  Good evening. Here are the key points from today's trading session on the NGX. The All Share Index fell by 0.76%. The index measures the average performance of stocks on the exchange. You had 440.3 million shares valued at 24.6 billion Naira. I traded in a bit over 50,200 deals. The top three gainers for the day were Deep Capital, Altibrisco, and International Energy Insurance.

  uh deep capital closed at four naira 89 cover up nine point eight nine percent rt briscoe closed at thirteen nine ten cover up nine point six two percent and then you had international energy insurance closing at five naira and six cover up by seven point four three percent on the flip side of things the top three losers for the day were nako real exchange and gtco nako

  fell by 10 percent closing at 148 naira 50 cuba a share royal exchange fell by 10 percent as well closing at 1 naira 53 cuba and then gt code declined by 9.97 percent to close at 115 naira and 55 cuba in terms of volume the top three stocks by volume with assets corporations zenith bank and sterling financial assets corporation with 64.9 million shares traded as any bank

  second place with 35.1 million shares traded and then sterling financial third with 28.4 million shares traded on the value side of things mt and nigeria took proposition 4.63 billion naira worth of shares through that as any bank was next with 3.93 billion naira worth of shares traded and then i rather took third place with 3.89 billion naira watts of shares um trader what else do we need to know

  Not much so far. Just, okay, let's look at the numbers. Keja Hotel with notice of its annual general meeting. So, it will be holding next month, July 20, 2026, holding at Sheraton Hotel, Lagos, that's Sheraton Keja, as we call it in Lagos, at 10 a.m. And the usual stuff to consider audited results for 2024, 2025.

  i declare dividends and all those things um i think for those who are interested what you'd like to probably know will be i'll propose dividends of 15 couple per share for the 2024 financial year and 30 couple per share for 2025 financial year um so the qualification date for the 2024 dividend with shareholders whose names appear in the register at the close of business on friday july 14 25.

  while the qualification date for 2025 dividend um final dividend is for friday july 3 2026. uh so um both dividends will be paid i believe on yeah friday july 24 2026. um so so far that's pretty much what we have but if you have the time join us at around 7 pm nigerian time
