- 0:16Speaker 3: A dream, Yes, high school Fantasy the Tub. Yes, honestly,
- 0:23Speaker 3: we are so excited about this having Dylan Efron on
- 0:27Speaker 3: our podcast.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Yes.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I mean he's a digital creator and adventure enthusiast. But
- 0:31Speaker 1: to me, he stole the show in season three of
- 0:34Speaker 1: The Traders as a Faithful, as a Faithful and spoiler alert.
- 0:38Speaker 5: They won.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Yeah, he won.
- 0:39Speaker 5: He's one of the winners.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Yes, let's bring him on in.
- 0:42Speaker 5: Let's bring him on in. Everyone welcome Dylan Ephron.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Okay, we amportant question before we jump right in. Who
- 0:54Speaker 1: on your team is a scrubber? Oh, there's gotta be
- 0:59Speaker 1: someone on your team because the word on the street
- 1:01Speaker 1: is that we were the lucky podcast to get you.
- 1:05Speaker 1: And I was like, there's got to be someone on
- 1:07Speaker 1: his team.
- 1:13Speaker 5: Maybe a good podcast.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Tanya okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay.
- 1:22Speaker 4: I wish I had answer.
- 1:26Speaker 2: It's me.
- 1:30Speaker 4: I've been No. I'm behind on podcasts because I switched
- 1:33Speaker 4: to audio books. I did all the a Qatar and
- 1:36Speaker 4: Fourth Wing. So I like, I've heard about this. Yeah,
- 1:39Speaker 4: I switched all that, like all my audiobooks, our podcast
- 1:42Speaker 4: around pause now for these audio books.
- 1:44Speaker 2: Okay, I have a question since we're jumping right into that,
- 1:47Speaker 2: because that was one of my questions. I've heard that
- 1:48Speaker 2: you're into the Fourth Wing series. As someone I don't
- 1:52Speaker 2: really like fantasy and dragons and stuff, but people are
- 1:55Speaker 2: obsessed with the series.
- 1:57Speaker 5: If you were to give an elevator pitch to.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Someone who has no end trist, what what is your
- 2:02Speaker 2: elevator pitch?
- 2:03Speaker 3: Oh?
- 2:04Speaker 4: Yeah, it's got that like Hunger Games level of like
- 2:11Speaker 4: a fictional world in a way, so like and yeah,
- 2:17Speaker 4: and Harry Potter. Okay, there it is like a Harry
- 2:19Speaker 4: Potter like they go to Hogwarts. It's kind of like
- 2:21Speaker 4: that with dragons, a lot of sex.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Okay, so you don't like Harry Potter.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Yeah, if you don't like Harry Potter, you're probably not
- 2:30Speaker 4: book that has.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Like a million pages.
- 2:33Speaker 5: No, they're good.
- 2:34Speaker 2: They're just a good sized novel to just the traditional novels.
- 2:39Speaker 4: It's not like like what's what's the one that was
- 2:42Speaker 4: just made into a movie. Game of Thrones.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I was like, somebody try to get me to
- 2:47Speaker 1: read this book and then literally it was like this thick.
- 2:49Speaker 2: I was like audio, do you have any I know
- 2:55Speaker 2: that there have been roles that you audition for in
- 2:58Speaker 2: traditional acting, in the acting.
- 2:59Speaker 4: World on I've only auditioned once, just once, Yeah, Star Wars.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Star Wars.
- 3:04Speaker 5: Was it where you just like, well, I have to
- 3:06Speaker 5: do it because I.
- 3:08Speaker 4: Yeah, this is back when I work to Warner Brothers.
- 3:10Speaker 4: I specifically got asked to audition because they were looking
- 3:13Speaker 4: for someone who wasn't an actor relatively unknown, and I
- 3:17Speaker 4: said no. And then I'm like working my nine to
- 3:20Speaker 4: five and a coworker, Emanual was just like I told them,
- 3:24Speaker 4: like yeah, oh, it was like, oh, they're still casting
- 3:26Speaker 4: that movie. I was like they reached out to me
- 3:27Speaker 4: like two months ago, and he's like and you said no,
- 3:30Speaker 4: And I was just like why, It's like you're dyling
- 3:33Speaker 4: and you just like gave me this like pitch, like
- 3:35Speaker 4: you're an idiot, Like if they asked for you, you
- 3:38Speaker 4: should have gone. So then I ended up asking my
- 3:41Speaker 4: brother's manager at the time. I was just like, hey,
- 3:43Speaker 4: are they still casting that? They were. I walked in
- 3:46Speaker 4: and was like I had to memorize lines for the
- 3:48Speaker 4: first time and stuff, and it went really well. It
- 3:50Speaker 4: was actually super fun. The casting people love me. And
- 3:54Speaker 4: then I had the classic experience where they were like, oh,
- 3:56Speaker 4: we're taking the role a different way, which actually blew
- 3:59Speaker 4: my mind because so I was like, there's no way
- 4:01Speaker 4: that they tell everyone what they told me because they
- 4:04Speaker 4: were so nice to me. They were like, that was
- 4:07Speaker 4: the best one of the day. We loved it. And
- 4:10Speaker 4: then all of a sudden they were like, we're taking
- 4:12Speaker 4: this character a different direction, which, in all fairness, they
- 4:16Speaker 4: went a very different direction with the character.
- 4:18Speaker 5: Yeah, they weren't lying to you.
- 4:19Speaker 4: They weren't lying at all. I saw the person that
- 4:21Speaker 4: was cast and he's a different ethnicity and from y
- 4:25Speaker 4: he from the UK. It was very very different than me.
- 4:28Speaker 4: So they really did take the character a different way.
- 4:30Speaker 2: That takes me back to my time when I was
- 4:32Speaker 2: being cast for The Bachelor and I went up to
- 4:35Speaker 2: meet the casting producers and they were like, we see
- 4:37Speaker 2: you going so far.
- 4:39Speaker 5: And I was like hyped up. I was like, there's
- 4:41Speaker 5: no way they to say that to everyone.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and then I got dumped in a barn in Iowa,
- 4:46Speaker 2: and I was like, dang.
- 4:47Speaker 5: I did get far though it's just not the farthest.
- 4:54Speaker 2: So transitioning into reality TV. I'm fascinated by this because
- 4:59Speaker 2: watching The Trader you we watched.
- 5:01Speaker 5: We've watched like.
- 5:02Speaker 2: A bunch of seasons where it was the UK and
- 5:05Speaker 2: the Australian version, which are just like normal people, right,
- 5:08Speaker 2: and so.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I've literally seen every season of every country that they offer.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Love.
- 5:15Speaker 4: Yeah, my favorites are the Australian season too.
- 5:19Speaker 5: The Australian season two in the ending is the one
- 5:21Speaker 5: that out.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, that ending was awesome, and the UK season
- 5:29Speaker 4: two is awesome too.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I like that like a Netherlands one.
- 5:32Speaker 4: I think there's so many countries.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Yeah, literally we've watched all of them.
- 5:35Speaker 4: People tell me I need to watch like the Polish
- 5:37Speaker 4: one or something like that. They were Scandinavia or something.
- 5:41Speaker 1: One other one I can't remember.
- 5:43Speaker 4: There's one country that they're like, if you can read subtitles,
- 5:46Speaker 4: which I can.
- 5:50Speaker 5: Audio version, I could.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Definitely do that. They were like the strategy in that
- 5:57Speaker 4: game is next to like the other ones are just cakewalk.
- 6:01Speaker 4: They're like strategy and this one is cutthrow and it's
- 6:05Speaker 4: a whole different game. I'm like, all right, I'm into that. Yeah,
- 6:07Speaker 4: I want to start that well.
- 6:09Speaker 2: So when when you come on the celebrity version for
- 6:12Speaker 2: the US, it was interesting because everyone on the cast
- 6:16Speaker 2: we've seen in some sort of version of a reality
- 6:20Speaker 2: TV show, So whether it was a competition series or
- 6:23Speaker 2: reality dating show, Like we've kind of know these people,
- 6:26Speaker 2: but we know you just from like I feel like
- 6:29Speaker 2: i've this is a confession, but I feel like I
- 6:32Speaker 2: folowed you for a long time just for yeah, and
- 6:35Speaker 2: I feel like people knew you, but like no one
- 6:37Speaker 2: knew you in a way that we knew like your
- 6:39Speaker 2: strategy or how you your personality, how you were going
- 6:42Speaker 2: to go in terms of the game. So was that
- 6:45Speaker 2: fun for you going on like kind of being like
- 6:47Speaker 2: a newbie, Yeah, it.
- 6:48Speaker 4: Was fun, nerve wrecking, it was everything because it was
- 6:52Speaker 4: a huge advantage that no one knows who I am.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Like Boston Robb, everyone knows who everyone knows he's cutthroat,
- 6:57Speaker 4: So no one knows who I am. And my authentic
- 7:00Speaker 4: personality is like I'm friendly and I'm practical, and like
- 7:04Speaker 4: I have a good like sense of relationships, So like
- 7:08Speaker 4: I knew I was gonna figure it out in there
- 7:11Speaker 4: and make a lot of friends and a lot of
- 7:13Speaker 4: good relationships. So It was a blessing me just because
- 7:16Speaker 4: I was able to fly into the radar. Yeah, when
- 7:18Speaker 4: the cast was announced that everyone's like so excited. They're saying,
- 7:22Speaker 4: like winners of the season are gonna be Wes or Carolyn,
- 7:26Speaker 4: like they all knew them and they were already favorites.
- 7:30Speaker 4: I was done with Sam as Gary where it's like
- 7:32Speaker 4: why were these two people cast? So it was fun
- 7:36Speaker 4: because I get home from Scotland and I like listen
- 7:39Speaker 4: to a few podcasts where they're like just saying who's
- 7:43Speaker 4: gonna win, And it was always just like Dylan Efron,
- 7:45Speaker 4: what the heck?
- 7:46Speaker 1: Like, well, yeah, yeah, I didn't understand like the time.
- 7:49Speaker 1: So when they cast you, they don't tell you who
- 7:51Speaker 1: else is cast. They just say you're on it. Did
- 7:54Speaker 1: they have like you were like you were a fan
- 7:56Speaker 1: of the show. When you like audition, do you audition?
- 7:59Speaker 4: Yes? So i'd only watched season two of UK. I
- 8:02Speaker 4: did not audition.
- 8:02Speaker 5: No.
- 8:03Speaker 4: It was Dina Katz at NBC. She's likes I owe
- 8:07Speaker 4: her so much.
- 8:08Speaker 1: For taking Dancing with the Stars too, right, I think?
- 8:11Speaker 4: So yeah, yeah, okay, but yeah, like they took a
- 8:13Speaker 4: risk on me for sure, Like I was definitely one
- 8:15Speaker 4: of the people on the cast where they're like this
- 8:18Speaker 4: is either going to work out well or it's he
- 8:22Speaker 4: is going to be what everyone thinks and he's going
- 8:23Speaker 4: to be eliminated first and it won't affect this. So
- 8:26Speaker 4: like they took a risk on me, and I'm so
- 8:29Speaker 4: so grateful to them.
- 8:30Speaker 1: For doing Okay, So they're like, you're on, You're on
- 8:32Speaker 1: the next season. When from that point on, when they
- 8:34Speaker 1: say that you're on, when do you then go, like
- 8:37Speaker 1: to the castle.
- 8:38Speaker 4: I was busy because I was in Australia shooting something
- 8:42Speaker 4: with my brother. I was like doing social media stuff,
- 8:45Speaker 4: so like I knew, I knew the offer was there.
- 8:49Speaker 4: So in the background, I was like watching some other seasons.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I watched the Australia season two in UK and I
- 8:56Speaker 4: was like, oh, okay, I actually do want to do this.
- 8:58Speaker 4: So I committed maybe a month before going, and in
- 9:03Speaker 4: that month, I'm telling you, I was like rock climbing
- 9:06Speaker 4: in Moab. I was in Australia. I was playing Jimmy
- 9:10Speaker 4: Fallon's golf tournament. I didn't prep at all, Like while
- 9:14Speaker 4: everyone's getting their outfits ready, I was playing golf in Jimmy.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I have like so many questions. So like, okay, so
- 9:20Speaker 1: I thought that they like dressed you like that you
- 9:22Speaker 1: always had to like pick from clothes in the castle everybody.
- 9:25Speaker 1: This is also broad, yes.
- 9:26Speaker 4: And trusting, Like I'm wearing a tank top right now,
- 9:28Speaker 4: Like I was not ready for that, Like I love fashion,
- 9:31Speaker 4: but I live in California, so most of the time
- 9:33Speaker 4: I'm in a board towards So like now it's I said, yes,
- 9:37Speaker 4: a month, I'm traveling. I've got probably a week to
- 9:40Speaker 4: go through my wardrobe and figure this out.
- 9:43Speaker 1: And like and then how long is your time in
- 9:45Speaker 1: like if you make it from like the beginning to
- 9:47Speaker 1: the end, what's like the time of Like it's one
- 9:49Speaker 1: month pretty much.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a long time without my phone, without without
- 9:54Speaker 4: talking to anyone.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Really, do you get to watch TV?
- 9:57Speaker 4: Daytime TV?
- 9:59Speaker 1: So do you just listen to me?
- 10:00Speaker 4: No, you don't get any Like you don't get Netflix,
- 10:04Speaker 4: you don't get anything. It's daytime television.
- 10:06Speaker 1: So you're watching like what the like?
- 10:08Speaker 4: No, So I'm watching the best one was Everybody Loves Raymond,
- 10:11Speaker 4: Like I had watched it in the past. Now I've
- 10:13Speaker 4: watched pretty much all all of them. It's a great show.
- 10:17Speaker 4: I watched him get older as I watched. I watched Fraser,
- 10:22Speaker 4: which I'm not that like. That was like like kill
- 10:26Speaker 4: me time, Like when Fraser's on and I've got nothing
- 10:29Speaker 4: to do, That's that's when I would go work out
- 10:30Speaker 4: or do some setups. Then Love Island came out maybe
- 10:36Speaker 4: week four, like episode four or five. Love Island came
- 10:39Speaker 4: out the UK version, and I was so excited.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Season that's that's my favorite show.
- 10:45Speaker 4: It was the most recent season, no the one before that.
- 10:48Speaker 4: I guess, okay, okay, it wasn't a good season.
- 10:50Speaker 1: So bad, so bad. So it was so disappointed and
- 10:54Speaker 1: finish it and I'm like, die hard.
- 10:56Speaker 4: It was bad. It was the first time where I
- 10:59Speaker 4: watched it was like they to switch the show up
- 11:01Speaker 4: because it's it's broken now. They're all ye.
- 11:03Speaker 1: So I actually switched from UK the USA that season amazing.
- 11:08Speaker 4: I think it was the people in the UK version
- 11:11Speaker 4: were too young this time, and they all sounded the same.
- 11:13Speaker 4: It was the same like West Essex and they all
- 11:16Speaker 4: looked the same.
- 11:17Speaker 1: The guys and the girls. I was like, I can't even.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It was very I'm so glad you had that.
- 11:22Speaker 4: I was very excited and very let down. Went back to.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Everybody loves m How much downtime do you have?
- 11:29Speaker 4: Not a lot? They give it to you when you
- 11:30Speaker 4: need it. So it's like we would go through a day,
- 11:33Speaker 4: a few days of very little sleep, and then they
- 11:35Speaker 4: could just tell when we show up to set our
- 11:37Speaker 4: energies low. I was sick almost four of the episodes
- 11:41Speaker 4: that you can hear me, like if you watched it again,
- 11:43Speaker 4: you might notice it. But like I, I was sick
- 11:46Speaker 4: like the Sierra vo I couldn't actually talk that day
- 11:50Speaker 4: and I was sniffling, so like I, we went through
- 11:53Speaker 4: the ringer out there. It was cold, but yeah, they
- 11:56Speaker 4: if they could tell everybody was in rough shape, they'd
- 11:58Speaker 4: give us a rest day. So we had. They took
- 12:01Speaker 4: care of us in that way.
- 12:02Speaker 5: Did you do you all sleep in the house.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Yes, they like the castles were like whatever everything happens,
- 12:19Speaker 1: and that they don't actually sleep in the castle.
- 12:20Speaker 5: Well, because he said when we should have set.
- 12:23Speaker 4: There's a lot of rumors out there, like the.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Shots that they shoot of you guys, like in the bathtub,
- 12:32Speaker 1: like when they're trying to vote you out and stuff
- 12:33Speaker 1: that's all like pre done. You're not like actually doing
- 12:35Speaker 1: that before bed.
- 12:37Speaker 4: It's like a scene. Yeah, like maybe on an off
- 12:41Speaker 4: day they would call call, Yeah, we'd have to go
- 12:45Speaker 4: do some stuff.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Yeah. Like because when we watched I watch it with
- 12:48Speaker 1: my step kids and they're like, why is he doing
- 12:50Speaker 1: like pull up? Like why is she doing this? I'm like,
- 12:54Speaker 1: it's not really like they're not actually doing this.
- 12:57Speaker 4: I knew those scenes were in there. I'm like, they're
- 12:59Speaker 4: gonna I could do something. I was the only one
- 13:02Speaker 4: I was going to say no to. You've see my instagram.
- 13:04Speaker 4: I'm not bashful with my shirt off and stuff. But
- 13:06Speaker 4: I was like, I don't really want to take a shower.
- 13:11Speaker 4: Luckily Sara was like, I'll do the shower.
- 13:15Speaker 5: Sam said, this is my moment tomed at a bath.
- 13:18Speaker 4: They got the bad ones. I just got to work out.
- 13:20Speaker 4: It's great.
- 13:36Speaker 2: When you were chosen to be on the show, were
- 13:39Speaker 2: you hoping that you'd be a trader or faithful?
- 13:41Speaker 4: Faithful?
- 13:42Speaker 1: Really?
- 13:42Speaker 4: But it was a weird spot because like I've I've
- 13:45Speaker 4: played Mafia before, like and I know I don't enjoy
- 13:49Speaker 4: being a trader as much, but it's that's the beauty
- 13:52Speaker 4: of games. Is supposed to be random. So like I
- 13:54Speaker 4: didn't want to go in there and ruin the game
- 13:55Speaker 4: and be like, I will only go if I'm a faithful.
- 13:58Speaker 4: So I wanted to be a faithful But even when
- 14:00Speaker 4: I'm talking to Alan, I'm like, yeah, I would be
- 14:02Speaker 4: a trader if you make me one, but I did
- 14:04Speaker 4: not want to be one.
- 14:05Speaker 5: So if Danielle had recruited you, I.
- 14:07Speaker 4: Would have had to Oh, that would have beenn ultimatum,
- 14:11Speaker 4: would have gone home. Yeah, I either would have left,
- 14:13Speaker 4: which a fat chance I'm doing that. I'm too competitive
- 14:16Speaker 4: to leave it.
- 14:17Speaker 5: Yeah, well there was that.
- 14:19Speaker 2: There was that moment because I know there's been a
- 14:20Speaker 2: lot of comparison with Pilot Pete where he was chosen
- 14:24Speaker 2: and said no.
- 14:25Speaker 4: Yeah, So that one wasn't an ultimatum. So and this
- 14:28Speaker 4: is where the rules get crazy. It's like earlier in
- 14:31Speaker 4: the season, if they recruit, if they recruit, it's not
- 14:34Speaker 4: an ultimatum, and you can say yes or no. And
- 14:37Speaker 4: if if Pilot Pete would have said yes, then there's
- 14:39Speaker 4: no murder that night. Yeah, But for an ultimatum, which
- 14:42Speaker 4: only happens at the very end, when there's one trader left,
- 14:45Speaker 4: you can still murder that night. Does that make sense?
- 14:49Speaker 4: So that that's why Tom, That's why Tom was murdered,
- 14:52Speaker 4: but Brittany was recruited because it was an ultimatum he had.
- 14:55Speaker 4: She had to say yes, where Pilot Pete didn't have
- 14:58Speaker 4: to say yes.
- 14:59Speaker 5: Oh that's right, Yeah he was. He didn't have to
- 15:02Speaker 5: risk the murder of it of it all.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Yeah, you were saying that you and Tom kind of
- 15:07Speaker 2: figured out that it was Danielle.
- 15:08Speaker 5: It was the night after when Krishelle went home.
- 15:11Speaker 4: Right, that was when it's our brain started clicking.
- 15:13Speaker 5: Were you?
- 15:14Speaker 2: Because I was like, from the beginning, you were so
- 15:17Speaker 2: locked in, like you had Bob the Drag Queen so fat.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Then I got like so frustrated with you because I
- 15:22Speaker 1: was like he was so good, and then I was
- 15:24Speaker 1: like Dylan bamboozled by Danielle.
- 15:30Speaker 4: It's tough because I was bamboos like there's no arguing that.
- 15:33Speaker 4: But it was also like, since I got Bob the
- 15:36Speaker 4: Drag Queen, it wasn't my best interest to like take
- 15:40Speaker 4: more of a back seat because now the only way
- 15:42Speaker 4: I'm going home is if I'm murdered. No one was
- 15:44Speaker 4: going to banish me after that because it was like
- 15:46Speaker 4: so clear I was a faithful I was the only
- 15:49Speaker 4: one going after Bob. Bob the drag queen. So it's
- 15:52Speaker 4: like a trader. Wouldn't Traine turn on a trader episode
- 15:56Speaker 4: one or episode two? When I decided to go after it, Yeah,
- 15:59Speaker 4: it was like so everyone there knew I was a
- 16:02Speaker 4: faithful It was such a good spot. So it was like,
- 16:05Speaker 4: I just was working on my relationships a lot.
- 16:08Speaker 1: How do you trust anybody like I would?
- 16:10Speaker 4: Don't you don't? Like I thought Gabby was a trader,
- 16:14Speaker 4: so I was saying her name. I thought Bob h was,
- 16:16Speaker 4: but I never said his name, Like I was wrong
- 16:19Speaker 4: in the middle a lot. It's a tough game.
- 16:22Speaker 5: Yeah, it feels really challenging.
- 16:24Speaker 2: And also if there was a season where the traders
- 16:26Speaker 2: would trade on each other episode one or two, it
- 16:28Speaker 2: would have been the.
- 16:29Speaker 5: Cast of this season.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Yes, totally, because.
- 16:32Speaker 2: There were so many episodes where I was like, why
- 16:34Speaker 2: are they just like battling it out so aggressively with
- 16:37Speaker 2: each other?
- 16:38Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what happened. When like they put gamers up there,
- 16:43Speaker 4: it was like if I was up there, I wouldn't
- 16:45Speaker 4: My goal wouldn't be to get my fellow traders out.
- 16:48Speaker 4: But they're all gamers. They know if they're the last
- 16:50Speaker 4: one standing, they can control the room. They can take
- 16:53Speaker 4: all the money at the end. So you put four
- 16:55Speaker 4: people out there that are all thinking that way, it's
- 16:57Speaker 4: gonna be a hostel.
- 16:58Speaker 5: I'll soon into it. Do you feel like Boston Robb
- 17:01Speaker 5: was a trader?
- 17:02Speaker 2: Oh?
- 17:02Speaker 4: I didn't know he was a trader? You really know?
- 17:04Speaker 4: I didn't.
- 17:05Speaker 5: You never even suspected it.
- 17:07Speaker 4: I didn't want to suspect. So that's the beauty of
- 17:10Speaker 4: this game is Like there's people like Bob, Bob the
- 17:14Speaker 4: drag Queen for me, wasn't in my core alliances. I
- 17:17Speaker 4: was very friendly with him. I really like him, but
- 17:19Speaker 4: he wasn't like, like I knew his core alliance was
- 17:22Speaker 4: Gabby Bob Age, Like he had people that he's always with.
- 17:26Speaker 4: So like, for me, that's someone I can want. I
- 17:29Speaker 4: know there's four traders, that's one I can target. So
- 17:34Speaker 4: Boston rob he's probably the guy that I trust the most.
- 17:38Speaker 4: He helped me get a trader out and I know
- 17:41Speaker 4: he has my back after that, So why would I
- 17:43Speaker 4: try to get him out of this game? But that
- 17:46Speaker 4: that really is it? So everyone wants him out. Like
- 17:48Speaker 4: I'm hearing every day people saying Boston robbed the trader,
- 17:52Speaker 4: Like we need to get him out and I'm the
- 17:54Speaker 4: opposite voice because I was like, I don't want him
- 17:56Speaker 4: to leave this game, Like I know it's a numbers game.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Well, if you had gotten this seer, if you had
- 18:02Speaker 2: won this year, who would you have questioned?
- 18:04Speaker 4: Honestly, I think it would have been the Iver because
- 18:08Speaker 4: not because he was a trader, just because that's that
- 18:10Speaker 4: power is scary. So I would have used it on
- 18:13Speaker 4: someone that I knew as a faithful to just like
- 18:16Speaker 4: have one person that I know is a faithful and
- 18:19Speaker 4: not because imagine, let's say I got Brittany. Now I'm
- 18:23Speaker 4: saying she's a trader. She's going to say I'm a trader. Ye,
- 18:26Speaker 4: we're both screwed. So it's really like you have to
- 18:28Speaker 4: use that power to find the person that you want
- 18:31Speaker 4: to end the game with. And I would have probably
- 18:33Speaker 4: used them on Ivor or Gabby.
- 18:36Speaker 2: This is interesting because you are a producer, so like
- 18:40Speaker 2: you were like, actually like in a producer, ryanes Nut.
- 18:43Speaker 4: You see me when my gears click, And I was like, wait,
- 18:46Speaker 4: there is a chance that Gabby's a trader. That was
- 18:48Speaker 4: because at that point she was like the person I
- 18:51Speaker 4: trusted the most, So then all of a sudden I
- 18:53Speaker 4: was like, oh, there's a one person chance that I
- 18:56Speaker 4: can't trust her, which is like screwing me up now.
- 18:59Speaker 4: So towards the end, Gabby, Iver and Dolores, like I
- 19:04Speaker 4: trusted them all a lot, but I probably would have
- 19:08Speaker 4: ended the game with Gabby. People think that's like hindsight
- 19:11Speaker 4: of me saying that, But Gaby and I were working
- 19:14Speaker 4: together to get Danielle out, and like after that, Krashelle
- 19:17Speaker 4: bo I was very much like supporting Gabby in that way,
- 19:21Speaker 4: and she was supporting me.
- 19:23Speaker 1: WHOA, well, how like when did the actual show? Not
- 19:27Speaker 1: the airing of the show, When did the actual show?
- 19:28Speaker 1: When did you finish filming?
- 19:30Speaker 4: Like June June of last year?
- 19:31Speaker 1: Maybe no, Yeah, so you just go back home and
- 19:35Speaker 1: like just like living your normal life. Yeah, and so
- 19:38Speaker 1: it premiered the following year.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I saw it. I just recently saw my first
- 19:42Speaker 4: post after it was like the season is going to
- 19:44Speaker 4: be so good, and it was like me in the
- 19:47Speaker 4: sun with my dog. I was like, yeah, that sounds
- 19:49Speaker 4: about right, Like I just wanted to get in the sun.
- 19:51Speaker 4: It was like the start of summer. I was like,
- 19:54Speaker 4: let's get back into my normal life.
- 19:56Speaker 1: And you're not allowed to tell anybody what happened.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Obviously, Yeah, I'm not supposed to at all, Like I
- 20:02Speaker 4: probably told my closest people. But then it's also like
- 20:06Speaker 4: you don't know at that point, like no one unless
- 20:09Speaker 4: you love the show, they don't. There's no following yet.
- 20:12Speaker 1: For the right, right, yeah right.
- 20:14Speaker 4: And then the cool part is wants to show starts.
- 20:16Speaker 4: No one wants to know. They don't want to get spoiled. Yeah, yeah, right,
- 20:19Speaker 4: that's fair, which is so cool because I would I
- 20:21Speaker 4: would think it's the opposite, like you're sucked in. You're like,
- 20:23Speaker 4: tell me if Danielle leaves this week. I'm telling you.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Nobody wants to know. They like say no spoilers, no spoilers.
- 20:29Speaker 1: And then you guys did the reunion I'm assuming after
- 20:31Speaker 1: it aired.
- 20:32Speaker 4: Yeah, the reunion fresh, Yeah, the reunion we had. We
- 20:36Speaker 4: were watching in real time, so we hadn't seen the
- 20:40Speaker 4: last three episodes, and we watch all the three episodes
- 20:44Speaker 4: before the reunion, but like a lot of us were
- 20:46Speaker 4: watching on two x speed, like trying to. I had
- 20:49Speaker 4: a pack day that day. It was like I had
- 20:51Speaker 4: two hours to watch it, so I was brushing through it.
- 20:55Speaker 2: When so you go, it's so interesting because I don't
- 20:58Speaker 2: think people can grasp the concept. Like obviously you've had
- 21:01Speaker 2: experience in the public eye with your brother and and
- 21:04Speaker 2: being a producer, and but such a small glimpse of
- 21:07Speaker 2: it in terms of the attention being on you. So
- 21:10Speaker 2: you go on the show that's like massively popular. You
- 21:13Speaker 2: don't know how you're going to be perceived, You don't
- 21:15Speaker 2: know how it's gonna be edited. You just know like
- 21:17Speaker 2: what you did while you were there. And then the
- 21:19Speaker 2: show comes out and he's like the baby girl. You're
- 21:22Speaker 2: so baby girl. Everyone's like Dylan Efron's baby girl, and
- 21:25Speaker 2: everyone's like obsessed with you?
- 21:27Speaker 5: Is he single? What's his deal?
- 21:30Speaker 4: Yeah? What you said? I have no idea.
- 21:32Speaker 1: You had idea you were acting so baby girl. I
- 21:38Speaker 1: know you're the definition. Like if you ask Chattibt, who
- 21:41Speaker 1: is baby girl?
- 21:42Speaker 5: Like your photos there, tell me I didn't know what
- 21:44Speaker 5: that meant. Like a week ago, so I watched a
- 21:47Speaker 5: month ago. Okay, yeah, like a month ago.
- 21:49Speaker 4: I watched the movie.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I think very different.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Different my honest answers, I didn't know. And even in
- 22:02Speaker 4: the Castle, again it's my first show, I felt like
- 22:06Speaker 4: I didn't have any weight there. So I felt like
- 22:08Speaker 4: a lot of times, I was the one that would
- 22:09Speaker 4: like I'm starving and I'm like, I need food right now.
- 22:12Speaker 4: Everyone's like, why didn't you ask for food. I'm like,
- 22:14Speaker 4: I didn't know you could. Like it was such a
- 22:17Speaker 4: new learning experience for me that I had no idea.
- 22:21Speaker 4: So I'm watching with America the first episode and I'm like,
- 22:25Speaker 4: I'm told of my friends. I'm like, dude, I'm not
- 22:26Speaker 4: going to be in the beginning of the show. I
- 22:28Speaker 4: was like, I really am going to come on strong. Later,
- 22:32Speaker 4: I was like, I'm not going to be in this
- 22:33Speaker 4: first episode. And all of a sudden, I see me
- 22:34Speaker 4: with like a bunch of confessionals. I'm like, oh God,
- 22:37Speaker 4: I'm like, why are they featuring me so much? And
- 22:39Speaker 4: so I wasn't expecting it.
- 22:41Speaker 2: I wasn't because you didn't think they were going to
- 22:43Speaker 2: feature you because you won.
- 22:45Speaker 4: There's such cool personalities on there, they're not going to
- 22:46Speaker 4: focus on me. I didn't know what to do in
- 22:48Speaker 4: the confessionals. I'm like look staring at the wall, being like,
- 22:51Speaker 4: what am I supposed to talk about? And then they're
- 22:54Speaker 4: using them. So it was a surprise to me. It
- 22:57Speaker 4: really was.
- 22:57Speaker 5: Wow.
- 22:58Speaker 4: I really thought I was going to I have like
- 23:01Speaker 4: the sam as Gary Ark where I was very quiet
- 23:03Speaker 4: and didn't speak a lot, and then towards the end
- 23:05Speaker 4: I got vocal.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Well yeah, I mean it feels like I didn't get
- 23:08Speaker 1: to know him at all.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Yeah, and that was kind of a strategy. Oh yeah,
- 23:12Speaker 4: he wanted to fly under the radar and he did.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Yeah he did a little too much.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Yeah, a little too much.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I would have liked a little more from them.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:20Speaker 2: So we were talking about how the casting producer also
- 23:22Speaker 2: does Dance with the Stars. Is that a reality show
- 23:25Speaker 2: that you would ever participate in.
- 23:27Speaker 4: I would need to do my research the same same
- 23:29Speaker 4: way I do with my research on traders, just because
- 23:32Speaker 4: I like, look, my brand is I love doing things
- 23:35Speaker 4: to make me uncomfortable, learning new things and stuff like that.
- 23:38Speaker 4: So I love that aspect of it. But dancing on
- 23:42Speaker 4: stage is so not what I do. I'm like, it
- 23:45Speaker 4: was my first reality show, was my first time, Like
- 23:48Speaker 4: I was such a shy, bashball kid like, so to
- 23:51Speaker 4: go dance in front of a live audience, it would
- 23:53Speaker 4: my heart would be pounding through my chest. But yeah
- 23:56Speaker 4: it sounds fun.
- 23:57Speaker 2: I mean, like, I can't think of a more potting
- 24:00Speaker 2: yourself out there experience.
- 24:01Speaker 4: Yes, so I look, I don't want to say no
- 24:04Speaker 4: at all, but it would it would be a lot
- 24:07Speaker 4: for me. I'd have to be rid.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Do you have like the reality show bug? Now? Like
- 24:26Speaker 1: do you want are you already thinking about like what
- 24:28Speaker 1: you want to do next in that regard.
- 24:31Speaker 4: Reality and and and just anything? Like I like, yeah,
- 24:34Speaker 4: I've always been open, like I want cool experiences, like
- 24:38Speaker 4: I've even been open, like I said, I've been on
- 24:41Speaker 4: one audition in my life, like I am down to
- 24:43Speaker 4: like I had a lot of fun doing that, So
- 24:45Speaker 4: I'm down to go try it, try my hand to acting,
- 24:47Speaker 4: see if I can do that. I just want to
- 24:48Speaker 4: keep pushing myself and see what I'm capable of. So
- 24:52Speaker 4: I'm always down for shows like if I can go
- 24:54Speaker 4: and have a Like playing games as a kid is
- 24:57Speaker 4: what I've did was my favorite things I'm not going
- 25:00Speaker 4: to do as an adult. It's like the best job
- 25:01Speaker 4: in the world.
- 25:02Speaker 2: Well, you mentioned Survivor as a show that you loved.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Now having done Traders, would you consider doing a survivalist
- 25:09Speaker 2: show like that?
- 25:10Speaker 4: I would. I think I think like Survivor level Survivor
- 25:13Speaker 4: is like so easy for me, Like same with special
- 25:16Speaker 4: forces like I can, I can do that stuff easy alone,
- 25:20Speaker 4: like something or like naked and afraid. Those would kick
- 25:22Speaker 4: my ass and I'm like, not afraid to say it.
- 25:25Speaker 4: I used to be a dirt bag. I'm a little
- 25:27Speaker 4: I'm not so much anymore.
- 25:30Speaker 2: It's like as you get older, I feel like our
- 25:32Speaker 2: brains start to like develop and be like is that safe?
- 25:35Speaker 5: Is that comfortable?
- 25:36Speaker 2: No?
- 25:37Speaker 4: And it's just like the bug bites like I have.
- 25:39Speaker 4: I know a friend that went on that show and
- 25:40Speaker 4: her legs are still scarred to this day, making an afraid. Yeah,
- 25:44Speaker 4: she is gnarly scarring from all the bugs. And at
- 25:47Speaker 4: that point, I'm like, no, I don't I probably wouldn't
- 25:50Speaker 4: do alone. I don't know. I don't want to go
- 25:52Speaker 4: live in Alaska for the Yeah, I love my life.
- 25:55Speaker 1: I feel like Survivor doesn't do they only do They
- 25:58Speaker 1: don't do any sort of like celebrity seasons, which I
- 26:01Speaker 1: think is a miss. If anybody watching knows anybody at Survivor,
- 26:05Speaker 1: I feel like they're missing that element because I feel
- 26:08Speaker 1: like it'd be so cool if they had like a
- 26:10Speaker 1: celebrity season.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I think they used to do celebrity Big Brother, and
- 26:13Speaker 4: they don't eveno, yeah, or.
- 26:15Speaker 2: If like the Ogs could bring someone like Boston Rob
- 26:18Speaker 2: could like season fifty thering coach.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Who from this cast from Traders have you like kept
- 26:29Speaker 1: really close contact.
- 26:30Speaker 4: With But like I was just golfing last yesterday with
- 26:34Speaker 4: Boston Rob in Florida, So of course Boston Robb Sam.
- 26:39Speaker 4: The hard part is, like I'm so it's a weird
- 26:43Speaker 4: part about social media, Like that's where I make my living,
- 26:46Speaker 4: that's what I what I do, and so I'm it's
- 26:49Speaker 4: such a blessing to be that I have friends all
- 26:52Speaker 4: over the world. Like one of my best friends lives
- 26:54Speaker 4: in the Bahamas, so it's like I don't see him
- 26:56Speaker 4: more than once or twice a year. One of my
- 26:58Speaker 4: best friends lives in the Philippines, so it's like I
- 27:00Speaker 4: have really good friends all around the world, so I
- 27:03Speaker 4: don't see them that much, but they're really close. That's
- 27:06Speaker 4: how this cast is with me. Like the ones that
- 27:08Speaker 4: are in LA, I've seen Sam quite quite often. I
- 27:12Speaker 4: stay in touch with Tom. I was just with Gabby
- 27:14Speaker 4: in New York. So like the people that live in LA,
- 27:17Speaker 4: I'm going to see more than anyone else, but I'm
- 27:19Speaker 4: friends with all of them. Really, it's such Yeah, it's
- 27:23Speaker 4: the best part of the show.
- 27:26Speaker 2: I feel like y'all had y'all's cast had like a
- 27:28Speaker 2: really close dynamic. Yeah, you can tell that y'all actually
- 27:32Speaker 2: enjoyed each other for the most part.
- 27:34Speaker 4: That's the beauty. We didn't have our phones. All we
- 27:35Speaker 4: have is each other. There's a lot of downtime where
- 27:37Speaker 4: you're just learning about each other's lives.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Yeah, did you so you said on another podcast that
- 27:44Speaker 2: you are in a relationship but you keep it private.
- 27:47Speaker 2: Did she have a hard time with you being gone?
- 27:49Speaker 2: Was that the longest y'all have been apart?
- 27:51Speaker 4: We used to do longest since so she's later she
- 27:57Speaker 4: was she pushed me to do the show because she's
- 28:00Speaker 4: said that like, like from my social media, you can't
- 28:04Speaker 4: really get my personality. And she was like, if you
- 28:07Speaker 4: ever put your person personality out there on one of
- 28:11Speaker 4: these shows, people fall in love with you the way
- 28:13Speaker 4: that I fell in love with you. But I've always
- 28:15Speaker 4: been a little more hesitant to do that. So she
- 28:17Speaker 4: pushed me to do it, and so, yeah, she loved it.
- 28:21Speaker 5: What a gal.
- 28:22Speaker 2: She's like, listen to the whole world's about the fall
- 28:24Speaker 2: mom with my man, but.
- 28:27Speaker 5: Let them mel Robbins.
- 28:31Speaker 1: It's so true. Actually, I feel like I started to
- 28:35Speaker 1: like find out about you. I don't remember how many
- 28:37Speaker 1: years ago it was, but Jason Kennedy.
- 28:39Speaker 4: Are you still Forry Fords him? Yeah?
- 28:40Speaker 1: I love Jason Okay, okay, yeah he and I was like,
- 28:42Speaker 1: oh my gosh. And then I think idea. I was like,
- 28:44Speaker 1: he's like into like extreme sports and like that, which.
- 28:48Speaker 4: I'm sure is like totally.
- 28:51Speaker 1: But like you really are just like this like kind
- 28:54Speaker 1: of like America sweetheart in a way.
- 28:56Speaker 4: I'll take it.
- 28:57Speaker 5: I'm serious.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Well, you were saying before the podcast started that you
- 29:02Speaker 2: you did van life, but you've since retired van line.
- 29:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I've got an apartment. That was what I did
- 29:06Speaker 4: with my prize money. Is I've been living in a
- 29:09Speaker 4: one bedroom like by the beach, but it's like it
- 29:12Speaker 4: was a small spot. And then I got like a
- 29:15Speaker 4: nice home like not I didn't buy it, but I'm
- 29:17Speaker 4: renting like a night my first nice home with a
- 29:19Speaker 4: dishwasher like so yeah, I'm very much not van lifing.
- 29:23Speaker 4: I use it as my daily driver, whipping around Los
- 29:26Speaker 4: Angeles in a big Sprinter van.
- 29:28Speaker 5: Yeah that's tough.
- 29:29Speaker 4: And a week in Warrior, like I love that's if
- 29:31Speaker 4: I'm in La for over a week, I'm going out
- 29:33Speaker 4: to Joshua Tree, I'm going into the desert and high
- 29:37Speaker 4: lining or rock climbing.
- 29:38Speaker 5: So wow, just like an adventure, is your.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Girlfriend also adventury? Does she like to rock climb and
- 29:43Speaker 1: stuff or like is it like opposite to tract?
- 29:47Speaker 4: No, she does. She does do it, but she's not
- 29:49Speaker 4: the one that's like I'm bringing her to do it with.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Me, like she is doing it with you.
- 29:52Speaker 4: Yeah, she won't say no, but it's not like she
- 29:55Speaker 4: would be rock climbing by herself.
- 29:57Speaker 5: Definitely, she's not leaving you on the weekend.
- 30:00Speaker 4: Yeah, she's she's happy to stay at home a lot
- 30:02Speaker 4: of times, but if she can go, Like I just
- 30:04Speaker 4: went rock climbing with her and Joshua Tree, and I
- 30:06Speaker 4: was like, that's when it's fun for me too, because
- 30:09Speaker 4: like I get to see her and she's scared and
- 30:11Speaker 4: she's trying her hardest, saying she can't do it, and
- 30:14Speaker 4: then she did it, and it's like I like, if
- 30:17Speaker 4: I would have just done that alone, it's not that fun.
- 30:19Speaker 4: I see all that she went through and it's like
- 30:22Speaker 4: such a fun experience.
- 30:23Speaker 2: That's so nice. Did she do van life with you. No,
- 30:26Speaker 2: Oh that sounds cool. I mean.
- 30:29Speaker 5: Beautiful adventures you.
- 30:31Speaker 4: Learn, Like I got pretty OCD when I was living
- 30:34Speaker 4: in the van. It's like because it's just such a
- 30:37Speaker 4: small spot, so you have to be organized with all
- 30:39Speaker 4: your things in there. You have to be imagine someone
- 30:41Speaker 4: like walking in with muddy shoes into your living room
- 30:44Speaker 4: and it's like stuff like that, you get really OCD.
- 30:47Speaker 4: And it was before we had like all the van
- 30:50Speaker 4: lifers now have Wi Fi with the starlink, Like that's
- 30:53Speaker 4: a game changer. Like if I had starlink back in
- 30:55Speaker 4: the day, I probably would have got over to Connecticut
- 30:57Speaker 4: and just driven across the US.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Wait, but I have a question, So do you feel
- 31:03Speaker 2: like most like, did you have OCD tendencies in terms
- 31:07Speaker 2: of keeping things clean before van life?
- 31:09Speaker 4: No, it creates it. I think it created it is
- 31:12Speaker 4: that common. Maybe it's just easier to ignore when you
- 31:17Speaker 4: have more space, interesting, you have more clutter and stuff
- 31:20Speaker 4: like that. You really strip down your life. It's like
- 31:23Speaker 4: you need ten shirts, you need ten pair of pants.
- 31:25Speaker 4: That's a lot less than that, and so it really
- 31:29Speaker 4: you really stripped down only two essentials.
- 31:31Speaker 2: It's fun when you were growing up watching your brother
- 31:34Speaker 2: who was like such a massive star. Did you ever
- 31:38Speaker 2: think like I want that or did it almost make
- 31:40Speaker 2: you go in another direction?
- 31:42Speaker 4: Oh? Yeah, I was the opposite again, like we were
- 31:45Speaker 4: so different. Yeah. I was such a shy kid and
- 31:48Speaker 4: like all I loved was sports and like the Labrador retriever,
- 31:52Speaker 4: so like I just wanted to be with my friends
- 31:54Speaker 4: and learn new sports like rock climbing, do all that stuff.
- 31:57Speaker 4: So like the fame and all the Hollywood never really
- 32:00Speaker 4: I got to experience it through my brother, which is
- 32:02Speaker 4: the coolest way. Like I went to Red Carpets when
- 32:05Speaker 4: I was twelve or something and like saw it, saw
- 32:07Speaker 4: it all was like, yeah, my friends are cooler.
- 32:11Speaker 5: You're like this don't impress me much. Did did he know?
- 32:16Speaker 2: Like did you tell him when you got back to
- 32:18Speaker 2: tell him you won?
- 32:18Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 32:19Speaker 4: Well so we were in the castle and the castle. Yeah,
- 32:24Speaker 4: and there's like when you do confessionals, you're in an
- 32:26Speaker 4: empty room staring at a wall, and then I hear
- 32:30Speaker 4: like the people talking to me, They're like, so your
- 32:31Speaker 4: brother just had his premiere And I was like, oh cool,
- 32:34Speaker 4: I had no idea, like, no outside thing. He's like
- 32:37Speaker 4: and he was telling everybody that he thinks you're gonna win, Like,
- 32:39Speaker 4: how does that feel now that you're in the final
- 32:42Speaker 4: six and your brother is saying that without any context?
- 32:45Speaker 4: I was like, oh, like I'm not surprised, Like he's
- 32:47Speaker 4: always had my back since they won, so he knows
- 32:50Speaker 4: how competitive.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Way.
- 32:51Speaker 5: Yeah, he probably felt so validated, like I knew it.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Oh he's He's also pushed me to do shows like
- 32:57Speaker 4: Survivor too, and like, yeah, he's a way pushed me
- 33:00Speaker 4: to do that stuff.
- 33:01Speaker 5: So I love that.
- 33:02Speaker 2: So what's next in your in your career path? Because
- 33:08Speaker 2: I feel like I kind of feel like you're up
- 33:10Speaker 2: for anything and everything.
- 33:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that's just fun.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Do you have it lined up? Like do you know
- 33:14Speaker 1: what's coming next?
- 33:15Speaker 4: Like what I've been focusing on the background the most
- 33:18Speaker 4: was like a travel show like that was always my
- 33:20Speaker 4: dream was to do like a Dirty Jobs with Mikero,
- 33:23Speaker 4: like that style of show. And that's why I like
- 33:26Speaker 4: on my YouTube channel, I have like those documentaries of
- 33:28Speaker 4: me going to Guyana and like doing going to a
- 33:32Speaker 4: foreign country and like doing something really fun that the
- 33:34Speaker 4: audience can see. So like that's always been my goal
- 33:39Speaker 4: and my dream. If I can do that for a living,
- 33:40Speaker 4: it's incredible, go travel, learn new hobbies, stuff like that.
- 33:45Speaker 4: Now it's opened the door to new opportunities, Like I
- 33:49Speaker 4: can have that travel show, but I could also maybe
- 33:50Speaker 4: get in a cool movie, and I can also do
- 33:54Speaker 4: another show that I've watched since I was a kid.
- 33:55Speaker 4: So it's like I'm just open. I want to I
- 33:58Speaker 4: want to take my time to think about what I
- 34:01Speaker 4: want to do the most and go for that.
- 34:04Speaker 2: So what do you want to Because you've produced your show,
- 34:07Speaker 2: your YouTube and stuff, would you want to be in
- 34:09Speaker 2: the show?
- 34:10Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, yeah, Like I like a down to earth style. Yeah,
- 34:13Speaker 4: anything like that, like a micro dirty jobs but switch
- 34:17Speaker 4: it up the dangerous stops something like that. Like I
- 34:19Speaker 4: would love to do that because it's way more fun
- 34:21Speaker 4: when you host.
- 34:22Speaker 2: If you end up doing a if you end up
- 34:24Speaker 2: going into traditional acting, Do you have a dream co
- 34:27Speaker 2: star that you would love to work with anyone?
- 34:29Speaker 1: Oh?
- 34:30Speaker 4: Wow? No, but I would like like what I've said before,
- 34:33Speaker 4: and I so believe it is like my brother's so
- 34:36Speaker 4: good at what he does. Like he can play Ted Bundy,
- 34:38Speaker 4: he can play the Iron Claw. He's put in It's
- 34:41Speaker 4: like we all have to put in work to get good.
- 34:44Speaker 4: Me Rock climbing. I sucked when I first started putting
- 34:47Speaker 4: work to get good, So like jumping in, I'm not
- 34:50Speaker 4: going to get casts ted Bundy. But I can play
- 34:54Speaker 4: something similar to me, like put me in a rom com,
- 34:56Speaker 4: put me in like a survival like, or put me
- 35:00Speaker 4: in a fireman outfit. Like. I can do a lot
- 35:02Speaker 4: of roles that are similar to me, and that's what
- 35:04Speaker 4: would be super fun.
- 35:05Speaker 2: What about a rom com were you and your brother
- 35:07Speaker 2: are going after the same girl and your brothers.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Yeah, mister and missus Smith, Yeah.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, if you since you mentioned it, because your
- 35:18Speaker 2: brother is an incredible actor. But Bob the drag Queen
- 35:21Speaker 2: was infamous for saying words that made me gas out
- 35:26Speaker 2: loud if he said that your brother was not a
- 35:29Speaker 2: good actor. And I am curious if you could pitch
- 35:32Speaker 2: what if you're like, you have to sit down and
- 35:34Speaker 2: watch one movie to convince him of that.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Which movie would it be?
- 35:38Speaker 2: Like?
- 35:39Speaker 4: Iron Claw is the easy answer, just because he is
- 35:41Speaker 4: so like that. That was an Oscar worthy performance by him,
- 35:45Speaker 4: and so much goes into the oscars, like the amount
- 35:49Speaker 4: of the studio is gonna like I think the Anora
- 35:51Speaker 4: just paid eighteen million dollars for their Oscar run. Yeah, yeah,
- 35:55Speaker 4: like it was a small movie. They weren't going to
- 35:58Speaker 4: do that. Za can have a chance for an Oscar.
- 35:59Speaker 4: But his performance was that level. But I would say,
- 36:04Speaker 4: like Greatest Showman, like I love it. If Bob watches
- 36:07Speaker 4: Greatest Showman says that was then like what what does
- 36:11Speaker 4: he like?
- 36:12Speaker 2: Like?
- 36:12Speaker 3: What?
- 36:13Speaker 4: I seriously, what is he watching it that? If he
- 36:15Speaker 4: watches that and says this, this movie sucks. Zach sucks
- 36:18Speaker 4: as singing, Zach sucks at acting like you can't watch
- 36:20Speaker 4: that movie and say that.
- 36:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I really don't think you could go wrong with
- 36:23Speaker 2: that or Hairspray.
- 36:26Speaker 4: Yeah seventeen again, Yeah my god. I mean he was
- 36:30Speaker 4: the coolest person ever.
- 36:32Speaker 1: If you if you could like looking back, I feel
- 36:35Speaker 1: like as a viewer, like I always have these things
- 36:37Speaker 1: that I pick up on with like Traders, like oh,
- 36:39Speaker 1: the last two that knock aren't ever like the Traders,
- 36:42Speaker 1: there's anything looking back like, you could give any advice
- 36:45Speaker 1: to anybody that's going to be on the show in
- 36:47Speaker 1: the future, what advice would you give them?
- 36:49Speaker 4: The biggest advice I would give is to the thing
- 36:53Speaker 4: that happens psychologically is that you you get a theory
- 36:58Speaker 4: and then you're very willing to add to that theory,
- 37:01Speaker 4: if that makes sense. So let's just take me going
- 37:03Speaker 4: after Gabby for example, I had valid reasons to myself
- 37:07Speaker 4: why I thought she was a trader, but now I'm
- 37:09Speaker 4: looking for reasons so I'm everything she does, I'm like, oh,
- 37:12Speaker 4: I was suspicious. So it's confirmation bias. Is that what
- 37:15Speaker 4: that's all? So having the ability to wake up in
- 37:22Speaker 4: the morning and say, Okay, I'm gonna reset myself and
- 37:25Speaker 4: just listen to people, like, I know what I want
- 37:28Speaker 4: to do, but I'm going to let that take a
- 37:30Speaker 4: back seat to what Tom wants to do. I would
- 37:32Speaker 4: like being able to like really listen to people first
- 37:36Speaker 4: rather than just try to further your own agenda. And
- 37:39Speaker 4: that's something I was battling out there as well, Like
- 37:42Speaker 4: once I got Bob the drag Queen, I'm like, man,
- 37:45Speaker 4: maybe I'm pretty good at this, and then I'm wrong.
- 37:46Speaker 4: So then it's like at that point and I finally
- 37:49Speaker 4: was able to do it, is be like, Okay, like
- 37:52Speaker 4: I'm wrong right now, and just because I don't think
- 37:55Speaker 4: Tom has been right this season so far doesn't mean
- 37:58Speaker 4: that he's always wrong and I'm always right. So It's
- 38:00Speaker 4: really like being able to check your ego at the
- 38:04Speaker 4: door and listen. That's that's my biggest advice.
- 38:08Speaker 2: That's why he's a winner, folks, the winner, Winner in America. Sweetheart, Dylan,
- 38:14Speaker 2: thank you so much for taking caon.
- 38:16Speaker 5: I know you are very wanted.
- 38:17Speaker 2: We appreciate you driving the van over and joining us
- 38:21Speaker 2: in studio.
- 38:22Speaker 5: It was so great to meet. Are awesome and congratulations
