- 1:24That makes me feel like so very, very
- 1:27good.

- 1:29And let's kick off this show.
- 1:32All right, everyone.
- 1:32This is a great master topic this week.
- 1:35Stop waiting for your life to change.
- 1:38Yes, stop waiting for your life to change.
- 1:41It is Series 5.
- 1:42It is Show 33.
- 1:44And today's granular topic.
- 1:47Are you ready for today's granular topic?
- 1:49It's one that you probably heard many times,
- 1:52but you probably try to kick under the
- 1:54rug.
- 1:54All right.
- 1:56Become braver than your excuses.
- 1:59Let me say that again.
- 2:00Become braver than your excuses.
- 2:03Series 5, Show 33, episode number 6.
- 2:06Again, it is Thursday.
- 2:08Welcome, everyone, once again, to the ever-popular
- 2:10Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 2:12If you're hungry, you're thirsty, feel free to
- 2:14go grab something.
- 2:15Come on back to the show.
- 2:17I'm John C.
- 2:18Morley, a serial entrepreneur.
- 2:21Yes.
- 2:22Engineer, marketing specialist, video producer, podcast host, coach,
- 2:28keynote speaker, graduate student at Montclair State University.
- 2:33And so grateful to be a published author.
- 2:37Yes.
- 2:38Passionate learner, too.
- 2:40Really enjoy that moment.
- 2:42Have you ever given yourself a perfectly reasonable
- 2:46explanation for why you shouldn't do something, only
- 2:49to realize later that the real reason was
- 2:52fear?
- 2:54False evidence appearing real.
- 2:55Fear of rejection.
- 2:57Fear of embarrassment.
- 2:58Fear of being wrong.
- 3:00Fear of acceptance.
- 3:01Fear of walking into a room where you
- 3:04don't know anyone.
- 3:06Fear of trying something that might not work.
- 3:10Excuses can sound intelligent.
- 3:13They can even sound responsible.
- 3:15But sometimes they're simply fear trying to keep
- 3:21us comfortable.
- 3:23So a lot of you are great at
- 3:25making excuses.
- 3:26And then they wonder why they're not getting
- 3:28anywhere.
- 3:29You know why that is?
- 3:30That's because, for whatever reason, you are just
- 3:36trying to manufacture ways to get out of
- 3:39what you need to do.
- 3:40I think that's an important thing to realize.
- 3:43So today, I'm talking about becoming braver than
- 3:48those excuses that you have in the back
- 3:50of your mind, or for some in the
- 3:52front of their mind.
- 3:53Not being fearless.
- 3:55Braver.
- 3:56Because you see, courage doesn't require the absence
- 3:59of fear.
- 4:00It requires deciding that fear doesn't get to
- 4:02control what happens next in your life.
- 4:06That's it.
- 4:07Let's get into the 30 points that I
- 4:09hope will make this a lot easier for
- 4:11you.
- 4:12Number one, excuses often disguise fear.
- 4:15Yes, they're just a fancy suit.
- 4:18An excuse may sound like logic.
- 4:20But look underneath it.
- 4:22Sometimes, I don't have time really means I'm
- 4:26afraid to try this.
- 4:28Identify what's actually driving the decision.
- 4:31I don't want to try lime beans.
- 4:33I don't want to try liver.
- 4:37Number two, catch yourself rationalizing.
- 4:42We can become incredibly creative when explaining why
- 4:47we shouldn't do something uncomfortable.
- 4:50Listen carefully to the stories you're telling yourself.
- 4:53This is so very viable.
- 4:56Number three, courage can coexist with fear.
- 5:01You don't have to eliminate fear 100%
- 5:04before taking action.
- 5:05That's a misnomer that we've been taught.
- 5:07Courage means acknowledging fear and moving responsibly anyway.
- 5:13Number four, stop protecting your comfort.
- 5:16Comfort has value, but protecting it constantly can
- 5:20make your world, well, seem smaller.
- 5:23Growth often asks you to temporarily exchange comfort
- 5:26for possibility.
- 5:28Number five, question every convenient excuse.
- 5:33When excuse rears its head and appears and
- 5:39something becomes difficult, challenge it.
- 5:41Don't just let it go.
- 5:43Ask whether it's a legitimate limitation.
- 5:46Okay, that's number one.
- 5:48Or simply a convenient escape route.
- 5:53That's another important one.
- 5:54Number six, say what you're actually afraid of.
- 5:58When we speak it, it actually makes us
- 6:01realize, hey, this might not actually be as
- 6:03bad as it seems.
- 6:04Fear becomes easier to understand when you name
- 6:07it.
- 6:08Are you afraid of rejection, failure, criticism, embarrassment,
- 6:12et cetera, or uncertainty?
- 6:14Be specific what it is.
- 6:17When you spell it out and you talk
- 6:20about it, it becomes more rational and you're
- 6:24like, well, wait a minute.
- 6:25Maybe this isn't that bad.
- 6:27Number seven, courage grows through the use of
- 6:31it.
- 6:33It's like a muscle.
- 6:35You build your courage muscle.
- 6:37Courage works like that and it's also a
- 6:40skill you develop.
- 6:41Every time you act despite discomfort, you create
- 6:43evidence that you're capable of doing it again,
- 6:46again, again, again, and again.
- 6:49It's just a lot of people don't take
- 6:51the step because, well, their partner, significant other,
- 6:55or their friend says, well, I don't know
- 6:57if I can do this.
- 6:59They say that.
- 7:03I'm going to say it puts that fear
- 7:05in their head, the fear that they don't
- 7:07think they're worthy, the fear that they don't
- 7:09think that they actually can do it.
- 7:13That's a very important thing for us to
- 7:16realize.
- 7:16We have to realize it and then act
- 7:19upon it.
- 7:19Number eight, take calculated risks.
- 7:22Being courageous doesn't mean being reckless.
- 7:27Consider the consequences, understand the risk, prepare appropriately,
- 7:33and then decide whether the opportunity is worth
- 7:36pursuing at all.
- 7:39Number nine, let yourself be seen trying.
- 7:43There's no harm in trying and if you
- 7:45fail, nobody became an expert doing something the
- 7:50first time.
- 7:50You don't have to be an expert to
- 7:52start, but you have to start to become
- 7:54an expert.
- 7:55Or what a lot of people say is
- 7:56you don't have to be great to start,
- 8:01but you have to start to become great.
- 8:03You won't always look polished while learning.
- 8:08Allow people to see you developing.
- 8:10It's humbling.
- 8:13Experimenting, practicing, and improving is the key.
- 8:17Number 10, stop fearing embarrassment.
- 8:19It's overrated.
- 8:21Embarrassment feels enormous in the moment, but it
- 8:24usually passes quickly.
- 8:26Don't allow a temporary feeling to block a
- 8:29potentially valuable experience.
- 8:32That's key.
- 8:33Number 11, risk being misunderstood.
- 8:37You see, not everyone will understand every decision
- 8:40you make, and that's okay.
- 8:42Listen to constructive feedback, but don't require universal
- 8:46understanding before moving forward or universal acceptance.
- 8:51Well, my friend didn't like it, this person
- 8:53liked it, or my parents didn't like it.
- 8:56That shouldn't be your barometer as to whether
- 8:59you should move forward with it.
- 9:01Number 12, ask even when the answer could
- 9:03be no.
- 9:04People don't like to ask questions when they're
- 9:06afraid the answer might be no.
- 9:07It might be yes.
- 9:09Ask for the meeting.
- 9:10Ask about the opportunity.
- 9:12Ask the question.
- 9:13A possible no shouldn't prevent you from discovering
- 9:16whether the answer might actually be a yes
- 9:20or it could become a yes with more
- 9:23conversation.
- 9:24Number 13, walk into unfamiliar rooms.
- 9:29Now, I'm not telling you to do what
- 9:31wedding crashers did, where they go to a
- 9:33wedding and they basically crash it, and they
- 9:35say they know the bride or the groom,
- 9:37and they really don't.
- 9:39Walk into unfamiliar rooms.
- 9:41Number 13, what do I mean by this?
- 9:42So new rooms contain new ideas, new relationships,
- 9:46opportunities, and even experiences.
- 9:48Don't let unfamiliarity automatically become a reason to
- 9:52stay outside the room, okay?
- 9:56You might say, gee, I don't fit in
- 9:58here, or I don't belong here.
- 10:00Well, that's a perception.
- 10:02It's absolutely a perception in your life.
- 10:05Number 14, speak when you normally stay quiet.
- 10:09I learned this the other day, actually.
- 10:11I was at a IT technology by invitational
- 10:15only expo.
- 10:17It was like, I think, I don't know,
- 10:18thousands of people applied, and they let 500
- 10:20come.
- 10:21They basically vetted 500 of us that were
- 10:24invited from the request.
- 10:27And this attorney, amazing attorney, he said a
- 10:31couple things, but one thing he said is
- 10:33don't stay quiet.
- 10:35The reason most businesses, now, he said ITs
- 10:38and MSPs, managed service providers, get sued is
- 10:44because they stay quiet.
- 10:46If you have something, don't be quiet.
- 10:50You don't have to speak, but you have
- 10:53to put it in writing.
- 10:55Your service agreement, your manual, you have to
- 10:59put things in writing so people have them
- 11:01accessible.
- 11:02If you have something valuable to contribute, contribute
- 11:05it.
- 11:05Don't hold it back.
- 11:06Courage can be as simple as raising your
- 11:08hand, sharing an idea, all right?
- 11:12Number 15, are you guys ready for number
- 11:1415?
- 11:15Is this, how is all this sitting with
- 11:16you guys?
- 11:17Does this make sense?
- 11:18Is this hitting home or no?
- 11:24Number 15, attempt something beyond your reputation.
- 11:31That sounds scary, doesn't it?
- 11:33It really sounds scary.
- 11:34Don't become trapped by what people already know
- 11:37you for.
- 11:38Maybe they know you as the greatest soccer
- 11:41player or they know you as the guy
- 11:43who volunteers or the lady that volunteers.
- 11:45You're allowed to learn new things, enter new
- 11:48spaces, create new chapters, and develop abilities people
- 11:51haven't seen from you.
- 11:53I'll give you an example.
- 11:54Many of you guys know I'm a keynote
- 11:55speaker, motivationalist, engineer, and a lot of other
- 11:58things.
- 11:59Well, one of the elected officials of town
- 12:01that knows me very well came to a
- 12:04presentation that I gave.
- 12:05And he was very surprised and very impressed.
- 12:10And he's like, John, he's like, I never
- 12:12knew that you were a well-articulated speaker.
- 12:18I said, well, thank you very much.
- 12:19He says, now I know something else that
- 12:21you do.
- 12:21I said, thank you, I appreciate that.
- 12:23So sometimes you'll surprise people by sharing something
- 12:27they don't know.
- 12:29Number 16, stop defending old limitations.
- 12:32People have been doing it for years and
- 12:34it just causes us to have havoc.
- 12:37It never gets us where we wanna be.
- 12:39So I wanna say these words to you.
- 12:41Be careful about repeating statements.
- 12:45What do I mean by that?
- 12:46I'm gonna be specific for you.
- 12:48I've never been good at that.
- 12:50I'm always a failure at.
- 12:53I never make any money at.
- 12:56I'm always broke.
- 12:59I'm always getting roped into things I don't
- 13:02want.
- 13:02You see, yesterday's limitation doesn't automatically deserve a
- 13:07permanent place in tomorrow.
- 13:09You could change that verbiage.
- 13:11I'm getting better financially.
- 13:14I'm becoming more educated each day.
- 13:17I'm getting better and better at this skill
- 13:19each day.
- 13:20I'm learning how to say no and yes
- 13:22to myself to preserve my time and my
- 13:25own self-worth.
- 13:27You see how you could change the conversation?
- 13:31That's a very, very powerful thing, but people
- 13:34don't do it.
- 13:35Number 17, make courage practical.
- 13:39What do I mean by that?
- 13:41That's a very weird one, but it's one
- 13:44that a lot of people in life, they
- 13:48get stuck on.
- 13:49They get stuck on it because someone said,
- 13:52oh, you're never really good at this or
- 13:53this is the way it has to be.
- 13:57Courage isn't only about, let's say, dramatic moments.
- 14:01It can mean making a phone call, introducing
- 14:05yourself, asking a question, admitting a mistake or
- 14:09beginning something new, forgiving someone.
- 14:13I think because of a lot of people's
- 14:16egos, they don't go down this pathway.
- 14:20They don't go down that pathway.
- 14:22That's why many people are not successful, not
- 14:25because they can't be successful, but because they
- 14:29believe they can't be successful.
- 14:31Number 18, guys, practice being uncomfortable.
- 14:37Discomfort becomes, how can I say this, less
- 14:41intimidating.
- 14:43When you stop treating it as an emergency,
- 14:47put yourself in manageable situations that stretch you.
- 14:52Number 19, don't let rejection define you.
- 14:56A rejection tells you that one opportunity didn't
- 15:00work.
- 15:01It doesn't determine your value, intelligence, ability or
- 15:07future of who you are or who you
- 15:10are becoming.
- 15:13And I can't tell you how many times
- 15:15I see people and they're like, I'm going
- 15:18to give you a perfect example.
- 15:19So there was a story about this very,
- 15:22very powerful tiger.
- 15:26Now it's a very powerful tiger.
- 15:29But guess what?
- 15:30The tiger is not so powerful as you
- 15:34would think.
- 15:35You see, when the tiger was a little
- 15:37baby, the tiger was staked to a stake.
- 15:44I know some of you heard this as
- 15:45an elephant, so either one works.
- 15:49So when this little baby tiger, or the
- 15:54elephant, whatever you prefer, was tied to the
- 15:56stake, it couldn't break free.
- 16:00The stake was bigger than it.
- 16:03It tried a few times, gave up, tried
- 16:06again.
- 16:07After three or four times trying, it gave
- 16:09up.
- 16:10And it put the condition in the tiger
- 16:12and the elephant's head that I can't do
- 16:14this.
- 16:15Now we know elephants are so big, they
- 16:17can hurt and kill people accidentally, hopefully.
- 16:20Even tigers, right?
- 16:21They're very dangerous.
- 16:23They could squash that stake.
- 16:25But you see, because they put that thought
- 16:27in their head, that language, that programming said,
- 16:34I can't do it.
- 16:35So we never tried again.
- 16:39Sometimes we're at the point in life where
- 16:41we're not ready to do it.
- 16:43So we have to keep working at it.
- 16:44But don't give up because you try later,
- 16:46you're going to have more resource, you're going
- 16:47to have more power.
- 16:49That's the key.
- 16:51But so many people try a couple of
- 16:52times, and then they just give up because
- 16:56they figure, well, there's no point.
- 16:58An elephant could easily crush, let's say, a
- 17:03four inch or an eight inch stake or
- 17:05a several foot stake, right?
- 17:07It could crush people.
- 17:09So that's important for us to remember, like
- 17:12the elephant and the tiger, that if we
- 17:14give up and we don't try again, we
- 17:16condition our brain to believe there's no reason
- 17:20to try because we can't do it.
- 17:22Number 20, recover quickly from embarrassment.
- 17:25You said the wrong thing.
- 17:27Get over it.
- 17:28Something didn't work out.
- 17:29You felt awkward.
- 17:30Get over it.
- 17:31Learn what you can.
- 17:33Smile when appropriate and keep moving.
- 17:35Again, get over it.
- 17:37It's a blip in the road.
- 17:39It's a bump you went over.
- 17:40Number 21, replace excuses with experiments.
- 17:44Instead of declaring that something won't work, test
- 17:48it responsibly, OK?
- 17:51Let's say an experiment gives reality the opportunity
- 17:56to answer your assumptions.
- 18:00Number 22, become curious about fear.
- 18:03Instead of immediately running from fear, examine it.
- 18:07Ask what it's protecting, what it's predicting, and
- 18:11whether those predictions are actually supported.
- 18:15Number 23, challenge one limitation at a time.
- 18:20You don't need to become fearless overnight.
- 18:25Pick one limitation and challenge it with one
- 18:29meaningful action.
- 18:31That's it, guys.
- 18:35Challenge it with one meaningful action.
- 18:37You see, your thought from the inspired wisdom
- 18:41that you have wants you to take an
- 18:44action.
- 18:45Oh, I'll take it later.
- 18:46They never do, and therefore, they never get
- 18:49anywhere.
- 18:50Number 24, refuse to shrink yourself.
- 18:53You can get big.
- 18:54Don't allow yourself to get small.
- 18:56Don't continually make yourself smaller than you feel
- 19:00you are just to remain comfortable, to avoid
- 19:02criticism.
- 19:02I said this one time to an elected
- 19:06official.
- 19:07I said to him, because I guess I
- 19:10was overpowering him.
- 19:11I didn't realize it.
- 19:12He saw me as a threat.
- 19:13I wasn't looking for his position.
- 19:15But he didn't like I was getting all
- 19:16the limelight.
- 19:18And I said to him, after he asked
- 19:20the question, John, when are you ever going
- 19:21to quit?
- 19:22When are you going to give up?
- 19:23And I said to him, sir, I'm going
- 19:25to quit when a little baby boy or
- 19:27a little baby girl tells their parents they
- 19:31don't want to walk anymore.
- 19:34That was a very powerful thing I said,
- 19:38okay?
- 19:41And when I asked him the question, I
- 19:44said, I know you have two kids.
- 19:49I said, tell me.
- 19:50So one's in college, one's where.
- 19:52And I said, I want to have a
- 19:53question for you if I may.
- 19:54When did either of them tell you they
- 19:57don't want to learn to walk anymore?
- 20:00He paused for a few moments.
- 20:02He said the word never.
- 20:04I said, sir, that's exactly when I'm going
- 20:07to give up trying to.
- 20:09He goes, John, you're arrogant.
- 20:10Now get the blank blank out of my
- 20:11office.
- 20:13And that's what I want to leave you
- 20:14with.
- 20:15Never show up with less than your A
- 20:17game.
- 20:18Because if you do, someone else will.
- 20:20Give your abilities room to develop.
- 20:23You're an A player.
- 20:24Just practice till you get there.
- 20:26Number 25, courage changes your options.
- 20:31When fear controls your decisions, many possibilities disappear
- 20:35automatically.
- 20:37Courage puts some of those possibilities back on
- 20:40the table again.
- 20:42That's powerful, guys.
- 20:43You see, brave decisions, which we're talking about
- 20:45today, reveal new pathways.
- 20:49You cannot always see what lies beyond a
- 20:52courageous decision.
- 20:54You can't always see where you're standing or
- 20:55sitting right now.
- 20:57Sometimes taking the stop and step reveals options
- 21:02you didn't know existed.
- 21:04Possibilities that you couldn't fathom.
- 21:08Amazing, right?
- 21:10Number 27, give yourself evidence that you can.
- 21:14I celebrate my small wins every day, even
- 21:17my big wins.
- 21:18And those motivate me to do more wins.
- 21:22Confidence becomes stronger when it's supported by experience.
- 21:27These are powerful, powerful things.
- 21:31And you can really make a difference in
- 21:34your life.
- 21:34I mean, really, really make a difference.
- 21:37I think that's important, guys.
- 21:40Every difficult thing that you handle becomes evidence
- 21:44you can point to the next time fear
- 21:47appears.
- 21:48Look what I did.
- 21:49Look how I managed that.
- 21:51Number 28, become stronger than your explanations are.
- 21:55Because your explanations are going to try to
- 21:57short-circuit you and give you excuses and
- 21:59just don't go down that way.
- 22:01You're stronger than your belief.
- 22:03Your explanations may be understandable.
- 22:06So just allow those explanations to keep you
- 22:09on a positive track.
- 22:12Your belief is the only switch from you
- 22:15not achieving it.
- 22:16But they shouldn't automatically determine your future.
- 22:20Just because you're somewhere now doesn't mean you're
- 22:23somewhere later.
- 22:24I'll give you an example.
- 22:25I've got a brother, DK 1201 label reel,
- 22:29right?
- 22:29Just because it's empty now doesn't mean the
- 22:33spool's going to stay empty forever.
- 22:34I'm eventually going to replace it.
- 22:36I've got to take action.
- 22:37I've got to go order it, right?
- 22:41Ask yourself whether you're explaining reality or defending
- 22:44avoidance.
- 22:46You don't have to tell me.
- 22:47But if you're avoiding avoidance, then you're probably
- 22:51avoiding success.
- 22:54Number 29, your excuses don't deserve control.
- 22:59An excuse may deserve consideration.
- 23:01It doesn't automatically deserve authority, which many people
- 23:05put it in that category.
- 23:06You still get to decide what happens next.
- 23:09Of course you do.
- 23:10Number 30, our last point for today.
- 23:14Choose courage before comfort.
- 23:16I know that's hard for a lot of
- 23:18people.
- 23:19This takes you back to the time when
- 23:20I was at the hospital.
- 23:21I broke my tip and fib.
- 23:23And I was close to having a major
- 23:25surgery.
- 23:27And I believed in my heart that I
- 23:30didn't need surgery.
- 23:32I reached out to my attorney.
- 23:33I knew it wasn't a compound fracture.
- 23:36But I believed.
- 23:39And when everything said no, I said yes.
- 23:43And you know what the outcome was?
- 23:45You don't need surgery.
- 23:47Comfort asks you to stay where everything is
- 23:50familiar.
- 23:51I was uncomfortable at that moment, but I
- 23:53had to act.
- 23:56Courage asks you to discover what might exist
- 24:00beyond it.
- 24:01When the opportunity matters, choose the path that
- 24:04allows you to grow.
- 24:06Not the one that keeps you back.
- 24:09Even though it's going to be uncomfortable, you'll
- 24:12be able to learn from it.
- 24:13And next time that will be easier.
- 24:15Being brave doesn't mean you never feel nervous,
- 24:17guys, in closing.
- 24:18It doesn't mean rejection stops hurting.
- 24:21No.
- 24:22It doesn't mean embarrassment suddenly becomes enjoyable.
- 24:26That's not the case.
- 24:27And it certainly doesn't mean taking reckless risks.
- 24:32Being brave means fear is present, but it
- 24:36isn't driving.
- 24:38Think about one thing you've been explaining away.
- 24:42Maybe you're trying to convince yourself and others
- 24:44that you made the right choice.
- 24:47Maybe you should look at that decision again.
- 24:49Maybe you told yourself you're not ready.
- 24:52Okay.
- 24:53Maybe you think you need more confidence.
- 24:56Maybe you're worried someone will say no to
- 25:00you.
- 25:00Maybe you don't want to look inexperienced.
- 25:05Ask yourself one important question.
- 25:09Is this a genuine limitation or is this
- 25:12a fear giving me convenient explanation?
- 25:15People love to get comfortable.
- 25:18But when we get comfortable, we miss the
- 25:20boat.
- 25:21We miss the plane for our trip to
- 25:24success.
- 25:25Then, ladies and gentlemen, if you're tired of
- 25:27that, challenge it.
- 25:29Make the call.
- 25:30Ask the question.
- 25:32Enter the room.
- 25:35Share the idea.
- 25:37Try something unfamiliar for once.
- 25:41Let yourself be seen learning.
- 25:45You might succeed.
- 25:47You might hear a no.
- 25:49You might feel uncomfortable.
- 25:52You might discover that you need to adjust.
- 25:57But whatever happens, ladies and gentlemen, you'll have
- 26:00something far more useful than just another excuse
- 26:04you fired off.
- 26:06You'll have experience.
- 26:08Experience gives you evidence.
- 26:12Ladies and gentlemen, I am John Seymour, a
- 26:14serial entrepreneur.
- 26:15And I thank you so much for choosing
- 26:16to join me for another amazing episode of
- 26:19Inspirations for Your Life.
- 26:21And I want you to know, everyone, that
- 26:23your excuses may explain why something feels difficult.
- 26:29But they don't deserve control over your future.
- 26:33If that's what's happening to you, that's why
- 26:36the boat of success keeps taking off without
- 26:39you.
- 26:40Become braver than your excuses.
- 26:44Stronger than your explanations and limitations.
- 26:47And choose courage before comfort.
- 26:50I'm not going to tell you that this
- 26:53is going to be the easiest thing in
- 26:54the world.
- 26:54It's going to be hard.
- 26:56But it's going to become easier over time.
- 27:00We choose excuses because, well, we fear.
- 27:06False evidence appearing real.
- 27:07We fear what others will think.
- 27:09We feel failure.
- 27:11But you know what also we fear?
- 27:13We fear becoming a great success.
- 27:16Yeah.
- 27:18That's something that I never would have believed
- 27:21many years ago.
- 27:22But that's the reason a lot of people
- 27:23don't succeed is they fear success.
- 27:28People love to be comfortable, right?
- 27:30In the wintertime, they want to be nice
- 27:32and warm.
- 27:33In the summertime, they want to be nice
- 27:34and cold.
- 27:34When you get something that's uncomfortable, people resist.
- 27:42They pull back.
- 27:45And they stop communicating.
- 27:48Because in their mind, it's not open for
- 27:52negotiation.
- 27:53Ladies and gentlemen, have yourself a great rest
- 27:55of your day or evening.
- 27:56And remember, become braver.
- 27:58And you'll become a success.
