- 1:09Speaker 3: but first we have our trivia question of the day.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Are you ready for it? Here? It is what famous
- 1:16Speaker 3: inventor said, genius is one percent inspiration and ninety nine
- 1:20Speaker 3: percent perspiration. We will have the answer when we come back.

- 2:36Speaker 3: Welcome back. Do you know the answer to this week's
- 2:39Speaker 3: trivia question? The question was what famous inventor said genius
- 2:44Speaker 3: is one percent inspiration and ninety nine percent perspiration. The
- 2:50Speaker 3: answer Thomas Edison. Edison was one of the most well
- 2:54Speaker 3: known inventors in history, credited with innovations such as the
- 2:59Speaker 3: phone age and improvements to the electric light bulb. This
- 3:04Speaker 3: quote reflects his belief that success comes more from hard
- 3:09Speaker 3: work and persistence than from talent alone. It is a
- 3:14Speaker 3: reminder that progress is often built through steady effort, not perfection.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Now you know, progress over perfection means choosing movement instead
- 3:31Speaker 3: of waiting for the ideal moment. Many people delay starting
- 3:34Speaker 3: because they want everything to be just right, But the
- 3:37Speaker 3: truth is there is rarely a perfect time to begin.
- 3:41Speaker 3: There may always be more fear, more uncertainty, or more
- 3:45Speaker 3: reasons to wait. If we keep chasing perfect conditions, we
- 3:49Speaker 3: often stay stuck. Progress happens when we take one small step,
- 3:53Speaker 3: even if it feels incomplete or imperfect. Starting gives us
- 3:58Speaker 3: something valuable that never can momentum. We learn, grow, adjust,
- 4:03Speaker 3: and improve as we go. Perfection is often an impossible standard,
- 4:07Speaker 3: but progress is always possible. The important thing is not
- 4:11Speaker 3: to begin flawlessly. The important thing is to begin. As
- 4:25Speaker 3: we close out this episode, I want to leave you
- 4:28Speaker 3: with this final thought. You do not have to have
- 4:31Speaker 3: everything figured out to take the next step. Growth often
- 4:34Speaker 3: begins with the courage to start before you feel fully ready.
- 4:40Speaker 3: As Arthur ashe said, start where you are, use what
- 4:44Speaker 3: you have, do what you can until next time. Stay
- 4:48Speaker 3: positive today and every day.
