What is it smoky up there, just like down here, or worse? yeah. Okay. a lot of fires going on lately. Over the weekend. Jeremy & Gaelan: Welcome back to the Investor Shed Podcast. I'm Nick Beverge, your host here with co host Jeremy Kitchen and a guest. Good morning, Jeremy. Good morning. And our guest is Galen Evans. Yeah. Welcome all the way from Sandpoint. How are you? I'm doing great. Thanks for having me. Thanks for being here. Yeah. What is it smoky up there just like down here? yeah. Okay. a lot of fires going on lately. Over the weekend. Nick: we had some houses burned down in Spokane, which is unfortunate. Jeremy & Gaelan: Some houses burned down in Spokane, which is very very sad. A lot of them. A lot of them. Like six hundred or more. but this is more important than that. Today we have Caitlin. I'm sorry everybody in Spokane, but kinda we kinda had it coming. I don't endorse They can't hear you 'cause of the mic. yeah, yeah. Just I'm joking, Spokane, who cares? Nick: Lot of them, like six hundred or more. but this is more important than that. Today we've got Galen. I'm sorry everybody in Spokane, but kinda you kinda had it coming. I don't endorse They can't hear you 'cause of the mic direction. I'm just I'm joking, Spokane. Who cares? all right. So real quick before we get into it, today's episode is brought to you by Brandon Beverage, realtor Jeremy & Gaelan: So, real quick before we get into it, today's episode is brought to you by Brandon Beverge, realtor Nick: In in Deer Park, Washington, he gave Jeremy this this little chapstick. This is for Jeremy. It's a chapstick holder. you can also get married, Jeremy, if you ever need to get remarried at Evermore. Thank you. while it exists. Jeremy & Gaelan: in in Deer Park, Washington. He gave Jeremy this this little is that for me? This is for Jeremy. It's a chapstick holder. you can also get married, Jeremy, if you ever need to get remarried at Evermore. Thank you. while it exists. Nick: There you go. Jeremy & Gaelan: Well that's where I got married. I don't plan on getting remarried, but thanks, Brandon. if you're licensed in Washington, give Brandon a call. Or if you're not licensed Or if you're not licensed to Washington. If you need a house in Washington, yeah, yeah. If you're not licensed to Washington, whatever. We love you, Brandon. All right. That's great. Shout out to Brandon. He actually helped me clean up this shed last night. he's an expert event host, so he knows how to clean small places real quick. this place was getting dirty. Nick: Or if you're not licensed in Washington. Even better. Yeah, you can always watch. All right. And shout out to Brennan. He actually helped me clean up this shed last night. he's an expert event host, so he knows how to clean small places real quick. this place was getting dirty. We haven't cleaned it in like a year. So all right. Galen, you are an AI guy. Is what they would probably call you at first, but what Jeremy & Gaelan: Alright. Galen, you are an AI guy. Guy. Is what they would probably call you at first, but what what you really are is you help small businesses specifically in real estate, implement like systems in their business, like might call them an operation. Nick: what you really are is you help small businesses mm specifically in real estate, implement like systems in their business, like might w call them an operating Jeremy & Gaelan: system right yeah you want to expand on that or how you got into this and who you are yeah so I moved to Sandpoint to be a ski bomb and with a design degree from Wisconsin came here via New Zealand. Okay. Nick: system, right? Yeah. Do you wanna expand on that or how you got into this and who you are? Yeah. so I moved to Sand Point to be a ski bomb and with a design degree from Wisconsin. came here via New Zealand. Okay. after being in New Zealand I like I'm not going back to the Midwest. I need to live in some mountains Jeremy & Gaelan: After being in New Zealand, I like, I am not going back to the Midwest. I need to live in some mountains. so found beautiful Idaho and then yeah, have had the entrepreneurial bug since I left school. Was a big Tim Ferris fan for a long time, so I've been trying to like trying to find where that lands and then found out it's really hard and there's a lot of difficult, tricky parts with running a business and got to the point where Nick: So found beautiful Idaho and then yeah, have had the entrepreneurial bug since I left school. I was a big Tim Ferris fan for a long time, so I've been trying to like trying to find where that lands and then found out it's really hard and there's a lot of difficult, tricky parts with running a business and got to the point where I was essentially found AI to like help me run a business. I like, I think this is the thing that every business is gonna eventually need. Wha what was that business? Jeremy & Gaelan: essentially found AI to like help me run a business. I was like, I think this is the thing that every business is gonna eventually need. What was that business? Nick: so I moved here to develop a piece of ski gear that was actually my senior thesis. okay. yeah. So what kind of gear was that? It was I redesigned the face mask so it's kind of like a Jeremy & Gaelan: so I moved here to develop a piece of ski gear. That was actually my senior thesis. okay. yeah. So what kind of gear was that? It was I redesigned the face mask so it's kind of like a kind of like goggles for your mouth. It creates a airframe around your mouth. So if you're like skiing and you have a mask on it's super cold and you like usually my mask gets really soggy and so Nick: for your mouth. It creates a airframe around your mouth. So if you're like skiing and you have a mask on it's super cold and you like usually my mask gets really soggy and smelly Jeremy & Gaelan: Smelly and stinky and then freezes and then it's kind of worthless. So I essentially created a a fighter pilot mask for skiing and snowboarding that had like magnets attached. So you like pop it off and then Yeah. Awesome. We're can we're can snowboarders use those too or just illegal for snowboarders to use. First of all, we don't talk about those. Is this still a production or is it already out there for pi for Nick: and stinky and then freezes and then it's kind of worthless. So I essentially created a a fighter pilot mask for skiing and snowboarding that had like magnets attached. So you just like pop it off and then yeah. Awesome. Where can we can snowboarders use those too or just skiers? It's illegal for snowboarders I guess first of all we don't talk about those people is this still in production or is it already out there for p for purchase? it isn't out there for purchase. I actually got to the point where I was gonna launch a Kickstarter Jeremy & Gaelan: purchase? it isn't out there for purchase. I essentially I actually got to the point where I was gonna launch a Kickstarter. Nick: last year and then I kinda was scheduled and I had a bunch of hiccups and things kinda went badly and that was also the point where I was like, AI is gonna help me solve a lot of these issues and then I found the AI and was like business. dude I come close with that every other day I'm just like what am I doing in real estate? Why don't I just make AI a full time thing? 'Cause but Jeremy & Gaelan: last year and then I kinda was scheduled and I had a bunch of hiccups and things kinda went badly and that was also the point where I was like, AI is gonna help me solve a lot of these issues and then I found the AI and I was like, Mm I think I found a new business. Yeah. I come close with that every other day I'm like, What am I doing in real estate? Why don't I just Yeah AI a full time thing? 'Cause Nick: but I'm not I Try not to go down that road. Yeah. Just stick with what I know. Yeah. Yeah. So I do want to say just real quick, obviously you were trying to design a piece of ski gear and then you found AI, correct? Yeah. do you have any plans to ever bring that ski gear to fruition or is that kind of just past what you want to do now? Jeremy & Gaelan: Try not to go down that road. Yeah. Just stick with what I know. You're teetering a line, I will say. Yeah. So I do want to say just real quick, obviously you were trying to design a piece of ski gear and then you found AI, correct? Yeah. do you have any plans to ever bring that ski gear to fruition or is that kind of just past what you want to do now? Nick: yeah, I'd love to. Yeah. and also kind of what would happen is I'd I kind of Jeremy & Gaelan: yeah, I'd love to. Yeah. it also kind of what would happen is I'd I kinda work all summer and then October would come and it'd get cold and I'd get super excited and then the snow falls so I get even more excited and and the last few winters there hasn't been a lot of snow, so I've kinda like wasn't as excited about doing it. So yeah, but once once the snow falls I usually get pretty excited about it and Yeah, and the reason I'm asking is 'cause obviously like I'm not a skier or snowboarder. Like I'm I'm pretty accident prone to a lot of things. You could put me on a moving board, I'm it's a death threat for me. Nick: summer and then October would come and it get cold and I'd get super excited and then the snow falls so I'll even more excited and and the last few winters there hasn't been a lot of snow so I kinda like wasn't as excited about doing it so yeah but once once the snow falls I usually get pretty excited about it and yeah and the reason I'm asking is because obviously like I'm not a skier or snowboarder like I'm I'm pretty accident prone to a lot of things. You put me on a moving board, I'm it's a death trap for me. but that sounds like a very useful tool for somebody who's in skiing, right? So like even if it's not snow vaper that that sounds Jeremy & Gaelan: But that sounds like a very useful tool for somebody going skiing, right? So like even if it's not snowy up here, that that sounds like Nick: like a product that could sell. Do you have like patent vetted or anything before we get too crazy? No patent. It's it's it's actually not a lot of like Jeremy & Gaelan: a product that could sell. Do you have a like patent pendant or anything before we get too crazy? no patent. It's it's it's actually not a lot of like Nick: functional innovation. It's I kinda just took a lot of things where I was like, hey this is this is over here and it's working really well and this is over here and it's working really well and Jeremy & Gaelan: functional innovation. It's I kind of just took a lot of things where I was like, hey, this is this is over here and it's working really well, and this is over here and it's working really well. And yeah, it's not in this market. So but I've talked to a lot of people like even riding like side by sides or anything where you're like need to protect your face. I think balaclavas are just buffs or whatever are they they're horrible. You're just breathing through it. Yeah, I think especially after COVID, everyone's like, man, there's all these issues with masks. They hurt my ears and I can't breathe and I'm like, I solved all of Nick: It's not in this market. So but I talked to a lot of people like even riding like side by sides or anything where you're like need to protect your face. I think balaclavas are just buffs or whatever are they they're horrible. You're just breathing through yeah, I especially after COVID, everyone's like, Man, there's all these issues with masks, I hurt my ears and I can't breathe and I'm like, I'd solve all the Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like that could be like universal problem solving. Yeah. You're working outside in your yard, yeah. Yeah. So it's it's Nick: Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Like that could be like universal problem solving. There's a lot of things. You're working outside in your yard, like you can wear a mask for that. Yeah. So it's it's Jeremy & Gaelan: definitely not not gone or forgotten. Yeah, for sure. I I did a bunch of 3D prints. I have I have everything pretty much prototyped out and ready to go. Nick: Definitely not not gone or forgotten. Yeah, for sure. I I did a bunch of 3D prints, I have I have everything pretty much prototyped out and ready to go. Jeremy & Gaelan: and I was like ready to pull the trigger on the Kickstarter. Yeah. and then yeah, just kinda like, I'm gonna hop over I'm hopping over here for a second. Love it, okay, cool. Yeah. Well the cool thing about business is you can always come back and pick up a business. Nick: pull the trigger on the Kickstarter. Yeah. and then yeah, just kinda like, I'm gonna hop over I'm hopping over here for a second. Love it. Okay, cool. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Well the cool thing about business is you can always come back and pick up a business Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah, yeah. It's not like it just your dreams go away completely. Yeah. Yeah. you can you can pick up where you left off whenever. So not a big deal. Yeah. And I think it's getting easier every day with AI. Yeah. So but I I I totally Nick: ladder. It's not like it just your dreams go away completely. Yeah. Yeah. you can you can pick up where you left off whenever. It's not not a big deal. Yeah. And I think it's getting easier every day with AI. Yeah. But I I I totally Jeremy & Gaelan: kind of agree with you that maybe AI right now is the better play just to focus on that, 'cause like how much competition do you actually have in your field right now? Nick: kind of agree with you that maybe AI right now is the better play just to focus on that 'cause like how much competition do you actually have in your field right now? Jeremy & Gaelan: for AI? Yeah, like in locally with like other people that are trying to do this for small businesses. In Samp I probably zero. and even even in Court d'Alene, I hang out at the Innovation Collective a lot. Yeah. sorry, I'm gonna meddle with I hang out at the Innovation Collective a lot, which is kinda like Nick: for AI. Yeah, like in locally with like other people that are trying to do this for small businesses. In sampoint I probably zero. and even even in Court d'Alane I hang out at the Innovation Collective a lot. Yeah. sorry, I'm gonna put that a little closer to you. I hang out at the Innovation Collective a lot, which is kind of like Jeremy & Gaelan: a hub of people who are in it, but it's still I don't know there's a lot of people who are Nick: people who are in it but it's still I don't know there's a lot of people who are Jeremy & Gaelan: Like as a designer, my job is to s find problems and then find creative solutions to problems. So that's kind of like why I got into this. I was like, this is essentially my same skill set where I come in, I look at a business or I look at a consumer and it's like, Hey, y you there's a point of friction here. Let me take a c couple steps back, look at this from a thirty thousand foot view and understand the whole process and be like, there's there's broken points here. Now we can like try and find creative solutions to that. and so that's kind of why I feel like I've also really Nick: As a designer, my job is to find problems and then find creative solutions to problems. So that's kind of like why I got into this. I was like, this is essentially my same skill set where I come in, I look at a business or I look at a consumer, and it's like, hey, you there's a point of friction here. Let me take a couple steps back, look at this from a 30,000 foot view, and understand the whole process and be like, there's there's broken points here. Now we can like try and find creative solutions to that. and so that's kind of why I feel like I've also really Jeremy & Gaelan: fallen into this I'm like this is this is a just another form of design. Nick: falling into this. I'm like this is this is a just another form of design. Jeremy & Gaelan: and so that's kinda like why I really got excited about it too. So I I s I still feel like a lot of people out there have no idea what AI can actually do for them or their business. Was was there something that you stumbled upon or that actually made you think, Holy crap, I didn't know AI can do this and then this is what I want to actually start focusing on instead of this business that I've been working on? Nick: And so that's kinda like why I really got excited about it too. So I I s I still feel like a lot of people out there have no idea what AI can actually do for them or their business. Was was there something that you stumbled upon or that actually made you think, Holy crap, I didn't know AI can do this and then this is what I want to actually start focusing on instead of this business that I've been working on? Like is was there one thing that like AI did for you where you're just like Jeremy & Gaelan: Like is was there one thing that like AI did for you where you're just like, I should probably focus on this? Maybe not many people know that this is possible. Was there anything in particular or was it did it all just kind of compound on itself? Nick: I should probably focus on this. Maybe not many people know that this is possible. Was there anything in particular or was it did it all just kind of compound on itself? I yeah I think it's just compounding and it's the fact that there's so many like things that I hit and I struggled with for months where I'm like, Okay, I I learned a bunch of stuff and now I hit a new point. I'm like, I have a whole new thing to learn and then I learn that thing and I Jeremy & Gaelan: I I think it's just compounding and it's the fact that there's so many like things that I hit and I struggled with for months where I'm like, Okay, I I I learned a bunch of stuff and now I hit a new point. I'm like, I have a whole new thing to learn and then I learn that thing and I move a f one step forward, I'm like, here's a whole new thing to learn and then I move a step forward and it's like with A I'm like, I can just take a step and it gives me all that stuff that I need to learn and then take another step and it's like so that it it just it's such a compressing factor on how fast you can move. I was like, This is Nick: one step forward, I'm like, here's a whole new thing to learn and then I move a step forward and it's like with A I'm like, I can just take a step and it gives me all that stuff that I need to learn and then take another step and it's like so that it it just it's such a compressing factor on how fast you can move. I was like, this is you know, it's like Jeremy & Gaelan: You know, it's like I say a lot of people are afraid of AI like taking your job or or or taking so much things away. And I think people are afraid of like we're gonna take a horse and take the person off it and teach the horse to ride themselves. And I think, no, we're we're gonna take the person off the horse, we're gonna put them in a rocket ship. True. Yeah. and so that's where I'm like Nick: I say a lot of people are afraid of AI like taking your job or or or taking so much things away and I think people are afraid of like we're gonna take a horse and take the person off it and teach the horse to ride themselves and I think no we're we're gonna take the person off the horse and we're gonna put in a rocket ship. Sure. Yeah. and so that's where I'm like we can just give everyone a multiplying factor. and Jeremy & Gaelan: We can just give everyone a multiplying factor. and and as a designer like that's that's everything, right? Who how how can we make things more efficient and more elegant in the way that we use And then this is just a another tool and that kind of Yeah. Yeah, it's a it's just another tool, but it's like a super tool. It's just like you can't I'm still blown away almost every other day by what I ask it to do and it actually just does. Yeah. Just just to see, just to test, like, can it actually Nick: And as a designer, like that's that's everything, right? Where how how can we make things more efficient and more elegant in the way that we use them? And this is just a another tool and that kind of Yeah. Yeah, it's a it's just another tool, but it's like a super tool. It's just like you can't I'm still blown away almost every other day by what I ask it to do and it actually just does. Yeah. Just just to see, just to test, like can it actually give me a user interface portal to my CLI or something like that that I can just use on my phone like this morning. I was jogging and I thought about something that I wanted changed. And I was jogging on Campfield Mountain. Mm-hmm. And I just pulled out my phone and I pulled up my private operating system, clicked on Jeremy & Gaelan: give me a user interface portal to my C L I or something like that that I can just use on my phone. Like this morning, I was jogging and I thought about something that I wanted changed. I was jogging on Campfield Mountain. Mm-hmm. And I just pulled out my phone and I pulled up my private operating system, clicked on Nick: of my Groc Build app which there is no ba app for that. But it I I was able to just talk into it about what I wanted and describe it and then get back, you know, I didn't even stop jogging. Jeremy & Gaelan: my Groc Build app which there is no ba app for that. Yeah. But it I I was able to just talk into it about what I wanted and describe it and then get back, you know, I didn't even stop jogging. Mm-hmm. And then by the time I got to my car, it was already built. Mm-hmm. and this was like a lot of work. This was like, I need you to go to our Nick: And then by the time I got to my car, it was already built. and this was like a lot of work. This was like, I need you to go to our brokerage website, not my website, find out the whole agent roster, download all their images, and upload it to this demo that I want to show my broker. so that when he can see his roster, all the photos are there too. that would take a person to do that, you know, fifty seven times. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: brokerage website, not my website, find out the whole agent roster, download all their images, and upload it to this demo that I want to show my broker. Mm-hmm. so that when he can see his roster all the photos are there too. that would take a person, to do that, you know, fifty seven times. Yeah. Nick: and to also build it a feature on that site to where it could have images next to their roster. that would be quite a quite an undertaking. But it was done before I got back to my car at 6 30 in the morning. Right. And nobody was at a computer. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: And to also build it a feature on that site to where it could have images next their roster. that would be quite a quite an undertaking. But it was done before I got back to my car at six thirty in the morning. Right. And nobody was at a computer. Yeah. things like that. I'm just kinda blown away by like, what else could I do? and and while I was on the run, I didn't like the user interface. So I have to say when you're done with that, can you fix this to where half of it isn't covered by the menu? Nick: things like that. I'm just like kinda blown away by like what else could I do? and and while I was on the run, I didn't like the user interface. So I actually when you're done with that, can you fix this to where half of it isn't covered by the menu on my app? Yeah. And then it just and I want to see updates just like I would in the C L I. Yeah. Instead of it just thinking or just waiting for it to you know, things like that. I I it's just rambling off as I'm just thinking what else I want as I'm on a jog. And I'm not sitting down at a computer. Yeah. And Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah. And then it just and I wanna see updates just like I would in the C L I instead of it just thinking or just waiting for it to you know, things like that. I I it's just rambling off as I'm just thinking what else I want as I'm on a jog. And I'm not sitting down at a computer. Yeah. And Nick: those kind of things are possible now. Yeah. so I have you had any of those experiences where Jeremy & Gaelan: those kind of things are possible now. Yeah. Yeah. so I have you had any of those experiences where Nick: you want to build something or implement something and you're not even at a computer and you're able to just kind of see that happen? Yeah. I guess I have like a a telegram so I have my computer at home with my Jeremy & Gaelan: you wanna build something or implement something and you're not even at a computer and you're able to just kinda see that happen? Yeah. I guess I have like a a telegram so I have my computer at home with my my operating system on it and then I have it connected to an agent who's connected to Telegram and so I can just talk on my phone and my agent updates everything on my desktop and it's just kinda like I use my phone as a think pad, like yeah I'm out I'm like, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and then I go back to my desktop and it's like here, here's all those things you talked about. They're either they're cataloged or they're done. and it's just yeah. Yeah. So so what what can you do for a real estate entrepreneur? Nick: system on it and then I have it connected to an agent who's connected to Telegram and so I can just talk on my phone and my agent updates everything on my desktop and it's just kinda like I use my phone as a think pad yeah I'm out I'm like blah blah blah blah blah blah blah and then I go back to my desktop and it's like here here's all those things you talked about. They're either they're cataloged or they're done. and it's just yeah. Yeah. So so what what can you do for a real estate entrepreneur? If you had to give an elevator pitch. It's Jeremy & Gaelan: If you had to give an elevator pitch. It's Nick: So any business is you it's a big machine and there's a lot of moving parts. And generally you're the person who's going and pulling all the levers individually. You're going from your Facebook to your website to Zillow to your email to you have to touch all these interfaces separately manually yourself. And now AI is this Jeremy & Gaelan: So any business is you it's a big machine and there's a lot of moving parts. And generally you're the person who's going and pulling all the levers individually. You're going from your Facebook to your website to Zillow to your email to you have to touch all these interfaces separately manually yourself. And now AI is this Nick: you can create a single point of interface that does all of that for you. So it's just it's so much more efficient and Jeremy & Gaelan: you can create a single point of interface that does all of that for you. So it's just it's so much more efficient. And that Nick: That because there's so many things that you have to touch, that means you have that's things you have to juggle in your head. You have to have all these plates spinning, you have to know what plates where and when to move it and you can now just essentially take all that mental load, wrap it up and hand it to Jeremy & Gaelan: because there's so many things that you have to touch, that means you have that's things you have to juggle in your head. You have to have all these plates spinning. You have to know what plates where and when to move it and you can now just essentially take all of that mental load, wrap it up and hand it to Nick: like the machine now runs itself, so you're not pulling all those levers, which means that you can actually point the machine where you want it to go and be like, I actually I'm trying to get here and instead of having to like drag this pr this massive machine there, yeah. I now just put Jeremy & Gaelan: like the machine now runs itself, so you're not pulling all those levers, which means that you can actually point the machine where you want it to go and be like, I actually I'm trying to get here and instead of having to like drag this pro this massive machine there. Yeah. I now just put wheels Nick: on it and I can just steer it and I can focus on the the most important things. I I heard an analogy, it's like you used to spend eighty percent of your time working Jeremy & Gaelan: on it and I can just steer it and I can focus on the the most important things. I heard an analogy, it's like you used to spend eighty percent of your time working Nick: in the business and twenty percent working on the business where most of it's putting out fires and a little bit's like, hey let me improve and tweak and grow this and now it's like, no, eighty percent of the business is automated, now you can do the twenty percent where it's like, okay now I'm growing the business, now I'm actually moving forward and I'm kind of like Jeremy & Gaelan: in the business and twenty percent working on the business where most of it's putting out fires and a little bit's like, hey, let me improve and tweak and grow this and now it's like, no, eighty percent of the business is automated, now you can do the twenty percent where it's like, okay, now I'm growing the business, now I'm actually moving forward and I'm kind of like having a vision. Yeah. What kind of things do people think that you can automate but really are still kinda difficult? Nick: having a vision. Yeah. What kind of things do people think that you can automate but really are still kind of difficult? Jeremy & Gaelan: Hmm I w Nick: It's kinda crazy. I think we're getting to the point where Jeremy & Gaelan: It's kinda crazy. I think we're getting to the point where I don't know if there is anymore. it's just how deep do you want to go? Like I know looking at your kind of dashboard, y is there anything that you found really hard to automate? I mean, besides like sitting down and being like, Hey, I haven't met you. Let me learn about you and have this conversation and like actually building relationships. I think that's that's kind of the one thing that's gated. Yeah. or having like a really deep level insight. But again, the whole idea is that we're getting to the point where Nick: It's just how deep do you want to go. Like I know looking at your kind of dashboard, y y is there anything that you found really hard to automate? I mean, besides like sitting down and being like, Hey, I haven't met you, let me learn about you and have this conversation and like actually building relationships. I think that's that's kind of the one thing that's gated. Yeah. or having like a really deep level insight. But again, the whole idea is that we're getting to the point where if you look at AI as an employee, we can now train that employee and we can give it context and we can tell it what to think and how to think and w where to look at things and you can essentially dump your whole brain into it so it now thinks like you do and it has all your experience. You're we're just a collection of right learnings and experiences and, you know we've read books and we've talked to people and we have our own database of information. And if you can upload that to Jeremy & Gaelan: If you look at AI as an employee, we can now train that employee and we can give it context and we can tell it what to think and how to think and w where to look at things and you can essentially dump your whole brain into it so it now thinks like you do and it has all your experience. You're we're just a collection of learnings and experiences and you know, we've read books and we've talked to people and we have our own database of information. If you can upload that to to the AI, it can make the same thoughts and inferences and connections that you have. Nick: To the AI, can make the same thoughts and inferences and connections that you have Jeremy & Gaelan: If it has the same data that you have. Yeah. Yeah. I think real quick we should take a few steps back and talk about the difference between like a chat bot that most people their experience with AI is like ChatGBT or Cloud or something like that. But really t explain the difference of what we're talking about because I think we we might have skipped over that a little bit and confused some people like, what do you mean like I've talked to ChatGBT, it doesn't do things for me. Like I mean it gives me things Nick: if it has the same data that you have. Yeah. Yeah. I think real quick, we should take a few steps back and talk about the difference between like a chatbot that most people, their experience with AI is like ChatGPT or Cloud or something like that. But really t explain the difference of what we're talking about. Because I think we we might have skipped over that a little bit and confused some people like, what do you mean like I've talked to ChatGPT, it doesn't do things for me. Like, I mean it gives me things. Jeremy & Gaelan: to copy and paste, which are great. but like Nick: copy and paste which are great but like Jeremy & Gaelan: How would you describe the what an o what an operating system is and the difference between a chatbot and and how do you make that difference? Yeah. Nick: how would you describe the what an what an operating system is and the difference between a chatbot and and how do you make that difference yeah do you do you know what I mean by that yeah absolutely so like if you use chat gpt or you use claude you're essentially going to anthropic and you're getting their consumer product from them Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah, absolutely. So like if you use ChatGPT or you use Claude, you're essentially going to Anthropic and you're getting their consumer product from them. it's like if you were to go to Toyota and you buy a Camry off the lot, you're g it's it's got all the safety features, it was gonna work well, it's nice to use, it's it's it's a good consumer product. Yeah. and that's the point. And for the average user, I just need to get to work, I need to get home, I wanna be safe and I wanna make sure that I have all my creature comforts. Nick: It's like if you were to go to Toyota and you buy a Camry off a lot, you get it's it's got all the safety features, it works gonna work well, it's nice to use, it's it's it's a good consumer product. Yeah. and that's the point. And for the average user, I just need to get to work, I need to get home, I want to be safe, and I want to make sure that I have all my creature comforts. The next Jeremy & Gaelan: Next level is like, well, you can take that same Toyota camerary, you can pull the seats out, pull the dashboard out, strip it down to the bare metal, Nick: level is like, well, you can take that same Toyota Camry, you can pull the seats out, pull the dashboard out, strip it down to the bare metal. Jeremy & Gaelan: and then you can put a turbo on it, a new exhaust, and you get that same cameraman, well now be a race car. Like literally everything is the same. We just like pull out all the yeah, soft consumer creature comforts and you just make it a ho a a Nick: And then you can put a turbo on it, a new exhaust, and you get that same camera, you would now be a race car. Like literally everything is the same. You just like pull out all the yeah soft consumer creature comforts and you just make it a a ho a a power machine. and I think that's the difference. So when you're talking to Chat GPT and Claude, they're they're just a consumer product that it's meant to do what the average person wants really well without kind of like Jeremy & Gaelan: Power machine. and I think that's the difference. So when you're talking to Chat GPT and Claude, they're they're just a consumer product that it's meant to do what the average person wants really well without kind of like getting without overwhelming them. Sure. Yeah. It's meant to mostly just talk yeah. Talk back to Yeah. Give them answers. Yep. Not really Nick: getting without overwhelming them, sure. Yeah. It's meant to mostly just talk yeah. Talk back to Yeah. Give answers. Yeah. Not really actually go do task. Right. You need you need to use different types of AI for that. Or the same companies. But like how but how do you get to how would you describe if somebody had to in the next, you know, twenty minutes, how would you Jeremy & Gaelan: actually go do task. Right. You need you need to use different types of AI for that. The same companies. But yeah like how but how do you get to how would you describe if somebody had to in the next, you know, twenty minutes, mm how would you Nick: instruct them to try out agentic AI. Mm-hmm. I think the biggest thing, so I'm I kinda specialize in claude, that's the one I dove into and really got into. Jeremy & Gaelan: instruct them to try out a gentic AI? Mhm. I think the biggest thing, so I'm I kinda specialize in Claude, that's the one I dove into and really got into. Nick: and if you're using the Claude chat, I exclusively work in projects because that's kind of the first level of giving it context and memory. so if you're just chatting with So this is still staying on the website. Yep, yeah. If you go if you're in like chat GPT and you have a chat and you exit that chat and start a new chat Jeremy & Gaelan: And if you're using the Claude chat, I exclusively work in projects. Because that's kind of the first level of giving it context and memory. so if you're just chatting with So this is still staying on the website. Yep. Yeah, you're just in normal ch chat. If you go if you're in like Chat GPT and you have a chat and you exit that chat and start a new chat Nick: It used to not remember. Like you wouldn't you can't be like, Yeah, what did we it kinda remember? Yeah, it's It kinda scans your previous tape. It's getting better. But it doesn't have full context on it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's just trying to be impressive. Yeah, exactly. So previously it was like I don't know. Jeremy & Gaelan: It used to not remember, like you wouldn't you can't like, Hey, what did what did we see last time I remember? Yeah, it's it it's getting better. It's getting better. But it doesn't have full content. Correct. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's just trying to be impressive. Yeah, exactly. So previously it was like I don't know I don't know, we were talking two minutes ago. Yeah. and that's because it's a new agent every time. People don't know right. It's like a a brand new model clicks on every time you do a new chat and it has really it has all the information that's preloaded of the internet. Right. But not necessarily on you. Yeah. Nick: Yeah. and that's because it's a new agent every time. People don't know. Like it's like a a brand new model clicks on every time you do a new chat and it has really it has all the information that's preloaded of the internet. Right. But not necessarily on you. Yeah. unless you have in your chat GPT, like if you've like d any custom preferences where you describe who you are and stuff, Jeremy & Gaelan: unless you have in your chat G BT like if you've like d any custom right preferences where you describe who you are and stuff. Nick: it'll quickly read that before it responds to you in a new chat, but Jeremy & Gaelan: it'll quickly read that before it responds to you in a new chat, but you're talking about a project where it goes even deeper where you can give it a little bit more context still being on the website. so so what do you can you can you expand on that though, like what a project is and how do you set that up? Yeah, so if you go into specifically into Claude, you go on the left hand side, you can click on a project and then the project is gonna say what is this? And I have like a a health project, I have a work project, I Nick: You're talking about a project where it goes even deeper where you can give it a little bit more context still being on the website. so so what do you can you can you expand on that though, like what a project is and how do you set that up? Yeah. So if you go into specifically into Claude, you go on the left hand side you can click on a project and then the project is gonna say, What is this? And I have like a a health project, I have a work project, I Jeremy & Gaelan: have Nick: have Jeremy & Gaelan: you know, personal therapist project. And it's like you can give it context and be like, hey, for health, I this is the kind of diet I like, this is the kind of exercises I like. This is the kind of the books I read on this. And then whenever I talk to it, it's gonna go and look at that information and now all its answers come through that filter of those things I told it to think about. And then it's that's where you're like, wow, like you're really helpful now. that's Nick: you know, personal therapist project and it's like you can give it context like, hey, for health, I this is the kind of diet I like, this is the kind of exercises I like, this is the kind of the books I read on this. Yeah. And then whenever I talk to it, it's gonna go and look at that information and now all its answers come through that filter of those things I told it to think about. And then it's that's where you're like, wow, like you were really helpful now. that Jeremy & Gaelan: like a 10X multiplier. And then down the road we can essentially do that on a Nick: 10x multiplier and then down the road we can essentially do that on a really Jeremy & Gaelan: Massive scale. Yeah. Yeah. And the mistake that I made for months with a project, that I'll just share real quick. If you if you upload Nick: massive scale. Yeah. Yeah. And the mistake that I've made for months with the project, that I'll just share real quick, if you if you upload stuff to the project to read Jeremy & Gaelan: stuff to the project to read. You actually have to give it instructions to read your uploads. It will read by default the instructions that you have which is there's a difference. You know, you can just you type in your instructions on the project that just stay with that project, but then you could also upload files for it to reference. I made the mistake just thinking that it was always referencing those files before it ever spoke to me, but I you had to actually give it instructions to read what that it has access to first. Nick: You actually have to give it instructions to read your uploads. It will read by default the instructions that you have, which is there's a difference. You know, you can just you type in your instructions on the project that just stay with that project, but then you can also upload files for it to reference. I made the mistake just thinking that it was always referencing those files before it ever spoke to me, but I you had to actually give it instructions to read what that it has access to first. Jeremy & Gaelan: So just a little little Nick: so just a little little Jeremy & Gaelan: tip there. Yeah. Don't think everything that you upload it's gonna be read. Yeah. because Chat G PT or Claude or Groc they'll just give you Nick: Tip there. Yeah. Don't think everything that you upload is gonna be red. Yeah. because ChatGPT or Claude or Groc, they'll just give you Jeremy & Gaelan: an answer confidently as if they read something every time. So they'll fool ya. So just be careful. Yeah. Yeah. Nick: an answer confidently as if they read something every time so they'll fool ya. So just be careful. Yeah. Yeah. What what I like though about being in a in like a coding agent is that there's no faking. They read everything before they do anything because they're about to take tasks. And I feel like they're just way more careful about making sure they have full context. Yeah. Before they do anything. Uh-huh. 'cause they're not just chatting, they're just taking actions. so would that would that be the next step or is there step before that? Jeremy & Gaelan: What what I like though about being in a c in like a coding agent is that there's no faking. They read everything before they do anything because they're about to take tasks and I feel like they're just way more careful about making sure they have full context. Yeah. Before they do anything. Uhhuh. 'cause they're not just chatting, they're just taking actions. so would that would that be the next step or is there a step before that? Nick: To before you start using a coding agent? Yeah, so then I think they all kinda have it now, but Jeremy & Gaelan: To before you start using a coding agent? Yeah, so then I think they all kinda have it now, but c Nick: Claude had co work and the difference between just chatting is when you chat with Claude, essentially Jeremy & Gaelan: Claude had co work and the difference between just chatting is when you chat with Claude, essentially Nick: they've trained Claude on the internet or whatever they think is relevant. Jeremy & Gaelan: they've trained Claude on the internet or whatever they think is relevant and then it has all of that context and when you chat with it, everything you're chatting with lives on Anthropic servers. So ev all of your chats live in Anthropic. so you're essentially writing a letter to Anthropic, they read that letter and then they write you a back and they and then they keep the letter you sent them. The next one level is cowork and that's essentially you're giving the AI the ability to in interact with your machine. So you have Nick: And then it has all of that context. And when you chat with it, everything you're chatting with lives on anthropic servers. So ever all of your chats live in Anthropic. so you're essentially writing a letter to Anthropic, they read that letter, and then they write you a back, and they and then they keep the letter you sent them. The next one level is cowork, and that's essentially you're giving the AI the ability to in interact with your machine. So you have Jeremy & Gaelan: the folders on your computer and you can say, hey, here's a Claude folder on my computer. Nick: the folder on your computer, and you can say, hey, here's a clawed folder on my computer. Jeremy & Gaelan: Go in and read this folder. And that's kind of the next level of giving the AI. I kind of say like chatting is like talking to a librarian. Nick: Go in and read this folder. And that's kind of the next level of giving the AI. I kind of say, like, chatting is like talking to a librarian. Jeremy & Gaelan: You walk to the front desk, you're like, hey, go give me a book. And they have the Library of COM Congress downloaded. Nick: Front desk, you're like, hey, go give me a book, and they have the Library of Congress downloaded. Go find that book, bring that piece of information back, and they're like, here you go. And co-work is kind of like having a plumber come into your house, he has a bunch of specific knowledge, and you're I need this thing fixed. And you come to where I live and interact with kind of my environment. Jeremy & Gaelan: Go find that book, bring that piece of information back and like, here you go. And cowork is kind of like having a plumber come into your house, he has a bunch of specific knowledge and you're like, I need this thing fixed. Can you come to where I live and interact with with kind of my environment? And so that's where cowork is. but it is And that's an app on your desktop? Yeah, yeah. You have to download the the app. Nick: So that's where cowork is. but it is And that's an app on your desktop? Yeah, yeah. You have to download the the app. but again read and write and delete. So it's like you are giving it a new level of capability. And so generally you want to make like, hey, here's the claude folder. Everything I put in that cloud folder you now have access to and you can play with. Yeah. Okay. so is that Jeremy & Gaelan: But again, read and write and delete. So it's like you are giving it a new level of capability. And so generally you want to make like, hey, here's the cloud folder. Everything I put in that cloud folder you now have access to and can play with. Yeah. Okay. so is that is that what you recommend most businesses kind of start with no, you recommend that they start with the web app. Nick: Is that what you recommend most businesses kinda start w no, you recommend that they start with the web app and then if they want to go deeper go into like cowork. Yeah. Or I think Chat GPT has a similar desktop feature, right? I like maybe it's called the Ch T has computer now. Okay. Yeah, I'm Jeremy & Gaelan: And then you want to go deeper, go into like cowork. Yeah. Or I think Chat GPT has a similar desktop feature. Yeah. Like Perplexity has computer now. yeah, I'm Nick: they're all kind of racing it's f it's it's good for us 'cause they're all kind of racing to the bottom. Yeah. they're all they're all getting Jeremy & Gaelan: They're all kind of racing it's f it's it's good for us 'cause they're all kind of racing to the bottom. Yeah. they're all they're all getting pretty similar. Exactly. Yeah. Exactly. We talk about that all the time too, how like they're all just gonna continue improving because there's such a demand for this product, right? So like it's great for the consumer, it's great for the people that need it. Right. but it does make it you you have to switch a little bit. Once, you know, like Nick talks about going from grok to claw to claw to this and like eventually it'll just be like, All right, this is perfection. Right. Nick: Exactly. Yeah. Exactly. We talk about that all the time too, how like they're all just going to continue improving because there's such a demand for this product. So like it's great for the consumer, it's great for the people that need it. Right. but it does make it you you have to switch a little bit once you know like Nick talks about going from groc to claw to claw to this and like eventually it'll just be like, all right, this is perfection. Right. Pick your pick your systems. Right. Yeah. Well the reason I actually I I go back and forth is because I I f I I've just Jeremy & Gaelan: Pick your pick your systems. Right. Yeah. Well the reason I actually I I go back and forth is because I I f I I've just Nick: just found that I get better results when it it's building features on my website or whatever. if I can have like a non-biased coding agent audit the work of another coding agent, because then they're just so much better at fighting all these bugs and then they're like, thanks, and then we'll fix it together or whatever. But it also just Jeremy & Gaelan: found that I get better results when it it's building features on my website or whatever. if I can have like a non biased coding agent audit the work of another coding agent because then they're just so much better at fighting all these bugs and then they're like, thanks, and then we'll fix it together or whatever. But it also just Nick: You just tell it to hey, also get get Claude to check your work, or or if you're using Claude, hey also get Grok to check check your work. Yeah. And that's all you have to say. And then and then you have two super geniuses not necessarily fighting it out, but just like just doing as it as they instructed and almost always they one or the other will find issues of the other's, you know, little flaws. Yeah. 'Cause not everything's perfect, but it's like damn, it's it's pretty quick and it's pretty and it's and it Jeremy & Gaelan: you just tell it to hey also get get Claude to check your work or or if you're using Claude, hey also get Grok to check check your work. Yeah. And that's all you have to say and then and then you have two super geniuses yeah you know fighting it not necessarily fighting it out, but just like doing as it as they instructed and almost always they one or the other will find issues of the other's, you know, little flaws. Yeah. 'Cause not everything's perfect but it's like damn it's it's pretty quick and it's pretty and it's and it it's corrected pretty fast. Nick: It's corrected pretty fast, especially Jeremy & Gaelan: if you just instead of you the person auditing everything, you tell it to spin up other agents to audit. Yeah. I think it's funny, they can get kind of sassy too, be like, hey Codex, go check Claude's work, and Codex is like, silly Claude, it made a mistake here. And then you're like, Claude, go check it, like, silly chat GPT. Yeah, yeah. These guys don't know what they're talking about. Yeah. Put up against each other. It's funny. Yeah. Yeah. so can you give me an example of Nick: if you just instead of you the person auditing everything, you tell it to spin up other agents to audit. Yeah. I think it's funny, they can get kind of sassy too, be like, hey Codex, go check Claude's work and Codex is like, silly Claude had made a mistake. Go check it like silly chat GPT. Yeah. Yeah. Those guys don't know what they're talking about. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Put up against each other. It's fun. Yeah. Yeah. so can you give me an example of a use case, like a real functioning use case that you've helped somebody implement in their business where it's actually giving them results, like saving time and money or both, or something else. Yeah. or or helping them gain more business. Can you can you give an example of, you know, yes, we have all this great tech, but like is it worth using and why? Jeremy & Gaelan: a use case, like a real functioning use case that you've helped somebody implement in their business where it's actually giving them results, like saving time and money or both, or something else. Yeah. or or helping them gain more business. Can you can you give an example of, you know, yes, we have all this great tech, but like is it worth using and why? Nick: Yeah. I think the best Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah. I think the best so again and the big thing about AI is AI is just a data processor. It's just a really fancy calculator. Nick: So again and the big thing about AI is AI is just a data processor. It's just a really fancy calculator. Jeremy & Gaelan: and you know, I hear a lot of people using it in different ways and I think it's important to stay focused on what it is as a tool and where it excels. And if you're Nick: And you know, I hear a lot of people using it in different ways and I think it's important to stay focused on what it is as a tool and where it excels. And if you're in the world we live in, in the digital age, there's just way too much information. and so I've been working with business owners and they w they can just feed it the last twenty-four months of financials and say, Hey, Jeremy & Gaelan: In the world we live in, in the digital age, there's just way too much information. and so I've been working with business owners and they c w they can just feed it the last twenty four months of financials and say Hey, I'm looking for Nick: I'm looking for Jeremy & Gaelan: this this data point, or can you tell me something about this? Can you hey, can you give me this? Nick: this this data point or can you tell me something about this? Can you hey, can you give me this? Jeremy & Gaelan: And so I was working with one, he's like, Here's the last twelve months of my financials. Can you pull something out? Or we can connect it to emails and say, Hey, go read my Gmail for the last thirty-six months. Yeah. What you know, what did I miss? And one guy's like, I missed an eight thousand dollar invoice. Like just cause it got lost in it just got lost in my email. And and and Claude can go through and Nick: And so was working with one, he's like, here's the last twelve months of my financials. Can you pull something out? Or we can connect it to emails and say, Hey, go read my Gmail for the last thirty-six months. Yeah. What you know, what did I miss? And one guy's like, I missed an eight thousand dollar invoice. Like just because it got lost for me. It just got lost in my email. And yeah, and and Claude can go through and read that in like thirty minutes or less. Yeah. or you know, he's like, Hey, can you find patterns in in my billable? Jeremy & Gaelan: that in like thirty minutes or less. or you know, he's like, hey, can you find patterns in in my billable Nick: hours and it's like, look at look at these trends. Here's this was your your high water mark and then you've actually been decreasing for the last six months. You should go back and review this this variable because that's you know that's probably the big mover. And he's like wow like it so for me to go through and like hand analyze all that data would have taken yeah hours or to hire someone to go through and do it and it's AI can just Jeremy & Gaelan: hours? And it's like, look at look at these trends. Here's this was your your high water mark and then you've actually been decreasing for the last six months. You should go back and review this this variable because that's you know that's probably the big mover. And he's like wow like to for me to go through and like hand analyze all that data would have taken yeah hours or I have to hire someone to go through and do it and it's AI can just read all that so quickly and then just find patterns so quickly. So you could set it up in a way where it can easily just like kind of audit somebody's business and their history and see what they're doing wrong or what they have done wrong and didn't even know it. Yeah. Things like that. Yeah. in a half hour. Yeah. Or less. Yeah. Sometimes. Okay. Or maybe a couple days if you just if you need to let it run. Yeah. You built by the hour, dude. This takes a couple days. Yeah. Yeah. so what what Nick: read all that so quickly and then just find patterns so quickly. So you could set it up in a way where it can easily just like kinda audit somebody's business and their history and see what they're doing wrong or what they have done wrong and didn't even know it. Yeah. Things like that. Yeah. in a half hour. Yeah. Or less. Yeah. Sometimes. Okay. Or maybe a couple days if you choose to depends on how quick. Yeah. Yeah. So what what else? What el what else can it do for people? Jeremy & Gaelan: right now it's so the the kind of format I run in is it's we set up a system where one, it's going to interview you. So it's gonna learn who you are, what you do, who you work with, what your goals are, and then that's kind of the first filter. And Nick: Right now it's so the the kind of format I run in is it's we set up a system where one it's going to interview you, so it's gonna learn who you are, what you do, who you work with, what your goals are, and then that's kind of the first filter. And again with AI it it knows everything about everything and that's kind of its downfall because that's where you get the really like I've had people be like, AI is kinda dumb. Jeremy & Gaelan: Again with AI it it knows everything about everything and that's kind of its downfall 'cause that's where you get the really like I've had people be like, AI is kinda dumb. Like I don't and it's like, no, it's made it it well well it knows too much and if you if you just like going back to librarian, if like, hey, we walk into a library and say, Hey, give me a book, it's gonna come back with Nick: Well well it knows too much. And if you if you just like going back to the librarian, if like hey, you walk to the library and say, hey, give me a book, it's gonna come back with a Garfield comic. And yeah, that's I didn't want that's not that's not gonna help me get my job done. Right. but if you're like hey, I need a book on real estate in North Idaho in the last ten years on investors and fix and flipping Jeremy & Gaelan: Garfield comic and you're like that's I didn't want that's not that's not gonna help me get my job done. Right. but if you're like, hey, I need a book on real estate in North Idaho in the last ten years on investors and fix and flipping, Nick: multi unit houses, it's gonna be like, look at here's four books, and I actually went through and highlighted all the relevant. Jeremy & Gaelan: multi unit houses, it's gonna be like, look at here's four books. And I actually went through and highlighted all the relevant Nick: pieces that are actually useful to that question. Yeah. So the more specific you are, the better results you get. Yeah. Yeah. And pretty much funny how that works. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. it used to be like, people was really focused on building prompts. And I'm I'm gonna I am this library of prompts and questions that are formatted correctly and perfectly and I'm just gonna copy and paste those prompts. And now it's about well let's build context and the AI is going Jeremy & Gaelan: pieces that are actually useful to that question. So the more specific you are, the exact results you get. Yep. And previously it used to be like, people was really focused on building prompts. And I'm I'm gonna I am this library of prompts and questions that are formatted correctly and perfectly and I'm just gonna copy and paste those prompts. And now it's about well let's build context and the AI is going Now filter through these levels of context to kind of Nick: to now filter through these levels of context to kind of Jeremy & Gaelan: go out and find information based on what you need. So the first level is who are you and what do you do and what's your business and what are your goals? And then the second level is okay, now let's give it all of your data. give it your financials, give it your SOPs, give it your employees, give it the more you can give it, the more it understands, the more it knows, and the more capable it is. Nick: go out and find information based on what you need. So the first level is who are you and what do you do and what's your business and what are your goals. And then the second level is okay now let's give it all of your data. give it your financials, give it your SOPs, give it your employees, give it the more you can give it, the more it understands, the more it knows and the more feasible it is. Yeah. and then kind of the third level after that is okay now let's connect it to your tools, let's connect it to your D your connect your Gmail, connect it to your Google Drive, connect it to your phone. Jeremy & Gaelan: And then kind of the third level after that is okay, now let's connect it to your tools. Let's connect it to your D your connect to your Gmail, connect it to your Google Drive, connect it to your phone. Yeah, Nick: your phone, your your anything anything that is AI native and kinda gives it that point of contact. And so like right now I'm essentially building this brain for a client and it's like it knows who she is, it knows her business and now it's connected to her Gmail and her G drive and I'm like, all right Jeremy & Gaelan: your phone, your your anything, anything that is AI native and kind of gives it that point of contact. And so like right now I'm essentially building this brain for a client and it's like it knows who she is, it knows her business, and now it's connected to her Gmail and her G Drive. And I'm like, all right, go into your Google Drive and just organize it. Nick: go into your Google Drive and just organize everything. Jeremy & Gaelan: everything. And it can go in and move and click and and write delete. and we're like Nick: And it can go in and move and click and and write delete. and we're like, right now it's a mess. She wants it organized in this file structure with these subfolders. And it just goes in and it just moves it all. Yeah. which then allows us to go and be like, look at it again, here's these patterns, here's something useful. and then it can actually take that organization and put it into a dashboard and be like, here's your financials, here's your Jeremy & Gaelan: Right now it's a mess. She wants it organized in this file structure with these subfolders and it just goes in and it just moves it all. Yeah. which then allows us to go and be like, look at again, here's these patterns, here's something useful. and then it can actually take that organization and put it into a dashboard and be like, Here's your financials, here's your here's kind of your progress report and you have ten different open projects, here's where each project is. and it's just yeah, it's it can just read and process that data so quickly. Yeah. I think it's Nick: Here's kind of your progress report and you have ten different open projects. Here's where each project is. and it's just yeah, it's it can just read and process that data so quickly. Yeah. I think it's Jeremy & Gaelan: so under undervalued just the the ability to just simply connect to your Gmail account and your iPhone. Yeah. To where it can 'cause I have mine set up to where it it regularly monitors it's set up on a cron job. I I forgot how often but it's it's Nick: so under undervalued just the the ability to just simply connect to your Gmail account and your iPhone. Yeah. To where it can 'cause I have mine set up to where it it regularly monitors it's set up on a cron job. I've I forgot how often, but it's it's Jeremy & Gaelan: it's checking all my all my texts. anything that's open or sent or whatever so it has a really good idea of who's trying to contact me and if I've been responding and if I have been by who. Nick: It's checking all my all my texts. anything that's open or sent or whatever. So it has a really good idea of who's trying to contact me and if I've been responding and if I have been by who. and then also my Gmail. So it's just kind of watching my Gmail and my assistant's Gmail. and me being a real estate agent, Jeremy & Gaelan: And then also my Gmail, so it's just kinda watching my Gmail and my assistant's Gmail. and me being a real estate agent Nick: ninety percent of my business is through Gmail and texting. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: Ninety percent of my business is through Gmail and texting. Yeah. Hardly anybody calls anymore. I'd like I I would do more phone calls, but like almost everybody wants to text. and just the just the fact that every morning I get an update of here's the things that usually get done this day based off your stuff. and if you want to push this button, prep my day, there's a screen that pops up. It takes a few minutes to load, but it it pre auto-populates about ten text messages Nick: Hardly anybody calls anymore. I'd like I I would do more phone calls, but like almost everybody wants to text. and just the just the fact that every morning I get an update of here's the things that you should really get done this day based off your stuff. and if you want to push this button, prep my day, there's a screen that pops up. It takes a few minutes to load, but it it pre autopopulates about ten text messages. Jeremy & Gaelan: that I Nick: that I should Jeremy & Gaelan: should send people yeah and I can set it right from there and it'll go go out through my phone but I can send it right on the screen and I can edit it if I need to slightly but it will help push my business forward and then also pre populate a bunch of emails that I can go down the list and should I send this or edit and I can just start sending this. Yeah. and then as a bonus it's like and here's about twenty old leads if you want to text these people too here's all it's all pre populated and these leads yeah you you sh are within the last year or so that you might want to just follow up Nick: send to people. Yeah. And I can set it right from there. And it will go go out through my phone, but I can send it right on the screen. And I can edit it if I need to slightly, but it will help push my business forward. And then also pre-populate a bunch of emails that I can go down the list and should I send this or edit and I could just start sending this. Yeah. and then as a bonus, it's like, and here's about 20 old leads if you want to text these people too. Here's all it's all pre-populated and these leads you you sh are within the last year or so that you might want to just follow up with. And you could just look at it and just yeah, I should I should I I should just hit send on all these. And then you're you know, a day's worth of work is done in three minutes. huh. Just Jeremy & Gaelan: And you could just look at it and just yeah, I should I should I I should just hit send on all this. Yeah. And then you're you know, a day's worth of work is done in three minutes. Uhhuh. J just Nick: And that's just one feature of just being connected to my Gmail and my phone as an agent. Yeah. And like ninety percent of my days done in before I can even drink the rest of my coffee before I start. Yeah. Which is just pretty nuts. And it's only been a month or so of of doing that. And that feature is actually only the feature that I made was it's only been a few days old, but it works. Yeah. And it's just it's just nutty to think how just those Jeremy & Gaelan: And that's just one feature. Right. Of just being connected to my Gmail and my phone as an agent. Yeah. And like ninety percent of my days done. Yeah. And before I can even drink the rest of my coffee. Yeah. Before I start. Yeah. Which is just pretty nuts. And it's only been a month or so of of doing that. And that feature is actually only the feature that I made was o it's only been a few days old, but it works. Yeah. And it's just it's just nutty to think how just those Nick: and there's so many other things that it's built, but just just Jeremy & Gaelan: And there's so many other things that it's built, but just just having AI monitor my phone and Gmail and give recommendations whenever I want to just kinda take care of that. Yeah. Yeah. 'cause it knows it knows what I do, it knows my goals, it understands my whole database and everything, 'cause it built it all too. Yeah. Nick: having AI monitor my phone and Gmail and give recommendations whenever I want to just kind of take care of that. Yeah. Yeah. 'cause it knows it knows what I do, it knows my goals, it understands my whole database and everything. Cause it built it all too. Yeah. it's just it's just such a breeze it feels like I'm just cheating. Yeah. I'm cheating in life. Yeah. In business. When more but really I'm just more productive. Yep. And it's not like a Jeremy & Gaelan: It's just it's just such a brief it feels like I'm just cheating. Yeah. I'm cheating in life. Yeah. In business. When more but really I'm just more productive. Yep. And it's not like a it's inauthentic to send these text messages to people because I was gonna eventually send it anyway. Right. Or I should have. Right. It just figured out, you should really do this. Yeah. Because I know everything about you. Yeah. Yeah. Nick: It's inauthentic to send these text messages to people because I was gonna eventually send it anyway. Right. Or I should have. Right. It just figured out, you should really do this. Yeah. Because I know everything about you. Yeah. Yeah. it's just fascinating. Yeah. But it's a really ambitious, hardworking, capable intern. If you tell it to be. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. if you don't, it probably won't. Right. Jeremy & Gaelan: Just fascinating. Yeah. But it's a really ambitious, hardworking, capable intern. If you tell it to be. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. if you don't, it probably won't. Right. Because I've also found that like Claude and they they're it's very unambitious unless you tell it to be. that's been my experience. But anyway, so what what does it cost somebody in time or money to kind of set up if if they didn't if they had no idea how to do it on their own, if they needed your help? Nick: 'Cause I've also found that like Claude and they they're ver it's very unambitious unless you tell it to be. that's been my experience. But anyway, so what what does it cost somebody in time or money to kind of set up if if they didn't if they had no idea how to do it on their own and if they needed your help, what what would be your sales pitch or what how long would it take to set somebody up? About what could they expect to spend? Jeremy & Gaelan: What what would be your sales pitch or what how long would it take to set somebody up? About what could they expect to spend? and what what could it do for Mm-hmm. So that's a load of a few questions, but Yeah. I guess it it kinda depends 'cause the first part is problem solving. Like, i it's we go in and understand your business and say, Hey, what's working, what isn't? Where are your biggest frustrations and kinda the time sucks and w and Nick: and what what could it do for Mm-hmm. I know that's a loaded few questions, but Yeah. I guess it it kinda depends 'cause the first part is problem solving. Like it's we go in and understand your business and say, hey, what's working, what isn't, where are your biggest frustrations and kind of the time sucks and w and figuring that out is kind of where we move from. Cause you can't just go to a mechanic and be like Jeremy & Gaelan: Figuring that out is kinda where we move from 'cause you can't just go to a mechanic and be like, My car's not working. He's like and you need new tires. Be like, You you didn't look at it yet. How yeah, yeah, you know. So it's kinda like w what is working and what isn't and then Nick: My car's not working. It's like you need new tires. So it's kinda like wha what is working and what isn't? And then what can we build from there? But again, I think in the next twelve to twenty four months, this is gonna be it's this is like two thousand all over again. Where p you're you're going from a filing cabinet to a computer. Yeah. now we're going from a computer to an AI. So a computer to a yeah, a custom operating system. Yes, yep. Yeah. Just for you. Yep. And every every business is gonna have a computer in the back room. Jeremy & Gaelan: What can we build from there? But again, I think in the next twelve to twenty four months, this is gonna be it's this is like two thousand all over again. Where you're you're going from a filing cabinet to a computer. Yeah. now we're going from a computer to an AI. So a computer to a yeah, a custom operating system. Yes, yep. Yeah, just for you. Yep. And every every business is gonna have a computer in the back room that's trained on their business and is anything that's repetitive is just gonna be done by the done by the machine. which means that the people are gonna be doing the things that only Nick: That's trained on their business and is anything that's repetitive is just gonna be done by the done by the machine. which means that the people are gonna be doing the things that only Jeremy & Gaelan: people can do which is like building relationships and making decisions and being creative. 'cause as good as AI is, I think it's it's not creative, it's only iterative. do you do you think, since you're ingrained in this more than most, is is AI going to be Nick: people can do, which is like building relationships and making decisions and being creative. because as good as AI is, I think it's it's not creative, it's only iterative. do you do you think, since you're ingrained in this more than most, is is AI going to be Jeremy & Gaelan: a good thing or a bad thing for the masses in the near term? Nick: A good thing or a bad thing for the masses in the near term? Jeremy & Gaelan: Near term, I think it's gonna be it's gonna be rough. I think there's gonna be some growing pains because it's it's it's a complete it's like everything's just getting tossed and we have to re figure out how it's gonna work. Yeah. but that's I mean, that's kind of the nature of of evolution and growth. Nick: Near term I think it's gonna be it's gonna be rough. I think there's gonna be some growing pains because it's it's it's a complete it's like everything's just getting tossed and we have to re figure out how it's gonna work. Yeah. but that's I mean, that's kind of the nature of of evolution and growth. Jeremy & Gaelan: once things settle, you know, there'll be a new it's Nick: once things settle, you know, there'll be a new it's it it's like mov moving houses, right? And the f in the beginning everything's in a box and you don't know where anything is and you're kind of like trying to get settled and and find the vibe again. but then once you kinda everything has found its place, you're like, now I'm comfortable again. so I think near term it will be I I Jeremy & Gaelan: It it's like move moving houses, right? And the f in the beginning everything's in a box and you don't know where anything is and you're kind of like trying to get settled and and find the vibe again. but then once you kinda everything has found its place, you're like, now I'm comfortable again. so I think near term it will be I I I can't you know, I'm not gonna make a prediction, but it I can't imagine it's gonna be smooth sailing. Me neither. Yeah. Yeah, I agree with you there. how long do you think until a lot of people are Nick: can't you know, I'm not gonna make a prediction, but it I can't imagine it's gonna be smooth sailing. Me neither. Yeah. Yeah, I agree with you there. how long do you think until a lot of people are on on board and just kinda this is just of course everybody has a smartphone. You know, kind of like that. Like like yeah, everybody's gonna have an AI just 'cause it's too important not or it's it would be silly not to. Yeah. any predictions on how long it will take? Jeremy & Gaelan: This is just of course everybody has a smartphone. You know, kind of like that. Like like yeah, everybody's gonna have an AI just 'cause it's too important not or it's it would be silly not to. Yeah. any predictions on how long it will take? I think 'cause at this point, based off what I know, just like it would be incredibly silly of me not to have yeah what I built. Right. Now that I've experienced yeah. Like insanely silly. Be like going back to a flip phone. Mm-hmm. Nick: 'Cause 'cause at this point, based off what I know, just in or like it would be incredibly silly of me not to have what I built. Right. Now that I've experienced it. In like insanely silly. It'd be like going back to a flip phone. Mm-hmm. That's just been my experience, but I'm just curious if you have any guesses on that. I don't know about timeline. Again, so I think the next twelve to twenty four months is like when businesses will do this because I think they're the ones who are the most Jeremy & Gaelan: That's just been my experience. But I'm just curious if you have any guesses on that. I don't know about timeline. Again, so I think the next twelve to twenty four months is like when businesses will do this because I think they're the ones who have the most They are the ones who need to operate efficiently and have that kind of performance. Nick: they are the ones who need to operate efficiently and have that kind of performance. I think there's gonna be some weird kinda like puberty with AI 'cause I I think there's three main constraints, right? It's the intelligence, which I think we're maxing out on. We're kinda hit we're hitting the like cold war level where like no one wants to build a bigger bomb. Everyone's like, Okay, it's it's kinda scary smart, we're gonna we're gonna pump the brakes. So now the next level is okay, can we make it cheaper? and that's kind of the race to the bottom we're getting into right now and is it more integrated and capable? Jeremy & Gaelan: I think there's gonna be some weird kind of like puberty with AI because I I think there's three main constraints, right? It's the intelligence, which I think we're maxing out on. We're kinda hit we're hitting the like Cold War level where like no one wants to build a bigger bomb. Everyone's like, Okay, it's it's kind of scary smart, we're gonna we're gonna pump the brakes. So now the next level is, okay, can we make it cheaper? and that's kind of the race to the bottom we're getting into right now. And is it more integrated and capable? So I think we're it's probably not gonna get much smarter, Nick: So I think we're it's probably not gonna get much smarter. Jeremy & Gaelan: but it is gonna get cheaper and it's gonna get more integrated. So there's still a lot of things that can't quite talk to AI yeah perfectly. I think we're gonna get to the point where AI can talk to everything. Yeah. and and then it will be like, Okay, well now how do we stop building data centers on every square piece of flat land? And, you know, how do we how is Elon gonna start putting data centers in space and where are we Nick: But it is gonna get cheaper and it's gonna get more integrated. So there's still a lot of things that can't quite talk to AI yeah perfectly. I think we're gonna get to the point where AI can talk to everything. Yeah. and and then it will be like, Okay, well now how do we stop building data centers on every square piece of flat land? And, you know, how do we how is Elon gonna start putting data centers in space and where we Jeremy & Gaelan: are we gonna start putting in the North Pole so we don't have to like chug water through Nick: start put in the North Pole so we don't have to like chug water through Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: 'cause I think we're gonna hit a constraint really h soon here where it's like they need a ton of Nick: 'Cause I think we're gonna hit a constraint really h soon here where it's like they need a ton of Jeremy & Gaelan: horsepower just to run. Yeah. And so Because not many people are doing this yet. Yeah, it's it's only five percent of people or so pay for AI yeah. And so to get eight billion people running it or even, you know, w just the United States, is gonna be a a ton of resources and and again th Nick: horsepower just to run. Yeah. And so Because not many people are doing this yet. Yeah, it's it's only five percent of people or so pay for AI. Yeah. And so to get eight billion people running it or even, you know, just the United States is gonna be a a ton of resources and and again the AI is like in its infancy. It's so young. I it's Jeremy & Gaelan: AI is like in its infancy. It's so young. I it's I started using it a year ago and in the last three months it's it's doubled in capability. So it's like I think we're we haven't even like hit the puberty of this technology. Yeah. so Yeah, I remember getting all excited when OpenClaw came out and now I don't even use it 'cause there's just no point. Like the the the models have kinda outgrown things. Nick: I started using it a year ago and in the last three months it's it's doubled in capability. So it's like I think we're we haven't even like hit the puberty of this technology. Yeah. so Yeah, I remember getting all excited when OpenClaw came out and now I don't even use it 'cause there's just no point. Like the the the models have kinda outgrown these l little agents that you have to try to build and instead you're just what's easier what I found it's so much easier instead of trying to build a bot, just build the environment that just agents can thrive in. Right. Yeah. And it's so much easier just to build that environment. Yeah. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: little agents that you have to try to build instead you're just what's easier what I found it's so much easier instead of trying to build a bot, just build the environment that just agents can thrive in. Right. Yeah. It's so much easier just to build that environment. Yeah. Yeah. Nick: So I'm gonna cut in here real quick and say, like you guys are are miles ahead of where I'm at in AI. Like I'm still using chat bots, I'm not using projects, I'm I'm using it for like one off things. Yeah. but in my head I'm like, man, I wish I could use this more. Jeremy & Gaelan: So I'm gonna cut in here real quick and say, like you guys are are miles ahead of where I'm at in AI. Like I'm still using chatbots, I'm not using projects, I'm I'm using it for like one off things. but in my head I'm like, man, I wish I could use this more. I I wish I had more capability, but my problem I'm having in my business is my time constraints to be able to like put forth into this. Yeah. As as a service based business time to figure it Right. As a service based business, like Nick: I I wish I had more capability, but my problem I'm having in my business is my time constraints to be able to like put forth into this. Yeah. It does take a lot of time to it takes a lot of time to figure it out. Right. As a service-based business like Jeremy & Gaelan: I'm on calls. Like I don't sit by my computer and mess around with Nick: Sit by my computer and mess around with Jeremy & Gaelan: AI. I would love that. Yeah. But that's where you could come in then, like su help somebody like me get that all set up. Is that what I'm understanding? Yeah. Okay. Is that typically your avatar? Like people who are too busy to kind of mess with this stuff or not smart enough to cape or capable enough to do it? Because that that sounds like a very good business, to be honest with you. So Yeah. Okay. pretty much. So the starting point is like, let's sit down. I kind of do two ninety minute sessions where one is like, here's how you you talk to AI, here's how you set up a project, here's kind of the basic interface of just using Cloud AI, right? And a lot of people are like Nick: Help somebody like me get that all set up. Is that what I'm understanding? Absolutely. Okay. Is that typically your avatar? Like people who are too busy to kind of mess with this stuff or not smart enough to cape or capable enough to do it? Because that that sounds like a very good business, to be honest with you. So pretty much. So the starting point is like, let's sit down. I kind of do two 90 minute sessions where one is like, here's how you you talk to AI, here's how you set up a project, here's kind of the basic interface of just using Claude AI, right? And a lot of people are like, Jeremy & Gaelan: my god, my brain Nick: my god, my brain Jeremy & Gaelan: is melting. And then I come back a week later and they're like, Do you have any idea what I just did in the last week? This is incredible. And like, I'm like, You you're still riding the tricycle. Like, we haven't even like the training wheels are still. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. We can we can we can dump the gas on this fire. Yeah. so then it's like, okay, what did you learn this last week? What are your questions now? And then Nick: And then I come back a week later and they're like, Do you have any idea what I just did in the last week? This is incredible. Like I'm like, you you're still riding the tricycle. Like we haven't even like You're not on the you're not on the crowd rock either. We can s we can we can dump the gas on this fire. Yeah. so then it's like okay, what did you learn this last week? What are your questions now? And then Jeremy & Gaelan: we'll kind of upgrade their level of using Claude AI after that. And 'cause it's again, this is a whole new language. This is a whole new skill set. This is like Nick: And 'cause it's again, this is a whole new language, this is a whole new skill set. This is like Jeremy & Gaelan: a a a brave new world. And it's like, okay, now that you understand it's funny, like when you talk to someone who's you've been using for a AI for a while, they actually have this like cadence. They have a a like a a lingo when you speak to it, it's like, you you you you know, you kinda see Yeah. You've ingrained the way you speak to it. 'cause it it it performs best when you you talk to it in a certain way. so once you kinda get that like new muscle of like, okay Nick: understand it's funny like when you talk to someone who's you've been using for AI for a while, they actually have this like cadence. They have a a like a a lingo when you speak to it like, you you you you know you kinda see you ingrained the way you speak to it. 'cause it it it performs best when you you talk to it in a certain way. so once you kinda get that like new muscle of like okay I like to say w Jeremy & Gaelan: I like to say w AI we just taught computers to speak English. Right. And computers think in a certain way. Like when you write code, it wants to read that code in a certain way. So if you can speak English, if you can speak Spanglish to the computer of like, okay, computers think in a way, let me talk English in the way that computers think. Yeah. You get the best out of it. so once you get someone to kinda get that muscle and operate that way, it's like, Okay, now we're gonna upgrade. Yeah. Now we can actually put you in the Ferrari and and get you moving. Nick: AI, we just taught computers to speak English. Right. And computers think in a certain way. Like when you write code, it wants to read that code in a certain way. So if you can speak English if you can speak Spanglish to the computer of like, okay, computers think in a way, let me talk English in the way that computers think. Yeah. You get the best out of it. so once you get someone to kinda get that muscle and operate that way, it's like, Okay, now we're gonna upgrade. Yeah. Now we can actually put you in the Ferrari and and get you moving. Jeremy & Gaelan: And then that's like a big ar that's an architectural build. That's where I'm like, all right, I'm gonna come in and we'll sit you down. It's probably like Nick: And then that's like a big ar that's an architectural build. That's where I'm like, all right, I'm gonna come in and we'll sit you down. It's probably like we're gonna do an audit of your business and we're gonna build that full architecture. It's we're not gonna duct tape AI to your business. We're going to build a foundation that your business can sit on top of where AI, you know, has a a pretty solid foothold. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: We're gonna do an audit of your business and we're gonna build that full architecture. It's we're not gonna duct tape AI to your business. We're going to build a foundation that your business can sit on top of where AI, you know, has a a pretty solid foothold. Yeah. Nick: Yeah. And like the things like I know that my constraints are when I'm out of town, it's just hard to set appointments when I want appointments, right? Like if I'm over in the boonies, my phone's ringing off the hooks and they're like, We want photo shoots for this. I get back in town and my phone's blowing up and I'm like, I just wish all this stuff was taken care of. Yeah. And hey, I can do stuff like that, right? Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: And like the thing's like I know that my constraints are when I'm out of town, it's just hard to set appointments when I'm on appointments, right? Like if I'm over in the boonies, my phone's ringing off the hooks and they're like, We want photo shoots for this. I get back in town and my phone's blowing up and I'm like, I just wish all this stuff was taken care of. And AI can do stuff like that, right? Nick: Yeah. Absolutely. Great. Yeah. Yeah. It's getting you can actually just set up a a receptionist who they're getting they sound human. Yeah. Like it doesn't sound like you're talking to a Jeremy & Gaelan: Absolutely. Great. Yeah. Yeah. It's getting you can actually just set up a a receptionist who they're getting they sound human. Yeah. Like it doesn't sound like you're talking to a robot. and it you can f again give it the context, be like this is who I am, this is what I do, this is my hours, this is my Nick: And it you can f again give it the context, but like this is who I am, this is what I do, this is my hours, this is my link to my website, this is a link to my calendar. the people are gonna say X, Y, or Z respond in A, B, C or D, and then when you get back, now you don't have a thing of voicemails, now you have to say like, Hey, I booked, I know your calendar. You're booked on Tuesday at four, Wednesday at three, and it's again, y you just had a an intern or receptionist take take that middle step out for you so that you can it can't go and take Jeremy & Gaelan: link to my website, this is a link to my calendar. there people are gonna say X, Y, or Z, respond in A, B, C, or D. And then when you get back, now you don't have a thing of voicemails. Now you have a say like, hey, I booked, I know your calendar. You're booked on Tuesday at four, Wednesday at three, and it's again, y you just had a an intern or a receptionist take take that middle step out for you so that you can it can't go and take photos for you. Right. That's that's the thing that only you can do. Right. And like the thing like with me obviously in every business Nick: Photos for you. Right. That's that's the thing that only you can do. Right. And like the thing like with me obviously and every business Jeremy & Gaelan: is different. Like I have leads coming in on different places. So like you know, leads coming off my Instagram, they come in off my Gmail, they come in off my phone, they come in off my website. They order off my they come in off my ordering Nick: is different. Like I have leads coming in on different places. So like, you know, leads coming off my Instagram, they come in off my Gmail, they come in off my phone, they come in off my website, they offer on my they come in off my order. Jeremy & Gaelan: website. And so when somebody looks books, I have to make sure that no one else is trying to book before that. It's like Nick: website and so when somebody looks books I have to make sure that no one else is trying to book before that it's like it becomes a hassle a little bit and I I would just love to simplify some of that stuff so I think we should sit down and talk sometime. Okay. You're the perfect candidate for this honestly. I don't have time for this to be honest with you. Like I would love to have all these integrations. Every time Nick and I talk about AI I'm like that is so cool. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm not gonna Jeremy & Gaelan: It becomes a hassle a little bit. And I I would just love to simplify some of that stuff. So I think we should sit down and talk sometime. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Absolutely. Okay. You're the perfect candidate for this. I am the perfect candidate for this. Like I don't have time for this to be honest with you. Like I would love to have all these integrations. Every time Nick and I talk about AI, I'm like, that is so cool. Yeah. And I'm not Nick: do any of that I'm putting out fires right now. It's summertime man. Like I don't have time to like I barely get to see Jeremy & Gaelan: And I'm not gonna do it. Like I'm putting out fires right now in my business. It's summertime, man. Like I don't have time to like I barely even get to see my family. Yeah. and if I can just like eliminate some of that stress and eliminate staying up till two in the morning trying to like, shit I think that would be and and not just me. I know I'm not alone in this business and that's why I'm bringing it up. Like there's so many benefactures in order to use this. I th I think it's really cool. Yeah. Nick: Yeah. and if I can just like eliminate some of that stress and eliminate staying up till two in the morning trying to like, shit. Yeah. I think that would be and and not just me, I know I'm not alone in this business and that's why I'm bringing it up. Like there's so many benefactors in order to use this. I th I think it's really cool. Yeah. What would you recommend for Jeremy based off what Jeremy & Gaelan: What would you recommend for Jeremy? Based off Nick: he told you? So I think it's again, it's the same system. All all we're doing is it's it's the same architecture where we need to Jeremy & Gaelan: So I think it's again, it's the same system. All all we're doing is it's it's the same architecture where we need to Nick: you're hiring an intern. You're you're gonna hire you're hiring an employee. We're creating a digital employee for you. Jeremy & Gaelan: You're hiring intern. You're you're gonna hire you're hiring an employee. We're creating a digital employee for you. And we just need to train that employee. You know, he's twenty two years old, he has a one eighty IQ, he just graduated from Harvard Business School. Okay. but he's twenty two. He he's pretty, you know, he's pretty green. He doesn't know anything. So we need to sit down and be like, hey, this is how you do this. This is how you do this. When you talk to clients, it should sound like this. Sure. If we can download your brain into your new employee, Nick: And we just need to train that employee. You know, he's twenty two years old, he has a one eighty IQ, he just graduated from Harvard Business School. Okay. but he's twenty two. He he's pretty you know, he's pretty green. He doesn't know anything. So we need to sit down and be like, Hey, this is how you do this. This is how you do this. When you talk to clients it should sound like this. Sure. If we can download your brain into your new employee, Jeremy & Gaelan: Then he can do his job really well. We're gonna create an manual and say, Here, here's your this is your job. This is how you do it. And instead of having to take six months for him to like s learn and make mistakes and yeah and kinda do all this stuff, we can literally download it in Nick: Then he can do his job really well. We're gonna create an manual and say, Here, here's your this is your job, this is how you do it. And instead of having to take six months for him to like learn and make mistakes and yeah and kind of do all this stuff, we can literally download it in maybe a couple hours, probably like a couple days. Sure. because you know business is pretty complex and there's a lot, there's a lot there. But we can literally just download Jeremy & Gaelan: Maybe a couple hours, probably like a couple of days. Sure. 'cause you know, business is pretty complex and there's a lot there's a lot there. But we can literally just download your entire business into this digital employee who then can then take take a lot of that weight off. if there's anything that's less than a twenty to thirty dollars an hour task, we can just give it to the your new intern. Cool. Great. Nick: your entire business into this digital employee who then can then take take a lot of that weight off. if there's anything that's less than a twenty to thirty dollars an hour task, we can just give it to the your new intern tool. Great. Yeah. What else you got, Nick? Well I'm just thinking to add to that, just from what I've learned, it's just like all about creating that environment. So you you might even want to just consider Jeremy & Gaelan: What else you got, Nick? Well, I'm just thinking it to add to that, just from what I've learned, it's just like all about creating that environment. So you you might even want to just consider just kind of rebuilding a lot of your business over time. Yeah. Mm-hmm. that's AI native and and let it just create a new website for you, a new back end and all that. That way you can just Nick: just kind of rebuilding a lot of your business over time. Yeah. that's AI native. Mm-hmm. And and let it just create a new website for you, a new back end and all that. That way you can just flourish Jeremy & Gaelan: So much easier and function so much smoother. Yeah. instead of trying to stitch together, like you were saying earlier, yeah. All these AI tools from d different, you know, Nick: so much easier and and function so much smoother. Yeah. instead of trying to stitch together, like you were saying earlier, all these AI tools from their different, you know Jeremy & Gaelan: th third parties and API keys here and all this stuff like that. It's just so much easier in my experience so far. Yeah. just to slowly like everything that you do, let's just build an AI task for that or an AI feature. Right. It within your Nick: th third parties and API keys here and all this stuff like that. It's just so much easier in my experience so far. Yeah. just to slowly like everything that you do, let's just build an AI task for that or an AI feature it within your dashboard. Right. And so you create the dashboard first and then you just kind of Jeremy & Gaelan: Dashboard. Right. And and so you create the dashboard first and then you just kind of natively everything that you just say that like, on this website, just take a look at it. Yeah. You can point it to your website. I need everything that's on your. Yeah. But better. Yeah. And we've talked about it too, like, I've got it's not heavy ADHD, but it's it's a pretty substantial amount of ADHD. So like what I do is I'm like, what I really need to do is I need to build a website and what I need to do is I'm gonna need to build a landing page to connect to my Google Drive so I can do this. And then I touch AI. But what you need to do is just Nick: Natively everything that you just say that like, on this website, just take a look at it. You can point it to your website. I need everything that's on here. Yeah. But better. Yeah. And we talked about too, like, I've got it's not heavy ADHD, but it's it's a pretty substantial amount of ADHD. So what I do is I'm like, what I really need to do is I need to build a website. And what I need to do is I need to build a landing page to connect to my Google Drive so I do this. And then I start But what you need but you what you need to do is just recognize where that stuff is and say, I need Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah. And say I need Nick: You to build the website. You need to tell this goes into my story. So I start a project. I'm like, ooh, I need help building a website. And you know, ChatGPT's like, excellent, where can we start? And then I'm like, I gotta get back to work. Yeah. Already I gotta call, I gotta text. I want a one button push, and this is just me because you know I've got fifty thousand things going at any given time. Yeah, I need to build a landing page or I I need to do this. And then like there's just not enough time to Jeremy & Gaelan: you to build the website. But what I'm tell I'm this goes into my story. So like I start a project, I'm like, Ooh, I need help building a website. And you know, ChatGBT's like, excellent, where can we start? And then I'm like, I gotta get back to work. And I like I don't touch it ever again. You know what I mean? Like I'm already like I'm like, I want a one button push, and this is just me because you know, I've got fifty thousand things going at any given time. Yeah, I need to build a landing page. Like I I need to do this, and then like there's just not enough time to actually like sit and work on these things. Yeah. So it's yeah. Nick: like sit and work on these things. Yeah. So it's yeah. You gotta book it out. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: Idea. Yeah. Nick: You gotta make time in your calendar to to reinvent your wheel a little bit. Yeah. But it's hard when you don't know where to start with a wheel if that makes sense. Yeah of course. Who how do I start that well you need somebody like this guy. That's what I'm talking about. Yeah. That was the that was the pain I saw, right? Yeah. Everyone's like, my gosh, this is amazing. I gotta I got something. Yeah, there's still work that needs to be done. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, cool. Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah. Yeah. But it's hard when you don't know where to start with a wheel, if that makes sense. Yeah. Like wha how do I start that problem? Well you need somebody like this guy. That's what I'm talking about. Yeah. And that was the that was the pain I saw, right? Because everyone's like, my gosh, this is amazing. I gotta I got stuff to do. Yeah, there's still work that needs to be done. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, cool. Nick: what can people expect to spend on AI? Jeremy & Gaelan: What can people expect to spend on AI? Nick: If they want to depending on the size of their business, depending on everything that Jeremy & Gaelan: if they want to, depending on the size of their business. Depending on everything that Nick: they want to do. What are some realistic expectations though? If somebody wants to just create a custom operating system for their business, let's say they run a septic pump company. Like what and they and they want to, okay, I'm gonna have my own sist like I I currently pay for this CRM and I have this website with this person and I blah blah blah blah. But if I want if you wanted to come in with this to this septic company and Jeremy & Gaelan: Some realistic expectations though if somebody wants to just create a custom operating system for their business. Let's say they run a septic pump company. Like what and they and they want to, okay, I'm gonna have my own system like I I currently pay for this CRM and I have this website with this person and I blah blah blah blah. But if I want if you wanted to come in with this to the septic company and build their systems from scratch, what can they expect to spend? Nick: build their systems from scratch. What can they expect to spend? Jeremy & Gaelan: And, you know, timing and then potentially what could they gain. Yeah. More importantly, I guess. Mm-hmm. 'cause I'll just I'll just give you a little w when I when I went and had AI rebuild my website from scratch about a month ago, it I don't even know if it's been a month yet. Nick: and, you know, timing. and then potentially what could they gain? Yeah. More importantly, I guess. 'cause I'll just I'll just give you a little what when I when I went and had AI rebuild my website from scratch about a month ago, it I don't even know if it's been a month yet. Jeremy & Gaelan: But I had a goal of I wanted it to b I want to be the first Nick: But I had a goal of I wanted it to be I want to be the first agent that pops up when anybody's searching North Idaho Real Estate investor related agent. Anything to do with an investor or investments. now when you just type in North Idaho Real Estate agent, we're the first one to pop up that's non sponsored. Which was n unintentional, but that's that's the results I got. And we're getting Jeremy & Gaelan: Agent that pops up when anybody's searching North Idaho Real Estate, investor related agent. Anything to do with an investor or investments. now when you just type in North Idaho Real Estate agent, we're the first one to pop up that's non sponsored. Which was unintentional, but that's that's the results I got. And we're getting a lot more business than random calls from it. We're just one on a listing appointment on Friday from somebody that found us online. Nick: A lot more businessing random calls from it. We're just went on a listing appointment on Friday from somebody that found us online. Yeah. But back to that septic company, just curious, what could what what could they expect to spend in time, Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah. But back to that septic company. Just curious, what what what could they expect to spend in time? Nick: monthly costs, initial setup, and what could it do for if you just had to guess. And I know everybody's gonna be different. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: Monthly costs, initial setup, and what could it do for If you just had to guess. And I know everybody's gonna be different. Yeah. So I would say we'd probably sit down and be like twenty five hundred dollars for an audit and we'll take one to two days, learn your business, and actually map it out, be like, okay, what isn't working or where is the biggest bottleneck? Yeah. and then from there we'll roll that into okay, well now we're actually gonna build the machine and that's probably like five to ten thousand dollars for an initial build. Sure. And then it'll be like, Okay, so now we have this machine, this is Nick: So I would say we'd probably sit down and be like twenty five hundred dollars for an audit and we'll take one to two days, learn your business and actually map it out, be like, Okay, what isn't working or where's the biggest bottleneck? Yeah. and then from there we'll roll that into okay, well now we're actually gonna build the machine and that's probably like five to ten thousand dollars for an initial build. Sure. And then it'll be like okay, so now we have this machine, this is Jeremy & Gaelan: your employee, we built it, now we need to run it. And that's between two to five thousand dollars a month, depending Nick: your employee, we built it, now we need to run it. And that's between two to five thousand dollars a month, depending on Jeremy & Gaelan: on what it's doing. And with that, so it's kind of like you're Nick: what it's doing. And with that, so it's kinda like you're again you're hiring employees. Let's say you and you go and hire an intern, you're gonna pay an intern four to six thousand dollars a month to do this thing. And my goal as a a builder is to tenx the value that I create, right? So if you're hiring a forty to fifty thousand dollar a year employee, ideally they're doing a Jeremy & Gaelan: Again, you're hiring an employee. So let's say you and go and hire an intern, you're gonna pay an intern four to six thousand dollars a month to do this thing. And my goal as a a builder is to ten X the value that I create, right? So if you're hiring a forty to fifty thousand dollar a year employee, ideally they're doing a significant amount work for you. Yeah. Nick: significant amount work for you. Yeah. Jeremy & Gaelan: so that's kinda and again it depends on the bit the size, what we're doing, and how much we're building. Nick: So that's kinda and again it depends on the bit the size, what we're doing, and how much we're building. Jeremy & Gaelan: Because also with that Nick: Because also with that I I kind of see myself as being hired as almost like an IT guy, right? You're gonna hire me as a consultant to help you integrate AI into your business and every month we can then and these are like living it's it's almost a living thing. Right. Yeah. so we s we're gonna build something, we're saying here it is, let's use it, what's working, what isn't, and then we'll tune it. And it's it's kind of like a constant and then we can also add to it, right? So every month it's like what's worked, what hasn't, let's fix what wasn't and then let's see how we can grow it. Jeremy & Gaelan: I I kind of see myself as being hired as almost like an IT guy, right? You're gonna hire me as a consultant to help you integrate AI into your business and every month we can then and these are like living it's it's almost a living thing. Yeah. so we s we're gonna build something, we're saying here it is, let's use it, what's working, what isn't, and then we'll tune it. And it's it's kind of like a constant and then we can also add to it, right? So every month it's like what's worked, what hasn't, let's fix what wasn't and then let's see how we can grow it. And so again this this Nick: And so again this this Jeremy & Gaelan: intern is learning and growing and improving and getting better consistently. Cool. Yeah. Okay. and I know AI is constantly changing, but how long would you expect to be involved with the company before they can probably figure it out on their own? Nick: intern is learning and growing and improving and getting better consistently. Cool. Yeah, that's super cool. Okay. and I know AI is constantly changing, but h how long would you expect to be involved with the company before they can probably figure it out on their own? Jeremy & Gaelan: Or would you have a transition, you know, in a few months or 12 months or something like that to where here's how to maintain it. just curious what that might look like. Nick: Or would you have a transition, you know, in a few months or twelve months or something like that to where here's how to maintain it. Mm-hmm. just curious what that might look like. it depends on the the user, right? If it gets to the point where like, hey, I got ten to fifteen hours a week back of time. Now I actually can say, Hey, I can budget an hour a day to like start learning AI or for some people we're like, I got ten to fifteen hours a week back. Jeremy & Gaelan: it depends on the the user, right? If it gets to the point where like, hey, I got ten to fifteen hours a week back of time, now I actually can say, Hey, I can budget an hour a day to like start learning AI or for some people who are like, Wow, I got ten to fifteen hours a week back, I'm gonna go do more work. Yeah. Can you just run this? So Nick: I'm gonna go do more work. Yeah. Can you just run this? So yeah. Some people maybe it's like, hey, there's a th a three month runway and then we'll start training you or some people are like, Nope, cool, this is amazing. You keep doing what you're gonna do. If anything, I'm gonna start making this bigger so we can just keep getting better. Yeah. it's it's kinda it's it's really choose your own adventure on on what it is that you wanna achieve and cool, where you're going. Okay. Gotcha. Any other tips before we go? Jeremy & Gaelan: Some people maybe it's like, hey, there's a th a three month runway and then we'll start training you or some people are like, Nope, cool. This is amazing. You keep doing what you're gonna do. If anything, I'm gonna start making this bigger so we can just keep getting better. Yeah. it's it's kinda it's it's really choose your own adventure on on what it is that you want to achieve and cool where you're going. Okay. Gotcha. Any other tips before we go? I think one of the one thing I heard is the new meta skill of using AI is just asking good questions. Sure. you don't need to tell AI to do anything, 'cause AI knows everything. It's about telling it what not to look at and what not to think about and then being like, I wanna get here. What do I need to know to get there? Or what do you need to know from me to tell you so that you can get me there? Right. And that's when it really shocks me. Like reverse building the project basically. Yeah, yeah. Here's where I want to be, what do I need to do to get there? Yeah. I do want Nick: I think one of the one thing I heard is the new meta skill of using AI is just asking good questions. Sure. you don't need to tell AI to do anything, 'cause AI knows everything. It's about telling it what not to look at and what not to think about and then being like, I wanna get here, what do I need to know to get there? Or what do you need to know from me to tell you so that you can get me there? Right. And that's when it really shocks. Yeah, yeah. Here's where I want to be, what do I need to do to get there? Yeah. I do want Jeremy & Gaelan: Yeah, so you can find me on LinkedIn at Galen Evans and my website is sevenbusiness solutions dot com. And yeah, you can shoot me an email, Galen at seven b business solutions. That's G A E L A N. And Nick: Yeah, so you can find me on LinkedIn at Galen Evans and my website is sevenbusiness solutions dot com. And yeah, you can shoot me an email, Galen at seven b business solutions. That's G-A-E-L-A-N. And Jeremy & Gaelan: yeah, cool. Okay, yeah. And we'll have the that in the show notes. So if people don't want Nick: Cool. Okay. Yeah. And we'll have the that in the show notes. So if people don't want to write it down right now, they can see it later. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Well, thank you so much for having us on. Or thank you for being on our show. Welcome to my podcast. This is Thanks for having us on the show. We appreciate it. Jeremy & Gaelan: See it later. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Thank you so much for having us on. Yeah, absolutely. Thank you for being on. Welcome to my podcast. Thanks for having us as a guest, man. We appreciate it. No, super cool. I learned a lot from you today, Galen. I look forward to actually talking to you in the future too. So yeah. Nick: Cool. Thank you guys. All right. Have a great day. Bye.
