- 0:00Speaker 1: So I'm always thrilled when I get the call, and
- 0:02Speaker 1: I've got the call a lot lately. Thank you, Steve.
- 0:05Speaker 1: So I wrote a commentary this morning, got up at
- 0:08Speaker 1: 5 a.m. to write it. I stopped going to bed
- 0:11Speaker 1: at 2 in the morning. Pitar, I went to bed
- 0:13Speaker 1: at 12 o'clock last night, so my eyes opened at
- 0:15Speaker 1: 5 a.m., so I was able to get this in.
- 0:20Speaker 1: And it's titled, Democrats are living on stolen land in Washington, D.C.
- 0:25Speaker 1: And if you don't understand this or you deny it,
- 0:28Speaker 1: You are a stolen election denier. That's what we have
- 0:31Speaker 1: to start calling them. Stolen election deniers. They love to
- 0:34Speaker 1: call us deniers. They're such liars. So I made an
- 0:38Speaker 1: appearance on Steve Bannon's fabulous War Room TV show yesterday
- 0:40Speaker 1: where I explained the idea that I've been promoting and
- 0:43Speaker 1: pitching for many weeks to President Trump. This is the
- 0:47Speaker 1: perfect moment for President Trump to declare a national security
- 0:51Speaker 1: emergency for elections to prevent Democrats from stealing the midterms.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I explained two things to Steve Bannon's audience that many
- 0:58Speaker 1: conservatives don't seem to understand about this strategy. First, many
- 1:03Speaker 1: people are confusing my idea with an executive order. A
- 1:06Speaker 1: national security emergency is a whole different animal. It's far
- 1:10Speaker 1: stronger than an EO, an executive order. As such, it
- 1:14Speaker 1: cannot be challenged in court. A national security emergency can
- 1:19Speaker 1: only be overturned by a two-thirds vote of both houses
- 1:23Speaker 1: of Congress. This isn't my interpretation. It's a 1983 Supreme
- 1:28Speaker 1: Court ruling. It's settled law. So President Trump could use
- 1:33Speaker 1: a national security emergency as a sledgehammer to restore election
- 1:37Speaker 1: integrity far more effectively than the SAVE Act ever could.
- 1:41Speaker 1: This idea is the SAVE Act on steroids. Even more importantly,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the president never needs Congress's approval. He goes right over
- 1:51Speaker 1: their heads. Secondly, I want to point out that although
- 1:54Speaker 1: I believe tonight in his address to the nation, President
- 1:57Speaker 1: Trump will start to lay out his case for a
- 2:00Speaker 1: national security emergency. He may not sign it tonight. He
- 2:03Speaker 1: may not announce it tonight, but he's going to lay
- 2:05Speaker 1: out his case and he'll announce it maybe a month
- 2:08Speaker 1: from now or two weeks from now. But I want
- 2:12Speaker 1: to make the case here. He may lay out his
- 2:14Speaker 1: case tonight. for a national security emergency, but he does
- 2:17Speaker 1: not have to. The president can declare a national security
- 2:21Speaker 1: emergency at any time without justifying his reasons. He just
- 2:26Speaker 1: declares it, and it's in effect. End of story, game, set, match.
- 2:32Speaker 1: He's under no obligation to prove his case, and the
- 2:35Speaker 1: only way for Democrats to stop it is a two-thirds
- 2:38Speaker 1: vote in both houses of Congress. I believe this whole
- 2:42Speaker 1: process starts tonight with President Trump's address to the nation.
- 2:45Speaker 1: President Trump, I repeat, does not have to lay out
- 2:48Speaker 1: his case, but I'm now going to do it. Just
- 2:51Speaker 1: so the American people understand why this is a truly
- 2:54Speaker 1: legitimate emergency. First, on the topic of foreign interference in U.S. elections,
- 2:59Speaker 1: it's clear that our election machines can be easily hacked
- 3:02Speaker 1: and votes changed. And I have no doubt our enemies
- 3:05Speaker 1: like China and the Chinese Communist Party are trying to
- 3:08Speaker 1: rig and steal our elections every day. Is anyone so blind,
- 3:13Speaker 1: so clueless, and so delusional that they don't understand that
- 3:17Speaker 1: everyday billion-dollar multinational corporations and gigantic government agencies are being hacked,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but voting machines aren't being hacked? If you don't see
- 3:26Speaker 1: that as a threat to democracy, you are delusional. But
- 3:31Speaker 1: in the end, the strongest and simplest example of foreign
- 3:34Speaker 1: interference in U.S. elections is illegal alien foreigners voting right
- 3:38Speaker 1: here inside America. When a country like Mexico or China
- 3:42Speaker 1: sends their citizens here to influence our elections, that is
- 3:45Speaker 1: the clearest example of foreign interference possible. How do I
- 3:49Speaker 1: know illegals are voting? In Nevada, where I live. Las Vegas, Nevada,
- 3:53Speaker 1: where I live. And 18 other states, plus Washington, D.C.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Illegal aliens can legally obtain driver's licenses at DMV. Once
- 4:02Speaker 1: a DMV, Federal Motor Voter Laws, mandate that they are
- 4:06Speaker 1: instantly registered to vote. And by law, no one can
- 4:09Speaker 1: ask for proof of citizenship. And you want us to
- 4:12Speaker 1: believe that once foreigners illegally in the country are legally
- 4:16Speaker 1: registered to vote, they aren't voting by the millions. That's
- 4:20Speaker 1: precisely why Democrats waved in tens of millions of illegals
- 4:24Speaker 1: to change the demographics of U.S. voters. That's precisely why
- 4:29Speaker 1: Democrats give to illegal aliens billions of dollars in welfare,
- 4:34Speaker 1: food stamps, free health care, and 100 other government handouts
- 4:38Speaker 1: so that they will vote loyally for Democrat candidates forevermore,
- 4:42Speaker 1: who in turn will keep the welfare checks coming. It's
- 4:45Speaker 1: called creating a massive conflict of interest. You let them
- 4:48Speaker 1: illegally in the country, then you give them all the welfare,
- 4:51Speaker 1: then you tell them if you vote Democrat, you can
- 4:53Speaker 1: stay and we'll keep giving you welfare. That's precisely why
- 4:56Speaker 1: Democrats changed voting laws during COVID to introduce mail-in voting
- 5:01Speaker 1: with no voter ID so that millions of illegal aliens
- 5:04Speaker 1: could vote without ever leaving their home or risk encountering
- 5:08Speaker 1: ICE agents. But that's not the only way Democrats are
- 5:12Speaker 1: using foreign interference to steal elections. Democrats use the U.S.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Census to falsely count millions of illegal aliens and then
- 5:21Speaker 1: wind up gaining undeserved electoral votes and seats in Congress instead.
- 5:24Speaker 1: based on illegal population counts. Democrats are sitting on stolen
- 5:30Speaker 1: land in Washington, DC. Democrats are sitting in seats in
- 5:34Speaker 1: Congress that don't belong to them. Those seats are based
- 5:37Speaker 1: on population counts that are inflated by millions of foreign
- 5:41Speaker 1: non-citizens who are illegally here in the United States and
- 5:46Speaker 1: have no right to be included in the census count.
- 5:49Speaker 1: One last point about stolen elections. This one is so obvious,
- 5:53Speaker 1: only a moron could miss it. It's one in a billion.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It's an impossible coincidence that only Democrat candidates manage again
- 6:03Speaker 1: and again to lose that election night, but then ultimately
- 6:06Speaker 1: win days or weeks later as late arriving ballots are counted.
- 6:11Speaker 1: It's 100% Democrats who benefit from late arriving ballots. Go
- 6:15Speaker 1: back and look. No Republican, to my knowledge, has ever
- 6:19Speaker 1: trailed on election night only to win days later. It's
- 6:23Speaker 1: only and exclusively Democrats who manage amazing, come-from-behind miracle victories.
- 6:29Speaker 1: This is yet another prime vehicle for stolen elections. Here's
- 6:33Speaker 1: the scam. Democrats wait for final vote totals on election night,
- 6:37Speaker 1: and then they know what they have to do. They
- 6:39Speaker 1: go to work manufacturing enough fake ballots for days on
- 6:42Speaker 1: end to overcome that election night deficit. Anyone who can't
- 6:46Speaker 1: see this massive voter fraud scam is blind, deaf, dumb, bribed,
- 6:51Speaker 1: playing for the other team, or scared like a little sissy.
- 6:55Speaker 1: So yes, damn straight, we have foreign interference in U.S. elections,
- 6:59Speaker 1: and illegal aliens voting by the millions, and hacked voting machines,
- 7:03Speaker 1: and fake ballots used to tip the scale for days
- 7:07Speaker 1: or weeks after GOP candidates win elections fair and square
- 7:10Speaker 1: on election night. And then presto, like magic, we lose.
- 7:15Speaker 1: All of these scams prove the need for a national
- 7:18Speaker 1: security emergency to protect our democracy, as Democrats love to
- 7:22Speaker 1: put it. Oh, we've got to protect our democracy. Democrats
- 7:25Speaker 1: are scared to death of my idea for a national
- 7:28Speaker 1: security emergency. Because they know they can't stop it. And
- 7:32Speaker 1: without stolen elections, Democrats can't win. If you don't accept that,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you're a stolen election denier. We have to start calling
- 7:41Speaker 1: them that. Stolen election deniers. On the floor of the
- 7:46Speaker 1: United States Congress and the Senate, we should be pointing
- 7:48Speaker 1: at them and going, you're a stolen election denier. And
- 7:53Speaker 1: as always, I give a great assist to John Goodman,
- 7:55Speaker 1: who is my election integrity expert. who works for both
- 7:59Speaker 1: me and Steve Stern and has come up with fantastic
- 8:02Speaker 1: ideas and fantastic research proving that this would work. Keep
- 8:06Speaker 1: in mind, I used it in 2019. 2019 is now
- 8:10Speaker 1: seven years ago. Wow. Seven years ago, I came up
- 8:13Speaker 1: with the idea of using a national security emergency to
- 8:18Speaker 1: close the border. I said, we have a national security emergency,
- 8:21Speaker 1: President Trump. Declare it, and then you don't need to
- 8:23Speaker 1: wait on Congress, who will clearly not give you the
- 8:26Speaker 1: money for the border wall. So just declare the national
- 8:29Speaker 1: security emergency, and you'll get the money from the defense budget,
- 8:33Speaker 1: from the Pentagon. And you don't have to wait for
- 8:36Speaker 1: Congress anymore. You bypass Congress. And they cannot stop you.
- 8:41Speaker 1: They can't take it to court. Or they have to
- 8:43Speaker 1: get a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress. Guess
- 8:45Speaker 1: what happened? President Trump adopted my idea, and he funded
- 8:48Speaker 1: the wall. And Democrats never sued, and there was nothing
- 8:51Speaker 1: they could do, and they never stopped it. And we
- 8:53Speaker 1: funded the wall and made America secure again. So my
- 8:57Speaker 1: idea for a national security emergency is a winner. And
- 9:01Speaker 1: John Goodman did the research that proved that it takes
- 9:03Speaker 1: a two-thirds vote. And the Supreme Court ruled in 1983—
- 9:07Speaker 1: And there's not a damn thing Democrats can do about it.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Not a damn thing. All right. There was something that
- 9:13Speaker 1: came out earlier today. I want to try and find
- 9:14Speaker 1: it because it's in two different places. But it proves.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Here we go. It proves beyond a shadow of a
- 9:21Speaker 1: doubt that I've been right all along since the year
- 9:25Speaker 1: 2005 when I wrote Millionaire Republican. And my idea was,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you know, why did I call a book Millionaire Republican?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Because I said, if you are a millionaire, you have
- 9:33Speaker 1: to run away from blue states like California, Illinois, New York.
- 9:37Speaker 1: If you aren't a millionaire and you ever want to
- 9:38Speaker 1: be a millionaire, you have to run away from blue
- 9:40Speaker 1: states like California, Illinois, and New York. Everyone has got
- 9:44Speaker 1: to get away from California, Illinois, New York, and other
- 9:46Speaker 1: blue states and move to red states where there's freedom
- 9:49Speaker 1: and the people aren't weirdos. They're not woke. Their life
- 9:53Speaker 1: isn't devoted to illegal alien murderers and transgenders and rapists.
- 9:57Speaker 1: And taxes are much lower and regular. are much lower,
- 10:02Speaker 1: preferably zero, zero state income tax. And I said at
- 10:05Speaker 1: the time in my book, Millionaire Republican, the states they
- 10:08Speaker 1: would move to would be Florida, Texas, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I will say not Nevada, but Las Vegas, Nevada, because
- 10:16Speaker 1: that's where I live and that's where 90% of all
- 10:17Speaker 1: people that move to Nevada move to Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Vegas
- 10:34Speaker 1: is really on fire. It really is on fire. And
- 10:39Speaker 1: I'm the only one who seems to know this. People
- 10:41Speaker 1: keep saying Florida and Texas, Florida and Texas. And it
- 10:44Speaker 1: was interesting because the head of JP Morgan, Jamie Dimon,
- 10:46Speaker 1: was the only one I've ever heard. He said, everyone
- 10:49Speaker 1: in New York's moving to Florida. Everyone in California is
- 10:52Speaker 1: moving to Las Vegas. He's the first one that recognized
- 10:55Speaker 1: what's going on. And I've said this for years that,
- 10:58Speaker 1: you know, I live in Summerlin, the most beautiful area
- 11:01Speaker 1: of Las Vegas. Summerlin is the Scottsdale of Las Vegas.
- 11:04Speaker 1: And the people moving from California have a lot of money.
- 11:07Speaker 1: They're the richest people selling multimillion dollar houses in California.
- 11:11Speaker 1: They're moving to Summerlin. I mean, lots of average people
- 11:13Speaker 1: are moving to Las Vegas. But Summerlin, no. Not average people,
- 11:18Speaker 1: rich people. How do I know? Because I always keep
- 11:21Speaker 1: an eye on houses. I look at them all the time. Zillow, Redfin.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And for years I thought, you know, you get a 5,000
- 11:27Speaker 1: square foot house in Vegas for like $ 1. 5 million, $ 1. 7 million,
- 11:30Speaker 1: $ 2 million, making it a very expensive area, right? Nope,
- 11:33Speaker 1: not anymore. Now those 5,000 square foot houses in beautiful
- 11:36Speaker 1: gated communities... are $ 3. 5 to $ 6 million, most of them
- 11:42Speaker 1: $ 4 million and above. There's very few in the $ 3
- 11:45Speaker 1: million category. Almost every nice house in Summerlin is now
- 11:48Speaker 1: $ 5 million, $ 4 million, $ 6 million, $ 7 million. And, of course,
- 11:53Speaker 1: now we've got a development called the Summit where all
- 11:56Speaker 1: the houses are $ 30 and $ 40 and $ 50 and even
- 11:58Speaker 1: $ 100 million. We've got L.A. prices in Las Vegas. Vegas
- 12:04Speaker 1: has become the new Beverly Hills. Certainly Summerlin has. So
- 12:08Speaker 1: now an article comes out proving I'm right. Billions in
- 12:11Speaker 1: taxpayer income are leaving two iconic states as a new
- 12:16Speaker 1: economic map emerges. And they tell you exactly where the
- 12:21Speaker 1: money is moving from. and exactly where the money's moving to.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And of the top five counties in America where all
- 12:27Speaker 1: the money's moving to, Clark County, Nevada, which is Las Vegas.
- 12:31Speaker 1: All the money is coming here and Florida and Texas
- 12:35Speaker 1: and Tennessee. That's where all the big money's moving. Now,
- 12:37Speaker 1: a lot of people are moving to South Carolina, but
- 12:39Speaker 1: I think they're middle-class people. The money is moving to Texas, Florida,
- 12:44Speaker 1: Las Vegas, and Nashville, Tennessee. That's where all the money's going.
- 12:48Speaker 1: I'll prove it to you when we get back. I'll
- 12:49Speaker 1: read you the story. I'll read you where it's going from.
- 12:52Speaker 1: where they're escaping from and where they're going to. But
- 12:54Speaker 1: Wayne Root was right again. Not only now, talking about
- 12:57Speaker 1: the divorce of America, because it's happening, we are absolutely divorcing,
- 13:01Speaker 1: separating and divorcing. Whether you like it or not, I'm right.
- 13:04Speaker 1: And second of all, I was right in 2005 when
- 13:06Speaker 1: I wrote the book, Millionaire Republican. I was just early.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I was like Joe McCarthy. He said the country's infested
- 13:12Speaker 1: by communists. He was right. He was just a little early.
- 13:15Speaker 1: And I was right in 2005, but I was just
- 13:18Speaker 1: a little early. I saw the writing on the wall.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I myself had just moved to Las Vegas. I said,
- 13:23Speaker 1: everyone's going to have to move to Vegas and Texas
- 13:26Speaker 1: and Florida. And you know what? They did. And they're
- 13:28Speaker 1: doing it. It's going on right now. The divorce of America,
- 13:31Speaker 1: the great American divorce, is happening as Wayne Root predicted.
- 13:35Speaker 1: All right, I'll read you all that story when we
- 13:37Speaker 1: get back and many more. We'll have guests and we'll
- 13:41Speaker 1: talk about President Trump's address to the nation tonight when
- 13:45Speaker 1: they return. Phone number for my show that starts now, Bannon,

- 17:57Speaker 1: Way down the route. The route, the route, the route's
- 17:59Speaker 1: on fire. Welcome back to the show. I want to
- 18:01Speaker 1: explain something to you about people leaving and coming in Nevada.
- 18:05Speaker 1: In particular, just because I'm kind of an expert and
- 18:07Speaker 1: I live here and this is my home turf. Nevada
- 18:11Speaker 1: is always right at the top of the places where
- 18:13Speaker 1: people are moving to. We're always in the top ten.
- 18:15Speaker 1: sometimes the top five, sometimes number one. For many years,
- 18:18Speaker 1: we were number one, percentage-wise. And we're always in the
- 18:22Speaker 1: top five of where the money is moving. But lately,
- 18:25Speaker 1: we're not in the top five of people moving here.
- 18:27Speaker 1: We're in the top tens, though, but we're not in
- 18:28Speaker 1: the top five. And I want to explain, because that
- 18:31Speaker 1: involves net moving. I think if you're middle class, you're
- 18:35Speaker 1: moving probably more likely to Florida, Texas, or Tennessee. And
- 18:40Speaker 1: I think if you're very rich and you're selling a
- 18:42Speaker 1: multimillion-dollar house, in California are moving to Las Vegas. I
- 18:46Speaker 1: think a lot of middle-class people, working-class people are moving
- 18:48Speaker 1: out of Las Vegas while rich people are moving in.
- 18:51Speaker 1: So Vegas is a place where all the money is coming,
- 18:55Speaker 1: but we're trading rich people for middle-class people. Middle-class people
- 18:59Speaker 1: are leaving. You know why? Because the only real jobs
- 19:01Speaker 1: around here are casino jobs, and casino jobs suck, to
- 19:05Speaker 1: be perfectly blunt. You know, you're working for the man.
- 19:07Speaker 1: You're like a slave. You're like an ant in an
- 19:10Speaker 1: ant colony. You're like a bee in a beehive. You're
- 19:14Speaker 1: a worker bee. And they treat you like crap. And
- 19:17Speaker 1: most casino players are very unhappy. You can see it
- 19:20Speaker 1: in their faces. Nobody's ever smiling. So, you know, the
- 19:24Speaker 1: only people that really can move here and do great,
- 19:27Speaker 1: which are the people I want, are people who are
- 19:29Speaker 1: already very rich and are going to add to the
- 19:31Speaker 1: economy and people who are trying to be rich because
- 19:34Speaker 1: they work at home. with some sort of entrepreneurial business.
- 19:38Speaker 1: That's who's moving to Las Vegas. Matter of fact, I
- 19:40Speaker 1: speak to realtors all the time, and that's 100% is
- 19:43Speaker 1: moving here. All the entrepreneurs of the United States are
- 19:46Speaker 1: moving to Las Vegas because if you can work out
- 19:48Speaker 1: of your house, this is the greatest. place to live
- 19:51Speaker 1: in the United States of America. If you have to
- 19:54Speaker 1: get a job, it's not the greatest place in my opinion.
- 19:57Speaker 1: There's more jobs, decent working class, middle class jobs in
- 20:01Speaker 1: Texas and Florida and maybe in Tennessee too. I don't
- 20:04Speaker 1: know much about Nashville, but There might be a lot
- 20:05Speaker 1: of jobs in Tennessee too, but there aren't in Las Vegas.
- 20:08Speaker 1: So we're trading the poor people of the world for
- 20:11Speaker 1: the rich people. That's a good trade. That's a good
- 20:13Speaker 1: trade for taxes. So all good. You go, well, Nevada
- 20:17Speaker 1: doesn't have any taxes, Wayne. Yes, we do. We have
- 20:20Speaker 1: sales taxes. So you may not pay any income tax.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's zero. You may not pay any business tax. It's zero.
- 20:28Speaker 1: But you're going to buy things with all the money
- 20:30Speaker 1: you've saved, right? So if you make a million a
- 20:33Speaker 1: year and you spend a million a year, you're going
- 20:35Speaker 1: to pay $ 100, 000 in sales taxes because our sales tax
- 20:37Speaker 1: is just about 10%. So it's very good for business
- 20:41Speaker 1: that rich people are moving here, and they're going to
- 20:43Speaker 1: spend like crazy because they don't have to pay any taxes.
- 20:46Speaker 1: So they feel like it's free money. So they're going
- 20:49Speaker 1: out to dinner every night, and they're buying fancy clothes,
- 20:52Speaker 1: and they're buying fancy cars. Boy, you wouldn't believe the
- 20:54Speaker 1: amount of Rolls-Royce dealers and Bentley dealers and exotic car dealers,
- 21:01Speaker 1: Porsche dealers there are in Las Vegas. So we really
- 21:04Speaker 1: are doing well. Here's the story. Now let's get to
- 21:07Speaker 1: the details. Billions in taxpayer income are leaving two iconic
- 21:12Speaker 1: states as a new economic map emerges. Democrat-run California and
- 21:16Speaker 1: New York losing billions of dollars as taxpayers flee to
- 21:20Speaker 1: other states. This is what I predicted in 2005. I
- 21:23Speaker 1: never could have known it would get this bad. The
- 21:25Speaker 1: latest IRS data show the top 10. And by the way,
- 21:29Speaker 1: the latest IRS data, I don't know where it's from.
- 21:31Speaker 1: I don't know what year it's from, but I'm guessing
- 21:32Speaker 1: it's from like two or three years ago. It's probably 2021,
- 21:37Speaker 1: 2022 or 2023. And it's only accelerating now. You thought
- 21:42Speaker 1: it was bad then. How about with Mondami as mayor
- 21:45Speaker 1: and Karen Bass and Pac Pellisades burning to the ground?
- 21:49Speaker 1: You know, and Spencer Pratt out of it now. Everyone
- 21:52Speaker 1: wants to leave California. So the latest IRS data show
- 21:55Speaker 1: the top 10 counties with the largest net losses of
- 21:58Speaker 1: taxpayers to other states were all located in California and
- 22:01Speaker 1: New York. Top 10 counties with people running for their lives.
- 22:04Speaker 1: All 10 are in California and New York. Compiled from
- 22:07Speaker 1: federal tax returns, the figures offer one of the clearest
- 22:10Speaker 1: snapshots of where Americans are leaving and where they're relocating
- 22:15Speaker 1: and where their income is moving with them. And these
- 22:20Speaker 1: are going to create shifts in state economies. California, New York,
- 22:25Speaker 1: Illinois are going to be poor and all these zero
- 22:28Speaker 1: tax states are going to be rich. Los Angeles County,
- 22:30Speaker 1: home to Hollywood, and one of the nation's largest economic engines,
- 22:34Speaker 1: led the nation with a net loss of 17,496 tax filers.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And those deporting taxpayers took almost $ 2 billion in income
- 22:44Speaker 1: with them as they moved to other states. And I
- 22:46Speaker 1: guarantee you, every single one of them, if they were
- 22:49Speaker 1: able to leave California and take their income with them,
- 22:52Speaker 1: they'd work out of their home. And they could work online.
- 22:55Speaker 1: And they could bring their income anywhere. Other major counties
- 22:58Speaker 1: in California and New York saw similar outflows. The next
- 23:01Speaker 1: largest taxpayer losses recorded in Queens County, New York, the Bronx,
- 23:05Speaker 1: Suffolk County, New York. And get this one. I never
- 23:07Speaker 1: would have expected this one. Orange County, California. Even in
- 23:11Speaker 1: Orange County, they're running for their lives. Rich, beautiful, on
- 23:15Speaker 1: the beach. Everyone's a Republican. The women are all blonde
- 23:17Speaker 1: and hot. You've never seen such hot women in your
- 23:20Speaker 1: life as Orange County. How do I know? I gave
- 23:22Speaker 1: a speech in Orange County. It was the Women's Republican
- 23:24Speaker 1: Club of Orange County. There were more beautiful blondes in
- 23:27Speaker 1: that one room, 90% of whom were divorced, more beautiful
- 23:31Speaker 1: blondes in that room than you'll ever find in one
- 23:33Speaker 1: room in your life, all Republicans. And even in that
- 23:36Speaker 1: place where everybody has lots of money, they're all running
- 23:39Speaker 1: because they don't want to pay the taxes anymore. So
- 23:43Speaker 1: Manhattan is the exact opposite of Las Vegas. Manhattan gained
- 23:47Speaker 1: more tax filers intrastate, meaning the amount of people who
- 23:52Speaker 1: moved from New York to New York. If you got
- 23:54Speaker 1: out of Queens, you moved to Manhattan. You got out
- 23:56Speaker 1: of the Bronx, you moved to Manhattan. Manhattan gained the
- 23:59Speaker 1: most of any county in the nation while simultaneously losing
- 24:02Speaker 1: $ 1 billion in income. And what that means is the
- 24:06Speaker 1: people who came earned a lot less money than the
- 24:08Speaker 1: people that left. So they lost all their billionaires and
- 24:10Speaker 1: millionaires in And they gained a bunch of little people
- 24:13Speaker 1: that make no money. So Manhattan got screwed. But people
- 24:16Speaker 1: did move there. If you look at where these people
- 24:19Speaker 1: are going, they're not going, it says, to Massachusetts, Illinois,
- 24:22Speaker 1: or California. They're going to Texas. They're going to Tennessee.
- 24:25Speaker 1: They're going to Florida. Places with low or no income
- 24:27Speaker 1: taxes and low overall levels of taxations. It's funny he
- 24:32Speaker 1: didn't mention Nevada because Nevada is right there. The remaining
- 24:35Speaker 1: counties rounding out the top 10 for taxpayer losses. You know,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I wish Trump would bring this up in tonight's speech.
- 24:42Speaker 1: We've already won. The fact is everybody's leaving Democrat states.
- 24:46Speaker 1: They're moving to Republican states. We won. We proved we're right.
- 24:50Speaker 1: It's a fact. The losses, San Diego County, they're leaving.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Nassau County, New York, they're leaving. Riverside County, California, they're leaving.
- 24:57Speaker 1: San Bernardino County, California, they're leaving. Kings County, New York,
- 25:02Speaker 1: they're leaving. And while those two states dominated the counties
- 25:06Speaker 1: with the largest taxpayer losses, other parts of the country
- 25:09Speaker 1: continued attracting new residents. The counties with the largest net gains.
- 25:14Speaker 1: This is where everybody is moving. Maricopa County, Arizona is
- 25:19Speaker 1: number one. Harris County, Texas, number two. That's Houston. By
- 25:23Speaker 1: the way, Maricopa is Phoenix and Scottsdale. Harris County is Houston.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Excuse me. It's Houston, Texas. See, when you sneeze, it
- 25:31Speaker 1: means you're telling the truth. I'll tell the double truth.
- 25:36Speaker 1: King County, Washington. They moved to King County, Washington. That's
- 25:40Speaker 1: shocking because I know this again, this must be old
- 25:43Speaker 1: IRS data from two years ago because they just passed.
- 25:47Speaker 1: King County is, I believe, Seattle, and they just passed
- 25:50Speaker 1: the nation's worst tax law. It's not even nine point
- 25:53Speaker 1: nine percent tax on everyone. It's only on millionaires. So
- 25:58Speaker 1: every single millionaire is going to leave. If you're a millionaire,
- 26:01Speaker 1: you are running from Washington. No one's staying. And I
- 26:04Speaker 1: know for a fact Seattle's emptying out of all the
- 26:06Speaker 1: rich people. So this is old news. And the number
- 26:09Speaker 1: five is Clark County, Nevada, which is Las Vegas. The
- 26:14Speaker 1: vote with your feet movement is real. Americans continue to
- 26:18Speaker 1: leave high tax, highly regulated states for places where they
- 26:22Speaker 1: can keep more of what they earn and face lower
- 26:23Speaker 1: costs of living. And this is a warning. I don't
- 26:26Speaker 1: know why they're not getting it. The Mandamis and Hochul,
- 26:30Speaker 1: the governor of New York, and, of course, Gavin Newsom,
- 26:35Speaker 1: the governor of California, and Karen Bass, you're all destroyed.
- 26:40Speaker 1: The rich people have left, and it's only a trickle
- 26:43Speaker 1: so far. They can't sell their houses. So that's why
- 26:46Speaker 1: more haven't left. They'd all leave if they could sell
- 26:48Speaker 1: their houses. So the reality is there's no one left behind.
- 26:53Speaker 1: to be the tax base and to pay the bills.
- 26:57Speaker 1: There's no one to pay the taxes, let's face it.
- 26:59Speaker 1: We all know, unless you're a complete moron, For years now,
- 27:03Speaker 1: it's a fact that like 90% of all taxes are
- 27:06Speaker 1: paid by rich people, not even middle class people and
- 27:08Speaker 1: no working class and no poor. Poor are net negative.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Poor take out of the system, put nothing into the system.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Middle class people almost pay no taxes, but they don't
- 27:18Speaker 1: really take much out because they're not welfare queens. So
- 27:21Speaker 1: they're kind of break even. And then you've got the
- 27:23Speaker 1: upper middle class people who make like, you know, two, three, four, 500,000
- 27:26Speaker 1: a year. And the rich people who make a million
- 27:28Speaker 1: dollars or more. Those combined groups pay like 90% of
- 27:33Speaker 1: all the taxes in America and every state. If you
- 27:36Speaker 1: lose them, there's nobody left to pay for all the freeloaders.
- 27:40Speaker 1: All the people moving to your state, they're illegal immigrants.
- 27:43Speaker 1: They're all freeloaders. They want everything free from cradle to grave.
- 27:48Speaker 1: There's going to be nobody left to pay the bill
- 27:50Speaker 1: in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Illinois. Try
- 27:56Speaker 1: to think of all the liberal states. Massachusetts, California, Oregon, Washington.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Nobody will be left. Vermont, no one will be left
- 28:04Speaker 1: to pay the taxes. Rhode Island, Hawaii. Hawaii might be
- 28:07Speaker 1: different because I don't think anyone moves there unless they're
- 28:10Speaker 1: rich anyway. You know, you go to a grocery store
- 28:11Speaker 1: in Hawaii, everything's triple what it is in the States.
- 28:14Speaker 1: So you've got to be rich to move to Hawaii
- 28:16Speaker 1: in the first place. You're probably retired and you've got
- 28:18Speaker 1: a big pension and you've got a lot of assets.
- 28:21Speaker 1: So maybe Hawaii won't bleed residents and it's so beautiful.
- 28:24Speaker 1: They might stay there despite every problem. But, you know,
- 28:27Speaker 1: no one's mentioning another thing. I'm the only guy I
- 28:29Speaker 1: know who ever thinks this. It's not just that the
- 28:32Speaker 1: taxes are zero in Las Vegas, Nevada, because I've lived
- 28:35Speaker 1: here 24 years and I've paid zero taxes, income taxes
- 28:38Speaker 1: in 24 years, state income taxes, zero. So I figure
- 28:41Speaker 1: I've saved two or three million dollars over the last
- 28:43Speaker 1: 24 years. But forget that. That's not even the biggest benefit.
- 28:47Speaker 1: The biggest benefit is that if there are no income taxes,
- 28:51Speaker 1: there is no state tax authority, no IRS on the
- 28:54Speaker 1: state level, which means nobody ever bothers you. No one
- 28:56Speaker 1: ever calls you. No one ever sends you a letter.
- 28:59Speaker 1: In 24 years, the state of Nevada has never contacted
- 29:03Speaker 1: me for any reason at all. The city of Las
- 29:06Speaker 1: Vegas once contacted me to ask if my business was
- 29:09Speaker 1: registered in the city of Las Vegas. And that's the
- 29:13Speaker 1: only contact I've ever had in my entire 24 years
- 29:17Speaker 1: with any official in Las Vegas. That's it. So nobody
- 29:22Speaker 1: ever calls you, contacts you, bothers you. There are no regulations.
- 29:27Speaker 1: There's no nothing. 24 years, the state has never called
- 29:31Speaker 1: me or sent me a letter or said boo. Isn't
- 29:34Speaker 1: that joy? Isn't that great? That alone is enough to
- 29:38Speaker 1: make anybody want to leave. California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois, Chicago, Illinois,
- 29:45Speaker 1: another disaster area. Democrat runs. Here's another article about it.
- 29:51Speaker 1: I want to read the last words in it. More
- 29:53Speaker 1: than 26% of New York City residents were considering leaving
- 29:58Speaker 1: the city if Zoran Mondami won the mayoral race. I
- 30:01Speaker 1: told you this long before I ever saw numbers like that.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I said, everyone is going to leave with money and
- 30:07Speaker 1: assets and the ability. To pick up roots, like working
- 30:12Speaker 1: at home or owning your own business. If you can
- 30:14Speaker 1: sell it, you're going to leave. If you can sell
- 30:16Speaker 1: your house, you're going to leave. That's going to be
- 30:17Speaker 1: the one issue. Can you sell a house anymore in
- 30:19Speaker 1: New York or L.A.? Is anyone willing to buy it?
- 30:22Speaker 1: There may be no buyers. But everyone wants to get out.
- 30:26Speaker 1: And I'm telling you, there's no one left to pay
- 30:29Speaker 1: the bill. Not many people saw this coming. I saw
- 30:33Speaker 1: it in 2005. I wrote the book. Millionaire Republican had
- 30:36Speaker 1: predicted exactly this. Vicious cycle. As more and more people leave,
- 30:40Speaker 1: they'd have to keep hiking taxes to higher and higher rates.
- 30:43Speaker 1: While the other states would benefit, like Florida, even though
- 30:46Speaker 1: it's got zero income tax, all the people moving there
- 30:49Speaker 1: brought with them $ 10 billion. And so Florida's, like, bustling.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Florida business is booming. No income tax, and still they're
- 30:57Speaker 1: making money left and right, hand over foot. So I
- 31:02Speaker 1: saw it all coming, ladies and gentlemen. Let me mention
- 31:04Speaker 1: the sponsor of this segment, Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 31:09Speaker 1: The golden age of Trump prosperity is all about making
- 31:11Speaker 1: America the energy capital of the world. Enter Lost Soldier
- 31:14Speaker 1: Oil and Gas. By the way, my birthday party this weekend,
- 31:17Speaker 1: who's flying in for it? Mark Bruner. Oil and gas
- 31:21Speaker 1: legend Mark Bruner is the CEO. His company has created
- 31:24Speaker 1: more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value. He's a big
- 31:26Speaker 1: fan of mine because I put a lot of money,
- 31:29Speaker 1: my own money, into his project. I believe this is
- 31:32Speaker 1: my retirement right here. I will retire, in my opinion,
- 31:35Speaker 1: from Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. That's why I put
- 31:38Speaker 1: my money at its peak. His company, Penteco Energy, grew
- 31:41Speaker 1: 100 to 1 for investors. You put in $ 1, 000, you
- 31:44Speaker 1: got back $ 100, 000. You don't see that very often. And
- 31:47Speaker 1: his company, Ultra Petroleum, soared 1,000 to 1. A $ 10, 000
- 31:51Speaker 1: investment turned into $ 13 million over 10 years. You had
- 31:54Speaker 1: to be patient. You had to wait 10 years to
- 31:56Speaker 1: make the full $ 13 million. Could you be patient to
- 31:59Speaker 1: wait 10 years to turn $ 10, 000 into $ 13 million? I'll
- 32:01Speaker 1: bet you could. I'd give my left arm to wait
- 32:05Speaker 1: 10 years to turn $ 10, 000 into $ 13 million. Most people
- 32:08Speaker 1: in America turn $ 10, 000 into $ 7, 000, more likely. But Lost
- 32:11Speaker 1: Soldier could be bigger than ultra-petroleum. That's what Mark Bruner thinks.
- 32:16Speaker 1: And he also thinks it's the largest gas discovery in
- 32:18Speaker 1: the United States in 100 years. Can you imagine in
- 32:21Speaker 1: a century this could be the most gas ever found
- 32:24Speaker 1: in America? 40,000-acre territory in Wyoming took 40 years to
- 32:28Speaker 1: piece together. The first 4,000 feet drilled so far estimated
- 32:32Speaker 1: to contain up to 6 trillion cubic feet of gas.
- 32:36Speaker 1: It's all about the surge in AI data centers. You've
- 32:37Speaker 1: got to power them somehow. This is the way to
- 32:39Speaker 1: power them with inexpensive, clean, natural gas. To learn more

- 32:49Speaker 1: And remember, Wayne Root's an investor, so I believe in
- 32:51Speaker 1: it right alongside you. Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. We'll
- 32:54Speaker 1: be right back. Our guest is the one and only
- 32:57Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, greatest lawyer maybe in the history of the
- 33:01Speaker 1: United States of America. Alan Dershowitz is with us. We'll
- 33:04Speaker 1: be right back. All right, I'm joined by Kip Herridge,
- 33:10Speaker 1: my old buddy and an economic expert CEO of Vertical
- 33:13Speaker 1: Research Advisory. His website, vrainsider.com. As I've explained on this
- 33:19Speaker 1: show so many times, VRA has beaten the market in
- 33:21Speaker 1: 19 of the last 22 years. since Kip founded the
- 33:25Speaker 1: VRA in 2003. Over the last three years, VRA had
- 33:29Speaker 1: an average gain of 37%. Kip, congratulations on your success.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I've seen it firsthand for over 22 years. I've read
- 33:37Speaker 1: your newsletter for the last 22 plus years. You're my
- 33:40Speaker 1: personal financial expert. How do you guys keep beating the
- 33:44Speaker 1: markets almost every year when 90% of Wall Street money
- 33:47Speaker 1: managers fail to do so? Well, thanks, Wayne.
- 33:51Speaker 3: I worked in that environment 15 years, worked at Wall
- 33:53Speaker 3: Street 15 years, helped take seven companies public, raised and
- 33:56Speaker 3: managed several hundred million dollars. And I know how the
- 33:59Speaker 3: group think of Wall Street works, and that's not how.
- 34:01Speaker 1: People make money.
- 34:02Speaker 3: 90% of money managers, you say, don't beat the markets
- 34:05Speaker 3: every year.
- 34:06Speaker 1: We do.
- 34:07Speaker 3: And the reason really is I had great mentors that
- 34:10Speaker 3: helped me to create what we call our VRA investing system.
- 34:13Speaker 3: It's our proprietary market timing, and sector selection system. It
- 34:18Speaker 3: tells us when to be in the market, when to
- 34:19Speaker 3: be out, when to be aggressive, and when to take
- 34:22Speaker 3: some profits. It takes money to cash. And that helps
- 34:26Speaker 3: us with our sector selection. Again, market timing, those are
- 34:29Speaker 3: real keys. And we also love doing individual stock research.
- 34:32Speaker 3: So that's where you put our clients and subscribers into
- 34:35Speaker 3: and get ETFs, individual stocks. And we also love Bitcoin
- 34:40Speaker 3: and gold, as you know.
- 34:41Speaker 1: And silver.
- 34:42Speaker 3: In 2003, I recommended gold at $ 350 an ounce, silver
- 34:45Speaker 3: at five. We recommended Bitcoin at $ 2, 000 in 2017. And
- 34:51Speaker 3: combined with those three, we're up over 4,000% in gains
- 34:55Speaker 3: for 40 times your money for our subscribers. So we
- 34:57Speaker 3: do things a little differently. Fifth and sixth generation native Texans,
- 35:02Speaker 3: and we love what we do here in Texas.
- 35:04Speaker 1: Well, I'm a witness to all of it. I've been
- 35:05Speaker 1: there for all of it. There's a lot of fear
- 35:07Speaker 1: out there today, Kip. What should investors know about the
- 35:09Speaker 1: stock market right now? Yeah, you got to be in
- 35:11Speaker 1: this market. That's what investors should know. Look, volatility is
- 35:15Speaker 1: the price of a vision. It just is.
- 35:16Speaker 3: It comes with the territory. But these dips give us
- 35:19Speaker 3: great buying opportunities. We've been the most bullish market strategist
- 35:23Speaker 3: in America for the last four years.
- 35:25Speaker 1: We call this the.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Innovation revolution meets the Trump economic miracle meets an absolute
- 35:31Speaker 3: ocean of liquidity.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Those are our big three.
- 35:33Speaker 3: Again, Trump's economic miracle this year is really going to
- 35:36Speaker 3: start paying its dues.
- 35:37Speaker 1: We expect GDP growth to hit 5% this year.
- 35:40Speaker 3: We expect the markets to, we think the bull market
- 35:42Speaker 3: runs into the 2030s.
- 35:44Speaker 1: All right, everyone. I mean, everyone gets two weeks free
- 35:48Speaker 1: automatically by going to VRAinsider.com. Two weeks free. Judge for yourself. VRAinsider.com.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Kip Herridge, thank you. Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:35Speaker 2: All right.
- 36:36Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root from Las Vegas, the city that's growing
- 36:39Speaker 1: with rich people. I don't think it's grown with everyone,
- 36:43Speaker 1: but I think it's grown with rich people. I know.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I live in Summerlin. It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable. You know
- 36:48Speaker 1: what makes us different than every other city in the
- 36:49Speaker 1: United States? Los Angeles has almost no gated communities, almost zero.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Like in the whole Los Angeles, there might be like
- 36:56Speaker 1: three gated communities, if that. And those are all with
- 36:59Speaker 1: $ 100 million houses at the top of Beverly Hills. Magic
- 37:03Speaker 1: Johnson lives up there. Movie company heads live up there.
- 37:08Speaker 1: The head of Warner Brothers lives up there. The head
- 37:09Speaker 1: of Paramount lives up there. These are $ 100 million homes.
- 37:12Speaker 1: That's the only gated communities. But in Las Vegas, everything
- 37:15Speaker 1: in Summerlin is a gated community. Almost everybody in Summerlin
- 37:18Speaker 1: lives with a gate. You can't get in without the gate.
- 37:21Speaker 1: And behind those gates are million-dollar houses, not $ 10 million,
- 37:24Speaker 1: $ 20 million, $ 50 million, $ 100 million, just million-dollar houses, $ 1. 2 million, $ 1. 5 million,
- 37:29Speaker 1: $ 2 million, and in some cases $ 10 million and $ 20
- 37:31Speaker 1: million houses. Everyone lives behind gates, and therefore there's no robberies.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Therefore there's no carjackings. Therefore, there's no home invasions. It's
- 37:39Speaker 1: a great way to live. I love living in a
- 37:41Speaker 1: gated community in Summerlin. Sponsor of this segment of the show,
- 37:45Speaker 1: Tangible Investments. That's how you get a gated community. That's
- 37:49Speaker 1: how you afford a gated community. You've got to own gold.
- 37:51Speaker 1: How important is its own gold? China's central bank just
- 37:54Speaker 1: increased their gold reserves for the 19th consecutive month. China's
- 37:58Speaker 1: prepared for what's coming. Are you? And I don't make
- 38:01Speaker 1: too many predictions about gold. I'll make one right now.
- 38:03Speaker 1: China will buy all-time record for the 20th consecutive month
- 38:06Speaker 1: and then the 21st and then the 22nd. China knows
- 38:10Speaker 1: that they're going to cause some bad times and probably
- 38:12Speaker 1: World War III is coming and probably civil war is
- 38:15Speaker 1: coming in America. They're going to instigate it. They're going
- 38:17Speaker 1: to cause it. They're going to really cause us a
- 38:20Speaker 1: lot of problems. You've got to be prepared. They are.
- 38:23Speaker 1: But just buying gold is not enough. You need to
- 38:26Speaker 1: buy gold at the right price. This is where buyers
- 38:28Speaker 1: get misled. Other gold companies say we charge only 1%
- 38:32Speaker 1: over cost. That means nothing. Whose cost are they talking about?
- 38:36Speaker 1: The real question you need to ask is. What are
- 38:39Speaker 1: you charging me over spot price? Which you can look
- 38:42Speaker 1: up online at 100 different gold sites. Then compare the
- 38:46Speaker 1: answer to tangible investments. These guys charge 1% over spot
- 38:50Speaker 1: for gold. Unheard of. No one's ever done something like that.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Tangible has been in business for more than 40 years.
- 38:55Speaker 1: They've handled more than $ 2 billion in transactions involving precious metals,
- 39:00Speaker 1: and their team brings over 200 combined years of experience.
- 39:03Speaker 1: They offer gold bullion 1% over spot, silver as low
- 39:07Speaker 1: as 3% over spot. Unheard of. If you want gold, silver,
- 39:10Speaker 1: precious metals, or rare coins from a real firm with
- 39:13Speaker 1: real credibility and honest pricing, Call Tangible Investments right now, 888-330-4351, 888.

- 39:36Speaker 1: They'll roll out the red carpet. You'll be a VIP.
- 39:39Speaker 1: And you'll get gold at 1% over spot. Silver at
- 39:41Speaker 1: 3% over spot. Rootforgold.com. All right, Alan Dershowitz is with us,
- 39:45Speaker 1: one of the greatest lawyers in American history, some would
- 39:48Speaker 1: argue the greatest, professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, best-selling author,
- 39:53Speaker 1: and his newest book, I love this title, Founding Fathers
- 39:57Speaker 1: and One Jewish Mother. I love that. Love that. Alan,
- 40:01Speaker 1: welcome to the show.
- 40:01Speaker 4: Well, thanks.
- 40:03Speaker 2: You know, I wrote this book for the 250th anniversary
- 40:05Speaker 2: of America. I own a lot of the documents of Liberty,
- 40:09Speaker 2: original copies. I have letters of Thomas Jefferson's Alexander Hamilton,
- 40:14Speaker 2: George Washington. I have an early copy of the Declaration,
- 40:18Speaker 2: the Constitution, and I put them all together in a
- 40:21Speaker 2: book glorifying the establishment of America. And then I also
- 40:25Speaker 2: own the documents establishing Israel. The one Jewish mother, of course,
- 40:30Speaker 2: is Golda Meir.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Golda Meir, yeah.
- 40:32Speaker 4: Like David Ben-Gurion and Theodor Herzl.
- 40:35Speaker 2: And the similarity between the founding of these two countries
- 40:39Speaker 2: is absolutely remarkable. Thomas Jefferson is David Ben-Gurion. They both
- 40:44Speaker 2: wanted to have agrarian countries. Alexander Hamilton is Benjamin Netanyahu.
- 40:49Speaker 2: They wanted to have international commercial companies. We both had
- 40:53Speaker 2: problems with native population, the Palestinians, the Native Americans.
- 40:57Speaker 4: African-Americans, so many similarities.
- 41:00Speaker 2: And I bring them together in this book you can
- 41:03Speaker 2: get on Amazon right now.
- 41:04Speaker 4: So if you're in a July 4th spirit, even though
- 41:07Speaker 4: we're beyond that a week, you know, get this book.
- 41:09Speaker 4: I think you'll enjoy it.
- 41:11Speaker 1: And by the way, I want to mention something I
- 41:12Speaker 1: talk about all the time on my shows. The pirates,
- 41:17Speaker 1: the Muslim pirates. Of Tripoli, that's how the Marines got formed,
- 41:21Speaker 1: under Thomas Jefferson, who was the most anti-war president in
- 41:25Speaker 1: the history of America, the most libertarian anti-war guy who said,
- 41:29Speaker 1: I don't want any foreign entanglements. The entire eight years
- 41:32Speaker 1: of his presidency, we were fighting the pirates who were
- 41:36Speaker 1: all Muslim, who were capturing our sailors and enslaving them
- 41:39Speaker 1: and killing them. And so that hasn't changed either. I mean,
- 41:43Speaker 1: you talked about the problems we had with Indians, Native Indians.
- 41:47Speaker 1: The problems we've had with Muslims began from the first
- 41:50Speaker 1: day of the founding of America.
- 41:53Speaker 2: Well, from the halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli.
- 41:59Speaker 2: And the shores of Tripoli were obviously the problems that
- 42:02Speaker 2: we had with Muslims who didn't think Americans had the
- 42:07Speaker 2: right to be in the Mediterranean.
- 42:09Speaker 4: And they would go and they would kidnap. And, you know,
- 42:12Speaker 4: the Americans— Enslave.
- 42:14Speaker 1: And enslave our sailors.
- 42:16Speaker 4: And they beat them.
- 42:17Speaker 2: You know, we've had— both America and Israel have had enemies
- 42:21Speaker 2: from the very beginning, but they've.
- 42:22Speaker 4: Emerged as the strongest nations. America, the strongest in the world.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Israel, the strongest in the Middle East, although they're always
- 42:30Speaker 2: fighting for their survival. with the Iranians and the Turks
- 42:34Speaker 2: and who knows what else. But they both managed to
- 42:37Speaker 2: survive and maintain democracy.
- 42:39Speaker 4: That's the key.
- 42:40Speaker 2: They're both democratic countries with equal rights for all. And
- 42:44Speaker 2: that's rare, certainly rare in the Middle East. Israel is
- 42:47Speaker 2: the only country that's a democracy in the Middle East.
- 42:50Speaker 2: And America is the strongest democracy in the world.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I doubt I can ever catch you on anything because
- 42:55Speaker 1: you're a very learned man filled with wisdom. But I
- 42:58Speaker 1: want to make sure you know that America would not
- 43:00Speaker 1: be here today if it weren't for the American Revolution.
- 43:04Speaker 1: And the American Revolution would not have been won if
- 43:06Speaker 1: it were not for a Jew. Very few people in
- 43:09Speaker 1: America know that, that one Jew, I think his name
- 43:11Speaker 1: was Chaim Solomon, something like that, funded the entire American Revolution.
- 43:17Speaker 4: He gave money to George Washington.
- 43:19Speaker 2: He didn't charge a penny interest in order to fund
- 43:23Speaker 2: the revolution.
- 43:24Speaker 4: He loved America. He came from Europe.
- 43:28Speaker 2: He was an immigrant and he loved America and he
- 43:31Speaker 2: helped finance the revolution. And the Continental Congress acknowledged that
- 43:38Speaker 2: and how important it was. And, you know, Jews died
- 43:41Speaker 2: in the revolution. Jews died in the Civil War. There's
- 43:45Speaker 2: a lot of Jewish blood that has been spilled for America.
- 43:49Speaker 2: And we're so proud of Jews' contribution as well as
- 43:53Speaker 2: the contribution of everybody else.
- 43:54Speaker 4: So many people, so many people.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Gave their lives to support America, starting, you know, even
- 44:01Speaker 2: before the revolution and going until tragically not many years
- 44:06Speaker 2: ago when Iranians killed American Marines in the barracks and
- 44:11Speaker 2: blew up American ships.
- 44:14Speaker 4: Military installations.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Beirut, yeah. So, let me ask you a question. I
- 44:23Speaker 1: hear sometimes some of the Muslim politicians in America and
- 44:27Speaker 1: some of the liberal Democrats claiming that America had Muslims
- 44:30Speaker 1: from the very first day, and I think that's a
- 44:33Speaker 1: complete lie. To your knowledge, I know there were Jews
- 44:36Speaker 1: from the first day and there were Christians from the
- 44:37Speaker 1: first day. I don't believe there were ever any Muslims
- 44:40Speaker 1: from from the first day in the history of America.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Are you aware of any?
- 44:44Speaker 4: I've never heard of it at all.
- 44:46Speaker 2: I know that there were some Muslims who were deeply
- 44:49Speaker 2: involved in the African slave trade. Many of the traders
- 44:53Speaker 2: who were in Africa were Muslims, but I'm not aware.
- 44:58Speaker 2: There could be, but I'm simply not aware of any
- 45:01Speaker 2: identified Muslims early in American history. Look, you know, we
- 45:05Speaker 2: had clashes in American history. Adams and Jefferson were both anti-Catholic.
- 45:11Speaker 2: They thought that the popes would try to come to
- 45:14Speaker 2: America and turn America into a theocracy. And you read
- 45:19Speaker 2: some of their letters, and they're bigoted against Catholics. But
- 45:24Speaker 2: George Washington, in his famous letter, said that we will.
- 45:29Speaker 4: Not tolerate bigotry.
- 45:30Speaker 2: He was the first head of any country to to
- 45:32Speaker 2: give completely equal rights to Jews, the Catholics, and if
- 45:36Speaker 2: there were Muslims, they would have had equal rights as well.
- 45:39Speaker 4: Our country was founded on.
- 45:41Speaker 2: Religious freedom, religious dissent, political freedom, political dissent, and they've
- 45:46Speaker 2: continued that tradition until today.
- 45:48Speaker 4: Now the American left is trying to destroy it.
- 45:51Speaker 2: They're trying to create a kind of political theocracy where
- 45:55Speaker 2: if you don't agree with them, you're not allowed in.
- 45:58Speaker 4: For example, the Democratic Socialists of.
- 46:00Speaker 2: America won't allow you to join their party unless you're
- 46:04Speaker 2: prepared to say that Israel shouldn't exist.
- 46:07Speaker 4: Nancy Pelosi yesterday. Nancy Pelosi.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Voting to deny Israel military aid, not only necessary for
- 46:16Speaker 2: Israel's survival, but that so benefits the United States.
- 46:20Speaker 4: Israel helped develop the Iron Dome, so many other things.
- 46:23Speaker 2: Israel's military capacity helps America.
- 46:27Speaker 4: And despicably, some.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Democrats, including some very, very prominent Democrats, are against any
- 46:34Speaker 2: aid and even any military exchanges, because, you know, the
- 46:38Speaker 2: aid that Israel gets comes right back to America. Every
- 46:41Speaker 2: penny Israel gets has to be spent. in America, on American,
- 46:46Speaker 2: on Boeing, on General Dynamics, on you name it. But
- 46:49Speaker 2: they have to reinvest it back in America. And so
- 46:52Speaker 2: America benefits. Americans are employed because of aid to Israel.
- 46:57Speaker 4: So it hurts us.
- 46:59Speaker 2: Americans if we would cut back on military aid essential,
- 47:04Speaker 2: not only to Israel, but to the survival of America's
- 47:06Speaker 2: allies in the Middle East.
- 47:08Speaker 1: It's interesting that you brought that up, Alan. We're talking
- 47:10Speaker 1: to Alan Dershowitz, one of the great alerted lawyers in
- 47:12Speaker 1: the history of this country and maybe in the world,
- 47:15Speaker 1: and a good friend of the show and a good
- 47:16Speaker 1: friend of Wayne Root. I love Alan. And I must say, Alan,
- 47:20Speaker 1: that I was kind of anti the Ukraine war, the
- 47:23Speaker 1: funding of the Ukraine war. And the reason wasn't because
- 47:25Speaker 1: I had anything against Ukraine, it was that I always
- 47:29Speaker 1: believed that the money was being stolen. Most of the
- 47:31Speaker 1: money we gave them, I believed, and I think now
- 47:34Speaker 1: it's been proven I was right. A lot of it
- 47:36Speaker 1: was stolen by Zelensky, by his generals, by the mafia there,
- 47:40Speaker 1: by the Nazis there. The money was given out, and
- 47:43Speaker 1: it wasn't used for the war. And yet, with all
- 47:46Speaker 1: the hatred in America for Jews, and let's face it,
- 47:48Speaker 1: it's ripe now for It's everywhere, the hatred for Jews
- 47:51Speaker 1: and the hatred for Israel. I've never heard one person
- 47:54Speaker 1: ever say, even the enemies of Israel, have never tried
- 47:57Speaker 1: to say that one penny has ever been stolen, the
- 48:00Speaker 1: aid that we give Israel. Ukraine, they may have stolen
- 48:03Speaker 1: the money, but in Israel, nobody stole the money. They
- 48:06Speaker 1: use it to survive and fight our enemies and their enemies.
- 48:10Speaker 1: Am I on the money with that?
- 48:11Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Every penny is accounted for because it must be reinvested
- 48:16Speaker 2: in the United States. And it must employ Americans working
- 48:19Speaker 2: in America at American military factories, which produce the planes
- 48:25Speaker 2: that are then sent to Israel to help Israel with
- 48:28Speaker 2: the United States destroy enemy targets in Iran.
- 48:32Speaker 4: You look at the way Israel and.
- 48:33Speaker 2: America together with the F-35s and the B-2s together went
- 48:39Speaker 2: in and destroyed some of the Iran military capacities.
- 48:42Speaker 4: That's where American aid to Israel goes.
- 48:45Speaker 2: And Netanyahu has said, look, he wants to pull back
- 48:48Speaker 2: a little bit on American aid. He wants Israel to
- 48:50Speaker 2: become self-reliant and independent. And so the people who say
- 48:54Speaker 2: we're anti-Israel because he gets too much money from Israel
- 48:56Speaker 2: are no longer going to be able to have that excuse. Look, anti-Zionism,
- 49:01Speaker 2: for the most part, is a disguise for anti-Semitism. only
- 49:06Speaker 2: Jewish state in the world, and you don't complain about Sudan,
- 49:09Speaker 2: you don't complain about China, you don't even complain about
- 49:13Speaker 2: Russia in Ukraine, if you only complain about the nation-state
- 49:17Speaker 2: Jewish people, you're an anti-Semite.
- 49:19Speaker 4: You're an international anti-Semite.
- 49:22Speaker 2: Instead of saying you're a Jew, I don't like you,
- 49:24Speaker 2: you're saying you're a Jewish country, we don't like you.
- 49:27Speaker 1: Well, that's, I think, where they got this whole genocide
- 49:29Speaker 1: thing from, which makes me so angry every time I
- 49:31Speaker 1: hear it. Every country in the world that gets attacked
- 49:34Speaker 1: hits back hard. When they attacked Pearl Harbor, we bombed
- 49:37Speaker 1: Japan till there was nothing left. Then we dropped two
- 49:39Speaker 1: atomic bombs on them, on their civilian population. We firebombed
- 49:44Speaker 1: Germany till there was nothing left. And we killed so
- 49:47Speaker 1: many civilians. Because that's called war, and that's how you
- 49:51Speaker 1: win a war. When someone attacks you, you have to
- 49:53Speaker 1: attack back. Well, Israel does it, and the whole world's
- 49:56Speaker 1: up in arms. Oh, my God, it's genocide. Israel hasn't
- 49:59Speaker 1: done anything in Gaza that hasn't been done by America
- 50:04Speaker 1: to our enemies and every other country in the world
- 50:06Speaker 1: to their enemies.
- 50:07Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 50:08Speaker 2: And the ratio of innocent people to combatants is lower
- 50:13Speaker 2: in Israel than in any country in the world. People
- 50:16Speaker 2: don't realize, even on D-Day, when American soldiers, young kids,
- 50:21Speaker 2: sacrificed their lives to go to Europe and free the
- 50:25Speaker 2: European countries, many French citizens, civilians, were killed in the battle. Killed?
- 50:31Speaker 4: Because they were in the way. That's what war is about,
- 50:34Speaker 4: collateral damage.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Killing of innocent civilians when the American soldiers, if you
- 50:40Speaker 2: saw Band of Brothers, great television show.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Right, great show.
- 50:44Speaker 4: When Americans went to a home or a store.
- 50:50Speaker 2: On the way to Berlin, and they would go into
- 50:53Speaker 2: the store and knock, they would get killed.
- 50:54Speaker 4: So what they did is they.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Blew up the house, and they blew up the store,
- 50:58Speaker 2: and inevitably there would be some civilian casualties. America, like Israel,
- 51:02Speaker 2: tries desperately to lower the number of civilian casualties, unlike the.
- 51:07Speaker 4: Palestinians' leadership, which wants to maximize casualties.
- 51:11Speaker 2: Both Israeli casualties and Palestinian casualties, so they can claim
- 51:17Speaker 2: falsely that Israel was involved in genocide.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Human shields. They've got human shields, and we've never done
- 51:22Speaker 1: that in the history of the United States or Israel.
- 51:24Speaker 1: put civilians purposely in the way so they'll get killed
- 51:27Speaker 1: and you could claim, oh my gosh, the other guy's
- 51:30Speaker 1: the bad guy. They're evil. All right, Alan, I could
- 51:32Speaker 1: talk to you for hours and I would, except in
- 51:35Speaker 1: about five minutes, I'm on Steve Bannon's show. So I've
- 51:38Speaker 1: got to cut my podcast a few minutes short. I will.
- 51:41Speaker 1: I will. I'll say hi to him for you.
- 51:44Speaker 4: Last question, real quick.
- 51:45Speaker 1: You changed the Republican Party. You said for the first
- 51:47Speaker 1: time since 1959, you're no longer a Democrat. Now you're
- 51:51Speaker 1: a Republican. I assume that has stuck and you still
- 51:53Speaker 1: agree with that, yes?
- 51:55Speaker 4: I agree with it. I wrote a book about it.
- 51:57Speaker 4: It'll be out pretty soon called Why I Left the.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Dems and So Should You, Confessions of a Reluctant Republican.
- 52:03Speaker 2: And I tell a story about why I left. And,
- 52:06Speaker 2: you know, I hope someday, maybe in my lifetime, I'm
- 52:09Speaker 2: going to be 88. I hope I can get back
- 52:11Speaker 2: to the Democrats. But they kicked me out, basically. They
- 52:14Speaker 2: left me as they left Ronald Reagan.
- 52:17Speaker 1: We don't want you to go back. We want to
- 52:18Speaker 1: keep you forever. I'm not letting you go. I am
- 52:21Speaker 1: not letting you go, Alan Dershowitz. All right. I got
- 52:23Speaker 1: to go because I got to get on Steve Bannon's show.
- 52:25Speaker 1: But I appreciate you. Love you. And always a big fan.
- 52:29Speaker 1: Thank you, Alan.
- 52:30Speaker 4: Thank you so much for having me.
- 52:31Speaker 1: All right. We'll have you back again soon. Wayne Allyn Root.
- 52:34Speaker 1: That's it for tonight. I'm headed over to Steve Bannon's
- 52:36Speaker 1: show right now. War Room on Real America's Voice TV Network.
- 52:40Speaker 4: I'm Wayne Allyn Root.
- 52:40Speaker 1: This has been... War Zone Live. There's so many names,
- 52:43Speaker 1: hard to, my gosh, keep all set in my mind.
