- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you got back credit, build it out and manage it properly because when it comes for you to get a apartment, a home, or a loan, or whatever, it's going to cost you more if you do nothing about it.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: My mom had seven kids, so my father was in synagogue, he went back to synagogue back home.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: I had to learn the credit system.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: We got to prove for a home because of me.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: And at that time, my credit was only probably around 620s.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine my mother getting kicked out of an apartment.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: She got denied, so they said, you know what, how old is your son?
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: We was able to get approved for that home because of my credit.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_05]: kind of feel like you're saying that credit is almost like the great equalizer for our people.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: So that changes the whole mindset, but somewhere in front of a country they don't really have the opportunity that we have.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: You eat what you kill, but in the US it's completely different.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: Our system is different.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: We don't realize that we can leverage our credit to create our opportunities for ourselves.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_05]: Let's talk to the person who has that that 600 that 500 maybe the 400 even what is their first step like how do they start to rebuild their credit?
- 0:57[SPEAKER_05]: Let me say the first step.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_05]: The first step is

- 2:02[SPEAKER_05]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside the Vault with Ashcast.

- 2:09[SPEAKER_05]: Now listen, most people think bad credit is just a number, but in reality, it's the difference between opportunity and struggle.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_05]: In determines whether you get approved for the car, whether you qualify for the home, whether your family has the access to the financial future that they
- 2:27[SPEAKER_05]: deserve.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_05]: And today's guest decided he wasn't going to wake the schools banks or the system that teach people how money works he built his own lane.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_05]: Starting in the middle of the pandemic in 2020, this BX native turned the problem he saw in his own community into a movement
- 2:47[SPEAKER_05]: of financial empowerment through his company, diverse solutions.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_05]: He's helped people go from struggling with their credit to graduating from his programs with a 700 plus credit score securing cars, protecting homes, and opening doors they once thought were closed.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_05]: He partnered with car dealerships, mortgage lenders, and he has already been featured across media platforms, spreading his message of financial literacy.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_05]: But what I love about his story is that this is bigger than credit repair.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_05]: It's about access.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_05]: It's about accountability.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_05]: It is about generational wealth.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_05]: Ladies and gentlemen, Vault family, let's get inside the mind of an entrepreneur who has changed the financial futures.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_05]: One client at a time welcome to the vault.
- 3:34[SPEAKER_05]: My brother, I'll eat all of this.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_05]: Man, what an introduction.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, my God.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, sir.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_05]: I'm excited about this interview because I think the biggest thing that is the roller coaster in our community is credit.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_05]: Whether you make money, you don't make money.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_05]: you know, you make a lot, whatever it is, I think the biggest barrier that people don't realize is credit, specifically in our community because I think that credit is not taught in schools, you know, even when you go to college, like there's no
- 4:09[SPEAKER_05]: formal training for it.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_05]: It's almost lively.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_05]: The system is setting you up for trial and error.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_05]: Like, yo, I'm a, you just go out there, figure it out.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_05]: And, and, and then, not realize that if you use credit right, it is, it's actually a tool to build well.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_05]: So, so we're going to be talking about credit.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to talk about how to get into 700 clubs.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to talk about all of that stuff, how to use credit for wealth.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_05]: But before we start there, for those who don't know, who is Ali Torre?
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so, man, thank you for that introduction.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, oh my gosh, whoo, that was a big one, right?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: So, so Ali Torrey, my name is Ali Torrey, I'm from New York.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_00]: My parents are from Senegal, I was Africa, so basically I like to tell people that I was in Born in Senegal, but Senegal was born in me, right?
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_00]: Because my parents are from back home, so for them, they instilled their values, their core values into me, right?
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: About helping one another, right?
- 5:04[SPEAKER_00]: Helping your brothers, helping your sisters.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_00]: helping individuals that you don't even know in general right yeah that's what we come back that's we come from so that's that's somebody that I am I grew up with my mom has seven children you know I'm in I'm the middle child wow so you know it's a lot of us my mom has seven kids so you know it's a it was very tough going up my father was in synagogue he went back to synagogue back home
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: We was here.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: We had to figure it out on our own.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_00]: I had to learn the credit system and then from now on I started teaching him and it was times it was a time that I would never forget that We got to prove for home because of me.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we got to prove for home because of me and that and at that time My credit was only probably around the 62630s.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but
- 5:46[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody else in my household like my imagine my mother was seven kids right and getting kicked out of an apartment And now having a plying for an apartment and being that she got denied everyone else got denied So they said you know what how old is your son?
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, he's um 18.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: I was 18 at the time.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: So because of me being 18 as old and having a 620 credit score, we was able to get a pool for that apartment for the home because of my credit.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_00]: So that changed everything, and it made me realize I damn, like,
- 6:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is something that's not torn in school at all.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't learn this but luckily We got to prove, but if that wasn't the case we would have been out and we would have probably been in a shelter because we was going from shelter to shelter Before that, all right, shelter to shelter.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about from Brooklyn to the Bronx like for years and years and years My mom becoming a shelter shelter man, and because of my credit being at 720 I mean 620 we got to prove man
- 6:40[SPEAKER_05]: And that's a powerful story because, like, as you were saying, and like I'm envisioning like a mother with seven kids, like you said, going to shelter the shelter and the thing that saved you was was credit.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_05]: Was that, is that part of the reason why you do what you do now?
- 6:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's the reason, is one of the reasons why I do what I do is because I don't want anyone to ever be in our type of position and feel that way because a lack of education.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's because they didn't teach us in school like you said earlier, right?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: And it's crazy how we think about it.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_00]: We go to school to learn about everything else, right?
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: We learn about science.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: We learn about the staggering theorem.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: We learn about all square B square things.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_00]: We never gonna use that life, right?
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, how come we got lawyers.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_00]: We got doctors.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: We got people from the inner city that never knew about credit.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: Was it designed?
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: Was it designed to be this way?
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: Why do we have to go out there and figure out why did it take us to go into social media?
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: to learn about credit or to our first time here about it is through social media.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: Why is that?
- 7:36[SPEAKER_00]: This is a system that always been there.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: And then also this is a system that could have that can separate the wealth gap.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because the thing about credit, right?
- 7:44[SPEAKER_00]: It has no race to it.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: This is why I like it so much.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: It is no race.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: There's no he's black on he's white and this and that no, it's none of that it's all about the score Yeah, your credit report is a full report card, right?
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I like to say is a financial report card the same way how a job resume is you're credit Put is that financial report card because nobody know who you are when you're going for a home When you're going for a apartment when you're going for anything even funding They don't know who you are they don't know who ashes you can't walk in someone say oh, you know what my name is asked Just trust me.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna pay you back now
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: We need to see that report.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: We need to see what you've done in the past.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: We need to see are we able to trust you and we need to assess and see if we're able to give you funding or lend to you based on your past history and what you've done in the past.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: But if we were never taught these things.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: how are we put in a position to succeed when we've never taught this?
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: You understand?
- 8:32[SPEAKER_00]: So that's that's something I'm screaming passionate about.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I go to different schools.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: I volunteer.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: I teach the kids about financial literacy, right?
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: I take them to my car and I say, hey, yeah, see these cars outside these beautiful cars, right?
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: I guess what?
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: You see this car, you just know that I didn't have to buy this car out front.
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: All right, most of these nice cars that you guys see in the street, you just know that these people are not paying for it in full.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: The Lamborghini that you may see somebody riding on TV, just know that he didn't most like eating and pay for it in full.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: You know what he did, he leveraged his credit, so we were able to put money down, so we were able to finance that car and drive that vehicle because his credit was intact.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: So now if you guys don't have the same information in the future when you want something that's probably better in the Lamborghini you can still afford that because you have the mentality and you have the mindset you understand that you don't have to take your money and pay for that you can have good credit and you can finance it the right way which is what the rich do why can't we do the same thing so that's the reason why I like to teach the kids take them out I teach them about how to read a credit report how how to understand how to write a check and
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know, how to build your credit when it's time to build your credit, these are some things I love to teach the kids.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: And believe it or not.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy as a scene.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_00]: I would have thought that they would have been bored with it, but they loved the information.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: And it's times now, they're calling me like, I'll leave, when are you gonna, can you tell I'll need to come back?
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: We want him back.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: Like, we got kids teaching their parents, go home teaching their parents about the education that I taught them.
- 10:00[SPEAKER_00]: And it took for their kids to go teach them, but I'm teaching their kids.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: And the kids are teaching their parents.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's a great story.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_05]: Because I've realized that a lot of, like, you know, I've done a lot of,
- 10:10[SPEAKER_05]: you know work with with children as well with financial literacy and a lot of it is the parents like coming back saying like they didn't know this stuff and getting educated as well what would you say right like give us some game because right now somebody's watching who has a bad credit for it and it might not necessarily be I could say it's not a fault but you know life be life is sometimes I like life is
- 10:31[SPEAKER_05]: And so let's talk to the person who has that that 600 that 500 maybe the 400 even right what is their first step like how do they start to rebuild their credit.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: Let me say the first step.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: The first step is to have the right mindset mindset is the most important thing right because what happens is a lot of people may say you know what I'm scared of looking at my report.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm scared of what I don't understand right.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: Fear only stands for face everything in rise, right?
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: So you may be scared, but you've got to face it in order to take yourself to the next love.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: You can't continue to be scared, because if you scared and stagnant, you're not going anywhere, right?
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: So the first thing I would tell somebody to do is to pull up your report.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: see what's going on see what's on there right and then good thing is people don't have the proper information that's credit builders out there that you can sign up for if you don't have any credit there's accounts like south where you can pay $20 a month and they save that money up for you you can do it for six months or even 12 months they'll save it up for you and at the end of the term they'll give you a money back and a check in a form of a check yeah
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: But they have reported it to the lenders and saying, Hey, Michael is paying his bills every single month.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: He's been paying it for six months or 12 months.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: You guys what?
- 11:42[SPEAKER_00]: We can trust him.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: That's just one.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have another one called credit AI.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_00]: Credit AI is a pretty good one, right?
- 11:49[SPEAKER_00]: It's a credit card that you can get.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a credit card at the same time, but you'll link it to your bank account.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_00]: And every time you make a payment,
- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: What happens is that money is coming off from your checking account and then paying off the card.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: So that's going to report like a $1,500 of credit on your credit profile.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: Then we also have, this is just true, right?
- 12:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_00]: Then we also have another one called Capital One or Capital One or Credit card.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can do a pre-approval with Capital One and see if you approve without a credit score.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: Most of the times, they may tell you to put $100 or they may approve you for $200, but guess what?
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: That $200 is just to begin in.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's for you to show the lenders that you can be responsible with $200.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_00]: You can use the $200 but pay it off in full every single month.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_00]: If you do that for three months, what do you think they're gonna do?
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to increase your limit, right?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 12:37[SPEAKER_00]: Because you're building up a rapport and you build enough some credibility.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_00]: So they're able to say, hey, you know what?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: He's paying over his credit card for a few months.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_00]: We gave him a $200 less increase of limits of $1,000.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: Now when the increase of limits of $1,000, and you continue to do the same thing, now you start to build that credit report.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: Because not then the day is not, it's a, it's a working on a report card.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: It's your resume.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: Think of as a remedior resume.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_00]: when you go to a job and you have a job, sees a resume when somebody got a full resume and at the, you know, they say, oh, you know, this person's credible.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: He has a full resume, he worked here, he worked here, he worked there.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody else comes to it with one job or nothing on a plate.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_00]: Who are you most likely going to hire?
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: The person I got more, right, because he has more experience.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_00]: He has more discipline.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: He's been working here from this year to that year.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's the person you were most likely hired, because he has way more experience.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_00]: That's the same thing how Lenders do.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: So, the most important thing is for people.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_00]: So, if you got back credit, build it out, build out your profile the right way, and manage it properly, because when it comes for you to get a apartment, a home, or a loan, or whatever, it's going to cost you more if you do nothing about it.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to cost you much more opportunities and opportunities is the only thing you can't always get right because once the opportunity comes by It's not always going to come by so opportunities not something that you always won't get so you want to make sure that you build out your profile Get about five positive accounts on your profile now when it's time for you A pride for one of the big guys like the Chase the American Express that does pre-approved.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: You'll most likely get approved because you you built your credibility
- 14:05[SPEAKER_05]: Talk a little bit because I love that right because my set first because that's what I hear a lot Right like like like people will be like, oh, I don't have good credit or maybe like what's the last time you check your credit It'd be like years ago and they don't they don't understand Talk a little bit about two things.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_05]: I want you to talk about like like what what is your credit made up of like what is Like what are the different criteria that make up your credit number one, but then also like
- 14:33[SPEAKER_05]: does time heal wounds, right?
- 14:35[SPEAKER_05]: Like is it one of those things where if I messed up years ago, I'm done forever or is there an opportunity to like, you know, the things get cleared up as you go.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: So like, yeah, but things, I'm going to first, I'm going to, I'm going to break it, break down how the credit makes work.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: It's all about they're judge you based on hard inquiries right if you're applying for so many things I want to lend us on like for you to apply for so many things.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_00]: I want to look like you know You need it, right?
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: You struggle you need it.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_00]: You just doing too much, right?
- 15:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's made off of usage.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: So just say you got a credit card and you maxing out your credit card Lenders don't want to know that you maxing out your credit cards.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: Why because it looks like you're over leverage and it looks like you're struggling.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so right now Ashe, I was to give you Just say you gave me a hundred dollars.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: I actually hundred dollars you gave me a hundred dollars
- 15:22[SPEAKER_00]: And I told you I'm gonna pay you that $100 and I guess in two weeks and instead of me paying you that $100, I probably paid you $10 You know every week.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: Can I come back to you later and say ask I need another $100?
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: No, you want to be like bro, you you overlevers like you haven't even handled the debt that you already have How can you come to me and ask me for more money, right?
- 15:42[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly how to lend a stink, right?
- 15:44[SPEAKER_00]: So that's another part usage, which should only, it should be around 10% ideally.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: Lenders like to give money to people that doesn't need money.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_00]: If a homeless person right now came up to you and said, you're a bro, I need $20 and I'm going to give it back to you tomorrow.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_00]: Can I get that $20?
- 15:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to give it back to you.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_00]: Well, unless I got the right.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_00]: Give it.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: He said I'm gonna give it back to you like man you you should just ask me for it Don't tell me you're gonna give it back to me.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you don't even look like you and a person gonna give it back to me, right?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_00]: But then now just say if that guy jumped out the Lamborghini and he's suited up and he's looking all good and you know He's fly and he actually for $20
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know, gang get $20 dollars.
- 16:21[SPEAKER_00]: I would sell it to you tomorrow because you know, I don't got a cash in hand right now using my car.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_00]: You're most likely would probably give it to him because he looked apart like he looked like he looked like he can afford it, right?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_00]: So that's that's that's like how how it looks when it comes to utilization guys.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_00]: You look over leverage.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have a mixture of accounts.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you want to have the proper mix of accounts.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: You want to have at least five accounts on your profile.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_00]: But then you also have so you got usage on you.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: I payment history payment history.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: You always want to be on time and what happens is a lot of times that we know these people, right?
- 16:51[SPEAKER_00]: They may think of, um, they may think of autopate and they say, oh, you know what?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to do autopate.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to wake up and it took all the money on my bank account.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's, that's not what autopay is.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_00]: autopay is you basically paying something off every single month, paying it off over time and not having a late payment because that one late payment would drop you 50 to 80 points, right?
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: 50 to 80 points should late payment drop.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_00]: Now nobody wants to lend to you because they feel like you're struggling financially.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: to answer the question when you said about the years.
- 17:18[SPEAKER_00]: So basically years, and I can imagine staying on a credit for seven years, right?
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: But do we have seven years of weight?
- 17:25[SPEAKER_00]: We've got to access stuff that life goes on.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: While weight seven years when you can work on getting those items off your report.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_00]: So there's ways that we're getting.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_00]: Now you're talking.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_00]: Hold on.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I mean, I mean, I'm here with Ash, right?
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: It's all good.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: I'm here with Ash, right?
- 17:38[SPEAKER_05]: Because I know I know people, right?
- 17:40[SPEAKER_05]: And this is a lot of people that are watching.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_05]: So you you rather drop a bombshell, right?
- 17:46[SPEAKER_05]: A lot of people who are watching know that They you know things they in the report for seven years if they did a bankruptcy or something like that 10 years You know that stuff But you're saying that there's an opportunity to get them to get them gone before that like I don't I wish I could leave Yeah, why we seven years man or why not
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: you know, dispute it.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: There's ways of disputing things because a lot of people may think, all right, but why, but I owe this money.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: You do owe the money.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: That's true.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_00]: But you can dispute Arizona report because by law, they require you to have your report should be 100% accurate.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_00]: Meaning the agency is a credit agency and the credit should not be reporting the different data of last activities, right?
- 18:27[SPEAKER_00]: So just say you defaulted on a loan in 2020 and Ecosperian has that, but that Ecosperian said that you defaulted on a loan in 2022.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_00]: So now what that is is that that's that's it's contradiction, right?
- 18:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's the contradiction Just say that the payment balances are different.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: There are many different errors payment balances data blast activity Usage and those things are not consistent across the board those are errors that you can you can you can dispute wow Accuracy legally, yeah, because by law on 15 USC 1681 eb it says everything should be maximum possible accuracy
- 19:02[SPEAKER_00]: everything should be accurate, not 90% accurate, not 90, not 80, a hundred percent accurate.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_00]: So that's just one of the ways that people can work on this future items of water.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_05]: So, and that's good to know because again, I noticed somebody watching right now who has some credit issues trying to figure things out, they think they have to wait, but they can actually start working on it now.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_05]: What is, like, like, how is AI affecting credit, right?
- 19:29[SPEAKER_05]: Because I know, like, I've been in a credit space, like, I've written a book on credit.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_05]: But I know that now things have changed drastically, right?
- 19:39[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, for sure.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_05]: And especially when you think about AI, there has to be ways that AI can either help.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_05]: um, fix your credit or like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, what role is AI plan in the credit?
- 19:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, right now, it is out of point where if your business don't have AI, if you're not implementing AI in the business, you, you want to get left behind.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's all about keeping up and AI right now, you can put a, you can actually grab your full credit report.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_00]: You can copy and paste it.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_00]: You can put it in AI.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_00]: You can go and change the BT.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: You can put it in AI and you can tell it, hey, can you please show me all the errors on my report?
- 20:18[SPEAKER_00]: Can you please create a dispute letter for me?
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: Send it to experience and it's echo facts and send it to experience based on the errors that are shown on my report and and change the BT will actually create a dispute letter for you to mail out to the agency.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_00]: So, change the BT right now is killing the game right now and it's either we use it.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_00]: or we lose it because Chad GBC is here.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's here to stay forever.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's not totally anywhere, right?
- 20:40[SPEAKER_00]: So why not adapt and why not use it?
- 20:42[SPEAKER_00]: But Chad GBC, you can literally use it.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_00]: So create a dispute letter and send it out to bureaus and have negative items for moving your report.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_05]: So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so, so
- 20:56[SPEAKER_05]: do we stop there right like like you talked early about the guy in the Louis Vuitton, the guy with the Lamborghini is that my aspiration do I say you know what let me fix my credit so I could get a Lambo so I could get a Louis Vuitton like what's the next step after somebody has good credit yeah so the next step if you have good credit is to leverage it that's what we go wrong we don't realize that we can leverage our credit to create opportunities for ourselves
- 21:26[SPEAKER_00]: We can build your profile.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_00]: Just say you build your profile out.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_00]: You can literally go to the bank.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_00]: You're saying you want to open up a business because what happens a lot of people they do is they are going to, they go into business, then they wait, they wait to go into business and start getting cash.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like no, why not get the cash first and then go into business?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: So now your chance of succeeding is much higher now.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 21:47[SPEAKER_00]: Because you don't have to catch up.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_00]: You don't got to rely on those clients bringing in the payments for you to start taking care of what you need to take care of in the business.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_00]: But if you have more cash, it makes it much easier and makes your chances to see that much higher.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_00]: So you're able to leverage it.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_00]: You're able to take advantage of what the banks have.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_00]: The banks are leveraging on money all the time to make money, right?
- 22:07[SPEAKER_00]: You think your money and your money is in the bank account, but you think they're not leverage in that go to the bank right now It's on y'all I'm asked cash and I need my I need I got a million out of my account and I need that mean That's right, I'm gonna give it to you then there.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I hold all the big hold for you back like what do you mean calling me back?
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: That is my money.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: I ain't my money right now Yeah, like what like excuse me you need what we need your ID we need this we need that Banks are leveraging all money to make money.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_00]: Why can't we do the same thing?
- 22:32[SPEAKER_00]: Why do
- 22:34[SPEAKER_00]: People that especially now, you know, ever since COVID, so many, so many business owners who made, right, COVID and changed up the whole game.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_00]: COVID and changed the game for me.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_00]: I was doing door-to-door sales before all of this until I started, yeah, I was doing door-to-door sales until I got into entrepreneurship, right?
- 22:48[SPEAKER_00]: But not realizing that.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_00]: even when I started my business, I didn't use my own cash.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: I educated myself.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_00]: I done it to mentorship.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_00]: Then I found out that I can open up a business bank account.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_00]: I can get a credit card and get, I had $25,000 on that credit card.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: Now for me to utilize that balance on that credit card, 0% inches of 12 to 18 months is a game changer, right?
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: Because now I don't have to pay inches on that card for 12 to 18 months.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_00]: You know how much things you can do with 12, how many things you can do with 12 to 18 months?
- 23:21[SPEAKER_00]: Have you got a $100,000 right now for 12 to 18 months?
- 23:24[SPEAKER_00]: You know how many things you can do?
- 23:25[SPEAKER_05]: I'm quadrupling that.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_05]: I'm 10, 10, 10, 10, 10.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, right?
- 23:29[SPEAKER_00]: And that's usually the best of better route to go now.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not the old traditional way of, hey, let me wait and get three months of bank statements and then see if I can get a long way.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_00]: I got to instantly start making payments on that long.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's out the window now.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now you can get access to 0% inches or 12 to 18 months from the banks.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I have in the proper credit profile.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_00]: So just say you have a few positive accounts in your credit profile.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: You have about three credit cards with $3,000 limits enough.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_00]: Ideally $5,000, but if you got about $3,000 limits on your personal profile,
- 23:59[SPEAKER_00]: With just say you have whatever credit cards.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_00]: You're open up that business bank account.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: You go to know me.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_00]: You say, hey, Chase.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_00]: I need money for my business.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_00]: Chase may give you 20 to 30,000 dollars.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_00]: 0% inches to 12 to 18 months.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't you didn't come out of pocket with that.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_00]: Now just say you decided to do the same thing and you say, hey, I'm going to go to Wells Fargo and do the same thing.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's probably going to give you another 20.
- 24:21[SPEAKER_00]: Just say you decide to go to Bank of America and do the same thing and get another 20.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_00]: Now you got $800,000.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_00]: You're able to do so much more just by leveraging your personal credit.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but they don't teach us this in school.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you don't educate us on this.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_05]: So if I'm hearing you correctly that building out your personal credit isn't only about
- 24:41[SPEAKER_05]: getting personal assets like you could actually leverage your personal credit to get business funding and then use that that funding if you will to actually like run your business.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you can run the business just doing that and then not only that, man, you can like the personal credit is not just it just it doesn't just fall on business.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's extremely important because even to get a federal job.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: You got to have good credit, right?
- 25:06[SPEAKER_00]: You try to get into Homeland Security or NYPD or whatever.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_00]: You have to have good credit because what happens is, just say that they look at somebody profile that's going to protect the country.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_00]: And that individual is struggling financially.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_00]: How can that person protect the country if he's struggling financially at the moment, right?
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's easy for him to become corrupt.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's why a lot in a lot of third world countries, you realize how easy it is to become corrupt.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_00]: How polices are corrupt in third world countries?
- 25:33[SPEAKER_00]: What do you think is that?
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: It's because they're struggling financially.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_00]: They're going through it.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's easy to bribe a cop in a third world country because they're going through it.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_00]: So that's just one of the ways.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_00]: But if somebody wants to get working high, it's in a bank.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: They require you to have your profile, that'd be a good.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_00]: That's why
- 25:49[SPEAKER_05]: And a lot of people don't even realize how much bad credit is affecting their everyday purchases.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_05]: If you drive in a car, people don't know that bad credit infection insurance rate.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_05]: If you think people get insurance, it's based on your driver record.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_05]: You can have a perfect driver record, but a bad score, it'd be paying.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_05]: a lot, yeah, and that money is seeping into the money that you could be using the bill well, right?
- 26:17[SPEAKER_05]: So, talking a little bit about that, like how do you, how do you, like, or can you, can you use, you know, you know, credit to bill well?
- 26:26[SPEAKER_00]: You can absolutely use it to the bill well, like I was one saying, you can leverage it, it's a buy assets, you can leverage it to buy
- 26:38[SPEAKER_00]: or brand new business, you could leverage it to do anything you want to do now.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because in the reason why, let me tell you why I love it so much to as well.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_00]: I usually tell people I sell my favorite clients or those that have a felony.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: you can use it a great opportunity.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_00]: I said those are have a felony.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think you see why I'm going with this.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: So when you have a felony on your record, what happens?
- 27:03[SPEAKER_00]: It makes it hard for you to get an opportunity to get a certain job, right?
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: Nobody wants to hire you.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_00]: Now you've got a felony, your background is this, and recognize that.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_00]: But what about told you that you can turn that F into E, which is Stanford entrepreneurship, right?
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: And you're able to have the same opportunity everybody else have.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not just about your race.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: Even if you're a criminal, you have a felony in your record.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_00]: You still have the same opportunities to get lending just like everyone else.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_00]: So now you get a, you, you, you were headed to game now.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_00]: Just by knowing this information, it changes the whole situation.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_00]: When you don't have to rely on a job, you could create a, you could create a, you could create a business for yourself now.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_00]: I had clients, I have clients that still to this day.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_00]: I have people that I've taught how to go leverage their credit.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: We're able to take that money and go by a truck and say, hey, I got my truck now, I'm an operator.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: I'm able to create a lane for myself.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, I'm able to take this cash flow and I'm able to start a car rental business now.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to come out of pocket.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_00]: They gave me the same opportunity because I'm from the United States.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a U.S. citizen.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_00]: In this country right now, we have an opportunity at many people do not have and a lot of people take it for granted.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_00]: There's people in other countries that die, they get to this country just to take it out.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_00]: Just take advantage of the opportunity we have, right?
- 28:16[SPEAKER_00]: So, like for example, one of my uncles, right?
- 28:21[SPEAKER_00]: My younger uncles.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_00]: He got deported.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_00]: But even while he was here, he was building out his profile.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_00]: He was trying to build out his credit profile because I told him that advantage of it.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, man, hold on.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_00]: So you telling me that you guys can go to the banks and get capital and get money.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, like, without from the banks just for me to trust where they're building out your profile, to then invest in into income producing things.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: So that changes the whole mindset, but
- 28:51[SPEAKER_00]: they got to get the money from the ground up.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_00]: You eat what you kill.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, whatever you take outside and you make is what you bring home to the family.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_00]: But in the US, it's completely different.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_00]: Our system is different.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_00]: So, if a lot of us understood the opportunities that we had here, man, our promise you, man, it would change the game.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_00]: It would change the game for especially our people, our black and brown people.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: It would completely change it because we're not blaming it on, you know, on the other race.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_00]: We're not blaming it on them.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_00]: We have the same opportunity they have.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_05]: And so if I hear you correctly, it kind of feel like you're saying that credit is almost like the great equalizer, if you will, for, you know, for our people.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's definitely equalizer for our people.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's definitely equalizer for our people.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_00]: It's first, the only thing is that we miss and it's a lack of education.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_00]: But thanks to social media now, which is a platform that enlightens so many people to the credit world.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people mentally don't completely change.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_00]: So now that you have the information, now it's up to you to do what you've got to do with it because information equal exposure, you're exposed to it.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_00]: But now are you going to execute and take advantage of it?
- 29:57[SPEAKER_00]: Because a lot of people are information holders, right?
- 29:59[SPEAKER_00]: They get the proper information, everybody's telling them of anything.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: But they say, you know what, I don't know if it's going to work.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if it's going to work for me.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if I should do something about it.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: is therefore us to succeed.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_00]: But they didn't want our people to know about this information before, but now we know it.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: Why not take advantage of it?
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's a great equalizer.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: And it brings me back to um, like, and it's not just about,
- 30:23[SPEAKER_00]: It's not just about our people.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's just people in general.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_00]: I have people that's in the medical field.
- 30:29[SPEAKER_00]: I have people that's in the teachers field teaching public service workers.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_00]: It can happen to anybody, right?
- 30:37[SPEAKER_00]: So just for example, right now a lot of people are struggling right now with their student loans.
- 30:42[SPEAKER_00]: Student loans is at 90 days late payment for a lot of people recently right ever since COVID They lifted up now a lot of people getting 90 days late payment a lot of people don't even know that They able to take advantage of the public service loan forgiveness So public service loan forgiveness where people can do especially for a public service workers is that they can Go in and they can have the student loans completely forgiven
- 31:05[SPEAKER_00]: So if they went to school and they have $200,000 in student loan loan debt, they can have that completely forgiven just by opening to the federal student loan program.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_00]: They go online.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: So you go online.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_00]: You go to the Department of Education and they'll give you like an application.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: You take to your job.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: You say, hey, you know, can you fill this out for me?
- 31:25[SPEAKER_00]: I want to open to the public service loan forgiveness.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: You have that filled out.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_00]: You submit it.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_00]: And whenever, just say you've been working in medical field for five years, all five years that you've been working so far counts as payments.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_00]: So when you get to 120 payments, even if you paid or not, because I'm going to show you how people are able to do that for the viewers, even if you paid or not, you're able to get those students to give you once you get to 120 payments.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so that's about 10 years.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_00]: So after 10 years, your students will be completely forgiven.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_00]: So for the viewers that has stood alone,
- 31:55[SPEAKER_00]: If you call your student loan program, as you call your student loan provider, whichever one is on your credit report, you tell them I need to do a public service loan forgiveness, you could do that.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_00]: But then also a lot of people are defaulting on their student loan, so what you can do is you can call them and say, hey, I need to put my student loans in the ferment.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: But since a lot of people are suffering with the 90 days late, you can tell them, hey, I want to put in the frame it But can you back data to the time I was late, which was in just say probably December or February?
- 32:22[SPEAKER_00]: Can you please back data and make it a retroactive deferment?
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: So that retroactive deferment would then wipe out all of those 90-day late payments
- 32:29[SPEAKER_00]: So what happens is, oh, yeah, we can't come on man, we will ask man because oh, so now all of those 90 lay payments 90 lay payments turns into positive on lay payments positive accounts now right they are positive now and the bad thing is that when somebody gets a late payment on the student loan usually it is a lot of different student loan accounts is broken down because it's not consolidated right so when it's when you have 10 accounts when 90 lay payments not 30 not 60 but 90
- 32:56[SPEAKER_00]: It can instantly drop you from a 700 to a 500 credit score.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you have an 800, it could drop you to a 600.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_00]: Instantly overnight.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_00]: So once you do that, you get to life back together.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's another thing called Incum is called Incum Jibber and Payment Plan.
- 33:12[SPEAKER_00]: a lot of us don't know about that.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_00]: The income jewelry repayment plan, you can call your student on provider and you can say, hey, this is my income, but the secret is what will determine how much your pain is, what is your household size?
- 33:28[SPEAKER_00]: And remember, a lot of us may have big household size, right?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: You may have your mom, you may live with your mom, you may live with your, your son, you may have your brother in the household size.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_00]: If you let them know exactly what your household
- 33:42[SPEAKER_00]: that's going to determine how much your pain on your student loans.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_00]: So I've seen people that are nurses pay as low as $0 for their student loans.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_00]: $0 and all you have to do is remove that every single year.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_00]: The secret is not just your income, but it's your household size.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: And that would determine exactly how much your pain for your student loans.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_05]: And he had a question of truth.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_05]: We're like, let's say somebody doesn't work public, like, oh, public, and they can't get it forgiven.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just say they make money, they just forgot it.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_05]: Whatever it is, what you stated earlier around error is does that count for student loans as well?
- 34:16[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, because you get,
- 34:17[SPEAKER_00]: even even yeah you can also get hardship so there's a thing called you can fill out a hardship form you can fill out a there's we've got a hardship economic hardship form you can fill out our right there's um you could do a forbearance tool as well so there's different forms that you can fill out
- 34:33[SPEAKER_00]: And then those, those late payments can later be removed from your poor because you've felt that out.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: So it doesn't matter if you were working, if you're going to hardship, you can get those late, those late payments for given.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: Or if you went to even a natural disaster, to say you're a city, went to a natural disaster, you can get those, those late payments for given because of that.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_00]: You know, so it's many different alternatives.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_00]: But the problem is, our people, a lot of people don't even want to face a certain, they don't want to face it.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to change a situation.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to look at their report.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_00]: They don't want to take care of it.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people rather turn to, turn to blind eye.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_00]: But then when you turn to blind eye, things are not going to get better, because it's always going to be there, right?
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: You wake up, you're probably still going to be there.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_00]: But it's a lack of information that our people have.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's all it is.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's only difference.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_05]: Would you say that credit like saved your life?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, it's it definitely seems my life now.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, because you said you was you like you was doing like so talk a little bit about your background.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_05]: You said you was you was doing daughter door salesman And then like how did you get into this credit space from there.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_00]: So I was doing daughter door sales for six years.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_00]: Did it for six years.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's crazy because imagine doing, you from New York.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine doing this, I said that's what my daughter does.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine knocking on people door crazy.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_00]: It crazy.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly, right?
- 35:53[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine knocking on people door and, you know, having people crush you out, right?
- 35:58[SPEAKER_00]: Send y'all, don't, like, I learned Spanish from doing door to door say, because, you know, New York is a lot of Hispanics, right?
- 36:03[SPEAKER_00]: I learned Spanish from doing it.
- 36:04[SPEAKER_00]: But imagine people like yo, don't come to my house, don't not come to my door, you know, don't, I don't want to see you in my building anymore, you know, you know, if I see you again, I'm a pack you up, you know what that means, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right
- 36:34[SPEAKER_00]: with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with the, with
- 36:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, yo, it's door to door.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_00]: We're doing sales for cable and things like that.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, what do you mean?
- 37:00[SPEAKER_00]: That came out real paranoid.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_00]: He started looking around.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, you know what's up, man?
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, man, I'm just doing a job.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm here to, you know, provide you with, you know, services and things.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_00]: See if there's you're interested in this.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, you show yourself.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, yeah, all right, hold on.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: put the Blakey down.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_00]: You hear it, yo, come in.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: Come in, looking back, come in.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_00]: I came in with part of it by myself.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen them put down the gun, everything.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_00]: And the whole time is eye man, let me know what's up, what you want.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_00]: So for me, it was a crazy moment because I at the end of day, I'm like he got a gun that he could literally end my life I'm in his house.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_00]: He could literally kill me here, but I got to make this sale and I can't move like sale Bro, I'm like I got to make this sale and I can't move because if I really move and he's already powering on it What the hell here?
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: He done done in the street.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what he done man.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, but if I move a little bit and just flinch
- 37:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's over for me, right?
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: So me, it realized I gotta get the sale.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_00]: I gotta stay in straight and do what I gotta do and still keep that confidence to keep my head up.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_00]: Because I mean, it feels like I'm nervous as I'm like that.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_00]: Who knows what may happen, right?
- 38:08[SPEAKER_00]: And but end up closing up closing up the sale.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_00]: You know, just trying to keep my composure because I knew at the end of the tunnel, I was right.
- 38:13[SPEAKER_00]: I just had to keep my composure.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_00]: But those are the type of things that I went through, right?
- 38:17[SPEAKER_00]: I went through a door to door for six years.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm during COVID.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_00]: I had to stop because I couldn't knock on nobody doors during that time.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_00]: My wife was pregnant, you know, if somebody not going to do a girlfriend or a coven man, you're going to put your hands on the back of her.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: I couldn't do anything man.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_00]: So I said, you know what?
- 38:32[SPEAKER_00]: Let me sit down.
- 38:33[SPEAKER_00]: I sat down a little bit.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_00]: What can I do now?
- 38:35[SPEAKER_00]: What can I do to you know, produce some income?
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm living by myself.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to live with my parents.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_00]: My wife came from California.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_00]: She's originally from, you know, Son of God.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_00]: She lived in Italy.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now, she's in California.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_00]: So now I'm responsible for her.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_00]: And at the same time, she's pregnant at the same time, right?
- 38:50[SPEAKER_00]: So she's pregnant.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_00]: What should I do?
- 38:51[SPEAKER_05]: First kid, oh, you had to get it right.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_00]: First kid, wow.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, first kid, who's pregnant?
- 38:55[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm like, what do I do now, man?
- 38:57[SPEAKER_00]: Started investing in myself, started getting all social media, started looking at some mentorship.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_00]: And as I got into mentorship, it was very hard.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_00]: It was an easy, easy investment, like, it really wasn't an easy investment to be honest, man.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: So I ended up making an investment.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I realized that when I started implementing inside the mentorship was working, right?
- 39:18[SPEAKER_00]: I started making a little bit of money just by implementing that.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: I started to educate people and I said, you know what?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: If I can make a few dollars from doing this, if I really paid for the full amount, which is probably around three or five years this time, imagine how much more things I can do, how much more things I'm missing.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_00]: So because of that,
- 39:36[SPEAKER_00]: I invested more into my education.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:39[SPEAKER_00]: Invest in more into my education.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_00]: And then eventually locked in, started helping out more people, started making the business because once you help out other people, other people was going to tell people about you.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly how it started going.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_00]: And then years later, man, you know, I was my wife and it's crazy my wife at a point time she used to come into a live room.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_00]: She would like maybe.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: What you're doing when you go like when you come to the room because I was locked in at the moment When you come to the room like it's like everything okay with you Yeah, it was a point of time.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_00]: She's like like she's started again worried like he looked like like Everything working like like what you mean.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just a lot better, right?
- 40:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just locked in, like everything is good.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just so focused on making this work because I don't want to go back to them doors.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not trying to go back to knocking on doors.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: I want this to work.
- 40:24[SPEAKER_00]: It has to work, it has to work, right?
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't have a plan B.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_00]: Plan A is going to work, and this is my plan A right now.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: So because of that, I locked in, started investing into mentorship, and that's the great thing about that is because now, when I see the people that I'm teaching now, because, you know, me and my partner, Jamapi, you know, maps, right?
- 40:43[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a little bit teased with it.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're going to, now we're, we're teaching people how to do the same thing.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 40:49[SPEAKER_00]: But if it wasn't for me, if it didn't take for me to invest in myself at that time during COVID and put in five years of experience and knowledge and helping out people.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: and building on that resume of changing so many lives.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't be in a position where I'm mad now when I'm able to change other people lives.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_00]: So that's exactly what me and my partner Masterman doing.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: We've been changing people lives.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_00]: We've got mentors.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_00]: We are mentees now.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_00]: We're able to teach them how to feed their own family, right?
- 41:15[SPEAKER_00]: mentees that came from the same type of struggles, right?
- 41:18[SPEAKER_00]: Showing them that, hey, your day ones are cool, but your day ones, the day two's the ones you don't make the blues with, right?
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: So the day ones are your people that
- 41:26[SPEAKER_00]: You grow up with the ones that seen you for who you once was right now you're elevated now So a lot of times when you're elevated what happens now?
- 41:35[SPEAKER_00]: Jellysy starts to happen right but the day tools will meet you where you are now.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so for them Jellysy is not really there because it's like I met this person when he yeah, I don't know who he was before Now our conversation is different.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about elevating each other.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about how we gonna get to the next level, right?
- 41:49[SPEAKER_00]: Those are the type of things that we're doing now for our students now.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_00]: We're showing them a, hey, you can change your life.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: How is the same way we change our life?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: You can change your life.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to rely on, you know, a nine to five is good.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not knocking on nine to five.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_00]: Well, for me, I feel like it's nothing better than freedom.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's nothing better than spending time with your family, right?
- 42:07[SPEAKER_00]: Not the better in senior kids grow, right?
- 42:09[SPEAKER_00]: I'm I'm I'm happy to say that I'm privileged that I've I don't miss my daughter's event.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, any event my daughter have had I haven't missed I never missed it, you know, but could I have said the same thing for my parents when they when I was when I was one up no it was a lot of events that my parents wasn't able to show up to
- 42:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, and one of the beautiful things, there's a couple of things that I want to unpack, like one of the beautiful things that I don't think a lot of people realize is that investing in mentorship is sort of like vital because a lot of people know
- 42:41[SPEAKER_05]: uh, information, but they need that accountability, right?
- 42:45[SPEAKER_05]: They need, um, you know, a group of other like minded people, like you said, your day two's because I always see online, like people try to like down talk, uh, mentorship, as if like why people paying, where I could find a simple measure for free.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_05]: But,
- 43:01[SPEAKER_05]: the truth for the matter, especially now with AI with there, with there's an abundant of information.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_05]: You don't even know what information is, the right information, you don't know what works.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_05]: So imagine me as somebody who goes online, I say, you know, I want to learn how to fix my credit.
- 43:19[SPEAKER_05]: And then I ask Chad GBT, how to fix my credit.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_05]: It's only gonna give me what so much information, because things change all the time.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_05]: So you might have a hack that you've used right through really out being out there in the field that Chad JBT doesn't know yet because Chad JBT has to be trained on this animation and so it might be teaching you outdated information, right?
- 43:40[SPEAKER_05]: But then also like you said the like-minded individuals, right?
- 43:43[SPEAKER_05]: Because the fact that you know you a you a Jama'at became together, right?
- 43:47[SPEAKER_05]: Like I like I'm going to talk about a little bit about your mentorship because
- 43:51[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's a genius, right?
- 43:52[SPEAKER_05]: So, inside us, they've already seen, you know, Jamappy and understand what he does.
- 43:57[SPEAKER_05]: But for those who didn't see that episode, make sure you go back and see it.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_05]: But if you don't understand, he's helping you create leverage to using other people's, you know, other people's money, right?
- 44:07[SPEAKER_05]: Meaning in banks and, you know, business funding, things that are in nature.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_05]: But the beauty of it though, too, because you talk about the nine or five, he was somebody that was able to have a nine or five, leave his nine or five and made a million dollars in his first year of business, right?
- 44:29[SPEAKER_05]: from the beginning, helping them with credible pay.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_05]: But now, once they're credited, fits, now they need the next level of trying to get to the business, funding, and things to that nature, and that's where your new or your map becomes in it.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_05]: So talk a little bit about your mentorship.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_05]: What can people expect by being in your mentorship?
- 44:47[SPEAKER_05]: And what are some of the success stories that you've seen in the people that you're mentoring right now?
- 44:55[SPEAKER_00]: So, first things first is people got to understand that mentorship is just like college.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_00]: You want to school.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: You paid for college, right?
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_00]: You basically paid for your teacher to mentor you and show you something that you didn't know, right?
- 45:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's what happened.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_00]: But then it's a lot of people right now that went to school, but when they come out, they work in a Starbucks, right?
- 45:17[SPEAKER_00]: They got into the group, but they work in a Starbucks, like who?
- 45:19[SPEAKER_00]: Who got scamp?
- 45:20[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you would say, yo, but I'm getting a scam and so a ship is a scam, no, it's not a scam.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: You just scam me, your mentality is just completely different.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's completely wrong.
- 45:30[SPEAKER_00]: You're thinking of it as a different, in a different light, right?
- 45:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it's like, it's, you can't go.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: You can't go where you haven't gone.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_00]: You can go where you haven't gone, but it will happen.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's very scary to go where you haven't gone.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_00]: That's the thing about it.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_00]: You don't know where you don't know because it's scary to go where you haven't gone where you haven't gone, right?
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: So just say your mentor has went through
- 45:53[SPEAKER_00]: Certain paths and certain things that you want to get to yeah, he's somewhere you're you want to be Yeah, so why not learn from somebody that's at the place that you want to be so right now if I gave you a GPS right And I gave you a map you know one of them old maps So we used to have back in the days we like I got to get off for X and 12 X and this exit that damn There's traffic over there.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_00]: Let me roll blocks.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_00]: You won't be like nah man I don't want that that's too long, right?
- 46:17[SPEAKER_00]: But now if I gave you a GPS and I show you hey, it's gonna take you exactly
- 46:21[SPEAKER_00]: this much time to get to your GPS.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_00]: You know exactly how to get there.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_00]: You would instantly want to choose the GPS because it's showing you how to get to your destination faster.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_00]: That's what mentor ship is, right?
- 46:31[SPEAKER_05]: That's good.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_05]: That's good.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_05]: That's good.
- 46:33[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, that's actually really good.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_05]: Like that.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to get you credit one on the other.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_00]: That's what that's.
- 46:37[SPEAKER_00]: That's literally what mentor ship is.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_00]: It's so you're paying people for to save you time.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_00]: Because
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's all about save your time, energy, and money, right?
- 46:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_00]: You're paying people for a system.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_00]: You're paying people to save your time.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_00]: Why go through the struggles of trying to figure it out?
- 46:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_00]: That's like the same thing I tell people when somebody wants to, like, for example.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_00]: you know you can hire a lawyer to defend you, you know, you've hired a lawyer to defend your court, but you know you can go defend yourself in court too as well.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_00]: Why don't you go defend yourself in court, huh?
- 47:10[SPEAKER_00]: You won't defend yourself in court because you don't have the answers, you don't know what you don't have the answers, right?
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: You can do your own taxes, but you don't have the answers, you don't want to mess up.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_00]: You can do a lot of things on your own, but you rather hire somebody to know what they're doing.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's exactly what a mental ship is.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_00]: You hire somebody that knows exactly what they're doing and it's able to take it to a roadmap.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_00]: Like me and Jay, we're thinking about our mentees, we're able to take them to a roadmap.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: We're able to tell them exactly, hey, this is the first step.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to learn how to clean up your own credit.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to learn how to build your own credit because how can you help somebody fix their own credit if your credit is not fixed?
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, how can you help somebody fix their credit if you're credit is not fixed right.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_00]: How can you educate somebody on edge on on the point is of credit if you don't all about it, right?
- 47:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, how can you show somebody how to get funding if you know nothing about how to get funding, right?
- 47:58[SPEAKER_00]: So it's all about the foundation.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: We teach people to foundation, but then we teach them how to run a business.
- 48:03[SPEAKER_00]: How to run a sustainable business where you're able to not then take that education as you learn from us and help others do the same thing and get paid for it.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_00]: Because 99% of the US don't notice type of information.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_00]: My avatar is my avatar.
- 48:19[SPEAKER_00]: The people that gravitate towards me is the people that gravitate towards me.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_00]: The person that made gravitate towards you is going to gravitate towards you because they may see you in them.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody that just came out of jail.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: me gravitate to somebody that's successful, but that was in Joe at a point in the time.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_00]: Because there's like, yo, you was somewhere I once was.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_00]: So I can relate to you.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: You got them saying?
- 48:40[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_05]: So almost sounds like what you're saying to me is that
- 48:46[SPEAKER_05]: Credit change your life, you learnt the system, you learnt how to leverage, you know, fix credit, you know, joining with Jim Appie, learnt how to leverage that credit to get other people's, we was money.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_05]: Yarnon, you're not teaching them how to, you're teaching them how to do it for themselves, but then once they do it for themselves, you're actually teaching them how to create a business from that.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we're changing them how to set up a business, how to run the business from point eight to point B.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_00]: How do basically do what we do, right?
- 49:19[SPEAKER_00]: Because you can be a mentor if you can't, first you got to be a student, which I'm a student.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_00]: I've spent a hundred, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on mentors, right?
- 49:29[SPEAKER_00]: So first you got to be a student, which I always a student, because once you stop learning, you stop growing, right?
- 49:34[SPEAKER_00]: You learn and then you teach and it's that's exactly what we're doing right teaching and the last thing is what duplicate LTD learn teaching duplicate.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_00]: You're only as best as the students and the one and your only as best as the people that you create Why you could you could say you're great, but how many people have you helped become great?
- 49:53[SPEAKER_00]: How many people?
- 49:54[SPEAKER_00]: How many people have you left the impression on?
- 49:56[SPEAKER_00]: So our goal now model is to leave impressions on people and to help them change their life and to help them be great.
- 50:02[SPEAKER_00]: But the only way we're able to do that is to learn which we've done, mentor, invest $1,000 as you get yourself.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_00]: Now we go in the kitchen and now we're duplicating the same thing.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_00]: So our students is duplicating the same thing and we're duplicating more of us.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_00]: So we're duplicating more our lives and we're duplicating more jemappies because this information helped us change our life.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_00]: So why not help others change their life as well?
- 50:24[SPEAKER_00]: You understand, and it goes back to us not learning this proper information.
- 50:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like, it's not about me because maybe I'm going to still become successful.
- 50:35[SPEAKER_00]: My success is tied into my mentees.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_00]: We want them to become successful.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_00]: Why?
- 50:40[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's tied to us.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it becomes successful.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, I'll help them become successful.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now what happens then?
- 50:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let me let me look into I leave.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_00]: Let me look into I leave.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_00]: He helped this guy make $50,000.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let me help.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_00]: Let me help him.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_00]: We had a mentee Name is Benny super amazing.
- 50:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she had an in person event.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: You don't recently made $10,000 in the day.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_00]: Wow in the day.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_00]: Oh now
- 51:05[SPEAKER_00]: Think of what that $10,000 can do for her and her family.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: She has about three or four kids.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_00]: But just think about the information in the last and impression we left on her.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_00]: That last impression we left on her is something that she can then teach others how to do the same thing.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: So like I said, it's about learning, teaching, and duplicating, and creating more of you.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's all about, you can get the knowledge, well, are you going to spread the knowledge?
- 51:30[SPEAKER_00]: Are you going to help more people become successful?
- 51:33[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 51:33[SPEAKER_00]: That's what it's all about.
- 51:34[SPEAKER_00]: It's not about me no more.
- 51:35[SPEAKER_00]: It's about we.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's about we.
- 51:37[SPEAKER_05]: And they say, you know, you know, knowledge is the one thing that you could give away without lucidity, right?
- 51:43[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
- 51:44[SPEAKER_05]: And so you're able to give that knowledge away, help people at the same time.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_05]: And if you believe in a higher power, the universe, whatever,
- 51:52[SPEAKER_05]: It's always going to come back, right?
- 51:54[SPEAKER_05]: You always get what you give.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_05]: And so the fact that you were blessed by something, you're blessing other people with something, and now it's coming back, you know, talk a little bit about, you know, your mentorship program or, or, I do have any, you know, ways that people could like test out what you've got, what you offer, right?
- 52:14[SPEAKER_05]: Because, you know, again,
- 52:16[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I know a lot, you know, based on on this interview, a lot of people are connecting with you.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_05]: You give a lot of game that they're going to probably follow up with, but if they want to learn more, like, do you do webinars, master classes?
- 52:29[SPEAKER_05]: Like, what's the way that people could like,
- 52:32[SPEAKER_00]: I'm glad you brought that up.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so me and my partner, Jama'at has a five day mentorship where we're going to be teaching people how to clean up their own credit, how to build their credit, how to fund their businesses and help others fund themselves.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_00]: Not only that, we're going to be teaching people how to get out of
- 52:47[SPEAKER_00]: student loan debt, I don't get these students loans for given, right, how to, you know, get the late payments off day student loans, and how to manage day student loans a proper way, just to manage a life appropriate and create generational wealth by creating other source of income, by helping themselves, and then helping others as well, because you got to be able to help yourself first before you even help others, right?
- 53:07[SPEAKER_00]: You got to walk through that door before anybody else like anybody else like I follow you, right?
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: So that's exactly what we're going to teach in our
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: And for us, it's like, why not do it again?
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: Why not help others as well?
- 53:20[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's the lack of information like I keep saying.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's all about the lack of information.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_00]: And for me, it's all about being selfless.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_00]: Like I told you earlier, I had to be selfless.
- 53:30[SPEAKER_00]: I have, you know, seven brothers, seven, you know, seven of us, right?
- 53:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_00]: So for me, why not help somebody change their life?
- 53:38[SPEAKER_00]: It's a, it puts a smile on my face to see somebody else change their life.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 53:41[SPEAKER_00]: It puts a smile on your happy face when he sees
- 53:45[SPEAKER_00]: It makes us happy when we able to bring our mentees in the certain room in certain environments where they able to be around seven and eight figures earners.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because when we come from the Bronx, we would never around that type of those type of people.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we was around the people's on a corner selling drugs, but it took for us to change our environment, but to change our environment, we had to change our mindset.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_00]: right we had to change our mindset and want to put that belief in trust and to saying you know what let me believe in myself I feel like I could do something I feel like I could be the one to change my family I feel like I could want to be the one to change my bloodline right let me go into this room and see what this room is about yeah let me see other people that's winning
- 54:24[SPEAKER_00]: Because imagine a lot of people are seeing people went on the internet, but they not really seen them win in person.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_00]: So for us, it's more intimate.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_00]: It's like let's bring our people together.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_00]: Let's show them how it goes.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_00]: And let's put them in certain rooms where they able to succeed, where they able to be around their day, too.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_00]: Because if you're not around it, it makes him much harder for you.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_05]: And I love that that you guys are doing five day men to a show.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because, you know, especially like we talk about how, you know, you know, there's a lot of, I mean, you know, like there's this perception that a lot of people are not doing the right things, but spend five days with somebody.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_05]: You can't pretend for five days.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, no.
- 55:05[SPEAKER_05]: Right?
- 55:06[SPEAKER_05]: And do you think?
- 55:08[SPEAKER_05]: Um, that within that five days that you are do, um, our people getting results with those five days or they have to, you know, or, or is it later?
- 55:17[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no, they get instant results, man.
- 55:19[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I business with teach people actionable steps, steps that they can take today.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 55:23[SPEAKER_00]: You know, we're teaching people how to go boost up their credit score right away.
- 55:28[SPEAKER_00]: Like the tools you can use to teach up to boost up your credit score.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_00]: We're giving people the website they can go to get business funding, right?
- 55:35[SPEAKER_00]: We're showing people the roadmap.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_00]: We're giving people the full tools like we're not just telling you about it.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_00]: We literally show you everything and how it goes because what happens is
- 55:44[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people are giving you a surface-level information, but we want to give you the full game because if you decide to spend your time and take a few hours out of your day or even a few 30 minutes out of your day where you could be anywhere else and decide it's a lock in and say, you know what, let me get on here and let me try to learn something new, right?
- 55:59[SPEAKER_00]: Let me try to learn something that can help me in the future, help me change my family situation.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_00]: Let me do that.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_00]: So if somebody decide to take their time and do that with us, why not?
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: Give them more.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: Why not give it all to them, right?
- 56:12[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what we're doing.
- 56:13[SPEAKER_00]: We give me people all the game.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_00]: We give them everything now.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_00]: We're not holding back.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_00]: What was the, what was the cost from the join?
- 56:19[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's, it's, it's free.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_00]: Free to join the mentorship.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_00]: Free to join the, I'm not the mentorship, but it's free to join the challenge.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_05]: Well, so you tell me that you're offering people opportunity to learn from you for five days, for free, and they're going to get instant results for the free.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_00]: If they take action, and they implement, they would definitely get results.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_00]: Because,
- 56:41[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, let's say y'all, y'all, y'all, if y'all, if y'all not, if y'all not I'm pausing this right now and hitting the link into the description and making sure y'all sign up for this five-day mentorship you are, you are a lunatic, you don't really want
- 56:58[SPEAKER_05]: The change that you say and you want you just you just you just want to complain because this man's just gave you a bunch of games just now And he said you could you could spend five days with him and his business partner and you could learn and start implement this thought Know how to clean it up your credit yourself
- 57:15[SPEAKER_05]: and you get to learn how to get funding and like what else?
- 57:19[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, clear your credit.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_00]: When you're credit, get funding, get access to get access to businesses, get access to corporations where you can then, you know, skip the line instead of just waiting years and years for a new business.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_00]: It's so many things that we're giving up.
- 57:34[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, man, we're giving out a whole lot, man.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_00]: We're giving out a whole lot.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_05]: I need that agenda, because you try to run through that real quick.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_05]: Man, no, no, no, I need that jam.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_05]: One more jam.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, you try to run through that real quick.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_05]: So you said Kick corporations like what is that?
- 57:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so basically right a lot of people don't even know that they're able to purchase in a business Existing business that's in good standing and it able to use that instead of just forming a brand new business Because what happens a lot of people may form a brand new business but banks like to deal with people that's been a Stabital price on time yeah
- 58:07[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, if you're a, establish with question time, you look more attracted to lenders, not only that, you look more attractive to anyone else you really want to do business with.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, this person purchases a business, but the business has been in the good standard for quite some time.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_00]: So we teach a people how to do things like that, how to how to get access to it.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_05]: It's just a little bit of standing.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_05]: So, so you tell me that if I, if I, if I purchase a business that's been existing before,
- 58:36[SPEAKER_05]: And because I own that business, they'll give me credit on that and like what's the most amount that you've seen people get credit on it is usually based on their credit profile.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_00]: So you still got it.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_00]: It still ties into your profile because they ought to look at your profile and see that you know you credible right.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_00]: But the fact that a matter is that you can get a business that's been in good standing and it's diving for quite some time.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_00]: We're supposed to get in a brand new one.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_00]: Because a brand new one you're not looking as attracted to land is opposed to the person I've been in business for five years, right?
- 59:04[SPEAKER_00]: So sometimes you just say even in somebody got a truck in business.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_00]: Some trucking contracts they may say, hey, won't you be in business for three years?
- 59:12[SPEAKER_00]: But now you're able to cut the line because your business been open for more than three years, right?
- 59:16[SPEAKER_00]: That's just a small example and that's why that's why people need to get into.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's why for you guys, man.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_00]: Ash, I'm telling you.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_00]: People is completely.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be free.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure it's going to be a link down there, a click on it, and we're going to make sure that we over the liver.
- 59:30[SPEAKER_00]: We're not going to hold it back.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_00]: So the information I'm given now is nothing compared to the information that's going to be on the five days, man.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_00]: Does it spend five days for me right now?
- 59:38[SPEAKER_00]: We just spent less than probably less than an hour.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_00]: But imagine, imagine the information we're going to give a five.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_00]: Five days.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_00]: I can't give everything a five in the five.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_05]: That's the beauty of that though, right?
- 59:48[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, man, five days of being able to
- 59:55[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they don't have the opportunity to ask questions as well.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_00]: No, they will be able to ask me Question they'll be able to ask my partner.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_00]: You may have to be questioned.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, question I need that they need answer.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_00]: They'll be able to ask as well.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_05]: No, yes, yeah
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_05]: talk a little bit about like, because you talk about freedom and how it feels like to be able to make money and things in that nature, what is that like, like paint the pants of somebody, like, what does that feel like?
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_00]: Let me tell you right now, man.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_00]: What if I told you that last month, I probably just got here probably about two weeks ago.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_00]: I was an Africa for a whole month.
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_00]: I was able to run my business from Africa for a whole month.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_00]: Not in the US.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_00]: So most times people call it really like, Ali, what country you are now?
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:00:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because this allows you to have an opportunity to...
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_00]: run a business online, attract people online and run the business anywhere you at.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't matter.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to be, that's why for me it's all about freedom.
- 1:00:56[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like freedom is the best thing, right?
- 1:00:58[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_00]: Why wait until you saggy?
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_00]: Why wait until you to you 80 years old because right now the age for for a time is going up and up and up right?
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_00]: Why wait too much?
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they start living in life.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_00]: Why why shouldn't you live your life now?
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, people got to ask themselves, why shouldn't I live myself in my life now?
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_00]: Why do I have to wait and keep clocking in and clocking in and clocking in when I'm not happy?
- 1:01:18[SPEAKER_00]: Why not be able to run my business, go from country to country and still operate the business?
- 1:01:24[SPEAKER_00]: Because the thing about it is that now we have access to the internet.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people don't realize that, back then, we have access to the LNLX.
- 1:01:31[SPEAKER_00]: You can message right now, you can message a celebrity.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks.
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_00]: Jay-Z is on Instagram, right now.
- 1:01:36[SPEAKER_00]: You see how you love Jay-Z so much, right?
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_00]: Jay-Z can write you on Instagram directly.
- 1:01:41[SPEAKER_00]: You can reach anybody you want to reach right now on social media directly.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_00]: So Instagram, you either use it in social media, not just Instagram.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_00]: You can use social media as a toy or as a tool.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_00]: So you can use it as a tool to get clients.
- 1:01:55[SPEAKER_00]: So run a full business where you don't have to be at a brick and mortar.
- 1:01:58[SPEAKER_00]: Nowadays, people are not in the offices anymore.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_00]: They run in a business remotely.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_00]: So these are the things that you can do.
- 1:02:03[SPEAKER_00]: I was in Africa last year.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_00]: I was in Africa for about three months.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_00]: And I was still operating my business.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was still running my business.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_00]: So that's what we teach people how to do.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_00]: How to live the life you want to live, how to be able to travel, how to be able to be there for your family, how to spend more time with your kids.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_00]: Because a lot of times nowadays the streets are raising our kids.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_00]: The streets are raising our kids.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_00]: We don't have time to raise our kids.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_00]: Because when you work in 40 to 60 hours a week, you're not raising your kids the streets.
- 1:02:31[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody else is.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_00]: Why not be able to travel and do the things that you want to do and start living life now?
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_00]: These are the things that we teach people to do.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_00]: I can be anywhere any time nowadays.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: So for me, to teach somebody how to do the same thing, so they can spend more time with their family, it's priceless because I have freedom now.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of my mentees right now have freedom.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the things that we take passion and have created more opportunities for the people that invest into themselves.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_00]: Because when you invest into a mental, you're not invested in that mental, you're invested in the CSL.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_05]: That's the fact.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_05]: And let's change that.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_05]: And I think that's the biggest thing that people need to realize in that mentorship is like nine times out of 10, the mentor doesn't need, like your money's not going to change their life.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_05]: When you invest, you're investing in yourself, you're showing the commitment, you're showing that you're willing to change, like you're willing to take action.
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_05]: So I love that.
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_05]: So if people want to connect with you, so definitely go put the link,
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_05]: On the bottom, so you are going to join the five-day mentorship, and people wanted to connect with you online, see what you've got going on, where can you find you?
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, they could find me on Instagram at the only Prince Ali, T-H-E, only Prince Ali, super on Simplify me, and then also we're going to have the link below too, where you guys are able to collect the link, click the link, and I was the website for those who might be listening.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's going to be credit capital credit to capital dot com, but we most importantly we're going to have that link below.
- 1:03:59[SPEAKER_00]: So it makes it easier for you to actually So you ain't got to go online at type it.

- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm telling you man.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm excited because I feel like
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_05]: In this short amount of time, like you gave us some gain, you know, like I said, like I'm somebody who very versed and credit, but I also know that things start, you know, change a lot, you're not saying so just being able to get a refresher, like I might even join just so I get a refresher and just kind of ask the thing about it is that it's not just me, yeah, it's me and you're happy.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_00]: And we don't know Jay is the biggest.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_00]: So it's me and Jamapi combined and coming in on one platform teaching everybody exactly what we know.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_00]: So we're spilling everything with spilling all the beans.
- 1:04:49[SPEAKER_00]: We not hold anything back because people look on social media.
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_00]: People hold things back.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_00]: We not hold anything back guys.
- 1:04:54[SPEAKER_00]: When I say anything, we not hold anything back.
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_00]: So the only thing for people to do is to
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_00]: execute.
- 1:04:59[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to give you all the things that people are spending thousands of dollars to to get access to.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to be given that for free.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_00]: All that information.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_00]: So the information is going to be there for you to change your life, interchange your situation.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_00]: But guess what?
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_00]: You got to show up.
- 1:05:15[SPEAKER_00]: That's the only thing we ask.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_00]: Show up.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_05]: And you got to invest.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_05]: But that's the most important part.
- 1:05:21[SPEAKER_05]: But that's the part that you got to pay attention to right because you know you could invest money and guess what happens You go always lose money make money.
- 1:05:30[SPEAKER_05]: You'll get that back with the time that you invest you're never going to get that back So when you do invest that five days make sure you are coming there prepared to learn coming there prepared to be to transition prepared to become right be do have
- 1:05:46[SPEAKER_05]: You can't have what you desire because you haven't become the person that can do the things that the person that has the things does.
