- 0:05Speaker 1: He's got the best head of hair and podcasting.
- 0:08Speaker 2: This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 0:12Speaker 3: I have another photos that are being released of the
- 0:16Speaker 3: secretary as she is testifying from inside this room. Can
- 0:19Speaker 3: you please advise me as to whether or not that's
- 0:21Speaker 3: permissible and consistent with the rules, particularly given that we
- 0:25Speaker 3: have asked for public hearing. If there are photos that
- 0:28Speaker 3: are being released of the secretary she is testifying, can
- 0:31Speaker 3: you please explain how we've done.
- 0:33Speaker 2: If you guys are doing that, I am done.
- 0:34Speaker 3: You can pull me a contempt from now until the
- 0:36Speaker 3: cows come home.
- 0:37Speaker 2: This is just typical behavior.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Oh for Heaven's say to understand how that's permissible.
- 0:46Speaker 2: It doesn't matter. We all are abiding by the same rules. Yeah.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Well, I would like to take a break.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Get this.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I'd like to.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Go off the record record. Welcome back, America.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I am Rich Valdez Valdez with thats happy to be
- 1:04Speaker 1: here with you and I with us. We have our guest.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Our guest is Jennifer Kelly. Some of us Norah's Jen
- 1:09Speaker 1: Kerns from back in the days. She was the spokesperson
- 1:11Speaker 1: for the California Republican Party. She's also the author of
- 1:15Speaker 1: the Real war on women. She's a Republican strategist and
- 1:20Speaker 1: really just always knows what's going on. She keeps her
- 1:22Speaker 1: ear to the ground. Host of the Jennifer Kelly Show
- 1:24Speaker 1: as well on radio all over the country. Jen Kelly,
- 1:27Speaker 1: welcome back.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Thanks so much for having me rich.
- 1:30Speaker 4: You bet so.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I want to get into a couple of things with you. First,
- 1:34Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, she's testifying not so much from her comfy
- 1:37Speaker 1: home in Chappaqua, but in Chappaqua on the less performing
- 1:41Speaker 1: arts centers. She had a nice little roundtable discussion and
- 1:44Speaker 1: they were doing it, I guess kind of by zoom
- 1:46Speaker 1: virtually or something like that, and things got interesting. She
- 1:51Speaker 1: started saying, hey, you've got to First of all, the
- 1:54Speaker 1: first thing she said that I thought was interesting was
- 1:56Speaker 1: she said, being somebody that's been so hard on on
- 2:00Speaker 1: sex trafficking since my days as first Lady of the
- 2:03Speaker 1: United States, I should be held to be a higher standard,
- 2:07Speaker 1: and so should the President and everything that he's done
- 2:11Speaker 1: in his cover up of the Epstein matters.
- 2:12Speaker 4: And she was just.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Slinging it all on Trump, and that was going all
- 2:16Speaker 1: good and well until a picture of her in the
- 2:20Speaker 1: deposition made its way around from Congressman Lauren Bolbert sent
- 2:24Speaker 1: to Bennie Johnson, and all hell broke loose after that.
- 2:27Speaker 5: Tell us more well, I thought it was so ironic,
- 2:30Speaker 5: rich that you mentioned she was doing her deposition from
- 2:34Speaker 5: the Performing Arts Center.
- 2:36Speaker 6: This is the woman who has pretended and performed for
- 2:39Speaker 6: the last thirty five years and pretends to care about women,
- 2:43Speaker 6: when in fact, in her husband's own history she didn't
- 2:47Speaker 6: care too much about slandering and smearing Paula Jones, who
- 2:50Speaker 6: has later proven to be true in the settlement that
- 2:53Speaker 6: Bill Clinton did with her.
- 2:54Speaker 5: And the list goes on and on, the Lewinsky scandal,
- 2:58Speaker 5: the Anita Broderick scandal. This woman in Hillary Clinton, has
- 3:01Speaker 5: been performing for the better part of thirty five years
- 3:04Speaker 5: pretending that.
- 3:05Speaker 2: She cares about women.
- 3:06Speaker 5: So I thought that was ironic.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Well, secondly, this claim that she makes.
- 3:10Speaker 5: About President Trump, I mean, let the record show that
- 3:13Speaker 5: it was none other than the Jeffrey Epstein's survivor, Virginia Jeffrey,
- 3:19Speaker 5: who testified and stuck her neck out, and she was
- 3:22Speaker 5: actually asked specifically about Donald Trump, then citizen Donald Trump,
- 3:27Speaker 5: and she said that in her experience at mar A Lago,
- 3:30Speaker 5: where she was doing nannying duties for families around the
- 3:34Speaker 5: pool side at mar A Lago. She said that Donald
- 3:36Speaker 5: Trump was actually nothing but cordial, nothing but professional, never
- 3:40Speaker 5: crossed the line.
- 3:41Speaker 2: In fact, asked her quite a bit about how.
- 3:44Speaker 5: You make money in the babysitting business, which I thought
- 3:46Speaker 5: was kind of cute. You know, Donald Trump is this
- 3:48Speaker 5: grandpa guy, and he said, hey, if we can help
- 3:51Speaker 5: you out in anyway, let us know, we'll refer you.
- 3:54Speaker 5: We'll put you on the bulletin board at mar A Lago,
- 3:56Speaker 5: at this swimming pool.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And so look this woman j.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Jeffrey, who is now, by the way, no longer with us,
- 4:03Speaker 5: which is quite sad. If she wanted to say something
- 4:07Speaker 5: bad about Donald Trump, if there had been something bad
- 4:11Speaker 5: to say about Donald Trump, she would have said it
- 4:13Speaker 5: in that interview, because she literally was risking her life
- 4:16Speaker 5: to speak out against you know, Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew
- 4:21Speaker 5: and so many of the people that we now know
- 4:22Speaker 5: were actually involved in this.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, no question, poor lady. And again there's a
- 4:27Speaker 1: lot of speculation around her death. Her you know, doing
- 4:31Speaker 1: all of this to commit suicide seemed very odd to
- 4:34Speaker 1: a lot of people that she made all these dare
- 4:37Speaker 1: devil types of actions. Now you mentioned Prince Andrew last
- 4:41Speaker 1: Thursday he was arrested. I was under the impression that
- 4:45Speaker 1: he was already kicked out of the Royal family. I
- 4:47Speaker 1: guess they had taken his title officially, but he's still
- 4:50Speaker 1: a part of the family. Now they're saying they might
- 4:51Speaker 1: actually take him out of the family.
- 4:53Speaker 4: What do you know about that. I don't know much.
- 4:55Speaker 1: I'm not much of a royal, but I know that
- 4:56Speaker 1: you keep your ear to the ground on all things USA,
- 5:00Speaker 1: hoping that you're informed on the UK as well.
- 5:03Speaker 5: Yeah, well sure, I think there's you know, at certain
- 5:05Speaker 5: levels of disownment in the Royal family, right, there's you know,
- 5:09Speaker 5: the stripping or the giving back of one's title. We
- 5:12Speaker 5: saw that with Princess Diana when she went on television
- 5:16Speaker 5: and the Royal Family thought that she had embarrassed not
- 5:19Speaker 5: only herself but also the Royal family in talking about
- 5:23Speaker 5: Prince Charles's cheating with Camilla Bowles at the time, and
- 5:27Speaker 5: so she was stripped of that hr H, her Royal
- 5:29Speaker 5: Highness title. So you could be stripped of title, you
- 5:32Speaker 5: can also be stripped of the money that comes in, right,
- 5:35Speaker 5: because it's very lucrative to be a part of the
- 5:38Speaker 5: Windsor family.
- 5:39Speaker 2: That comes with lots of trappings, that comes with you.
- 5:42Speaker 5: Know, free rent, free mortgage at you know, Sandringham Palace
- 5:45Speaker 5: and some of the other places. And then I think
- 5:47Speaker 5: there is this third level, and it is a pretty
- 5:50Speaker 5: deep cut. But in the case of Prince Andrew, if
- 5:53Speaker 5: he is guilty of what many suspect that he's guilty of,
- 5:57Speaker 5: he probably does deserve that. And that's just completely ostracized
- 6:02Speaker 5: completely having other members of the royal family, you know,
- 6:05Speaker 5: pretty much not even acknowledge that you exist.
- 6:08Speaker 2: And I think that's what's going to be happening here.
- 6:10Speaker 5: You know, we haven't really heard from Sarah Ferguson aka Fergie.
- 6:15Speaker 5: It turns out she's gone to some spa wellness spa
- 6:19Speaker 5: to kind of hide out for a while. So it'd
- 6:20Speaker 5: be interesting how she can sort of rebuild her relationship
- 6:24Speaker 5: because apparently this couple was letting their two small daughters
- 6:28Speaker 5: hang around Epstein and I think that's a problem for
- 6:30Speaker 5: her public relations image for sure.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, without a question, amigos, We're on with Jen Kelly.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Jen Kelly is the author of The Real War on Women.
- 6:40Speaker 1: You could check her out on the Jen Kelly show.
- 6:42Speaker 1: She is a former spokesperson for the California Republican Party,
- 6:46Speaker 1: and you know, Jen Kelly, this stuff I find so
- 6:50Speaker 1: interesting circling back to Hillary Clinton because there's such an
- 6:56Speaker 1: interest in this, and I understand, I don't mean to
- 6:58Speaker 1: minimize it, right, I think it's very interesting and it's important.
- 7:00Speaker 1: You're talking about human beings being trafficked for sex and
- 7:04Speaker 1: slavery and things like that.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Horrific.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I just and I'm glad there's attention on it. I
- 7:09Speaker 1: just feel like the attention we're putting on it isn't
- 7:12Speaker 1: necessarily the attention that makes much of a difference. What
- 7:16Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton says or doesn't say. Isn't going to put
- 7:18Speaker 1: her in jail for telling James Comb or something, right,
- 7:21Speaker 1: It's just gonna let more.
- 7:23Speaker 4: People get angry.
- 7:24Speaker 1: And Okay, that's fine if you want to fight a
- 7:26Speaker 1: pr war, if you're trying to correct the record somehow
- 7:28Speaker 1: swing public opinion, increase awareness, got it. But I feel like,
- 7:32Speaker 1: you know, I started this before you came on with
- 7:34Speaker 1: my monologue talking about there's a I feel that our
- 7:39Speaker 1: side of the aisle, conservatives are so are yearning for
- 7:44Speaker 1: true accountability, and I feel like there's a level of
- 7:47Speaker 1: accountability that we want that we may not truly be
- 7:50Speaker 1: able to attain.
- 7:51Speaker 4: In this life.
- 7:53Speaker 1: And it just seems like it's an outsized portion of
- 7:57Speaker 1: accountability that we're looking for. And I don't know if
- 8:00Speaker 1: this is all right. Let me see if maybe we
- 8:03Speaker 1: give you a little Clinton under oath, maybe that'll satisfy you.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Here's your pound of flesh, But I don't think that's
- 8:10Speaker 1: quite a pound of flesh.
- 8:11Speaker 4: What's say you?
- 8:12Speaker 5: Well, I'll tackle the Hillary question first, but I think
- 8:15Speaker 5: you're right on the latter point, and I'll get to
- 8:18Speaker 5: that and how it really I think will affect the midterms.
- 8:20Speaker 5: But the Hillary deposition is actually, I think a huge victory.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Here's why.
- 8:26Speaker 5: She is a lawyer herself, her husband is a lawyer herself.
- 8:29Speaker 5: They are surrounded by a team of lawyers, David Boyce
- 8:33Speaker 5: and all those folks institutional you know, gigantic lawyers.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Believe me, Hillary Clinton did.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Not want to be under deposition today, and I give
- 8:42Speaker 5: strong kudos to the Republicans in Congress for making sure.
- 8:46Speaker 2: That that happened. That would not have happened with the previous.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Big political win for sure.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Big political win.
- 8:52Speaker 5: And number two, the other reason she doesn't want to
- 8:54Speaker 5: be under oath is because I believe she may have
- 8:57Speaker 5: known about the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein. You know, one
- 9:00Speaker 5: of her famous lines from today was, oh, well, I
- 9:02Speaker 5: knew Jeffrey Epstein, but I had no idea these things
- 9:05Speaker 5: were taking place.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Well, the photos we've actually seen.
- 9:08Speaker 5: In Hillary Clinton, these weren't one of those things where oh, yes,
- 9:11Speaker 5: I was in a ballroom with him and there were
- 9:13Speaker 5: fifteen hundred other people around. No, she was a pool
- 9:16Speaker 5: side with Jeffrey Epstein and a cast of characters who
- 9:20Speaker 5: also have very serious allegations against them, from Stephen Hawking
- 9:24Speaker 5: to Bill Clinton himself and did Jeffrey Epstein himself and others,
- 9:30Speaker 5: And so you know, this was very uncomfortable for her.
- 9:33Speaker 5: And look, the thing that I think is the big
- 9:35Speaker 5: win she did have to get deposed because she's dealing
- 9:39Speaker 5: with now a Republican Congress that, thanks to Trump, actually
- 9:42Speaker 5: has a backbone and would have put her in jail
- 9:45Speaker 5: for contempt of Congress. And that I think is a
- 9:48Speaker 5: big game changer. To address your second point, yeah, we
- 9:52Speaker 5: do need more scalps on the wall. We just do
- 9:55Speaker 5: we need more wins. When I scroll through TikTok or.
- 10:00Speaker 5: I talk to my uncle in Texas. People who aren't
- 10:03Speaker 5: you inside the Boltway loop or inside media as we are,
- 10:06Speaker 5: they are boiling mad.
- 10:09Speaker 2: They want ilhan Omar in jail.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Yes, they want her in jail for all this Minneapolis fraud.
- 10:16Speaker 5: They want people literally, they want the orange jumpsuit purp walk.
- 10:19Speaker 5: And you can't blame them because these are the American
- 10:22Speaker 5: taxpayer's dollars that have been defrauded here.
- 10:25Speaker 2: And so I think that is a very good point.
- 10:28Speaker 5: I do think that Donald Trump is going to have
- 10:30Speaker 5: to have two or three of those purp walks in
- 10:33Speaker 5: order to keep the base enthus right, because a midterm election,
- 10:38Speaker 5: which is coming up just six months from now. Midterm
- 10:40Speaker 5: election is about the enthusiasm of the base. It's not
- 10:44Speaker 5: like a presidential election every four years, where it's about
- 10:46Speaker 5: who's on MTV and who's popular and who's doing a
- 10:49Speaker 5: swing through you know, different states. This is something that
- 10:53Speaker 5: the base only gets their buns up off the couch
- 10:56Speaker 5: if they're excited about you and they're happy, and if
- 10:59Speaker 5: they're mad, which I think many of the people in
- 11:02Speaker 5: the base are. That nobody's going to jail over this.
- 11:06Speaker 5: You're going to have a hard time, and the Republican
- 11:08Speaker 5: turnout is going to be depressed in places where you
- 11:11Speaker 5: have twenty two seats that are up for grabs that
- 11:13Speaker 5: are really razor thin close.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with that. Now, what do you think
- 11:18Speaker 1: about this? Because I mean, if I were Trump's lawyer,
- 11:21Speaker 1: I would say, what.
- 11:22Speaker 4: About Latitia James? What about James? Call me. It's not
- 11:25Speaker 4: like we're not trying.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Look, it's where the rubber meets the road, right. So,
- 11:33Speaker 5: you know, President Trump, especially in twenty twenty four when
- 11:37Speaker 5: he campaigned for his second term, he promised that these
- 11:41Speaker 5: people are going to jail. That it wasn't just a
- 11:43Speaker 5: chance like it was back in twenty sixteen with Hillary
- 11:46Speaker 5: Clinton kind of a fun, funny locker up. This was actually, Hey,
- 11:50Speaker 5: the people who perpetrated the Russian collusion, you know scandal,
- 11:56Speaker 5: they need to be in jail. And President Trump promised
- 11:59Speaker 5: us that there are people who were going to.
- 12:00Speaker 2: Go to jail for that. Maybe James Colemy is one
- 12:02Speaker 2: of those. Also, you have the you know, the J
- 12:06Speaker 2: six incident.
- 12:07Speaker 5: We still haven't quite gotten to the bottom of it,
- 12:09Speaker 5: but it does appear, according to members of Congress, that
- 12:12Speaker 5: there were FBI agents that were goading people to go
- 12:15Speaker 5: into the building, and some of those people need to
- 12:17Speaker 5: be held accountable. And then of course the rampant fraud,
- 12:20Speaker 5: the people who are just ripping off the people of Minnesota,
- 12:24Speaker 5: the people of California, those people also need to be
- 12:27Speaker 5: put in jail, and not just see you know, I'm
- 12:29Speaker 5: not talking about the guy who was running the you know,
- 12:31Speaker 5: Somalian Learning center in Minneapolis. I'm talking about the institutional actors,
- 12:36Speaker 5: the people like Governor Tim Waltz who knew he couldn't
- 12:39Speaker 5: speak up because he was probably getting campaign funds from
- 12:42Speaker 5: the same people and the same community. Those people also
- 12:46Speaker 5: need to be held accountable. So I think you have
- 12:47Speaker 5: to have some strategic combination. Maybe one person from each
- 12:52Speaker 5: of those scandals really has to be facing some serious
- 12:55Speaker 5: jail time. Maybe they're not in jail yet, but maybe
- 12:57Speaker 5: they're going to trial, maybe they're going through the motions,
- 13:00Speaker 5: but those indictments. In my view, Rich, one to three
- 13:03Speaker 5: of those have to happen in order for Republicans to
- 13:06Speaker 5: stay enthused about the midterms.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I don't disagree with you, but I will say today
- 13:11Speaker 1: we went in the other direction. Zoron Mamdami meets with
- 13:14Speaker 1: President Trump in the White House and he comes home
- 13:17Speaker 1: with a terrorist sympathizer. He says, Hey, I need you
- 13:19Speaker 1: to release this girl, and boom, the girl gets released,
- 13:22Speaker 1: one of those Columbia agitators. It seems like it's going
- 13:28Speaker 1: against the grain in terms of accountability and people being
- 13:32Speaker 1: held to account. What do you think about that one?
- 13:34Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a tough one. Look.
- 13:36Speaker 5: On the one hand, I know that President Trump, you know,
- 13:40Speaker 5: understands they are miles apart.
- 13:42Speaker 2: You know, conservatism and socialism could not be further apart.
- 13:46Speaker 5: So on the one hand, I think he wants to
- 13:48Speaker 5: be tough on him. On the other hand, Trump recognizes
- 13:51Speaker 5: game and he understands that.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Zoron Mom Donnie one in a landslide.
- 13:56Speaker 5: Trump politically respects that about people, and so I think he's.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Can give him a chance.
- 14:01Speaker 5: But much like he gave Gavin Neussim a chance back
- 14:05Speaker 5: in his first term in twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, remember
- 14:08Speaker 5: he was, you know, saying, oh, I've been texting with
- 14:10Speaker 5: Gavin Newsom, He's a fine guy.
- 14:12Speaker 2: All that stuff. I think he will end up getting
- 14:15Speaker 2: burned by the zoron Mom Donny thing.
- 14:17Speaker 5: But in the end, Trump does have those final cards
- 14:21Speaker 5: that he will hold because he's got an awful lot
- 14:23Speaker 5: of federal funding that he can hold back, or even
- 14:27Speaker 5: if he gives it, then he can revoke that. You know,
- 14:29Speaker 5: I think he's giving zoron a little bit of a leash.
- 14:33Speaker 5: But yeah, that was a little perplexing today. It was
- 14:35Speaker 5: almost like a hostage swap, like what are we getting?
- 14:38Speaker 2: What are we getting in exchange for this?
- 14:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I got a text from a buddy of mine.
- 14:42Speaker 1: I said, listen, take it easy, relaxed. This is just
- 14:44Speaker 1: an average prisoner exchange.
- 14:46Speaker 4: That's all this was.
- 14:48Speaker 1: We just don't know what we got in return. All right,
- 14:51Speaker 1: we'll get out. You brought up Gavin Newsom, so we're
- 14:53Speaker 1: gonna go to him. But go and take a pause
- 14:54Speaker 1: right here, on migos, We're coming right back with Jen Kelly.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Don't go anywhere.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I'm like you, you've never seen me read a speech,
- 15:13Speaker 1: because I cannot read the speech.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Young black kids growing up in the Bronx.
- 15:20Speaker 5: Who don't even know what the word computers, they don't know,
- 15:23Speaker 5: they don't know these things.
- 15:24Speaker 4: Not everybody in the community.
- 15:26Speaker 5: I'm a Hispanic here in the African American community know.
- 15:29Speaker 6: How to use know how to get online.
- 15:32Speaker 4: I mean you've got the first sort of mainstream African American. Yeah,
- 15:39Speaker 4: who is.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Articulate in bright and and clean and nicocing.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Guys take back our streets from crime, gangs and drugs.
- 15:49Speaker 2: They are not just gangs of kids anymore.
- 15:51Speaker 3: They are often the kinds of kids that are called
- 15:54Speaker 3: super predatory.
- 15:56Speaker 4: All right, how many there welcome back.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm Ego's Rich Valdesk keeping your company tonight and our
- 16:00Speaker 1: guest Jennifer Kelly. Jen Kelly keeps her ear to the ground.
- 16:04Speaker 1: She knows what's going on. She was the spokesperson for
- 16:06Speaker 1: the California Republican Party. She also served in the Schwarzenegger
- 16:09Speaker 1: administrate administration as an insurance commissioner. She knows exactly what's
- 16:14Speaker 1: going on and where those bodies are buried in California.
- 16:17Speaker 1: And I want to start with the video that we
- 16:18Speaker 1: just saw. We just saw a video of Rene composts.
- 16:22Speaker 1: This guy was found guilty and did time for child
- 16:26Speaker 1: sexual abuse material being in possession of it. He's a
- 16:30Speaker 1: registered sex offender. Now he's running for city council in Fresno.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Jen Kelly, I know you're one of the people that
- 16:36Speaker 1: left California because it got too crazy. But what is
- 16:39Speaker 1: up with the crazy in California?
- 16:42Speaker 5: I mean, just when you think California can't go crazier,
- 16:45Speaker 5: I mean, it's just like it's almost like falling off
- 16:47Speaker 5: into the ocean. And look, I've been saying that for
- 16:50Speaker 5: ten fifteen years, but this is pretty crazy even in Fresno.
- 16:55Speaker 5: Fresno is a pretty family values community, a Republican stronghold.
- 17:00Speaker 5: It's in the central Valley of California. It's a place
- 17:03Speaker 5: I've won actually a lot of elections. You really can't
- 17:05Speaker 5: win as a Republican statewide unless you can win in
- 17:08Speaker 5: places like Fresno, Modesto, Bakersfields. This is interesting, but look,
- 17:13Speaker 5: this is kind of where we've gone though. We are
- 17:16Speaker 5: now in this attention economy right where you know, we
- 17:20Speaker 5: used to say, ten to fifteen years ago in pr
- 17:21Speaker 5: there's no such thing as bad press, and then you
- 17:24Speaker 5: would kind of say, well, there are some exceptions to
- 17:26Speaker 5: that rule. Bad press is sometimes just bad. But now
- 17:30Speaker 5: we're in this attention economy where it doesn't matter if you're.
- 17:32Speaker 2: A convicted felon or a child sex offender.
- 17:36Speaker 5: If you have a million TikTok views, you actually might
- 17:39Speaker 5: have a chance to be the next Congress member from there,
- 17:42Speaker 5: and that I think is actually a bigger issue than
- 17:44Speaker 5: the political issue. I think that's a societal issue and
- 17:47Speaker 5: a cultural issue.
- 17:48Speaker 2: And you know, with the rise.
- 17:50Speaker 5: Of Ai and TikTok and all these things, man, we're
- 17:52Speaker 5: sort of entering into the wild West. So could California
- 17:55Speaker 5: get crazier? Short answer, yes.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Well, you know, to get tangential for a second. You
- 18:02Speaker 1: bring this up, and really it applies to our industry
- 18:04Speaker 1: and just quick sidebar with eyeballs, right, it's all about
- 18:08Speaker 1: eyeballs and the gatekeepers that once existed don't exist. The
- 18:13Speaker 1: necessity for certain networks that once existed doesn't really exist
- 18:17Speaker 1: as much as it once did. And you know, not
- 18:20Speaker 1: everybody can break the mold, but more and more are
- 18:23Speaker 1: doing it. And I see that as a positive from
- 18:27Speaker 1: a business standpoint and as a negative from the electoral standpoint,
- 18:31Speaker 1: where you know, you could make a case for positivity
- 18:34Speaker 1: there too, and you could say, hey, look, this guy's
- 18:36Speaker 1: convicted sex offender. If you're pro convicted sex offenders and
- 18:39Speaker 1: want them to have a second chance.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Good for you.
- 18:42Speaker 1: You know, I was joking yesterday with a mutual friend
- 18:45Speaker 1: of ours Professor Nick Jordano, and I was telling him
- 18:48Speaker 1: about this video I saw where the guy's filling out
- 18:52Speaker 1: petitions and he's trolling people, and he says, Hi, I
- 18:54Speaker 1: am filling out a petition to release so and so
- 18:57Speaker 1: from from jail. He was deported by IC. He's a
- 19:00Speaker 1: MS thirteen, he's got five bodies. But we believe in
- 19:03Speaker 1: second chances. And these people are like, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 19:07Speaker 1: sure until he says, will you let him in your house?
- 19:09Speaker 4: And then he said no, no, no, no, and.
- 19:10Speaker 1: One lady actually yesterday said yes. And I feel like, Wow,
- 19:13Speaker 1: We're getting crazier and crazier when people are saying, yeah,
- 19:16Speaker 1: I'll house the guy who murdered five people and fled
- 19:18Speaker 1: his home country.
- 19:20Speaker 4: I'll put him in my house. That's the type of
- 19:22Speaker 4: crazy we're at.
- 19:23Speaker 5: Well in that petition, by the way, should be required
- 19:27Speaker 5: signing by every member of Congress who is actually going
- 19:30Speaker 5: to vote on things like border patrol, border security funding
- 19:34Speaker 5: for the Department's so my security.
- 19:36Speaker 2: So you just came up with a great idea there.
- 19:39Speaker 4: I thought it was so funny.
- 19:41Speaker 2: But yes, you will house them in your own personal home?
- 19:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we should have the members of Congress housing
- 19:46Speaker 1: them in their homes. But I find that to be
- 19:49Speaker 1: the case where we are, and I think Gavin Newston's
- 19:51Speaker 1: kind of like one of those people. He's a very
- 19:53Speaker 1: popular guy. I think his polish is attractive to certain people.
- 19:59Speaker 1: I can tell you I don't like a lot of
- 20:00Speaker 1: things he does policy wise. But he made a comment
- 20:02Speaker 1: recently and I think we might have a video of
- 20:04Speaker 1: it where he mentioned this comment and he says, yeah,
- 20:09Speaker 1: I'm just like you man, you know, talking to the interviewer.
- 20:12Speaker 1: And some people were saying that, you know, this was misunderstood.
- 20:15Speaker 1: It's like, I'm also black, I'm just like you because
- 20:17Speaker 1: the guy was black. I think he was trying to say,
- 20:20Speaker 1: you also have dyslexia. I don't know if the guy
- 20:22Speaker 1: did or not. I know I had some of that
- 20:24Speaker 1: growing up as a part of my ADHD and not fun.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Not fun, but half the time you don't even know
- 20:29Speaker 1: right until somebody tells you. But it made him normal
- 20:33Speaker 1: and even to a guy like me, and it's very
- 20:34Speaker 1: critical of him. I was like, oh, you too made up?
- 20:37Speaker 1: But yeah, look at that, right, what do you think?
- 20:40Speaker 5: Well, look, I think when it comes to Gavin Newsom,
- 20:43Speaker 5: there really are no mistakes. So this is a guy
- 20:46Speaker 5: I've known for twenty five years almost he's been in
- 20:50Speaker 5: politics thirty five years. And look, I think his slip
- 20:54Speaker 5: up there, I think that's truly how he feels.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I truly feel that when.
- 20:59Speaker 5: Democrats talk about quote unquote black and brown people, of
- 21:02Speaker 5: which my grandfather was one. My grandfather, as you know,
- 21:05Speaker 5: is Puerto Rican. You know, when Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom,
- 21:10Speaker 5: these white, white bred guys talk about black and brown people,
- 21:14Speaker 5: I just think it's just such talking down to the
- 21:17Speaker 5: Hispanic and Black communities. And so you know when he
- 21:21Speaker 5: says like, oh.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm as dumb as you black people, I think
- 21:24Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom actually means what he he slipped up to say.
- 21:28Speaker 2: This is a kid who grew up in Marin County.
- 21:31Speaker 2: If you think San Francisco is.
- 21:33Speaker 5: Rich, Marin County maybe is tied with Westchester County of
- 21:37Speaker 5: being the wealthiest county in America.
- 21:40Speaker 2: This is a place where Gavin Newsom grew up.
- 21:41Speaker 5: Yet his public tale that he tells in his new
- 21:45Speaker 5: book is oh, I grew up.
- 21:47Speaker 2: With a poor working mother all this stuff. No he didn't.
- 21:49Speaker 5: He grew up with a very wealthy father who was
- 21:52Speaker 5: a judge, who was very much in the political scene
- 21:56Speaker 5: in San Francisco, and he really was considered one of
- 22:00Speaker 5: the surrogate sons of the Geeddy billionaire family. And so,
- 22:04Speaker 5: you know, he has sort of these you know, two views.
- 22:07Speaker 2: It's almost schizophrenic.
- 22:09Speaker 5: You know, I'm not a psychotherapist, but if I look
- 22:11Speaker 5: at Gavinussim, he definitely has these two tracks in his
- 22:14Speaker 5: mind where it's the one tale he wants you to believe,
- 22:17Speaker 5: all shucks, I'm just as dumb as you black and
- 22:20Speaker 5: brown people, and I'm just a poor you know, like
- 22:23Speaker 5: Steve Martin said in The Jerk, I'm just a.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Poor black man. But really, the reality on.
- 22:28Speaker 5: The other side of that track is the real Gavinussom,
- 22:31Speaker 5: who was actually brought up with a pretty big silver
- 22:34Speaker 5: spoon in his mouth.
- 22:36Speaker 1: I tend to believe that he's really good at what
- 22:38Speaker 1: he does. Like Zoron Mamdani, he's able to attract people
- 22:41Speaker 1: to his column. Whether there's people that don't like him
- 22:45Speaker 1: or see through it or not, there's still a lot
- 22:46Speaker 1: of people like, eh, I'll give him a shot. I
- 22:49Speaker 1: still think he's a viable candidate. A lot of people
- 22:52Speaker 1: saying no way, not. After he's set California on fire.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I was like, bro, find me a Democrat who hasn't
- 22:57Speaker 1: set California on fire and isn't openly you know, friendly
- 23:01Speaker 1: with Fidel Castro, and they all seem to be and
- 23:04Speaker 1: that doesn't harm them because those things are viewed as
- 23:06Speaker 1: virtue instead of vice in California. Do you agree that
- 23:09Speaker 1: he's a good contender for the next election for president?
- 23:14Speaker 2: Oh? Absolutely, one hundred percent.
- 23:16Speaker 5: He's currently polling about twenty points ahead of AOC.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Well, if you flip on the MSNBC at night, you.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Was already inaugurated on MSNBC.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Yes, yes, right, we.
- 23:27Speaker 5: Already got the white Women's suffrage ball gown. We're set,
- 23:30Speaker 5: We're good to go. But no, he's quite ahead of
- 23:33Speaker 5: her and the entire field, you know, even the Shapiro,
- 23:37Speaker 5: the governor of Pennsylvania, any others that they kind of
- 23:39Speaker 5: threw into this poll. The only person who's currently out
- 23:43Speaker 5: polling him right now is his arch rival. These these
- 23:46Speaker 5: two go back thirty five years. He and Kamala Harris
- 23:50Speaker 5: have been competing for the same political jobs for thirty
- 23:54Speaker 5: five years, dating back to their San Francisco days when
- 23:57Speaker 5: Gavin wanted to run for mayor of San since they say, oh, now, now, boy,
- 24:01Speaker 5: you're not quite ready, why don't you go run for
- 24:03Speaker 5: San Francisco County Supervisor. So he did, He grinned and
- 24:07Speaker 5: buried it, and then Kamala Harris got to run for
- 24:09Speaker 5: all sorts of fun things. And then when he ran
- 24:11Speaker 5: for mayor, she wanted to run for mayor, and they
- 24:13Speaker 5: made a deal where he would be mayor and she
- 24:15Speaker 5: would be district attorney.
- 24:16Speaker 2: And that's how Prop eight came about.
- 24:18Speaker 5: When they give out, you know, the marriage licenses against
- 24:21Speaker 5: the law and all that.
- 24:22Speaker 2: So these two have been kind.
- 24:23Speaker 5: Of doing this, like, to use a word from my
- 24:25Speaker 5: home state of Oklahoma, they've been doing this like political
- 24:28Speaker 5: docy dough where they have to kind of dance together,
- 24:31Speaker 5: but they're also behind the scenes kind of stamping each
- 24:34Speaker 5: other in the foot. But I don't think in the
- 24:37Speaker 5: end that Kamala Harris will end up running.
- 24:39Speaker 2: The one reason why.
- 24:41Speaker 5: So yeah, Well, I think I think it's too much
- 24:45Speaker 5: work for her, and.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I see her being a two time loser like Hillary Clinton.
- 24:51Speaker 5: Yes, two time loser. The campaign trail is very grueling.
- 24:57Speaker 5: I just don't think she has it in her. I
- 24:59Speaker 5: think she would rather be like a political influencer in
- 25:02Speaker 5: the Democrat Party, like you know the way that Barack
- 25:05Speaker 5: Obama is, and I don't think in the end Kamalo
- 25:08Speaker 5: will want will run and then what that does. That
- 25:11Speaker 5: puts Gavin Newsom right in the pole position. And so look,
- 25:15Speaker 5: I agree with you. I think people way underestimate him.
- 25:18Speaker 5: I'll tell you I've gone up against him at the
- 25:20Speaker 5: ballot box for twenty five years.
- 25:22Speaker 2: I'm the only.
- 25:23Speaker 5: Press secretary still to this day, Republican or Democrat that's
- 25:27Speaker 5: ever beaten him at the ballot box. That was a
- 25:28Speaker 5: long time ago, in two thousand and eight, but we
- 25:31Speaker 5: were able to do it. But he hasn't really lost
- 25:33Speaker 5: since then. That was eighteen almost eighteen years ago. So
- 25:37Speaker 5: do not underestimate him.
- 25:39Speaker 2: You're absolutely right.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, Well talk to us about what's going
- 25:44Speaker 1: on with you. Where people can get a copy of
- 25:46Speaker 1: your book, The Real War on Women? How do they
- 25:48Speaker 1: check out your show? Give us the scoop?
- 25:50Speaker 5: Sure, they can go to the Jennifer kellyshow dot com.
- 25:53Speaker 5: You can listen to episodes, read read more about what
- 25:56Speaker 5: I've been up to. And I think we're going to
- 25:58Speaker 5: launch a kindle version of the book. And then I'm
- 26:02Speaker 5: working on my next two books, which is The War
- 26:04Speaker 5: on Children, which, in light of all the Jeffrey Epstein's stuff,
- 26:07Speaker 5: perfect Joamy just talks about how the Left has been,
- 26:10Speaker 5: you know, targeting our kids, from these ice school walkouts
- 26:13Speaker 5: to the transgender switches they're trying to do with kids.
- 26:16Speaker 5: And then the book after that is The War on Men.
- 26:19Speaker 5: As you know, men have been under attack, and you know,
- 26:22Speaker 5: men are responsible for so many of our wonderful institutions,
- 26:26Speaker 5: the construction of this country.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Look at the skyscrapers in New York City.
- 26:29Speaker 5: Those are all built by men. Wall Street built by men.
- 26:32Speaker 5: Corporate America. Whether you like it or not, sometimes it's
- 26:37Speaker 5: provided more opportunity and freedom for millions and millions of people,
- 26:40Speaker 5: not just in the States but around the world. And
- 26:42Speaker 5: those institutions were all created by men. There's a reason
- 26:46Speaker 5: the Left wants to take down men, because they want
- 26:48Speaker 5: to take down to all those institutions as well and
- 26:50Speaker 5: replace it with socialism.
- 26:52Speaker 2: So working on that, so that should be a lot
- 26:54Speaker 2: of fun.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Sounds like a bestseller in the making. I want to
- 26:57Speaker 1: get a little bit of a tease from you on
- 26:59Speaker 1: the on the War on Children, because I was born
- 27:04Speaker 1: in Brooklyn, but I grew up in Hudson County, New Jersey,
- 27:06Speaker 1: and recently the good Senator Robert Menendez from New Jersey
- 27:12Speaker 1: who's now imprisoned, he gave up a Senate his Senate seat, obviously,
- 27:16Speaker 1: but before that he was the congressman for the thirteenth
- 27:20Speaker 1: district in New Jersey, and his son, Robert Menendez Junior,
- 27:24Speaker 1: is now the holder of that seat, as you would
- 27:28Speaker 1: have in New Jersey tradition, right, And he was out
- 27:32Speaker 1: there inciting these people, these young people, high schoolers at
- 27:35Speaker 1: the high school that I went to, north Berg and
- 27:37Speaker 1: High School. And I saw this on Instagram and him
- 27:42Speaker 1: and one other adult and a bunch of kids that
- 27:44Speaker 1: were like, hey, let's do a walk out. Find me
- 27:45Speaker 1: a kid that doesn't want to go to any walkout
- 27:47Speaker 1: for any purpose, right, So and they're like this is.
- 27:50Speaker 4: Our future and they're like yeah. I was like, they
- 27:53Speaker 4: just didn't want to go to school.
- 27:55Speaker 1: But these two adults, I think somebody used to hold
- 27:57Speaker 1: them responsible for brainwashing these or at least nothing else,
- 28:01Speaker 1: at least letting people know, look, we are brainwashing the kids.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Since you weren't, we decided to do it.
- 28:07Speaker 1: But they come across as hey, these kids are organized
- 28:09Speaker 1: a walk out, so we just came here to support them.
- 28:11Speaker 4: Come on, come on, nobody's tyme no.
- 28:15Speaker 5: Look, you know, the basically the teachers' unions, and this
- 28:18Speaker 5: includes you know, the California Teachers Association, the largest teachers
- 28:22Speaker 5: union in the United States. I mean, these guys basically
- 28:25Speaker 5: exist just to indoctrinate your kids. That's what they're all about.
- 28:29Speaker 5: That first of all, they're for pay and benefits themselves.
- 28:32Speaker 5: And number two, they are there to make sure that
- 28:34Speaker 5: your kids leave those institutions completely detached from their parents
- 28:40Speaker 5: and completely brainwashed. And that's one of the reasons I've
- 28:43Speaker 5: done this whole series of books, The Real War on
- 28:45Speaker 5: Women to the War on Kids, War On Men, because
- 28:48Speaker 5: I was hearing from my focused group of moms across
- 28:51Speaker 5: the country. They're calling me saying, hey, we're getting clobbered
- 28:55Speaker 5: in the school drop off line by the mean girl
- 28:57Speaker 5: moms with their liberal yetti you know, tumblers, and they're
- 29:01Speaker 5: telling us orange Man bad and all this stuff. We
- 29:04Speaker 5: need some fact checks out here, help us out. And
- 29:06Speaker 5: so that's why I wrote the books, and I'm writing
- 29:08Speaker 5: more books on this because they're telling me that they're kids,
- 29:12Speaker 5: even the kids that go to Christian private schools that
- 29:15Speaker 5: they're paying twenty six thirty thousand dollars for. They say
- 29:18Speaker 5: their kids get into the car, they're crying because their
- 29:21Speaker 5: teacher just told them about climate change and animals are
- 29:23Speaker 5: dying and all these falsehoods which aren't happening, and how
- 29:27Speaker 5: Donald Trump's going to end the world and it's just
- 29:31Speaker 5: all lies. But it's happening, and it really is sort
- 29:34Speaker 5: of a form of child abuse, and.
- 29:37Speaker 2: We've got to stop it.
- 29:38Speaker 5: And the only way to do that is to equip
- 29:40Speaker 5: our moms and our dads out there and say, hey,
- 29:42Speaker 5: when your kids get in the car, if you can't
- 29:44Speaker 5: yank him out of school and send them somewhere else,
- 29:46Speaker 5: which a lot of parents have already done, and it's
- 29:48Speaker 5: still happening, Well, then at least we're going to equip
- 29:51Speaker 5: you with the message points to be able to talk
- 29:53Speaker 5: to your kids and present them with the facts.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Tough time to be a parent of a young child.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I'm glad my kids are in their twenties. I don't
- 30:00Speaker 1: know what I would do. I'd probably be in some
- 30:01Speaker 1: sort of trouble for sure.
- 30:04Speaker 5: I can see you a little fistfied at a hockey
- 30:07Speaker 5: game or something.
- 30:07Speaker 1: Yeahs or on Biden's list of that he's a domestic
- 30:11Speaker 1: violent extremist, you know. Oh, man, Jen Kelly, thank you
- 30:15Speaker 1: for being here. I appreciate it. Have a great weekend.
- 30:17Speaker 2: God speak to you and it's a great conversation.
- 30:20Speaker 4: Likewise, and check out again. Give him the website for the.
- 30:23Speaker 5: Book, The Jennifer Kellyshow dot com. Or they can go
- 30:26Speaker 5: to the Real War on Women dot com.
- 30:29Speaker 4: You heard it, the Real War on Women dot com.
- 30:31Speaker 4: I'm Rich Valdez coming right back.
