  And I want to pick up on the Lord's Prayer, continue to pick up

  the Lost Prayer when it talks the part about what it talks about God being

  a heavily father. And I think, I think, if I'm not mistaken,

  that a lot of people, including myself, don't really understand what our
• 2:08
  Father in Heaven means. And it's all about because if this is true,
• 2:15
  which I believe it is true, we need to find out more about it,
• 2:19
  Amen, about God being our father. How do we pray to our
• 2:23
  heavenly Father. If God is our father and he sent his only begotten son,
• 2:29
  the Lord Jesus as our savior and our Lord. Amen, and now
• 2:31
  we have Holy Spirit resting and dwelling in us, how do we pray to
• 2:37
  the Father? Men? Because I'm not into just all. It's just about
• 2:40
  the Father. We don't need Jesus. A lot of people out there that
• 2:45
  are watching listening think that we could do that, think we could jump over
• 2:49
  Jesus to get to the Father. But listen, listen closely. Jesus said
• 2:53
  no one can come to the Father except by him. So where do we
• 2:57
  get that idea from? Devil is a lie? Amen. Devil knows how

  to switch scriptures over, Amen, and make it think like we're wrong and
• 3:07
  Jesus is wrong. Amen. I could be wrong, but I know for
• 3:12
  sure God his word doesn't contradict, and his word is not wrong. Amen.

  The enemy is a liar. So we're talking about our father in heaven.

  The secret of a lot of things in life is balance holding two more
• 3:28
  things intention right. For instance, if you're a smart person, Amen,
• 3:36
  and you have a product that you want to make sure you match up your
• 3:39
  product with the right price and the right quality. Right. If you're a
• 3:45
  parent, you want to balance love and discipline, right, and so on.
• 3:50
  So the Lord's prayer does this with those little words our Father in heaven.

  That way it combines and balances on what we're praying about, who we're
• 4:03
  praying to by way of God the Father, through God the Son, and
• 4:09
  then we have God Holy Spirit. So I want to get into that a
• 4:13
  little bit. We're going to be in of all places Hoseah, chapter one,
• 4:16
  verse ten. I want to use that as a springboard for today.

  But of course we took this straight from what Jesus said in the Book of
• 4:24
  Matthew. Right. We saw that the other time that we got together.

  We saw that the Lord, Jesus said, answered the reply to responding to
• 4:33
  the disciples when they asked them, how then should we pray? And Jesus
• 4:36
  say, you should pray like this our Father, who are in heaven hollowed
• 4:41
  be thy name. So Jesus, our Lord, started with the Father,
• 4:45
  So clue we should start with the Father too. Amen, And I pray
• 4:49
  it's a format, it's biblical. Amen. Jesus was answering the disciples questions.

  Last time I checked, if you're born again your disciple of the Lord

  Jesus as well, it still applies to this very day. Amen. So

  listen the power pray. This is part three. We're gonna be praying all

  this week on the Morning Devo. I believe that's what we need in this

  season. I believe we're supposed to do what the scripture says, and pray

  without cease, and pray at all things. If you have time to worry,

  you have time to pray. You have time to have unforgiveness, you
• 11:39
  have time to pray. You have time to be angry, you have time
• 11:41
  to pray. Amen. If you are being tempted, you have time to
• 11:43
  pray. You know what I mean. Prayer is powerful. HOSEA, chapter
• 11:50
  number I didn't put the reference here, but let me give you the reference.

  Hose Chapter JOSEA, chapter one Old Covenant chat to one versus time,

  I says, yet the number of children of Israel shall be as the saying
• 12:03
  of the sea, which cannot be measured or numbered. Okay, And instead
• 12:11
  of it being said to them, you are not my people, it shall
• 12:16
  be said to them sons of the Living God. So of course this is
• 12:22
  talking about the children of Israel. Amen. So I understand why a lot
• 12:28
  of people say that the only that Israelites are going to be in the Kingdom
• 12:33
  of God, only that Israelites are born again, and save only that Israelites
• 12:37
  belonging in the Kingdom of God. But watch what happens in Roman chapter nine,
• 12:43
  verse twenty six, right, because we put scripture against scripture, and
• 12:48
  then you get an understanding of what God is saying. I'm going to go
• 12:52
  old school and I'm going to read it out of my printed bible. Let
• 12:54
  me just show you the evidence printed bible, so I'm not going on the
• 13:00
  digital platform. And by the way, be careful with these digital bibles online.

  The words are being changed, slowly, but surely. The words are
• 13:09
  being changed. But I don't think there's any kind of technology that could change
• 13:13
  the words of a written book yet. I don't know if they have that
• 13:18
  tech, but I'm trusting that this word is not changed. In Romans chapter
• 13:22
  nine, verse twenty six, Bible says, if I want to read it
• 13:28
  a little bit up, started, a little bit up on verse twenty two.
• 13:35
  The Romans chapter nine twenty two says, what if God, wanting to
• 13:39
  show his wrath and to make his power known, endured it with much long
• 13:43
  suffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction verse twenty three, and that he
• 13:50
  might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which
• 13:56
  he had prepared beforehand for glory even us, whom he called not of the
• 14:01
  Jews only, not of the Jews only, not of the Israelites only.
• 14:09
  And this is the apostle Paul, a Jew, of a Jew, Pharisee,
• 14:11
  of the Pharisee, inspired to write this by way of Holy Spirit,
• 14:16
  prepared beforehand for glory, even us, whom he called not of the Jews
• 14:20
  only, but also of the Gentiles verse twenty three, as he says also
• 14:26
  in Hoseah. So that's why the scripture, when you compare it to the
• 14:31
  scripture, Amen, you would get eye opening situations like what we're gonna see
• 14:35
  now. And he quotes it quotes what we just read in the New Testament.
• 14:43
  Also pause. Quoting from the Old Covenant, he says, I will
• 14:46
  call them my people who were not my people, and her beloved who was
• 14:54
  not beloved. And this shall come to pass in the place where it was
• 14:58
  said to them, you are not my people. There they shall be called
• 15:05
  sons of the Living God. So whoever Jesus calls, whoever God calls into
• 15:11
  the family, becomes children of the Lord. So if somebody tells you,
• 15:15
  listen, you know, Sam is wrong. We're all children of God.
• 15:18
  They're wrong. Only God gives us the right to be called children of God
• 15:24
  through the Lord Jesus. Amen. It's in the scriptures, all over the
• 15:26
  scriptures as actually God calls his people to himself. God draws us by way
• 15:33
  of his Holy Spirit. We don't wake up one day. I know,
• 15:37
  I didn't wake up one day and say, you know what, I want
• 15:39
  to be right and just do it like that. It doesn't work that way.
• 15:45
  I mean, it'd be cool if it worked that way, if it
• 15:46
  was that easy. But you know what's easy about the scriptures and easy about
• 15:50
  serving God is that he did all the heavy lifting. Amen. If you

  want to be a child of God, go to Jesus and he will give
• 15:58

  verse ten. And then we went to Romans chapter nine, because we

  see that God's word doesn't change, it doesn't contradict. Amen. God's word

  is there and it will be planted there forever for all eternity. His word
• 16:52
  will never change. Who's gonna change God or us? Well? God changes
• 16:56
  us, He changes us, he magnifies himself. Amen. So your experience

  with your earthly father could have been negative or could have been cut short like
• 17:10
  it was cut short with my earthly father. Amen. And a lot of

  of people base their relationship with their earthly dad and they say that's the way
• 17:26
  the Father of Heaven must be. But listen, man, I'm gonna tell

  you all kindness of love, that's not true. Amen. Our heavenly Father
• 17:33
  is perfect. Our earthly fathers weren't perfect. I'm not perfect. You're not
• 17:37
  perfect. We're being perfected. If you're a dad, you know that it's
• 17:41
  not easy being a dad a parent, right. If your mom, you
• 17:45
  know it's not easy being a mom a parent. But for God, Amen,
• 17:48
  being perfect, it is what it is. He's perfect, and he
• 17:52
  deals with us as a perfect half father who knows that we're gonna go through
• 17:57
  things. Amen. And he has love for us and love his love endures
• 18:00
  forever. His patience is and his kindness is forever. Amen. It's not
• 18:06
  one time that God messes up. He's perfect. So God knows how to
• 18:11
  make the balance between him being our heavenly father and he knows about our earthly
• 18:17
  parents. He knows about our earthly father, and he knows that our earthly
• 18:19
  fathers cannot compare to his fathership and his fatherhood. So consistently we could remind
• 18:29
  our selves that God is the real father. God is our heavenly father.
• 18:33
  Amen. You could think of him in terms of a perfect parent, someone
• 18:37
  who is lovingly and wisely concerned that you grow into who he wants you or
• 18:45
  who you were supposed to grow into. Right. Problems with the word father
• 18:48
  should not undermine the extraordinary truth that we can know God as a loving parent.
• 18:55
  We can know God as a loving father. We can know God as
• 18:57
  our heavenly father. So you shouldn't compare an earthly relationship with a heavenly relationship.

  Amen, you shouldn't look at me and when I mess up and say,
• 19:07
  oh Sam messed up, so all of Christianity is not good. Oh
• 19:10
  Sam messed up, so this must not be true. Oh Sam messed up,
• 19:12
  so he must not ever been real with God. And we can't.

  I mean, you can, but you'll be cutting yourself short off the truth
• 19:19
  and the reality that we serve a heavenly father who is perfect. Amen.

  I'm not gonna come up here and say, oh, you know, follow
• 19:26
  me, I'm perfect. You know that's a lie. The devil is a
• 19:29
  liar too. But listen, God is a heavenly father who is perfect.

  So I will always be telling you what my own father told me the last

  year of his life. He's to always say He's always saying, I never
• 19:40
  got it. I never understood it. I was so young. He used
• 19:42
  to say, when I'm gone, when your earthly father is gone, go
• 19:47
  to your heavenly father. He would tell me that for like the last year
• 19:49
  of his life. And I said, Pops, that's gonna possa you.
• 19:52
  What are you saying? What are you trying to say? And you just
• 19:55
  kept on saying that repeated that over and over again and hopes that I will
• 19:59
  understand what it is what he was talking about. But I didn't understand until
• 20:02
  I was thirty years old, fifteen years later. Then I understood who he
• 20:07
  was talking about, because then I was in a position where I said,
• 20:10
  you know what, I'm gonna call out to this God, whoever he is,
• 20:14
  and I'm gonna see if this is all true a man. And I
• 20:15
  was way back in two thousand and one, and here we are, so
• 20:18
  many years later, and it's true. God is real. God is the
• 20:22
  one who could transform, renew, restore, redeem a man. And I'm
• 20:26
  excited to say that he is my heavenly father and he could be your heavenly
• 20:30
  father too. If you don't have a perfect relationship with a man or woman
• 20:36
  on this earth, I'm here to tell you that that's everybody's situation. We
• 20:40
  don't have a perfect relationship with any man or many woman, or any parent
• 20:42
  here on the earth, or if you're a parent yourself, You're not gonna
• 20:45
  have a perfect situation a man. But I can introduce you to the perfect
• 20:49
  One, the perfect Savior, the perfect Lord, the perfect God, the
• 20:52
  perfect Redeemer, the perfect savior, the perfect one who gives you eternal life.
• 20:57
  His name is the Lord Jesus Christ of with yeshiahamashiek right. He is
• 21:02
  the one that we could go to to ask for forgiveness. He will forgive
• 21:06
  us. He won't turn us away, and he'll make things right between us
• 21:10
  and our heavenly Father. No one could get to the Father except through Jesus.
• 21:14
  That's what the Lord says. Amen. He said it himself, So
• 21:18
  I believe him. Amen, I seem to. I tend to believe someone
• 21:22
  who died and rose from the Great Amen to be telling the truth. So
• 21:26
  we're reminded that God is Father. Now we need to immediately think about it
• 21:33
  and be like, if that's true, then I can't compare any other parent
• 21:40
  experience to his fatherhood. Can't because everything that we experienced here on this side
• 21:45
  of eternity is going to break down, It's going to fall shot off the
• 21:48
  glorious standards of God. But when you go to the Father, Amen,
• 21:52
  by way of his word, by way of Jesus, Amen, You're going
• 21:56
  to realize one thing, how he treats us is totally different, and man,
• 22:00
  how he loves us is totally different. How he's so kind to us,
• 22:04
  is totally different from any relationship we have ever experienced here on this side
• 22:08
  of eternity. And some people have good relationships, Amen, I'm not gonna
• 22:14
  I have good relationships too. Amen. I have a good wife, I
• 22:15
  have a good family. But nothing's gonna compare to my father in Heaven.
• 22:22
  It's just that way. My wife will never tell you I'm perfect. I
• 22:25
  can't tell you she's perfect. I can say it as a compliment. Amen.

  But if you dig deeper, you're gonna understand that only one that we
• 22:33
  know that is perfect is God himself, and he's coming and reveals himself by
• 22:37
  way of Father, Son, holy ghosts. If you're into first mentions,
• 22:41
  the bib Ash says, the creator spirit rock Yloheim. Amen, and then
• 22:48
  the Son if you're into first mentions. But when Jesus shows up, he
• 22:52
  says, pray and baptize people in the name of the Father and of the
• 22:56
  Son and of the Holy Ghost the Holy Spirit. Amen, and go to
• 23:00
  the nations and do that. So Jesus quoted to the disciples how we should
• 23:04
  pray then, and he said directly. The first thing he said is to
• 23:08
  acknowledge our heavenly Father. Amen. In heaven, his name is Holy.
• 23:15
  Amen. So Jesus, let us know that our relationships, even though they
• 23:21
  fall short, Jesus, let us know that we can have a perfect relationship
• 23:25
  with the perfect God, Amen, who is perfecting us. By the way,
• 23:29
  we're adopted into God's family. Right, We're adopted into God's family.
• 23:33
  If you're not an Israelite, Amen, like me, I'm not an israel
• 23:38
  Light, but I'm adopted into the family of God by way of the resurrected
• 23:44
  Christ. Amen. We become linked into the new set of relationships, both
• 23:48
  in heaven and on earth to other believers. So I have brothers and sisters
• 23:53
  in Christ that I have never met in my life, on the other side
• 23:56
  of the world, in another country, another region, another city, another
• 24:00
  state. But we all have the same Father. Amen. Yahweh eloheen.
• 24:06
  Right, we have the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Although
• 24:11
  we are not from the lineage of Israel, Amen, per se, but
• 24:15
  we are adopted into the family God we grafted them. So it's a truth
• 24:21
  that it is balanced as a reminder that God is in heaven, He's all
• 24:25
  powerful, he's all holy, He's being on our comprehension, but he reveals
• 24:30
  himself to us. He understands everything, He knows everything, He created everything,
• 24:37
  and he sustains everything. We need this right. It's easy for us
• 24:42
  to create a reduced pocket sized God in our own image, but we have
• 24:47
  to remember that we didn't create God in our own image. God created us
• 24:51
  in his image. Amen, And an image of God created them. That
• 24:55
  was before the fall, after man fell. Then we started creating after the
• 25:00
  image of us, boring into the sinful nature. But God made a way
• 25:03
  back to make things right. As a matter of fact, at the end,
• 25:06
  Jesus sou I'm coming with a new Heaven and the new Earth. He
• 25:10
  makes things right between us back with the Father. Amen. He's the bridge,
• 25:15
  he's the one the door, he's the path. Amen. So much
• 25:18
  more there, Amen, That's why we gotta keep on going with this series
• 25:22
  the power Prayer. Amen. And read Hoseah chapter one, the whole chapter.

  Read Roman chapter nine, the whole chapter. Amen. And read Matthew
• 25:30
  where it says the law about the Lord's prayer, and you'll get a better
• 25:33
  understanding what we're talking about. But I'm out of time. Listen, I
