A shocking murder unfolded in Delaware County on August 14th when 55-year-old Tamela Dutcher was fatally shot inside her home. Two young men, Dajameous Payne and Christian Evans, both charged with murder, allegedly entered the residence, gunned down Dutcher, and also fired at her husband as he tried to intervene before fleeing. Complicating matters, Dutcher’s 18-year-old daughter Bryanna — who is dating one of the suspects — now faces obstruction of justice charges.
