it, you know, but a lot of times.
- 8:48It's, there's a better percent chance that I'm going to come away feeling like
- 8:52crap reading through comments as opposed to feeling good.
- 8:55If I see something nice, I do want to respond and say something to somebody
- 8:58that puts anything in there, but usually the bad comments just overrule and
- 9:02they can leave you in a lot worse position of feeling and emotionally than the
- 9:07good comments that are out there.
- 9:08It's like sports. It's like sports. It's like in sports, the losses hurt so
- 9:13much more than the winning feels good.
- 9:16I firmly believe that. I say it all the time. It's the God's honest truth.
- 9:21You could win 20 Super Bowls in a row. You lose the next one.
- 9:26That loss will just drive you crazy and make you feel like crap.
- 9:32I can't talk. It'll make you feel like crap that you'll forget all of those 20 Super Bowls before.
- 9:40That's what I feel like. You could go on the longest streak of winning,
- 9:44but just that one loss hurts like hell.
- 9:46Then we get to Tim Poole, Tim Cast, Tim Cast IRL. You can see I was,
- 9:51I was in the mood for Tim, Tim Poole right there.
- 9:53He's, and that's, he's got three channels, three different channels.
- 9:57So this was probably his personal one, Tim Poole.
- 9:59I mean, when you be in like, when you become in like YouTube or any entertainment,
- 10:04it's no longer about personal or whatever.
- 10:06It's like, you are a business. You are a businessman.
- 10:09It's not, oh, I'm personal over here and I'm business over here.
- 10:12You know, it's the lines cross and they mix and they go together.
- 10:18But so he's got Tim Pool, Timcast News, and then Timcast IRL.
- 10:22The IRL is in real life. That's what his biggest channel right there.
- 10:26And that's what he runs his, that 8 p.m.
- 10:28Eastern sit down with the whole group of people that he has every night,
- 10:32uh, Monday through Friday, but the Tim pool and Tim cast news,
- 10:36like it seems like he uses them for different reasons and why he, why he does it, you know,
- 10:41throughout the day, a lot of it is that Tim cast news.
- 10:44And then on certain things he chooses to do the Tim cast.
- 10:48But, uh, I would say this, it seems like for me, I don't know if I was kind
- 10:52of influenced and that's what this is all is.
- 10:54It's just like, you're, you're driving to create an audience,
- 10:59create people that are of like-mind who you want to be in connection with.
- 11:03And that's what, Tim Pool was a huge influence on me.
- 11:08Joe Rogan was a huge influence on me and doing what I am doing now, you know?
- 11:12I'm obviously not to that level, but it's still, they are those people that
- 11:18probably don't even, they would never know my name, but like they have had an
- 11:22impact on my life, you know?
- 11:24And that's why if you are in this space, if you're creating stuff,
- 11:26which I highly encourage everyone out there to be doing, especially as we get
- 11:31in more to everything is AI.
- 11:33AI is going to be doing everything, but having something where you're creating
- 11:38and producing just your, the content, which is your life and what you have to
- 11:42offer, because it is helpful.
- 11:44It is beneficial to everyone, you know, and doing that sooner rather than later,
- 11:49you know, and those two guys, I would say Tim Pool and Joe Rogan were probably
- 11:54the two biggest ones of me even stepping up and doing what I'm doing now.
- 11:59Tucker Carlson, and you can see we're getting to the very end of the list.
- 12:02This is it because it seems like I used to have hundreds and hundreds of who I followed.
- 12:07Like I whittled it down and I will continue to whittle it down.
- 12:11And there's different people of reasons. I follow different people at different times.
- 12:15VidIQ. It's a very good, a very good, um, helpful source to use if you are into, um,
- 12:22content creation and they're like, they know what,
- 12:25what really flies on YouTube and how to best boost your channel,
- 12:29make what you're creating be very helpful to everybody bring value because that
- 12:34even though it's the corniest thing ever to say it's the truest thing ever to
- 12:38say is if someone's going to spend their time of listening to you then the most
- 12:43important thing you can do is not waste their time and give them value every
- 12:46second you know and then wes huff.
- 12:49Absolutely love him. He's Christian. He's went on so many podcasts.
- 12:53He's does his own thing in Canada.
- 12:55He, he's, he's, he's kind of like the apology apologist right now for Christianity.
- 13:00He does, he does it. He articulates it very well.
- 13:03Highly encouraged following him. And then YouTube creators. I don't know why I follow them, but I do.
- 13:08I, I, they obviously almost got 10 million, you know, it's a,
- 13:11it's a thing that looks like that.
- 13:12I don't know why I necessarily started I started following them and I don't,
- 13:16I probably just, it's a, it's a thing that maybe helps if you're into creating stuff on YouTube,
- 13:23having that kind of access of hearing their stuff, any stuff that new comes out like that one.
- 13:29I hadn't really thought about why whenever I was going through that list,
- 13:31probably about a week or two ago when I was doing that, I just saw YouTube on
- 13:34there, but a YouTube creators, if you're a creator is probably a good idea to
- 13:37follow and stay, stay in touch with that channel.
- 13:40All right. We're going to move on to X.
- 13:43This is where it might get highly controversial, especially when you see the
- 13:47very first person that's going to show on the list.
- 13:50And I, to be honest, I didn't start following this guy on X until yesterday.
- 13:57All right. Without further ado, Nick Fuentes, he is a very, very highly controversial person.
- 14:04I hadn't followed him for a while, but YouTube keeps throwing them on my,
- 14:07I've been watching videos.
- 14:08I really started when I started seeing his debate with Dean something.
- 14:13You see Parker and Dean. These are two guys that are left-leaning debaters that are out there.
- 14:20And it was a really cool conversation they had. It wasn't even a conversation.
- 14:23It was just at each other's throats the whole time.
- 14:26Nick Fuentes and Dean, whatever his name is, I don't know.
- 14:29But either way, Nick Fuentes, I don't really subscribe to him.
- 14:33He's a Christian, but he's a white nationalist. he's into all that.
- 14:37And he's unashamed. He doesn't, he doesn't shy away from it.
- 14:42You know, whatever it is, whatever he believes, you know, I obviously don't
- 14:45agree with probably half of what he believes, but,
- 14:50He's very interesting, and a lot of people out there that are famous, they do follow him.
- 14:54But he is that highly controversial person that is out there that he can't even
- 14:58go on to a lot of platforms just by how nuclear he is.
- 15:04And now you're going to see a lot of the same people. Alex O'Connor, I love him.
- 15:08VidIQ, Wesley Huff, JD Vance.
- 15:12I was combing through these lists, and who I, I cannot go without staying following them.
- 15:19These are the people that ended up. These are the people that landed.
- 15:21And I'm sure I will comb through more and more.
- 15:24It is, it feels good to, instead of just having a whole baggage of everyone
- 15:28that you really don't feel that connection with. It doesn't mean you can't follow them later.
- 15:31It doesn't mean you can resubscribe, you know, and and there's so many people
- 15:36out there that I watch so much more of this stuff, like I said,
- 15:38but who I feel a tie to, like I cannot go without subscribing to this person.
- 15:44That's kind of been my level of criteria of when I want to subscribe to or follow someone.
- 15:50JD Vance, Padcast Studios, the best. That's our business. You should check it out. You should follow.
- 15:56This is on X. And then Podbean, again, Restream. That is who I run through a
- 16:01lot of our channels through.
- 16:03They're kind of like a hub for posting your content and putting it out there
- 16:08to a number of different platforms at once and live streaming a number of different platforms at once.
- 16:13Restream has been pretty solid, pretty solid.
- 16:15Uh, Patrick bet, David, Patrick, but David, Gary V Gary V I've never even tried in my life.
- 16:22So let's try it now. I've never tried to pronounce his last name.
- 16:26Gary Vy Vaynerchuk Vaynerchuk, Gary Vaynerchuk. I'm going to try to say it,
- 16:30but all I know him is Gary V. I love his stuff.
- 16:34He's a guy, he curses a lot. He's known by, by that, but he says so much,
- 16:38there's so much wisdom and what he says, especially if you are a person that
- 16:42wants to go out there and just drive your business,
- 16:45build your business and just be pumped up about your business.
- 16:48I love this video that he made.
- 16:50He's talking about, you don't love your business. You love what your business can give you.
- 16:57And it's like, if you are creating something, if you're an entrepreneur,
- 16:59you're a creator, you need to love your business.
- 17:03It can't be just like, I wanna have a business so it can make me money.
- 17:07Or I wanna have a business so it can make influence and build connections and
- 17:11all that kind of stuff. but you got to love your business itself. It is your baby.
- 17:16You know, it is your baby. And some, some people have a lot of babies out there, you know?
- 17:20Richard Dawkins, I do like him. He's a well-known atheist.
- 17:24Andrew Tate, another huge, highly controversial person.
- 17:29Probably not as much as Nick Fuentes, though. Nick Fuentes, if you are caught
- 17:34having him on your platform, maybe not as much as Netanyahu.
- 17:37If we saw the Nelk boys the other day, Netanyahu almost is probably the most,
- 17:43you know, people say he is Hitler incarnate right now, which is so weird.
- 17:47So backwards, but Cobra Tate, Andrew Tate, you know, I went back and forth on
- 17:51Andrew. I like, I like his stuff.
- 17:54I really like his stuff. I, I, and I like what he stands for.
- 17:56There's some things out there that he does put out there that is just kind of, I don't know, man.
- 18:01I, I, you take the good with the bad. You know, there's some things that I don't
- 18:05agree with that he says, you know, and I don't know. I don't want to get into it right now. Exactly.
- 18:09Got so many other people to cover. Uh, Magnus Carlson, he's the,
- 18:12a world, the best chess player in the world, best chess player in the world.
- 18:16So I, I love chess. I love myself some chess.
- 18:19So seeing his videos and what he does out there, he's been on Joe Rogan as well.
- 18:25Very unique personality. It seems dry, but he's brilliant, very smart.
- 18:31And he, I've seen videos of him blindfolded playing like 20 people in chess,
- 18:35maybe not 20, but like 10 people in chess, him blindfolded and he's playing
- 18:40against 10 other people in chess and he's just killing them.
- 18:44I don't know how you do that, but some people are just like,
- 18:47I've seen like, it's this level of the spectrum. If you, you hear about autism,
- 18:51people that have a little, have that in them, almost like it puts them on another level.
- 18:56And I'm not saying that he has that. And it's, and it's definitely not a bad
- 19:00thing to have that. It can almost give you a one leg up if you have that.
- 19:04And it seems like just, I might got a little bit myself, you know,
- 19:07it doesn't really matter.
- 19:08It's something that if you are, it gives you the ability to just be like able
- 19:12to analyze things better than other people and able to see things that other
- 19:17people would just completely miss. You become hyper obsessed.
- 19:20I don't know all that stuff about autism and the spectrum and all that,
- 19:23but like, it just seems like a lot of people that have that a little, have that.
- 19:27They do very well at what they do. Michael Knowles again, Mr. Beast.
- 19:31I got him over here as well. And if there's some carryover, if there's some
- 19:35bleed over from one to the other, that's like a double whammy.
- 19:39That means if I got to follow him on YouTube and X, that means something.
- 19:43I just want you to personalize this for you. And then even just thinking about
- 19:47it for you, if you're wanting to build an audience, why would somebody subscribe
- 19:53to you as opposed to anyone else?
- 19:55You got to be so good. You got to be a person that they, they can't stand you not being in their life.
- 20:02I know there's family and friends that just subscribe to you just for the,
- 20:05you know, just for the love, you know, they, they want to give you a little
- 20:07bit of love and they show you that.
- 20:09But like, if you're in this space, you're not doing it for your family or your
- 20:12friends, like, and creating stuff. You're doing it for the people,
- 20:16everyone else out there. You're building entertainment.
- 20:19You're building value. You're not building something that's just,
- 20:22oh, goody feeling, good feelings and all that good vibes, you know?
- 20:25And you scratch my bag, I'll scratch yours kind of thing.
- 20:28And just, you're doing it to actually genuinely help other people in some form or fashion.
- 20:33That's at the end of the day. Otherwise, what's the point of any of it?
- 20:36What's the point of any money will dry up. You'll never have enough fame.
- 20:40You'll never have enough, whatever it is. It's, it's like, it's overall the
- 20:45good that you are doing for other people, you know?
- 20:48And if we want to take it to the next layer, it would be, you know,
- 20:52ultimately for God and his kingdom.
- 20:54Cause I mean, at the end of the day, anything not done for God and for his kingdom
- 20:58is going to burn up in the end. It's not even going to matter.
- 21:00It's just a waste of time. You're just wasting your time. Okay.
- 21:04Ian Miles Cheung. He's a, he's not, he posts a lot of good stuff.
- 21:08I mean, I don't even know if good stuff, just he posts a lot of stuff.
- 21:12He's like very into the news. I've, I've, I've, I've felt a,
- 21:15maybe a tie with him. Yeah.
- 21:17He says some crazy stuff. I don't agree with a lot of the things he says,
- 21:21but like, just because, like I said, you, you subscribe to someone,
- 21:24you're not married to them.
- 21:25They're not, they are not you. You are not them.
- 21:28You know, it's just like who you, who you feel that tie, that close tie with
- 21:32Jack Poso. I like him a lot. Ninja cat turd.
- 21:36I've almost went to where I'm going to unsubscribe to cat turd.
- 21:39I'm, I like Trump a lot, but it seems like he is almost even more than me.
- 21:44So that's even a word he's, I like Trump a lot, but he, it seems like he is,
- 21:50he posts things that are just like, he has drunk the Kool-Aid.
- 21:55Like, like I want to be like, I like Trump a lot, but I want to still be like,
- 21:59have him at a distance and be critical and able to be critical and say things
- 22:03that I just, I'm not in a cult and believing in Trump.
- 22:07It seems like cat turd. He is more like anything Trump does.
- 22:11It's automatically perfect. You know, I don't think, I don't think we have to
- 22:16be that even, even Trump. I don't think we have to do that.
- 22:18You know, uh, Jordan Peterson, he might be somebody I might subscribe back to on YouTube. I.
- 22:25Ben Palaisi, this is guy, he's not, he's not, he's not super well known.
- 22:29And there's going to be some of those guys, especially he's, he's a, he's funny.
- 22:33He's like, he's, he's kind of like that Caleb that I showed you earlier.
- 22:36And we're going to see down here as well.
- 22:38It's just somebody that I feel a unique connection with just because who they are as an individual.
- 22:44He's hilarious. He's funny. He's not, he's not a crazy rock star, superstar out there.
- 22:49I'm sure he would like to be, you know, but at this time he's not,
- 22:52and he might become that later on. You know, it's not always your time right now.
- 22:56You know, you don't know at what point you could just go just out of this world.
- 23:01You know, Bill Maher, as you can see, I like him a lot.
- 23:06Babylon Bee, it's funny, a news network. They post a lot of stuff. It's a lot of satire.
- 23:11Caleb, we got there. Adam Carolla, like he, Adam Carolla, he was probably the
- 23:16patient one of podcasting.
- 23:19He was one of the guys that really got the ball rolling for podcasting.
- 23:27Adam Krigler, I like him a lot. He used to be on Tim Pool's show.
- 23:31I've kind of just never, I don't really watch much of his stuff.
- 23:34I see some of the things he posts, but I really don't. But again, it's that connection.
- 23:39It doesn't necessarily, everything in internet and creativity and creating content.
- 23:46It has shifted to where's the
- 23:49interest at who is making stuff that is just going
- 23:52to go viral who's going to make something that's going to be helpful and
- 23:55being helpful and like bringing value and going viral they ain't the same thing
- 24:00they're not the same thing but like who you follow and who you have that connection
- 24:04with they might not be the person that you watch all day long but you still
- 24:07they're still like almost a layer outside your family you feel a little closer to them.
- 24:12All right. Jake Paul, Ed Reed and Troy Palamalu, you can see they're back to
- 24:16back. Those are my two favorite football players of all time.
- 24:20Troy Palamalu and Ed Reed, the best safeties in the NFL, period, period.
- 24:27There's no one better than those two guys. And they were so different,
- 24:31just them alone. They were so different from one another.
- 24:34Ed Reed, if he got the ball, if he grabbed the ball and intercepted it,
- 24:38it was going the other way, all the way.
- 24:40Troy Palamalu, he was a person. He was a destroyer. He could hit somebody.
- 24:44He could knock people out, but he could also intercept and return it.
- 24:47Not as good, I would say, as Ed Reed, but,
- 24:49He was a guy that just like would knock people out as well, more so than Ed Reed.
- 24:55AOC, AOC, I'm, you know, guilty, guilty.
- 24:59I'm following AOC. Tim Pool, absolutely.
- 25:03Marshall Mathers, Eminem. Stephen King, my favorite author.
- 25:06Charlie Kirk, Elon. You got to follow Elon. I've said the other day,
- 25:10Elon, we are not hearing as much from him as we used to.
- 25:14We used to day and night, all day long hear from him. I think he cooled off
- 25:19when he left the trump administration and he's doing his things He's trying
- 25:22to focus on his business.
- 25:23He's doing all that He's not as much of a lightning rod as he was and I think
- 25:28he's trying to settle in and be more more,
- 25:31Relatable to everyone as opposed to be he got he did what he wanted He wanted
- 25:35trump in office because it probably there would have been so many changes In
- 25:39just the whole entertainment and whole freedom of speech if trump wouldn't have
- 25:43won and I think Elon did what he had to do to get Trump in there.
- 25:48So it kind of preserved that way of life. But now Elon has shrinked back to
- 25:52his, his, his tower of building his businesses and doing all that,
- 25:57you know, and I, I honestly don't hear about him as much as I used to.
- 26:01Joe Rogan, Jack Nicklaus, the probably you could argue the best golfer ever.
- 26:06Joe Pags, he's a hilarious talk show host. Justin Biebs, the Biebs.
- 26:11Yay. Kanye West, Ben Shapiro. You're seeing, you're seen a lot of crossover,
- 26:15a lot of bleed over Patrick Mahomes, InfoWars and Alex Jones.
- 26:18That is InfoWars is Alex's, is his platform.
- 26:22Him, Nick Fuentes and Cobra Tate, Andrew Tate are probably the,
- 26:28probably the most highly controversial people that I follow out there, but I like them all.
- 26:32I, I don't know as much about Nick Fuentes. He's more kind of just a interest
- 26:37kind of right now for me and just seeing what he's saying, because I obviously
- 26:41don't agree with so much what he, what he believes,
- 26:43but he is a person that is unabashedly unashamed of just fighting for his beliefs
- 26:50and his opinions, as opposed to somebody he's not, he's not scared.
- 26:53He's not going to back down.
- 26:54He's going to, he's the person that leaves it all on his sleeve.
- 26:59You know, we already talked about him, but.
- 27:00Donald Trump, Jesse Waters, Tucker, Leo, my favorite actor, Leonardo DiCaprio,
- 27:07Glenn Beck, Skip Bayless, and Tim Tebow.
- 27:10This is kind of like probably a newest to oldest.
- 27:13This is like who I have followed the oldest probably on X is Tim Tebow. Tim Tebow.
- 27:19All right. We're going to skip over to TikTok. TikTok. I know you're seeing a lot of the same names.
- 27:25I'm not going to do this every day, you know, but I wanted to do this today.
- 27:28And then almost the biggest thing is this psychology of who subscribes to you,
- 27:34who are you trying to get to subscribe to you?
- 27:37And what, why do you subscribe to others? What is the reason?
- 27:41If you peel back the layers, the onion and get to the heart of the issue,
- 27:44why are you subscribing to who you're subscribing to?
- 27:47You know? And I would say there is that therapeutic thing of just weed out the
- 27:51ones that you don't necessarily need, but doesn't mean you got to stop watching them.
- 27:55But who do you feel that deep connection with? The McFarlane's,
- 27:58this is just a family family.
- 28:01You know, it isn't weird. Like when you're starting to say something,
- 28:03you're thinking about two words ahead or the next word and you just, you blend it together.
- 28:07Either a funny family. There's Caleb, Andrew Russo, the funniest guy on the planet.
- 28:12I will say that over. This is, this feels good for me to just be able to talk
- 28:15this out because this is a window to my soul. Not everybody cares about it.
- 28:19You know, I honestly wouldn't care about other people's windows to their soul.
- 28:23You know, and like this, but for me to actually just talk it out, it feels good.
- 28:27As we're going to see a lot, some of these people, especially,
- 28:30especially as we get to Instagram is where we're going to see people.
- 28:34I personally know that I really, I'm, I'm my, my goal is to,
- 28:40I want to, if I'm following you, I don't want to unfollow you.
- 28:42If it's someone I personally know, you know, that doesn't always happen, but that's my goal.
- 28:47Andrew Russo, Frank Sinatra, the legend, probably one of my favorite singers
- 28:52ever I wasn't alive when he was doing his thing but he is to the people that
- 28:57are really there to you that are listening you're going to hear some heartfelt.
- 29:01From why I am Ghost Natra and why I chose that name because I love Ghost and
- 29:08I love Frank Sinatra that's the real reason and only you know.
- 29:13The next one Shifo7091 that is my mother that is my mom then we got Eminem,
- 29:20a ninja ben shapiro alex hermosi
- 29:24he is a business entrepreneur his his his
- 29:27main gig his main deal right now is school the school community
- 29:30building uh building that whole platform and all that you know you can do whatever
- 29:34it is but either way you listen to his stuff he will get you fired up and pumped
- 29:38up and want to just go out there and kill it for your business you know and
- 29:42do it for right reasons and why you're doing it he's kind of like that gary
- 29:45v factor to me charlie kirk diary of a.
- 29:49And then right here, these might be some of the people that I just,
- 29:51I think on TikTok, a lot of the people on TikTok, I don't even necessarily personally know.
- 29:55I think I just started, I don't know why I followed some of them.
- 29:59But it's like, I almost because like, if they became where they are my friend
- 30:02on there, I didn't want to unfollow them.
- 30:04I want to like, you know, ride or die with them, you know, even though I might
- 30:08not necessarily even know, because there is that, you know, especially when
- 30:11you get into Facebook, there's so many people that I'm just friends with that
- 30:13I don't even really know at all. And I'm sure you have that as well.
- 30:17But it's like, these are the people that I'm, you know, you're in my life.
- 30:20You know, you're not just a public figure out there that I, I follow when I
- 30:24feel like following sometime, but you know, I want to stay close knit to you, you know?
- 30:28And I don't know. I saw a lot of these people. I do not know.
- 30:30Christopher, Dr. Iberry.
- 30:32I probably thought there's a reason I forget exactly why I started following
- 30:36Carol Dillon three 39 Ronnie Joe.
- 30:38I do know her. I do know her in real life. I don't know what this one is,
- 30:42but that is my daughter's picture.
- 30:44That is my daughter's picture on there. And it's a fidget obsessed trader. I don't know.
- 30:48I don't know if my daughter created that or created that with her friends or
- 30:51with her Nana or what, but it's out there and I'm following it.
- 30:55We're friends, whatever. I don't even know.
- 30:56I don't know about that one. My, my daughter, Sophie, she does have a legitimate account.
- 31:00I don't know what that is, but I know what her legitimate account was,
- 31:03but this one right here, I don't know anything really about it.
- 31:06It's, I don't even know what's going on there. I really don't.
- 31:10I, she does have one. We'll get to her actual professional business,
- 31:15a TikTok account, which is also on X.
- 31:18I don't know. I don't think she's on X, but she's on Instagram.
- 31:21It's another people. There's a lot of people. I don't know. I don't know.
- 31:23I don't know them, but we're, Oh, that I'm going to unfollow you then.
- 31:28Cause I don't necessarily know you, but we're not friends. So I'm going to unfollow
- 31:31you because I, I'm saying like the people that are friends with me.
- 31:35And like, even though they're not big wigs out there, that huge people out there were friends.
- 31:39This is a person that I, for some reason, started following.
- 31:43He's not just a person by the eye test, recognized immediately.
- 31:48He's not somebody I know.
- 31:49So, hey, I'm sure you gave me something good, but I got to part ways,
- 31:54man. You're not following me. We're not friends.
- 31:56This is where it ends. This is where it ends. Got to have those moments.
- 32:00I don't know who this person is. Sandra.
- 32:04I don't even want to act like I'm pronouncing her name.
- 32:07Rich is a person. These people are friends with, Tricia, Ella, Heather.
- 32:12I don't know these people, but we are friends. Great, Rita on.
- 32:16Another one. This is, I believe this is actually my mom's. That's weird.
- 32:21How many accounts does my mom have? I think that's my mom.
- 32:24I think that's my mom right there. Sherry, fidget trader. So maybe she had the other one as well.
- 32:29TikTok is probably the most messed up situation of having accounts by far of any platform out there.
- 32:37TikTok is the most messed up situation. It is such a weird deal.
- 32:42There's some great things about TikTok, but some things are just,
- 32:45it's filthy. It's filthy. It's not clean.
- 32:49And it's like your account. And that's why so many people create so many accounts
- 32:53because it's just not, it's not a clean situation, but they know how to do,
- 32:57they got the algorithm, right? They got the algorithm in a lot of ways.
- 33:00All right fox news you can see i guess i
- 33:03follow fox news and that's the only news right follow probably because
- 33:06the other ones i can't have a stomach for in some of the things and fox news
- 33:09ain't perfect but there i would say and i know this is people don't like this
- 33:13they are of the major networks out there probably the most fair and balanced
- 33:16probably but maybe that's because i lean more conservative conservative uh tina
- 33:20bush it's a family member donald trump jr president Donald Trump.
- 33:27And there's my daughter. She's got a picture of Billie Eilish on there,
- 33:31but her handle is sophie.eilish.sterniello.
- 33:36She likes Sterniello's and Billie Eilish. Ryan Flanders. He's a person I know
- 33:40in real life. These are people I actually know.
- 33:42Kelly DePriest, Ryan Sandeman. He's a family friend. He's a great man. Great man.
- 33:47Podcast Studios, the business, the business, the future of creativity,
- 33:51entertainment, marketing, branding, podcast studios.
- 33:54Remember that. Find it. You know, get connected with it. Get connected with it as much as you can.
- 34:01Otherwise, we are coming for you, and we want to lock arms with you. You know, we want to.
- 34:07Abdullah Tarawa. This is somebody that I knew, and I would say he's a friend.
- 34:13Overseas, I met him when I was overseas. He's just a great human being.
- 34:17Jesse Waters, everybody knows him. Breedlove, this is people I know. Beverly Leach, Benson.
- 34:22Benson is a high profile. I'll probably, I would say the, the best,
- 34:27the person with the best vocals of any man that I've seen,
- 34:31you know, in a certain way, you know, I love Frank Sinatra, but I've never seen
- 34:35a guy have vocals like Benson Boone.
- 34:38It, he, he's such a good singer, such a good singer, you know,
- 34:42Royals and Chiefs. This is people I know.
- 34:44And there's Abdullah Azeem. This is somebody I also met overseas.
- 34:48Jeremy, Jeremy Wehrlein. That's my cousin. Brandon Sherry went to school with him. Tammy Berry.
- 34:52That's my aunt Amber friends, Josh, my cousin, Tucker Carlson.
- 34:57Who, who is this? Digby Edgley.
- 35:00Hey, I gotta let go, man. I don't know you. I don't know you. We ain't friends.
- 35:04I'm sure this person I really liked on TikTok. I F if there was anything TikTok
- 35:08and X, but primarily TikTok.
- 35:10I used to like, if I found anybody that just made me laugh, I liked any of them.
- 35:13I would follow them because I didn't want, because TikTok, it is another thing.
- 35:16You lose sight of them. You lose touch with them.
- 35:19It's like, if you don't grab on, they're gone. They vanish.
- 35:23You know, they literally evaporate from your world.
- 35:26You know, you don't see them ever again, but I got to let go,
- 35:29man. Even though I probably like your stuff, I got to let go.
- 35:32That's a bad idea. These guys are, are hilarious. These guys are hilarious on
- 35:37TikTok. They're so funny.
- 35:39You know, Mr. Beast, third time's a charm. This is somebody we're seeing on all three.
- 35:45Dylan Page, very, he's news daddy, he's funny, he's not even funny,
- 35:49he's not, I'm sure he's funny at times. He's, he brings the news to you.
- 35:55Intensely, intensely, and right to the point. His videos cover so much and so
- 35:59quick. He's really good. He's really good at what he does.
- 36:02The love of my life, Jesse Fogle, JFogue32.
- 36:05That's my wife. And then here we see, we see, I always forget his name already,
- 36:09but it's Ben Palazzi. You know, I have him on X.
- 36:12Matt Cutshall. This is somebody, these are early, early ons of TikTok.
- 36:16You know, TikTok had its heyday, its biggest heyday when we were like in 2020 COVID.
- 36:21Like these are the guys that take me back. Even though that was a terrible time
- 36:24in human history, it was good having those guys in my life. Very funny.
- 36:29Tyler Jerry, he's another, he's very, he's different. A lot of his videos are the same though.
- 36:33It's about him being a father and doing like what dads do and all this kind of stuff.
- 36:38He has his own kind of genre, his own milieu, you know?
- 36:42Tyler Jerry, I would say follow him. He's very funny. My wife loves his stuff. He's very funny.
- 36:47Jake Paul, awesome. Awesome. them.
- 36:50I go back, back and forth, Jake Paul and Logan Paul. If I had like, who would I choose?
- 36:55If I could have one person in my life, I can only grab onto one.
- 36:59I'm not literally grab on, but like, who am I going to choose out of those two?
- 37:02I'm going Jake. I'm going Jake. I'm going Jake, but I do like both of them.
- 37:07And the Biebs, we're going to end it there with Justin Bieber.
- 37:10And I hope you'll have enough for, this ain't a sprint. This is a marathon.
- 37:15All right. The last one we got. This is where it gets probably extra personal.
- 37:19I would say the most personal that is out there. What if we went to my Facebook?
- 37:24Because Facebook, like Facebook is next level. It's like where your grandparents,
- 37:28your parents, your grandma's, I don't even know.
- 37:31Like it's, it's different. You know, I feel weird even putting anything on Facebook
- 37:36because it's when it's the people that you actually,
- 37:39you know, and they know you, there is that comfortability factor that you feel
- 37:44with people that are just out there,
- 37:47you know, you, you can feel a deep connection, even though you're thousands
- 37:50of miles away from each other that you feel that you maybe don't have as much with somebody do it,
- 37:56you know, when real life, you know, and it feels weird to like have that somebody
- 38:00that, you know, almost a little bit creepy ish, you know, when somebody in,
- 38:03you know, in real life is kind of checking out your stuff, you know, it feels weird,
- 38:07even though you're so thankful for them.
- 38:09It just, it, it's, it strikes differently.
- 38:12All right. We're moving to Instagram and this is going to be the last of it.
- 38:15We're all right. This is, this is going to be very close to my heart.
- 38:19A lot of these things, these are going to be like more so people I literally
- 38:22know in real life, in real life, IRL, Brandon Fogle, IRL.
- 38:27All right. The top there we can see Jesse Fogle. That is my wife, my bride.
- 38:32Next Packet Studios, the business, baby, the business Packet Studios, Nick, the kick.
- 38:38I would say my best friend I've had, you know, in all my life. I like him.
- 38:42I love him a lot, but I'm not in connection with him really now,
- 38:44but we have our memories together.
- 38:48Resilient Rusty, that is Pastor Rusty Savage, and then Pastor Rusty, his other personal one.
- 38:53He's got his ministry, Resilient Shepherds Ministries, which I don't know too
- 38:57much about, but he's overall an awesome human being, a fighter for the kingdom, a fighter for Jesus.
- 39:03So, I mean, anything that he does is awesome.
- 39:06Pastor Rusty savage and then sophie that is
- 39:09my daughter sophie eilish sternilio sterniolo and
- 39:13these are just most of these people are just people i know you know this
- 39:16is my my tried and true back in my hometown still
- 39:19messing around still talking about that one touchdown all right here we go just
- 39:26people i know bill robbins i i don't i all over now he's got a who's that keith
- 39:32mitch mitch black you know That is my street. That is my boy.
- 39:38And Rex Martin, love that guy.
- 39:40Ethan McLean. These are, like I said, just people I know, and I'm not going to unfollow.
- 39:44I'm not going to, because they are, but right here, I can't see if they're following me or not.
- 39:49Either way, these are my people I go to.
- 39:52The people that I would say, you know, I'm not going to let go.
- 39:55I'm not letting go, Jack. I'm not letting go. Okay.
- 39:58Ethan McLean, Mindy Hooks, Just Sharp, Emily McLean, Autumn Mitchell.
- 40:04Amy Nutt, Ashley Reneke, Whitley Lynn, Chuck Seiler, Brian Stevenson.
- 40:10He has a well placed in my heart, you know, a person I absolutely love,
- 40:14you know, probably said, I love you, Tim, more than probably I should have,
- 40:17you know, Jenison DeVall.
- 40:19This is Janice Reneke.
- 40:21This is weird. Like people, like, you know, in real life, you're like,
- 40:24read it, like, and not necessarily everybody out there knows,
- 40:26but it's like, these are the people that my, my heart, this is my heart, you know?
- 40:31Denise Wilson, Kirsten, or Kirsten. I don't know necessarily who that is.
- 40:36I don't know if I know who that is. But like, this isn't games.
- 40:39This isn't games. You know, this isn't like TikTok.
- 40:41This isn't like X. This is like, this is my, like I said, my heart.
- 40:46Tami Berry, my aunt, Scott Swearegen, Dane Minan, Tony Flower.
- 40:52Coach Marsh. This is somebody I go to church with.
- 40:55Hubbard Savage, Lee Webb, Sean Perry. Like, this is weird.
- 40:57This is like people in real life, personal.

- 41:59All right. So I hope you, I hope that was maybe somewhat thought provoking for
- 42:05you. Who are you subscribing to?
- 42:07Clean it out. The ones that you really love, you know, if you can't live without
- 42:11subscribing or following them, you know, doesn't mean that they shouldn't exist,
- 42:15but you know, it's about you.
- 42:17It's about you and who you want to see, like who you have that connection with,
- 42:20you can still watch the hell of everybody else out there or watch the heaven
- 42:24out of everybody else out there, but who you want to have a tight knit with,
- 42:28who you feel that, that connection with,
- 42:30you know, make those be the people that you follow, you subscribe to, subscribe to all that.
- 42:34It's not, it's not a life or death who you subscribe to.
- 42:38It's, this is just vanity metrics, you know, all that kind of stuff,
- 42:41you know, but that's why I want to be a person that's not just,
- 42:44I want a build a huge falling for no reason, but I genuinely want to have community
- 42:49with as many people as possible.
- 42:52And that's my goal. And if I can do something that's going to bring value and
- 42:56help someone, that's what I want to do.
- 42:58All right. So follow me on X and Instagram at Brandon Fogle.
- 43:02Have a great day, everyone. Peace.
