- 00:00:01 Speaker 1: Hey'all, it's Maggie. If you've been a listener of Wrongful Conviction for any amount of time, then you know that my entire life is dedicated to understanding the who, what, where, when and why of pretty much everything, especially when it comes to cases where people have been unfairly accused, charged, and convicted for crimes they did not do. But even when this show is on hiatus, I'm still doing a ton of work, and I wanted to let you know about my latest podcast from Tenderfoot TV, called Up and Vanish Weekly. I've teamed up with one of my very good friends, Payne Lindsay, the creator and host of the wildly popular podcast Up and Vanished. Each week, Pain and I are joined by other true crime experts to take a fresh look at some of the most puzzling crimes and shine a spotlight on cases that have stumped investigators and law enforcement for far too long. Check out the trailer. 00:01:03 Speaker 2: In two thousand and nine, a young woman was arrested. She was later released in the middle of the night with no phone, money, or transportation.
