- 0:07It's six Eastern.
- 0:08It's three o'clock Pacific.
- 0:10This is a president of action.
- 0:11Coast to coast and around the world from the America Out Loud Talk Radio Studios.
- 0:16If he says he's serious about something, he means it.
- 0:19It's time for The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott.
- 0:23They keep trying to kill Donald Trump over the weekend was the third attempt.
- 0:28And again, it was unsuccessful.
- 0:30Luckily.
- 0:31It happened in Washington, D.C.
- 0:33this time, and we're going to talk about it right here on The Truth Be Told.
- 0:37I'm Booker, along with me here, as always on a Monday.
- 0:41It is Matt Palumbo and Matt.
- 0:43It was, you know, it was just nutty what these people are trying to do in attempting, or actually, they're not attempting.
- 0:50They are trying to kill President Donald Trump.
- 0:52Yeah, and the left's first response is oh, it was a staged uh assassination attempt.
- 0:58And it's like, well, first of all, you'd think they would have done a better job at, you know, that maybe they would have let the guy get closer if they were going to try to make it seem dramatic or something.
- 1:08Trump was completely unfazed as he's been through that.
- 1:10He's been far closer to death uh than happened there.
- 1:14But it is just bizarre that leftists who um themselves would love nothing more than to see Donald Trump get killed, are shocked that someone would actually try to kill Donald Trump.
- 1:26And it's you know, the third time that, you know, with the in recent memory, and that there was the butler attempts, there was the one on the golf course after that, and now this.
- 1:34But if you add together every single attempt, and this is obviously including some more half-assed attempts.
- 1:41Um, I saw 19 overall.
- 1:44And there are some that people have forgotten about.
- 1:46Like when Trump was contained in 2016, there was a kid who claimed he was going to be trying to get a photo of Trump and then grabbed an officer's gun and and couldn't pull it out of the officer's holster in time and got tackled.
- 1:59But but that was you know, another attempt where if that just went a little bit differently, could have been a successful assassination there.
- 2:06So this unfortunately, I don't I don't think it's gonna be the last one they see.
- 2:10They're gonna keep trying until they pull it off.
- 2:12And um this is just who they are.
- 2:14And a little bit later, I want to talk about why, why this is happening, where it comes from.
- 2:19I think most of us know, but it it's been going on for a decade.
- 2:23And and I think we really need to have that conversation, and we need to get people to shut up.
- 2:28We we need to stop it.
- 2:30And uh, you know, Donald Trump kind of made those comments in the press conference on Saturday night after this happened.
- 2:36And Matt, I happen to be watching C SPAN Live when this happened.
- 2:40I don't watch a lot of C SPAN, but I couldn't find it, the program on the dinner anywhere else that was leading up to the dinner because I think it started right around nine o'clock Eastern.
- 2:50So I was watching C SPAN from eight to nine.
- 2:53I was halfway paying attention, and then I see all these Secret Service members running across tables, which was very odd to me.
- 3:00And then all of a sudden there are three guys up on stage with long guns, uh, and I started paying attention.
- 3:06What just happened?
- 3:07I think someone tried to attempt uh an assassination, and and that's exactly what had happened.
- 3:12And then we we sort of know what has happened since then.
- 3:15But let's listen to part of that press conference.
- 3:18Here is President Donald Trump.
- 3:20Well, thank you very much.
- 3:22And that was very unexpected.
- 3:26But uh incredibly acted upon by Secret Service and law enforcement, and this was an event dedicated to freedom of speech that was supposed to bring together members of both parties with members of the press.
- 3:44And in a certain way it did.
- 3:46Because the fact that they just unified, I saw a room that was just totally unified.
- 3:53It was in one way very beautiful, a very beautiful thing to see a man.
- 3:57George A security checkpoint armed with multiple weapons.
- 4:02And he was taken down by some very brave members of Secret Service, and they acted very quickly.
- 4:08And I've just released for purposes of transparency, clarity.
- 4:14I've ordered it to be put out.
- 4:16You probably have it by now, put out on truth and put out on many other platforms.
- 4:22A tape showing the violence of this thug that attacked our constitution and also showing how quickly Secret Service and law enforcement acted on our country's behalf.
- 4:34Matt, I'm sure you saw that video.
- 4:35What do you make of that?
- 4:37Where the guy is running through the lobby.
- 4:39He was a guy that was staying there at the hotel at the Hilton, which happens to be the same place where Ronald Reagan was shot.
- 4:46There are a lot of events there.
- 4:47What do you make of that video?
- 4:49That guy was just running as fast as he could.
- 4:52And there are a couple of things here that I want to talk about, but first let me get your comment on that.
- 4:56Well, you know, I heard was reading from a lot of people at the event itself.
- 5:01They were sort of amazed by the lack of security that was there just in general, um, that they had to go through.
- 5:07Um, some of them were commenting there was more security at the at the parties they were going to that we, you know, the over the weekend, uh, than the White House correspondence dinner itself, which itself is is uh pretty sad state of events.
- 5:19Um yeah, I mean it it looked like the guy got a lot further than you would have expected, given his strategy was literally just to run as fast as he can.
- 5:28I mean, thank God the Secret Service got him, but there was obviously the opportunity for a lot of crossfire in that situation.
- 5:35Um I know Monday morning more than quarterbacking here, but it just seemed like you it was very the security was very poor uh to begin with.
- 5:43Uh I don't know, did you see his manifesto letter that he put out that was?
- 5:48I did.
- 5:49See, they call someone who's calling it the gayest manifesto of all time.
- 5:53And I don't even know why we call these things a manifesto.
- 5:56It's a letter.
- 5:57It's a letter telling people what you're gonna do.
- 5:59You're right, it wasn't even a manifesto, but it was uh I'm assuming most people had had been seeing it.
- 6:04He begins by apologizing to as many people as possible.
- 6:08It's like sorry.
- 6:10Like he apologizes to his job for calling out under false research.
- 6:15The students that he teaches.
- 6:17Yeah.
- 6:17Yeah, yeah, that but not that he's gonna go try to murder a bunch of people.
- 6:21That's where he he draws the line.
- 6:22But uh well, this is something we Matt, we've talked about this before in his uh letter or manifesto, whatever you want to call it.
- 6:30I don't like manifesto because I saw over the weekend on social media someone asked the question how come every one of these killers has a manifesto?
- 6:37Well, it it's not a manifesto, it's an email that he sent to a lot of people.
- 6:42Uh manifesto makes it sound a whole lot better than what it is, which is an email to a bunch of people telling your intent, what you're gonna do and what you believe, why you're gonna do it, which he's a far leftist, he's 31 years old.
- 6:55He is a teacher, he was a teacher of the month in December 2024, where he teaches in California.
- 7:00Teaches in California.
- 7:01His sister says he's sort of been radicalized.
- 7:01His sister says he's sort of been radicalized.
- 7:04Uh, it seems like politically he has attended a No Kings protest, one of those is all, and he went to go kill Donald Trump.
- 7:04Uh, it seems like politically he has attended a No Kings protest, one of those is all, and he went to go kill Donald Trump.
- 7:12Something else you mentioned, though, a few minutes ago, was uh the conspiracy theories that I've already seen.
- 7:12Something else you mentioned, though, a few minutes ago, was uh the conspiracy theories that I've already seen.
- 7:18Yeah, every time this happens, the conspiracy theories get out in front of the actual real news.
- 7:18Yeah, every time this happens, the conspiracy theories get out in front of the actual real news.
- 7:24And we're gonna talk about that here in just a few minutes.
- 7:24And we're gonna talk about that here in just a few minutes.
- 7:28But let's listen to this.
- 7:28But let's listen to this.
- 7:29Here's another.
- 7:29Here's another clip from Donald Trump and his reaction.
- 7:32This was from the press conference Saturday night.
- 7:36Especially because fortunately you have experience with these sorts of friends in that moment when you realize there was a threat, and service agents were telling us to take it down.
- 7:49Can you describe um what was going through your mind how you were feeling in that moment?
- 7:54That's a very good question, actually.
- 7:56I was uh it's always shocking when something like this happens, happened to me a little bit.
- 8:02And uh that never changes.
- 8:05Uh the fact we were sitting right next to each other.
- 8:08First lady on my right, and I heard a noise and sort of thought it was a tray.
- 8:14I thought it was a tray going down.
- 8:17I've heard that many times, and it was pretty loud noise.
- 8:20And it was from quite far away.
- 8:22He hadn't reached the area at all.
- 8:25They really got him.
- 8:26But uh, so it was quite far away, but it was a gun.
- 8:30And some people uh really understood that pretty quickly, other people didn't.
- 8:36I was watching to see what was happening.
- 8:38Probably should have gone down even faster.
- 8:41Uh Melania was very cognizant, I think, of what happened.
- 8:45I think she knew immediately what happened.
- 8:47She was saying that's a bad noise.
- 8:51And uh I would we were whisked away along with other people, but we were really west away.
- 8:59And again, the performance of the Secret Service and the police, all of the law enforcement, I thought it was really good.
- 9:05So it was very quick.
- 9:06There wasn't a lot of time to be thinking.
- 9:08I want to come back to some of the things that you said, Matt, because I saw a lot of that over the weekend, the armchair quarterbacking about the security, and you only had to have a ticket.
- 9:17You could flash the ticket, you walk through the megatrometer and bam you're in.
- 9:22You know, some people are saying the perimeter should have been larger.
- 9:24You know, you're in a hotel.
- 9:26It has 1,100 rooms.
- 9:28There are a lot of people that are staying at the hotel that are not going to any events, and you can't block them off, which would mean you would have to do all of the security out there on the street.
- 9:38And this guy was staying at the hotel.
- 9:40So I I would like to say this that I think they did their job with security.
- 9:46No one was hurt.
- 9:47What happened is exactly what should have happened.
- 9:51They prepared for something like this, and when it happened, nobody got hurt.
- 9:55Isn't that what it's really supposed to be about?
- 9:58In the context of someone getting through with a gun, yes, it did go as as best as it could have.
- 10:03Um, and yes, I as I said earlier, I I get that I am Monday morning quarterbacking um on this, and and yes, with with perfect hindsight is all they could have been differently, but I am acknowledging that.
- 10:13And uh, not like I would have done much better myself, probably, but um, it it is just crazy how close these people keep getting.
- 10:23I mean, I guess not as close as this time, but the fact I mean, I it's close in the context of within a few hundred feet of him.
- 10:29Um it is frightening.
- 10:31And and you know, it there is an assassination culture in this country, it seems coming entirely from the far left, and uh they are gonna keep drawing this over and over and over.
- 10:40I believe that because these people are they think they're heroes, they really do believe they are heroes.
- 10:45Let's go to a question from Peter Ducey to President Trump again from the press conference Saturday night.
- 10:51Respectfully.
- 10:52Why do you think this keeps happening to you?
- 10:56Well, you know, I've studied assassinations, and I must tell you, the most impactful people, the people that do the most, you take a look at the people, Abraham Lincoln.
- 11:10I mean, you go through the people that have gone through this where they got them.
- 11:15But the people that do the most, the people that make the biggest impact, they're the ones that they go after.
- 11:22He's right.
- 11:23The people that uh do the best job, whether you're on the left or the right, you had uh RFK that was killed, JFK, both of them uh doing a good job in shaking up the establishment at the time.
- 11:35You had Ronald Reagan, and you know, just in the last uh 60 or 70 years I'm talking about.
- 11:40I'm not going back to Abraham Lincoln, but you've had Donald Trump multiple times, and all of those people were movers and shakers against the establishment.
- 11:48And I think Donald Trump is right.
- 11:50Uh no, completely.
- 11:51And um, I I think I'm repeating myself, but I I I did just love how unfazed he looked by it, and we didn't give anyone the satisfaction of of you know showing terror or fear or anything.
- 12:02And I I assume the conspiracy people will cite that as evidence it was staged, but you know, they would cite literally anything as that kind of evidence anyway.
- 12:10Yeah, I've seen that conspiracy theory that it was Donald Trump that paid this guy to do what he did.
- 12:15And you know, let's just stop that.
- 12:17You know, look at the look at the guy's history, look at the evidence and stop with those type of conspiracy theories.
- 12:24Let me tell you why.
- 12:25They're stupid.
- 12:27I was gonna say, um, I think I might have accidentally just disrupted the flow of our conversation.
- 12:32Um thing that stood out though about his not manifesto was it's not like the type of normal schizophrenic style rambling you normally see from a shooter.
- 12:46It was a very well um uh I would say well written but normally written uh thing.
- 12:54And it it was basically uh someone who is radicalized by uh MSNBC style propaganda, the kind of stuff that oh King's people post, but never the Trump side.
- 13:06It was just sort of he was radicalized by basically mainstream media propaganda.
- 13:10And uh, you know, when whenever people talk about right wing radicalization, it's always some obscure blog that like eight people read.
- 13:17Well, that's you know, even if we were to accept that that's something that happens, which it really is not, you know, at least it's something that would be buried in the corner of the internet.
- 13:25The stuff that's radicalizing the left is basically the default media for most of his country.
- 13:30Yeah, you're right.
- 13:31And I want to get into the reasons that this is continuing to happen.
- 13:36Uh the shooter's manifesto or email, as I like to say, said he wanted to target administration officials.
- 13:42He had one long gun, which was a shotgun, doesn't hold many shells, so you question how much damage was going to be done there.
- 13:50And then he had a couple of handguns.
- 13:52Don't know about the capacity on either one of those.
- 13:54Investigators also found extensive anti-Trump, anti Christian rhetoric across social media accounts on him.
- 14:00Across social media accounts on him.
- 14:02According to reports, Allen's brother alerted New London Police Department after receiving that email and before the incident, but I have heard since that it actually came after the incident.
- 14:02According to reports, Allen's brother alerted New London Police Department after receiving that email and before the incident, but I have heard since that it actually came after the incident.
- 14:15U.S.
- 14:15U.S.
- 14:15Secret Service and Montgomery County Police Department later interviewed his sister.
- 14:15Secret Service and Montgomery County Police Department later interviewed his sister.
- 14:19Her name is Avriana Allen at her home in Rockville, Maryland.
- 14:19Her name is Avriana Allen at her home in Rockville, Maryland.
- 14:24And here are some of the key points of that.
- 14:24And here are some of the key points of that.
- 14:26She said her brother often made radical statements, spoke about
- 14:26She said her brother often made radical statements, spoke about doing something to fix today's world.
- 14:32She confirmed he bought two handguns and a shotgun from Cap Tactical Arms, and she stood and he stored them at their parents' home without their knowledge.
- 14:42He regularly trained with those firearms, and he was reportedly linked to a group called The Wide Awakes.
- 14:50And of course, I mentioned earlier he did uh attend a No Kings rally.
- 14:55So that is a little bit about what is going on with that.
- 14:58He was arraigned on Monday on a couple of charges, and I think they'll probably stack some more on that.
- 15:05Let's listen to this compilation of Democrat hatred, and this is why this continues to happen.
- 15:13I I I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country, and maybe there will be.
- 15:18People need to start taking to the streets.
- 15:20This is a dictator.
- 15:22You know, there needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there is unrest in our lives.
- 15:26Enemies of the state.
- 15:28Show me where it says that protests are supposed to be polite and peaceful.
- 15:32Do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless.
- 15:38How do you resist the temptation to run up and ring her neck?
- 15:41Biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized right off to the right.
- 15:48I thought he should have punched him in the face.
- 15:49I said, even if he lost, he insulted your wife.
- 15:54He said, Well, what do you think I should have done?
- 15:55I said, I think you should have punished him in the face and then gotten out of the race.
- 15:57He would have been a hero.
- 15:58I'd like to punch him in the face.
- 16:00I said, if we're in high school, I'd take you behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.
- 16:04Punch some people in the face.
- 16:06When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?
- 16:10They're still gonna have to go out and put a bullet in Donald Trump.
- 16:12And that's a fact.
- 16:13And that is the Lincoln Project.
- 16:15They say they are Republicans, but they're nowhere near Republicans.
- 16:19They were founded by they were founded by pedophiles, by the way.
- 16:23But that is some of the hate, and you have to look back to the Russian collusion hoax to find the roots in everything that we see.
- 16:33Because most of the country, the majority of the country, still believes that that is real because of the very people that were in that room.
- 16:41And I put out a post on it on the weekend, and I don't know if you saw it, Matt, but I kind of said that.
- 16:46Don't let this get lost on you.
- 16:48That these people are the very people that are creating the problem, and they continue to do so.
- 16:55Here's exactly what I said.
- 16:57I said it shouldn't be lost on anyone that it was a room full of media who for 10 years have stoked the hate, falsely reported, and in some cases irresponsibly promoted violence against Trump that a gunman would have attempted assassination.
- 17:13And here's something else.
- 17:14CNN was in there.
- 17:16Caitlin Collins obviously was there.
- 17:18And I found it interesting after it happened, the sanctimonious press inside, and how it was all about them, what they did, hiding under tables, and uh, you know, it was sickening, really.
- 17:30But let's listen to Caitlin Collins here from CNN because this is another big part of it.
- 17:36Our journalists are no longer journalists when they do things like this.
- 17:41I don't know if you saw this, Matt, but here's the story.
- 17:43And now we do have Secret Service telling us obviously I want to know this is only one Secret Service member, but a member of security is here telling us that there is a shooter who's confirmed dead, and now we are kind of basically locked inside.
- 17:55There is a Secret Service agent that told her there is one confirmed dead.
- 18:01Back in the day, Matt, I don't know how many journalism classes you took, but I took a few.
- 18:06Not that I'm a journalist because I'm not, but you don't do that until you have the facts.
- 18:12It is corroborated with multiple sources or a credible eyewitness.
- 18:16You don't do what she just does, and the press has been doing it 15 or 20 years now.
- 18:21I think the internet has a lot to do with it.
- 18:23They want to be the first with the information, whether it's right or wrong.
- 18:26And those types of things is what leads to conspiracy theories when they are so sloppy.
- 18:32And that is sloppy journalism.
- 18:34That that is a good point you make there because it happens over every single mass public shooting.
- 18:40Like, you know, in most mass public shootings, just one shooter.
- 18:43But for you know, the victims that are hiding, you know, if you're hearing rapid fire gunfire, and it's not something you hear very often, probably is not, you know, a situation they've ever been in, God forbid.
- 18:55But it's very, very common for it to be misreported that there are multiple shooters, and then you know, you find out hours later, there was just one shooter and he was killed.
- 19:05But then all these conspiracies start from okay, well, where's the other guy?
- 19:09Or why are they hiding the, you know, covering this up, or what are they covering up, and that sort of thing.
- 19:13So, yes, and and you know, it's not just like the shoddy recording that creates the conspiracies, or lets them spawn naturally.
- 19:22Uh, as you were saying with the Russia hoax.
- 19:23Like they do it by design.
- 19:25Yeah, uh, most people probably still believe that nonsense.
- 19:28They do.
- 19:29Whenever there is false reporting, the number of people that see the correction is usually far, far smaller than those that see the misinformation.
- 19:37Uh, that the whole very fine people hoax uh was from what the first or second month of Trump's first term.
- 19:43That one's still hasn't done yet.
- 19:44So, yeah, the these things have become immortal, and uh, yeah, the journalists are gonna make it all about them.
- 19:50Uh we're running if you're gonna be if we want to start a conspiracy theory, it would make far more sense if the journalists planted the shooter to make themselves look better.
- 19:58We're running a little late, but I'm gonna go a little bit later into the break here because there's one more clip here I think is important to hear within the context of what we're talking about.
- 20:08This is one of the co-founders of the Lincoln Foundation.
- 20:12It's disturbing.
- 20:14Listen to what Steve Schmidt had to say inside the room as this just happened, being interviewed by another member of the media there.
- 20:23Not necessarily an interview, but a conversation, and here's that conversation.
- 20:30It's a rhetoric problem.
- 20:32It's the third time you're trying to kill the president.
- 20:36Um person beyond and above all others who's responsible for poisoning the rhetoric in America.
- 20:45That guy's name is not saying it's the president's fault to people keep trying to kill him.
- 20:52What do you mean by that?
- 20:53What do you mean by that?
- 20:55What do you mean?
- 20:56What do I mean?
- 20:57Boys, he's saying I I asked the next people rhetoric problem.
- 21:00He said the president that's not more poisoned.
- 21:02I mean, the president's workers are the ones who shoot people.
- 21:02I mean, presidents are the one who is venomous, man.
- 21:07But they keep shooting him.
- 21:07But they keep shooting him.
- 21:08It's not his on the other way.
- 21:08It's not the other way.
- 21:12To American citizens.
- 21:15They recall domestic terrorists.
- 21:17But again, these two have no connection.
- 21:17But again, these two kings have no connection.
- 21:21He's an insurrectionist, foremost domestic enemy of the Constitution in American history.
- 21:21He's an insurrectionist, foremost domestic enemy of the Constitution in American history.
- 21:34Convicted sex predator and likely a pedophile.
- 21:39And tragically, he's the president of the United States.
- 21:46You have a good night.
- 21:47Steve Schmidt, he is one of the founders of the Lincoln Project.
- 21:50And disgusting, really.
- 21:52It's not going to stop.
- 21:54I don't know.
- 21:55I have no excuse for him.
- 21:58Yeah, I have no excuse for the guy.
- 22:00He's unlikable.
- 22:01And as long as that rhetoric continues, we're going to continue to see things like we saw on Saturday night.
- 22:07Hopefully they continue to miss, though.
- 22:09We have more.
- 22:11The whole blaming Trump for the rhetoric.
- 22:13It's it's oh God, how dare Trump make us keep trying to kill him.
- 22:17Yeah.
- 22:17And then, you know, to what we were saying earlier about how the media basically encourages this kind of thing.
- 22:24It is also frustrating when I see, you know, politicians like AOC put out a tweet saying, you know, there's no room for violence.
- 22:33I'm happy Trump is okay.
- 22:35And it's like, okay, but if we're gonna go by the kind of rhetoric you spread, you basically just wrote very relieved to hear that uh Adolf Hitler was okay tonight.
- 22:45Like that that's because that's what you preach to the guy is.
- 22:48So, but but then again, if someone tries to kill him, then you're okay that they did it.
- 22:52Like you have to be consistent all the way through.
- 22:54And these these they definitely are not like they're they're totally trying to encourage this kind of thing, and then act surprised when someone actually does it.
- 23:01They're gonna try this again, they're gonna have another dinner, and I guess Donald Trump will go back.
- 23:06The speech he gives this time will probably be a lot different.
- 23:09I think he even mentioned that.

- 25:08America Outloud Dot News is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the all-house truth.
- 25:29Well, the Southern Poverty Law Center got 12 indictments last week.
- 25:35We're gonna talk about that now because I think this is an incredible story, and it sort of folds into what we were just talking about.
- 25:42Because you mentioned Charlottesville in the quote that you gave with the there were some pretty fine people there.
- 25:47There were nice people there on both sides that Donald Trump said, completely out of context.
- 25:52But now we find out that SPLC was actually paying the KKK and all of these other organizations.
- 26:00And it's weird that they are paying the people and then they are raising money from the people that they are paying.
- 26:07It's a racket is exactly what it is.
- 26:09There's no other way to describe it.
- 26:10Yeah, I mean, there are there were certain heat groups that were on the verge of extinction that they propped up because you know, as my friend Gavin McKinnist puts it, the demand for racism far exceeds the supply.
- 26:22You know, whenever you see a story about a hate crime that makes the news, uh, it usually turns out to be like this weird cartoonish uh story that turns out to be false immediately, or or for some reason it's you know, it's the only event that in the modern age has not been captured on video.
- 26:42But yeah, the fact of the matter is there's really not all that much racism in the world.
- 26:46There was a SPLC employee who shared a story where and actually I think he was he was relatively high up in the organization where he was mapping out hate groups.
- 26:56And this was back in 2008, and found basically like uh, you know, it was really like the lowest there had ever been in recent history and had for had presented this data to some of the executives of the SPLC with the attitude of like isn't this awesome?
- 27:12Like, you know, we're really making progress fighting racism, and it's the you know, the smallest problem it's ever been.
- 27:18And and they responded with hostility to it because they need racial grievances to justify their own existence and to make money and their fundraising skyrocketed after Charlottesville.
- 27:30Now, um, we should clarify with Charlottesville.
- 27:32They infiltrated the group, and you know, the whole statue protest, I think was a real protest.
- 27:41Um, I I think most of the people there were normal people, you know, people who are actually there to protest, but then they put informants in there to try to rile people up to try to encourage them to do stuff, you know.
- 27:53Like January 6th would be another example.
- 27:55Yeah, I was thinking that, yeah.
- 27:56Yeah, there was people there who were protesting a stolen election.
- 27:59That was legit.
- 28:00Legit.
- 28:00Uh, but but who was encouraging people to go into the Capitol?
- 28:00Uh but but who is encouraging people to go into the Capitol?
- 28:04Well, that was Ray Epps.
- 28:04Well, that was Ray Epps.
- 28:05So we know he's a federal informant.
- 28:05So we know as a federal informant.
- 28:07That was Nick Fluentes, who got half a million dollars in Bitcoin sent to him right around that time, and mysteriously never gets charged.
- 28:07That was Nick Fluentes, who got half a million dollars in Bitcoin sent to him right around that time, and mysteriously never gets charged.
- 28:16Or I'm sorry, I believe he got charged, but then the charges just quietly went away with no explanation whatsoever.
- 28:16Or I'm sorry, I believe he got charged, but then the charges just quietly went away with no explanation whatsoever.
- 28:23It was a little weird.
- 28:23It was a little weird.
- 28:24So let's not be honest.
- 28:24Let's not be honest.
- 28:24Uh let's be honest.
- 28:25Let's be honest.
- 28:25Yeah.
- 28:25Yeah, but it it's that sort of thing.
- 28:26But it it's that sort of thing.
- 28:27So, you know, it doesn't mean that if you see a right.
- 28:27So you know, it doesn't mean that if you see a right organization that has one of these SPLC people, it doesn't mean the whole organization is crooked, but it does mean that they are trying to put more radical elements into them to create headlines.
- 28:41And we we saw that in the Unite the Right rally.
- 28:44Um, there was a guy named Jason Kessler who they were paying hundreds of thousands of dollars.
- 28:49And I recall at the time, people were pointing out like this Jason Kessler guy is organizing for Unite the Right, but he is on the record.
- 29:00We know he he he voted for Obama twice.
- 29:03He had a black ex-girlfriend, and this is the guy who was getting portrayed as like a white supremacist.
- 29:09So obviously it's a inconsistent behavior with that.
- 29:12Um then I think he was an occupied Wall Street organizer, but and then suddenly is a far-right guy who's recording uh um recruiting for Unite the Right, and Gavin McKinnis, who we mentioned earlier, uh has that group Proud Boys, and Kessler, Gavin told me was very, very aggressively trying to get him to get the Proud Boys to go to Unite the Right.
- 29:36And Gavin was telling him, like, something's just seems off here.
- 29:40I I don't know what it is, but I'm not gonna send my guys to this rally.
- 29:43Thank God he did it for his own sake, his own sake.
- 29:46Um, and then all these years later, nine years later, turns out, yeah, Kessler was getting paid by the SPLC.
- 29:53So, you know, we we for a long time have always thought it was like the FBI putting informants in these groups, uh, and the FBI they also do it for more like legit reasons, like trying to gather evidence against the group.
- 30:07Except for Michigan, you know, in Michigan when the Whitmer in part, in part, but it's also things like it's also entrapment, yeah.
- 30:15Um, but it's also entrapment, it's also um to make them look worse and all that.
- 30:21But with the LPLC, and I assume their legal defense is gonna be something along the lines of we're just doing what the FBI does, we want to take these groups down, but I the evidence is going to show it it's quite the opposite.
- 30:33They tried their best to keep them alive.
- 30:36It is in the SPLC's best interest to have there be as much hate groups uh as possible.
- 30:41And then if you go to the SPLC's hate map, which is kind of one of the things that they're known for, it's just like a map of every hate group in America.
- 30:49If you actually click through on some of the groups, I I went through them once.
- 30:54There will be like a blog with 18 followers that's like a racist blog that gets categorized as a hate group.
- 31:01So they they inflate the numbers like crazy.
- 31:03Uh, and they they are just an evil organization.
- 31:05Yeah, and back when Biden was president, you had FBI director Christopher Ray testify that it was white supremacy and these types of groups that was America's biggest problem.
- 31:16And I remember maybe us talking about it.
- 31:18Where's that happening?
- 31:20I don't see it happening.
- 31:21And so do we need to go look at Christopher Ray now for those things?
- 31:25Is he trying to help the Southern poverty law in their rhetoric and what they are trying to do to raise money?
- 31:32It's interesting.
- 31:33I've I wonder about that.
- 31:35I mean, our own government has inflated the numbers to that like to try to portray that as the real crisis.
- 31:40Um, there was a study that uh I think I looked it up, but I think Corey Booker quoted it where he claimed that uh it was some crazy stat, like you know, white extremists or right-wing extremists or 80% of terrorist attacks or something, and it was sort of government accountability report.
- 31:58And I think I've actually quoted this on the show before.
- 32:02I you you burst out laughing when you read the report's details because there's an asterisk that says um beginning September 12th, 2001 onward, 80% are from right wing.
- 32:15And I'm thinking, wait, September 12th, 2001.
- 32:17Very interesting date to start your timeline.
- 32:20It's like so if you exclude the worst Islamist attack in American history, it's actually right wingers that are the problem.
- 32:26Um, but then when you look also into the individual examples of right-wing extremism, uh, most of it was prison violence.
- 32:34You know, a lot of people in prison will join prison gangs and the Aryan Brotherhood.
- 32:38Um, I I don't even know if it's necessarily ideological.
- 32:42I just know that prisons are largely segregated and people kind of uh join ethnic gangs as protection.
- 32:48But almost all the right-wing murders was like a prison fight where uh the guy the air, the you know, the white gang killed a guy from a different gang, but there was not even any evidence that it was ideologically motivated or or out of actual racial hatred as opposed to some other sort of dispute that might arise in prison.
- 33:05So they're very desperate to use the statistics, and the fact that they have to do this at all proves there isn't really a right-wing violence problem.
- 33:14Um as further evidenced by the fact that we haven't tried to kill other people 20 times in the past week.
- 33:20I'm thinking as you're talking, well, if they are successful in their mission, they're out of business.
- 33:26So what they do is they hire people to do the things that they're fighting against, and then they stay in business and they tell their donors we need more money, we're making some headway here, but it's still happening.
- 33:38Look, it's still happening.
- 33:39We need some more help.
- 33:40That's what's going on with them.
- 33:41Let's go to Iran because the negotiation, Donald Trump called it off over the weekend.
- 33:46He said, We're not traveling over there to Pakistan.
- 33:49There are no negotiations going on.
- 33:51It seems like there probably should have never been any negotiations.
- 33:56We have continued to talk about this every week when we're together.
- 33:59I talk about it all the time that you can't negotiate with them, they're gonna lie, they're gonna steal, they're gonna cheat in every way.
- 34:05There's nothing to negotiate with Iranians, and that's what we see happening.
- 34:10Meanwhile, the blockade is working there in the street of Hormuz.
- 34:14Not many ships are running through there, but what is happening is Iran is uh they're they're financially in trouble.
- 34:22And when this started before it started, before the bombing in the war that is going on in Iran, their their inflation was at 54%.
- 34:31We've talked about that before.
- 34:32I heard over the weekend it is now 100% on some things.
- 34:36So it is starting to hurt the people, which is what is needed if you want a true regime change.
- 34:42And the regime is gonna feel this.
- 34:43Nobody knows who is in charge.
- 34:45We don't know if the gay guy with no legs is in charge or the head of the IRGC is in charge.
- 34:51I don't know that Donald Trump and the administration know who is in charge.
- 34:54And I don't know if the people in charge even know that they're in charge.
- 34:58So I don't know.
- 35:00Is that fair?
- 35:00Yeah, is that fair?
- 35:00I don't know why we're we're even negotiating with them, but I think this blockade is going to work because I have heard within a week to two weeks, Iran is gonna have to cut production, stop production of oil because they have nowhere to put it.
- 35:00I don't know why we're we're even negotiating with them, but I think this blockade is going to work because I have heard within a week to two weeks, Iran is going to have to cut production, stop production of oil because they have nowhere to put it.
- 35:14The ground tanks are full.
- 35:14The ground tanks are full.
- 35:16They pulled one old ship taker out of uh retirement.
- 35:16They pulled one old ship tanker out of uh retirement.
- 35:20They fill they're feeling filling it, and when all of that is done, they're gonna have to stop producing it, or it's gonna go on the ground.
- 35:20They fill their feeling filling it, and when all of that is done, they're gonna have to stop producing it, or it's gonna go on the ground.
- 35:27And when they shut down an oil rig, it's not very.
- 35:27And when they shut down an oil rig, it's not very cheap, not very easy to get it pumping and uh working again.
- 35:34So this could be very detrimental to them.
- 35:37And I think this blockade is working.
- 35:39Now, I want to go to a story that was written by Joseph Epstein over the weekend, and this was in the New York Post.
- 35:46This is about Tucker Carlson, and the headline of this is sorry, Israel haters.
- 35:52U.S.
- 35:52aid pays off big for America, and the numbers don't lie.
- 35:57Tucker Carlson is tormented, not by a policy failure, but by a domestic crisis, by the fact he said this week that President Donald Trump backed Israel in a war against Iran.
- 36:10It's in line with a grievance.
- 36:12The podcaster and former Fox News host has nursed for months.
- 36:17He has told his followers that Israel is a completely insignificant country with no resources.
- 36:25America gets nothing from the relationship, he said, repeating a theme that echoes throughout the right wing influencer world.
- 36:32Three Theo Vaughn is another one, the third biggest podcaster on Spotify.
- 36:37He declared on his show, all of our effing money goes to Israel.
- 36:42Candace Owens turned such complaints into her brand's growth engine.
- 36:47Influences influencers are political adolescents, especially in this era of grift when an emotional statement on a visceral topic can achieve instant fame.
- 37:00But here's the thing.
- 37:02America spends 3.8 billion dollars with Israel.
- 37:05And what Joseph Epstein points out here in this piece is that most of that money, the largest bit of that money is Israel's purchases of our equipment from Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, and General Dynamics.
- 37:22The F 35 program alone, which Israel was the first to use in combat in combat, supports 290,000 American jobs, generates 72 billion dollars in annual economic output, and has produced 175 billion dollar order backlog.
- 37:41People are working overtime at good paying jobs from a 3.8 billion dollar investment.
- 37:48I understand why people have issues with any sort of foreign aid.
- 37:52And you know, I I think if we're gonna get rid of foreign aid, it should, you know, it should be all or nothing with the countries we're currently giving it to.
- 37:59But yes, the the rhetoric of we don't have money for our own homeless people or the hungry or X, Y, and Z because of aid to Israel is obviously laughably false.
- 38:10I mean, we're a 30 plus trillion dollar economy.
- 38:13We our government spends uh you and I were doing a mental math before the show.
- 38:17I think it came out to like 15 to 20 billion dollars per day.
- 38:21So we're talking about a couple hours of government spending on a single day here.
- 38:25Um it's if you're gonna oppose aid to Israel, you know, it should be out of principle of I don't want money going to foreign countries as opposed to oh we we can't we're gonna have no money for ourselves.
- 38:38I mean, I think every single state budget in this country is more than you know three billion dollars.
- 38:43It's just it's it's both an enormous sum of money, but not a lot of money at all relative to what the you know the the biggest economy in the world spends on an annual basis.
- 38:53So um, yeah, it could points there.
- 38:55And yes, we at least have the benefit of it being um you know a circular flow and that it's going back to American companies.
- 39:02In fact, if you're really gonna make an argument against it, you it should be hey, we're spending this almost four billion dollars subsidizing uh, you know, a big American corporation as opposed to a foreign country that you know has helped us uh quite a bit recently.
- 39:16I have one more clip here to play about Iran, and this has to do with secondary sanctions for banking partners of Iran.
- 39:24Here is Scott Bassent, Treasury Secretary.
- 39:27We are reaching out to banks, including Chinese banks, to remind them of uh that any Iranian goods and the purchases thereof are forbidden, and that the uh the dollars would be sanctioned, and that we will press for secondary sanctions if there's a problem.
- 39:50We have more of the conversation coming up.
- 39:52We're gonna bounce around really quick here in just a few minutes.
- 39:55Have a lot of audio clips, a lot of news to get through.

- 41:29Welcome back to the truth be told here on a Monday night with Matt Palumbo.
- 41:32I am Booker Sky.
- 41:33Thank you for being here.
- 41:34I appreciate it.
- 41:35Whether you're listening live or you found us on over 40 different platforms on a podcast, you can find us wherever a podcast is available.
- 41:43If you like what you hear, you like the articles that we put out here at the truth be told.
- 41:48Please share them with friends and family and get the truth out there.
- 41:52Well, there was a court ruling, Matt, that upheld the earlier uh decision on asylum seekers, and it kind of puts a dent in you know what Donald Trump, the DHS and what the ICE is trying to do.
- 42:00Seekers and it kind of puts a dent in what Donald Trump, the DHS and what the ICE is trying to do.
- 42:07It's not really going to affect the border, but it may affect other things.
- 42:07It's not really going to affect the border, but it may affect other things.
- 42:11Did you see that ruling at all?
- 42:11Did you see that ruling at all?
- 42:13It blocks.
- 42:13It blocks was it the one that blocked Trump repealing temporary protection status or something like this?
- 42:14Was it the one that blocked Trump repealing temporary protection status or something like that?
- 42:19Yeah, yeah.
- 42:19Yeah, yeah.
- 42:19Okay.
- 42:19Okay.
- 42:20Let's listen.
- 42:20Let's listen.
- 42:20Let's listen to a clip here.
- 42:20Let's listen to a clip here.
- 42:21Here's Stephen Miller.
- 42:21Here's Stephen Miller.
- 42:22We'll get him to talk about what the administration is going to do about it.
- 42:22We'll get him to talk about what the administration is going to do about it.
- 42:27Will you abide by the DC circuit's ruling?
- 42:27Will you abide by the DC circuit's ruling until such a time that the court over to the case?
- 42:33We have to remember, Laura, the DC, the DC circuit upheld an injunction that was equally lawless from the district court junction.
- 42:40So this doesn't change the current status quo at the border.
- 42:43This is one of the most important cases that exists in the entire country with respect to the president's executive actions.
- 42:49I'm not going to advertise to the cartels.
- 42:52I'm not going to advertise to the smugglers what tools President Trump and Secretary Mullen are deploying.
- 42:56But I can promise you we are going to keep the border sealed completely, totally fully shut, and this abomination of a ruling, this abomination of a decision, it'll be appealed.
- 43:07We'll we'll win in front of the city.
- 43:09And obviously he is on there with Laura Ingram.
- 43:12Did you happen to see the picture from Saturday night?
- 43:14We started this hour with the dinner and what happened uh Saturday night with Donald Trump.
- 43:19Did you see the picture of Stephen Miller leaving with his wife, Katie Miller?
- 43:23She's pregnant and he's well, yeah, he was actually behind her.
- 43:28And a lot of people are uh coming hard after Stephen Miller for not being in front of her.
- 43:33And I say, uh, what do you know?
- 43:35If the same situation were going on, he has both hands on her hips, he's guiding her through.
- 43:40So who knows?
- 43:41No one knows.
- 43:43No one knew where the shooter was coming from anyway.
- 43:45That's right.
- 43:46So it's all you can do is cover half their body and pray you're covering the right half.
- 43:50That's right.
- 43:51I would agree with that.
- 43:52Uh, what about Congress?
- 43:53How do you think they're doing overall?
- 43:56The American people think they suck.
- 43:58Well, I think cockroaches usually pull higher.
- 44:00So I'm uh you usually agreement with that.
- 44:04Uh the depressing thing, though, is whenever you see a poll of Congress, it's like, you know, they pull it 5%, but then everyone rates their own Congressman is great.
- 44:14Right.
- 44:15It's like my Congressman's fun, but it's all the other ones that are horrible.
- 44:18And it really, it's it's really all of them.
- 44:19And everybody says we're gonna primary that person.
- 44:22But like you say, when you poll the guy that is representing you, everybody likes them.
- 44:27So we're welcome.
- 44:28Yeah, but for some reason when they get there together, they don't like them.
- 44:31But here is Congressman Chip Roy from Texas, he's talking about Congress and that very problem.
- 44:37At some point, people will look at this body and say maybe we should get rid of all 435 members of the House and all 100 members of the Senate and start over because Congress is literally failing the American people.
- 44:49I I like the idea.
- 44:51I like that idea.
- 44:52But there is a process that goes through to to do that, and it's called elections.
- 44:58And I'm a big election reform person at this point, and maybe we should talk about that sometime.
- 45:03I believe that there are things that can be done that would make a difference.
- 45:07I I I used to be a big term limits person, but I just don't think we're ever going to get there.
- 45:12And it also punishes people that are good in Congress.
- 45:16That you're taking them out of a job that uh they are really good at, and why would you want to do that?
- 45:22I I think one of the things that would help a lot is just expanding the House of Representatives, and that it used to be as the population went up, the number of representatives went up.
- 45:32I mean, the whole point of being a representative is you represent a certain population, and I think it should be a fixed population.
- 45:39Um it's you know, uh oh, it's only been what the past hundred or so years, I think that how it used to be about 30,000, 33,000, now it's 800,000.
- 45:48Yeah, so we would we would have 11,000 representatives if we went back to the original 30,000.
- 45:53Now can you imagine how much sex we're gonna have then?
- 45:57It would be it would be like a it would be the biggest gift to the media ever to have that much stuff to cover it to cover.
- 46:03It would leave like a renaissance in local journalism.
- 46:06It would be the worst people in the world covering it, but it would it would be a huge jobs boom for them.
- 46:11Um, you know, listen, I understand 11,000 is probably a bit too much.
- 46:14Um, we're gonna have to we're gonna have to really fund the slush fund.
- 46:18Well, that's the thing.
- 46:19We give that, and then also their salaries would probably have to be quite a bit lower, and their workload would obviously be substantially less too.
- 46:26But uh you could actually have like a real uh you know, the percentage of a district that would actually know the representative would be potentially double digits as opposed to a fraction of a percent.
- 46:38Um so I think that would be a thing.
- 46:40And then also it kind of removes the gerrymandering problem, or at least reduces it in that it becomes significantly harder to draw bias district.
- 46:49So that's why I like that uh I don't know, it would be kind of cool if we had a superdome style Congress, but maybe maybe it's a bit tacky, I don't know.
- 46:56Yeah, I don't think it's ever gonna happen, Matt.
- 46:58So it's not it's let me say it, it's definitely never gonna happen.
- 47:01But but it but it would be cool.
- 47:03I think election reform could happen, but let's move on to NATO.
- 47:07Let's go to France and Macron Marco Rubio.
- 47:10Let's listen to this together and then we'll talk about it.
- 47:13The president of France Macron goes to China, spends about six hours meeting with Xi Jinping, and then on the flight back, he talks to a bunch of reporters.
- 47:21And here's what he told the reporters.
- 47:23He told the reporters, number one, that it's time for Europe to break away from the United States, not to depend on the dollar, not to depend so much on us uh to become their own third superpower.
- 47:34The second thing he says, which I found really interesting was that Europe needs to make sure that they don't get involved in conflicts that are not their conflicts, specifically that Europe should not be picking sides on Taiwan between the United States and China.
- 47:46And so I think this is a good moment for us to ask Europe.
- 47:49Does Macron speak for all of Europe?
- 47:51Is Macron now the head of Europe?
- 47:52Is he now the most powerful leader in Europe?
- 47:55Because if he is, then there's some things we're gonna need to change.
- 47:57Uh number one, you know, Europe uh, including France specifically, has depended heavily on the United States for 70 years for their own defense.
- 48:04In fact, when Macron tried to play global superpower and send troops to North Africa to fight terrorists, he couldn't even get his own troops there.
- 48:12We had to fly them there, and we had to fly them back.
- 48:15I thought that last comment was funny.
- 48:17France is coming to the rescue in North Africa.
- 48:20If we can get there, America.
- 48:23Uh hey, Trump, can we borrow a plane to get our troops somewhere?
- 48:27This uh NATO thing is a joke to me at this point.
- 48:31Yes.
- 48:31We're there for them, they're never there for us.
- 48:33All they do is bitch and complain about America.
- 48:36I'm ready to be done with Western part of Europe.
- 48:38I don't know, maybe we keep Poland as an outpost out there, but uh those guys in the West, they're wackadoodle.
- 48:45Macron is, and I agree with Marco Rubio.
- 48:48It's time to have a conversation about this.
- 48:50Yeah, I mean, we we keep the entire world safe.
- 48:54Um, all these smug Europeans who want to talk about, oh, we can afford to pay for free health care for everyone, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 49:00One blah blah blah blah blah.
- 49:01Yeah, we cover your defense bill.
- 49:01Yeah, we cover your defense bill.
- 49:03So it's it's a little bit easier.
- 49:03So it's it's a little bit easier.
- 49:05And then it's like you you're also taxing yourself like 60 to 70 percent.
- 49:05And then it's like you you're also taxing yourself like 60 to 70 percent.
- 49:09So I I guess I have to explain to them what free means.
- 49:09So I I guess I have to explain to them what free means.
- 49:12But uh, no, I I I would rule I I really think Europe we need we should have a lot more appreciation from them in that.
- 49:12But uh no, I I I would rule I I really think Europe we need we should have a lot more appreciation from them in that and it were additionally the all like almost all innovation in the world is coming from us.
- 49:18And we're additionally the all like almost all innovation in the world is coming from us.
- 49:24Um every uh piece of technology that has been transformative in the past couple of decades is coming from the U.S.
- 49:24Um, every uh piece of technology that has been transformative in the past couple of decades.
- 49:31Uh there are a handful of tech companies in America that are individually bigger than the entire tech sector of all of Europe combined.
- 49:40So, like, yeah, we we are the superpower, we always will be, and I think we should demand some respect for it.
- 49:45I don't know that we always will be.
- 49:47I hope that we are, but you know, you never know.
- 49:49We're a young country still coming up on 250 years, and we should have a big celebration about that.
- 49:55What about the California hospice fraud?
- 49:58Have you paid attention to that?
- 50:00This is massive out in California.
- 50:02They are having hearings, and let's listen to this together.
- 50:05This was a hearing in California this past week on the hospice fraud that is taking place.
- 50:11You'd be amazed at how many hospices you the door you can walk up to in California, and there is nobody there.
- 50:18There is five months worth of mail that you can see stacked up from CMS, and nobody's there.
- 50:27We and and that that passed a survey.
- 50:30How did that happen?
- 50:31How do you put a hospice in a burrito stand?
- 50:34Great question.
- 50:36Well, I remember when uh when Nick Shirley was exposing fraud, Newsom's social media team said it was racist.
- 50:42So I I think that Newsom is now racist for calling this out.
- 50:46Uh, we're in the wrong business, Matt.
- 50:48We should be in the burrito hospice business.
- 50:51Burrito hospice, yeah.
- 50:54And ask for grants for millions and millions of dollars.
- 50:56Forget the burritos.
- 50:58We're we're you know, that's what's going on.
- 51:00That's where our tax money is going.
- 51:02That's why Congress needs to be fixed.
- 51:04Chiproy said get rid of all 435 of them plus the hundred senators.
- 51:09I'm good with that.
- 51:10If we continue to just throw our money around in places, well, it's going all over the world, all over the country.
- 51:17I was gonna say Minnesota and these uh, but I saw one in that's happening in Maine.
- 51:21California is happening, we've seen it in Mississippi.
- 51:24It's all over this country that our money is being used and given away and stolen by other Americans.
- 51:31And I'm tired of it.
- 51:32And I know everybody listening to this tonight.
- 51:35I know Matt, you are too.
- 51:36And I don't know what the answer is.
- 51:38The accountability only, it doesn't work because if they steal 100 billion dollars, we're gonna get about 50 million of it back.
- 51:47Yeah, so you know it it's it's like it it's it almost be less insulting to get nothing back.
- 51:5450 out of 100 million, it's still zero percent.
- 51:57You're right.
- 51:58And we were talking about uh January 6th briefly there, but there is another story coming out of January 6th, and this had to do with that fake trial that they had that was made for primetime television with an ABC producer and director that did all of that for Nancy Pelosi, and you had uh two Republicans that are no longer Republicans because that ended their career with that.
- 52:21That was Kinzinger and what's her face.
- 52:24Um but Cassidy Hutchinson, do you remember that name?
- 52:27She was the one that she she lied about Trump trying to grab the steering wheel in the limo presidential limo, it's uh go to the rally.
- 52:37Yeah, big story.
- 52:38It it was complete BS.
- 52:40I think she even misidentified the car Trump was in.
- 52:46I think it was like a almost like a um magnet with a presidential seal on it that goes on the car he's supposed to get into.
- 52:53And I believe it wasn't on the beast, it was it was on a different car.
- 52:57She wasn't in the car with him.
- 52:58She wasn't an eye with us.
- 53:00Yeah.
- 53:01Yeah.
- 53:01So it's just it did it, it didn't add up in multiple ways.
- 53:04Well, they're investigating her, you know, from that.
- 53:07Let's listen to this clip.
- 53:08Uh no, I can't talk about that.
- 53:10But it it's been going on for a long time.
- 53:12There was a time that it was it was shut down for a while.
- 53:17Talking about the investigation.
- 53:18The last administration, um, I don't know why.
- 53:21And and it was started again over the past year or so, and and uh and that brings us to today.
- 53:28You mean the investigation began before this administration and then was shut down during the Biden involved?
- 53:33That's my understanding.
- 53:35So someone in the Biden Department of Justice, they started an investigation into her lies that she told, and then it was shut down.
- 53:42So I've uh I have a a lot to add to that, actually.
- 53:45They the Federalist had published texts from Cassidy Hutchinson because uh if you know she was texting her friends after January 6th, and on January 6th, was referring to herself as an insurrectionist, and it was basically in support of what was happening.
- 54:02And yes, you were saying she got investigated.
- 54:04Well, I think that explains the change because it was I think Alyssa Fara and Liz Cheney set her up with a bunch of lawyers that were gonna represent her for free.
- 54:15And that's the that was the exact moment you shifted and changed, and oh my god, it was this horrible event that she was being lighthearted about as it was going on.
- 54:25So, yeah, she's a total fraud she sold out for free legal fees.
- 54:28I don't know if I can do an hour without a transgender story, so let's go to one.
- 54:34So a wild and frankly disturbing story out of the state of Utah.
- 54:38A transgender woman and her partner are accused of kidnapping her child, allegedly to go take her to Cuba and get gender reassignment surgery.
- 54:48Madeline Rivera live in Washington with more on this.
- 54:50Matty, what do we know?
- 54:51Hey, good morning, Bill.
- 54:52So the case prompted the Justice Department to send a government plane to Cuba to bring the 10-year-old child back to the U.S.
- 55:00Federal officials say the child's biological father, Rose Inessa Uffington, who's now a transgender woman, and her partner took the 10-year-old for what was supposed to be a camping trip in Alberta, Canada late last month, but they never made it to their hotel or campground.
- 55:16Instead, after crossing the Canadian border, the couple allegedly flew from Vancouver to Mexico City.
- 55:22Then they took another flight from Mexico to Havana.
- 55:25All of this happening, by the way, without the knowledge and permission of the child's biological mother.
- 55:30I don't have much of a comment here.
- 55:32I just want you to be aware that DEI wokeness and this trans crap, it's not over.
- 55:38It's still lurking, it's still a part of our society, and we're coming to the end of our hour.
- 55:43As always, Matt, thank you.
- 55:44What do we look forward to this week?
- 55:46Uh, do you have anything on your radar this week?
- 55:49Well, I mean, I think it's been the same the past two months of just I ran, I ran, I ran.
- 55:54Yeah.
- 55:54Um, maybe what's next with the White House press correspondence dinner.
- 55:59Um, and that's uh the means who and we have to get this government back open, at least DHS, that has to happen.
- 56:00And that's uh the means do.
- 56:01And we have to get this government back open, at least DHS, that has to happen.
- 56:06Secret Service is funded under that, and we saw what they did Saturday night.
- 56:06Secret Service is funded under that, and we saw what they did Saturday night, and that has to happen.
- 56:10And that has to happen.
- 56:11The Republicans, I guess, are going to pass a skinny reconciliation.
- 56:11The Republicans, I guess, are going to pass a skinny reconciliation.
- 56:15I think it is a mistake.
- 56:15I think it is a mistake.
- 56:17You can only pass a couple a year, and it's never been done, which is gonna leave a problem for the upcoming two thousand twenty seven budget that's gonna be due in September.
- 56:17You can only pass a couple a year, and it's never been done, which is going to leave a problem for the upcoming 2027 budget that's going to be due in September.
- 56:27Matt, thanks for joining us.
- 56:27Matt, thanks for joining us as always.
- 56:28As always, uh I really do appreciate it.
- 56:29Uh, I really.
- 56:30We'll do it again next week.
- 56:32Have a great week.
- 56:32You bet.
- 56:33Yep, see you then.
- 56:34And don't forget that you were told two thousand years ago that you are the salt of the earth.
- 56:38And salt without flavor, it has no value, so whatever you do, keep being salty.
- 56:43Have a great night.
- 56:44There is only one truth.
- 56:46You've been listening to The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott on America Out Loud.
