Madison’s CARES program celebrates five years of service
Tomorrow, September 1st marks five years since the Community Response Emergency Services program – or CARES – got its start here in Madison. Founded in 2021 as an alternative to calling the police, the program has been steadily expanding its reach ever since. Image courtesy: City of Madison.
