is they're indoctrinating our kids

and their philosophy in the way of thinking.

What does the union always say?

We need more money for government education.

But it's not working.

Plus, the system is producing

mentally, emotionally,

Because there's a spiritual dynamic.

education is just one of the things.

are coming to the surface.

We're seeing them bear fruit.

They removed Christ, prayer, the Bible,

Well, first of all, I think it's

good that Trump is dismantling

or restructuring the public education.

I believe that it was began with

But at one time when I was a kid,

I remember they were telling us we were

number one in the world in education, America.

Not what we are. I think we're

And when they started this

federal mandated

it's ruined education.

And the reason that the liberals want more money

not to educate our kids.

They're not educating our kids. That's a problem.

They're indoctrinating them.

And so the reason I think we should get rid of it

completely if we could

and leave it to the states,

that way we'll begin to educate them.

mentality of the school system

is really to teach our kids

to not believe in God,

to not have any morals.

And it's the antithesis of what the Bible teaches us,

So let's just mention a few of the numbers before we move on.

which means we've been losing ground.

But more importantly than the declining test scores

is the spiritual aspect.

The students are taken away from God.

And they're taught that there is no God.

They're taught evolution.

Not as a theory, but as a fact.

But I know I'm preaching to the choir.

I didn't realize Legacy Academy was around for 20 years.

We had K-4th to 8th grade for most of those years.

And then we,

our kids were getting older.

So we launched the high school.

You know, we did the ninth grade,

one year, 10th grade,

And again, I think this is our fifth graduating class

And our kids are doing great in college.

They're very well educated.

And they have a spiritual component to them.

I've seen some of our high school kids

that weren't very involved in the church.

Now that they're in college,

they're doing prayer, you know,

they're in the prayer team.

They're starting prayer groups at the universities.

You know, new name, you know, university in Mexico

is one of the most liberal universities in the country.

And these kids are going on, though,

on the campus, starting Bible studies and things.

I'm pretty impressed with them, actually.

So let's move on now to what we teased at the top of the program.

There was some arson damage.

how you very rarely see these attacks against the left.

It's always seems to go against the right.

Christians, conservatives, Republicans.

We know it's a deep blue state in New Mexico.

We know you've got a radical governor.

If you want to just take a minute to tune just explain,

you know, what's going on there

that these things are starting to happen.

Well, the people in New Mexico

tend to be conservative in some ways,

but very voting Democrat majority of the time.

And they don't even know what the Democrats believe

in most of them don't.

So they're ignorant in the way they vote.

And that's the problem in New Mexico.

We're not educated enough.

We don't care.

My dad was a Democrat.

Even though their grandfather's Democratic party

is not the Democratic party of today.

And people are bought into a party spirit.

It's a work of the flesh.

It's what the Bible talks about.

In Galatians that, you know, this is a work of the flesh.

And it's a party spirit.

They're more in tune to being a Democrat

or a Republican or independent than a Christian.

And yet they'll say we have your values,

but they'll vote against their values.

And that's what's happening in New Mexico.

It's really sad.

It's based on ignorance.

And I think just tradition.

And when you stand up and fight in New Mexico,

you get persecuted pretty good.

Well, I'm thankful that it hasn't,

it hasn't seemed to stop your church from growing.

if you just be who you are,

to me preachers, to me churches, to me,

they try to fake who they are.

We don't want to be too aggressive,

because we'll lose people.

The Bible teaches me that the gates of hell

will not prevail against the church,

but the gates of hell will prevail against a crowd.

And too many people are building crowds,

not churches,

not disciples.

And we have to be who we are.

I believe the Bible teaches this.

And too many Christians are silent on these issues.

let's talk a little bit more about the spiritual battle behind what's what's going on here.

Because Jesus said, if you're not for me,

Um, we see a spirit of anti-Christ.

We see, and it's open now.

It used to be maybe when we were growing up,

when we were a lot younger,

maybe elementary school days.

If they talked about any of these things,

there was a discussion, homosexuality,

going down the list,

now it's transgenderism,

socialism.

Now they're very proud.

Um, Ephesians 6 verse 12 was very familiar to some of us,

but let's think about it in a different way as to what's happening.

For our struggle

is not against people.

It's not against flesh and blood,

but against the rulers,

against the powers,

against the world forces of darkness,

against the spiritual forces of wickedness

in the heavenly places.

And then it says, therefore,

take up the full armor of God.

Believers need that armor.

But Steve, share a little bit,

share your heart about the importance of Christians' understanding.

What we're seeing,

the fruit that we're seeing in the natural,

what we're seeing happening,

there's a spiritual dynamic behind it.

And it's either a Christian spirit,

meaning the Holy Spirit,

or it is anti-Christ and demonic.

Your thoughts on that?

Um, you know, years ago,

I read a study or survey from Barna,

and I think it said back then,

about 50% of the people

have called themselves Christians,

don't even believe there's a hell.

So why would you believe there's demonic activity?

So they would take that scripture

and have no idea what it means.

We're not fighting against

We're fighting against the spirits

that are influencing Joe and Susie

to do what they do.

We're fighting against demons,

that dark world of the devil

then how can you fight

And so first and foremost,

we have to start believing the Bible again.

Secondly, we're in a fight.

It's a fight, whether you want to be in a fight

If you're a Christian,

you're in the fight. Jesus said you're going to have problems.

And I think that we have to

disciple people.

We have to get people in the Pope

that actually believe the Bible

and teach the scriptures just like you quoted.

That we don't fight against flesh and blood,

but against principalities,

powers, rights, rules, drugs,

of this age.

We fight against spirit beings.

These are demonic activities.

And we've got to call it that.

We're afraid to call it.

We're afraid to stand up

and on the scriptures.

And with the scriptures.

And just fight back.

There's a good fight to fight.

This is our fight.

This is why God has us living in this day.

He's called us to fight this fight.

And so many people are forfeiting.

They're not even getting in the ring.

Because they get in the ring.

And they think it's flesh and blood.

And then you speak the Word of God.

You've got to go to the Word.

Because the Word is life and spirit.

And we have to believe it unashamedly.

And I think that's the problem.

And I say all the time that when absolute truth is removed,

And we're seeing absolute truth being removed.

And we've got to come back to the scriptures

and understand there's an enemy.

He's got demons and demonic activity.

How do we do that prayer?
