- 0:04Hello and welcome back to the episode of Panther Lawrence
- 0:06here. How are you all doing?
- 0:07Hope you're doing great. Well, today's episode don't talk
- 0:09about Ghanaian presidents. Ghanaian presidents have sold
- 0:11those out. Ghanaian presidents have sold W
- 0:14Africans out. Ghanaian president is collecting
- 0:17money from the United States right now to deport Africans W
- 0:22Africans back to their country. Now for some of you who don't
- 0:25know, Donald Trump since he resumed office has been clamping
- 0:29down of on immigration, illegal immigrants, especially the
- 0:33criminals, not just Africans, but Mexicans, everybody that is
- 0:39illegal in the United States, ICE agents are arresting them
- 0:43and deporting them. We all know the story of Simon
- 0:49Gubadia. Simon Gubadia is chilling in
- 0:51Nigeria and Dubai at the moment, but U.S.
- 0:56President, he just want to catch and deport.
- 0:59They approach Nigerians to say take back your criminals, so
- 1:03take back your illegal immigrants that in the US, we
- 1:07want you to take them back and we're going to pay you.
- 1:10The Nigerian government refused and said that if they have to
- 1:14deport them, they have to deport, go through the right
- 1:16process and deport those illegal immigrants or the Nigerian
- 1:21illegal immigrants. Now Donald Trump was not happy.
- 1:25He sanctioned Nigeria or Nigerians travelling to the US.
- 1:29There are different visa interviews that you have to go
- 1:32through right now to get to the US.
- 1:35Now Ghanaian president, he was approached and he was like, yes,
- 1:38how much are you paying? I paying in dollars.
- 1:41You know, Ghana, they like dollars.
- 1:43They don't really regard their CDs.
- 1:45If you're buying a house in Ghana, most of the houses are in
- 1:48advertising U.S. dollars. So we all know the story of
- 1:54comedian Michael Blackson, who decided to invest in Ghana.
- 1:58He brought about, I think, $10 million into Ghana to build a
- 2:02school and to run the school or Ghanaian government took that
- 2:05money and used it to pay loans that Ghana are currently owing.
- 2:11And they're still owing some money, but he's been battling
- 2:16Ghanaian government to try to get back those loans.
- 2:19I don't know if he's successful at the moment, but that's still
- 2:22ongoing. Now the Ghanaian president,
- 2:24Chechen dollars was approved by Donald Trump to tell him that.
- 2:28Listen, I need you to take African immigrants or African
- 2:32criminals the way they are called that are illegal in the
- 2:35United States. Nigeria, they've refused.
- 2:39What about you? We're going to pay you some
- 2:41money. We're going to give you
- 2:42incentives. Ghana said yes, now there are
- 2:47five other African countries that has accepted example
- 2:51Rwanda. Rwanda not just accepted from
- 2:53the US, they also accepted from the UK, although UK they've not
- 2:57started, they've not initiated that agreement with Rwanda, but
- 3:03the US president has actually started.
- 3:06Ghana President said, OK, that he's going to accept, but he's
- 3:11going to just accept W Africans because West Africans, they have
- 3:16visa free from ECOWAS. He wouldn't want them to come
- 3:19into the country and then he's trying to get visas to send them
- 3:22back to their country. But if they are West African
- 3:25countries, he can just put them on a bus and ship them back to
- 3:30their countries. So about 16 people arrived from
- 3:36the US and Ghana shipped about 15 of them to Nigeria.
- 3:41Now this is making rounds because people are thinking, OK,
- 3:44that that cannot be true. But Ghana, the Ghanaian
- 3:48president came out with his full chest and released the video.
- 3:51Let me just play that video for you.
- 3:52Now watch. We were approached by the US to
- 3:59accept third party nationals who were being removed from the US.
- 4:06And then we agreed with them that W African nationals, you
- 4:13know, were acceptable because all our fellow W Africans don't
- 4:19need a visa to come to our country.
- 4:22So if they decided to travel from US to Accra, they don't
- 4:25need a visa anyway. So if you're bringing our
- 4:27colleague W Africans back, I mean, that's, that's OK.
- 4:31And so I think that agreement has been activated and a first
- 4:36batch of 14 national scheme, several of them were Nigerian
- 4:41brothers. Several of them were Nigerian
- 4:44brothers. Ghana, Ghana.
- 4:49What is going on? Ghana?
- 4:52I think Ghana is tired of immigrants.
- 4:56I don't even know. I don't understand what's going
- 4:58on in Ghana because Nigerians are complaining about Ghanaians.
- 5:02Ghanaians are telling Nigerians to go back to Nigeria.
- 5:05This whole thing started when I think the major problems started
- 5:09with trades in Ghana. Ghanaians, I don't think they
- 5:13are known for business now. Nigerians arrived Ghana and
- 5:17literally took over. According to some Ghanaians,
- 5:22they said that that all Nigerians do is business and
- 5:27they don't even allow their they sell cheaper rates than their
- 5:31Ghanaian brothers, so they couldn't make much profit.
- 5:34So they had to sometimes, most times leave the business for
- 5:37Nigerians to run. So what happened was that the
- 5:40Ghanaians had an agreement with the Nigerian communities or the
- 5:45Nigerian government. I don't know who they had the
- 5:46agreement with to say that Nigerians are only going to
- 5:49supply Ghana with whatever goods that they want to sell and then
- 5:54the Ghanaians are going to do the retail business.
- 5:57But some of the Nigerian traders are saying that once they supply
- 6:00Ghanaians with maybe goods, all the goods that they need, the
- 6:04Ghanaians will retail resell and they will not remit the money to
- 6:08to them. So they were like, OK, what's
- 6:10the point? Why don't we go into retailing
- 6:12So that some of the the Nigerian traders said that was how they
- 6:15got into retail or got back into retail.
- 6:18So that became a problem. Now most times you know that the
- 6:23traders are mostly from the east.
- 6:25My IBO brothers, they like business.
- 6:29So they were now clashing with Ghana and the Ghana, some Ghana
- 6:33authorities, the government, they now decided to appoint SND
- 6:38bona Ghana. He was appointed I think in 2000
- 6:42and he said in 2011 or 2013 or something like that, he's been
- 6:48the king. He said he's settled so many
- 6:50disputes, He's done so many things.
- 6:52Now Ghanaians are angry. Ghanaians are angry that
- 6:56Nigerians are they? They have a king in Ghana.
- 7:01They said that that is against their constitution, that is
- 7:04against their rule. And then the Ghana SND bona
- 7:07Ghana is saying that he is not a king.
- 7:10He is just kind of a political head appointed by his IBO
- 7:15brothers to help settle disputes.
- 7:19And if you see this man's throne, I'm like, come on,
- 7:22that's too much. How can you go into some of this
- 7:26country and intervene them? His throne, his throne is
- 7:30actually very you can see lion, you can see gold.
- 7:34He's sitting on the throne, his foot raised.
- 7:37I'm like, you guys know what you're doing.
- 7:41If it's just as any Buna Ghana, you don't have a kind of a
- 7:44throne or a palace, maybe that would have made sense, but
- 7:48Ghanaians are not having it. They said that Nigerians must
- 7:51go. This is no longer Ghana must go,
- 7:53but Nigerians must go. So my point is that Ghana
- 7:58itself, they are saying Nigerians must go, but Ghana has
- 8:02also signed a, an agreement with the United States to say all
- 8:08Nigerians in, mostly Nigerians in the US are going to be
- 8:13deported back to Ghana and then Ghana who in turn ship them or
- 8:18put them on a bus back to Nigeria.
- 8:20So my brothers and sisters, my Nigerian brothers, if you're in
- 8:25the US and you're thinking, OK, Nigerians, they can't deport it
- 8:29to Nigeria. Ghana has accepted and if you
- 8:35are not, we've not travelled and you have plans to travel, to
- 8:39travel to the US or to travel to the UK or to travel.
- 8:42Make sure that you're travelling legally.
- 8:45If you have to go back to school in Nigeria to gain some
- 8:48qualifications, to make sure that where you actually going
- 8:51to, you can get jobs and extend your visas.
- 8:55If that is not the case. My brothers, my brothers, my
- 8:59sisters about mission because this is this is like Ghana has
- 9:05set a precedence whereby, OK, right now they're just accepting
- 9:09W Africans. But the truth is, is going to
- 9:12they're going to offer him more money.
- 9:14They're going to give him more incentive.
- 9:17Donald Trump might even say, listen, we're going to waive
- 9:20visa fees or we're going, they're going to do something
- 9:22that would encourage the the president to start accepting
- 9:27every, every African nation, every African national that is
- 9:31in the US or in the even in the UKUK right now.
- 9:35There was a 1,000,000 March yesterday.
- 9:39What was the March for? They are tired of illegal
- 9:43immigrants. They said that illegal or just
- 9:46even legal migration, not even illegal immigrants, although one
- 9:51thing that they were complaining about were the boats coming from
- 9:55France, it coming illegal into the UK, But that is also morphed
- 10:00into something else. People are marching on the
- 10:03streets. They said that they want to take
- 10:05back their country. They don't want immigrants.
- 10:08If you're black, if you are, if you look Asian, they just look
- 10:14like it's it's, it's a bad situation.
- 10:17And they are saying that these people are coming in, even the
- 10:19legal ones are coming in and seeking asylum.
- 10:22And then they're giving them, you know, special treatment.
- 10:26Everywhere is hot right now. There's this other lady that
- 10:31somebody mentioned that she had about 30 million in Nigeria and
- 10:35she's looking forward to do with the money.
- 10:37She's seeking advice. She's saying that we should she
- 10:41use that 30 million and do business in Nigeria or should
- 10:44she use that 30 million to process her papers to travel,
- 10:48process her visa to travel. And I'm thinking 30 million if I
- 10:53was in her shoes. US OK, You want to go to Usus is
- 10:58on fire. You want to come to the UK?
- 11:00Yesterday there was a 1,000,000 match against immigrants.
- 11:04You want to go to Canada? Canada is they they they they
- 11:08are tired. They are literally closing down
- 11:10their borders. Where exactly do you want to go
- 11:13to? Everywhere right now is it's not
- 11:16just Nigeria. Everywhere is tight.
- 11:19Everywhere is tight. Nepal overthrew their
- 11:22government. So sometimes people think, OK,
- 11:26where you know you are things are not working.
- 11:31Once I get to the other place. If you go there, if you have a
- 11:35plan, are you able to travel legitimately and you're able to
- 11:40get a a job where or you get a job even before travelling.
- 11:44That is fantastic. Don't go and suffer. 25 is
- 11:49remaining about less than four months to, to, to, to, to, to be
- 11:53over. Don't say people did not tell
- 11:56you if you go to the US without proper documentation, Donald
- 12:00Trump is going to deport you to Ghana and Ghana is going to put
- 12:04you on a a luxurious bus, nice bus and ship you back to
- 12:07Nigeria. Let's be guided.
- 12:10Let us be guided. Before you travel, do do your
- 12:14due diligence. Don't just go and collect
- 12:16somebody collecting COCOS money from you.
- 12:19You can actually go online and get a job.
- 12:21There are so many people in Africa working any money AAI
- 12:26machine prompt is something that you lots of people are doing
- 12:28right now to make money, to earn dollars.
- 12:33I think the problem is people don't want to upgrade people.
- 12:37There are so many jobs that AI is going to wipe out.
- 12:41If you're not constantly updating and upgrading yourself,
- 12:44you're going to land on the chopping block.
- 12:47And if you do, or when you do, make sure you're able to
- 12:51transition. And if you're in Africa and you
- 12:55want to travel, do your due diligence anyway.
- 12:59What do you think? Do you think that Ghana sold us
- 13:02out or do you think that they are doing the right thing
- 13:05helping their citizens to to travel to the US without much
- 13:09restrict restrictions like their other African countries
- 13:13counterparts? Let me know what you think.
- 13:15Thank you very much for watching today's episode.
- 13:16Please like, like, like and share.
- 13:18Thank you very much for watching.
- 13:19Bye bye.
