[SPEAKER_03]: Are you ready to slay another day?
• 1:32
[SPEAKER_03]: So are we welcome back to shit 90 shows taught me.
• 1:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just darling here with my co-host.
• 1:38
[SPEAKER_03]: Sarah, I'm free Sarah, how are you?
• 1:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Jess, I can't believe that Buffy the main part of Slavery is we know it's over, it's basically dead.
• 1:48
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that we have finished the series.
• 1:50
[SPEAKER_02]: you know like I think that it's pretty much over and now that we're done with Buffy in general then I mean like I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna miss her I'm gonna miss her witty comebacks I'm gonna miss she she saved the world a lot a lot I love that I love that I love that I love that I love that I love that
• 2:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: I really loved Buffet.
• 2:17
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a shame that we will no longer have Buffet in all reality.
• 2:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel as though if I knew there wasn't two more seasons of Buffet, the vampire slayer plus a probable reboot.
• 2:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I think the reboot is happening from what I've heard.
• 2:32
[SPEAKER_02]: I know nothing about it, but I know that there's reboot.
• 2:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like it would have been a lot more emotional.
• 2:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: I did cry.
• 2:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I did cried the time we're unlocked but I was like okay well obviously she's not gone for good so right well right she's more like gone in the angel situation where it's like gone to another dimension but will return soon
• 2:56
[SPEAKER_02]: And we did get some contacts like from, um, I am sure people are going to talk about in the feedback.
• 3:02
[SPEAKER_02]: So we do understand that there is a world where this could have been last episode.
• 3:07
  [SPEAKER_02]: Right.
• 3:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Doug, this is the end of the WB area, a era.
• 3:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know of Buffy.
• 3:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't understand how the WB flubbed so badly.
• 3:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: The WB had everything.
• 3:17
[SPEAKER_02]: They even had that frog with the top hat.
• 3:20
[SPEAKER_03]: And oh my god, I loved him.
• 3:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: Hello, my barber.
• 3:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Hello, my, like he did the whole thing.
• 3:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the hat and the cane and the hat.
• 3:27
  [SPEAKER_03]: They had everything.
• 3:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: They had everything.
• 3:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I, like, literally every show.
• 3:30
  [SPEAKER_02]: They had Dawson's Creek.
• 3:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And then they said, we don't want you anymore.
• 3:34
[SPEAKER_02]: We only want shitty shows.
• 3:35
[SPEAKER_02]: And then they became the CW, which
• 3:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: Was it time?
• 3:39
[SPEAKER_03]: And I was in a very specific vibe to a CW show.
• 3:45
[SPEAKER_03]: And the vibe isn't always a bad vibe.
• 3:47
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a, you want to be, you're like, let me strap in, you know, you're like, you got to prep yourself for a CW show.
• 3:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.
• 3:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: So.
• 3:57
[SPEAKER_02]: So I just don't know who a Warner Bros. was like, let me just fuck up my life.
• 4:04
[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of like me in 2023.
• 4:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I said, I'm going to blow up everything.
• 4:09
[SPEAKER_03]: But I think I think a year is like whoever was like, get rid of Buffy.
• 4:14
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want it on our on our program anymore.
• 4:17
  [SPEAKER_03]: I think what's my good.
• 4:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's literally five.
• 4:19
  [SPEAKER_03]: I went to UPN.
• 4:21
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I don't remember, uh, someone, uh, someone, something that was taught, or someone said it, and I don't, I don't know.
• 4:27
  [SPEAKER_03]: I go in.
• 4:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: Was that something?
• 4:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, UPN is UPN.
• 4:30
[SPEAKER_03]: And the thing is, what's really, the reason I'm more pissed off about this more than literally anything else in the entire world is that like, as our result now, the angel buffy like crossed over situation,
• 4:43
  [SPEAKER_03]: isn't so straightforward.
• 4:45
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's not a straight line.
• 4:46
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like two here, one here, two for you, one for me, three for me, seven for you.
• 4:50
[SPEAKER_03]: And what are we doing?
• 4:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Or though, who made this decision?
• 4:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this was okay.
• 4:55
[SPEAKER_02]: I also don't understand how the WB was like, yes, let's keep Angel, but fuck you, Buffy the vampire slayer.
• 5:04
  [SPEAKER_03]: Men.
• 5:04
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's what I have to say.
• 5:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's men.
• 5:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's always men.
• 5:07
  [SPEAKER_03]: I bet it's men.
• 5:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was crazy.
• 5:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to remember what else is on UPN back in the day.
• 5:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know what UPN is.
• 5:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Like truly I don't know what you can't stand for.
• 5:17
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't understand it.
• 5:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't I don't even know what is on that channel.
• 5:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Well, okay.
• 5:21
[SPEAKER_02]: So the United Paramount network.
• 5:24
  [SPEAKER_02]: Well, I remember it's paramount.
• 5:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: I suppose so.
• 5:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I remember being on UPN was Star Trek because as I mentioned many times, my dad was a huge truckie watching Deep Space Nine was kind of just like family viewing for us.
• 5:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: We sat down.
• 5:43
[SPEAKER_02]: I had my little Deep Space Nine action figures and I just made them kiss to be honest
• 5:55
[SPEAKER_02]: So all the barbies, but I also, yeah, so I'm trying to also think, yeah, top model was on UPN for Oh, you want to get on top?
• 6:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's a little slut, yeah, you want to get on those be on top, either.
• 6:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I don't think get on top, do you want to get my month up?
• 6:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's just an onionsander.
• 6:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you want to raise those be on top?
• 6:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, so Bronka Mars that's something, okay.
• 6:23
[SPEAKER_03]: So there were shows on which season, which season of Bronka Mars though, babe, I don't know.
• 6:29
[SPEAKER_03]: If you tell me it's three or four, then like that's very different than telling me it's one or two, just saying.
• 6:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Following followed by the fall 24, excuse me, 2004 premiere or the mystery series Veronica Mars, it was the first season.
• 6:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, acceptable, acceptable.
• 6:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so we, we know that like this could have been this series finale.
• 6:55
[SPEAKER_03]: It makes a lot of sense when we want when I first saw the like opening previously on Buffy they're like actually like real fucking previously on like previously on is in like this whole show.
• 7:06
[SPEAKER_02]: It's so very epic from.
• 7:08
[SPEAKER_02]: that first moment in the previously on.
• 7:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't catch that.
• 7:13
[SPEAKER_02]: It was every single scene from an episode, but once again, I've been since informed.
• 7:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: And that's pretty cool.
• 7:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't realize that.
• 7:22
[SPEAKER_03]: I pulled a vampire diaries because literally,
• 7:26
[SPEAKER_03]: The vampire diaries literally every single episode has the same previously on beginning where he's like I just couldn't stay away from this girl.
• 7:34
  [SPEAKER_03]: She was too beautiful.
• 7:35
  [SPEAKER_03]: And it's like bitch.
• 7:36
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's been two seasons.
• 7:37
[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know Like it's the same situation here where it's previously on.
• 7:42
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm a slayer like girly pop.
• 7:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay It's been a minute, but like sure.
• 7:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, this is previously on
• 7:48
[SPEAKER_03]: So it definitely had that epicness, of course, we'll get into the kicky punchy fighty like epicness of those scenes.
• 7:56
  [SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, I don't even know, I don't even know.
• 8:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Again, we're going to kind of go mostly chronological, but I want to start us off on some of the little sample sizes here, because we have a couple small sample sizes to discuss.
• 8:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Number one being, and I know
• 8:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, where she lets him back in the house and it was so sweet like they're all prepping for battle, they're prepping to go destroy glory, blah, blah, blah, and Buffy is like very much counting on spike to help.
• 8:34
[SPEAKER_03]: And he let's him back in the house and then they have this line that I know you really you really enjoyed where he says I know you'll never love me.
• 8:42
[SPEAKER_03]: I know that I'm a monster, but you treat me like a man.
• 8:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that really got me in the fields.
• 8:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: I swear you cried.
• 8:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: I wish I don't think it was tears.
• 8:52
[SPEAKER_02]: It was just like, oh, like I was just like, okay, like I, I, I, it kind of
• 8:59
[SPEAKER_02]: put some context into the infatuation that Spike has with Buffy or it makes it more substantial than just Spike thinks Buffy's hot she's an opposition and they have a like tip for tat.
• 9:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: relationship.
• 9:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I know from the spike context that we've got in previously that he's never really been treated well by anybody.
• 9:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that, and of course, like I think
• 9:36
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that Buffy treats spike well, but I also don't think that spike really understands what it is like to be treated well.
• 9:47
[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe this is because he feels seen by her or at least
• 10:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: more like a person.
• 10:02
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 10:03
[SPEAKER_03]: I do think there are many instances this season where Buffy goes to spike for help.
• 10:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Specifically with Dawn with Joyce with like people she cares about.
• 10:15
[SPEAKER_03]: She is putting a lot of responsibility on his plate.
• 10:19
[SPEAKER_03]: In a way that I don't think many people have either because they're like I'm thinking a few seasons ago like angel where he just doesn't take spikes seriously nobody did yeah or even with the chip in his head a lot of them are like well you're just an evil guy with a chip like it doesn't make you a better person because you have the chip you'd be killing us if you could and I do very mean to him I do think there's a difference with how Buffy treats him and I think Buffy is able to recognize
• 10:47
[SPEAKER_03]: that spike and dawn have a connection, and that spike cares about dawn, and also that spike cares about her, and probably also cared about Joyce.
• 10:58
[SPEAKER_03]: And so when she asks, so cared about her.
• 11:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 11:00
[SPEAKER_03]: So like when she asks for help, she can rely on him to help.
• 11:05
[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that like he appreciates that she does lean on him in a way that other people just haven't.
• 11:12
  [SPEAKER_03]: I really loved this
• 11:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Very end of the world S, right?
• 11:16
[SPEAKER_03]: We're like, if the world is going to end, we'll buffy, let, buffy let him in back in the house, which is just like a really big moment, you know?
• 11:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Even, it's not a romantic or anything.
• 11:27
[SPEAKER_03]: It was just like a very like, on a very friendship human to monster, human to vampire kind of connection basis.
• 11:34
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you were allowed back into my sacred home that I also feel like they're like, that is Joyce's home.
• 11:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, it is like sacred ground now.
• 11:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and so to let Spike back in, both physically and like metaphorically, I just really loved it.
• 11:51
[SPEAKER_03]: And I feel like it was like perfectly placed in the finale.
• 11:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 11:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 11:54
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, all very, very, very well said and all friends.
• 11:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think that.
• 11:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 11:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it really did a lot for me and like the these two characters connection.
• 12:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think that
• 12:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Buffy doesn't have the ability to trust a lot of people, and I don't think that she trusts Spike fully, obviously not, but I do think that she trusts him enough with the two people that she cares for the most, so I think that says a heck of a lot, and once again, I think that to have Spike.
• 12:32
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that for somebody to take spikes seriously at times, I don't even take spikes seriously, most of the time.
• 12:40
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that that goes a really long way for spike.
• 12:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Like nobody wants to be like the joke of the group.
• 12:48
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know if like any of us have experienced that.
• 12:51
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like sometimes like maybe both of us have experienced that in our lives.
• 12:56
[SPEAKER_02]: We feel like we're the joke of the group where they're just for the laughs.
• 13:02
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's that feeling is the worst feeling ever.
• 13:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Cause you're like, no, like, don't laugh at me all the time.
• 13:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like, take me seriously.
• 13:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, let me be like a peer to you.
• 13:13
[SPEAKER_03]: They're definitely been times where it's felt like
• 13:17
[SPEAKER_03]: people haven't confided in like in my friend group specifically like people hadn't confided in me about certain things because they just didn't see me as like the type of person that I don't know if I like couldn't handle serious news or like just wasn't the person to go to for that sort of stuff and like of course it's like a little insulting and to be thought of as like just
• 13:45
[SPEAKER_03]: crack wise when it's like there's more to to most people than that like usually right like I think of like Robin Williams is like the most in my opinion like prominent example of a person who like the reason they joke is because there's just like so much else going on beneath the surface that's the case with every one of course and there's a maturity level and all of that to be added in there but
• 14:08
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it does feel like that is the way that spike is.
• 14:12
[SPEAKER_03]: Like he throws barbs and he makes jokes to mask a lot of the pain, you know, like, yeah, he's a really sensitive guy.
• 14:21
[SPEAKER_03]: We definitely have seen that now, both when he was a human and now that he's of empire and this you could tell this just meant
• 14:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: so much to him.
• 14:30
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and I, I really just loved this moment.
• 14:34
[SPEAKER_03]: Like it was one of the standouts and it's a really incredible finale.
• 14:37
[SPEAKER_03]: So like this was a standout moment and already like really great finale.
• 14:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Totally totally what else do you want to touch on before we get into the main story.
• 14:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so I think another big moment in this finale is the Anian's and her stuff.
• 14:57
[SPEAKER_03]: They yeah, this was I was like.
• 15:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Because I, okay, so like when I, I watched the episode, I like kind of was like, oh my gosh, like these were my favorite moments.
• 15:06
[SPEAKER_02]: And like this is a moment that like kind of like gagged me and this falls into the category of like a gagged me, because like I don't know exactly even after watching it a few times and having some space in between it.
• 15:19
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how I feel about all this, but long story short, Zander and Ania, they go off and have like a moment to relieve stress.
• 15:29
[SPEAKER_02]: And then next thing we know, Zander is proposing, proposing, proposing to Ania.
• 15:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think we got a good look at the ring.
• 15:42
[SPEAKER_03]: We never got a close up of it.
• 15:44
[SPEAKER_03]: I will say at first glance, it appeared to be a solitaire diamond.
• 15:48
[SPEAKER_03]: That is the most I could tell, which I'm a big fan of a solitaire.
• 15:52
  [SPEAKER_03]: So thumbs up there.
• 15:54
[SPEAKER_03]: I could sense this literally like 10 seconds before it happened that it was about to happen, because he felt like he was like setting something up, like Elvis on the talk got very serious.
• 16:08
[SPEAKER_03]: And gosh, okay, normally, normally I would probably at this point start saying you are both so young like this is a mistake like you are way too young to be like thinking about settling down and all of that stuff, I think, however, when the world is about to end like I could see it, you know, like I could get
• 16:32
[SPEAKER_03]: I could understand that, like, for these people, for these scoobies, like, they, it feels like they're constantly fighting different apocalypse is like constantly on death store.
• 16:44
[SPEAKER_03]: You don't know what day is going to be your last.
• 16:47
[SPEAKER_03]: So like, I could understand it from that perspective.
• 16:50
[SPEAKER_03]: And I do love on ya saying,
• 16:53
[SPEAKER_03]: You need to give it to me when the world doesn't end, like let's wait until after I really loved it.
• 17:00
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it was actually quite adorable and I really love this couple, like lasagna shipper through and through, so I was happy to see it.
• 17:10
  [SPEAKER_03]: And yeah, I don't know.
• 17:11
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like the onions and if I like a really lovely season together of just kind of like growing as a couple.
• 17:18
[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't know that they've ever been stronger than they are right now.
• 17:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't think so.
• 17:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a couple of points about this scene that I thought we're interesting the first being
• 17:30
[SPEAKER_02]: I love how Ania just absorbs so much of her personality from media, it's almost like she's like a robot or I don't know, it like somebody from then like the future, but she's like from the past.
• 17:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Like because like the first thing that she does is like slap Zander when the proposal happens and I really remind me of like old tiny black and white movies where like the girl like would do that um yes and it kind of like cracked me up because like once again I feel like this is something that like was learned when like on you was like watching some old Christo movie from
• 18:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Like gone with the wind sort of a thing.
• 18:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
• 18:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
• 18:14
[SPEAKER_02]: So I felt as I was like a funny and we've seen it in like other aspects like when she talks about like bugs bunny and like oh that's silly rabbit that like it's so mean to the guy with the speech impediment.
• 18:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 18:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think like it's just like watching her come up with like references or.
• 18:32
[SPEAKER_02]: trying to understand how she should act through TV and movies is just like it's pretty funny.
• 18:39
[SPEAKER_02]: So I thought that that was one thing.
• 18:41
[SPEAKER_02]: And I also like the fact that she was like proposed to me, like let's do this again when we don't die.
• 18:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I want you to know, I want to know that this is something that you actually want and not something that you're just doing because
• 19:00
[SPEAKER_02]: you think we're going to die.
• 19:01
[SPEAKER_02]: I really liked that aspect too.
• 19:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I would love to see in season six, like a reposal, where it's just like, okay, I'm serious about this.
• 19:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I really think that we should be together.
• 19:16
[SPEAKER_02]: I also think that it makes sense that this happened in this episode once again, when it possibly could have been the last episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
• 19:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Like let's call this our like OTP and like give Zant once again, it like very much reminds me of like Okay, Joss saw himself in Zander and What would you want like you want like you would want yourself to be the one to get the girl?
• 19:47
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean like yeah, please happy ending is like to get the girl save the world You know what I mean just gonna have you ending you're so silly
• 19:55
[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that like it's just it kind of just like tracks with like some of the context that we know off the screen on the screen.
• 20:07
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, like I didn't hate it.
• 20:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I was just like surprised.
• 20:11
[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of didn't really see it coming and I think I liked it more once she was just like
• 20:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like, no, like I love you, but like let's revisit this at a later time.
• 20:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I am not somebody that you proposed to because you think that like I'm we're all going to die of this and also like we we didn't know like I thought like the likelihood of somebody dying and I know like technically I guess like Buffy died, but like I can't take it seriously like like we didn't know like how many of these characters were going to be left at the end.
• 20:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of wish that we did lose one like side character just for more stakes because especially once again, because we know there's no way Buffy or Sarah Michelle Geller is like not on the show.
• 21:01
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know who I would have sacrificed like I wouldn't have wanted it to be on you, but I felt as though when we saw that
• 21:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, well, was it something fell on her when we saw her get her idea of the bus.
• 21:14
[SPEAKER_02]: We're really concerned that that whole thing was foreshadowing.
• 21:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because that's how it happens.
• 21:19
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, oh, you get the proposal like you declare you have your declaration of love like you're a hero and then you're killed.
• 21:26
[SPEAKER_03]: So I definitely was scared for her for like a second that something was going to happen, especially because she also like,
• 21:32
[SPEAKER_03]: This season has also really felt like Ania coming to grips with her mortality and what it needs to be human and so she has this whole moment like right before he proposes where she says like,
• 21:47
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just so worried, like I can't, you know, I'm having like inappropriate atleast time to sex.
• 21:52
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just like, so worried something's going to happen to you.
• 21:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Something that's going to happen to me.
• 21:56
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm not worried about everyone else as much of that.
• 21:59
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel guilty that I'm not worried about everyone else as much.
• 22:01
  [SPEAKER_03]: And it's a very human thing.
• 22:03
  [SPEAKER_03]: I feel the same.
• 22:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think it is.
• 22:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, like, honestly, if I was in this situation, like, my very first thought would be my husband, and then I would, like, as long as me and my husband are okay.
• 22:15
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I'm like, no, no, like, of course, like I care about Jessica, I care about whoever, like,
• 22:21
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but yeah, like I think that this like, you know, you're nearest and dearest and then you feel bad because you're like, no, I should be thinking about everybody, like I should be putting myself last, but That's just like not how how we think, but yeah, I definitely, I think that there's also a world if we knew, I don't know, like if
• 22:42
[SPEAKER_02]: If they knew that this wasn't the last episode ever, and they decided not to sacrifice Buffy, they would have sacrificed maybe Michelle Trackenberg, and then maybe Ania as well, like I think that like losing Buffy.
• 22:59
[SPEAKER_03]: is like it's like the way it's like we had waited like one you need on one of them character to pick up exactly one onya plus one don equals one buffy type of that yeah i could see i couldn't see it being one of the like the prime scoobies so like i wouldn't i wouldn't say it should be willowers and or jiles or any of them um i could see it being on yet or terror would be like the the picks i think plus plus dawn i think one of those two get plus dawn i
• 23:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly, but I think that like once they were like, okay, no, we I think that there's a world that they could have like we could have lost on you in that moment like she could have actually died because it looked like it could have she could have and then Buffy and that would have been very unfortunate, but yeah, yeah, so I think that those are just like two of the like really big moments that
• 23:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, to do is directly it's not like it's not like in the like planning of okay, what's going on with glory.
• 23:59
[SPEAKER_03]: So we kind of kick things off with okay, we're trying to figure out how to stop glory without killing Dawn and we have a time limit because we can't.
• 24:08
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, we need to interrupt her plan to kill a dart, you know, cut open don't use her blood, whatever, to open up the portals and use the key, but we don't want to go too early.
• 24:22
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like it's like the timing has to be perfect and they're like, you know, jiles is point is the only way is to kill dawn.
• 24:32
[SPEAKER_03]: And somehow, I feel insane that the thing that we've been saying for like two, three episodes now of
• 24:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: I just kill Ben.
• 24:42
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, why not just kill Ben?
• 24:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Zander is the one who's saying this?
• 24:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, Zander is, and again, I'm not, I've really enjoyed Zander this season, so don't get me wrong.
• 24:51
[SPEAKER_03]: But he is certainly lower in terms of like, who's coming up with plans nine times out of 10.
• 24:58
  [SPEAKER_03]: He's usually more implementation.
• 25:01
[SPEAKER_03]: He is not usually strategist.
• 25:04
[SPEAKER_03]: And I was like, yeah, Zander, good question.
• 25:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Why aren't we killing Ben?
• 25:07
  [SPEAKER_02]: I agree with you.
• 25:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of feel gasslet.
• 25:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I was sitting there watching the episode being like, did we accidentally get spoiled that Ben is an option to kill?
• 25:19
[SPEAKER_02]: But I still am convinced that we saw somebody else mention it who I thought was jiles throughout the episodes.
• 25:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I know what it was, and I understand why the characters didn't know.
• 25:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I, one of the nights a potassium told Ben that.
• 25:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's why that's why I didn't see a new and that's why the Scooby's did I just know I feel like they should have I feel like Giles could have taken the suggestion more seriously because he basically is like we can't do that because the glory glory is in the body right now She's utilizing the body.
• 26:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Ben won't be present, but like we saw Buffy taking like the giant hammer and basically smacking
• 26:09
[SPEAKER_03]: All it seems to take is a little bit of physical assault.
• 26:12
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's a lot a bit of physical assault.
• 26:14
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
• 26:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Like you could switch them back.
• 26:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't, but I don't think that they knew that.
• 26:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't.
• 26:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: I really don't.
• 26:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Good suggestion to at least if the option is, maybe we try to smash Ben into getting out of glory or we killed on.
• 26:29
[SPEAKER_03]: Like I feel like we can like,
• 26:31
  [SPEAKER_03]: play with them.
• 26:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 26:33
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that jiles is very much a. I'm not going to take a risk.
• 26:39
[SPEAKER_02]: The thing that I guarantee I guarantee I am I know for sure will work is done dying.
• 26:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think they
• 26:47
[SPEAKER_02]: he wants to really explore other options.
• 26:51
[SPEAKER_02]: And I agree with you.
• 26:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think that there was like a moment where he was pretty cruel to Buffy, because she was like, I can't do it.
• 27:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like she's my sister.
• 27:02
[SPEAKER_02]: And Jio's dead ass looks right in her face and says she's not your sister.
• 27:07
[SPEAKER_03]: And that was like, ooh, it felt especially awful because Buffy has been saying,
• 27:15
[SPEAKER_03]: She is the closest thing to me.
• 27:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: She's a part of me.
• 27:19
[SPEAKER_03]: It's physical and she even at one point starts to say like the only family I have left Basically right like she begins that sentence and she's cut off and it's
• 27:31
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how you can possibly ask Buffy to give up her sister and she's already lost her mom, like very recently.
• 27:38
[SPEAKER_03]: It's an impossible thing and she even says like if anybody goes near Don, like I'm so sorry, but I will stop you.
• 27:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Like you cannot do this to me.
• 27:47
  [SPEAKER_03]: I will stop you.
• 27:48
[SPEAKER_03]: She's willing to risk the entire world to save Don.
• 27:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I guess in once again in Giles is mine, it's just such a question mark like how do we know that one day dawn just won't like evaporate into thin air because the magic ran out and then she'll do so anyway, how do we know that once.
• 28:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Glory slash Ben is gone that that once again, Don is no longer needed and then she loses Don anyway, like I think that because she's made of magic, it's nothing is a guarantee and in his head, she's not human in a way like she's disposable, even though for puppy.
• 28:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it could be the magic.
• 28:36
[SPEAKER_02]: It could be like partially the magic, but she's grown to really love Dawn, aided by the magic.
• 28:45
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like, Buffy, it genuinely feels like this is like a part of her.
• 28:51
[SPEAKER_02]: and that they are one in terms of like she was taken from Buffy.
• 28:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I don't totally blame Giles.
• 28:59
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought once again, I thought that it was a bit cruel to and it kind of like caught me off guard to hear him say that, but I think that he is relying on the guarantees, the facts,
• 29:13
[SPEAKER_02]: the things that they know for sure.
• 29:15
[SPEAKER_02]: And they didn't know for sure that like, if they killed Ben, if that would work.
• 29:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Because, yeah, because Glory's Uber Powerful.
• 29:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I don't have all Giles.
• 29:31
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like, what's the guarantee?
• 29:32
[SPEAKER_02]: We know the guarantee is that if we kill Dawn, then the in time, then Glory can't,
• 29:43
[SPEAKER_02]: I get the key number one and then at the time passes and then the the time the the the spot that are the amount of time that they have evaporates like that's what we know for sure those are the facts so I think it was just going off of what he knows but I agree with you.
• 30:01
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like I hated hearing that I thought that it was like really harsh.
• 30:05
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I also think when I look at it like.
• 30:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, Buffy is now Dawn's protector, provider, you know, a surrogant parent, right?
• 30:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, that is their relationship, Buffy's relationship to Dawn is similar to Giles' relationship to Buffy.
• 30:27
[SPEAKER_03]: So like Giles' focus is obviously saving the world because Dawn, you know, being utilized in her key as a key, is going to destroy everything, not just Buffy, but like, literally the entire
• 30:39
[SPEAKER_03]: But he's also very, he's held bent on saving buffy specifically, and buffy is held bent on saving dawn.
• 30:46
[SPEAKER_03]: And the two can't meet in the middle, like that you can't save both of them.
• 30:52
[SPEAKER_03]: And so it's really interesting to see that kind of push and pull.
• 30:56
  [SPEAKER_03]: But what I think,
• 30:58
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think Giles necessarily can see that killing Don will kill Buffy, right?
• 31:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's not until she says to him when they have this conversation when she's in the the like training room, they talk about how many apocalypse is, you know, have we have we gone through already?
• 31:17
[SPEAKER_03]: And Buffy says, like, I've always stopped them.
• 31:20
  [SPEAKER_03]: I've always won.
• 31:21
  [SPEAKER_03]: I sacrificed Angel.
• 31:23
[SPEAKER_03]: I loved him so much, but I knew that was what was right.
• 31:26
[SPEAKER_03]: And now she basically is at her lowest point.
• 31:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: She says, I don't understand.
• 31:31
  [SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't know why I'm here.
• 31:34
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't live in this world when these are my choices.
• 31:38
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, if everything is gone, if I lose my mom and my sister, I don't see the point.
• 31:45
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's really awful, right, where she basically says that if I lose dawn, I'm done.
• 31:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, and she says, like, I'm quitting.
• 31:55
[SPEAKER_03]: And I, you can interpret that as like I'm quitting being the slayer, but like truly it feels like more like she's saying I'm quitting life.
• 32:02
[SPEAKER_03]: Like I am, I am completely done with everything because there's what even is my purpose anymore.
• 32:10
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's awful, like she is a portrait of grief.
• 32:13
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's really, really hard.
• 32:17
[SPEAKER_03]: God, she needs to go to therapy, and be medicated for so many reasons.
• 32:21
[SPEAKER_03]: But it's just hard to hear her say that because of all times where like,
• 32:26
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, everyone needs her, everyone's relying on her and she is basically saying to Giles like it's Don Lives or that's it for me and not just because all the demons are going to come through the portals, but because I can't see a reason for living anymore.
• 32:43
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, puff.
• 32:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I think that this is.
• 32:48
[SPEAKER_02]: one of the like a really tough thing like what is and this is why a lot of heroes I think wind up trying to sacrifice themselves because the alternative is that everybody around them is dying like by them living sacrifice or puts everybody else that they care about in danger so
• 33:17
[SPEAKER_02]: like Harry Potter type or whatever they always it's better for them to sacrifice themselves because they've experienced loss like I know I bring up Harry Potter a lot but it's just like he lost his parents and then he lost serious and then he lost Dumbledore and she's like okay like the alternative is that I eventually lose like Harry and Hermione and everybody in the whole
• 33:44
[SPEAKER_02]: like, it's my job, my gift is death.
• 33:48
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, I think that we should have seen it coming really because it makes so much sense.
• 33:53
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like we mentioned it at some point.
• 33:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I feel like we had to have at least news to like that at some
• 34:02
  [SPEAKER_03]: point.
• 34:03
  [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
• 34:04
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 34:05
[SPEAKER_03]: I usually wouldn't have because we're like, well, Buffy is two more seasons.
• 34:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
• 34:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: I think that that's, I think that that's where plus a reboot.
• 34:14
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's where we are kind of.
• 34:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Because she's here, I guess I think she died.
• 34:22
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like, well, we'll talk about like in our series or season finale or our series wrap up.
• 34:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Our series, gonna have to wait around for season wrap up with like what we think that looks like because I mean, like,
• 34:38
[SPEAKER_02]: It's been talked about like purgatory or something last time, like, where is she going?
• 34:43
[SPEAKER_03]: She's going to her portal now, like, it could be like she's going to like, good glorber, whatever the fuck.
• 34:51
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 34:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, land of the good box.
• 34:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't
• 34:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that we're going to see her season six episode unless they like don't which would be like kind of interesting but I don't think that's going to happen like we're going to see her but we'll talk about like with that actually looks like in our wrap up like I don't want to use this time to speculate so much but yeah like I think that like we are
• 35:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, like, 4D chess plane, like, there's a little bit of edgic here.
• 35:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we know realistically that she's not going to die.
• 35:25
[SPEAKER_02]: So like, maybe we weren't really thinking about what's the possibility of buffy dying or sacrificing herself.
• 35:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that might be very focused on.
• 35:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Don making the sacrifice because I do think that there's a world where like that could have made a ton of sense for a dog to sacrifice yourself like give don the big moments like.
• 35:46
[SPEAKER_02]: So I think like maybe we mentioned something maybe at one point throughout the evening maybe we did.
• 35:53
  [SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know.
• 35:58
[SPEAKER_03]: But yes, so they, they kind of end up on your brings up the Dagen's spirit, I think it's what it's called, which is basically the Glowy Ball from the Glowy Ball mirror from episode one of the season.
• 36:08
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, and then she also offers here.
• 36:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Take my ex-boyfriend's big troll hammer.
• 36:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, that perfectly loved that.
• 36:14
[SPEAKER_02]: I loved that because that episode was so fucking dumb.
• 36:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And for it, an element of that episode to be
• 36:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Monumental in season finale to how they beat glory slash Ben slash save the world.
• 36:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I loved that because once again, we are sitting there watching that episode like this is the stupidest shit that's ever happened.
• 36:41
[SPEAKER_03]: There were a lot of like not callbacks, but like things that came back into play from this season like the buffet bot, which we'll talk about.
• 36:48
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, there
• 36:54
[SPEAKER_03]: I've like, gender and spike and jials got this like box from gross tongue guy who they like thought they killed but didn't.
• 37:03
  [SPEAKER_03]: What was it?
• 37:04
[SPEAKER_03]: What did they use it?
• 37:05
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, whoa, I thought it was important.
• 37:07
  [SPEAKER_03]: What was the drop?
• 37:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember the box.
• 37:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I just wasn't making attention.
• 37:10
  [SPEAKER_03]: Like, it's possible.
• 37:11
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's possible.
• 37:11
[SPEAKER_03]: I watched it but so much twice, but it's possible.
• 37:12
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm just
• 37:13
[SPEAKER_02]: So do you think that, oh, okay, I don't know.
• 37:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: I honestly, I like don't recall.
• 37:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe the buddy was holding back.
• 37:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Remember he was like standing in front of it.
• 37:20
[SPEAKER_03]: And they were like, oh, I know that's important.
• 37:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: But I don't know.
• 37:23
[SPEAKER_03]: But either way, they were just like, okay, we have the, the Glowy Ball, we have the troll hammer.
• 37:27
  [SPEAKER_03]: Good to go here.
• 37:28
[SPEAKER_03]: There was a tiny moment.
• 37:30
[SPEAKER_03]: And I was pissed off about this there.
• 37:31
[SPEAKER_03]: There was a tiny moment that I do need to bring out because it's me and I have to.
• 37:34
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, when Ania is coming up with the whole plan, and she's like, oh, the dagensphere in the troll hammer.
• 37:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Zanders like, oh, smart girls are hot.
• 37:42
  [SPEAKER_03]: Um, hello.
• 37:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Why did you say, oh, you can't hang in that.
• 37:46
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, okay, why?
• 37:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so in English, she said you couldn't have a fear that out in 10th grade, referring back to the humongous ass crush that, uh,
• 38:00
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, why are you doing this to me, Willow?
• 38:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I was having to turn around on you because her OTP is in Lala Land and wouldn't know.
• 38:10
[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, I have to play it.
• 38:13
  [SPEAKER_03]: So offensive.
• 38:14
[SPEAKER_03]: You know what, Tara comes in handy though, because they're like, we're just going to follow her.
• 38:18
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to follow her.
• 38:19
[SPEAKER_03]: She'll be back anywhere the tower is.
• 38:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so Tara is blabbing and she has been blabbing for a while and eventually they decode that she's actually saying something of meaning because all of the people that glory has mind-melded and like put in a blender, they have to get to the site of
• 38:41
  [SPEAKER_02]: the reaping.
• 38:42
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know what they were comparing this.
• 38:44
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 38:44
[SPEAKER_02]: But with the celebration, I don't know.
• 38:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: The sacrifice, I don't know.
• 38:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's the sacrifice.
• 38:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 38:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: The ceremony.
• 38:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: The ceremony.
• 38:53
[SPEAKER_02]: So they all have to get there.
• 38:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, I...
• 38:56
[SPEAKER_02]: after they gather all the tools that they could possibly meet, including the Buffy Bot, which actually talking on another small moment, something that made me oddly laugh was when Ania was like, oh yes, yeah, me, the Buffy Bot.
• 39:13
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, not the bunny.
• 39:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I did mention the bunny a couple of minutes ago, but Onya was like, yeah, like maybe Willow Wanted to, you know, once the Buffy Buffie Buffie Willow was like that into into Buffie like that and like yeah on it was like no for research or like to study.
• 39:38
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that was a really funny line.
• 39:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah
• 39:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: I, I, I laughed aloud over that.
• 39:44
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, they follow the follow Tara who leads them because like how else would they know like where this whole thing is going down where Don is, so they follow her and it's very obvious there's a lot of people.
• 39:58
[SPEAKER_03]: And there's a huge ass tower with these slides on it.
• 40:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what are we doing here?
• 40:03
[SPEAKER_02]: He looked up, we see, we see, we see Dawn up there.
• 40:08
[SPEAKER_03]: She's in like a purple gown in a frock with no fucking shoes on.
• 40:14
[SPEAKER_03]: They did, McGurl Susie Q.
• 40:16
  [SPEAKER_03]: Dirty.
• 40:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 40:17
[SPEAKER_03]: No, she had a pedicure.
• 40:19
[SPEAKER_03]: Her toes looked fucking weird.
• 40:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, some people just have Ogre feet Jessica.
• 40:25
[SPEAKER_02]: No show them like just waiting you nasty foot fetish fucker Like we all know like that's you're into nasty toes look I have I have I have an ugly foot And I understand yeah, just the mind the other one's fine.
• 40:40
[SPEAKER_02]: The other one's fine And I understand
• 40:42
[SPEAKER_03]: The hurt that goes into having like really pop or socks like let her slippers, let her wear literally anything at least she had a pedicure at least they chose that and so cold yeah they have her up on this tower and the moment that we saw Buffy bought in that basement I'm like this bitch is gonna be used in this plan.
• 41:03
  [SPEAKER_03]: I knew it.
• 41:04
[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, you're going to utilize Buffybot again.
• 41:07
[SPEAKER_02]: You called it right away in the initial battle between glory and the Buffybot.
• 41:12
[SPEAKER_02]: I did not, I mean, until the head was off and then she was exposed as a robot, I didn't catch on because I felt like the tip, I thought that the Buffybot and maybe this is a willow upgrade.
• 41:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: They broke them to.
• 41:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like maybe this, like once again, like let's have women and STEM, we love to see a lot of it.
• 41:35
[SPEAKER_02]: They can do a better job than some men can do, because she wasn't acting like Buffy Bot.
• 41:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Like Buffy Bot is like Barry has very particular vernacular, same thing with the previous robot.
• 41:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I felt like this one was closer to Buffy.
• 41:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I got duped.
• 41:50
[SPEAKER_02]: How did you know right away it was Buffy Bot?
• 41:53
[SPEAKER_03]: All right, so I knew it was buffy bot number one because we saw buffy bot in the basement and I was like, they're going to utilize this robot.
• 41:59
[SPEAKER_03]: They're not going to just show it to us and then not use it and then number two, I was like, oh, she doesn't have the hammer like they talked about her.
• 42:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: having the hammer.
• 42:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and so that was kind of a little bit of a weird thing to me wrenching the plan.
• 42:15
[SPEAKER_03]: But again, like, I just because they showed.
• 42:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's like they're going to use Buffy.
• 42:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I knew that they're going to use Buffy Buffy, but I just kind of assumed that was going to have to be like a double team like two Buffy's one final fun.
• 42:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was more of just a like, Oh, trick, yeah, just cool.
• 42:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: It was cool.
• 42:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I, I got tried glory, obviously got tried.
• 42:36
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was like kind of funny stupid when like she lost her head and like, glory was like, your buffies of robot or the slayer was a robot and then we get the reveal the buffies behind.
• 42:50
[SPEAKER_02]: And it was like, oh, like you're not like the brightest
• 42:57
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that was great.
• 42:59
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, oh, when we skipped right over to Willow coming in.
• 43:03
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
• 43:04
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 43:04
[SPEAKER_03]: I think Tara, um, she like, I don't know what she does, but some sort of witchy magic where she basically grabs Tara and, uh, glory and finally gets Tara's brain back.
• 43:13
[SPEAKER_03]: And they have like a very lovely, like reunion, I guess you could say where she realizes like Tara's actually back in there.
• 43:21
[SPEAKER_03]: And this is my story.
• 43:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: Very wobbly.
• 43:23
  [SPEAKER_03]: We will wobble.
• 43:24
[SPEAKER_02]: yeah she fell down a little bit um yeah one thing that I wanted to mention or one thing that I noticed we're talking about callbacks from previous seasons was buffy it made sense to me that buffy was wearing white because didn't she wear white in the season one finale yeah and it was you wrote in the puddle
• 43:48
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm very iconic.
• 43:50
  [SPEAKER_03]: Death my puddle.
• 43:51
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's a horrible way to go.
• 43:54
[SPEAKER_03]: This is a way of cooler way to go.
• 43:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Got my portal is way.
• 43:58
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's a sacrifice portal.
• 44:00
[SPEAKER_02]: So sacrifice swan dive into portal is better than puddle.
• 44:06
  [SPEAKER_02]: definitely.
• 44:07
  [SPEAKER_02]: I definitely think so.
• 44:08
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, like I thought it was interesting that like she was wearing white in both cases and both deaths really.
• 44:14
[SPEAKER_02]: I was thinking both like big battles, like putting the pair off together that like this is like a potential season finale, that versus or serious finale versus like season one season finale.
• 44:28
[SPEAKER_02]: So I thought that was an
• 44:35
[SPEAKER_02]: No, um, I thought that that was a or a white top.
• 44:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: She wasn't an all-way.
• 44:39
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that was like an interesting callback.
• 44:42
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but yeah.
• 44:43
[SPEAKER_02]: So we get different elements throughout through like in the main battle.
• 44:49
[SPEAKER_02]: It's glory and buffy and buffy is using the heavy hammer and is taking her out.
• 44:57
[SPEAKER_02]: She is the hammer does help.
• 44:58
[SPEAKER_02]: She is beating glory's ass with it.
• 45:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, what the help of Zander coming in like a freaking miley Cyrus were in mall.
• 45:05
  [SPEAKER_03]: That was great.
• 45:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Come in with miley Cyrus wrecking ball and you know, he, he gets to do his little like, you know, construction boys have their fun to wherever that was great.
• 45:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: I'm a brick player, something something.
• 45:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 45:19
  [SPEAKER_03]: That was great.
• 45:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Because because Spike Lake insulted him, of course.
• 45:23
[SPEAKER_03]: But meanwhile, Don is all the way to the top of the tower with creepy ass tongue man.
• 45:29
[SPEAKER_03]: He has made a return and he is about to start the ritual early because he has a knife.
• 45:35
[SPEAKER_03]: And luckily, Willow is able to like do in
• 45:40
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, mind or something, we did sending, we did send, she did a sending spell.
• 45:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
• 45:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that there was a, when he word limit.
• 45:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I told you where to live it.
• 45:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 45:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 45:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, once I, well, it got to do so many cool things.
• 45:56
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like she didn't suck so much.
• 45:59
[SPEAKER_02]: She would be so cool.
• 46:01
[SPEAKER_02]: This is so true though.
• 46:03
[SPEAKER_03]: It's so good that she didn't suck so much.
• 46:05
  [SPEAKER_03]: We'd really like her.
• 46:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the children's have never been said.
• 46:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Because she's really, really, really cool things.
• 46:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Like the magic she's doing is really, really cool.
• 46:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: Really interesting.
• 46:16
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like I think that,
• 46:18
[SPEAKER_02]: telepathic abilities are really awesome.
• 46:22
[SPEAKER_02]: And she was able to communicate to spike.
• 46:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Be like, do you see what I'm seeing?
• 46:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: Dawn's up there.
• 46:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Like somebody's up there with her.
• 46:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Like you have to go and he's like, oh, I don't know.
• 46:31
[SPEAKER_02]: And she's like, go, you have to go.
• 46:33
[SPEAKER_02]: So then he bolts up there and kind of, uh,
• 46:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's trying to like fight off the the demon tongue tail guy.
• 46:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, Mr. Gray
• 46:50
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the same thing in real life.
• 46:52
  [SPEAKER_02]: Joel, Joel, great.
• 46:54
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, but I don't know his name in the care in that as Mr. Creeper tongue guy.
• 46:57
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 46:59
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but he, he best spike and spike basically gets like thrown off of, uh, thrown off of the tower.
• 47:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: He's fine.
• 47:09
[SPEAKER_03]: I guess, I mean, he's very, very sorely fine.
• 47:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and yeah, so not not great, but simultaneously, Buffy finally gets like the one over on glory.
• 47:21
[SPEAKER_02]: She turns into Ben and enough hitting, smacking, which I and Hammer makes it work.
• 47:27
[SPEAKER_02]: And basically, Buffy does this like, don't ever come back.
• 47:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't touch minor, you know, minor arms ever again.
• 47:39
[SPEAKER_03]: Tell her it's over, she missed her shot, she goes, she ever comes near me and mine again, and Ben says we won't, I swear.
• 47:48
[SPEAKER_03]: And Buffy's like, that's all I need to hear, drop the hammer, it gets the fuck out of there to go save time.
• 47:54
[SPEAKER_03]: Once again, her priority is done.
• 47:56
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's first and foremost.
• 47:58
  [SPEAKER_02]: Sure.
• 47:58
[SPEAKER_02]: But then we get one of, oh, maybe the best was the best.
• 48:04
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 48:06
  [SPEAKER_02]: Let's be real.
• 48:09
[SPEAKER_02]: And I, this was my number one favorite moment of the whole episode because it is so silently, deadly, silently, cruel, silent, just.
• 48:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Chilati Giles didn't come here to fuck around, okay?
• 48:28
[SPEAKER_03]: Daddy Giles said, can you move?
• 48:31
[SPEAKER_03]: And Ben said, oh, I need a minute.
• 48:33
[SPEAKER_03]: She could have killed me.
• 48:34
[SPEAKER_03]: And Giles says, no, she couldn't never.
• 48:37
[SPEAKER_03]: And sooner or later, glory will reemerge and make Buffy pay for that mercy and the world with her.
• 48:43
  [SPEAKER_03]: Buffy even knows that.
• 48:44
[SPEAKER_03]: And he just, he just puts his fucking daddy ass slutty little glasses on his face.
• 48:50
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he does.
• 48:51
  [SPEAKER_03]: She's a hero.
• 48:52
  [SPEAKER_03]: Glasses on.
• 48:53
[SPEAKER_03]: She's not like us and Ben goes, us, trials, just so gently, so casually, plugs, Ben's little nosy poo, covers his mouth, strangles the fuck out of him.
• 49:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
• 49:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, okay, first of all, I feel like you're being kind of disrespectful.
• 49:15
  [SPEAKER_02]: to Daddy Giles.
• 49:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because it's not Giles.
• 49:18
[SPEAKER_02]: It's the fucking Ripper bitch.
• 49:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: Ripper!
• 49:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: Ripper!
• 49:21
  [SPEAKER_04]: Hey!
• 49:23
  [SPEAKER_02]: No, Ripper's music, I hear?
• 49:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's not Giles, it's the Ripper.
• 49:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Which is awesome.
• 49:28
  [SPEAKER_02]: Ripper.
• 49:29
[SPEAKER_02]: When I first watched this, I was like, ooh, I want this to be more violent.
• 49:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I want him to strangle his little neck and choke him out, but upon a second or third or whatever, watch, I kind of like,
• 49:43
[SPEAKER_02]: around it a couple of times this end the last scene.
• 49:50
  [SPEAKER_02]: I, I think it's perfect.
• 49:52
[SPEAKER_02]: It's so subtle and in the most perfect quiet.
• 49:58
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's like it's very librarian.
• 49:59
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I can't have a loud death bitch.
• 50:02
[SPEAKER_02]: We got to kill you.
• 50:03
[SPEAKER_02]: How would a library and kill somebody?
• 50:06
[SPEAKER_02]: The most quiet way possible.
• 50:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: It was, it was,
• 50:09
[SPEAKER_03]: bone chilling honestly and we saw Ripper like you said Ripper came out he's like I know Buffy won't do this and it's not a good it's it's a good thing for her that she won't because she's a hero and she can't but I'm not a hero I don't have to play by those same rules and I'm gonna fucking kill you so that you can't hurt her or the rest of us ever again yeah it is so
• 50:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Good and it's so nice cold and it's oh god.
• 50:39
[SPEAKER_02]: I loved it so much.
• 50:40
[SPEAKER_02]: It was pretty much like the best at my moment of the episode if not.
• 50:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm like top two.
• 50:46
[SPEAKER_02]: It was so good and everybody's basements flooded the end I don't know if my basements was flooded like I think like my daddy's shoes are more like I rather him be my father than fuck him type of thing.
• 51:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, interesting like I rather him
• 51:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Parent me when he put those slides a little blind okay, I am realizing that I have a very specific type of man that I'm attracted to and I don't want to be your elsewhere.
• 51:16
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
• 51:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll be sampling.
• 51:21
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to dabble in different genres.
• 51:24
[SPEAKER_02]: I want my genre is what is.
• 51:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, or my genre with like a dash of prep is where I can go.
• 51:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 51:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: I'm thinking like
• 51:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Riley, you know what I mean?
• 51:39
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's why I'm thinking.
• 51:41
[SPEAKER_02]: But this job is great.
• 51:43
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm glad that you got wet over this.
• 51:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I hope that you had a good masturbation session over this.
• 51:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I hope it felt good, is what I want to say to you.
• 51:55
  [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
• 51:56
[SPEAKER_02]: As one of your best friends, thank you so much.
• 51:59
[SPEAKER_02]: But I've had the only one that forces you to talk about sex ever.
• 52:03
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm really glad.
• 52:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Thankfully, Glory Ben is dead.
• 52:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Ben and Glory is dead.
• 52:07
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, is that thankfully because I'm kind of bummed about it and I'm sad because I love Glory.
• 52:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we'll see them in the underworld or something.
• 52:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, ooh, is that I don't know, Wala, you have?
• 52:18
  [SPEAKER_02]: indeed.
• 52:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
• 52:20
  [SPEAKER_02]: Such a trendy bitch.
• 52:24
  [SPEAKER_02]: Where did you?
• 52:25
[SPEAKER_02]: The colors are so nice.
• 52:26
[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't put some tacky stick around it.
• 52:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: I haven't put stickers on it.
• 52:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I know you're going to, but don't look so good.
• 52:33
[SPEAKER_02]: It looks so good sleep.
• 52:35
  [SPEAKER_03]: Don't do it, but you're not.
• 52:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I love stickers all over the world.
• 52:38
[SPEAKER_03]: I love you little tacky.
• 52:39
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
• 52:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 52:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's bloody little sticker.
• 52:41
[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be terrible.
• 52:43
[SPEAKER_03]: So the problem is even though Ben glory glory Ben is dead.
• 52:47
[SPEAKER_03]: The ritual has started because creepy as tongue guy has a knife and he has sliced dawn open and then on to get knocked out the world starts shaking and breaking and splitting into.
• 53:11
[SPEAKER_02]: is like dribbling blood and then like the portal.
• 53:14
  [SPEAKER_02]: So fast feet.
• 53:15
[SPEAKER_02]: But then Buffett gets up there and he's like, oh, this is going to be fun.
• 53:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And she's just like one hand pushes him off.
• 53:21
[SPEAKER_02]: And then we're up there on the top of the tower.
• 53:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we didn't talk about like they're really good fighting fighting, fighting, which the fighting on the weight up the tower was incredible.
• 53:31
[SPEAKER_03]: It was very good swinging.
• 53:33
[SPEAKER_03]: Like this was really great earlier.
• 53:35
[SPEAKER_03]: We like we didn't mention it.
• 53:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Let's get up over the Kiki punchies.
• 53:38
[SPEAKER_02]: But it was very impressive.
• 53:39
[SPEAKER_02]: It was probably the best fighting that I've seen.
• 53:42
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought the fighting was very, very good on all fronts.
• 53:47
[SPEAKER_02]: So even though I don't want to talk about it, be by beat, I want to give the flowers to the brandy new fighting coordinator this season.
• 53:56
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that they really nailed it.
• 53:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: They elevated it.
• 54:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: And
• 54:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was great.
• 54:03
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, so we're up there.
• 54:06
[SPEAKER_02]: We're up on the top and now it's like sad time.
• 54:11
[SPEAKER_03]: So we're both reaching for our wallet to pay for the meal and by reaching for our wallet to pay for the meal.
• 54:17
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean jumping off the top of the tower to sacrifice ourselves.
• 54:21
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, that's what's happening.
• 54:24
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, it's buffy.
• 54:25
[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no, you did it last time.
• 54:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Let me handle killing myself this time.
• 54:30
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, take the, oh, you weren't trying to put all, let me do it.
• 54:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, I mean, no, no, no, no.
• 54:36
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think that it wasn't until, like, Buffy had that realization that, like, what?
• 54:42
[SPEAKER_02]: death is my gift really means like we see summers blood summers Yeah, so it's like the like the hand-to-hand the blood to blood moment Tarsana.
• 54:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think practical magic I do practical magic where it's like blood to blood sister to sister and then We get like you know
• 55:06
[SPEAKER_02]: It was a spike making some comment earlier in the episode where he's like, uh, it's blood.
• 55:12
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's always blood.
• 55:13
  [SPEAKER_03]: Like four sits.
• 55:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's what keeps us going.
• 55:16
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 55:17
[SPEAKER_03]: So then that and she realizes like she should do it.
• 55:20
[SPEAKER_03]: It's my gift blood or death is like it.
• 55:23
[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't have to be done.
• 55:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: It could be me.
• 55:26
[SPEAKER_02]: And she goes like, don't listen to me.
• 55:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: And then there's a.
• 55:32
[SPEAKER_02]: It kind of gets drowned out by music.
• 55:34
[SPEAKER_02]: We don't get to hear initially what she says to Dawn, but we have Buffy like turn around, run and yes, one dive into the portal, sacrifice herself.
• 55:46
  [SPEAKER_02]: It was very epic.
• 55:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: And
• 55:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Then we do this like very emotional music.
• 55:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I I was like, why is that music?
• 55:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I really liked the the the word or the music that I heard at the end and maybe this is the this is what may be cry.
• 56:02
  [SPEAKER_03]: Maybe that makes sense.
• 56:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because we get the buffy voice over over the like really sad music and the montage of basically everyone realizing what buffy has done because there's a body.
• 56:13
  [SPEAKER_03]: like, there's a body.
• 56:14
[SPEAKER_02]: She might have gone through a portal, but there was still a dead buffy body at the bottom.
• 56:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I thought that that was interesting.
• 56:23
[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't really understand how many of this works to be honest.
• 56:26
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not a scientist.
• 56:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not a scientist, but yeah.
• 56:31
[SPEAKER_03]: So we find out what Buffy has whispered to Dawn.
• 56:35
[SPEAKER_03]: She says, I love you.
• 56:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I will always love you, but this is the work that I have to do.
• 56:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Tell Giles, tell Giles I figured it out, and I'm okay.
• 56:44
[SPEAKER_03]: And give my love to my friends.
• 56:45
[SPEAKER_03]: You have to take care of them now.
• 56:47
[SPEAKER_03]: You have to take care of each other.
• 56:49
[SPEAKER_03]: You have to be strong.
• 56:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Dawn, the hardest thing in this world is to live in it.
• 56:55
  [SPEAKER_03]: for me.
• 56:56
[SPEAKER_03]: And that's when she jumps.
• 56:58
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and yeah, we get like Willow and Tara like crying spike is like bloodied and crying on the ground.
• 57:07
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 57:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Like a little baby bitch.
• 57:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Zander has Agna like in his arms like saved her from like the rubble or whatever.
• 57:14
  [SPEAKER_03]: Giles is crying.
• 57:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and we get to see the graveyard and it has a headstone and it says, but and it's like
• 57:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Like summer spring, like very like sunny and nice, out, a buffy and summer and with an E, like what are you doing?
• 57:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, 1981 to 2001, so 20 years old, beloved sister, devoted friend.
• 57:38
[SPEAKER_03]: and the best entire thing I've ever read in my entire life.
• 57:41
[SPEAKER_03]: She saved the world a lot.
• 57:43
[SPEAKER_03]: See there were a lot.
• 57:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we kind of saved money.
• 57:46
[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't need the four characters of a lot.
• 57:48
[SPEAKER_03]: You kind of saved money by just doing, she saved the world.
• 57:52
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
• 57:53
  [SPEAKER_03]: Peerry and die.
• 57:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it was funny.
• 57:56
[SPEAKER_03]: I like a lot a lot, you know, a little out this.
• 58:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Who allowed this to happen?
• 58:01
  [SPEAKER_03]: Just librarian.
• 58:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Have some, have some respect.
• 58:05
[SPEAKER_03]: You think that it was Jial.
• 58:06
[SPEAKER_03]: I think, no, I think it was Dawn that wrote it and Jial didn't put his foot down.
• 58:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but you dumb bitch, you don't need that lot.
• 58:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's what I thought.
• 58:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I was like, oh, I could envision it being Dawn just like, yeah, her own flavor.
• 58:18
  [SPEAKER_02]: She's like 12 or whatever.
• 58:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what are we doing here?
• 58:21
  [SPEAKER_03]: Stop.
• 58:22
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, things she sticks to.
• 58:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, Buffy is is dead.
• 58:27
[SPEAKER_03]: I guess never see again.
• 58:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: Never.
• 58:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
• 58:29
[SPEAKER_03]: And then like, Michelle takes over.
• 58:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Michelle tracked and Berg takes over as Buffy.
• 58:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, she's she's the new slayer yeah, it got me I think like the line like the hardest thing about this world is living in it like so true words that I've heard in spoken.
• 58:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I thought that that was like a really powerful line.
• 58:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought Michelle track number was like performance was also like absolutely incredible like her crying her like trying to tell Buffy no like yeah I feel like she might be her plus SMG like if you know combine them together and they get MVP for like the acting this season I feel like people just nailed it and she's so young right you know like and she was a Nickelodeon kid but
• 59:21
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think she was in any of the soap operas or anything, but like she's seen like she I mean, she was just talented.
• 59:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Like she was a really, really talented actress like who I like if something else didn't happen or like if her life went a different way like I could have I could see her being somebody like a
• 59:43
[SPEAKER_02]: kind of like what Michelle Williams is doing, like being like a serious actress, like winning Golden Globes and Oscars on like on the yearly, like, you know, um, she's really talented.
• 59:59
[SPEAKER_02]: She was really, really talented.
• 1:00:00
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's a shame.
• 1:00:01
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a shame that her life didn't go that way.
• 1:00:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I, you know, I don't know things in totality, but yeah, so yeah, it's a shame that we lost Sarah Michelle Guller.
• 1:00:12
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that she was a good leading actress and, uh, I don't know.
• 1:00:16
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll see you in the next one here again.
• 1:00:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: Scooby-Doo.
• 1:00:19
[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't make any sense.
• 1:00:20
[SPEAKER_03]: She goes through a portal, but then dead body on the ground.
• 1:00:24
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't understand.
• 1:00:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, like, I don't, I don't get it either.
• 1:00:28
  [SPEAKER_02]: Maybe it's a bug.
• 1:00:29
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe they're crying at buggy bot.
• 1:00:32
[SPEAKER_03]: What's shirt was she wearing?
• 1:00:33
[SPEAKER_03]: But what the thing is the head.
• 1:00:35
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, right, right, right.
• 1:00:36
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, it's her body.
• 1:00:37
  [SPEAKER_03]: I just don't get it.
• 1:00:37
  [SPEAKER_03]: Either way, I don't know.
• 1:00:39
[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see, well, we'll do some theorizing next time.
• 1:00:42
[SPEAKER_03]: We talked about this already.
• 1:00:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we'll talk about this next time on our season wrap-up.
• 1:00:47
[SPEAKER_03]: I think what we think is going to happen with Buffy, how she's going to come back from this.
• 1:00:52
[SPEAKER_03]: But it was a huge moment.
• 1:00:53
[SPEAKER_03]: And I think I agree with you.
• 1:00:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, a bit more impactful if we know that Buffy doesn't somehow come back, but it was still like really emotional and really just like gosh, the the sisterly stuff is so strong this is to make you want a sister.
• 1:01:11
[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, do you wish that you had a sister named Jeff Rina.
• 1:01:19
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm, I don't think anyone should have been in jail free.
• 1:01:23
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:01:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:01:25
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I just, I, I just thought it was really, really lovely.
• 1:01:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 1:01:30
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just, it's nice to see their sibling relationship.
• 1:01:34
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't have that sort of a sibling relationship.
• 1:01:35
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what that's like.
• 1:01:37
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's too bad.
• 1:01:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: She's a dead.
• 1:01:39
[SPEAKER_03]: We'll never see her again.
• 1:01:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Too bad buffies a dead.
• 1:01:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
• 1:01:42
[SPEAKER_03]: But that was a finale.
• 1:01:43
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought it was a really strong finale.
• 1:01:45
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 1:01:45
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'd have to.
• 1:01:47
[SPEAKER_03]: gosh, I would have to really like go back through and rewatch them all to in order to say like if it was my favorite finale, I do think it was a very, very strong finale.
• 1:01:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is a bit of what I was kind of curious about because I think that I might take some time and watch all the funalities.
• 1:02:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I tried to rank them on my head.
• 1:02:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: I do think
• 1:02:09
[SPEAKER_02]: that this one is the best that I've seen.
• 1:02:12
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know totally if it's recent C bias or what it is.
• 1:02:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to rank them and then I ranked two very, very low and our friends were like, Sarah, I think she should, you should try again.
• 1:02:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, just watch it again.
• 1:02:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't think you're remembering how good it was.
• 1:02:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:02:31
[SPEAKER_02]: open to rewatching the finale's just I think that also for season four is kind of a weird one to rank because if we're talking about like epic battles it's like an epilogue more than it is a finale.
• 1:02:44
  [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
• 1:02:45
[SPEAKER_02]: So I feel like like if I don't I don't really know I know like if I had to do it
• 1:02:53
[SPEAKER_02]: You would technically count or rank the dreams episode, but then, which I actually do want to watch that one as well, because I feel like I'll understand so much more after watching this season.
• 1:03:09
[SPEAKER_02]: So, but I also feel like it doesn't go with the other one.
• 1:03:13
[SPEAKER_02]: So it's kind of a weird one to rank.
• 1:03:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm curious, like what like the people.
• 1:03:18
[SPEAKER_02]: out there how they do it, because we're talking about like epic battles versus actual physical fanalities.
• 1:03:27
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just curious, but this was great.
• 1:03:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought it was phenomenal.
• 1:03:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like I really did.
• 1:03:30
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that it was probably like my favorite episode of the season.
• 1:03:33
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm excited to talk about season five next week because I honestly do think it's going to rank extremely high
• 1:03:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: Like it really worked.
• 1:03:50
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that the villain was phenomenal and I think that it was elevated where it should have been.
• 1:03:57
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that we got some new characters.
• 1:03:59
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that the twists were really good.
• 1:04:01
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I don't want to spoil my thoughts not that nobody fucking cares about that, but I don't want to spoil my thoughts.
• 1:04:13
[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, I think it's going to rank really high for me.
• 1:04:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I totally agree with everything you said.
• 1:04:18
[SPEAKER_03]: I think the finale really was just like a button on an already fantastic season and like a good season long story arc.
• 1:04:26
[SPEAKER_03]: I felt it was wrapped up really well and executed very well.
• 1:04:30
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, that will talk more about season five in general, and also like we are kind of falls in the five seasons we've seen so far next week.
• 1:04:39
[SPEAKER_03]: But let's do a little courties corner.
• 1:04:42
[SPEAKER_03]: They hood winked us because even though we all know the rule, if no one's dead until you see a dead body, well, apparently, the deportation does not count.
• 1:04:52
  [SPEAKER_03]: because Lauren is alive.
• 1:04:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Apparently in order to properly kill his type of people you have to mutilate the body and they hadn't done that yet, so he's alive.
• 1:05:04
[SPEAKER_03]: But like news, but once again, we're happy that he's at aches.
• 1:05:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.
• 1:05:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm saying.
• 1:05:10
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, I'm very happy about it.
• 1:05:11
  [SPEAKER_03]: Don't give me wrong.
• 1:05:12
  [SPEAKER_03]: I love Lord.
• 1:05:12
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm happy to see him alive, but also like, what do you mean?
• 1:05:15
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:05:16
[SPEAKER_03]: What do you mean is alive?
• 1:05:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you're so on, like, it's impossible to please us because last, last episode, we were like, this show hates fun.
• 1:05:26
[SPEAKER_02]: He was the only fun one.
• 1:05:27
[SPEAKER_02]: How dare they kill them?
• 1:05:29
  [SPEAKER_02]: And now we're like,
• 1:05:30
[SPEAKER_02]: This show just doesn't kill anybody.
• 1:05:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: Nobody's dead for sure.
• 1:05:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: Such a joke.
• 1:05:35
[SPEAKER_03]: We could have killed someone.
• 1:05:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I think in this episode.
• 1:05:37
  [SPEAKER_03]: Who?
• 1:05:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: Wesley?
• 1:05:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 1:05:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Wesley, we can't kill Gun.
• 1:05:42
  [SPEAKER_03]: We can't kill Gun.
• 1:05:43
[SPEAKER_03]: No, because of obvious reasons.
• 1:05:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we could have killed somebody.
• 1:05:48
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, friend.
• 1:05:49
[SPEAKER_03]: We're not going to kill Corey once again for obvious reasons.
• 1:05:52
[SPEAKER_03]: We're not going to kill Angel for obviously, Wesley reading the show.
• 1:05:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, to Wesley, to Wesley.
• 1:05:59
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:05:59
[SPEAKER_03]: So basically, the gist of the episode is like, uh, we have, we leave off with like, Wesley and Gun are being there.
• 1:06:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: They're, they're being, they're about to be deheaded.
• 1:06:08
[SPEAKER_03]: Angel and Fred are hanging out having a great time talking about tacos, you know, just two girls kicking it up.
• 1:06:14
[SPEAKER_03]: It did make me one tacos.
• 1:06:16
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm very, extremely, I'm very, um, easily persuaded by like food cravings.
• 1:06:23
[SPEAKER_02]: So like I'm like oh tacos okay sounds great.
• 1:06:27
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:06:28
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:06:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of want to taco.
• 1:06:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Cordelia is like hanging out with the Gorgog guy and the problem is she has a little bit of a vision that he's going to get attacked by a green man will turns out the green man is the vampire angel and
• 1:06:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Basically, they're trying to save both trying to save Cordelia.
• 1:06:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Gorgug has to stand up for her honor and whatever, because he's champion and Angel has to be like Gorgug come get me, we're going to fight now.
• 1:06:59
[SPEAKER_03]: Thankfully, Angel is able to control himself for once.
• 1:07:03
[SPEAKER_03]: And Fred, it was one of those like she had the answer all along.
• 1:07:07
[SPEAKER_03]: It was the friends we made along the way.
• 1:07:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: She knows the equation.
• 1:07:10
[SPEAKER_03]: We can get back home.
• 1:07:12
[SPEAKER_03]: And thankfully Cordelia is able to marry Gorgog or whatever.
• 1:07:17
[SPEAKER_03]: And put him in charge.
• 1:07:20
[SPEAKER_03]: But before she does that, she abolishes slavery.
• 1:07:23
[SPEAKER_03]: So all the cows are gay, that's it.
• 1:07:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: Amazing news.
• 1:07:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I think that we're missing the twist is that the whole thing was that once Guggen's log and Quarty consummated their marriage, yes, her powers were going to get transferred to inhibitions anymore, which is kind of why they wanted them
• 1:07:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Once again, we probably should have seen coming, but, you know, you did not, and it makes a lot of sense, and she, I thought that there was a world where Cordelia was like, you know what, these powers are too much for me.
• 1:08:03
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't she does mention all she does mention she's still having headaches.
• 1:08:08
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like we're not, we're not dealt with this story.
• 1:08:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Like she's, there's something going on with the headache thing.
• 1:08:13
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like if there was a world where we could have
• 1:08:17
[SPEAKER_02]: at least remedied the bad effects, then we could have, but maybe Fred, she seems sciencey.
• 1:08:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe she could come up with something.
• 1:08:28
[SPEAKER_03]: She's back with the crew now, and maybe she'll be staying for a while.
• 1:08:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Or you don't know, or new friend, we need another new friend, Fred.
• 1:08:37
[SPEAKER_03]: She makes the return trip to LA with Angel and the gang.
• 1:08:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: Everyone's happy, everyone's celebrating,
• 1:08:44
[SPEAKER_03]: But not because Willow is there and she's crying and but he's dead.
• 1:08:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I have to be honest with you I don't know why it was so weird to see I don't know why I think I was just like having a moment Cuz like I saw Allison Hannigan and in my head I was like lily and I don't know why
• 1:09:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like you stupid fucking asshole that's willow is literally the same show.
• 1:09:14
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what happened in my brain at that moment But it was so out of context and for me in that millisecond to see willow there
• 1:09:27
[SPEAKER_02]: So thrown off and then I was like, oh my god, I am so dumb.
• 1:09:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: I am so dumb.
• 1:09:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Once again, like I
• 1:09:36
  [SPEAKER_02]: I believe my state, it's fine.
• 1:09:39
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why.
• 1:09:40
[SPEAKER_02]: I got so thrown off.
• 1:09:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I was like, yeah, what is Lily doing on the show?
• 1:09:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: I'll see.
• 1:09:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: What is it?
• 1:09:45
[SPEAKER_02]: House and Hannah came here.
• 1:09:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I followed Alison Hannah again on Instagram.
• 1:09:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I have Instagram back, but it's fine.
• 1:09:55
[SPEAKER_02]: And she loves to craft.
• 1:09:58
[SPEAKER_02]: She's kind of like a crafting goddess.
• 1:10:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, she likes to post a lot of reals about her crafts.
• 1:10:04
[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe I was thinking about her there too, because she's like a lot of like really good projects.
• 1:10:11
[SPEAKER_02]: She had some good stuff for Christmas.
• 1:10:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, interesting.
• 1:10:15
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, crafting.
• 1:10:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so Buffy's dead, uh, Angel now knows it too, so whatever, I don't know.
• 1:10:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, like, she's not dead.
• 1:10:23
[SPEAKER_03]: So like, but Courtney's back, everyone's back in town, everyone's back in LA, everyone's happy.
• 1:10:27
[SPEAKER_03]: It was a pretty fun episode overall.
• 1:10:29
[SPEAKER_03]: It was mostly just that was like, really, you're trying to trick us with Lauren, like, with no one's ever dead on the show.
• 1:10:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: I did get tricked.
• 1:10:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I was, I was happy to seem back that because, like we said last week, like he's kind of one of the best character.
• 1:10:41
[SPEAKER_03]: I love him singing on his way out and everyone being like,
• 1:10:46
[SPEAKER_02]: This yeah, this this three episode arc was really good.
• 1:10:50
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that if yeah, I think that if we are more in this style for Angel rather than our previous like
• 1:11:04
[SPEAKER_02]: lots of cops, lots of vigilante shit, lots of darkness.
• 1:11:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I would have a easier time digesting angel if it was more fun like these episodes.
• 1:11:18
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:11:19
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I agree.
• 1:11:20
  [SPEAKER_03]: I think it's I like the zaniness.
• 1:11:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so hopefully it was pretty zany.
• 1:11:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: It was very zany.
• 1:11:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we had to capitate it head talking, Cordelia spit on him.
• 1:11:30
[SPEAKER_02]: My favorite part was when
• 1:11:34
[SPEAKER_02]: We're dealing with high, like, Googan's log and like, uh, angel around.
• 1:11:39
[SPEAKER_02]: And she was like, stop.
• 1:11:40
  [SPEAKER_02]: I love him.
• 1:11:41
[SPEAKER_02]: And angel was like, me?
• 1:11:43
[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, no, you fuck ass.
• 1:11:47
  [SPEAKER_03]: Like, him.
• 1:11:48
  [SPEAKER_03]: I love him.
• 1:11:49
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:11:50
[SPEAKER_03]: He's like, you ain't no one likes you angel.
• 1:11:52
  [SPEAKER_03]: Angel can't.
• 1:11:53
[SPEAKER_03]: He has to be the main character.
• 1:11:54
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god, he's like the main character.
• 1:11:56
[SPEAKER_03]: And not only his story, but like everyone's story in his opinion.
• 1:11:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was so hilarious because he was just like, but like, you still like me as like kind of like a friend, right?
• 1:12:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you know, like a puppy?
• 1:12:07
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:12:08
  [SPEAKER_02]: There's like, no, we don't.
• 1:12:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: I love him.
• 1:12:10
[SPEAKER_02]: He's actually like you suck.
• 1:12:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
• 1:12:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: That was hilarious.
• 1:12:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it just got he can't even help himself.
• 1:12:17
[SPEAKER_03]: He freaking loves a girly pop in danger The damsel and distress makes him so fucking hard.
• 1:12:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe David Borgon is his funny Like low-key funny when he dances.
• 1:12:27
[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's very funny Maybe we just need him to be a goof has he been in anything else ever?
• 1:12:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: bones
• 1:12:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't watch that show.
• 1:12:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't either, but I know he's been there.
• 1:12:42
[SPEAKER_03]: He was in some sort of cop show too.
• 1:12:44
  [SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, I can't, we don't do those.
• 1:12:49
[SPEAKER_03]: OK, are we ready to get into some feedback?
• 1:12:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Because we did get some emails from the lovely listeners.
• 1:12:55
  [SPEAKER_03]: Good.
• 1:12:56
  [SPEAKER_03]: OK.
• 1:12:57
[SPEAKER_03]: I'll listen to her, Joe, sent along something that is very strange, I will say.
• 1:13:03
[SPEAKER_03]: He says, I wanted to fund this pass this fun tidbit along.
• 1:13:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Michelle Trackenberg had a huge crush on James Marsters who played.
• 1:13:12
[SPEAKER_03]: It was so big that James and his band actually made a great little song about it, and I thought I would pass it along.
• 1:13:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Keep in mind, Michelle was very young at this point and James was well and adult and it's called ghost of the robot and I'm going to send you the link to this, um, it's weird.
• 1:13:29
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's weird because, you know, she's a child.
• 1:13:31
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's weird because, you know, she's a child.
• 1:13:33
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, listen to it and it's.
• 1:13:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's private.
• 1:13:38
[SPEAKER_02]: It's in the front of the chair.
• 1:13:39
[SPEAKER_02]: It's it's it's weird for my own private listening pleasure.
• 1:13:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Do I come back to this?
• 1:13:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you just love we get talk more about it next week.
• 1:13:48
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
• 1:13:48
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just strange because he's an adult and she's a child, but anyway, thank you Joe because it's crazy.
• 1:13:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, okay.
• 1:13:55
  [SPEAKER_02]: All right.
• 1:13:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that I love that piece of.
• 1:13:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: He's a singer.
• 1:14:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 1:14:01
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, blah, blah, blah.
• 1:14:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I meant like I love the fact that like she had like a little like a huge crush on him.
• 1:14:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, he knew it was very funny.
• 1:14:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that that's like very entertaining.
• 1:14:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, um, we also got an email from Justin hi ladies.
• 1:14:14
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's been a while.
• 1:14:15
[SPEAKER_03]: I meant to email but I haven't had the time to sit down and get it all together.
• 1:14:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, also I wanted to let you know.
• 1:14:20
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
• 1:14:20
[SPEAKER_03]: So apparently Justin is also one of the YouTube commenters and it's say and not science.
• 1:14:26
[SPEAKER_03]: So now I know saying.
• 1:14:28
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm glad you two were enjoying Don and Tara.
• 1:14:30
[SPEAKER_03]: I have got to admit I was a bit apprehensive about you liking them for you from your earlier episodes that said I'm really glad the fate of the world isn't up to you to if it were we'd be screwed as you two were down bad for glory.
• 1:14:43
[SPEAKER_03]: I cannot, they're sticking to my foot.
• 1:14:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, honestly, how many times were I was just like, can we just like, you know, let her win?
• 1:14:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, let her win, it's fine.
• 1:14:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Speaking of glory, it really sucks that Tara got fingered that way.
• 1:14:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they can do something to fix it.
• 1:14:58
[SPEAKER_03]: They did, they fixed her.
• 1:15:00
  [SPEAKER_03]: They fixed her.
• 1:15:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Regarding the loss of joy, I will say it hit me even then when I first watched it, but having recently lost my grandpa, the loss of joys has taken on a whole other feeling.
• 1:15:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, uh, so sorry to hear about your ramp up.
• 1:15:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, regarding Buffie, now you see why I call her the goku of slaying gok.
• 1:15:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, but what's goku?
• 1:15:21
[SPEAKER_03]: Goku is an idiot at almost everything else, but when it comes to fighting, he's a genius.
• 1:15:26
[SPEAKER_03]: Buffie is that with slaying, but everything else, especially in her friendships, she's rather dumb.
• 1:15:31
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, did she really think that just by talking, uh, her talking to a furious
• 1:15:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Goku is the main character from Dragon Ball Z. Oh, the hair.
• 1:15:43
  [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not.
• 1:15:44
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:15:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:15:45
  [SPEAKER_03]: I've never eaten Dragon Ball Z.
• 1:15:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: No, we have.
• 1:15:48
  [SPEAKER_02]: I haven't either.
• 1:15:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: I barely know.
• 1:15:51
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I did watch Sailor Moon like it was my job, so can you do next time like a Sailor Moon reference, maybe maybe maybe maybe Sarah will get it.
• 1:16:02
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:16:02
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:16:04
[SPEAKER_03]: It's concerning that the Scooby's save for Tara and Agia have been together since the very beginning and still don't know each other all that well.
• 1:16:10
[SPEAKER_03]: It's even more concerning that spike knows them all far more than they know each other.
• 1:16:15
[SPEAKER_03]: He was able to turn them against each other and play them so easily in the past season that all said I can't wait to see your reactions going forward all the best and hope you have a very happy new year.
• 1:16:24
  [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you so much.
• 1:16:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
• 1:16:26
[SPEAKER_03]: Twenty twenty six here we come here we are I guess.
• 1:16:30
[SPEAKER_03]: We also got an email from joy.
• 1:16:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Who starts off by saying congratulations Sarah.
• 1:16:34
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so happy for you guys.
• 1:16:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean because we're not having a trial together.
• 1:16:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: you and your husband.
• 1:16:43
[SPEAKER_03]: I never thought my handwriting should have matched my crushes, but I did use a crushes last name to determine if we were destined for each other.
• 1:16:51
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, that is genius.
• 1:16:54
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
• 1:16:56
[SPEAKER_03]: My first name is Christina, which sounds good with pretty much everything, but joy doesn't.
• 1:17:00
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's a bit more discerning.
• 1:17:02
[SPEAKER_03]: Anytime a crushes last name didn't sound right with my name, I didn't even pursue it.
• 1:17:06
[SPEAKER_03]: I saw no point if our names didn't sound
• 1:17:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:17:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that is so valid.
• 1:17:12
[SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, but also now we know that we're now that we're adults.
• 1:17:17
[SPEAKER_02]: We don't have to change our name for a man, even though I did, because once again, I will never pass the betel test because I am just a lonely little sin.
• 1:17:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: this is true.
• 1:17:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: We've evolved as a species.
• 1:17:30
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, uh, also I write the number eight, the worst, something about that double loop.
• 1:17:36
[SPEAKER_03]: I finally graduated from making two stacked circles and can write it using one line, but it's a struggle every time I swear.
• 1:17:43
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:17:44
  [SPEAKER_03]: Honestly.
• 1:17:45
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:17:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that the double circle does look better than like the infinity loop.
• 1:17:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I got to be honest with you, like I just drawing it out myself, but more like snowman.
• 1:17:58
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's it's cuter.
• 1:17:59
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's bubblier.
• 1:18:00
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's more bubbly.
• 1:18:02
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:18:03
[SPEAKER_03]: My husband and I quote spikes is everyone here very stoned from the previous episode all the time.
• 1:18:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: No, yeah.
• 1:18:11
[SPEAKER_03]: We're finally here the finale to season five.
• 1:18:13
[SPEAKER_03]: What could have been the end?
• 1:18:14
[SPEAKER_03]: I know people have very strong feelings about the last two seasons and that's fair.
• 1:18:17
[SPEAKER_03]: I've always loved them and my favorite episode of the entire series is in one, but it honestly wouldn't have minded this being the end either.
• 1:18:25
[SPEAKER_03]: The through line of dawn appearing and Buffy understanding that she is made from her, so she's family, and that making her realize that death is your gift is in the hopeless thing, talking about her always killing and being a slayer, but the way to say for sister and the world, it is brilliant, it is devastating and it is damn near perfect, the clarity for Buffy in that moment.
• 1:18:43
[SPEAKER_03]: SMG is so good at showing all the emotions Buffy's going through, everyone was fantastic in this episode.
• 1:18:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Giles being the one to kill Ben, because he understands Buffy never would, but it's the only way to stop glory from possibly returning, has echoes of Ripper, which I love, heck yeah.
• 1:18:59
[SPEAKER_03]: uh, Tara and Willow are reunited and stronger together, which is heartwarming and tear gets back what glory stole from her, on your not willing to accept an apocalypse proposal until after they survive so perfectly onya.
• 1:19:12
[SPEAKER_03]: And spike my beautiful spike has speech to Buffy about knowing he's a monster, but that she treats him like a man is so good.
• 1:19:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, what a line.
• 1:19:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Joy, I hope you're happy with us.
• 1:19:21
[SPEAKER_02]: I know that sometimes you're mad at me.
• 1:19:23
  [SPEAKER_02]: I hope you're happy now.
• 1:19:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, no, I really do because wow, wait.
• 1:19:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Did you finally watch wicked?
• 1:19:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I live in, I exist in the world.
• 1:19:32
[SPEAKER_02]: I know that reference now.
• 1:19:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: I have a bit.
• 1:19:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: I should, wicked, please.
• 1:19:35
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to.
• 1:19:36
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's so long.
• 1:19:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: Why?
• 1:19:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: You're so annoying.
• 1:19:39
  [SPEAKER_02]: Um,
• 1:19:41
[SPEAKER_02]: Joy, I know that you're not pleased with my taste sometimes, but I hope that I made you proud this episode because everything that you said, I said, so it's true, it's true, it's just for everyone that she'll know when she listens to the vibe, as you really know.
• 1:19:52
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm finally, we're finally on the same page, I'm so happy, I'm so happy that you're possibly happy, I'm so happy, we're just going to, she's happy, she has to be happy.
• 1:20:02
[SPEAKER_03]: Unless she's mad, which we made me sad, but let me finish her email.
• 1:20:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: We'll find out.
• 1:20:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe there's something we totally fucked up.
• 1:20:08
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, tell me.
• 1:20:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: Let's see.
• 1:20:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Buffy by appears again, although she loses and she should lose.
• 1:20:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Glory will always be one of my absolute favorite pig beds.
• 1:20:16
[SPEAKER_03]: She was delightfully unhinged and ate up every line in scene she had.
• 1:20:20
[SPEAKER_03]: The guy who was up there with Dawn, Doc.
• 1:20:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, apparently he seems to always named his name is Joel Gray and he's a Broadway star.
• 1:20:28
[SPEAKER_03]: He was Dr. Dillamont, the goat in the original run of wicked.
• 1:20:32
[SPEAKER_03]: He's also the father of Jennifer Gray, which I found out after I checked out.
• 1:20:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: I am D.B.
• 1:20:38
[SPEAKER_03]: After panicking my fun fact of all sorts.
• 1:20:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's very funny.
• 1:20:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
• 1:20:42
[SPEAKER_03]: Tell the librarian, I think, told us not to rain.
• 1:20:44
  [SPEAKER_03]: I did.
• 1:20:45
[SPEAKER_03]: He told us the Jennifer Gray thing.
• 1:20:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, I did not the Jennifer Gray thing.
• 1:20:49
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:20:50
[SPEAKER_03]: I saw who Jennifer Gray is.
• 1:20:51
  [SPEAKER_03]: I've seen dirty dancing.
• 1:20:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I saw Joel Gray on Broadway, because I saw it with the original cast.
• 1:20:59
[SPEAKER_03]: And he's also the like, Bienven, Wilk, Bienvenu.
• 1:21:05
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't, I'm not like a cabaret girly, but yeah, that's him.
• 1:21:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:21:10
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:21:11
  [SPEAKER_02]: So he's so famous.
• 1:21:12
[SPEAKER_02]: We, I didn't realize that he was the father of Jennifer Gray.
• 1:21:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:21:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I can do anything.
• 1:21:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Jennifer Gray, what's the most interesting thing about Jennifer Gray?
• 1:21:25
[SPEAKER_02]: But she was under the dancing.
• 1:21:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but then she had like a very iconic nose and then she got the nose job and then she lost her career Don't get no shops people keep those wacky noses, you know It's okay get no try.
• 1:21:42
[SPEAKER_02]: You could do what I mean here to individual And they didn't like it when she got hurt
• 1:21:48
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm excited to see what you think about season six.
• 1:21:50
[SPEAKER_03]: It takes a bit of a darker turn, but it has some amazing episodes and one that will live on in in for me.
• 1:21:56
[SPEAKER_02]: I wonder which one that could we totally have no idea why it's simply not the one that everybody wanted to be on.
• 1:22:03
[SPEAKER_02]: And we have to have a panel for Lena.
• 1:22:07
[SPEAKER_03]: It's not like not that one.
• 1:22:09
  [SPEAKER_03]: Um, okay.
• 1:22:10
[SPEAKER_03]: A courties corner, a little of last week's episode.
• 1:22:13
[SPEAKER_03]: The name you guys kept forgetting was pylia.
• 1:22:15
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's long.
• 1:22:16
  [SPEAKER_03]: Home dimension.
• 1:22:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Apparently, well, I can't believe you guys didn't make a parallel to Fred using blood to distract Angel when he was in his demon form and Bella using blood to distract Victoria to save Edward in eclipse.
• 1:22:31
[SPEAKER_03]: I couldn't have told you that happened.
• 1:22:32
  [SPEAKER_03]: It was Victoria.
• 1:22:33
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't fucking know.
• 1:22:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: You've seen the movies.
• 1:22:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I still have not seen breaking down part two, which one is a clips?
• 1:22:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Eclipse is the third one.
• 1:22:44
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay.
• 1:22:46
[SPEAKER_03]: That's all I see when I watched this scene, even though Angel definitely came first.
• 1:22:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and once again here, remind you guys that although Angelus is more fun than Brutie Angel, the man has a literal demon inside the house.
• 1:22:57
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
• 1:22:57
[SPEAKER_03]: was it fun to see how happy he was that he didn't burn in the sun?
• 1:23:00
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, it was.
• 1:23:01
[SPEAKER_03]: But is it understandable, how upset he would be when his demon is there for all to see and he can't control it for the first time?
• 1:23:06
  [SPEAKER_03]: Of course.
• 1:23:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Y'all act like Angel doesn't have a legitimately good reason to be.
• 1:23:11
  [SPEAKER_03]: I have a question.
• 1:23:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: I have a question.
• 1:23:13
[SPEAKER_02]: So if he's green, then does that mean that all of
• 1:23:22
[SPEAKER_02]: would be vampires on earth.
• 1:23:25
[SPEAKER_03]: No, because the vampires on earth are white, if they're white, in real, like if they're white as humans, they're white vampires.
• 1:23:31
[SPEAKER_03]: And if they're black, humans, they're black, humans, they're green.
• 1:23:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe they're just both green and they're just like a different green species.
• 1:23:39
[SPEAKER_03]: That's just the default, I guess, is like when you're making a character in your character customization, it defaults in your green.
• 1:23:45
[SPEAKER_02]: What have made more sense if we were
• 1:23:49
[SPEAKER_02]: the inner demon form a different color like maybe any other color.
• 1:23:54
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's crazy.
• 1:23:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Especially if the grass is green.
• 1:23:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's just the kind of thing that you agree what I can point.
• 1:24:07
[SPEAKER_03]: He's ashamed of that part of himself being so visible and when the demon does fully take over, he was understandably a traumatic experience, which is why he was sweaty and shivering.
• 1:24:17
[SPEAKER_03]: I always feel bad for him in that episode because of that reaction.
• 1:24:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, and a heart is a kind of deer like a stag.
• 1:24:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I thought that I had said that.
• 1:24:26
  [SPEAKER_02]: You did.
• 1:24:27
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that it didn't pick up on the audio because I think we're kind of talking over each other because we're assholes because I definitely said heart is like a deer and then everybody was like the heart is deer.
• 1:24:43
[SPEAKER_03]: I was like I was like but I know that.
• 1:24:47
  [SPEAKER_02]: I can't even
• 1:24:56
[SPEAKER_03]: So good and then Joyce says for this week's episode Cordelia's great as always I love her journey of trying to get rid of the visions when do I'll gave them to her and now she doesn't want to relinquish them even as they're taking a toll for growth is honestly just beginning.
• 1:25:10
  [SPEAKER_03]: Lauren isn't dead.
• 1:25:11
[SPEAKER_03]: I love me some lorney tunes.
• 1:25:13
  [SPEAKER_03]: Lori me too.
• 1:25:14
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's such a cute phrase.
• 1:25:16
[SPEAKER_03]: I was very happy he made it.
• 1:25:18
[SPEAKER_03]: I do agree that the gruesome log is a himbo, but he's not a bad man in his arc was fun.
• 1:25:23
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't remember much about the middle of the episode, but I know that Fred is basically on the show now.
• 1:25:28
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, and I don't know how y'all will feel about her, but she's my favorite character on Angel.
• 1:25:33
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's why I named one of my cat's Fred.
• 1:25:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's fun.
• 1:25:38
  [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, listen, she's she's a fun time.
• 1:25:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: I like her.
• 1:25:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: She's quirky.
• 1:25:43
  [SPEAKER_03]: She's kind of insane.
• 1:25:44
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we love that.
• 1:25:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Love an insane bitch, please.
• 1:25:49
[SPEAKER_03]: What do I do remember is the reveal of Willow at the Hype period?
• 1:25:53
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, the Hoteau.
• 1:25:54
[SPEAKER_03]: The mood getting somber and her telling them about Buffy's demise and amazing choice.
• 1:25:58
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think there are many more crossover episodes after that because Angel stays on the WP.
• 1:26:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And just finding this out, why can't we have any fun?
• 1:26:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I love the crossover episodes.
• 1:26:14
[SPEAKER_03]: I have great news for you.
• 1:26:16
  [SPEAKER_03]: Joy finishes her email.
• 1:26:18
[SPEAKER_03]: As always, I do adore you guys.
• 1:26:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Even if you're takes frustrating me sometimes.
• 1:26:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: Really well.
• 1:26:23
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
• 1:26:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Hopefully I sent this in time.
• 1:26:24
  [SPEAKER_03]: It's 9 a.m. and I meant to send it last night.
• 1:26:26
  [SPEAKER_03]: Listen.
• 1:26:27
  [SPEAKER_03]: You got it.
• 1:26:29
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I fell asleep before I could because my mid 30s keep kicking my ass.
• 1:26:33
  [SPEAKER_03]: Mmm.
• 1:26:33
[SPEAKER_03]: Gerly Pub, we are there with you mid 30s.
• 1:26:36
  [SPEAKER_03]: You can everyone's ask.
• 1:26:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I know it.
• 1:26:38
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I get my, I, I, I'm firm on the three o'clock nap.
• 1:26:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, you love a nap off the record.
• 1:26:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Not that my work listens.
• 1:26:49
  [SPEAKER_03]: Definitely off the record.
• 1:26:49
[SPEAKER_03]: You've never done that during work hours.
• 1:26:51
[SPEAKER_03]: What, you know, only on weekends, you're obviously talking about, and holidays.
• 1:26:54
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, when, yeah.
• 1:26:57
[SPEAKER_02]: When you went to less flexible schedule and worked for a non-podcaster, did your work know that you had a podcast?
• 1:27:07
[SPEAKER_03]: I believe towards the end of things, maybe.
• 1:27:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Did you like tell people about it?
• 1:27:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Did you take a three o'clock nap?
• 1:27:17
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not really a napper.
• 1:27:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah.
• 1:27:20
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't.
• 1:27:21
[SPEAKER_03]: I really am only going to generally, I will only nap if like, I either slept really horribly than I before or if I'm like sick.
• 1:27:28
  [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, usually I'm not.
• 1:27:29
[SPEAKER_03]: I just, my body doesn't want to.
• 1:27:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Bed is my favorite place in the world.
• 1:27:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Even if I just lay there, it's, it's, if I can think about my favorite place in the world, some people say Disney World, some people say Paris.
• 1:27:42
[SPEAKER_02]: The beach, I say my bed.
• 1:27:44
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't really ever find myself laying in bed, like even if the from the minute that my eyes are open in the morning, like the time period from that happening to me getting out of my bed is like pretty quick.
• 1:27:57
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's crazy.
• 1:27:58
[SPEAKER_02]: My bed is my safe space.
• 1:28:01
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm happy for you about that.
• 1:28:03
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's great.
• 1:28:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm in the most happy when I'm in bed.
• 1:28:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I will take a blanket though.
• 1:28:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Like if this is the best part about the winter time, like the cold weather is that like snuggling up on a cow roll of blanket.
• 1:28:15
  [SPEAKER_03]: Hell yeah.
• 1:28:16
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm looking for.
• 1:28:18
  [SPEAKER_03]: Um, okay.
• 1:28:19
[SPEAKER_03]: We got one more email to get through.
• 1:28:21
  [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, of course.
• 1:28:22
  [SPEAKER_03]: Sess.
• 1:28:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so thank you so much for your feedback, Joy.
• 1:28:24
  [SPEAKER_03]: We love you.
• 1:28:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: And we're sorry.
• 1:28:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: We ever disappoint you.
• 1:28:26
[SPEAKER_03]: And hopefully you love this podcast because we said all of the same things you did for the most part, except about Angel because I'm so sorry, Joy.
• 1:28:33
[SPEAKER_03]: We're never going to like, love Angel because we could who Ruby.
• 1:28:37
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, Angel Angel himself.
• 1:28:39
  [SPEAKER_03]: Angel the character.
• 1:28:40
  [SPEAKER_03]: The show.
• 1:28:41
  [SPEAKER_03]: There's hope.
• 1:28:42
  [SPEAKER_03]: Um, okay.
• 1:28:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Chris says, uh, to me, Buffy is the sixth spice girl.
• 1:28:47
  [SPEAKER_03]: She is slayer spice.
• 1:28:49
[SPEAKER_03]: She says this is a great email.
• 1:28:51
[SPEAKER_03]: She's giving that awesome girl power energy.
• 1:28:53
[SPEAKER_03]: We saw in the late 90s early odds in this opening is what reminded me how much nostalgia I have for that.
• 1:28:59
[SPEAKER_03]: But you're just a girl said that door can the opening scene.
• 1:29:01
[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I keep saying says Buffy.
• 1:29:03
[SPEAKER_03]: And there's a weight in that statement in the context of the show.
• 1:29:06
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a weight in that statement in the early odds.
• 1:29:08
[SPEAKER_03]: And there's a weight in it in our country today.
• 1:29:11
[SPEAKER_03]: Plus love her with that hammer.
• 1:29:14
[SPEAKER_03]: with that phrase that is your gift.
• 1:29:16
[SPEAKER_03]: It makes it clear after this episode that she's kind of like the Christ figure here.
• 1:29:19
[SPEAKER_03]: She gives her life to save the world.
• 1:29:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Her death is her gift to the world.
• 1:29:25
  [SPEAKER_03]: That's interesting.
• 1:29:25
[SPEAKER_03]: If only she was like crucified when she went down.
• 1:29:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Her arms were a little too straight back.
• 1:29:29
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I do have one concern about this whole situation.
• 1:29:33
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't address it until next season and also he and Seemal Xera big congrats on the link you and he's also really excited for stuff that we we haven't seen yet And he's very careful not to spoil us.
• 1:29:49
[SPEAKER_03]: So we appreciate that Chris.
• 1:29:50
[SPEAKER_03]: We always appreciate a careful king Yeah, I the Christ comparison is interesting Yeah
• 1:29:59
  [SPEAKER_03]: Uh-huh.
• 1:30:01
  [SPEAKER_03]: Uh-huh.
• 1:30:01
[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know, I can't wait to speculate next week about how the fuck they're going to bring her back from the dead, um, but, you know, in the meantime, can I give you the titles?
• 1:30:12
[SPEAKER_03]: Because I love doing this, uh, can we can I give you the titles for next season?
• 1:30:17
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 1:30:17
[SPEAKER_02]: So, and we're watching episodes.
• 1:30:19
  [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
• 1:30:19
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're, okay, just to recap one more time, we are doing our season five wrap up next week, then we're taking a break and then we're coming back and we're
• 1:30:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Correct, we are watching bargaining part one and two.
• 1:30:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, they they aired back to back like they're both called bargaining bargaining part one bargaining part two, but I think Todd had told us that they They air back to back when they originally were on okay, because sometimes when there's two partners they have different names.
• 1:30:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, these ones are bargaining part one and bargaining part two.
• 1:30:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, but I'm very excited about the angel title.
• 1:30:55
[SPEAKER_03]: What's which we have someone behind the scenes who told us like, okay, this is the order we're going to do our best to whatever.
• 1:31:01
[SPEAKER_03]: How many angel episodes do you have to watch?
• 1:31:04
  [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that I haven't heard.
• 1:31:05
[SPEAKER_03]: We need to get we need to get our corresponding on that.
• 1:31:07
  [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
• 1:31:09
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know which ones are required.
• 1:31:11
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, no, no, not that.
• 1:31:12
[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that because there's a chronic law, there's an order.
• 1:31:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, right, right.
• 1:31:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Is there like we have to watch too?
• 1:31:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, which makes sense because we're watching too, but if you want to say, okay, that's fine, where is the first two episodes are titled heartthrob, which is what's going on, let's have them there and that vision thing.
• 1:31:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: That's a Cordelia Center cap.
• 1:31:37
  [SPEAKER_02]: So that's cool.
• 1:31:38
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the name is not in school, so yeah, that'll be a couple of weeks from now.
• 1:31:42
[SPEAKER_03]: I just like to mention it because it's fun.
• 1:31:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, begin next week as our season wrap-up.
• 1:31:46
[SPEAKER_03]: So we'll talk all about season five, our favorite episodes, our least favorite episodes, you know.
• 1:31:51
  [SPEAKER_02]: Here to our full-sick.
• 1:31:54
  [SPEAKER_03]: You're tired.
• 1:31:54
  [SPEAKER_03]: You're tired.
• 1:31:55
  [SPEAKER_03]: Go bad.
• 1:31:55
  [SPEAKER_03]: I'm tired.
• 1:31:57
  [SPEAKER_03]: Go to bed.
• 1:31:58
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, um, anyway, anything else, Sarah.
• 1:32:04
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I am like you psych, have you seen a psych?
• 1:32:09
[SPEAKER_03]: I've not seen all of psych I have seen a healthy dose of psych.
• 1:32:12
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like so silly.
• 1:32:13
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's yeah, that's my thing.
• 1:32:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Is she with psych is that I think it's more impressive.
• 1:32:19
[SPEAKER_02]: His actual talent, which is like extreme observation, right?
• 1:32:25
  [SPEAKER_02]: And the psychic thing.
• 1:32:27
[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't understand, like Adam is like, oh, it's just for the laws.
• 1:32:32
  [SPEAKER_02]: It's just for fun.
• 1:32:33
  [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
• 1:32:34
  [SPEAKER_02]: Because he's silly.
• 1:32:35
  [SPEAKER_02]: He's a psychic.
• 1:32:36
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just like, but it's more impressive that you just have a extreme, like, a photographic memory and extreme observational skills.
• 1:32:46
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's more impressive to me than being a psychic.
• 1:32:49
  [SPEAKER_02]: So I just understand.
• 1:32:51
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like, is this going to be the whole thing because I don't like when he's like Uber silly.
• 1:32:57
[SPEAKER_02]: I like it when he's kind of silly.
• 1:32:59
  [SPEAKER_02]: I, um, yeah.
• 1:33:01
[SPEAKER_02]: So that's my problem with psych, but I do like it.
• 1:33:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm very engaged in washing it.
• 1:33:07
[SPEAKER_02]: But he's just so silly.
• 1:33:09
  [SPEAKER_02]: And I don't very silly.
• 1:33:10
  [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
• 1:33:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't know why he has to be so silly.
• 1:33:12
[SPEAKER_02]: And he was also like I just said an episode where his like uncle was there.
• 1:33:16
[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, well, his uncle knows
• 1:33:21
  [SPEAKER_02]: I know.
• 1:33:23
[SPEAKER_02]: That's my only complaint about site.
• 1:33:26
  [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
• 1:33:27
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'll give you some more TV updates probably next time, because we're watching some shows right now.
• 1:33:32
[SPEAKER_03]: We're doing a sample platter of shows at the moment.
• 1:33:35
[SPEAKER_03]: So hey, was it like a poop platter of it?
• 1:33:40
[SPEAKER_03]: A poop platter of shows indeed.
• 1:33:42
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, but next week we'll be back recapping the whole season and all our thoughts on season five of a Feet of Vampires layer So yeah, until then everyone here and if
