- 1:54Speaker 1: the first song on this morning and this one goes
- 1:57Speaker 1: all the way back to nineteen eighty four. God height
- 2:02Speaker 1: on my discard can remember playing this at the black
- 2:05Speaker 1: Ball in our local back in the day the Black

- 2:23Speaker 6: This one.
- 2:46Speaker 1: There go classic dance tune from nineteen eighty four. That's
- 2:50Speaker 1: Feel Fear and Galaxy, and that one called Dancing Tighte.

- 2:54Speaker 3: Actually I don't remember dancing to it though, Black the
- 2:57Speaker 3: black Ball. Right, So welcome to the Saturday Sports Show.

- 3:15Speaker 3: What is your role at KM Dance?
- 3:17Speaker 7: Oh?
- 3:17Speaker 8: My role, My roll is everything, So I teach, I
- 3:20Speaker 8: do admin, salt, costume, sort hall higher and just everything
- 3:26Speaker 8: everything right.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Multiple hats right, So coffea yeah.
- 3:32Speaker 3: It makes the tea as well. No, blossom, come in blossom. Now,
- 3:36Speaker 3: how long have you been dancing there? Blossom?
- 3:38Speaker 4: Like just over two years?
- 3:40Speaker 3: Two years? Right, but you've come on leaps and bounds
- 3:42Speaker 3: and you've got a lot taller since you first came in.
- 3:45Speaker 3: I will say that microphone. Yeah. So have you had
- 3:49Speaker 3: a good year?
- 3:50Speaker 5: Yeah, it's been great, have you right?
- 3:52Speaker 3: Well, we talk about that, about what you've been up
- 3:54Speaker 3: to this year, but we want to speak to Flow
- 3:56Speaker 3: as well. Hello, Flow, how are you?
- 3:58Speaker 4: I'm good?
- 3:58Speaker 3: Thank you good?
- 3:59Speaker 2: Flow?
- 4:00Speaker 3: Oh you don't things have grown much though, You're still
- 4:01Speaker 3: tiny as ever. But have you had a good year?
- 4:04Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 4:04Speaker 5: I have?
- 4:05Speaker 2: Have you?
- 4:06Speaker 3: And well, I think what we do? We go We
- 4:09Speaker 3: talk about the year very shortly, but I want to
- 4:11Speaker 3: talk to Kirsty and both of you actually, and this
- 4:15Speaker 3: is what started off you guys come in in here
- 4:19Speaker 3: is called a tapathon. Now I've explained it several times
- 4:22Speaker 3: on the radio over the last couple of weeks, but
- 4:24Speaker 3: I want to hear it from the boss. So, so
- 4:27Speaker 3: Kirsty tell us right from the word go, how you
- 4:30Speaker 3: got involved with Tapathon, exactly what it is and the
- 4:33Speaker 3: bigger picture of everything.
- 4:35Speaker 8: So Tapathon is a nationwide UK event and it aims
- 4:40Speaker 8: to break the Guinness World Book of Records for the
- 4:43Speaker 8: most people tap dancing to the same piece of music
- 4:47Speaker 8: at the same time up and down the country. Right,
- 4:50Speaker 8: it's there yearly thing and it's run by the Performance
- 4:54Speaker 8: Nation I think they're called. And it's just one lady
- 4:58Speaker 8: that basically choreographs every thing and she sends it out
- 5:01Speaker 8: to all the teachers and then we get involved. You
- 5:05Speaker 8: can either say yes or no if we want to
- 5:07Speaker 8: do it. We learn it and then we do it
- 5:10Speaker 8: all at the same time.
- 5:11Speaker 3: That's amazing. Yeah, And I mean how long has the
- 5:15Speaker 3: tapathon been going? Do you know?
- 5:17Speaker 4: Oh?
- 5:17Speaker 5: I don't actually know. I think it's been going quite
- 5:19Speaker 5: a while.
- 5:20Speaker 8: So we've done it now for this is our third year,
- 5:26Speaker 8: but it's definitely been going longer than that. I just
- 5:28Speaker 8: hadn't heard of it before.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Right, And have you got any numbers to tell us
- 5:32Speaker 3: how how many people actually do it at one time?
- 5:35Speaker 8: So this year there was seven four hundred and thirty
- 5:40Speaker 8: eight participants.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Was it?
- 5:42Speaker 3: I thought there was a bit of a trimmer actually
- 5:44Speaker 3: on the rick scale.
- 5:50Speaker 2: From the war room.
- 5:51Speaker 3: All the cups were writing in my kitchen sorry, go on.
- 5:55Speaker 8: And it was just one hundred and fifty eight people
- 5:58Speaker 8: short this year or breaking the gain as well?
- 6:00Speaker 5: Record?
- 6:00Speaker 2: Right? We should have we should.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Have yeah, Right, maybe next year, Yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 2: We could do it now fifty eight and surely.
- 6:08Speaker 3: So the logistics of it do you have to apply
- 6:11Speaker 3: to say? Yes, I want to do tapathon and I've
- 6:13Speaker 3: got a dance at school.
- 6:15Speaker 5: So I just saw a post of it.
- 6:18Speaker 8: I think it was on like one of the Facebook
- 6:21Speaker 8: groups I'm on for dance teachers about the event, and
- 6:24Speaker 8: I just dropped an email and was like, well, I'm
- 6:26Speaker 8: really interested, what like what do I need to do?
- 6:28Speaker 8: How do I get involved? And she just emailed me
- 6:30Speaker 8: back like a long list basically of information about how
- 6:34Speaker 8: it works and what happens and what goes on. And
- 6:37Speaker 8: then from that point I was like, yeah, we're up
- 6:40Speaker 8: for it, or I'm up for it. I don't know
- 6:42Speaker 8: if any of my students are, but I'll give it
- 6:43Speaker 8: a go. And then I went to class with the
- 6:46Speaker 8: idea of doing it and they were all like, yeah,
- 6:49Speaker 8: sounds great.
- 6:51Speaker 5: So that's what we.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Did, right? So I mean, how do they record it?
- 6:54Speaker 3: Do you have to video it and send it off
- 6:56Speaker 3: and then they count the numbers in your class?
- 7:00Speaker 9: Yees?
- 7:00Speaker 8: So I we have like a date and a time
- 7:04Speaker 8: that we have to be dancing. We had to take
- 7:07Speaker 8: a picture before we're about to dance so that everyone
- 7:10Speaker 8: can be seen, and then we also film it and
- 7:13Speaker 8: we have to do the dance twice through, so we
- 7:15Speaker 8: have like extended music. So this year I think we
- 7:18Speaker 8: danced for just over seven minutes, and then we send
- 7:24Speaker 8: that off if we were to break the record, so
- 7:27Speaker 8: that they could check that we were all there dancing
- 7:29Speaker 8: at the same time.
- 7:30Speaker 3: So someone at the other end has got the job
- 7:32Speaker 3: of checking all these videos and counting.
- 7:36Speaker 2: That's how the one hundred and fifty.
- 7:38Speaker 8: Yeah, and it takes quite a while, so I think
- 7:40Speaker 8: we had to wait. Think it was two weeks before
- 7:43Speaker 8: we found out if we had or hadn't like met
- 7:47Speaker 8: the number for the world record.
- 7:49Speaker 3: And this particular tune which were going to play short
- 7:52Speaker 3: whoever's a judicay and it must be stuck in the
- 7:54Speaker 3: head for a date until the day.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Yeah we hear it, don't we?
- 7:58Speaker 8: And now were like, oh okay.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I can remember a few years ago when my daughter
- 8:04Speaker 1: did dance and she was dancing at the Royal albert
- 8:07Speaker 1: Hole and they had to do a special song and
- 8:10Speaker 1: I can't get Footloose out of my head now. On
- 8:13Speaker 1: that full loose every week for about ten weeks, I
- 8:17Speaker 1: don't know that song anymore.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Okay, so Blossom, let's bring you in. But now, Blossom,
- 8:22Speaker 3: did you take part in tapathon?
- 8:24Speaker 4: Yes?
- 8:25Speaker 3: You did? You do all different types of dance. Is
- 8:29Speaker 3: tap something that you're comfortable with or you find it
- 8:32Speaker 3: a bit difficult?
- 8:33Speaker 7: I think I'm like quite comfortable with it because it
- 8:35Speaker 7: was the first style that I.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Did, right, okay, And what about you, a flo did
- 8:40Speaker 3: you did you take part?
- 8:42Speaker 8: No?
- 8:42Speaker 9: I don't did tap?
- 8:43Speaker 3: That's right, I think I remember last year you said
- 8:45Speaker 3: you didn't do tap. But but there's a certain lady
- 8:48Speaker 3: in the background that did join in one year, didn't she, Blossom,
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yes she did, So we might ask her to get
- 8:57Speaker 3: her tap shoes out in a minute and just see
- 8:59Speaker 3: if she's lost her genuinely, Kirsty, tell us a little
- 9:02Speaker 3: bit about your classes. This kind of let's do the
- 9:06Speaker 3: serious bit there. You've got classes, different styles, different venues.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Go and blow your own trumpet and telephone.
- 9:14Speaker 8: I have al loads of different classes, so we run
- 9:18Speaker 8: from a Tuesday to a Friday. We have classes in Folkston,
- 9:23Speaker 8: in Hive and at Palmash. We have a range of
- 9:27Speaker 8: ages from five all the way up to adults. We
- 9:31Speaker 8: have different styles so we have contemporary tap, jazz, ballet,
- 9:37Speaker 8: strength and flexibility tap. I say tap two. We have
- 9:44Speaker 8: two tap classes, the kids in an adult class. So
- 9:47Speaker 8: all right, yeah as well.
- 9:49Speaker 3: So it's not it's not a youngsters. You've got a
- 9:52Speaker 3: senior side to everything.
- 9:53Speaker 8: I have like a adult tap class and that's the
- 9:57Speaker 8: only adult class that I have the rest of them
- 9:59Speaker 8: are all children classes.
- 10:00Speaker 4: All right?
- 10:00Speaker 3: How many? How many is your Is your school growing
- 10:04Speaker 3: in numbers?
- 10:04Speaker 5: Yes? So we have twenty one at the moment.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Oh well, I don't think you had that many last year.
- 10:10Speaker 5: No, definitely not.
- 10:11Speaker 8: And some of my classes have a wait list for
- 10:13Speaker 8: as well at the moment, do you. Yeah. So I'm
- 10:15Speaker 8: looking at having to do extra classes to be able
- 10:17Speaker 8: to accommodate everyone wants to join flow.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Let's bring you back into and flow. I mean, I
- 10:22Speaker 3: can understand that perhaps you don't like. I won't say
- 10:26Speaker 3: you don't like, but you don't practice tap. But what
- 10:29Speaker 3: sort of dance do you prefer?
- 10:31Speaker 2: So?
- 10:32Speaker 9: I prefer like jazz, ballet, lyrical, contempt.
- 10:36Speaker 3: All of that. Oh really, jazz. You're not dancing to jazz?
- 10:39Speaker 2: Do you?
- 10:39Speaker 3: That's good for a young Jazz normally is a is
- 10:43Speaker 3: a genre of music that if you like older people like,
- 10:47Speaker 3: so it's good to hear a youngster like in jazz.
- 10:49Speaker 3: So what about you, Blossom, do you? Is tap your
- 10:52Speaker 3: favorite or you've got other styles?
- 10:54Speaker 4: TAP's not my favorite?
- 10:56Speaker 3: For it is not your favorite? Oh right? Why is
- 10:59Speaker 3: that then as you keep pubbing over or something.
- 11:04Speaker 4: No, there's just other styles that I like more.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Than to right exactly, So tapathons for you too, well,
- 11:09Speaker 3: for you Blossom was a bit of a tough call, then,
- 11:12Speaker 3: was it?
- 11:13Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 11:14Speaker 3: You got there in the end though, Yeah, good? All right? Now,
- 11:17Speaker 3: is there actually is this video that you made of
- 11:20Speaker 3: your tapathon, Kirsty?
- 11:23Speaker 2: Is that?
- 11:23Speaker 3: Did you ever publish that? Or is that sort of
- 11:26Speaker 3: stashed away in the archives?
- 11:28Speaker 8: I don't think I've published it. I will probably do
- 11:33Speaker 8: at the end of every year. There tend to do
- 11:35Speaker 8: like a long post is like different clips that of
- 11:37Speaker 8: stuff we've done. So I'll probably add that into my
- 11:40Speaker 8: little video for what we've done. But they don't tend
- 11:43Speaker 8: to post like the whole video.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Okay, well, I think we take a little break now
- 11:48Speaker 3: and we're going to play a song that will drive
- 11:51Speaker 3: you up the wall. Right, I can guarantee you this soon.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Most people go oh, that's a great song. But I
- 11:56Speaker 3: know use three you are going to go, oh no,
- 11:57Speaker 3: not again, going in Adrian.
- 12:00Speaker 2: See Blossom. She's getting ready for it now she's she's
- 12:02Speaker 2: got a tap shoes on. She's going to be dancing
- 12:04Speaker 2: to this one. Here we go.
- 12:05Speaker 1: For those of you who don't know, the song of
- 12:06Speaker 1: this one is by I can see the turner. This
- 12:09Speaker 1: is Nutbush City Limits.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Wow, Flows just getting back to sea. I'm just doing
- 12:48Speaker 2: a little bit of dancing there and Blossom now not
- 12:53Speaker 2: Bush City Limits.
- 12:54Speaker 3: I'll tell you what I think you've been practicing secretly,
- 12:57Speaker 3: haven't you? Tap dancing? That was okay?
- 13:03Speaker 2: If well, better what I could have done any right?
- 13:07Speaker 3: Okay, So I've got a huge list in front of
- 13:10Speaker 3: me here of the stuff that you've been up to.
- 13:12Speaker 3: So you've had a really busy year. I mean, I
- 13:15Speaker 3: don't know where to start there. Yeah, So, Kirsty, is
- 13:20Speaker 3: there any particular events or competitions that really jump out,
- 13:26Speaker 3: you know, to start with in this little section?
- 13:30Speaker 5: Oh?
- 13:31Speaker 3: The one?
- 13:32Speaker 5: What was the one we went to? I think it
- 13:34Speaker 5: was a vibe where we did.
- 13:37Speaker 8: Like exceptionally well. But I'm going to let them tell
- 13:42Speaker 8: you what they won, because if they can remember that is.
- 13:46Speaker 5: But we really liked this competition.
- 13:48Speaker 8: It was really friendly, it was really supportive, and it
- 13:52Speaker 8: was really nice, like just nicely run, nicely set up.
- 13:56Speaker 5: We liked everything about it.
- 13:58Speaker 8: We like just so much that we're going back in
- 13:59Speaker 8: January and then we're also going back in September as well.
- 14:03Speaker 8: So let me pass the gold fly, tell them what
- 14:06Speaker 8: you want and that way.
- 14:07Speaker 9: So I want a free Vibe and winter intensive. There
- 14:10Speaker 9: were actually going to toorrow and me and the are
- 14:13Speaker 9: very excited.
- 14:14Speaker 3: Wow and Blossom, is there any any particular day over
- 14:20Speaker 3: the last year that really you think, Oh, that was
- 14:23Speaker 3: the best day of more dance.
- 14:24Speaker 4: Year Vibe, Oh, star Power and Prodigy.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Vibe, so Vibe. I've got a Vibe competition with some
- 14:33Speaker 3: of the dancers. One invites to cursy. What's there? E
- 14:36Speaker 3: p A?
- 14:37Speaker 5: So em e p A is the Mepper Dance College.
- 14:41Speaker 8: It's based in Maidstone and the Mepper College and the
- 14:45Speaker 8: Vibe are holding like an intensive like workshop day where
- 14:49Speaker 8: they've selected a few dancers from each competition to go
- 14:53Speaker 8: and basically train with the people that work at the college.
- 14:57Speaker 8: So be is going and want to other dancers. Daisy
- 15:01Speaker 8: also got an invite to that, which is pretty cool.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I like the sound of this one actually essex photo shoot?
- 15:06Speaker 3: What was all that about?
- 15:07Speaker 4: All that was?
- 15:10Speaker 8: Oh, so we went to a Synergy and which is
- 15:13Speaker 8: a dance competition. And at Synergy there's a photographer that
- 15:17Speaker 8: we've seen our quite a few times and we always
- 15:20Speaker 8: have a chat and we'll say hello.
- 15:21Speaker 5: And he invited.
- 15:23Speaker 8: Us, as a dance school to go up and have
- 15:25Speaker 8: a photo shoot at his studio and then we could
- 15:27Speaker 8: buy the photos. So I think we took I want
- 15:30Speaker 8: to say, six dancers for the whole day and he's
- 15:34Speaker 8: got like a studio with like mirrors, different backdrops, different
- 15:38Speaker 8: props that you could use and stuff like that.
- 15:40Speaker 5: So it's pretty cool.
- 15:42Speaker 3: And what to the pictures? Does he try and sell
- 15:44Speaker 3: them to you or promote your dance? Yes?
- 15:47Speaker 8: So they all got put online and then the parents
- 15:50Speaker 8: could buy them. So we've got a few different photos.
- 15:54Speaker 8: Some of them are individual photos, some groups, but they
- 15:57Speaker 8: weren't all like dance photos. Some of them were like
- 16:00Speaker 8: more casual photos.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Yeah. Is it all inside a studio or did you
- 16:03Speaker 3: venture out anywhere?
- 16:05Speaker 5: All inside?
- 16:06Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 16:06Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, some of these competitions, how far do you
- 16:09Speaker 1: have to travel?
- 16:11Speaker 8: So we do travel as far as Essex. We tend
- 16:15Speaker 8: to try not to do the Essex ones just because
- 16:19Speaker 8: it makes it really really late, like to get back
- 16:22Speaker 8: and they normally have school the next day, so we
- 16:25Speaker 8: tend to stick to ones that are like Canterbury or
- 16:27Speaker 8: Seven Oaks.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Right, So, firsonally, you've got a dance school, and I mean,
- 16:34Speaker 3: if you really have a pupil that is like absolutely
- 16:38Speaker 3: exceptional and really wants to take up dancing as a career,
- 16:42Speaker 3: are there avenues that you can point them into?
- 16:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 16:45Speaker 8: Absolutely, So the all the compts we go to give away,
- 16:50Speaker 8: like intensive days or scholarships or stuff like that. So
- 16:54Speaker 8: I try and get them into that kind of avenue
- 16:57Speaker 8: of their dance career because they're more likely to get
- 17:00Speaker 8: seen and then we're like to get the opportunities that way.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Right A flow You come in there and flow, would
- 17:08Speaker 3: you think that dancing is a career for you or
- 17:11Speaker 3: you would just like to keep it as a hobby
- 17:13Speaker 3: and perhaps do something else.
- 17:15Speaker 9: It's a career.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you sound just like my daughter was, and she
- 17:20Speaker 1: went on. She went so she went to UNI. She
- 17:23Speaker 1: got a first doing dancing at that and she's got
- 17:25Speaker 1: her own dance school now in Cardiff. So yeah, she's
- 17:29Speaker 1: done very well. Well she said she just had a baby,
- 17:31Speaker 1: so obviously she's not doing it at the moment, but yeah,
- 17:33Speaker 1: she's a.
- 17:35Speaker 2: She's very much like you.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And yeah, she went on to do it and that
- 17:39Speaker 1: was her career and that was her passion and that's
- 17:41Speaker 1: what she did. So you've got all the enthusiasm. So
- 17:44Speaker 1: I'm sure you'll go far.
- 17:46Speaker 3: You've got to keep it going in flow and you'll
- 17:48Speaker 3: be coming back in this radio station for years back
- 17:50Speaker 3: found of it. And what about you, Blossom, is it
- 17:53Speaker 3: a real passion for you or is it just something
- 17:55Speaker 3: that you enjoy doing.
- 17:57Speaker 7: Yeah, it's a massive passion for me. I also want
- 17:59Speaker 7: to be part of my care.
- 18:00Speaker 3: You really are good. Yeah, so you would like to
- 18:02Speaker 3: go on? And I mean, do you have to stop
- 18:05Speaker 3: growing before you, you know, become a dancer, because that
- 18:09Speaker 3: might be a I don't know. You always think of
- 18:12Speaker 3: dancers being a bit smaller, don't you.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Those ballerinas that some of them are quite tall, just
- 18:17Speaker 2: like Blossom.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, so Blossom, what do you see happening in
- 18:22Speaker 3: the future. You just just do your best and hope
- 18:25Speaker 3: that someone will pick you up in a dance group.
- 18:28Speaker 7: Yeah, I either want to like go to a dance
- 18:31Speaker 7: college and become professional or open my own dance school.
- 18:34Speaker 6: Right.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Yeah, Well, if you want to go to uni doing it,
- 18:37Speaker 1: I can highly recommend Foulmouth University because it was brilliant
- 18:40Speaker 1: for dance.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Was it all right?
- 18:43Speaker 3: Okay? And obviously with with with dancing as a career,
- 18:47Speaker 3: you will need a backup. So university does that sound
- 18:50Speaker 3: a good idea? I know it's a long way off,
- 18:53Speaker 3: but you need education as well as dance, don't you.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Yes, I always need something to fall back on.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Okay, So us have a little look. Now this is
- 19:01Speaker 3: another one. I like, what's this? Some hot Shots dance competition?
- 19:06Speaker 2: Sounds good?
- 19:06Speaker 3: Tell us about that? That sounds like punchy and.
- 19:09Speaker 8: Yeah, so hot Shots is one of our more I
- 19:13Speaker 8: would say in challenging competitions. We knew that we were
- 19:17Speaker 8: going to be going up against some really good schools
- 19:20Speaker 8: and we hadn't been to that one before. But they
- 19:23Speaker 8: did really well. It was also really well run. It
- 19:26Speaker 8: was a really nice day.
- 19:28Speaker 5: We liked. Yeah, we liked it.
- 19:30Speaker 2: It was good.
- 19:31Speaker 8: I wouldn't say it's one of our favorites. Not sure
- 19:35Speaker 8: it's one of our favorites going to but we would
- 19:39Speaker 8: definitely go again if we had the opportunity to.
- 19:42Speaker 3: Okay, well, I think we take a little break now
- 19:44Speaker 3: because I'm exhausted talking about all this dancing and Adrian
- 19:48Speaker 3: sweating here. So what were we got coming up now?
- 19:50Speaker 1: Well, we've got the ultimate dancing record and you can't
- 19:54Speaker 1: play a dance record without playing a bit of Aba.
- 19:56Speaker 1: And this one is the classic Dancing Queen from seventy four.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Believe the classic there from Abba and that was Dancing
- 20:26Speaker 1: Queen from nineteen seventies.
- 20:28Speaker 3: Great, the studio is absolutely buzzing now and these girls
- 20:32Speaker 3: have been dancing in between songs. There's no stopping them.
- 20:35Speaker 3: So we're gonna have a proper chat now with Flow
- 20:38Speaker 3: and Blossom. So if you both come into the microphone right, uh,
- 20:42Speaker 3: they can't start giggling. You're getting this on video curse,
- 20:45Speaker 3: are you right? Okay?
- 20:47Speaker 2: Flow?
- 20:48Speaker 3: So what what was your favorite time this year? Then?
- 20:53Speaker 4: Oh? Sure, ah, baby, like move there. I quite liked me.
- 21:02Speaker 9: It was like really like nice?
- 21:03Speaker 3: What was movie?
- 21:04Speaker 4: Then?
- 21:05Speaker 9: Movie is like this like big dance exhibition thing and
- 21:11Speaker 9: like there's a bunch of like stools there and like
- 21:14Speaker 9: you can go and like locking them like that.
- 21:18Speaker 3: It must have been so excelled away, but loss of
- 21:21Speaker 3: come in so uh flows giggling away there. So so
- 21:28Speaker 3: you tell us about that, that what she started telling
- 21:30Speaker 3: us about? What was that?
- 21:32Speaker 6: It move it?
- 21:33Speaker 7: That's it the biggest dance exhibition in the world, I think.
- 21:37Speaker 7: And there's dance classes, stools where there's like dance clothing,
- 21:41Speaker 7: all that stuff, and then there's like massive performances on
- 21:44Speaker 7: stages and then you can do classes with people, and
- 21:47Speaker 7: then there's like meet and greets.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Right, so it's a blossom. You've been dancing a couple
- 21:52Speaker 3: of years now before you go on to the stage,
- 21:56Speaker 3: how do you feel Do you still feel a little
- 21:58Speaker 3: bit nervous?
- 21:59Speaker 7: When I first started, I used to be like really scared,
- 22:02Speaker 7: But now because I think I'm used to it, I kind.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Of just you're more relaxed, are you?
- 22:06Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:06Speaker 3: What about you?
- 22:07Speaker 2: Flow?
- 22:07Speaker 3: Are you?
- 22:08Speaker 2: Are you nervous?
- 22:08Speaker 3: Are you used to it? The other spotlight?
- 22:10Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm used to it now, but I was like
- 22:12Speaker 9: a little bit nervous when I first started.
- 22:14Speaker 2: I can't I can't believe she's ever nervous.
- 22:18Speaker 3: And so tell us a little bit about the rewards
- 22:24Speaker 3: awards that you've won.
- 22:26Speaker 2: So I won a.
- 22:29Speaker 5: She's so much you can't remember?
- 22:33Speaker 9: I won like a be brave and confident thing, like
- 22:37Speaker 9: a little star. And then.
- 22:45Speaker 2: It's certificate.
- 22:47Speaker 8: Is it is?
- 22:47Speaker 2: It?
- 22:48Speaker 3: Is it trophies you win or certificate.
- 22:49Speaker 9: So we win like trophies, medals, certificate and like some
- 22:54Speaker 9: other stuff. So this year we actually had like lanyards
- 22:57Speaker 9: and then we got bad just for all the events.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Right okay, yeah, okay? And what about your costumes? Who
- 23:03Speaker 3: makes all those? You? Does your mum maker? You have
- 23:06Speaker 3: to go out and buy them?
- 23:09Speaker 9: Well, actually Kirsty buys them off the internet and then
- 23:13Speaker 9: Lisa if they're too big, what small fixes?
- 23:17Speaker 3: I see? So that's coasty. That's quite handful. If you've
- 23:21Speaker 3: got twenty one dancers, how many if you go to
- 23:24Speaker 3: a competition, how many dancers do you take with you?
- 23:26Speaker 8: How many? So we would take between five and eight dancers,
- 23:33Speaker 8: and then we take probably about thirty dances per competition. Wow,
- 23:41Speaker 8: there's quite a lot. But I have the lovely Lisa,
- 23:44Speaker 8: who is like my savior.
- 23:47Speaker 5: You need calm down.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Yeah, you need people like Lisa Lisa.
- 23:53Speaker 1: It's not a one man band. You have to you
- 23:55Speaker 1: have to have an army of people around you. I
- 23:58Speaker 1: do remember I normally.
- 23:59Speaker 8: Message so that the night before and I'm like, this
- 24:01Speaker 8: is broken, and she's just like, okay, I'll bring my
- 24:04Speaker 8: sewing kit.
- 24:06Speaker 5: Thanks.
- 24:07Speaker 2: And that's sewing kids.
- 24:08Speaker 1: I would imagine that's a big backpack or something, isn't it.
- 24:12Speaker 8: But she's got like a belt and everything that she
- 24:14Speaker 8: puts all the bits and bobs up.
- 24:16Speaker 5: We're fully set. We know what we're doing.
- 24:18Speaker 3: So besides yourself, I mean, is there anyone else, like
- 24:21Speaker 3: behind the scenes that really really want to thank you?
- 24:25Speaker 8: Mostly just just Lisa really, and a special thank you
- 24:30Speaker 8: also to Lee, who deals with our hall higher and
- 24:36Speaker 8: also helps salt costumes. He's currently prop dad. He's been
- 24:41Speaker 8: spray painting a big ladder that we've been using for
- 24:44Speaker 8: one of the props from one of the dancers. And
- 24:48Speaker 8: he also makes a very good cup of tea.
- 24:51Speaker 3: We should have known that. There's one thing I do
- 24:55Speaker 3: want to talk to you about, though, and it happened
- 24:57Speaker 3: last night. You had some awards last night. So did
- 25:00Speaker 3: you have a venue and a little demonstration or does
- 25:04Speaker 3: it just tell us about it?
- 25:06Speaker 8: So we do an annual award to night, and this
- 25:08Speaker 8: is to basically celebrate the students like progress throughout the year,
- 25:13Speaker 8: and I give everyone gets an award. I have made
- 25:16Speaker 8: like progress sheets for all my dancers so that they
- 25:20Speaker 8: can see exactly what they have accomplished. This year ran
- 25:24Speaker 8: slightly differently, so we had the evening started with like
- 25:30Speaker 8: a long kind of like performance session, So each class
- 25:33Speaker 8: did a performance. Some of them did two, some of
- 25:36Speaker 8: them did multiple and more than two, and then we
- 25:40Speaker 8: moved on to our award presentation and then there was
- 25:43Speaker 8: like a little like party at the end, and there's
- 25:46Speaker 8: like food and drink, and I buy like little stickers
- 25:49Speaker 8: and bits and bobs for the girls to have, and
- 25:53Speaker 8: then yeah, it's just about celebrating really their achievements throughout
- 25:57Speaker 8: the end.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Parents and outsiders invited.
- 26:00Speaker 8: Yeah, so all the parents are invited, and we run
- 26:03Speaker 8: at the session at the High Pavilion, which is that's
- 26:08Speaker 8: where we normally hold class. So this was during like
- 26:11Speaker 8: our normal class time, and rather than running class, we
- 26:14Speaker 8: just had like an award ceremonies.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Okay, I think what we're going to do. We're going
- 26:18Speaker 3: to play one more song and then we're going to
- 26:20Speaker 3: come back and finish it off, and you can tell
- 26:21Speaker 3: us all about how people can can join in and
- 26:24Speaker 3: that sort of thing, because the time is absolutely flying
- 26:27Speaker 3: by it and once we've got to listen here, that
- 26:29Speaker 3: will take us into the middle of next week if
- 26:31Speaker 3: we if we spoke about everything. But so so, what
- 26:35Speaker 3: we've got coming up now? This is a great classic one.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Yeah, we've got the classic the Nolan Sisters and this
- 26:40Speaker 1: one is called I'm in the Mood for That's see,
- 26:43Speaker 1: believe it or not? Something knowing there you go, the
- 27:11Speaker 1: Nolan Sisters and I'm in the mood for dancing.
- 27:13Speaker 3: I'll tell you what.
- 27:14Speaker 6: That is.
- 27:14Speaker 3: A real floor filler, isn't it. We've been joined by
- 27:17Speaker 3: a colleague of ours, Dan, Dan, do you want to
- 27:19Speaker 3: jump in?
- 27:20Speaker 2: Hi? Everybody, how are you doing again that morning?
- 27:22Speaker 3: Dan is a very experienced DJ. So Dan, just out
- 27:26Speaker 3: of your experience. We're on a dance theme today. What
- 27:29Speaker 3: tracks bring to mind that get the people up on
- 27:32Speaker 3: the dance floor.
- 27:33Speaker 10: I've been doing a few Christmas gigs and to be
- 27:37Speaker 10: perfectly honest, the best one I've got going at the
- 27:39Speaker 10: moment is Earth Wind and Fire in September. Absolutely rams
- 27:43Speaker 10: the floor every time I put it on. You know,
- 27:46Speaker 10: we start off with Mariah Carey, start the night with
- 27:50Speaker 10: Mariah Carey and then go straight into Earth, Wind and
- 27:52Speaker 10: Fire and September absolutely stacks the floor straight.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and I love it. It's my song, and I.
- 27:58Speaker 10: Start dancing, and if I starting, nobody else can be
- 28:01Speaker 10: embarrassed in the room.
- 28:02Speaker 2: So it's fine. I know that feeling.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Okay, thanks Dan, Okay, So now then a flowing blossom.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Last last few words from you. So you've had a
- 28:11Speaker 3: great year, and do you are you looking forward to
- 28:15Speaker 3: next year? Do you think it'll be tougher next year?
- 28:17Speaker 3: Now you're getting older, more experienced, all these competitions. I
- 28:22Speaker 3: just think it's going to be a tough year. What'd
- 28:24Speaker 3: you reckon?
- 28:24Speaker 2: Flow?
- 28:25Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 28:25Speaker 9: I think he'll be quite a tough year next year
- 28:27Speaker 9: because we have quite a lot of competitions and they're.
- 28:29Speaker 3: Like back to back, are they?
- 28:31Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 28:31Speaker 3: So okay, So it's a blossom. You come in blossom. Now,
- 28:36Speaker 3: as we said, you've been dancing a couple of years
- 28:39Speaker 3: and as you're growing up, are you finding that perhaps
- 28:43Speaker 3: you're getting injured, or you're getting tired, or you free
- 28:46Speaker 3: from injury at the moment.
- 28:48Speaker 4: Yeah, I have something wrong with my feet.
- 28:50Speaker 3: With your feet, but they smell dore they oh plant artists.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Oh now that is a as the They used to
- 29:01Speaker 3: do the park around, didn't you? Yeah's it what their flow?
- 29:05Speaker 2: Are you fit?
- 29:07Speaker 9: Don't have any injuries like her?
- 29:09Speaker 4: She always has.
- 29:12Speaker 3: To get a note from her mom every time she
- 29:13Speaker 3: comes to the dance classes.
- 29:15Speaker 4: She has thing wrong with her feet.
- 29:16Speaker 1: Especially Okay, this Dance World Cup, what's this?
- 29:22Speaker 2: They're getting all excited.
- 29:24Speaker 1: There's a Football World Cup in the next summer, so
- 29:27Speaker 1: what's this about the Dance World Cup?
- 29:29Speaker 4: So technically it's similar. I think it's similar to the
- 29:32Speaker 4: Football World Cup.
- 29:33Speaker 7: So you send your videos to someone and then they
- 29:37Speaker 7: judge it and then whoever, like, you get placements and
- 29:40Speaker 7: scores like a normal competition.
- 29:42Speaker 4: But then the top three, nine, seven, nine.
- 29:50Speaker 7: Log number anyway, they they get a chance to actually
- 29:55Speaker 7: go represent England. But we didn't get in the top nine,
- 29:58Speaker 7: but we still qualified, so we have We've got.
- 30:00Speaker 4: Enough the reserve list, aren't we.
- 30:01Speaker 7: Yeah, we're on the reserve list because we've got enough
- 30:04Speaker 7: points to represent.
- 30:05Speaker 4: But we just don't know if we're going.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Oh right, okay, well just don't go out on penalties.
- 30:13Speaker 3: Actually, cursely on that point that these your your young
- 30:17Speaker 3: students are growing and I mean and they're training if
- 30:20Speaker 3: you like people say to me, is dance a sport, Well,
- 30:24Speaker 3: it's a sport in a way, because you know, you've
- 30:27Speaker 3: got to rehearse, you've got to practice, you've got to train,
- 30:30Speaker 3: you've got to keep fit. Did the youngsters get many
- 30:32Speaker 3: injuries when they they.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Yeah, they can do.
- 30:36Speaker 8: They can get normally, it's like like muscle fatigue more
- 30:41Speaker 8: than like an injury injury, or just where they're tired
- 30:44Speaker 8: or overworking.
- 30:45Speaker 5: You do get that.
- 30:46Speaker 8: Or dancer that might have a more severe injury where
- 30:51Speaker 8: something's happening in dance and they've fallen really awkwardly. By
- 30:55Speaker 8: the ways, advise them just to still come even if
- 30:58Speaker 8: they are injured, because they can watch and you learn
- 31:00Speaker 8: quite a lot from watching your peers dance. But we're
- 31:05Speaker 8: very lucky we've not had many injuries as of yet.
- 31:10Speaker 8: So touch would that that stays the same.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, so well I think we're gonna wrap it
- 31:16Speaker 3: up now, So hang on, we're getting some sign language.
- 31:23Speaker 10: Yes, sorry, I've just got a really really quick question
- 31:25Speaker 10: to ask. As Kevin knows, I used to run do
- 31:28Speaker 10: triathlons and all that sort of thing. You wouldn't think
- 31:30Speaker 10: that anymore I look more like a Buddha. But do
- 31:33Speaker 10: you warm up before you dance?
- 31:35Speaker 3: Yes?
- 31:36Speaker 2: So what do you do it like a routine and
- 31:37Speaker 2: get everything warm down?
- 31:38Speaker 8: So we have like I have like a set warm
- 31:41Speaker 8: up routine that we do in class, but sometimes I'll
- 31:44Speaker 8: mix up so we're all about like building cardio. Then
- 31:49Speaker 8: there'll be like a time where we do like stretch
- 31:51Speaker 8: your mobilization. So they're like the key imp of things
- 31:55Speaker 8: that help like reduce that injury.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Well, thank you for that. I didn't know somebody else.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Now. No, it's a good point actually, because whatever sport
- 32:03Speaker 3: you do, you's got to be a gred. You can't
- 32:05Speaker 3: go straight into it because that's the time you will
- 32:07Speaker 3: get injured. Okay, so flow and blossom. I think we'll
- 32:11Speaker 3: have the last couple of words from you, So a flow.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Now you say you're not really a tech dancer. So
- 32:18Speaker 3: what sort of dancing do you do? What do you
- 32:20Speaker 3: call it?
- 32:22Speaker 9: Like contemporary, jazz, lyrical?
- 32:26Speaker 3: What is contemporary?
- 32:28Speaker 9: So contemporary is like I don't know how to explain it.
- 32:35Speaker 5: It's where you like combine all the styles, isn't it?
- 32:37Speaker 8: So contemporary has your lyrical and your jazz elements combined
- 32:42Speaker 8: into a confusion style really, so it's not like just
- 32:46Speaker 8: a set style. It has a mixture of everything into it,
- 32:50Speaker 8: and it's mostly to like normally tell a story or
- 32:53Speaker 8: to like put something across.
- 32:56Speaker 3: A right, So okay, thank you and Blossom, what about you?
- 32:59Speaker 3: What's your favorite dance sort of style of dance?
- 33:02Speaker 4: Lyrical, contemporary, lyrical?
- 33:05Speaker 3: So okay, with the help of Kirsty. Because we're not dancers,
- 33:09Speaker 3: we don't know what is lyrical.
- 33:10Speaker 4: So lyrical is like it's similar to contemporary, but it's
- 33:14Speaker 4: more pretty and like fluids.
- 33:16Speaker 3: And so okay, right now, I've seen, to be fair,
- 33:20Speaker 3: I'm friends with you guys on social media, and I've
- 33:23Speaker 3: seen you popping up all the time winning competitions, and
- 33:27Speaker 3: I must say that I don't know much about dance,
- 33:29Speaker 3: but you two are really on the road to something special,
- 33:33Speaker 3: I would say, And I want to thank you for
- 33:35Speaker 3: coming in. I know you've had the giggles today because
- 33:39Speaker 3: you're so used to it now, being superstars and ballet
- 33:41Speaker 3: stars and contemporary stars. Yeah, but I want to, I
- 33:46Speaker 3: really do want to thank you both for coming in
- 33:48Speaker 3: and for entertaining us today. And so Kirsty, last word
- 33:53Speaker 3: from you, if you want to push your dance school
- 33:55Speaker 3: at this time then just fire away tell us how
- 33:58Speaker 3: people can get in involved. But you did tell me
- 34:01Speaker 3: earlier you've got a waiting list, is that right?
- 34:03Speaker 4: I do.
- 34:03Speaker 8: I do have a wait list for some of my classes,
- 34:06Speaker 8: but not all of them. So you can contact us

- 34:14Speaker 8: you search up KM dance, it will pop up for you.
- 34:17Speaker 8: We also have a website which is Kirstymridance dot co
- 34:21Speaker 8: dot uk and on there there's like an inquired button
- 34:24Speaker 8: that if you press it and put your email address
- 34:26Speaker 8: in I will get back to you that way as well.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Well. Thank you and thanks thank you Kirsty for coming
- 34:31Speaker 3: in and of bringing the girls in. And as I say,
- 34:35Speaker 3: you've had a fantastic year and we'll be looking out
- 34:38Speaker 3: for you and your achievements in the following year and
- 34:42Speaker 3: perhaps we might get you in halfway through the year.
- 34:44Speaker 3: I think this could be twice a year now. And
- 34:47Speaker 3: you're getting so busy and it's just been so nice
- 34:51Speaker 3: having you in. And so before we play our next song, Adriaan,
- 34:55Speaker 3: you've got anything to say.
- 34:57Speaker 1: Thank thank you for coming in after us morning it
- 35:01Speaker 1: is live, honestly giggles will tell you that it was
- 35:05Speaker 1: definitely life. No, it's great for you know, the youngsters
- 35:08Speaker 1: to come in and they got such a passion for
- 35:11Speaker 1: what they do and it certainly shows. And we'll stick
- 35:15Speaker 1: a couple of bits on our Facebook page and you
- 35:18Speaker 1: can see how much fun the girls had the storm.
- 35:21Speaker 3: Well brilliant. So what we've got up now with what's
- 35:23Speaker 3: coming out? Another dancing song?
- 35:24Speaker 1: Of course, we've got a classic from there. One of
- 35:27Speaker 1: my favorite bands, this is the Kinks, and this one's
- 35:28Speaker 1: called Believe it or Not, Come Dancing.
- 35:51Speaker 2: They go their Kinks there and come dancing.
- 35:55Speaker 6: Well, that was a fun.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Morning cave there.
- 35:57Speaker 3: Yeah, great, and it's lovely to have young is in
- 36:01Speaker 3: so energetic and I would say it's the third time
- 36:05Speaker 3: they've been in and they had such a good fund morning.
- 36:07Speaker 3: They couldn't stop laughing. Good day.
- 36:09Speaker 1: No, once they got the giggles, that was it. It
- 36:12Speaker 1: was quite funny. But you know, it's nice to have
- 36:16Speaker 1: add the kids in and yeah, as I said earlier on,
- 36:19Speaker 1: they got such a passion for Yeah.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Well i'll tell you what I didn't know about your
- 36:25Speaker 3: daughter actually, And it's nice to know that you've got
- 36:27Speaker 3: that sort of connection as well, so you can relate, So.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Yeah, definite, yeah, yes, especially when they you know, especially
- 36:34Speaker 1: that record the Footloots. Yeah, when she did the whole school,
- 36:40Speaker 1: there must have been about thirty or forty of them,
- 36:43Speaker 1: again mixed ages, and they did a dance two Footloas
- 36:48Speaker 1: at the Royal al but Hall. And you know, as
- 36:51Speaker 1: a dad, you're you're so proud of your daughter on
- 36:54Speaker 1: the stage at the Royal Albert Hall.
- 36:55Speaker 2: It was also did saddle as wells.
- 37:00Speaker 1: But yeah, and she and I say, she's gone on
- 37:02Speaker 1: to make it a career and it was her passion
- 37:05Speaker 1: from the age of five.
- 37:06Speaker 3: Right, I don't know that that's that's brilliant.
- 37:09Speaker 1: When she was saying about her feet, I could really
- 37:12Speaker 1: relate to that because she used to do a lot
- 37:14Speaker 1: of ballet and she used to have to blocks in
- 37:16Speaker 1: her shoes and her feet now are just wrecked, you do,
- 37:24Speaker 1: I mean, but yeah, she loved it and she still
- 37:26Speaker 1: does and still does. I'm sure it will be a
- 37:30Speaker 1: new daughter when she'll be doing all that as well.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Normally passes down from generations. Yeah, she's really good.
- 37:39Speaker 2: We've got three minutes left, CAFs.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Okay, so what should we talk about? A bit about football.
- 37:42Speaker 3: I suppose, I suppose that's a big game on today, Isn't.
- 37:45Speaker 2: There there certainly is.
- 37:45Speaker 1: I mean last weekend though, Top versus second Folksing Victor
- 37:49Speaker 1: versus Brentwood Town, Brentwood came, came for a drawer, they
- 37:53Speaker 1: nearly got it, and we hit the barbie at the post,
- 37:57Speaker 1: near missus offside goals, had everything and in the end
- 38:02Speaker 1: we went it with a penalty clear cup penalty. No
- 38:05Speaker 1: one can say that what one dal we won. So
- 38:08Speaker 1: we are now what nine points clear with two games
- 38:10Speaker 1: in hand, and last night's results went our way Aveley
- 38:15Speaker 1: drop points and so did Craig Wandra. So you know,
- 38:18Speaker 1: our nearest oppositions are sort of falling away, which is
- 38:21Speaker 1: really good, and we're carrying on and today we've got
- 38:23Speaker 1: fifth place Dartford away. If you're not going to Dartford
- 38:26Speaker 1: and you do want to listen to the game, obviously
- 38:28Speaker 1: tune into Seasiders Radio and listen for the full Munch commentary,
- 38:32Speaker 1: which you can do on social media. Just click on
- 38:34Speaker 1: the button and you'll get me and Charlie doing the
- 38:38Speaker 1: doing the commentary of this afternoon.
- 38:40Speaker 3: I think this afternoon though, I think positions in the
- 38:43Speaker 3: league might go out the window, especially when it's a
- 38:45Speaker 3: Kent derby, don't you think.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, most definitely.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I mean to be fair, I mean, Dartford have had
- 38:50Speaker 1: the better of us for the last twenty odd years,
- 38:53Speaker 1: so we don't really do very well against them. I
- 38:56Speaker 1: remember the Kent Senior Cup final a couple of years
- 38:58Speaker 1: ago when we got murdered six free something like that,
- 39:02Speaker 1: and they were definitely the team, you know, ten times
- 39:06Speaker 1: better than us. But now we're more on a level
- 39:08Speaker 1: playing field and we are the top team. Now we
- 39:10Speaker 1: are top of the league and we are playing like
- 39:13Speaker 1: I don't want to say champions, but we.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Are certainly playing a lot the top of the league.
- 39:16Speaker 3: And of course everybody that comes up against the top
- 39:20Speaker 3: of the league team and even even no matter what
- 39:23Speaker 3: level it is, yep, they tend to raise their game.
- 39:25Speaker 3: Of course, they know that we've got a tough game,
- 39:27Speaker 3: we've got top of the league, want to be great
- 39:28Speaker 3: to beat them, and I hope it's not a banana
- 39:31Speaker 3: skin today, but it's.
- 39:32Speaker 2: Gonna be tough.
- 39:33Speaker 1: I'll take a point now, yeah, yeah, but you know,
- 39:37Speaker 1: I mean, if you want to be champions, these are
- 39:39Speaker 1: the games you really want to be taking points away
- 39:41Speaker 1: from a point today won't be a bad result. I
- 39:44Speaker 1: don't think Dartford are very good side. They had a
- 39:48Speaker 1: slow start, as I said, the fifth. I think the
- 39:50Speaker 1: fifth in the league might have changed with the results
- 39:53Speaker 1: last night. But yeah, they're doing quite well. They're chasing
- 39:55Speaker 1: the playoffs and they'd definitely be chasing us down towards
- 39:59Speaker 1: the end of the end of the Sea.
- 40:00Speaker 3: And we've got an old folks Tonian up there. Roland
- 40:02Speaker 3: Edgy is up there.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Edge is there. We've got a couple of
- 40:04Speaker 1: exed players. The Henley the goalkeeper from last season. He's
- 40:08Speaker 1: the goal there and Dan Smith is also center.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Forward for him.
- 40:13Speaker 1: So yeah, those two wore the black and amber last
- 40:16Speaker 1: season for Folks in Victor. That's of course that they're
- 40:19Speaker 1: still there. I know they were at the start.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Of the season.
- 40:21Speaker 1: I haven't checked up on that yet. I should have
- 40:23Speaker 1: probably done that for my homework. But anyway, at times
- 40:26Speaker 1: beating us again.
- 40:27Speaker 3: It's been such a good morning and at least we've
- 40:29Speaker 3: got a bit of sporting. We didn't the name of
- 40:31Speaker 3: the show, yeah, the Adrian and Kevin Dance Show. I
- 40:35Speaker 3: don't think it really suits. No, we won't be doing that,
- 40:39Speaker 3: but i'll be back Thursday. This weekend i am off
- 40:42Speaker 3: to South End. I've got a race to compare down there,
- 40:44Speaker 3: over seven hundred runners, all dressed up as Father Christmas
- 40:47Speaker 3: and Elves, so I'll be looking forward to that. And Adrian,
- 40:51Speaker 3: you'll be off to Dartford.
- 40:52Speaker 1: After Dartford and then in the evening I'm off to
- 40:54Speaker 1: see Bad Manners Bad Man Still.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Radio Folkston dot Com. Don your smart speaker
