  Today we turn toward India and South Asia.

  One of the great encouragements of the past months has been
• 0:54
  witnessing again the extraordinary work God is doing
• 0:58
  through ordinary people. In Second Timothy 2, verse 2,
• 1:04
  Paul tells Timothy to entrust the gospel to faithful people
• 1:10
  who would also teach others. This is multiplication, and
• 1:16
  multiplication remains one of the clearest signs of spiritual
• 1:20
  health and discipleship across South Asia.
• 1:26
  I've seen pastors serving villages, crowded urban
• 1:30
  communities and difficult environments with remarkable
• 1:35
  faithfulness. Many serve with limited
• 1:39
  resources. Few are known publicly, yet they
• 1:45
  continue making disciples and investing in people.
• 1:51
  One of the miracles of South Asia is not merely church
• 1:56
  growth, it is leadership multiplication.
• 2:00
  I've watched local leaders train younger leaders, pastors
• 2:07
  mentoring emerging pastors, churches sending workers into
• 2:12
  new communities, laypeople becoming disciple makers.
• 2:19
  This is how movements grow. The future of the church is not
• 2:24
  built around 1 gifted leader. It is built through
• 2:29
  multiplication. As I've reflected on the past
• 2:34
  several months, I have become even more convinced that
• 2:39
  leadership development must remain central to our mission.
• 2:45
  If we fail to develop leaders, we eventually limit the mission.
• 2:52
  But when ordinary believers discover that God can use them,
• 2:57
  entire communities begin to change.
• 3:03
  I think about the countless faithful servants across India
• 3:06
  and South Asia who preach in villages, who counsel families,
• 3:13
  disciple children, and care for hurting people.
• 3:18
  Many will never stand on large stages, but heaven knows their
• 3:24
  names. God delights in using ordinary
• 3:29
  people filled with the Holy Spirit.
• 3:32
  Perhaps today you feel unqualified.
• 3:36
  Maybe you believe God could use someone else more effectively
• 3:40
  than what he could use. You remember this.
• 3:45
  Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly chose ordinary people
• 3:51
  willing to say yes, here I am, Lord, send me, use me.

  The question is not whether you are impressive enough.
• 4:04
  The question is whether you are available.
• 4:09
  Are you available across India and South Asia?
• 4:14
  I continue seeing this truth again and again.
• 4:19
  God uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things.

  God is already there. Lord Jesus, quiet our hearts so
• 4:37
  we may recognize where you are already at.
• 4:40
  Work around us, strengthen weary servants, renew our hope, and
• 4:48
  teach us to join you with humility and courage.
• 4:53
  And as your people serve across Eurasia, may we remain faithful,
• 5:00
  attentive to your Spirit, and rooted deeply in your love.
