Veesaar’s Draft Night Surprise
Henri Veesaar’s draft night turned into a wild ride—he was projected as a first-round pick but didn’t hear his name until 52nd overall, when the Clippers traded him to the Hawks. The twist? He could’ve walked away with up to $5 million in NIL deals by returning to UNC for another season. Some say he gambled wrong, betting on pro potential instead of cash and a higher draft stock. The gamble didn’t pay off as hoped, but the Hawks may have landed a steal. Tar Heel fans are left wondering—what if? Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
