- Greg: What's up everybody and welcome back for the Whiskey and Winners College Football Week Five Recap. And well this week the ⁓ the whiskey was more reliable than the winners, unfortunately. Looks like all of us decided we would just shoot for that medium bar and go right at fifty percent. Not terrible, but certainly not good. It is ⁓ that's just good enough at the sports book to where they'll keep feeding you those free drinks that ain't anywhere close to free anymore. Basically, if you followed our picks this weekend, you didn't get rich, but you don't have to change your phone number. So it is and it is. We just officially achieved what is essentially a C minus of college football gambling. But let's talk a little bit about what happened on Saturday. Georgia took care of business. ⁓ Bandy hung around for a half. It was twenty-one fourteen. Georgia fans were pissed off everywhere, and then we outscored them 17 to nothing the rest of the way. David: Woo woo! Greg: ⁓ Gunner threw for about 300 yards, three touchdowns, no interceptions, just continues to be impressive. It's a 5-0 Georgia team that we still really don't know how good they are, but we're about to find out. ⁓ Tuscaloosa is next, and I'm sure we'll come back around and have a little more talk on that one. Speaking of Alabama, Mississippi State came in ranked 4-0 and ⁓ number 16 in the nation, and Alabama beat them 56 to 23. So congratulations. David: Indeed. Mario? NOPE! Greg: Congratulations to Mississippi State on a wonderful September. It's October now. Alabama's five and ⁓ and fortunately for the rest of us, I'm starting to suspect Alabama might be Alabama again. This might be my favorite result of the weekend. One week ago, Florida beat number four Ole Miss 52 to 28. Florida fans thought they were back, baby. Seven days later, Missouri 45, Florida 17. David: Ugh. or low your wad scenario. Greg: There may be no fan base in America that can go from national championship confidence to complete emotional collapse faster than the Florida Gators. Missouri put up almost 600 yards. Jamal Roberts ran for 211. Florida stud Jaden Ball ran for 13. Apparently, Florida wasn't back yet. They were just visiting. Miami went into Death Valley and absolutely smoked the Clemson Tigers. I think we gotta reach that point. I know you hate to hear this, Brian. Is Miami actually for real? Normally when Miami starts five and ⁓ everybody starts screaming the U is back. And then somewhere around Halloween, they're losing to Georgia Tech because they forget how a clock works. The other question is, what the hell happened to Clemson? Death Valley used to be one of the scariest places in college football, and Miami walked in there Saturday night like they just had a dinner reservation. ⁓ South Carolina led Kentucky 17 to nothing. And Kentucky came all the way back. Game goes to overtime. South Carolina scores. Kentucky scores. David: The thousand pound sister curse is not cursed. Privilege is what caused it, I'm telling you. Greg: Kentucky says, screw the extra point. They go for two. They win. Got it. Ball game. I love it. You got one play to win the game on the road? Go for it. Take the ball and go home. David: That's how you do it. You go for it on the road, you go for Ty home. Greg: Ohio State went into Iowa and won thirty-one to fourteen. Jeremiah Smith had two hundred and six yards, which is starting to seem unfair. At this point, I'm starting to think maybe we need the NCAA to check his birth certificate and make sure this isn't a twenty nine year old grown man running around with these kids. David: Jeremiah Smith. Mmm. He's shown off grown, I tell you that. Greg: BYU beat TCU despite throwing for only 62 yards. They completed 62 yards worth of passes. That ain't a passing attack. That's just one good punt. But BYU is still undefeated. Texas Tech quietly moved to 5 0 after beating Colorado 29 7. Colorado actually outgained them in yardage but turned the ball over four times. Pretty good reminder that it doesn't matter how many yards you gain if you keep giving the ball to the other team. David: Cougs. Somebody got upset! Mr. Dion! Brian: Yes, yes. Greg: And in closing, Indiana beats Rutgers 47 to 15. So Indiana has now won 21 straight football games. We are now living in a world where the phrase defending national championship Indiana has won 21 straight football games. That is an actual factual statement. College football has completely lost its mind. So that's the weekend. Georgia and Alabama both look dangerous. Miami might be for real. Florida was back for about six days. David: Good gosh. Greg: Clemson might be dead. Indiana runs college football now. And all of us can pick winners about the same rate as flipping a coin. So David, what the hell did you learn? David: Well, I learned you said Miami's always that like they're back. They were in the national championship last year, right? I mean, they're they're they're back baby. Whether we like it or not, they are back. I want to point out the fact that even though it looks as if I'm repping Ashton Daniels because he went to Buford and his five touchdowns, I believe it was in Florida State dominating the Virginia Cavaliers. Greg: They work. David: My man, B Nobles, as you see, look, just take a, if you're not watching, go to YouTube, take a glance at that Bobby Bowden special right there, just looking at us, repping the starter sign, baby. I'm loving it. So I'm here talking about that. I'm wearing Buford gear, because I have a baseball game that I may have to go out for Buford, but Ashton Daniels is from Buford. He is one of their prowls. And as proud as you can be for Florida State showing out. Five Russian touchdowns keep in mind. That's the quarterback and he had zero passing touchdowns. That's not I Don't mean to be Busting bubbles, but that's not the prettiest that you want to see you You love the five Russian touchdowns, but the zero passing that's that's not what I like. I Brian what? Tell me about the game. I know you watched it Brian: Okay. I was glad you mentioned that since ⁓ Greg went through the whole rundown and didn't give us no credit for winning the ballgame. You know, I know it's far I know it's I know it's far and few in between, but we at least need to talk about it some. Yeah, that was ⁓ David: You Greg: I I had a winning ticket on it. Well that's that that rundown is what AI came up with. Brian: Now yeah. David: It's by the way very hard to just sit here while you talk I'm like I'm trying to drop in I'm trying to talk it's very tough. I don't know how Brian does it Brian: They ⁓ they look good, ⁓ probably the best they've looked in a while. That's the first time they've dominated an ACC opponent. ⁓ like I said, Ashton Daniels had five rushing touchdowns. So we'll get to look at the ⁓ record books with all the greats Florida State, especially the great running backs we've had, Dalvin Cooks, Warwick Dunn's, and our ⁓ tied for our leading touchdowns in a single game is ⁓ led by Ashton Daniels. So David: Ahem. You Brian: But they did good, looked good. No, but I'm worried about going on the road to Louisville this week on a short week. That usually doesn't fare well, but hopefully they can ⁓ keep some of that. But we will have to throw the ball. Yep. Got got a win, got a win. So it was it was good. It was impressive. I was ⁓ enjoying it. Friday night I had to watch ⁓ Montana State lose Friday night too. They lost that David: That's not what you want to hear. On a winning streak, baby, on a winning streak. ⁓ I was gonna bring it up too. Brian: They had a nineteen game winning streak going into that game and they lost to a ⁓ O and four Idaho Vandals team that used to be in the FBS what about three or four years ago? And then they had a fourteen point lead. Fourteen point lead going in and and and blew it, which I mean they're still without quarterback. They had a couple of injuries, but they'll be there in the playoffs at the end, which is what matters. So David: The Vandals went crazy. That was a big win. It's weird that Greg did the AI rundown and it did not put such a big game as Montana State and Idaho on the list. See, that's what's problem with AI. They don't know how to pick the good ones. They leave out some things and that's, you can't leave out the Vandals. Come on, man. Greg: It it in my defense, I was scrambling to put one together because I didn't know our actual show host was gonna be to make it because he typically bows out on the recap show and doesn't join us. David: I appreciate y'all having me. I'm enjoying it. I'm having a good time. I'm actually okay with the fact that I only went $500 because I got so busy. I got so busy on Saturday. I didn't really have a chance to really put any money on it. So I didn't really lose any money. I wouldn't have lost money anyway that I came even, but I didn't even get a chance to put any money on it. So ended up coming okay. think. Greg: And you still got the best record. David: Brian, think you, did you go over the numbers? Brian, go over the individual numbers of what we did, I'm pretty sure I know who's in last place, and I just want to see his face. That's why I wanted to come, just to see the third place guy see what he reacts to. Brian: Yeah, Greg ⁓ went five and six. I mean, he had a couple right there that could have went either way. One thing I did want to point out about that five and six was the ⁓ why it's important to shop the lines. We put that out there a few times to our listeners. You know, unfortunately when we do the show on Wednesday, we kind of have to take what we've gotten into that point. So on Wednesday's show, he took Tulsa minus three and a half, which I would have took Tulsa minus three and a half. But at kickoff, Tulsa was getting points. So if you had waited till kickoff, which on the show we couldn't do that, he had to take what he could get. Tulsa was getting points and then that would have been a win. So it's always important to shop the best line. Don't just stick it one book, you know, shop it around. And we that'll be a discussion we talk about coming up on Wednesday with another game that I think there's a big game that's that might have something similar to that this weekend. I went I went six and six. I David: Hmm, so I hear. Brian: should have went, you know, knowing knowing what we all know, I took a over in a ⁓ in a ⁓ military academy game and that went under. But learn you learn from that. You go first time that I didn't cash a Georgia first half in a in a while. But six and I felt like I had a bad week, six and six. I can I can deal with that. ⁓ like David, he went five and five right there at it, shopping that line he was able to get bandy at plus twenty five, so that worked out. Georgia game. ⁓ got FSU plus three and a half. So looking good. All right. ⁓ we did hit another parlay. So now we're two and four on our parlays. And ⁓ on our underdogs, we both didn't hit the underdogs. Georgia Southern looked like a good football team and put it on Coastal Carolina and then West Virginia, Iowa State, you know, they may be pretty good. So but David: ⁓ guys, I'm sorry. gotta I'll be right back Brian: Coming out of the week, you know, we were ⁓ right there at the five hundred mark. We were at forty eight point four eight percent. If that's the worst we do, we're gonna do pretty good. Greg: Yeah, I I said I didn't have anything that as I was watching Saturday that I felt overly bad about as far as a bad read. ⁓ you know, I was on the Mississippi Alabama under. You you just can't project that many turnovers. I I I have a feeling that that that Alabama defense would give Camario Taylor a little more trouble than he had seen to this point. I just didn't expect it to result in turnovers and free points for Alabama. ⁓ but that's the that's the nature of gambling. You you live and you die with stuff like that. I have I have just as easily won bets that I shouldn't have won because of stuff like that. ⁓ and before we get out of here today and and really start focusing on next weekend and getting ready for this week, the the thing I want to talk about, and obviously we all know which game I'm focused on this weekend, but you touched on it a little bit. That is one of those where they're likely that point spread will go back and forth. You probably never get over two and a half, neither team will probably ever see minus three or plus three. But the point I'm gonna make on this game is one that's really hard for me to even get these words out of my mouth. You don't have to bet this game. As much as we are all going to want to. You got and I'm I'm looking at this as objectively as I can as a Georgia fan. At best that that's going to be a two, two and a half point spread one way or another. And I would not be surprised if either team wins by two touchdowns and it's pretty comfortable. Again, it's a night game, it's on the road, momentum happens. I think we're a better team than they are, but I could very easily see a scenario where they jump out early and we just never quite get back and they end up winning by 14, 17 points. I could also see the scenario where they hadn't seen a defense like we've got yet, and we smother them a lot better than people give us credit for. And we may go in there and win, you know, 31 to 13. So just because it looks obviously it's the biggest game of the weekend, you would think with a tight number like that, it shouldn't be hard to find an edge. I'm just looking at you going, I can see this game as of right now. I haven't done in and done done the real capping yet. But right now, just the initial reaction, I can see this game going in a bunch of different ways. And when you see that, that's a good indication that maybe that's what you just don't need to bet on. Brian: And if you do decide to bet, like we've been saying over and over, make sure you shop it around. Cause I did a little quick look at it a while ago. There are some still some books out there that have Georgia getting points, and there are books out there that have Georgia giving points. So make sure if you do bet that game, you find the line that helps out what you're trying to do. One other thing I talk about is ⁓ you know, be careful when you're betting these smaller schools, because that's also what happened to Tulsa. Did you see the end of that? I mean that guy clearly caught a ball out of bounds. They didn't have the camera angles. They don't have all the cameras like they do in the SEC games. And then he clearly broke the plane going for two at the end of the game. And they just didn't have the can camera angles to see it. So those are one things like when we get on them matching Tuesday night games, those are one things you gotta be careful about. Greg: Well, and that's that's the thing, and like I said, you know, I touched on it a little bit when we were talking with David in the in the last episode. I said the the one and only advantage we have over the books is we don't have to play in a game we don't wanna play. They've got to put a number out there and take action, even if they don't necessarily want to. They have to make it available, but we don't have to play it, and that's the only real advantage we get. Brian: Yeah, and I I'll put out there, especially now that David's back, I think ⁓ so there there's something to be said about ⁓ all three of us took Missouri when everybody in the world was saying Florida, Florida, Florida, and we sat here and said, Mm, something's fishy about it. David: Boom. Greg: I can I can I can tell you unequivocally if the Missouri Tigers were on the road this weekend, I'd be taking whoever the hell they were playing against. David: Blow your wad scenario, I'm telling you. Florida blew their wad against Auburn and then now Miss Missouri's gonna do the same thing. Sorry, fellas. My neighbor who had knee surgery, half ⁓ elderly neighbor, he fell on his porch and I had to be this is the second time I think I've had to leave a podcast to go pick some but somebody up, but it's all right. He's a great man. I love him, so I'm glad I was able to be there for him. Yeah, the Missouri Florida game, that was probably the biggest upset of the weekend. I I mean without question, ⁓ in my eyes. I don't know how you guys see it, but Florida, did they forget how to play defense? And did also did ⁓ Jordan Baugh forget how to run? 'Cause how does he run over everybody and get what, thirteen yards on twelve carries that game? Brian: I guess it He he was just trying to get his jersey number. He got thirteen. David: I don't know if y'all went over it, but boy. Austin Simmons three hundred and forty yards and two scores, but Jamal Roberts for two hundred and eleven yards and three T Ds. Thank goodness that Florida I'd as much as I enjoyed Florida being back, I really do hate ⁓ So I'd like to see ⁓ come back to life and reality of being a and did you see that the Missouri was playing ⁓ what was the Tom Petty? We won't back down? That is dirt did y'all talk about that? I'm sorry. That is so dirty and I so love it. Cause Tom Petty, as you know, is a Gainesville boy. And same birthday as me, by the way. October twentieth, TP. Me and old TP. Man, when you think Gainesville, you think Tom Petty and they were playing Won't Back Down in their stadium as they were putting a stomping on Florida and showing the Florida fans in the crowd. That is so dirty and I am here for it, baby. That is a thing of beauty. Greg: No, we did. Brian: Mm. Greg: I I I would like to make the statement that, and again, using using the Florida as the latest example, I after we thought how good LSU looked when they beat the brakes off of Clemson, and then we thought how good Ole Miss looked when they beat the brakes off LSU. And then we thought how good Florida looked when they beat the brakes off Ole Miss. I I don't think anybody's going there with Missouri just yet, but I would like to use this Florida one as an example. And I'm gonna say something that again, we do this, I guess you'd call us professional since we're putting this out for public consumption. Other than about three, maybe four teams that I'm pretty confident I can say I know are good football teams, I don't really know shit about this year's college football layout as far as who's really any good or not. I thought Florida was pretty good. That was not a good football team in Columbia, Missouri. Like that was one of those cases where it got out of hand, it got momentum, got away from ⁓ and they never really could compete. But man, that that defense, that was not impressive at all. Brian: You remember ⁓ Austin Simmons, he was the ⁓ supposed to be the quarterback last year of Old Miss till they got Trinidad Chandler, so he ain't a bad quarterback. Greg: Maybe that old miss. Mm-hmm. David: Mm. No, listen, if one good thing has come from these NIL deals and all that good stuff, it's the variety and the teams that you don't know week to week what's gonna happen. Anyone can almost beat anybody. Everybody's got athletes. No five star recruit is backing up for two years no more. They're like, Nope, I wanna play, I'll go somewhere, get paid to play. I love the variety as as much as I love all the big names coming back as far as your Miami's. your Notre Dames and all that. I like seeing those names at the top as far as the rankings, but man, just seeing somebody like Indiana just come out and flat out dominate is it's kind of exciting. I mean, I enjoy it. Greg: Well, a and and let me be the one to say it, 'cause I am probably the the most old old school curmudgeony type. I'm a get off your lawn. Like I I'm very nostalgic. I did not think I was gonna be a fan of the the expanded playoffs. I don't really care for the transfer portal in the NIL, especially the way it's all working. But I'm telling you, I I was concerned that all this would take some of the shine away from it. You go, Hey, that Georgia Bama game in the regular season just doesn't mean as much 'cause both teams are gonna make the playoffs either way. I was wrong. It still means something. I promise you now listen, win or lose Saturday night, I will go to bed thinking, hey, we're going to make the playoffs so all is good. But I promise you, as long as there are still seconds on that clock, there will be zero part of me thinking about it's okay if we lose because the playoffs are still in sight. I want to beat Alabama. I want to beat them in their house. I want to go snatch a win out of Tuscaloosa and come home with it. The the extra play like the playoffs haven't taken away from it. And in the moment, David: ⁓ yeah. Yeah. Greg: Even the NIL and the transfer portal and all that crap that's going on, it doesn't take away from the passion and the fire and the energy that that college football brings to me like no other sport really can. David: Even with what I just said and how much I praised it and all that, I'll say this. Twenty four is too damn much. There's talks of twenty four. I'm not no. I think it's great the way it is. I think twelve is perfect. Well whatever you can do to make it where I don't have three weeks in between games, I do that. However many teams that's gonna take, I'll take that. But twenty four is no, I'm not a fan of that. I don't care for that. I don't think that's logistically it's a nightmare, but just Greg: It's and it and it's really senseless because all you're doing is like you the number twenty-four team has an offset chance of pulling off an upset and knocking out a contender, but the number twenty-four team is not going to win enough games to go all the way. It it ain't like basketball where a certain team can get that kind of hot. In football, the talent gap will matter. ⁓ I'm with you. I to me that all that's doing is just making it more chaotic and and scrambled up. I I think we're at a good number with that whole twelve to fourteen thing. David: yes. But not No. Greg: Get all the conference winners in, get make sure, you know, nobody's really getting screwed out if you're getting twelve or fourteen. ⁓ but no, I I it's it all in all it it's it's been it's been much better than I anticipated. David: I loved it. Brian: Been exciting. Yep, been exciting. ⁓ I'll say this to recap our thing. You know, we're we're ⁓ two and ⁓ or actually we're three and ⁓ now on our ⁓ listener picks. So we hit our hit Texas A and ⁓ for ⁓ for one of ⁓ and then we hit the ⁓ the under. Or I can't well I'd have to go back and look, but we hit another game that was a listener pick as well. So we're three and ⁓ in listener picks so far this year. So y'all get your comments in and if you want us to break something down that on Wednesday. David: Boom. Greg: And as a programming note, we are now posting this on two separate channels. I'm going to continue posting it on my channel that I've done all my content. ⁓ but I did go in and create a separate Whiskey and Winners channel for for this content only. So all of the the pregame episodes and the rec recaps will show up on the Whiskey and Winners link as well. So yeah, get on there and comment if there's a game you want us to look at this week. We ⁓ we might have to figure out some scheduling issues. I might be in Truest Parks ⁓ Wednesday night, so I might not be able to record at our normal time. David: I really Greg: ⁓ but we'll figure we'll have to figure something out. David: ⁓ yeah. Do not comment on the fact that I say boom all the time like I'm Stuart Scott. I don't intend to. It just comes out, okay? I'm not it's not I'm not trying to sound like Stuart Scott, but I can't help it. That's who I grew up with. And Keith No chance. And also Keith Oberman, Dan Patrick, but boy, Keith Oberman is fell off somewhere. I don't just psycho. Yeah. We'll s we'll save that one. Let's don't get Greg: Yeah, you you're not near as cool as Stu. Brian: Yeah. Greg: That that's for a different show, David. We can have that discussion on superheroes. All right, B Nobles, you got anything you want to add before we before we wrap up this recap? David: Be nobles in trouble. Brian: No, I'm looking looking forward to this weekend. Like we've been hinting around. I think there's a pretty big game that we may or may not talk about, probably leaning towards May. ⁓ we are on the new channel, so make sure you like and subscribe and ⁓ get your comments, help us grow. If ⁓ we get big enough, we may try to do one of these live shows one time that everybody talks about. David: ⁓ don't get me started. I've been trying. Good gosh. Lord knows. It's not gonna be me. Jeez. Listen, before we go, fellas, what who impressed you the most? What win impressed you the most and what loss for a certain team is the most concerning? And don't say don't do it based off how you feel, 'cause if it's Florida, don't say that don't concern me, I love it. Just what win is the most impressive Greg: We we know who's gonna have to produce that one. David: And what loss is the most concerning? Greg, we'll start with you. Greg: I mean, I it it was the one that shook me up the most as far as my preconceived notions was the Florida-Mouri game. We were all on Missouri plus the points. It was a situational play. We all said that there was a small part of me that said, you know what, Missouri might win this game outright. No part of me expected to see what I saw on that field. Like I I caught a pretty good bit of that game on on the side TV. Missouri dominated Florida. Like that was not a competitive game for very much of it. again, I I I I joked and said other than about three or four teams, I'm really not sure anybody knows anything as far as who's really that good from one week to the next. ⁓ so from a from a wagering perspective, we keep joking you we always say drink responsibly, gamble responsibly, but look, don't don't go in with more than you can afford to lose because what we have seen it time and time again already this season. David: Mm-hmm. Greg: From one week to the next, a team that looks like they may be one of the best teams in the country gets beat by thirty points the very next weekend. So don't don't be a prisoner of the moment. Don't focus so much on what you just saw. But that was the that was probably the most shocking and the most telling kind of overall result I I thought from Saturday. David: Yeah. B Nobes, what about you? Brian: I was ⁓ most impressed with the way Alabama looked against ⁓ Mississippi State. I mean, I thought that Camario would have had a pretty good game, but I mean they came out no, he come out from start to finish. I mean, Alabama's defense, they didn't start slow like they've been starting slow. They they came out, they came to play, cowbells didn't bother ⁓ And then my David: Now they didn't have ⁓ very long. Yeah. Greg: I I I also remember saying on the pregame show and and I was reaffirmed, Hey, it still matters when you play in Dope Campbell Stadium, damn it. Brian: That's right. Hey, Tony Elliott did say David: There it is. Greg: I I learned I learned that this weekend. It still matters when you play at the dope. David: It still matters to me, dammit. Brian: No, Tony Tony Elliott did say in the in his ⁓ pre week conference for Virginia, he said, I know what what their record is, I know how they been. He said, But ACC still runs through Tallahassee. So that was ⁓ and then the team I'm concerned about, I know it's a their rival or whatever, but as is like we said earlier, Clemson man, they have they have fallen off. They are you put them against a dominant team like LSU and Miami and they didn't even look competitive. So I mean, I don't know if it's just the times has passed dabo by or or what, but they gotta figure it out or or they're gonna be looking in a different direction. David: ⁓ I think so. I think that the Dabo loss is concerning because we've said before we think it's time, but I don't mean it's any less sad because we appreciate the man that he is, but that's that's just a concerning you can't not even be competitive with anybody. I ain't seen anything impress me this year from Clemson and I don't what's gonna make a somebody wanna go there now? If you're a recruit and you look and you're like, do you want to run to Clemson? I wouldn't. Not me personally. The biggest win to me, obviously the Missouri is is huge, but I caught it because I knew Florida done blew their wad, that's I said. Alabama is damn impressive. Calen de Boer is starting to get comfortable and based on heritage alone, one good season like they're having now is gonna have a lot more folks wanting to go. For a second there, Calen De Boer came, you you you backing up the goat basically. That kind of opened up a little bit of the recruiting. You know, obviously it's still Alabama, but you know, had people thinking twice, you're like, well Nick's not there, so I don't know how it's gonna be. Calen De Boer makes another good run like this. He's gonna be getting a lot more recruits from North Florida, sadly from the Tallahassee area. There might be a few Georgia folks that roll over that way. I'm scared about it. I'm scared. Calen DeBoer's getting comfy. So I that one impresses me. Greg: Yeah, it it it almost almost seems unfair for us this weekend. I don't know whatever we shall do. David: I like I like where your head's at. I like you trying to downplay it. I appreciate that. It's gonna be a battle. It's gonna be a slabanaka, baby. It's gonna be ready. I just hope Kirby has that half co halftime speech before the first half. How about we start with the halftime speech? We always come out strong. Let's start strong, not coming out from the second half. But that's all I got. Greg: Recent history was pr recent history was pretty good. We started pretty strong against him in the SEC title game the last time we saw him. David: Yeah, so let's make sure we do that. Let's Brian: I I I was kinda upset about not getting to see Jared Curtis though in Athens. I was I was wanting him to get welcomed, but he kinda backed out. David: Ha ha. Greg: Yeah, they they they've tried everything they can to legitimize it and you know it it it's one of those things that fair or unfair at this point, because of all of the other factors leading up to that, even if the kid was legitimately hurt and could not have played, it just looks like a bitch move at this point. It just ⁓ like there's no way it's sugarcoated. It just looks like a bitch move. David: Like Caleb. Brian: Ba backing out seems to be a trend for him. David: Caleb Williams with his little hamstring up there. ⁓ my god. Side note. Side note, this has nothing to do with what we're talking about, but did you see that kid for the S the Kansas City Chiefs just basically stand up and it just went sideways? Like I don't even know how that happened. I watched it over and over and I'm like, I don't get it. Greg: I thought he meant shot. Yes. Yeah, they ⁓ they they always talk about how adrenaline kicks in and you're capable of things. I kept waiting on the adrenaline kicking in when I dislocated my shoulder.
