- 1:01Speaker 1: What do you want from it? Hi? Guys?
- 1:05Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:05Speaker 1: Mathis Mathis? Yeah, when you hear your family.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Judge Christina Perez, I was in a little bit of
- 1:11Speaker 3: a Justice for all.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I have a little a little bit heard this morning.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I can always come on Mathis because they post all
- 1:15Speaker 2: them on YouTube in just the clips with one ad.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It's perfect.
- 1:19Speaker 2: It's it's everything you want, which every court case show
- 1:22Speaker 2: would do it.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Uh, it's sat. I think we got a couple of
- 1:25Speaker 3: goodies today. Mine's a little on the short side of it. Okay,
- 1:29Speaker 3: your intro gave me nothing I know, uh, but they
- 1:32Speaker 3: gave you something.
- 1:33Speaker 1: You just don't know what I mean.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Like I feel like you went first last time. Okay,
- 1:37Speaker 2: I'll go first this time. I allow it, and you'll
- 1:39Speaker 2: allowed in the chambers, Allowed in the chambers.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Going out, real smooth. Now, all right, that was me
- 1:47Speaker 1: hitting the gavel on. There's the bailiff. Now put your
- 1:53Speaker 1: robe on. Now what's it this time? Zoop bailiff? Chuckle,
- 1:57Speaker 1: bailiff chuckle? Uh.
- 2:00Speaker 2: All right, So kim YadA, kim Yata is suing Carletha,
- 2:09Speaker 2: her cousin, Carletha. Is her name, Carletha. Carletha one one word. Okay,
- 2:15Speaker 2: both these are one word. Kim YadA is one.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Word, kim Yata is one word, uh, and Carleitha is
- 2:21Speaker 1: one word.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Now for the remainder of the court case, kim YadA
- 2:24Speaker 2: will call Carletha carle and Carletha will call kim Yota
- 2:28Speaker 2: kim fair enough, but their full names are kim YadA
- 2:32Speaker 2: and Carleitha. Kim Yoata is suing Carltha for eighteen one
- 2:35Speaker 2: hundred big one, whoa for a loan she didn't repay back.
- 2:38Speaker 2: So let's start with kim YadA, shall we. She said, Listen,
- 2:42Speaker 2: ever since i've known Carly, she's been a liar. We're cousins,
- 2:46Speaker 2: but we just started hanging out more recently. And if
- 2:49Speaker 2: she's not lying, she's exaggerating. And if she's not exaggerating,
- 2:52Speaker 2: she's ad libbing. And this is clearly a line that
- 2:55Speaker 2: kim YadA worked on beforehand, and I appreciate her prepping
- 3:00Speaker 2: for the judge, but also it doesn't come off a
- 3:02Speaker 2: sincere at all, because it's clear she was memorizing her lines.
- 3:06Speaker 1: That's what she was doing.
- 3:07Speaker 2: And Mathis is like, well, how long have you all
- 3:09Speaker 2: been hanging out? She's like five years? She said five years.
- 3:11Speaker 2: She goes, why you keep hanging out with a liar?
- 3:13Speaker 2: Like when did you first notice she was lying? Kim
- 3:16Speaker 2: Yata is not prepared for this question. Oh She's like, uh, well,
- 3:20Speaker 2: uh I don't and and Mathis goes, is she a liar?
- 3:24Speaker 1: Carly Isa just quiet? Nothing? What kim YadA goes, So she.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Came in hot with She's an absolute liar, biggest She's
- 3:33Speaker 3: always lying.
- 3:33Speaker 2: If she's not, she's exaggerating. If not, she's ad living,
- 3:36Speaker 2: which could be lying and exaggerating. I don't know if
- 3:39Speaker 2: that line works the more I think about it, But
- 3:40Speaker 2: it's not here though.
- 3:41Speaker 3: So she's a liar, and when she's not lying, she's exaggerating, exaggerating,
- 3:45Speaker 3: and when she's not exaggerating, she's at living. That's right, easy, easy,
- 3:49Speaker 3: got done.
- 3:50Speaker 2: So finally she stumbles across and goes, this year, this year,
- 3:53Speaker 2: I noticed she's a big.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Liar, and I stopped hanging out with her. Big liar.
- 3:56Speaker 2: And Mathis goes, so you've known her for you've been
- 3:59Speaker 2: hanging out with her clothes for five years, and you
- 4:03Speaker 2: just noticed this year that she's a big liar. She goes, well,
- 4:06Speaker 2: to me, I noticed that, I mean, you know, and
- 4:10Speaker 2: matthis goes to me, goes, that's just not.
- 4:13Speaker 1: That big a liar.
- 4:15Speaker 3: I mean, well, that's not fair, Matthew, because things can
- 4:18Speaker 3: happen in someone's life where they start lying.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Well, the court laughs, and the bailiff then says, I
- 4:25Speaker 2: lied three times this morning.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Look, you don't want that bailiff on the court show
- 4:32Speaker 1: is just a figurehead. But you don't want that you
- 4:34Speaker 1: were in the badge, man, I think you have a gun.
- 4:36Speaker 1: You can't. You can't say I liied three times this morning.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You can't. But he does.
- 4:42Speaker 2: She says that's not big, that big a liar, and
- 4:44Speaker 2: she says, yes, it is, your honor. She does face
- 4:47Speaker 2: fake taxes as well. And at this point she begins
- 4:50Speaker 2: to go into how she does fake taxes. Matthis cuts
- 4:53Speaker 2: her off at the past. Man, we're not gonna talk
- 4:55Speaker 2: about that right now. We're not gonna even allege that
- 4:57Speaker 2: of her unless it has something to do with this
- 4:59Speaker 2: case or happen to you. We're not gonna leedge something
- 5:01Speaker 2: like that in this courtroom. And Kim YadA, who's not bright, says, well,
- 5:05Speaker 2: she did it for me, your honor, and Judge Mathis goes,
- 5:09Speaker 2: all right, So you're a criminal. You're a criminal. You
- 5:12Speaker 2: just committed to a crime, ma'am. And he looks over
- 5:15Speaker 2: at carle Than goes, ma'am, would you like to admit
- 5:18Speaker 2: that you did this for her? Carle Ethan goes, no,
- 5:21Speaker 2: she's lying, and Mathis goes, all right, You've already committed
- 5:26Speaker 2: to one crime this morning. Would you like to continue
- 5:28Speaker 2: and commit to more? Be careful what you say. This
- 5:30Speaker 2: is on TV. But it is a courtroom on TV
- 5:33Speaker 2: where you're saying what you've done. I would not say
- 5:36Speaker 2: that you've committed tax fraud on this program, not in
- 5:39Speaker 2: your best interest. You've just said that you're a criminal.
- 5:43Speaker 2: I wouldn't recommend going any further. Kim gets the method
- 5:46Speaker 2: a message backs off, and the method and the method
- 5:49Speaker 2: and the message of both. If she's not lying, she's exaggerating. Yeah,
- 5:54Speaker 2: Matthews says, let's go over to you, ma'am. Carleitha says, listen,
- 5:58Speaker 2: Kim thought of the family. They're the black sheep of
- 6:00Speaker 2: the family. They sleep around with people, they're in open marriages,
- 6:05Speaker 2: open relationships. At this point, when she says open relationships,
- 6:09Speaker 2: Kim Yata makes a sound as though she's like shocked
- 6:13Speaker 2: by the accusation, when she's clearly not shocked by it.
- 6:16Speaker 1: She's like, what it's like this, there's no unpin it,
- 6:20Speaker 1: there's no harm. I would never what you think that
- 6:24Speaker 1: I did? What mean? And she never denies it.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Then Carly says she even wears a big old fake
- 6:30Speaker 2: wedding ring. I don't know what this is supposed to mean.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And Kim Yata's response is look and she holds her
- 6:37Speaker 2: hand up and looks like has the courtroom look as
- 6:39Speaker 2: to from that distance the court could tell that it's real.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I don't know what she's trying to say, that her
- 6:43Speaker 1: wedding ring's fake. I don't know I know what she's
- 6:47Speaker 1: trying to say.
- 6:48Speaker 2: She's like, look, she's the black sheep of the family.
- 6:52Speaker 2: And I've been around and I've seen. And Mattson's like, so,
- 6:54Speaker 2: you guys have only been hanging out for five years,
- 6:55Speaker 2: but you say that you've seen her family in open
- 6:59Speaker 2: relationships and lying and sleeping around she said, he said.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Carle says, well, I've not seen.
- 7:05Speaker 2: I've not been around the family like their family for
- 7:08Speaker 2: years and years, but I did see her sister sleep
- 7:10Speaker 2: with my baby's daddy.
- 7:13Speaker 1: And Mathis says, you saw it like in person.
- 7:19Speaker 2: It's like a classic, like Happy Gilmour eight pieces of
- 7:21Speaker 2: for breakfast, you eat pieces and she and She's like, yes,
- 7:25Speaker 2: I did what am I supposed to do.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I saw it happening. I hate to see that.
- 7:29Speaker 2: And Matthis says, I don't know, turn your head, walk
- 7:32Speaker 2: out of the room, don't watch.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Classic Matthis, classic Matthis. He says, I'm done with this.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Let's get the wire here, Kim says, your honor, Carleth
- 7:43Speaker 2: asked me for fifteen hundred dollars. I'm suing for eight
- 7:46Speaker 2: hundred eighteen hundred. She asked for fifteen hundred. She asked
- 7:49Speaker 2: me on May twenty second. I learned it to her
- 7:50Speaker 2: on May twenty fourth. She said she'd pay it back
- 7:52Speaker 2: on June fourth. She's been giving me the run around
- 7:54Speaker 2: ever since. So I'm chewing for eight hundred, which is
- 7:56Speaker 2: one hundred dollars a month. She's not paid me back
- 7:59Speaker 2: in interest, eighteen hundred dollars. Let's go to Carly. Uh, Carly,
- 8:04Speaker 2: did you take the money? Yes, your honor, I just
- 8:06Speaker 2: think it's too early for a court case. You know what.
- 8:11Speaker 1: That's fair?
- 8:12Speaker 2: I think it's too early for a court case. Then
- 8:15Speaker 2: she said she knew that I had no funds to
- 8:18Speaker 2: pay her back. I have evidence that I have no funds.
- 8:20Speaker 2: There was also no timetable for repayment, and I there
- 8:25Speaker 2: was no interest, and I have an evidence to show
- 8:29Speaker 2: that she did not have any of that in writing.
- 8:31Speaker 1: There's no promisory no, no, according to Carly, there's not.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Who says it's too early for a court case. We
- 8:38Speaker 2: didn't agree on interest. She knew I didn't have the
- 8:39Speaker 2: money and there was never a timetable for repayment. I'm sorry,
- 8:44Speaker 2: goes over to Kim Yana. Kim Yanna says, your honor,
- 8:47Speaker 2: I've got text messages. Okay, hands the text messages over
- 8:52Speaker 2: the text say yes, cousin, I'd love to borro alone.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I need fifteen hundred dollars, but I'm gonna pay you
- 8:57Speaker 2: back by June fourth.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Oh no specific.
- 9:03Speaker 2: Mathis this is the best of all time? Carleith who
- 9:07Speaker 2: said I think it's too early for Aca who watched
- 9:10Speaker 2: apparently Kim's sister have sex with her baby.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He says, did you say this? And Kimyata says, what
- 9:17Speaker 1: do you think? She says it could be anything. I
- 9:20Speaker 1: do not recall. Okay, I don't recall. I don't recall
- 9:23Speaker 1: every word I said. I don't recall.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Matthews does a full bit about her being a politician.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Blah blah blah. There's nothing about interest. Matthews is ready
- 9:32Speaker 2: to rule, and I will, I will. I will bake
- 9:37Speaker 2: you a cake. Wow, which would be new for me.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I'll bake you a cake if you can guess his ruling.
- 9:44Speaker 2: Oh no, okay, So how much is it again? It's
- 9:47Speaker 2: she's suing for eighteen hundred, fifteen hundred dollars of principal,
- 9:50Speaker 2: three hundred dollars of interest, one hundred dollars a month.
- 9:54Speaker 2: There's no interest anywhere in anything.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Okay, boy uh, I would just give her the fifteen hundred.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll give her the eighteen hundred. What if I
- 10:10Speaker 2: was trying to trick you and it was the fifteen already,
- 10:13Speaker 2: gotta make your kick. Here's what matthis goes. Matthis says,
- 10:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna give your fifteen hundred. There's no mention of
- 10:18Speaker 2: interest here. I'm gonna give you one percent, which is
- 10:21Speaker 2: fifteen dollars. I'm gonna award you fifteen hundred and fifteen dollars.
- 10:26Speaker 1: I never would have got that.
- 10:28Speaker 3: How could you have gotten there? I'll give you one?
- 10:32Speaker 3: Was he just feeling, was like, I'm just done with this.
- 10:35Speaker 3: I'm gonna give you one percent on that fifteen fifteen. Fantastic.
- 10:38Speaker 1: There you go.
- 10:39Speaker 3: You're ready to go to a judge, peresident, I'm born
- 10:42Speaker 3: ready justice for all.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Yes, the name of her show, Paul Vaughan is suing.
- 10:50Speaker 3: They just say for the max, which is but it's
- 10:56Speaker 3: for an engagement ring.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Okay, ooh, we know about the law here. I know
- 11:01Speaker 1: the law. I know about that. I know about the law.
- 11:03Speaker 1: You know about the law. But we know about the law.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Let's see what happens. We talk.
- 11:07Speaker 3: We talk about oh, really interesting the law says according
- 11:10Speaker 3: to people's court and that she's like.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Dependent but depends on we're gonna get to don't.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Follow through the wedding. It's the one gift that is
- 11:18Speaker 2: a return boy. Okay, hold on, okay, hold on, I'm sorry,
- 11:21Speaker 2: I'm excited. Hold on, I'm doing my best.
- 11:23Speaker 3: We're in We're in California, first of all, and there's some.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Things that play and Perez rules.
- 11:30Speaker 2: She's got justice for all, you know, and it is
- 11:32Speaker 2: it is a foreign concept sometimes.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Paul.
- 11:36Speaker 3: She he's suing Cynthia Bennett. By the way, Bennett, Paul
- 11:41Speaker 3: and Cynthia were engaged.
- 11:43Speaker 1: Cynthia, and he.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Proposed to her with the ring that her grandpa proposed
- 11:51Speaker 3: to his grandma with that his grandpa no his Okay,
- 11:56Speaker 3: it's his grandma's ring, but grandma's ring. He explains, like,
- 11:59Speaker 3: it is my grandpa's and he gave it to my grandma.
- 12:01Speaker 3: And so he's like this for me is like to
- 12:05Speaker 3: be clear, not about the money I got the ring priceless?
- 12:11Speaker 1: Was it called when you get a priced insurance?
- 12:14Speaker 3: Insurance to appraisal and in a praise for twelve to
- 12:20Speaker 3: be clear here, So it's not about the money, It's
- 12:24Speaker 3: about the principle. Here. A month before their wedding, they
- 12:29Speaker 3: go to a friend's wedding. They're all having fun, the
- 12:34Speaker 3: drinks are flowing, everybody's having a good time.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Fantastic catch if we get that that catch was next amazing.
- 12:46Speaker 3: He notices that Cynthia is missing for a while, and
- 12:49Speaker 3: so he starts trying to find her. And he walks
- 12:53Speaker 3: into a room and he finds Cynthia, and Cynthia is
- 12:59Speaker 3: with another man and another woman. But it's not just
- 13:04Speaker 3: any other man, and it's not just any other woman.
- 13:09Speaker 1: It is the guy.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Close Uh not really, It is the guy who is
- 13:17Speaker 3: going to be his best man and the woman who
- 13:20Speaker 3: is going to be her maid of honor, and.
- 13:23Speaker 1: They are having boiled a moment in the hot tub.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Give him all the money, give him all the money.
- 13:29Speaker 3: So afterwards he's he leaves, but he is trying to
- 13:37Speaker 3: figure out in his mind how to make this work.
- 13:39Speaker 1: He still loves her.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Wow, you know what a guy et cetera, And Cynthia
- 13:44Speaker 3: pipes up and says, no, no, no. He started yelling,
- 13:49Speaker 3: and Judge Press says, yelling, no way, how dairy The
- 13:55Speaker 3: audacity of this guy, Cynthia is like he's trying to
- 13:58Speaker 3: act like he was that it was this big deal,
- 14:02Speaker 3: and it was not a big deal.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Here's what happened.
- 14:05Speaker 3: My best friend and I we were drunk, We found
- 14:09Speaker 3: a hot tub, We got in the hot tub, things
- 14:14Speaker 3: got a little crazy, we started making out. Then Paul's
- 14:20Speaker 3: best man shows up and wants to get in on
- 14:23Speaker 3: the action. And sure I should have said no, don't
- 14:28Speaker 3: get in the hot.
- 14:29Speaker 1: She's describing exactly what he described. But it wasn't a
- 14:33Speaker 1: big deal.
- 14:35Speaker 3: It was just silly hot tub fun. I don't think
- 14:39Speaker 3: that it's something to call a wedding off for. I
- 14:43Speaker 3: didn't want to call the wedding off. But clear, okay,
- 14:46Speaker 3: she didn't want to call the wedding off.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Dan.
- 14:49Speaker 3: So Judge Perez says that she she asks how she
- 14:54Speaker 3: felt when Paul walked in and caught her having hot
- 14:58Speaker 3: tub fun.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Silly hot tub, silly hot tub fine.
- 15:01Speaker 3: And she says that she was surprised that he was
- 15:03Speaker 3: so upset by everything. Judge Press says, you wouldn't be
- 15:08Speaker 3: upset if you caught him cheating, and she says, it
- 15:11Speaker 3: was just making out. I didn't think of it as cheating.
- 15:16Speaker 3: It was a wedding. Everyone was drunk. There was some
- 15:19Speaker 3: kissing going on, not cheating.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Wow.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Uh, this is like this is like Christian couple's pre
- 15:29Speaker 3: marriage where they're like this, this isn't.
- 15:36Speaker 1: We're still listen.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Paul says that after that, I kicked her out of
- 15:42Speaker 3: our place. We were, you know, sharing an apartment. I
- 15:44Speaker 3: believe I gave her three days.
- 15:46Speaker 1: To do that.
- 15:46Speaker 3: And Judge presses, that was actually really really kind of
- 15:49Speaker 3: you to do, and Cynthia says, I left right away.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I assumed that he would cool off. So when he
- 15:55Speaker 3: starts to ask for the ring back, I say no
- 15:58Speaker 3: because I still want to get married stupid.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And also, in.
- 16:03Speaker 3: The state of California, a ring is an unconditional gift,
- 16:07Speaker 3: so I'm entitled to the ring.
- 16:10Speaker 1: This woman is the worst.
- 16:12Speaker 3: Press says, do you think it's morally okay for you
- 16:16Speaker 3: to keep a ring that means so much to him?
- 16:20Speaker 3: That was his grandma's ring that was given to her
- 16:23Speaker 3: from his grandpa, who he loves very much, and she says, yes,
- 16:27Speaker 3: I still want to get married. Preess says, you want
- 16:31Speaker 3: to be faithful and she says yes, and Preess says,
- 16:34Speaker 3: I don't think you know what that means.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Good gosh.
- 16:38Speaker 3: Paul says, I kept asking for the ring. So from
- 16:42Speaker 3: the event to now, it's been three months. So over
- 16:45Speaker 3: the course of this three months, he's asking through email
- 16:48Speaker 3: and text and she's just ghosting him, like not responding,
- 16:51Speaker 3: and she's like, yes, I was trying to give him
- 16:53Speaker 3: space to cool down because I still want to get married.
- 16:55Speaker 1: This is wild. Oh.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Wait, all then says, I brought a witness, and you
- 17:03Speaker 3: might be wondering, why do we need a witness here
- 17:05Speaker 3: his grandpa. I brought Adam Vincent. Oh, the Adam Vincent.
- 17:12Speaker 1: So oh.
- 17:14Speaker 3: Paul explains that he remembers he's thinking about his relationship
- 17:18Speaker 3: with Cynthia, and he remembered that every so often she
- 17:23Speaker 3: would see he would see her looking at a guy's
- 17:29Speaker 3: social media and so she he went to her social
- 17:34Speaker 3: media page, looked at the friends.
- 17:35Speaker 1: He could remember what the guy looked like. Found the guy.
- 17:38Speaker 1: It's Paul Vincent.
- 17:39Speaker 3: So he messages Paul Vincent and says, hey, Paul, do
- 17:43Speaker 3: you know Cynthia blah blah blah. And he says yes,
- 17:46Speaker 3: and he's like, hey, do you want to grab a beer.
- 17:49Speaker 3: I want to just talk to you about Cynthia. So
- 17:53Speaker 3: Paul comes up and says, here is what I told.
- 17:57Speaker 3: Adam comes up and says, here's what I told Paul.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Cynthia used to be my fiance. Oh no, no, no,
- 18:06Speaker 3: seven years ago. We were we were engaged. We had
- 18:11Speaker 3: a great time together. You know, we were leading up
- 18:15Speaker 3: to the wedding, and I was working hard. I'm in
- 18:18Speaker 3: the finance business, and so I'm working hard trying to
- 18:21Speaker 3: get money, saving up doing the wedding stuff. I get
- 18:23Speaker 3: home late one night and I walk in and I
- 18:26Speaker 3: catch Cynthia and my baby brother in the act.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 18:32Speaker 3: So he leaves and after a little time, he asks
- 18:36Speaker 3: for the ring. This is this is a movie and
- 18:39Speaker 3: she says, she says no, and she says, in the
- 18:44Speaker 3: state of California.
- 18:46Speaker 1: The ring.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Is a it's a it's a watch McCall. It unconditional,
- 18:52Speaker 3: conditional gift. And so she throws that excuse in my
- 18:55Speaker 3: face and I never get the ring back.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Oh my gosh.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Judge Perez then asks, uh, Cynthia do you have are
- 19:03Speaker 3: you wearing the ring? And she says, yes, I'm wearing
- 19:04Speaker 3: the ring and still want to get married. And she says,
- 19:06Speaker 3: can I see the ring? And she looks at it
- 19:08Speaker 3: and she's like, this is a beautiful ring. And now
- 19:10Speaker 3: Cynthia like confirmed that story by Adam Vincent, she does.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Not deny it.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Wow wow, And uh, Judge Press says this ring is
- 19:20Speaker 3: beautiful and she's ready to rule.
- 19:22Speaker 2: So I it's wild because I remember so distinctly Judge
- 19:28Speaker 2: Million dip it low saying that you have, like the
- 19:32Speaker 2: ring is the one gift that you're required to give back.
- 19:35Speaker 1: So this is weird. Clearly Cynthia knows.
- 19:37Speaker 3: But that could have been if yeah, they call, if
- 19:41Speaker 3: she called off the wedding. You know, I think I
- 19:43Speaker 3: think it's important that she is still wanting to get married.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I don't, but but I will say this. What I'm
- 19:51Speaker 3: hoping is justice Perez wants just Judge Perez wants justice
- 19:55Speaker 3: for all, and justice for all here is to take
- 19:59Speaker 3: that ring off her, give it back to Philip Peter
- 20:03Speaker 3: what's his name, Paul?
- 20:04Speaker 1: Paul? We got their to Paul and give him the max.
- 20:10Speaker 2: I would love for him to get the ring and
- 20:13Speaker 2: the money and for her to just leave and never
- 20:17Speaker 2: come back.
- 20:19Speaker 3: But I get the feeling that I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 20:20Speaker 3: be wrong. Judge Press has the ring in her hands.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah, and she says, bailiff, hand this to Paul. Yeah,
- 20:31Speaker 3: gives him the ring, looks at Cynthia and says, your
- 20:34Speaker 3: California state law is the law.
- 20:38Speaker 1: But also there's laws about fraud. I think you're a fraudster.
- 20:44Speaker 3: I think you go around, you get people to propose
- 20:47Speaker 3: to you, and you take their rings.
- 20:49Speaker 1: What's right?
- 20:50Speaker 3: And so because of that, I'm giving him the ring,
- 20:52Speaker 3: And because you're getting the ring, I'm not going to
- 20:54Speaker 3: give you any of the money. Those close, but at
- 20:57Speaker 3: least justice for all was served. But it was great
- 20:59Speaker 3: because she's like, can I see can I look at
- 21:00Speaker 3: the ring? It was just to get the ring out
- 21:02Speaker 3: of her hand. I got the feeling that might be
- 21:04Speaker 3: the case, but I didn't want to jump in.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Which it was a great play. It's a great, great play.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, did you uh did?
- 21:10Speaker 3: What did Cynthia do? Cynthia was not happy. She was
- 21:12Speaker 3: just kind of like she couldn't believe what was happening.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Your intro to this case was so bad. It was
- 21:17Speaker 3: ring ring, ring, ring. There's a fraudster on the line,
- 21:21Speaker 3: but it was a ring to see you go, what fraudster?
- 21:24Speaker 1: Did you hear? Mine his judge maths interest is peaked.
- 21:30Speaker 3: I even gave you a hint in the in the
- 21:32Speaker 3: thing we did. Everybody, Congratulations another great one.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Yeah, a great one.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Fun time.
- 21:38Speaker 1: We'll be back next time week. Yeah, we should be
- 21:41Speaker 1: back next time with another one. Until then, all rise Yo.
