- 0:00Speaker 1: Let's go through the best AI infrastructure plays.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Yeah, let's do it. Let's do it.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Let's do it, and you know what I'll do for
- 0:09Speaker 3: them because I feel like we've we've spoken about these individually,
- 0:13Speaker 3: maybe sector bisector inside of AI, and so I'm gonna
- 0:17Speaker 3: run down the ones we've we've spoken about on the show,
- 0:20Speaker 3: and I know Jenson likes to talk about that five
- 0:23Speaker 3: layer cake when it comes to AI. We'll start with energy.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Gv Venova. I think it's going to be a leader
- 0:30Speaker 3: and has.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Been a leader.
- 0:31Speaker 3: We've been talking about this since it was in this
- 0:33Speaker 3: five hundred. It's was pricing over eleven hundred or somewhere
- 0:36Speaker 3: in that area. Now we know the data center story
- 0:40Speaker 3: is real. We know energy is vital to the story.
- 0:44Speaker 3: But who can deliver that at the fastest pace. Who's
- 0:46Speaker 3: going to be able to create turbines that could be sold,
- 0:49Speaker 3: who can do it from an international standpoint to satisfy
- 0:52Speaker 3: the needs on a global demand? So g Vernova is one,
- 0:55Speaker 3: Caterpillar is another. We're talking about turnbines and bloom. I
- 1:00Speaker 3: know people have been asking me what about b E?
- 1:01Speaker 3: What about b E? Very similar to that that energy story,
- 1:05Speaker 3: So b E that would be three right there, and
- 1:07Speaker 3: energy that if you don't have on your watch list,
- 1:09Speaker 3: you should.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Cooling.
- 1:12Speaker 3: We spoke about this and shout out to everybody at
- 1:14Speaker 3: video again and if you were part of that group
- 1:17Speaker 3: Session and one or session two, you saw it firsthand.
- 1:20Speaker 3: The company that their partner with in terms of liquor
- 1:22Speaker 3: cooling and that would be Vert of vr T. We've
- 1:24Speaker 3: spoken about this plenty of times on the show, but
- 1:27Speaker 3: it's definitely in the portfolio and a lot of y'all
- 1:29Speaker 3: have calls on it. If you don't, let's put on
- 1:31Speaker 3: your watch list, because I think that's going to be
- 1:32Speaker 3: one that's going to be a leader. Networking and connectivity.
- 1:36Speaker 3: We spoke about Arista tickers A and E T again,
- 1:42Speaker 3: understanding how a RAQ is put together, understanding the components
- 1:46Speaker 3: and understanding the wiring connectivity that's going to be needed
- 1:49Speaker 3: to have that function at the highest rate.
- 1:51Speaker 2: They're going to be part of it. Light, L I, T, E.
- 1:54Speaker 3: That is the ticket momentum. Talking about that letter, Yeah, yeah,
- 1:59Speaker 3: put that in the last class again. Connectivity is going
- 2:03Speaker 3: to be how can we make data travel at the
- 2:07Speaker 3: fastest and most efficient way.
- 2:09Speaker 4: Light's going to be at the forefront of that corning
- 2:12Speaker 4: which we spoke about.
- 2:13Speaker 3: GLW will be at the forefront of that and Fabrinet.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I had a call with Shotty earlier about Fabrin. We
- 2:18Speaker 3: put this in the first place I ever spoke about
- 2:21Speaker 3: that was in Red Panda, So shout out to Red Family.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Also last November.
- 2:26Speaker 3: That was last November, and I said, look, I'm telling
- 2:28Speaker 3: you before, I'm telling ey l University, I'm telling before
- 2:31Speaker 3: market mondays, I'm telling you all. That's the company as
- 2:33Speaker 3: reported today pulled back a little bit, but they've been
- 2:35Speaker 3: on a tier since November.
- 2:37Speaker 4: So that would be in networking and connectivity.
- 2:39Speaker 3: And then you have Compute, and I think those are
- 2:41Speaker 3: players we know right, we know AMD, we know Broadcom,
- 2:45Speaker 3: av g O, we know in video, and we can
- 2:48Speaker 3: put TSM and it's gonna be something interesting happening with TSM.
- 2:52Speaker 3: We got to keep on and maybe we'll get to that.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Maybe I'll save it for next week. Uh. And then memory,
- 2:57Speaker 3: obviously memory, we can't go anywhere without that.
- 3:00Speaker 2: We talked about the importance of it.
- 3:01Speaker 3: So you got Micron, you got Sandis, you got Western Digital,
- 3:04Speaker 3: you got Cgate. I'll run down the tickers really quick.
- 3:07Speaker 3: MU SNDK for sandis Western Digital's WDC, and Cgate is STX.
- 3:13Speaker 3: And then we spoke about this and Shotty was like, Troy,
- 3:15Speaker 3: I need you to do this clip. I was like,
- 3:17Speaker 3: all right, man, you know, I like to just stay
- 3:19Speaker 3: low key, fire and being in the research. But we
- 3:21Speaker 3: talked about EDA Electric Design Automation, and we talked software.
- 3:25Speaker 3: And so if you watch software companies specifically, I want
- 3:30Speaker 3: to say Oracle could fit in that category. They do,
- 3:33Speaker 3: but salesforces in that category, Snowflake, Fercent, they've been hit
- 3:37Speaker 3: pretty hard. Right, But if you look at the software
- 3:39Speaker 3: inside of the AI story, when we're talking about KTUs
- 3:42Speaker 3: and we're talking about Synopsis and who they're partnering with
- 3:45Speaker 3: in terms of oh my god, look at how they've performed.
- 3:49Speaker 3: And I know we did this at the massimind and
- 3:51Speaker 3: people like what should we do? It's down twenty percent.
- 3:53Speaker 3: I haven't got too many texts about what should we do?
- 3:56Speaker 3: Now we're up eighty ninety three percent. Believe it in
- 3:59Speaker 3: the story, on the standing the story, and have a
- 4:01Speaker 3: conviction the story is important.
- 4:02Speaker 2: So that's DA.
- 4:03Speaker 4: And then the last category is assembly and packaging.
- 4:07Speaker 3: And I am going to see that that's going to
- 4:09Speaker 3: be the focus of the next class, so assembly and
- 4:11Speaker 3: packaging is going to be part of that infrastructure. There's
- 4:14Speaker 3: companies that we should know if we don't know, but
- 4:16Speaker 3: I'll break that down in Thursday's class. How's that all, love,
- 4:22Speaker 3: Let's do it, Mike? Can you play the video real quick?
- 4:28Speaker 5: Good day, Good day, Good day, my beautful people. It's
- 4:33Speaker 5: a beautiful Monday today, and I'm so happy and grateful
- 4:36Speaker 5: and thankful of all the things that I have, will have,
- 4:42Speaker 5: and is currently manifested. I poke up this morning and
- 4:45Speaker 5: looked at my socks today. Lamentum. Okay, one year ago
- 4:51Speaker 5: it was eighty one dollars. Today, one year later, it's
- 4:56Speaker 5: nine hundred and ninety six dollars, almost one thousand dollars.
- 5:00Speaker 5: So imagine if you took that one hundred dollars and
- 5:03Speaker 5: put it in this stock one year ago, you would
- 5:08Speaker 5: have about nine hundred dollars today profited nine hundred dollars.
- 5:16Speaker 5: Wouldn't you rather spend that on some stocks and get
- 5:20Speaker 5: nine hundred dollars like this cardiyeer probably one thousand dollars.
- 5:25Speaker 5: I could have put that in and been.
- 5:31Speaker 2: So I'll go through a couple that I love.
- 5:33Speaker 6: Just shot when you're saying vibe preponderance of evidence as
- 5:37Speaker 6: a quote that I word of the week, preponderance, preponderance,
- 5:40Speaker 6: love it word of the week. I like Caterpillar for sure.
- 5:47Speaker 6: I like our Bloom Energies and stock Club and Lamentum
- 5:51Speaker 6: is one that I talked about quietly last year has
- 5:55Speaker 6: done incredibly well. The question is like, what do I
- 5:59Speaker 6: invest in outside out of in video for the AI infrastructure,
- 6:03Speaker 6: And it's like, I want to bring you back to
- 6:06Speaker 6: you don't need more than four. Some of you are
- 6:08Speaker 6: going to rotate out of the best companies in the world,
- 6:12Speaker 6: switching one company for another. But Caterpillar, love arm I
- 6:18Speaker 6: like a lot, this one the queen, thank you Queen
- 6:22Speaker 6: talked about I like a lot. And Bloom Energy is
- 6:24Speaker 6: one that I like a lot as well. So pick
- 6:28Speaker 6: your four, put him in chat now. But the most
- 6:30Speaker 6: important thing, I'm begging you, as a person who's been
- 6:34Speaker 6: in this game for a long time, I don't want
- 6:37Speaker 6: you guys to have fifty and eighty shares of twenty
- 6:42Speaker 6: five companies a piece. You need to pick four and
- 6:44Speaker 6: have thousands or tens of thousands of shares that same
- 6:48Speaker 6: investment in that company took her LT ten grand would
- 6:51Speaker 6: have been ninety thousand. One hundred grand would have been
- 6:53Speaker 6: nine hundred thousand just from the time she got in.
- 6:58Speaker 6: Some people are fourteen hundred percent. But the most important
- 7:01Speaker 6: decision you're going to make is which four are you
- 7:04Speaker 6: going to pick? Back to you a shot word of
- 7:07Speaker 6: the week, because I know big words trigger some of you.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Preponderance of evidence.
- 7:14Speaker 7: Yeah, and for the people that said that she misspelled,
- 7:20Speaker 7: uh the word, I think you're missing the point.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Right, who the fuck I'm gonna say it.
- 7:29Speaker 6: If we get to monetize, I'll pay the little feed
- 7:31Speaker 6: with the vegan between who look at the return?
- 7:34Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. If you're up nine hundred one thousand percent,
- 7:39Speaker 1: don't matter. You can afford this misspell a word.
- 7:42Speaker 2: Some of you have misspelled? What to invest? In? Fact,
- 7:49Speaker 2: stay focused on what matters, you know.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I'm real quick. I just want to I'm gonna give him
- 7:53Speaker 3: a little extra. I'm gonna put on an extra because
- 7:55Speaker 3: people are like, well, she did that with life, but
- 7:57Speaker 3: what does that even do? So I try to explain
- 7:59Speaker 3: it this think of cars on the highway, and think
- 8:02Speaker 3: of the highway, right, and so when we talked about
- 8:05Speaker 3: GLW talking about fiber optics.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Right, we're talking about glass.
- 8:09Speaker 3: How are we going to have data be transmitted at
- 8:12Speaker 3: the highest level to be more efficient?
- 8:14Speaker 4: Uh?
- 8:15Speaker 3: Right now people are copper is but what's being used, right,
- 8:18Speaker 3: But that takes a lot of energy to keep at
- 8:22Speaker 3: a functioning level and high speed. And so glass and
- 8:24Speaker 3: laser has been the technology that people are talking about.
- 8:27Speaker 3: And so when you talk about that, corning would be
- 8:29Speaker 3: that the glass that would be used like for five
- 8:32Speaker 3: optics right now it's on your.
- 8:35Speaker 2: It's the glass for your iPhone now.
- 8:37Speaker 3: But momentum light is part of that laser process that's
- 8:41Speaker 3: going to transfer the data. Right, So you think of
- 8:44Speaker 3: the road which would be Corning GLW and think of
- 8:48Speaker 3: the cars that are traveling that would be like what
- 8:50Speaker 3: momentum does there are the cars that are going to
- 8:51Speaker 3: be on that highway and so you can understand why
- 8:54Speaker 3: that would be something that's going to be definitely forward thinking.
- 8:58Speaker 3: If we're trying to figure out how much data can
- 9:00Speaker 3: we move at the fastest rate and the most efficient rate.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Those type of companies are going to be at the forefront.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Yeah, just take their selling to the data centers. And
- 9:08Speaker 6: also and also we kept saying this as the world changes.
- 9:12Speaker 6: The world's greatest companies are going to adapt. So even
- 9:14Speaker 6: Caterpillar was a great company pre AI, but they became
- 9:19Speaker 6: more valuable as data centers was being built. A lot
- 9:22Speaker 6: of you also need to figure out too, if data
- 9:24Speaker 6: center correction happens and everything isn't built, how will your
- 9:30Speaker 6: portfolio be affected. In twenty twenty, I came on and
- 9:33Speaker 6: talked about CGW investing the water.
- 9:35Speaker 2: What the off or.
- 9:37Speaker 6: Side effect of investing in data centers is it's going
- 9:40Speaker 6: to mess up the water supply? Bye sign. So CGW,
- 9:45Speaker 6: of course has gotten more valuable over time. Talked about
- 9:47Speaker 6: that in twenty twenty. But once again please put this,
- 9:50Speaker 6: since you you only need four, you only need four.
- 9:55Speaker 3: And that's why you've got to look ahead to what
- 9:58Speaker 3: technology is being built.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Who's doing the infrastructure.
- 10:01Speaker 3: I know bloom was it's an interesting company because when
- 10:05Speaker 3: we talk about power, we talk about energy. They're focus
- 10:08Speaker 3: is and staying off the power grid. The grid is
- 10:11Speaker 3: probably the biggest bottleneck in terms.
- 10:15Speaker 8: Of the infrastructure of the energy infrastructure, and so if
- 10:19Speaker 8: they've figured out a way to not be on that
- 10:21Speaker 8: grid and still create turbines that can power data centers,
- 10:24Speaker 8: that's something that's very interesting, which is why you've seen
- 10:26Speaker 8: them being rewarded with the stock.
- 10:28Speaker 2: The way is moving. Now, can I give them one
- 10:30Speaker 2: more tidbit? Let's do it.
- 10:33Speaker 6: There's only three sectors that matter right to this down Tech, healthcare,
- 10:37Speaker 6: and energy. A lot of your problems will go away
- 10:41Speaker 6: because somebody had messaged me earlier today like you haven't
- 10:43Speaker 6: talked about consumer discretionary. I'm like tech is going to
- 10:47Speaker 6: outperform a lot of segments anyway. If you just focus
- 10:50Speaker 6: on tech, healthcare, and energy, that's always been the three
- 10:56Speaker 6: sectors that have mattered the most and that have yielded
- 10:58Speaker 6: the highest returns, you'll be aokay. And even in healthcare
- 11:01Speaker 6: there's probably twelve or thirteen great companies, and energy there's
- 11:06Speaker 6: probably fourteen fifteen great companies. In tech, probably sixty great companies.
- 11:12Speaker 2: To pick from. Pick from those three sexes and you'll
- 11:15Speaker 2: be aokay.
