- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. The battle over transparency in Jeffrey Epstein continues
- 0:10to rage in New Mexico, and now authorities in New
- 0:14Mexico are accusing the federal government, the DOJ, of refusing
- 0:20to turn over documents. Now, I know that's going to
- 0:23shock everybody, because of course we're dealing with the most
- 0:26transparent administration in history, according to them, and they should
- 0:30have no problem turning over this documentation, well if they
- 0:35weren't running a cover up. But unfortunately, this cover up
- 0:39is alive and well, and the people who promised us
- 0:42that they were going to blow the lid off of
- 0:44it are now enabling it. And if that doesn't get
- 0:48you mad, I don't know what will. So in this episode,
- 0:52we're going to dive down to New Mexico and we're
- 0:55going to get an update on the battle for the
- 0:57unredacted documents. This article was published by CNN and the
- 1:02headline New Mexico Attorney General says DOJ is withholding critical
- 1:07information related to Epstein' Zoro Ranch. This article was authored
- 1:13by Kineta Liar and look, this should not be a
- 1:17surprise to anybody. This has been the game with Zoro
- 1:20Ranch from the beginning. There's a reason this place wasn't rated.
- 1:24What do you think they forgot? It wasn't on their
- 1:26to do list? They actively avoided it. So you should
- 1:32be asking yourself and the people in charge why New
- 1:37Mexico Attorney General Roald Torres is accusing the US Justice
- 1:41Department of withholding access to unredacted files related to late
- 1:45convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, arguing that the lack of
- 1:49cooperation is preventing the state from bringing justice to survivors.
- 1:55Every day that the USDJ withholds these records the foundation
- 1:59upon which a new Mexico prosecution to be built. E Rhodes.
- 2:03Torres wrote in a scathing letter to Acting Attorney General
- 2:07Todd Blanche on June thirtieth that was publicly released on Thursday.
- 2:13I mean, at some point somebody has to check Todd
- 2:16Blanche right and say, look, dude, you're doing this wrong.
- 2:18Everything you're doing is a bunch of bs, and you're
- 2:21obviously obviously at the helm of a cover up. So
- 2:27is there ever going to be anybody that steps up
- 2:29to the plate and holds these people accountable? I mean
- 2:32it's Congress's job, but they're not doing it. The Senate
- 2:35they have no desire to do it. Everybody scared a
- 2:38Donald Trump. They make no mistake. That was the whole
- 2:42entire point of getting rid of all the people that
- 2:44were involved in the discharged position. On the Republican side,
- 2:49there can be no debate, there can be nobody going
- 2:53against the grain. Everybody has to march and lockstep, and
- 2:57for me, that is unacceptable. Not only that it's wholly Unamerican,
- 3:02it goes against the spirit of what America is and
- 3:05who we are as a people. Listen, folks, it's one
- 3:08thing to be an agitator and act like a fool,
- 3:11like we see some people doing with Charlie Kirk, and
- 3:14it's a whole less other thing to be somebody that's
- 3:16demanding accountability. There's no exploding microphones here, folks. All the
- 3:22documentations there, all the witnesses are there. The question is
- 3:27who's listening. Witnesses relocate and become unreachable. Memories already strained
- 3:33by yours of trauma fade further. Physical and documentary evidence
- 3:37to grades is lost or is rendered more difficult to
- 3:40authenticate with the passage of time. Torres added, and that's
- 3:44what I was talking about previously. The longer they're able
- 3:48to exhaust us, the longer they're able to kick the
- 3:51ball down the road, the better off for them. I mean, look,
- 3:55they waited this long, and they waited out Virginia. That
- 4:00was always part of the plan, because I have to
- 4:03tell you, if Virginia was here, she'd bereckoned these dudes.
- 4:07You thought she was going bananas the first time around,
- 4:10forget it, and guess what, she wouldn't be alone. But
- 4:14the longer we wait, the more chanceer is that people
- 4:18who know the truth, people who know what happened, aren't
- 4:22going to be around, or the memories degrade or the
- 4:25evidence walks away. We all know the story and we
- 4:30all recognize the hustle. Torres letter marks the latest criticism
- 4:34of the US Justice Department's handling of the Epstein case,
- 4:37as Congress forced the Department to release files related to
- 4:41the sex trafficker with a bipartisan bill late last year. Well, yeah,
- 4:45it wasn't Trump. I know, he takes credit for it.
- 4:48You know, he's done more for Epstein's survivors than anyone
- 4:52imagine saying that with a straight face. Imagine actually saying
- 4:56that with a straight face. Ros out here, rage baiting everybody,
- 5:00the President of the United States acting like a troll
- 5:03on X or I guess it would be truth social right,
- 5:06it gets reposted to X. The whole last thing is
- 5:09like a bad TV show At this point, what else
- 5:12can you call it? New Mexico is investigating allegations of
- 5:19a legal activity surrounding the property Epstein owned near Santa Fe,
- 5:23known as Zoro Ranch. A Justice Department spokesperson told CNN
- 5:27that the agency substantatively responded last month to request from
- 5:32the New Mexico Attorney General's office. The DOJ reiterates that
- 5:36it welcomes New Mexico undertaking additional investigation of the Zoro
- 5:40Ranch and stands ready to provide necessary assistance with New
- 5:44Mexico's investigation, the spokesperson said in a statement. Should that
- 5:49investigation uncover potential federal crimes, the DOJ will work closely
- 5:54with our law enforcement partners to investigate, as appropriate prosecute.
- 5:59Oh yeah, well, I'm gonna sleep well tonight. In fact,
- 6:03I'm gonna stop talking about this because you know, the
- 6:06authorities are here and they're gonna make sure everything's fine,
- 6:09the same people that fucked it up the first time around.
- 6:12Nobody believes you, okay, and if you really wanted to help,
- 6:16you'd be turning this documentation over, not act in the full.
- 6:22The New Mexico criminal probe was reopened in February after
- 6:25the USDJ release of millions of files related to Epstein,
- 6:30which included a twenty nineteen email received by a local
- 6:33radio host that alleged that somewhere in the hills outside
- 6:36of Zorro, two foreign girls were buried on orders of
- 6:40Jeffrey and Madam g. That allegation is unverified, but it's
- 6:45also not clear to what extent it had been investigated
- 6:48by law enforcement before the recent renewed interest in Epstein.
- 6:52Let me help you out. It wasn't investigated, okay, up
- 6:56until recently when all of you got interested in this.
- 6:59Nobody gave fuck. And for all these years, the DJ
- 7:02was able to do whatever they wanted because there was
- 7:04no pushback, because people were trying to classify this story
- 7:08as some gigantic conspiracy, you know, like an exploding microphone
- 7:13on someone's chest, when in reality this is anything but now,
- 7:18of course, there's a lot of people out there that
- 7:20have injected shit into this story that just isn't true.
- 7:25But what we talk about the path we're on, Well,
- 7:28go back and check the records. Every single person that
- 7:31we've talked about on this podcast was named in those files,
- 7:35every last person. Some of the Epstein's survivors, including Chantay
- 7:41Davies and the late Virginia Roberts, have said the ranch
- 7:45was one of the places where they were sexually assaulted
- 7:48Annie Farmer as well. Let's not forget Annie. Several lawmakers
- 7:52criticized the heavy redactions in the Epstein files. The dj
- 7:56began releasing in December of twenty twenty five, and the
- 7:59US DOJ's internal watchdog is reviewing the redaction process. Some
- 8:05members of Congress have been allowed to view the unredacted documents,
- 8:10but they have to travel to a DOJ annex sit
- 8:13at one of four DOJ owned computers, use a clunky
- 8:17and convoluted software system provided by DOJ, and search for
- 8:22and read documents while DOJ staffers look over our shoulders.
- 8:26According to Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin, the ranking member of
- 8:30the House Judiciary Committee, so where's the oversight? Who's providing it?
- 8:35Is the DOJ providing oversight? To Congress or is it
- 8:38vice versa. Imagine being part of Congress and letting these
- 8:41dudes run rough shot over you. I'd be going crazy,
- 8:44it's all I'd be talking about. You think Thomas Massey
- 8:47was annoying? Let me get elected to Congress. I would
- 8:50end up being the most hated person to ever step
- 8:53into those halls. I would go there for one term
- 8:57and I would look to do nothing but disrupt. That's right,
- 9:00all their bullshit, all their craziness. Disrupt it. Not voting
- 9:05for that, Sorry, that's bullshit. Oh no, that's a terrible bill.
- 9:09Not voting for that either. And for those of you
- 9:11who know me, you know that I have a background
- 9:14in political science, but I don't run around yapp and
- 9:18about it all the time because guess what, it's meaningless,
- 9:20Okay when you really get down to it, besides understanding
- 9:24you know, political theory and shit useless. But boy, I
- 9:29would love to walk into those halls and let Congress
- 9:34really know how I feel, because at some point there
- 9:36has to be somebody that does it right. Look, all
- 9:39you people are crazy. Everything you're doing is criminal, basically,
- 9:44and the whole reason all of you, for the most part,
- 9:46I won't say everybody, because I don't believe in absolutes.
- 9:50But the reason that most of these people go to
- 9:52Congress or the Senate is for personal benefit, not for
- 9:55their district, not for their constituents, not for you or me,
- 9:59for themselves. Have you taken a look at Nancy Pelosi's
- 10:02stock trades? Have you taken a look at the Trump
- 10:05Boys and how they've benefited? Now, go to the grocery
- 10:09store and see how it's working for you. But sure
- 10:14tell me how great Congress is and how much they
- 10:16care about you. In last week's letter, Torres outlined six
- 10:20attempts from the new Mexico DOJ office to reach the
- 10:24federal agency, including a February thirteen request for documents and
- 10:28an effort last month to set up an in person
- 10:31meeting during Torres's visit to Washington, d C. Despite verbal
- 10:35assurances of cooperation from the USDJ, access to the records
- 10:40has not been granted, no substantinative response has been provided,
- 10:45and more than one hundred and thirty days have now
- 10:47elapsed since the New Mexico Department of Justice initial request.
- 10:51Torres wrote, the NMDJ views this length of time as
- 10:55an unreasonable delay under any rule of reason. Well, I
- 11:00would say so, Like, imagine being part of the DOJ.
- 11:03You get this request and you're like, da, maybe we'll see.
- 11:07Let's see what todd baby Billy Blanche says. As part
- 11:11of the criminal investigation, New Mexico authorities searched Toro a
- 11:14Ranch in March. Oh well, that's great, about ten years
- 11:18too late. Separately, the state has a special legislative panel
- 11:22called the New Mexico Survivor Truth Commission, which is also
- 11:26investigating zor Ranch. Last month, the committee subpoenaed multiple banks,
- 11:31several US attorney's offices, as well as the office of
- 11:34Torres and New Mexico Governor Michelle Leujon Grisham for information. Well. Good,
- 11:40they should have done all of that, and I hope
- 11:42they keep doing it because it's a long time coming.
- 11:47Everybody who was involved, everybody who looked the other way,
- 11:50everybody who did anything that could be indictable, should be indicted,
- 11:55just like with any other criminal operation. That's all I'm
- 11:58asking for. On the asking for a pogram, I'm not
- 12:01asking for people to be dragged from their homes. What
- 12:05I am asking for is a real robust investigation, and
- 12:09you know, why because it's never happened up until now,
- 12:12So until it does, you could expect my fat yap
- 12:16to keep moving, all right. So that's gonna do it
- 12:20for this one, and after this episode you could expect
- 12:23another two episodes of my Tyler Robinson slash Charlie Kirk
- 12:27series talking about the trial and where things are at.
- 12:31And honestly, I think it all dovetails into what we
- 12:34talk about with Epstein, the legal system, all the crazy conspiracies,
- 12:39all of it, and considering the stakes at that trial,
- 12:43I think the truth matters, and that's my plan to
- 12:45try to get as close to the truth as we
- 12:47possibly can. Like with our Epstein work, we're gonna do
- 12:51the same exact thing and apply the same level of
- 12:53scrutiny that we do here to the Charlie Kirk trial
- 12:58and what's going on with Tyler Robinson, because look, I'm
- 13:01not gonna sit here and tell you that I take
- 13:02everything the state says at face value. You know I don't.
- 13:06But at the same time, I'm not gonna be dog
- 13:08walked by a bunch of grifters and chaos merchants. I
- 13:12want the truth. So that's what we're going to try
- 13:15and get to the truth. So buckle up, folks. We
- 13:18have a long ride through this muck to get to
- 13:21the clarity. All the information that goes with this episode
- 13:25can be found in the description box.
