The elevator Stops Everywhere
A routine lift ride that seems to stop on every floor becomes a reminder that we're all experiencing the same moments from different perspectives. What feels like a delay to one person may be perfect timing for another, encouraging us to look beyond our own point of view.
Today’s Five Star Minute invites you to slow down before the year takes over.
Choose one word — not a goal, not a resolution — a feeling you want more of in your life.
Write it down. Place it somewhere you’ll see it.
Return to it throughout the day and notice what shifts.
One word.
One minute.
A different way to begin.
