Ryan Estes, COO of Coastal Horizons Center, is now leading the charge on North Carolina’s biggest rural health initiative — a $213 million federal push to fix healthcare access in the state’s sprawling rural communities. As a new member of the advisory committee — made up of 40+ voices from across the state — Estes will help shape how this transformative program rolls out statewide.
