Latest / The Hypnotist / Regression Hypnosis to Re-Awaken Preciousness and Intuition
Transcript
- 0:00Hi, it's. Adam here and.
- 0:02You're just about to listen to a hypnosis session all about
- 0:07someone that was negatively affected by very toxic
- 0:12relationships, initially a toxic relationship with their parents,
- 0:16but then a toxic relationship with a partner.
- 0:20And what was interesting about that is that they were treating
- 0:24that these kind of key events in their life as almost evidence
- 0:28that they should hideaway and avoid difficult situations, and
- 0:34that was actually causing a problem for them.
- 0:36So what actually you're going to hear in this session is a way of
- 0:40reframing the past in a way that they're able to harness their
- 0:44intuition, they're able to gain a new level of perspective and
- 0:48actually reactivate some of their natural qualities.
- 0:52So rather than. Avoiding actually feeling quite
- 0:55courageous and confident and a sense of knowing what's right
- 0:59and wrong and, and believing that they can actually trust
- 1:02their intuition. So this hypnosis session uses
- 1:05something called regression and regression is going back to a
- 1:08past event. And you can do that in two ways.
- 1:12You can go back in an associated way, and that is reliving the
- 1:15moment like it's happening in the present from a first person
- 1:18perspective, or disassociated regression.
- 1:21And disassociated regression is when you have an observer.
- 1:25So it's almost like you're seeing yourself like you're
- 1:27somewhere else, someone else. And in this particular session,
- 1:32it made sense for it to be disassociated.
- 1:35Generally, it's good to associate into resourceful
- 1:37States and disassociate from anything traumatic or
- 1:42distressing. So what you're going to hear is
- 1:44an element of perspective that you get from disassociation, but
- 1:49also. The ability to.
- 1:50Harness resources like precociousness and intuition and
- 1:55confidence. These are things that they're
- 1:57able to harness, but also to do some work about how they
- 2:02perceive things like their mother and their childhood and
- 2:06what it means for them to have been influenced in the way that
- 2:09they were. And this particular client was
- 2:13involved in a narcissistic style of relationship.
- 2:17And in fact, it certainly seems that their father had some of
- 2:20those qualities as well. So it has some elements of
- 2:23looking at how you actually protect yourself against some of
- 2:26those kind of dynamics. Because.
- 2:29Those people with those kind of qualities will tend to use
- 2:34manipulation and deceit and other things to erode the
- 2:38confidence of an individual. So it's really important not to
- 2:41just assume and generalise that all people are like that, but to
- 2:44have certain ability to see the. Signs and have.
- 2:48Clear boundaries and ways of protecting yourself against
- 2:52history repeating. I think this session will be
- 2:55very good from anyone that has had distressing relationships
- 2:59either with a parent or a partner and that is impeding
- 3:04them for having any kind of desire to move on with the life.
- 3:08So if you can resonate with that then you might get some value
- 3:11from this session. Be aware though that this
- 3:14session was created for a specific individual.
- 3:17Some of the references like a child in the.
- 3:19Greenhouse. That made sense for the client.
- 3:22Because. That's where they spent a lot of
- 3:24time in their childhood. It may not make sense for you if
- 3:27you didn't have a greenhouse you didn't spend time reflecting or
- 3:30playing. In a place like that.
- 3:33So if you do like the idea of working with me directly, there
- 3:36will be a link in the description where you can
- 3:38schedule a free consultation call to explore working with me.
- 3:42For now though. Find a quiet, comfortable place
- 3:44where you won't be disturbed. Relax and enjoy the session.
- 4:12Take a deep. Breath in, and as you breathe
- 4:17in, breathe in that long breath of resourceful relaxation.
- 4:24And as you exhale, just allow your eyelids to close, and the
- 4:31moment they close, feel an additional wave of relaxation.
- 4:39You're feeling that sense that tension, stress, worries adjust,
- 4:44leaving your body in that outward breath.
- 4:50And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you become.
- 4:59And I want you to scan your body for any clues of tension,
- 5:06perhaps around your forehead, your jaw, your neck, or your
- 5:11shoulders. Just get a sense then that
- 5:18tension is being released and you can feel that tension
- 5:23leaving your body in your outward.
- 5:27Breath that's in. Deeper and deeper relaxed.
- 5:44In fact, think of a color colour that represents resourceful
- 5:51relaxation, maybe yellow, orange or another bright colour.
- 6:00And as you breathe in, imagine breathing in that bright warm
- 6:06colour, imagining it melting away any stress, worries or
- 6:11tension. And then on your outward breath,
- 6:17just imagine dark shadowy colours leaving your body in
- 6:23that outward breath, seeing anything unresourceful leave
- 6:29your body but breathing in that resourceful.
- 6:33Relaxation. That's in.
- 6:43Deeper and deeper, relaxed. And I want, I want you to use
- 6:50the power of your imagination to imagine drifting back in time at
- 6:59your current age, but visiting the past.
- 7:06I. Want you to imagine a house in a
- 7:14particular part of England with a garden and a greenhouse.
- 7:20And I want you to imagine how it would feel to just touch down
- 7:28there in that garden. I.
- 7:36Want you to imagine a sunny day, blue skies, and just feel the
- 7:43sense of perhaps nostalgia as you look around that garden.
- 7:51Perhaps a garden you haven't seen in many years?
- 8:02And I wonder if you could imagine a small child playing in
- 8:09a greenhouse. Maybe you recognize her, just
- 8:15seven or eight years old. But I want you to imagine seeing
- 8:22a precocious little girl full of imagination, energy, positivity,
- 8:32and maybe you see that little girl painting the sides of the
- 8:38greenhouse or making a concoction with different
- 8:45ingredients all mixed together. And just imagine, tapping on the
- 8:55window of that greenhouse, seeing that little girl look up
- 9:02at you, asking who you are, and in a playful tone of voice, I
- 9:11want you to tell this little girl that you are them from the
- 9:17future. And of course, she doesn't
- 9:20believe you. That is, until you tell this
- 9:26little girl that you know a secret that only they would
- 9:31know. And I want you to imagine
- 9:39sharing that secret. And when this little girl is
- 9:44convinced that you are them from the future, let me know by
- 9:48nodding your head. That's it.
- 9:54I want you to give this little girl a hug.
- 10:00Tell her that she is capable. Wonderful that she is loved, and
- 10:15I want you to imagine what it would be like just to listen to
- 10:20this little girl ask what's happening in our world at this
- 10:26time. Maybe there's a fusion of
- 10:33energy, naivety, playfulness, maybe something else.
- 10:45I want you to be someone that truly listens, gives them all
- 10:51the attention they need. And then I want you to imagine
- 10:57what it would be like to give advice, coaching if you will, to
- 11:09this little girl because you know what happens later, you
- 11:22know the challenges, you know everything they will experience.
- 11:30And I want you to feel that you can prepare them.
- 11:36You're not letting them know exactly what will happen.
- 11:40Give them the tools, the strategies, the perspective to
- 11:47deal with those things that you know that they will deal with.
- 11:55Maybe think to some of the most challenging times in your
- 11:58childhood. And I wonder what it would have
- 12:01been helpful for you to know what to think about those times
- 12:06to help you navigate them. And when you've shared those
- 12:12insights, that advice, let me know about nodding your head.
- 12:18That's it. And maybe tell them, in case you
- 12:27haven't already, tell them that they get to choose the life they
- 12:34want. They don't have to just take
- 12:39whatever life throws in their direction.
- 12:43They can be the architect, the navigator, the captain of their
- 12:49own ship. And imagine giving them a
- 12:54glowing ball of energy. And allow this glowing ball of
- 12:58energy to represent whatever resource you wish you had more
- 13:04of back then in your childhood. And in return, this little girl
- 13:14offers you a drink, a concoction.
- 13:21But since it's your imagination, make this drink glowing.
- 13:27This is the resource you had back then in abundance and
- 13:36maybe. It's precociousness.
- 13:39Maybe it's optimism, maybe it's a sense of following your
- 13:47intuition. Whatever it is, just imagine
- 13:52drinking that concoction and feeling that you are reawakening
- 13:57those qualities within you now. I want you to thank this little
- 14:08girl for that precious gift. Tell her again she's loved, give
- 14:17her a hug and then say. Goodbye and.
- 14:22See her carrying on having fun in that little greenhouse and
- 14:29then imagine going forwards in future, I want you to see
- 14:34yourself perhaps just 14 or 15 years old.
- 14:50Maybe it's older, but I want you to see a time where you didn't
- 14:58feel safe, that something happened that made you question
- 15:04whether or not you even wanted to be in a certain place.
- 15:11But I want you to imagine not taking your perspective.
- 15:14I want you to imagine climbing in to the body of your mother,
- 15:22your mother's body, but your voice and your experience.
- 15:29But this time, I want you to defend that version of you.
- 15:37Protect that version of you to mother that version of you.
- 15:47I want you to see what happened from your mother's eyes, but
- 15:51with your experience. And I want you to update things
- 15:57the way you feel would have made you feel safe, made you feel
- 16:03protected, made you feel loved in that moment.
- 16:12I want you to give a voice to someone that had lost theirs, to
- 16:17say what really should have been said in that moment.
- 16:21And when you've done that, let me know about nodding your head.
- 16:31I. Want you to imagine seeing that
- 16:37situation end and imagine having a conversation with that 15 year
- 16:45old version of you still in your mother's body, but the voice is
- 16:52yours again. I want you to give that 15 year
- 16:59old the advice you wish you had. I want you to feel that and that
- 17:11younger version of you talks that you can really listen,
- 17:16really understand, to give reassurances that you wish you
- 17:22had back. Then but.
- 17:29It may be that your mother needed your advice, and I want
- 17:38you, you to imagine being in your mother's body, hearing the
- 17:42words your mother needed to hear, to listen to maybe
- 17:48something as simple as You don't have to put up with this.
- 17:54You don't have to tolerate this. And imagine a seed of an idea is
- 18:00buried deep in that moment, the idea that people don't get what
- 18:08they deserve, they get what they tolerate.
- 18:12And allow all of these experiences that you've seen,
- 18:18observed before and after to solidify that belief.
- 18:25To. Come to the irrefutable
- 18:30conclusion. Boundaries and standards are the
- 18:37solution, not avoidance. Think of how many times your
- 18:43mother avoided conflict, avoided confrontation, and in doing so
- 18:52the very essence of her was eroded.
- 18:56Avoidance didn't serve your mother.
- 19:00And it won't. Serve you.
- 19:03Resourcefulness will serve you. Belief will serve you.
- 19:11Harnessing your intuition and wisdom will serve you.
- 19:16Having high standards will serve you.
- 19:19And when you feel you have a new perspective, let me know by
- 19:25nodding your head. Before you leave, give that 15
- 19:34year old version of you a hug. Tell them they're loved.
- 19:39I tell them that they are destined for amazing things,
- 19:42that they're so capable. But also hear words you wanted
- 19:50to hear if you were your mother in that moment.
- 19:55And maybe it's just thanks. Thanks for having my back.
- 20:02Thanks for defending me. One final hug, and then it's
- 20:08time to leave. You leave not as your mother,
- 20:12but as you going forwards in time to when you were 21 years
- 20:17old, to see a moment, a fork in the road where things could have
- 20:23gone either way. I want you to imagine you're
- 20:30invisible now. And in a key moment, I want you
- 20:37to whisper words that become intuition to enable that 21 year
- 20:48old version of you to realise that they can trust their
- 20:53intuition. I.
- 21:01Want you to imagine you can't change the past, but what you
- 21:06can do is demonstrate to yourself that going back in time
- 21:11you would do something different.
- 21:14Knowing what you now know that you can close the loops of the
- 21:19past by knowing you would do. Something different they.
- 21:29Say that history repeats itself until the lesson is learned.
- 21:37And I want you to imagine seeing the lesson learned.
- 21:45Even if there is tenacity and manipulation.
- 21:51I want you to see that that version of you goes with their
- 21:55gut trusts, their intuition doesn't back down.
- 22:02And in doing so, I want you to see the most empowered, strong,
- 22:09precocious version of you in that moment, and then step into
- 22:17that version of you. No longer the invisible voice of
- 22:22intuition, but you at your most empowered, refusing to be
- 22:28swayed, feeling aligned, confident in your choice.
- 22:35If at the harder they try to manipulate, the more yourself
- 22:41belief and inner strength is amplified.
- 22:51And if you feel knowing what you now know you would absolutely do
- 22:54things different, then it is evidence that the lesson is
- 23:00learned. And if the lesson is learned,
- 23:05why do you need avoidance to protect you?
- 23:09You can use discernment, wisdom and intuition to protect you
- 23:16when your unconscious is now aligned with this new.
- 23:18Belief of how you will. Keep yourself safe, let me know
- 23:23by nodding your head. And then it's time to leave.
- 23:28That moment, but with new associations, new meanings, a
- 23:36new narrative, something that springs you forward, what holds
- 23:41you back. It's time to return back to the
- 23:46here and now. So take a deep breath in through
- 23:49your nose and out through your nose.
- 23:56Just wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
- 23:58Start to connect and calibrate into the here and the now as I
- 24:03now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
- 24:07Starting to count 123 waking up 456 more alert 7-8.
- 24:14Open your eyes. Open your eyes 910 Wide awake,
- 24:19Wide awake. Wide awake.
