Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Good to be with you.
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: I hope you're doing well.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Um, if you look at this, a lot of our audience is on audio, but if you do see the video, you'll see that the uh MAGA hat came off our blessed mother and is now a little bit lower.
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: I had someone watching the video and said, Hey, I love the podcast, but uh and it said it in a really nice way.
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: I wonder if that hat should not be on our blessed mother, right?
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: And God bless, very nice about it.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: And I thought about it, I said, you know what, you're right.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Um the reason that the hat was there is that I wanted our blessed mother uh to protect Donald Trump and our country, our nation.
- 0:36SPEAKER_01: And that was kind of a symbol of that, but I could see where it could be irreverent in some ways, and I don't want it to be like that.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: So, anyways, it's good because he's hanging on the sword, huh?
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: The Claymore sword.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: This is our battle plan for all of us to get our hearts back, marriage and the family, united to Christ and the church, go out and restore the culture and the nation.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: And so that's what we're going to be talking about today, how that all fits together.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: So the Claymore sword comes from St.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Michael, the archangel's got the big Claymore sword at the presentation of the temple.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: Do you remember Simeon's when our blessed mother's bringing Jesus to present him at the temple?
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: Simeon said, He's going to be a sign of contradiction in the world, and your heart too, blessed mother, will be pierced with the sword.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: And so while these symbols have significance, just like how we make God's plan visible in the world.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: We can't separate ourselves from the culture, from the country.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, you see what's happened.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: The demonic really takes over.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: You know, we didn't we didn't explode onto this stage of our lives in a neutral territory.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: We think we did, but that's why Jesus said in uh the book of Revelation, don't be lukewarm, I will spew you out.
- 1:42SPEAKER_01: He said, I'd rather have your cot or colds, you know.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: If you're hot for me, boom.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: I you know, I'm gonna pull you through.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: If you're cold, at least things will get so bad you may bounce off the bottom, right?
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: And and I'll be able to catch you and bring you back into the story.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: But if you're lukewarm, you'd be apathetic, you'd be average, you'll be uh a lump lump all your life, you know.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: That's the one place that that Jesus didn't want you to be.
- 2:03SPEAKER_01: He wants you to be full of passion and desire for him, for the church, for all that's true, good, and beautiful.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: Bring that out into the culture first, and then the country's with the midterms upon us.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: I was reflecting, what did we inherit and what are we in danger of losing?
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: I also think that we should ask plainly where the country would be if Kamala Harris and Tim Wals had won.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: I think we know.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: It would have been an acceleration into national decline.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: We already know because we watched it happen.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Harris was the vice president of the administration that presided over the border collapse, the inflation that hit groceries, the rent, etc.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: that the Trump administration's dealing with today.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Title IX rewrite that treated sex is no longer biology, but a feeling, and the cultural insistence that any dissent on abortion, on gender, on COVID policy was not disagreement with us, but you're harming the nation, right?
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: Waltz was the governor while Minneapolis was allowed to suffer widespread looting, rioting, arson.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: That was just a few years ago, who also built a record as one of the most aggressive pro-abortion executives in the country, and who used the machinery of the state to spread what?
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: These gender ideologies, pressing it in on schools, on medicine.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: We see this in spots all over the country.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: So a Harris-Wals administration would not have also discovered restraint on inauguration day.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: Got more logical, got more, let's let's do the what's true, good and beautiful in the world.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: No, it would have treated the last four years of the Biden uh Kamala Harris administration as a floor.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: Then they would have gone on from there.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: The border would be wide open with the same NGOs facilitating the open border policy that literally lost 350,000 unaccompanied children, many of them trafficked, we found out for labor and sex.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: They would have continued the democratic parole policy that let criminals go free to terrorize law abiding citizens, allowed the fentanyl just to freely flow into our country.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Gender ideology would have continued to be mandated in sports, in women's shelters, in women's prisons.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: School policy, even to the point of using the law to take children away from parents who refused to cooperate with this insanity.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: The administration deep state would have kept growing.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: It just like this cancer would have never stopped.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: It's amazing that Trump for the first time in decades actually shrunk the federal government.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: DEI would have remained a loyalty test replacing merit.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: Christians, especially white males, would be second class citizens.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: Energy policy would have stifled production in the name of the green news scammer that enriches the ruling class at the expense of hardworking middle class and especially hurts what?
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: The poorest all over the world.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: Free speech would have been labeled hate speech as it was if it contradicted what?
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Their progressive ideology.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden you can't disagree.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: Ooh, you're a hater, right?
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: As we saw with doctors canceled for reporting injuries during the COVID vaccines.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: We saw them attacked, canceled, right?
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: How about pro-life groups?
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: Who's going to forget the FBI SWAT teams targeting and arresting pro-life leaders such as Mark Hauk?
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: Mark's going to be our keynote speaker in November.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: Make sure you you attend that if you're in the Chicago land area or fly in from wherever you're at around the country, right?
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Interesting too that a grandmother who had never even had a speeding ticket in her life could be held in solitary confinement for being at the Capitol on January 6th, while men wanted for murder could roam free in sanctuary cities across the United States.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: The insanity of this.
- 5:43SPEAKER_01: Biden hear us were in the most powerful position in the world.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: A man with dementia at best, a so-called Catholic who supported the most grievous evil, abortion and gender ideologies, and hear us an empty shell of moral relativism, right?
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: What is moral relativism?
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: There is no truth, only my truth or your truth.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: Both of them fell for the great lies of Satan when he tempted our first parents.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: You can be like God's.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: You can have the power to make this all up, decide what is evil and what is good.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: That's is what acceleration looks like, my friends.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Not one dramatic collapse, but a transfer of authority from the family, from the church, from a government of the people to a deep state bureaucracy, kangaroo courts appointed by that political class, and a so-called expert class, right?
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: We found out that they were experts in nothing but nonsense.
- 6:37SPEAKER_01: The result is disorder in the streets.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: We saw that.
- 6:40SPEAKER_01: Institutions captured and corrupt, futures for our children stolen by shifting growth overseas, gutting the whole Midwest.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: You know, I'm from Chicago.
- 6:49SPEAKER_01: You know, our industry, our manufacturing all went overseas and just left young men, young families without any income, whole towns collapsed, you know.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: What is this insanity?
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: Trump finally is the first one to see this and understand this.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: This seems like common sense, but it's not, right?
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: What happens when that growth goes overseas?
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: With the government growing and socialism coming in, the national debt levels kept rising, and they always result in what?
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: Just two ways to solve.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: They either got to raise your taxes, which they have, and inflation.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: Decline does not always announce itself with a crash, does it?
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: Often it is a decision to keep going in the same direction that's already failing, only with more certainty and fewer breaks.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: Didn't we all feel like that?
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Once we're no longer a moral and religious people, sin, evil, death gained greater power over the nation.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: And we felt like it was being taken away.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: It takes a determined populist movement and a once-in-a-lifetime figure like President Donald Trump to even attempt to turn this around, let alone make tremendous progress like they have in what less than two years.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: Other men and movements have failed.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: Maybe this one is ultimately going to fail too.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: A lot of it depends on whether a moral and religious people turn back to God, align our hearts with God's divine plan, and then go out and change the world.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: Regardless, this is a historical moment for the United States, but the midterms coming up now, and what's going to happen here?
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: A lot depends on this for the whole world, and much hangs on the results of these November elections, which to me are a test of the spine of Americans.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: Who are we today?
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: Today the Trump administration is working overtime to dismantle the progressive left's advance, but a coalition has formed between those with little in common except a desire for a revolution to take down the Trump administration along with our nation and its Christian roots.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: I want to play you a clip from Mike Steiger.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: He's from Promethean Action.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: It's one of my two daily go-tos, Promethean action in general.
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: They're so bright, and they understand the big pictures.
- 8:58SPEAKER_01: The other one is Jeff Childers.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: He started a daily commentary, Coven and Coffee.
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: He's a great writer, and he sends a daily update, and it's pretty extensive.
- 9:07SPEAKER_01: He's a practicing lawyer, and uh he's just special.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: Let me play uh just a little clip from uh Mike Steger and at least introduce you to him.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: A little bit of Mike.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: This isn't an election, it's a war to break our nation free from encirclement.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: The press wants you to believe November is about gas prices and a war with Iran.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: It isn't.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: It's about the right of sovereign nations to build, not migrants to invade or globalist organizations to destroy.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: As Trump said at the United Nations on Tuesday, there is no human right to illegal immigration, but there is a right to remain a sovereign nation.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: From the war with Russia and the EU to NAFTA and the third world strategy of Iran, this has all been an encirclement of the United States and the near destruction of our country.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: In this overview, we're going to break the encirclement down front by front, how each one attempts to contain our America, and how Trump is breaking us free, and why November will be determined by the choice of the real American identity to fight, to move, or to flight.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Are Americans gullible enough to join the demise, to flee and dance on the ashes?
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: Or do they have the guts and fortitude to fight?
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: Because there's one demographic the Democrats want to stay home this November, and it's not transgender.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: I'm Mike Staeger.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I've been in this fight for 25 years, and this is your Sunday.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Get out and fight overview.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: So that was just a little taste.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: And he gets right after that, he gets into uh Michigan, uh, had a couple decades ago over a million manufacturing jobs, and how that's fallen in half.
- 11:00SPEAKER_01: Uh, and we saw all those jobs again leave the country.
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: That should be two million uh plus right now.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: Two million manufacturing jobs, good paying jobs, right?
- 11:09SPEAKER_01: So when we start to look at this coalition that's built up that's really after uh coming after Trump, our nation, and and each one of us, ask yourself this question.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: Just to put this in perspective, what does Mam Dani, the Muslim mayor of New York, who chose to be sworn on in on the Quran instead of the Christian Bible, what does he have in common with socialists, uh communists, or even more bizarre with the LBGTQ ideology?
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: You know, Islam does not believe in abortion or same-sex marriages, so why would they accept the sacred cow of progressives, the right to end the life of an unborn child?
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: Why does he march in pride parades and support Planned Parenthood, whose mission also includes the sexual malformation of children through gender ideologies and government institutions we somehow still call schools, even though reading and math proficiency is not at the top of their priority, is it?
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: Another progressive policy that this coalition rallies behind is open borders on a historic scale.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Just open the borders.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Who cares about a country anymore?
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Including large numbers of military aged men from countries to not share our language, our laws, our assumptions about women, religion, free speech, even basic safeguards such as voter ID.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: No, we've rejected that.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: Defund the police, right?
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: Who cares about law and order, a cashless bail we have here in Illinois, just let the criminals out on the street.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Well, people can argue the details of any one of these.
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: But for this coalition that's coming together, let's call it radical Islam, socialists, Marxist, the LBGTQ community, what is the sacred cow for all of them?
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: They all have to do with human destruction and confusion.
- 12:51SPEAKER_01: Think about it.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: Abortion is defended as a right, gender ideology is mandated by law, open borders to bring in chaos, covert jabs were a badge of compliance as a pledge of loyalty, socialism and communism as the promise of free stuff for everybody, utopia.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: You know, try telling that to the hundred million of their own people that were murdered under communist regimes in just the last century, or the thousands injured by the COVID vaccine, or the millions of children murdered before they have taken their first breath, or the detransitioners who no longer have their body parts, but they're waking up and saying, Oh my gosh, why did you do this to me?
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: Or Irena Zutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee, who was brutally murdered, remember, in cold blood on the subway in Charlotte, North Carolina, by DiCarlos Brown, who's free despite a long criminal record that included murder charges that could have carried the death penalty.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Why is he free on the street?
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: So the coalition matters because political movements that disagree profoundly about God, sexuality, marriage, women, economics, and the meaning of freedom increasingly find themselves on the same side of the ballot box.
- 14:02SPEAKER_01: Radical Islam, socialists, Marxists, radical gender activists, atheists, progressives, they don't share a picture of what the nation's going to look like after the revolution.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: In fact, they often despise one another's ultimate aims and reality will attack one another as soon as their primary enemy, and here's the point, what is their primary enemy that they all come together for?
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: Christianity and the Western world built upon it.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: This is a battle between good and evil.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: We have been experiencing our nation's decline for decades.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: As Bishop Fulton Sheen identified in 1974, I was still in high school then.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: He had the number one rated television show, and he said on that show, first of all, we are at the end of Christendom, he said on this TV show.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: Now not Christianity, he said, not the church.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Remember what I'm saying, he said.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: Then he defined what he meant.
- 14:53SPEAKER_01: Christian dumb is economic, political, and social life is inspired by Christian principles.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: That is ending.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: We've seen it die.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: Look at the symptoms.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: The breakup of the families said divorce, abortion, immorality, general dishonesty.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: That was in nineteen seventy-four.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: Today we know it's accelerated with the abortion pill you can take right in your in your home.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Gender ideology, the trans movement, the hookup culture, and even the redefinition of marriage itself.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: He reminded us that of the twenty two civilizations that have decayed since the beginning of human history, nineteen have rotted how?
- 15:30SPEAKER_01: They perished and rotted from within.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: We live day to day, he said, and do not see the decline like that proverbial fraud we sit in the pot, huh?
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: We're all boiling to death in this toxic stew of sin and decay.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: Are we going to wake up in November?
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: Are there enough of us to fight?
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: This is going to be really my big question.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: I think all of our questions should be.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: That is where the pieces begin to come together.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: This is the battle beneath the politics.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: This is what I want you to pay attention to, right?
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: Because what you're watching is not simply a contest between Republicans and Democrats.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: You can go argue that all day long.
- 16:14SPEAKER_01: While those things matter enormously for all the things I just laid out, beneath them, and tell people this, beneath them there's an older battle.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: It's a battle over God, freedom of religion, of who we are as men and women.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: What is marriage?
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: What is family?
- 16:30SPEAKER_01: What is a child in the womb?
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: And the proper limits of political power.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: This is why the opening of the Declaration of Independence is more radical than we usually notice.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: What does it say?
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they're endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: This is so important.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: That's not a slogan about independence from a king.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: It's a claim about where rights come from, and therefore about what no government is authorized to take away.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: This is what we're battling.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: Unalienable rights to flow from God.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: The government did not make you.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: It did not invent marriage in the family.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: These realities preceded the state.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: Because government did not give us our fundamental dignity.
- 17:15SPEAKER_01: It has no legitimate authority, and it was never designed to refine it away.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: It's the tyrants and the rulers and the socialists and the communists that want to take that.
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: But the declaration names among those rights what?
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness.
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: And then says why government exists at all, to secure those rights.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: Governments derive their just powers from the consent of us from the governed.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: So notice that order.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: God given rights come first.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: Government comes after.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: If God disappears from this equation, then if the government says there is no God, it's just atoms hitting atoms by accident.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: So then who defines us?
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: Who defines man?
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: Who defines marriage?
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: Who defines which human beings possess any rights?
- 18:07SPEAKER_01: What children should be taught?
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: What freedom even means?
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: If the answer is a legislator tells us that, a court tells us that, a bureaucracy tells us that, or a temporary majority, then the institutions that secure our rights can also rewrite them.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: That's what these people want to do.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: John Adams warned that the Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people and was wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: The Constitution does not grant the rights named in the Declaration of Independence.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: It structured the government to secure those rights.
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: The Christian ethic of the United States of America is what allowed people of all nations coming in here, all different races, cultures, even religious beliefs came to the United States to have a hope for the future, for their own future, to build businesses, secure futures for their children, to live in a country where property rights were secured and they prospered, and the whole nation prospered.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: But when a people rejects the gospel, we lose the interior or moral order necessary for self-government.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: Freedom collapses into license.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: License says, I have the license to do whatever I want.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: That's what freedom is.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
- 19:16SPEAKER_01: That's not freedom.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: So license then eventually demands what?
- 19:20SPEAKER_01: External control as the rotten society comes through because you have chaos in the street.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: Everybody is doing what they want to do.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: The rejection of God, and so the fall of the moral order in the individual human heart extends out to their marriages and the families, become dysfunctional, and then in turn it corrupts the culture.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: The collective soul of all these people is the collective soul of a nation.
- 19:45SPEAKER_01: This is how we all come together.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: This is why we have to have common beliefs.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: We have to have a common base.
- 19:51SPEAKER_01: And when people come from all over the country in the past, they accepted this.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: Even if they weren't Christians, they accepted this.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: Wow, this works.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: We're going to accept these things in the United States.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: It's laws based on Judeo-Christian principles, etc.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: Now, though, the battle.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: What is this battle all about that we're fighting today?
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: And what is this battle from the very beginning?
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: This is so important.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: Are you following me here?
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: What's underneath the politics?
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: St.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6 that we're not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, the powers, the spiritual forces of evil that are out there.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: Jesus warned that the hour is coming that whoever kills you will think he's offering service to God.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: Isn't that what they did when they tried to kill President Trump?
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: Right?
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: How about Charlie Kirk?
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: You saw people celebrating in the streets.
- 20:40SPEAKER_01: I mean, can you understand a person's heart, the celebrating, pointing to their neck and dancing around that somebody was murdered?
- 20:48SPEAKER_01: This is what we're fighting against.
- 20:50SPEAKER_01: The demonic will come in if God is released.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: We're not in neutral territory, are we?
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: And remember, when you see a man or a woman saying, Oh, I wish we would have killed Trump, oh my gosh, or uh jumping up and down and dancing because somebody killed a husband, a father of two young children.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: How can you do that, right?
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: When you see that, uh, you have to really ask yourself, I guess this is my point.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: That's really not the enemy, is it?
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: The enemy is behind them.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: The enemy is the enemy, Satan is the enemy.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: We are a body and a soul, right?
- 21:21SPEAKER_01: We we are of the substance, but we're also of the divine, the spirit.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: This is what we get at our baptism, right?
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: Cleansing and the spirit.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: When that spirit is gone, we're filled in by the spirit of the age.
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: Really, it's it's the it's demonic what happens to us.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: We get taken over.
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: You know, the body and the soul, the default position with original sin is sin and death.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: The only way to restore it is the redemption of Jesus Christ.
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: There's nothing new under the sun.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: Ideologies change, empires change, parties change, technology changes.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: The old temptations remain.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: You will be like God's who can decide what is good and what is evil, or what marriage is, what a child is.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Who deserves to live?
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Who deserves to die?
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: Do we kill the sick, the old, the disabled?
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: What does freedom even mean?
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: These things never change.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: So here's a little something from Jeff Childers from COVID and Coffee.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: Again, I would love to have you get his commentary every morning.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: He reminds us what happened.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: Just five years ago, this week, Biden hear his administration.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: Attorney General Merrick Garland, remember him?
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: What a piece of work this guy is.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: Diligently scanned America's threat horizon.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: He noticed the cartels.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: He observed the fentanyl coming in.
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: He noticed the baby traffickers coming across the border, the Muslim terror cells that snuck across the open board, the leering centers, remember leering centers, all that corruption up in Minnesota exposed by Nick Shirley, blooming across the heartland, all of the steft and corruption.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: Then his blood ram cold as ice, Jeff writes.
- 22:53SPEAKER_01: He saw the true menace, the greatest, most pressing peril of all, bearing down on us like a high speed train loaded with industrial explosives and driven by infected chimpanzees.
- 23:05SPEAKER_01: The greatest threat facing America in October 2021?
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: Moms of school board meetings.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: Who could forget, right?
- 23:13SPEAKER_01: How can you forget the moms?
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: They hogged the nation's microphones in those three minute increments that the school boards give us.
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: They issued alarming demands like, why is my second grader wearing a mask at recess?
- 23:25SPEAKER_01: And what exactly is this book from?
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: Some of them even unleashed their mom voices, which as the squishy and effeminate men of the Biden administration and most of the country's fifth grade boys can attest, is at least comparable to a sort of chemical weapon, huh?
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: Those mother voices, right?
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: On Monday, the DOJ's weaponization working group, now this is the Trump administration, released its second report about Merrick Garland's memo.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: Merrick Garland was second to no one in the memo issuing spot.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: He put out a lot of memos that we have.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: So now, as Attorney General Todd Blanch, the attorney general we have now described it, Garland directed the entire FBI and the Biden's U.S.
- 24:07SPEAKER_01: attorneys to look for what Blanche called a federal hook to prosecute parents exercising their right to free speech.
- 24:15SPEAKER_01: I remember this because I was speaking up at school board meetings.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: I was thrown out of a local library.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: You know, it's amazing the attack, right?
- 24:22SPEAKER_01: So we felt this, and this is only a couple years ago.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: I bring this up to remind you of all the problems in the world.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: They're going to go after parents who stood up against the pornography in their schools, crazy masks and vaccine mandates.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: No, you're not part of the club.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: And we were going to use the power of the government to come after you.
- 24:41SPEAKER_01: This is what will happen again.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: Let me start to unwind this way, but it's important.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Try to put this in perspective.
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: In Act 47 of the Claymore Battle Plan Handbook, it's titled Family Culture Patriotism: The Soul of a People.
- 24:54SPEAKER_01: That's where we got today's title.
- 24:56SPEAKER_01: As John Paul II wrote, the future of humanity passes by way of the family.
- 25:01SPEAKER_01: If the family is strong, if the culture is virtuous, if the citizens love their country rightly, the nation will endure.
- 25:09SPEAKER_01: If they destroy the family, chaos develops, right?
- 25:12SPEAKER_01: You'll never have a virtuous culture.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: So he said, You got to have a strong family.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: You're only going to get this united to Christ and the church.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: You need that grace.
- 25:20SPEAKER_01: And then you go out and create a culture.
- 25:22SPEAKER_01: The culture is the soul of the nation, of bringing all these people together.
- 25:27SPEAKER_01: We're not going to allow pornography in our schools and all these forced mandates, etc., right?
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: And then finally, John Paul says that citizens love their country rightly.
- 25:37SPEAKER_01: Then the nation will endure.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: Every nation has a soul.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: It's not defined primarily by borders or armies, but by its people, their memories, traditions, faith, and sacrifices.
- 25:47SPEAKER_01: In memory and identity, that was Pope John Paul's last book.
- 25:51SPEAKER_01: He wrote it the same year or came out the same year that he would pass away 2005.
- 25:56SPEAKER_01: John Paul II reminds us that a nation's identity is shaped not only by politics or economics, but by the moral and spiritual life that sustains it across generations.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: A nation, he writes, is a community of people bound together by their culture, history, the common good.
- 26:13SPEAKER_01: See, the health of a nation, therefore, depends on moral vitality of its citizens, he said.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: A society that forgets its spiritual roots decays from within, no matter how prosperous it appears on the outside.
- 26:25SPEAKER_01: Culture is the vessel of a people's soul, language, art, literature, our customs, our moral vision.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: It preserves the collective memory of a people's encounter with what?
- 26:36SPEAKER_01: Truth, goodness, beauty.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: When a culture loses its connection to moral truth, it becomes hollow and easily manipulated by ideologies and powers.
- 26:47SPEAKER_01: This is why these people accept this stuff.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: Why?
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: Because they have nothing here inside.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: John Paul saw this vividly in the history of Poland.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: It was conquered, partitioned, occupied many times through history, but the Polish people never lost their identity.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: Their faith, family life, and cultural memory sustained them.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: John Paul saw that, saw how it was so important to love your country and keep these traditions together, right?
- 27:13SPEAKER_01: The Polish language, Catholic worship, the songs and prayers, they were passed down from generation to generation, became the living heartbeat of the whole nation.
- 27:24SPEAKER_01: So armies could occupy Poland, but they couldn't conquer the soul of those people.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: This principle applies to every nation.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: When families nurture virtue, schools form students in the truth, and the arts reflect beauty and moral vision, the nation flourishes.
- 27:42SPEAKER_01: When truth is mocked, vice is celebrated, like in the Biden Kamala Harris administration, the foundations begin to crumble.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: Disorder in the individual heart weakens the family, social harmony gives way to chaos.
- 27:57SPEAKER_01: In such moments, those seeking power come into exploit it.
- 28:01SPEAKER_01: They exploit this confusion, replacing freedom with bureaucratic control that what stifles initiatives and creativity.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: John Paul II warned when people believe they possess a perfect social system, right?
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: Socialism, communism, say hey, they can justify any means, including coercion and deceit, to impose it.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: They think we're going to get power.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter what we do because the ultimate thing is good.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: It doesn't matter what we do in between.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: We can lie, cheat, kill, because the ultimate thing is what we're bringing.
- 28:33SPEAKER_01: This is how twisted and distorted these people get, right?
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: Politics becomes a kind of secular religion, promising an earthly paradise.
- 28:42SPEAKER_01: Yet no political society, however ordered, can be identified with the kingdom of God.
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: Patriotism, this is so important, rightly understood, is the love that binds citizens to their moral and cultural inheritance.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: This is what's been passed down to us from our founding fathers.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: It's a form of gratitude and the acknowledgement that we are heirs to the sacrifices and gifts that we didn't create.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: True patriotism inspires service, generosity, and fidelity to the truth about what?
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: Human dignity.
- 29:17SPEAKER_01: It seeks to build rather than boast.
- 29:20SPEAKER_01: This love begins in the home.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: In gratitude for parents, their ancestors, the land that shaped us.
- 29:27SPEAKER_01: When a man loves his homeland rightly, he learns to cherish what's good without pride, and to reform what is corrupt with humility.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: Patriotism becomes a moral discipline, the duty to protect what's noble and to purify what's flawed.
- 29:42SPEAKER_01: John Paul II cautioned that patriotism must never harden into some idea ideology.
- 29:48SPEAKER_01: When love of country is detached from truth and justice and becomes a form of nationalism, it exalts one people at the expense of others.
- 29:57SPEAKER_01: Gratitude gives way to arrogance and unity to division.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: So let me just say that again, right?
- 30:03SPEAKER_01: We have to be a little bit careful about nationalism being it's just about us and heck with the rest of the world.
- 30:09SPEAKER_01: Now it is about us.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: We have to build up our own country.
- 30:12SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, if we're not strong, we can't help anybody.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: But then we want the rest of the world to be able to lift themselves up too, right?
- 30:18SPEAKER_01: And so patriotism becomes kind of a model and then gives us the resources to help others and maybe even protect some of these other people.
- 30:25SPEAKER_01: So Poland's history offers a powerful antidote.
- 30:29SPEAKER_01: During occupation, Polish patriots risked their lives not only for independence, but for the nation's moral soul.
- 30:35SPEAKER_01: This is the battle that we're in as the midterms approach.
- 30:38SPEAKER_01: Underground schools preserved history and literature.
- 30:42SPEAKER_01: Priests celebrated the Eucharist in secret during communist rule.
- 30:46SPEAKER_01: Parents whispered prayers to their children at night.
- 30:49SPEAKER_01: This was patriotism in its purest form, quiet fidelity to the truth in the face of oppression.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: In this sense, patriotism is not merely political, it's spiritual.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: It unites love of homeland with the love of God, recognizing that every culture has a place in the divine plan.
- 31:08SPEAKER_01: The catechism of the Catholic Church calls the love of country a duty of gratitude and an order of charity.
- 31:15SPEAKER_01: To honor one's nation is to honor the gift of belonging, always in accordance with the truth.
- 31:20SPEAKER_01: What is the truth of things?
- 31:22SPEAKER_01: For our youth growing up today, the challenge for them and the challenge for us is to help them rediscover this noble vision.
- 31:29SPEAKER_01: That's what Claymore Militicity is all about.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: That's what the Claymore Battle Plan Handbook is all about.
- 31:35SPEAKER_01: In an age of fragmentation, moral relativism, young people must learn again to love what is good, true, and beautiful in their heritage.
- 31:44SPEAKER_01: This does not mean ignoring a nation's faults, but engaging them with hope and conviction.
- 31:48SPEAKER_01: It means defending the family, contributing to culture, living virtuously.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: To be a patriot today is to love one's country enough to call it to greatness, not through slogans or anger, but through holiness, courage, and service.
- 32:03SPEAKER_01: Patriotism becomes an act of discipleship grounded in the gospel, inspired by Christ, who remember he wept over Jerusalem and longed for its renewal.
- 32:14SPEAKER_01: This is in Luke 19, if you want to look that up, verses 41, 44.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: When nations remember that they have souls and that these souls must be nourished by truth, goodness, and beauty, renewal begins.
- 32:25SPEAKER_01: The transformation of a people always starts in the interior life of the citizens in each one of us.
- 32:30SPEAKER_01: So we go out into the world and we proclaim the gospel, right?
- 32:34SPEAKER_01: And Jesus himself was the model for that.
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: Which brings the argument to this uncomfortable question as we close here.
- 32:41SPEAKER_01: What about you and me, right?
- 32:42SPEAKER_01: We can criticize the last administration, which I do, the universities, the public schools, they all deserve it.
- 32:48SPEAKER_01: Hollywood, the media, corporations, politicians, they all help make this mess.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: It almost seems overpowering, but it's not if each of us stand up.
- 32:57SPEAKER_01: Christ still turns the question around and says, What are you doing?
- 33:01SPEAKER_01: You go out into the vineyard.
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: What kind of man then am I becoming?
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: What kind of husband, father, grandfather, citizen, Christian?
- 33:09SPEAKER_01: What am I teaching my children?
- 33:11SPEAKER_01: What am I sharing with my friends?
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: What am I allowing into my own house?
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: What am I watching myself?
- 33:17SPEAKER_01: Reading, funding.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: Because the truth would cost me something.
- 33:21SPEAKER_01: Do I stay silent?
- 33:23SPEAKER_01: No politician is going to come save you.
- 33:26SPEAKER_01: You know, as strong as this Trump administration is, we have to be there.
- 33:29SPEAKER_01: We have to be the boots on the ground.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: No party is going to raise your children.
- 33:33SPEAKER_01: No agency is going to make you holy.
- 33:34SPEAKER_01: No one's going to save you or this generation.
- 33:37SPEAKER_01: Christ has already entered the battle.
- 33:40SPEAKER_01: The question is whether we follow him.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: So we have two asks for Claymore.
- 33:45SPEAKER_01: Get on your knees before you pick up that phone and then read one act from the Claymore Battle Plan handbook before you go to bed.
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: You're going to fill in this whole story here.
- 33:53SPEAKER_01: Go to confession.
- 33:54SPEAKER_01: Receive Christ in the Eucharist if you're Catholic for sure.
- 33:57SPEAKER_01: Open up scripture every day.
- 33:59SPEAKER_01: Find good men and stand with them.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: Enter the culture in the public square.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: Take responsibility.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: This weekend we have a lot going on.
- 34:07SPEAKER_01: We're going to be walking and knocking on doors.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: I hate doing that, but hey, we got to try to wake people up.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: There's a public rosary that we're going to be doing.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: So these things right before the midterms to take responsibility ourselves.
- 34:20SPEAKER_01: They're not easy things sometimes, but we got to pick up that Claymore sword of the Holy Spirit, huh?
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: And become a man of action.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: St.
- 34:28SPEAKER_01: Michael's going to be with us, right?
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: This is on my uh little altar.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: St.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: Michael the Archangel with the big sword killing Satan.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: He's going to be with us.
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Remember, the battle for the next generation will not be one in Washington.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: It will be one in your human heart.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: It's going to be one around kitchen tables and strong marriages.
- 34:45SPEAKER_01: When fathers kneel with their children and teach them to pray.
- 34:49SPEAKER_01: It's going to be one in confessionals before tabernacles, and when young men turn away from pornography and the hookup culture and this noise of the digital world, recover their dignity, learn to sacrifice for something greater than themselves.
- 35:04SPEAKER_01: It's literally up to you and I.
- 35:06SPEAKER_01: And we have to share this, huh?
- 35:08SPEAKER_01: Get started today by visiting Claymore Militors Christie.com.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: Hey, keep me in your prayers.
- 35:13SPEAKER_01: I'll keep you in mind.
- 35:14SPEAKER_01: Don't forget to tell everybody to vote in the midterms and vote red.
- 35:17SPEAKER_01: God bless you.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, everyone.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: Talk to you again soon.
- 35:20SPEAKER_01: Bye bye.
