Our first phrase is: 'Quiero abrir una cuenta.' Luna: Quiero abrir una cuenta. That means 'I want to open an account,' right? Lucas: Exactly right. Quiero is 'I want', abrir is 'to open', una cuenta is 'an account'. So, Quiero abrir una cuenta. Luna: Quiero abrir una cuenta. I can say that when I walk into a bank. Lucas: Yes! Let's practice: Quiero abrir una cuenta. Luna: Quiero abrir una cuenta. Lucas: Perfect. Now, imagine you need to change some money. You'd say: 'Necesito cambiar dinero.'
