Last year’s July Fourth floods devastated the Hill Country, destroying 330 businesses in Kerr County alone—with 28 permanently closed. Recovery costs hit $38 million, but the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce Foundation has already donated $2 million to over 300 local businesses.
