A 20-year-old from Spokane allegedly pulled over drivers on I-90 near Ellensburg while impersonating a cop in a black Ford Explorer outfitted with police gear and lights. Multiple 911 calls led deputies to arrest him on July 3rd. Authorities are now seeking witnesses—especially anyone who was pulled over or saw the vehicle acting like law enforcement.
