- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I've sold over$120 million worth of real estate in the past seven years.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: And that sounds like I should have a whole money thing figured out, right?
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Well, here's the question I'm asking myself now that I just turned 63.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: I got my license when I was 56.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: If I stopped showing homes and managing transactions tomorrow, what part of my income would keep going?
- 0:27SPEAKER_00: And that's a question you have to start to ask when you are getting older.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Because you're out in the trenches, the daily grind, and if that stopped, what would happen?
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Because we are 100% commission-based business.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: So it can be sometimes a little bit of a challenge.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: But I'm not planning tomorrow to stop working.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: So don't misunderstand me.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: I love what I do, I love the people, I love selling real estate, and it beats being in the restaurant business, that's for certain.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: So um, but I'm starting to think hard about what I want my work to look like over the next 10 years.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to share with you five ways I'm earning or building income beyond personally closing real estate deals because the extra income stream can turn into an extra job very quickly.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: So you just have to be careful how you're structuring that.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: And if we haven't met yet, my name is Robin Cavallero.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: I started over in real estate at 56.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: Like I just said, I had no local reputation.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: I knew no one.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I had just moved to Florida, and since then I've closed more than 320 transactions and over 120 million dollars in sales myself.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: And again, I love what I do, but I credit it all to social media.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but I also know exactly how much work those numbers represent and how much running around I've done.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: And believe me, I there are some days in my market where I've had three buyers in my car at one day, in one day.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Or I've had two buyers in my car, and then I'm videoing homes for two others.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: So I run, I hustle, but at 63, I have to start to take a little moment before I get more wrinkles.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: The gray I'm not so worried about because Raul, my friend Raul at CP Frederick, he'll keep my hair blonde, the brown, whatever color I decide I want it to be at the time.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: So if you're realtor and maybe if you're over 50 and you're starting to ask, how do I keep earning without working at this pace forever?
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And that's where my head is at right now.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: So let's talk about the actual ways I'm approaching it and some of the income sources that I have generated over the past couple years that might work for you.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: And some ideas I have, some might be passive, and some are certainly not passive.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: And let me rephrase they call it passive income, but it's not really passive.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: You have to work at it to keep it passive.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: So let's throw that on the table.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: But number one is the obvious one: real estate referrals.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So say you wanted to cut back.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Um, I've seen a lot of YouTubers out there who talk about a topic.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Um, one of them actually, her name is Katie Spanick, I think her name, I think that's how you say her last name.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: She does a really good job at creating content and she tells you she can find you a realtor in her market.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: So she's walk working off a big referral basis.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: But if you put content out there, you might get some referrals, or you can put the feelers out there that say, you know, hey, if you're looking to buy or sell, I can help, I can assist you, you know, and you work on that referral network.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: And like I said, I make videos and I have people calling me all the time.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: Do you refer people?
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: Do you take referrals from other agents?
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: And, you know, some agents need a little bit more help than others.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: And I always give referrals.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Always, because to me, that's found money.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: And if I have to give them 25%, 25% is better than nothing.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: So I always get referrals, and that could be, you know, a good stream of income for you.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't mean, you know, you're handling the phones, that you're calling leads, you're calling after these people saying, hey, I'm looking for referrals.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: It's just that's a revenue stream that you might be able to make a little bit of money.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: And I look at everything because if you've watched this channel, um, I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy seven years ago.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: I break everything down in little bits.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: So if I make this much money, it pays for my health insurance.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: And if I make this much money, it pays for my gas.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: I make this much money, it pays for this.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: And I break it down into those buckets.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: So I have a very good idea of my expenses, and I keep very close track of my expenses and what I make.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Big spreadsheet, and I use QuickBooks.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: And some of the things I'm going to talk about, especially affiliate marketing, I do have affiliate links listed below.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: And if you were to click on one and make a purchase, I will earn a small commission.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: It doesn't cost you any more money.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: So, number one, referrals.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Number two, books and digital products.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: So I have written five different books.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Um, two of them are about the community that I'm in and their resource guides.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: So I think the first one I wrote five years ago is called Thriving in the Villages.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: It was a small one.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I sold today, I think about 1200 copies.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Um, I forget what I made.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: I didn't make, I maybe made$2 a copy.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Um, the next one I I printed uh was last year in September.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: Actually, it went out right about now.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: It's 236 pages.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: It took me over a month to put it together, and I worked with social media, and not social media, I used the AI to um put it all together.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: It was heavily edited though.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: It is not an AI product, it's a Robin product.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: I had to go in and correct a lot of the things, and I was very diligent about making sure it was all the information that I was looking for and everything was correct.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: But to date, I've sold um 1,100 copies and I think I made about$3.83 a copy, and that book sells for$23.95.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So I've made quite a bit of money off of that.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: That right now is truly passive.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: And I also printed up, I have journals.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: I actually have a home buying journal that I will put a link below.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: That is, I have two templates and two videos that show you how to edit them and how to put it on KDP.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: That is a paid, I'm gonna call it a webinar.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: It is a paid program.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: It's um again, it's two digital products that you would edit in Canva.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: And I have two videos that show you exactly how to do how to edit the templates and how to start a KDP account so you can print it if you want to print it online, um, or you can just use it as a download.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: You don't have to go the expense of K.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: Well, KDP doesn't cost anything, but I sell them online and I do print author copies and I give those home buying journals to my buyers when they get in my car.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: I think the um I think the author copy cost me maybe$2.50.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: And that way I don't have to go and have these books printed and keep inventory.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: When I need a couple, I order a couple.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: So real estate books, I also the journals, and I'm into pickleball.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: I printed up a whole or I have a whole bunch of pickleball journals up there that are just blank pages and lined.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: And you know what?
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna show you my KDP account over here.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: I'll scan that through.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: Um, I did I have two author names there.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: I have something that's pickleball publishing, I have a coloring book there, I have um a kids' coloring book, a Mandela coloring book with all pickleball terms, and I have several of these journals that are blank page and line page, and I use those for myself because I like to keep a journal, I keep a book with me everywhere I go, and as people call, um, I just go to the next page and make notes.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And then when the book is done, I just slip it into my file folder.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: And if I have to revert back to it, I usually keep it for about a month or two because after that it's too old.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: I just throw them out.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: But how many times have you been in a car and someone calls you and you write the notes down, and three days later you're like, oh, where was that?
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Now I can go right back to that one journal, that one book, and and copy that.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: So I make some money that way.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And um I have real estate books.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: I wrote four real estate books, um, How to Reinvent Your Life, AI for real estate, and here I'm gonna show you there right now.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: They you can get those in print, Kinzel, or now Audible.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: So that's pretty exciting.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: So I make a little bit of money that way.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: I just started to create digital products that I'll sell on Etsy and also through my YouTube channel.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: And um, the first I'm coming out with is a concierge suite, basically for realtors, everything you need for buyers and sellers.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: There's the home buying journal, there is the uh buyer's guide, a seller's guide.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Um, there's I think I have 35 different templates there that you can edit in Canva, and there's an accompanying video that talks about it, and that's going to be the difference with my digital downloads that you can purchase from buying something on Etsy.
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Those are really uh content creators or graphic designers, and I'm actually a realtor who uses these things in my business.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: So look for that coming.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: I'm working on that.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: I should have that done in another couple of weeks.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: But make sure you like and subscribe.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: But I do talk about these things about real estate, how to reinvent your life, how to make money, how to make money over 50.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Those types of things, if that's interesting you, please hit that like and subscribe button.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's guides, checklists, journals, all of those things.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm creating the digital products for, and I'll make a little bit of money doing that.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: And that once it goes up, that is kind of passive income.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: So teaching and speaking.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: So um that is gonna come with experience.
- 11:20SPEAKER_00: And if you're an experienced realtor or if you're not a realtor and you're watching this channel, if you have anything that you have experience and you're passionate about, think about teaching and speaking, talking to groups, sharing your experiences.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: Now, you might have to start for free.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Now, I've done a couple of feeder um free classes to get people to sign up for my agent authority lamb.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: I don't like call it a cohort.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: That me, I don't like that name.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but it is a six-week course that I teach on Zoom.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: Um, the first one is starting on September 30th.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: I'll offer those three, maybe four times a year.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Speaking engagements, um, for example, I'm gonna speak at my uh women in real estate in November.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna talk with them about how to get camera ready.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: And the first couple of gigs I'll do for free until I can start to get some paid speaking.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Now, I haven't been paid yet to speak, but that's coming quickly, and I'm focusing on that a little bit because I really do like that aspect.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: And you just have to be passionate and have knowledge about a specific topic, and you will find your audience.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: And by out there speaking, teaching, and making content like this, I'm able to communicate with you, and hopefully, be we can work together in some capacity, or I am able to assist you with growing your brand and reinventing your life.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: But that's a great way to do it is digital downloads and books.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: So now we're gonna talk about affiliate income and content partnerships.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: Um, I have a lot of affiliates that I work with, products that I use in my business.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: I don't have any affiliates that I promote that I'm not currently using.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So, for example, things that I use in my business that I have affiliates for outside of Amazon.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Um kit, which I have an affiliate.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: That's where I use my landing pages, and I'm going to move my email newsletter over to that at some point in time.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: But all my landing pages are in kit.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: I have an affiliate for that.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: Um QuickBooks.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: I use well, I started out with QuickBooks, used to be called self-employed, but now it's solopreneur.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: I highly recommend that because it will track your mileage right on your phone.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: And that's great if you commingle your funds.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Like you have all of your money comes into your personal account.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: You can one side for business, one side for personal, and it'll keep everything separate so you can prepare your taxes.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Um, I have an affiliate for Camtasia, that's my editing software.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: I have an affiliate with Opus Clips.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: That's a program that I purchase that takes all of my long form, cuts it into short form, and adds text.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: I also upload my short form content in there so it will put the captions at the bottom.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: I can put text overlays, I'll show you here, and some of the ones that I've done, and I can schedule it out.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: I have an affiliate for buffer.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: Buffer is my text content and some video content scheduling program.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: And that I use, I forget what I paid for that because I just added onto it because I have my real estate content and I have my stop chasing, my real estate education content.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Two separate areas goes to two separate.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: I have Facebook pages for all TikTok, Instagram.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: I have one Pinterest account and one X account, but all the rest of them are separate.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: So I have an affiliate for that.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Um, I am an Amazon influencer.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: So if I review this microphone and somebody goes on to my Amazon affiliate account, they watch the video, they push the button, and they purchase it, I make money.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: Um Amazon influencer and Amazon affiliates are two different things.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: I'm right now talking about influencer, that's where you make a video about a product.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: You have to get approved into the Amazon affiliate system.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: It's not that hard.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: You have to make three videos.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: I don't want to get into the weeds on that, but you can make money.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: Like a friend of mine, he had this leather chair and he videoed me talking about this chair.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: I'm no joke, I make 40 bucks every time someone buys that chair.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: And now I have to make videos about my computer.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: The I have one up about the teleprompter that I'm using.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: So anything in your home that you don't necessarily have to have purchased it on Amazon, but it has to be available on Amazon and make a video about it, and you can make some money.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: Amazon affiliates are different.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: That's a QR, a code that you get from a specific product.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Like I could say, all right, um, I might not have an Amazon influencer account, but I this microphone, and I put uh, hey, I may I order this microphone and I love it, and this is why.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: And here's the link to it.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: And you click on it, you buy it, I make money on that.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: Those things are once they're up, are passive income.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: Um, what else do I use?
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: So um that's good enough for now.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: You get the point.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Affiliate links, affiliate income, and I will do videos where I talk about products and demonstrate them.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: And if you click on the link and buy it, I will make some money.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: It doesn't cost you any more.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: But for me, and everybody operates their business differently, I only use things that I trust and that I know.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: I don't just say, oh, hey, that looks like a good piece of software.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna get an affiliate link and talk about it, and I haven't used it and don't support it.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: So everything that you see me talk about, I've used in my business.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: All right, so um, those were a little bit more passive income types of streams.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Now I'm gonna talk about one that's not really passive.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Um, that's owning a rental property.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: So when you're in real estate, you are privy to a lot of properties that come up that might not have hit the market yet.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: That might be a great rental opportunity for you.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: So owning a rental home uh has its pros and cons.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's not all just calenting a retjunk and running.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: It's it can be hard work, there can be problems, so you need to think about that and you have a big outlay of money.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: Um, I got a loan and bought my rental property.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: I'm only gonna buy one because it's not rented all of the time.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: And I have a course on short-term rental, it's really for my community.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: But um in my community, short-term rental, because of the different situations with we have something called bond and a CDD, it's really hard to make money long term.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Uh, you can make it short term.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: But when you're a real estate professional, you can deduct more items from expenses from your taxes than you could if you weren't a real estate professional.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Consult your accountant, a financial planner if you have one, and an attorney before you get into the rental property business and see if it makes sense.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: I am not supporting or endorsing it.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you from my own situation with my own experiences.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: I have made money and I don't always break even, but I come out a little short, but the expenses that I incur offset some of the income.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: So it last year, it and I've only owned it a year, it worked out well for me.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: So, right now, what I'm looking for, I'm trying to, I partnered with someone who did my garage.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: So we can talk about that.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: They they put uh a coating on the floor, they painted the garage, and I had slat wall, I'll show you here, and cabinets installed in my garage.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: And we worked out a deal that he gave me a little bit of a discounted price.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: I did some videos, and then he offers 5% 5% off if someone mentions my name, and I get a little bit of a referral fee for anyone who mentions my name.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: So I got a little bit of a discount on the actual job, the pro the work, and I make a little bit of money that way.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Right now I'm looking to partner with someone to do the floor at my rental, and I'm not looking for them to do it for free.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: I want a little bit of a discounted rate and then a commission split or a fee, a referral fee when someone would actually hire them because a lot of people, the guy who did my garage already has about 10 jobs, and he did it, it's been just a couple of months that um we worked together.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: So it is a profitable venture for him, and I make a little bit of money too.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: So that's great.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Partnerships like that with some businesses, local businesses in your market.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: So there are some other ways that you can make money as a realtor, and they all have to work for you because these are not passive.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: This is creating another job for yourself.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: And sometimes if you're slowing down as a realtor, you might want to get into this.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: And if you're not really busy, you might want to get into property management and home watch.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Now I'm in a in a very transient um uh seasonal community, so we do have a lot of people who are only here for the winter months, and then their homes are sitting empty.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: A lot of realtors will start a home watch business where they go and they check on the house every month or every week to make sure there are no leaks, nobody tried to break in, the lawn's being mowed, and um just to make sure everything's fine with the property and they charge so much a month.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: I actually did that four and a half years ago, but I started to get busy and it was just too much.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: I couldn't handle it.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: So uh I was actually with my work partner.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Um, we started that, but it just went it not that it went south.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: I had a couple clients, but I just couldn't keep up with it.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: It was too much for the money that the amount of money and time or the amount of time I was spending selling real estate, it just didn't make sense to stop to do property management or to do the home watch.
- 22:13SPEAKER_00: But it might work for you.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: So think about home watch services.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Property management's a different story.
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: That's really labor-intensive.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: I didn't want to get into that at all.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Managing rentals and all that, and you need to make sure that you have the right licenses to do that.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: So that is another way, if not so passive income, but another job.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Other items, if depending on where your market is, you want to offer relocation concierge services where start to finish, you're going to help them when they're moving here.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: Organize a mover, get cleaning people, get people to repair things, unpack things.
- 22:54SPEAKER_00: So that's a service you could offer for a fee.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Estate sale business.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: If you now that's big in my community, it might not be in yours, but we have a lot of people who pass away or go into an assisted living facility and their families are not here.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: So a company will go in and they get the home ready to sell while they clear all the good stuff, the good stuff and the crap out and they sell it for a split.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: And it helps the seller because they're not capable of doing that because they're not here, and they get to make a little bit of money.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: Those companies sometimes will arrange for cleaning and they arrange for repairs.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: So it depends on the service, what they offer.
- 23:42SPEAKER_00: Um staging.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: This sounds like I'm working for a furniture store, but there are a lot of people out there who will stage the home with actual furniture.
- 23:56SPEAKER_00: Um, that's going to require inventory and a lot of legwork and a lot of back breaking.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: But hey, you might have a husband and kids that need something to do, so that might work for you.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: So that's an opportunity there.
- 24:11SPEAKER_00: So then as I'm moving forward at 63, when I picture my own week, you know, I have to ask, am I trying to create more freedom or am I signing up to manage tenants, deliveries, or you know, do I want to create another job?
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: And it's not really what I want to do.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: I want to get into the speaking, teaching, a little bit more passive income streams that I can do as I get older, but I still want to work with buyers and work with sellers because I do love what I do.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: So at the end, the bigger point is if you're thinking about additional income streams and how to make money from what you're already doing, start with what you've already built and work from there.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: Think about what you want your day to look like, what you want your week to look like, and where your expertise lies.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: If you're really techie, getting into digital downloads, digital content, content creation.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: Because I make money on YouTube.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: By you watching this video, well, I don't make money yet on this channel, it's not monetized.
- 25:18SPEAKER_00: My real estate channel is monetized, and I make a little bit of money.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: I make enough money on YouTube.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: I'm averaging about$350 to$400 a month.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: So that pays maybe half of my health insurance.
- 25:31SPEAKER_00: That's not bad.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: And I make now money on Facebook because that page is monetized.
- 25:38SPEAKER_00: So little bits and little bits all contribute to the whole.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: So I would love to know if your realtor out there or not, if you're just watching this, if you've created any passive income streams, what are they?
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: What are your successes?
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: What are your challenges?
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: Um, I would really love to hear what other people are having successes with.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: And if you're a real estate agent and you're trying to figure out opportunities and how to build your authority in your market, you want to make sure you take my agent authority assessment.
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: It's an 18 questionnaire.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: It takes about three to five minutes to fill out, and it assesses you on your strengths and weaknesses and your social presence.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: And then when you're ready to take that next step, you're going to want to get into one of my agent authority labs.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: It's a six-week live Zoom training.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: These are not recorded.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: I am in that class with you, teaching you what I have experienced and how I've grown my business so you can grow your business as well.
- 26:42SPEAKER_00: Remember, like and subscribe.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: I'm Robin Cavallero.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching me on this episode.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: And if you're building your next chapter, I will see you here in the next video.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: Take care.
