- 0:27Hey everybody, good morning from the chicken coop and it is noisy
- 0:31out here this morning because apparently we have a lot of
- 0:35irritation around. Who's using what box Always find
- 0:39that very funny since they have a boatload of them.
- 0:41They only want one. OK, so today what we are talking
- 0:45about is what you think about you bring about.
- 0:49So very simple, cute little phrase what you think about you
- 0:52bring about. Really it boils down to where is
- 0:55your energy, what you ruminate on, you bring into the world it
- 1:00manifests, and what seeds you plant grow.
- 1:04So we often focus a lot on things that are wrong.
- 1:11It's hardwired into us to look at what's wrong in our world.
- 1:16And that's that is actually a a a very useful tool.
- 1:19I want to be really clear about this.
- 1:20That is a very useful tool because it helps us see what's
- 1:24wrong so we can fix it. It helps us understand certain
- 1:28things in our world always need to be worked on and cultivated,
- 1:31and that helps us survive. You know, if you didn't see what
- 1:34was wrong, you would be bumbling and having a lot more problems
- 1:38than you do. But where this goes awry is when
- 1:41we use that tool too much and we stay focused on all the things
- 1:44that are wrong rather than using them as information.
- 1:49The kicker here is that you have to take that tool, that useful
- 1:54tool, and of seeing what's wrong and collecting information from
- 1:59it. Figuring out what is this trying
- 2:01to show me? Asking a better question?
- 2:04What is this trying to show me? So.
- 2:07This whole theory of what you think about you bring about is a
- 2:11great little way for you to decide.
- 2:15Where is my pattern of thought going right now?
- 2:19Where am I spending the preponderance of my time and
- 2:23what am I growing? What am I cultivating?
- 2:26What am I putting my energy to? And this is an exercise that I I
- 2:31would love for you guys to be able to do.
- 2:33You know, every at the end of every day asking yourself, well,
- 2:36where did I put my energy today? Where did I put my thought
- 2:39today? What did I spend my time putting
- 2:44really solid thought energy into?
- 2:46What did I spend my day worrying?
- 2:47Did I spend my day just having moments of worry?
- 2:50Sure, you can have a moment of a thought.
- 2:52You can have a moment of of negativity that nothing's wrong
- 2:56with that. That's human.
- 2:57That's called being human. But the trick is not to spend
- 3:00your time there so that you cultivate it and grow it and
- 3:03turn it into something. Because where you put your
- 3:05energy, it goes. So if you want to make something
- 3:08wonderful, you actually have to put your thoughts on that.
- 3:12And believe me, this is something that I have had to
- 3:15learn myself because I am a natural warrior.
- 3:19I was brought up by someone who was a big warrior and I had to
- 3:23learn that worrying did not help me pass the information.
- 3:28But that was years before I figured that out.
- 3:30And again, there's nothing wrong with it.
- 3:33It's just that you can't stay in it because the phrase is what
- 3:37you think about, you bring about.
- 3:40So if you think about it too much and you ruminate on it too
- 3:42much and you give it too much energy, you will make it happen
- 3:45in your world. And that I'm certain of when you
- 3:49spend your time putting your energy into that.
- 3:52You positive or negative, you can make it happen.
- 3:56You know, it took me a long time in my world to get to this
- 4:00point. I've been in this business since
- 4:021996. I have spent years working on
- 4:06myself and continue to work on myself because I still have
- 4:09those things. This is not something that you
- 4:12just master and say, oh, I'm done, I don't have to do this.
- 4:14I don't worry anymore. No, that is not true.
- 4:17No matter how great you are. No matter what.
- 4:19Initials you have after your name.
- 4:21No matter how many certifications you have, you
- 4:23still cannot get past the fact that you have your humanness to
- 4:27deal with. We are all human, and we are on
- 4:31this human plane having this human experience.
- 4:34Therefore, we will act as humans, and we will worry, and
- 4:38we will have moments of anger and we will have moments of
- 4:41despair. The choice of our training comes
- 4:44into how long will we stay in those thoughts, how long will we
- 4:48put ourselves in that position before we say, no, this is not
- 4:51the way I want to go. I want to pull myself out and I
- 4:54want to do a better job right now.
- 4:56And I want to say, you know what we think about, we bring about.
- 4:59So I'm not going to do that. I'm going to go in another
- 5:02direction. And by going in another
- 5:04direction, well, that's what serves us, because we can choose
- 5:09that direction and we can. Cultivate that direction.
- 5:12But it all comes down to one thing.
- 5:14You have to be aware of it first, and you have to realize
- 5:17that those thoughts are happening.
- 5:19So this is a mission for you to start going off and recognizing
- 5:23where am I putting this energy and if you spend any amount of
- 5:27time listening to this. Podcast.
- 5:30You're going to recognize that I do a lot of this talk about this
- 5:34in different ways, in different formats, and it's a common
- 5:37thread because it's the most difficult thing that as human
- 5:41beings that we will have to do. So will you hear me say this
- 5:44again in a different way? Yes.
- 5:45Will you hear me say it multiple times in different ways?
- 5:48Yes. Because it is the most common
- 5:51thing we struggle with hands down, we This is an internal
- 5:55job. Everything is an inside job.
- 5:58And. We cannot ignore the tools that
- 6:01we have that we're using improperly, which is our focus.
- 6:07So our focus can get hyper focused on the things that we
- 6:10actually don't want to do. Our focus is like.
- 6:13Someone said to me, oh, I have, I have really great focus.
- 6:16Well, yes, this person has intense focus, but it all that
- 6:19energy goes to the wrong thing. It always goes to what's wrong.
- 6:22So that intensity is bringing about.
- 6:26I don't understand why wrong things keep showing up.
- 6:28Well, because you keep focusing on wrong things.
- 6:30You take the information they're trying to deliver to you, you
- 6:34get clear on what it is, and then you move.
- 6:36Your energy into a different direction of solving those
- 6:40things or doing something different.
- 6:42You cannot stay in that energy and expect something to be
- 6:45different. So hopefully this was helpful
- 6:47today for you to see again what we think about we bring about.
- 6:53So please choose your thoughts carefully and I will see you
- 6:57tomorrow. My friends have a blessed day.
