- 1:36Speaker 3: Now with you all right? Sure we always have a
- 1:40Speaker 3: game here during our time at Pro Dreams only eight
- 1:44Speaker 3: years ago.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Say, I don't know why you need to say all that.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I know that's on me.
- 1:48Speaker 3: God, Danny Allen, was it that long ago?
- 1:51Speaker 2: All right? I guess, So what's up? Brother? How we doing?
- 1:54Speaker 2: Have we man doing? Fantastic loose guys today? Real loose guys?
- 1:58Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:59Speaker 6: Gosh, I guess pilots like to say, it's a tough one.
- 2:03Speaker 6: I almost put the flashers on. I thought about it.
- 2:07Speaker 6: I thought about it, but I didn't. But yeah, but
- 2:09Speaker 6: we're here. But if you're out driving around right now
- 2:13Speaker 6: in the Baton Rouge area, and I'm sure outside of
- 2:15Speaker 6: Baton Rage, be careful, stay safe out there, stay in
- 2:18Speaker 6: between the lines.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I would say, Right there, we're again Pro Dreams. So
- 2:25Speaker 3: right here by the og original walk Ons, I would
- 2:28Speaker 3: say at Nicholson by Tiger Land.
- 2:33Speaker 2: If I was outside my.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Car, I don't know if I could see it was
- 2:36Speaker 3: had in front of my face.
- 2:37Speaker 2: It was some tough driving out there today.
- 2:40Speaker 6: Is that why you walked in here about fifteen seconds
- 2:42Speaker 6: before the Mike's came on? No, we were about to
- 2:46Speaker 6: have to roll National, the National Show.
- 2:48Speaker 3: No, I had a hit with Dusty and Danny in
- 2:51Speaker 3: the morning on our serious XM.
- 2:54Speaker 6: Is that rayd old slang for going on their show
- 2:56Speaker 6: for a little bit? What you had a hit with them?
- 2:59Speaker 2: Yeah? You know I heard that. I don't know. Come on, man,
- 3:02Speaker 2: you've been in this deal since June. Yeah, but I
- 3:04Speaker 2: don't do a lot of hits.
- 3:06Speaker 3: That's true. Well, people ask you to, you just never
- 3:09Speaker 3: text them back.
- 3:09Speaker 2: That's a good point.
- 3:10Speaker 3: I can't tell you how many texts I've gotten. Hey,
- 3:13Speaker 3: reached out to your boy Flynn. He had hit me
- 3:15Speaker 3: back yet though.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't like doing those hits. Is that?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Is that your final chapter and becoming a real full
- 3:23Speaker 3: time radio guy is to start to do this.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I've actually done a couple. I've done a couple
- 3:28Speaker 2: on your show. That does not count. It does count.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Afternoon hit that does not count whatsoever.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I know I did want to do this show
- 3:39Speaker 2: and laughyette one time. Oh you did, okay? Yeah, not
- 3:42Speaker 2: a huge deal, right, I think that's it though. Yeah.
- 3:47Speaker 2: I do get reached out to quite a bit. Yeah.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Do you write them back or do you just leave
- 3:51Speaker 2: them on hit.
- 3:52Speaker 6: Me in the DMS? Okay, that's a great question. I'm
- 3:55Speaker 6: really bad at using my phone.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, because then they text me saying, hey, yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 3: guy never wrote me back.
- 4:01Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm really poor at that, especially like during the day,
- 4:04Speaker 6: like when I'm at the office, because like.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I'll read it and I'm like, I'll get back to
- 4:07Speaker 2: that one.
- 4:07Speaker 6: Yeah, because like I don't just want to give them
- 4:10Speaker 6: bad news, just like immediately let them down easy in
- 4:14Speaker 6: about thirty minutes.
- 4:15Speaker 2: And I forget, Yeah, it's all right, we'll get better.
- 4:19Speaker 2: And then I just say, at some point, I just
- 4:21Speaker 2: feel like they'll go'll.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Get the picture, you know when you go on other
- 4:27Speaker 3: people's shows though that you know what that does?
- 4:28Speaker 2: It actually promotes this show. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got
- 4:34Speaker 2: it all right, So I should do that. Yeah.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Well, I mean I'm not saying you gotta do every
- 4:40Speaker 3: one of them, because I'd be lying to you if
- 4:41Speaker 3: I said that.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I say yes to all of them.
- 4:43Speaker 6: There's a lot of people with podcasts out there's a
- 4:45Speaker 6: lot there's a lot and there's a lot of social
- 4:47Speaker 6: media and I got an in books in box full
- 4:50Speaker 6: of people. Yeah, there's a lot of people. Like in Wisconsin,
- 4:55Speaker 6: they have a lot of podcasts, a lot of basement pots.
- 4:59Speaker 2: You don't do those because that doesn't help us. There's
- 5:01Speaker 2: a lot of Louisiana people. We do those. That does
- 5:03Speaker 2: help us. OK, I got it.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Uh So every time we come here at Pro Dreams,
- 5:09Speaker 3: we have you know, something that we're doing. It was
- 5:11Speaker 3: a jersey deal a couple of weeks ago. Uh, you know,
- 5:15Speaker 3: different promotions. Obviously there was the week's Brothers football that
- 5:20Speaker 3: had paint on it that didn't have a sharpie that
- 5:22Speaker 3: it didn't dry. You got a discount on that one
- 5:26Speaker 3: this week here at Pro Dreams. Going to pro dash
- 5:29Speaker 3: Dreams dot com and the promo is going to be
- 5:32Speaker 3: twenty percent off any order that you have. So any
- 5:35Speaker 3: order that you have twenty percent off used code Hester
- 5:38Speaker 3: and Flynn.
- 5:39Speaker 2: All one word. I'm assuming Hester and Flynn. What uh
- 5:44Speaker 2: are we spelling and out? Or U? Isn't that? I think?
- 5:47Speaker 3: I think I think we're spelling it out all right? Yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 3: So my name first, obviously, and then your name Hester
- 5:54Speaker 3: and Flynn twenty percent off pro Dash Dreams dot Com.
- 5:57Speaker 2: All right, cool? Is it case sensitive? Do we need
- 5:59Speaker 2: to do all over? You're asking a lot of questions.
- 6:02Speaker 2: I don't really know.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Trey hit me up about six thirty this morning to
- 6:06Speaker 3: tell me to.
- 6:07Speaker 6: Get clarification out there. Well for myself really, because I
- 6:10Speaker 6: might be getting that twenty percent off too. Okay, Well,
- 6:13Speaker 6: I I would assume just go ahead and start out
- 6:16Speaker 6: with lowercase and then we'll adjust.
- 6:18Speaker 2: If we have to.
- 6:19Speaker 6: Smart and try my name first, you might get about
- 6:22Speaker 6: forty percent off.
- 6:23Speaker 2: That's not how that works. That's not how that works.
- 6:25Speaker 2: You can try it.
- 6:26Speaker 3: You can see if Trey, maybe you know, slipped a
- 6:28Speaker 3: different deal in there. But no, Hester and Flynn get
- 6:31Speaker 3: twenty percent off your entire order. Pro dast streams like Coon,
- 6:36Speaker 3: very good, Geordis Elschi wouldn't s game?
- 6:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:41Speaker 3: I think they Yeah, probably, Yeah they can't. Oh they
- 6:43Speaker 3: didn't lose to a quarterback wearing number twenty watched this bow?
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:47Speaker 3: Oh Shaye Patterson wearing number twenty old.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Miss all right, so we were.
- 6:54Speaker 6: Me and me and Jordan were rapping here before before
- 6:57Speaker 6: the show started talking little pels, little lock up. He
- 7:01Speaker 6: educated me on a little bit about why the Derrick
- 7:05Speaker 6: Queen and he corrected me if it's not Patrick Queen,
- 7:08Speaker 6: Derrick Queen, Uh, why the trade was so poor Because
- 7:12Speaker 6: I learned about protections, yeah, and the potential protections, and
- 7:15Speaker 6: I think that's the dumbest thing in the whole world.
- 7:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you could have the Hawks with your number one
- 7:21Speaker 2: overall pick.
- 7:22Speaker 6: Yeah, but why Yeah, the protector confuses me because he's
- 7:26Speaker 6: telling me about like you could have done a top
- 7:28Speaker 6: three pick or if protected your like a top five
- 7:30Speaker 6: or whatever.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Like, yeah, well why would anybody do that?
- 7:32Speaker 6: You could just trade away a first round pick and
- 7:34Speaker 6: then potentially not get anything the next year.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Yeah, confuses me.
- 7:38Speaker 6: It's just a whole mess, and it makes it reemphasized
- 7:40Speaker 6: on why I don't really like NBA.
- 7:43Speaker 2: So Queen's a good player.
- 7:45Speaker 3: I think he's gonna be a really good player, but
- 7:47Speaker 3: you're not a really good team.
- 7:48Speaker 2: In fact, you're a really bad team.
- 7:50Speaker 3: And so it's like, is the juice worth the squeeze conversation?
- 7:56Speaker 2: You got a good player? Yeah, I don't have no idea.
- 8:00Speaker 3: And look, there's no guarantee that whatever pick that you
- 8:03Speaker 3: have is going to be a good player.
- 8:04Speaker 6: Can you imagine favoring the protection on the NFL trade.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Sounds so stupid.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Hey, well, yeah, we'll trade you this number one receiver
- 8:13Speaker 3: for first round, but if it's top seven, then.
- 8:16Speaker 2: You gotta delay that because you don't get that year.
- 8:18Speaker 6: Who was the first person that completed what GM completed?
- 8:22Speaker 6: He created this like, hey, I want to trade you
- 8:24Speaker 6: this pick, but if I get a good pick.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Next year, I'm going to keep it. That dude was
- 8:27Speaker 2: a badass. Whoever that was. Yeah, he called all his
- 8:30Speaker 2: friends that day and let him know this is what
- 8:33Speaker 2: I did.
- 8:34Speaker 6: This guy agreed to traded me a pick, but like
- 8:37Speaker 6: if we stink, yeah, they don't get it.
- 8:41Speaker 3: NBA does a lot of things, a lot of a
- 8:43Speaker 3: lot of unique things when it comes to stuff like that.
- 8:45Speaker 3: So yeah, yeah, the Pails lost again last night. In
- 8:48Speaker 3: case you're wondering, I'm sure that's what started the conversation.
- 8:50Speaker 6: No, it wasn't, because he was Jordan was watching the
- 8:54Speaker 6: Joker talking good about Derek Quan.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Oh.
- 8:57Speaker 3: He was, look that's Tim Duncan and now the Joke
- 9:00Speaker 3: are talking good about Derek Queen.
- 9:02Speaker 2: We asked him. I was like, well, what do you
- 9:04Speaker 2: expect him? Said?
- 9:04Speaker 6: The ask him about him what he's gonna say, he's
- 9:06Speaker 6: not he thinks bad player. But Jordan went on to
- 9:09Speaker 6: say he elaboraty. He didn't give a stock answer.
- 9:12Speaker 3: You never, like, you never said anything about like a
- 9:15Speaker 3: NFL player when they asked you about it. I never,
- 9:17Speaker 3: I didn't always just wax poetic if I didn't feel
- 9:20Speaker 3: like the player deserved.
- 9:21Speaker 2: No, no, no.
- 9:21Speaker 6: But he could have done like, yeah, no, he's a good,
- 9:23Speaker 6: really good young player. He could give him something like that,
- 9:26Speaker 6: he's got a lot to learn, he's gotta got a
- 9:28Speaker 6: lot of talent, blah blah blah. But apparently he went
- 9:30Speaker 6: on and infant and he did wax poetic. All right,
- 9:35Speaker 6: what does that mean? Wax poetic?
- 9:39Speaker 7: Where'd you go to school? You hate on the tree
- 9:42Speaker 7: Ford evangel all the time. But I'll say no, I
- 9:44Speaker 7: get it, I know what it means. I'm just saying that's,
- 9:47Speaker 7: you know, move on. What would you like me to say?
- 9:51Speaker 2: No?
- 9:51Speaker 6: I like the saying I say that as well. He's
- 9:55Speaker 6: trying to break down the words.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Oh, you're just you're asking out loud. That's the way
- 9:58Speaker 3: your brain works. What's that mean exactly?
- 10:01Speaker 6: We say it a lot wax poetic? What does it mean, actually,
- 10:04Speaker 6: what are we waxing?
- 10:05Speaker 3: We'll find out the origin of it, like we did
- 10:07Speaker 3: with Liz Frank, which.
- 10:08Speaker 6: You were right, by the way, Well, Doc was right,
- 10:11Speaker 6: but I knew it was said first it was a
- 10:13Speaker 6: person's name.
- 10:13Speaker 2: I didn't know, ye war Yes, well, I don't even try.
- 10:21Speaker 3: This all right, And as we often do here when
- 10:24Speaker 3: we're at Pro Dreams, because we play like an old
- 10:26Speaker 3: school game of you know, years ago. Uh, and then
- 10:31Speaker 3: we get really excited because LS she's like real physical
- 10:33Speaker 3: in the offensive line and runs the football.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Oh my god, that was a pop power.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Actually, Oh my gosh, you got you got Darryl Williams
- 10:41Speaker 3: and Darius Geice right.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Now just toting the rock. Yeah, that was nice. That
- 10:46Speaker 2: was fun. Twenty seventeen. What a time to be alive.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Seventeen or sixteen seventeen, okay, twenty seventeen.
- 10:53Speaker 2: This is actually the first year that they sixteen would
- 10:55Speaker 2: have been less.
- 10:56Speaker 6: LSU was beta testing our very first version up my
- 11:00Speaker 6: high in seventeen.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Is that why they had six cramps on that last tracks?
- 11:05Speaker 3: So those a little beta test, not a big deal.
- 11:09Speaker 3: First team, right, first team that tested it? Oh yeah, yeah,
- 11:13Speaker 3: they were the only team that tested.
- 11:14Speaker 2: It guinea pigs. They're the guinea pigs our beloved university.
- 11:18Speaker 6: You just now we had a high we had a
- 11:21Speaker 6: handful of high schools that guinea pig that with us
- 11:23Speaker 6: with them as well. But yeah we did all the
- 11:25Speaker 6: like the sweat tested on the thinking getting fired up
- 11:28Speaker 6: right there.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, all right, so making me sad watching them
- 11:31Speaker 3: run power and having multiple running backs.
- 11:33Speaker 2: So we'll do the way dan Anling was good. I
- 11:37Speaker 2: want you to know that. Yeah, who said he wouldn't
- 11:40Speaker 2: a lot of people then? Not me? Mhm? What was geist? Yeah?
- 11:49Speaker 2: Yeah he had he had a field day. I mean
- 11:50Speaker 2: he used to crush.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Oh miss, all right, we will step away a lot
- 11:54Speaker 3: more coming your way.
- 11:55Speaker 2: We'll get this thing started.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Wouldn't we come back alive from pro Dreams in bad
- 11:59Speaker 3: and Ruge You get prodsh Dreams dot Com promo code
- 12:02Speaker 3: Hester and Flynn twenty percent off your entire order more OTB.
- 12:07Speaker 2: When we come.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Back off the bench. Can you imagine having your feet
- 12:14Speaker 3: up back in twenty seventeen, ice cold do sequis in
- 12:18Speaker 3: hand and you're watching LSU run power after power after power,
- 12:22Speaker 3: getting like seven yards a chunk like they just did.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Get again honestly, Jake, I couldn't. Yeah, that's true. That
- 12:28Speaker 3: would be utopic. It would be a utopic feeling because
- 12:30Speaker 3: you got dose equis and you've got the power run
- 12:33Speaker 3: all in the same spot. But look, maybe you can't
- 12:35Speaker 3: enjoy that right now, but you can enjoy ice cold
- 12:38Speaker 3: dough Sekis.
- 12:38Speaker 2: In fact, you can go for dose Yeah.
- 12:41Speaker 6: You can have a couple e one dose Ekis or
- 12:44Speaker 6: dose Doseekis, or you can buy a twelve pack and
- 12:47Speaker 6: ask everybody around you what they're drinking that day.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Could do that, whatever it is.
- 12:50Speaker 6: Make sure you know it's Thursday, We're getting close to
- 12:53Speaker 6: the weekend. Make sure you start getting that. Go to
- 12:55Speaker 6: the store whatever you like to purchase an adult bevy,
- 12:58Speaker 6: make sure you get an ice down, make sure you
- 12:59Speaker 6: get in the fridge and get ready for an incredible
- 13:01Speaker 6: weekend of football all weekend long.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Trick responsible. Go for dos.
- 13:12Speaker 8: P G Yeah gee.

- 13:21Speaker 3: You got a whole house, she got a whole call.
- 13:26Speaker 4: You a bro, Tigers turn talkers. This is off the bench, and.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Do you know what that means?
- 13:39Speaker 5: Last bridge, I don't pass screen man, don't go clean
- 13:42Speaker 5: and don't make a make a seen.
- 13:44Speaker 2: We can go on and say you all right, welcome

- 14:08Speaker 6: up a silent auction at your place. I don't know,
- 14:13Speaker 6: some of the best athletes in the world, some of
- 14:15Speaker 6: the best entertainers in the world. Maybe get some cool
- 14:17Speaker 6: autograph memorabilia.
- 14:18Speaker 2: From that at a sweet little holiday party. Give them
- 14:21Speaker 2: a call. That's what they do. They will.
- 14:23Speaker 6: And if you're raising if you have some sort of fundraiser,
- 14:26Speaker 6: we're raising money for something, they'll actually donate a portion
- 14:28Speaker 6: of those proceeds back to that foundation as well.
- 14:31Speaker 2: So that is what they do here at Pro Dreams,
- 14:33Speaker 2: So give them a call. Protest Dreams dot Com. Yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 2: and y'all know this by now.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Every week we watch a game here, like an old game,
- 14:41Speaker 3: and it's on this gigantic TV in front of us,
- 14:43Speaker 3: so we apologize when we just like yell out stuff
- 14:46Speaker 3: like we'll clap. Just bodied somebody to play before and
- 14:51Speaker 3: bodied them and then rolled over them and got them again.
- 14:54Speaker 6: And so yeah, just gonna keep I always wonder, like,
- 14:57Speaker 6: what is the inches on this TV? It's a big
- 15:00Speaker 6: a lot, whatever a lot is, it's over one hundred
- 15:05Speaker 6: maybe because so I have so Yeah at my house,
- 15:07Speaker 6: I have an eighty five inch TV.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Can you have money? I ain't afraid to say it.
- 15:11Speaker 2: It was a deal.
- 15:12Speaker 6: Got it for five hundred dollars. Okay, who would have
- 15:14Speaker 6: thought fifteen years ago? Did you get eighty five inch
- 15:17Speaker 6: television for five hundred dollars?
- 15:18Speaker 3: The first flat screen I got was like thirty two
- 15:20Speaker 3: inch and it was like a grand.
- 15:21Speaker 6: Yep, me and me and a packed hot cup. We
- 15:23Speaker 6: me and him a couple of years ago, went over
- 15:25Speaker 6: to Sam's Club and we.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Got that deal. Yeah.
- 15:27Speaker 6: By the time of year I got a goodbye. This
- 15:29Speaker 6: is much bigger than that. This is over one hundred yard.
- 15:32Speaker 6: It's one hundred yard one hundred inches. It's amazing.

- 16:54Speaker 6: I've been meaning to go all week and I've just

- 17:02Speaker 2: whatever it is, go see them. Go flow IVY.
- 17:06Speaker 3: All right. So LSU Tigers taking on Western Kentucky on
- 17:11Speaker 3: Saturday night, and.
- 17:14Speaker 2: They're good record wise.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Now, they haven't played a power forward team, which is
- 17:17Speaker 3: abnormal for them because typically they they you know, they
- 17:20Speaker 3: would have played multiple by now.
- 17:22Speaker 2: But I believe, I believe there's seven and two. Okay,
- 17:25Speaker 2: if I'm not mistaken that that sounds real right to me?
- 17:29Speaker 2: Or maybe no?
- 17:30Speaker 3: Sorry, eight maybe eight and two? Eight and two at
- 17:32Speaker 3: this point. So eight and two confirmed.
- 17:36Speaker 2: There we go.
- 17:37Speaker 3: So it's going to be senior night as well. Obviously
- 17:41Speaker 3: your last game if your LSU is going to be
- 17:43Speaker 3: in Norman, Oklahoma to finish up the regular season. So
- 17:47Speaker 3: you're gonna say good bye to this senior class. And
- 17:51Speaker 3: that includes quarterback Garrett Nussmeyer, who is doubtful for Senior Night,
- 17:56Speaker 3: and I don't know what that means. In the next
- 17:59Speaker 3: couple of games. I don't know what that means for
- 18:01Speaker 3: the Oklahoma game. I don't know what that means for
- 18:03Speaker 3: the Bowl game. But there's you know, there's a chance
- 18:07Speaker 3: that we've seen the last of Garrett Nusmeyer in an
- 18:10Speaker 3: LSU uniform, so that you know, missing Senior Night. That's
- 18:15Speaker 3: less than ideal, obviously, and I hope he gets a
- 18:19Speaker 3: very warm reception on Senior Night. If anything else happens
- 18:23Speaker 3: like I would be very disappointed in our great fans.
- 18:27Speaker 2: And so I don't know if we'll see him again.
- 18:31Speaker 3: But I know this year did not go his way
- 18:34Speaker 3: the way anybody wanted to individually or team goals.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Wise, There's a lot of different factors that play into it.
- 18:43Speaker 3: There's a lot of things offensively that we talk about
- 18:45Speaker 3: the foundation of this year's offense. I'm just I'm not
- 18:49Speaker 3: sure how successful anybody could be ye through the air
- 18:53Speaker 3: with that. But regardless of all of that, he tried
- 18:59Speaker 3: to do it the right way, and he did do
- 19:02Speaker 3: it the right way.
- 19:05Speaker 2: You know, played when he was a young player here.
- 19:07Speaker 3: You know, he would come in from Max Johnson here
- 19:10Speaker 3: or there, didn't get starts, but he would come in
- 19:12Speaker 3: and play and you could see the talent, and you
- 19:14Speaker 3: talked about him for years.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You've talked about him for three four years. First time
- 19:17Speaker 2: he saw him throw a football, you're like, who's that guy?
- 19:20Speaker 3: And there's a lot of places across the country that
- 19:22Speaker 3: Garrett could have gone. He could have played and could
- 19:24Speaker 3: have been a starter, and he didn't want to go
- 19:26Speaker 3: anywhere else, and he just, you know, happened to have
- 19:29Speaker 3: to sit behind a guy named Jayden Daniels who won
- 19:31Speaker 3: a Heisman Trophy, was the number two overall pick one
- 19:34Speaker 3: offensive rookie of the Year in the NFL, all those things.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So he sat, He continued to develop, continued to be
- 19:41Speaker 3: a great teammate, and when he finally got his opportunity,
- 19:44Speaker 3: he had a great year. He does for over four
- 19:46Speaker 3: thousand yards. He was one of the most exciting quarterbacks
- 19:49Speaker 3: in college football, and coming into this year he had
- 19:52Speaker 3: some of the best Heisman odds because of what he
- 19:54Speaker 3: had done the year before. And again, I know it
- 19:57Speaker 3: was not great this year, like we all know that,
- 19:59Speaker 3: and again go back to it individually and team goals wise,
- 20:02Speaker 3: it was not great. The foundation wasn't great, and unfortunately
- 20:05Speaker 3: here's where we're at. But still doesn't mean you don't
- 20:09Speaker 3: celebrate a guy that loves this place, did everything he
- 20:12Speaker 3: could for this place, did things that nobody else would do,
- 20:17Speaker 3: and this day and age, you did it. It's very
- 20:20Speaker 3: similar to your story, but like today's, Hey, I can
- 20:25Speaker 3: go in the portal and I can make a lot
- 20:27Speaker 3: of money because a lot of people would want my services.
- 20:29Speaker 2: He didn't do that.
- 20:30Speaker 3: And so you know, if we have seen him for
- 20:33Speaker 3: the last time in an LSU uniform, I am still
- 20:35Speaker 3: going to very much appreciate what Gary Nessmeyer did for LSU.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and to do what he did, you can't really
- 20:45Speaker 2: compare it.
- 20:46Speaker 6: I don't think you can compare it to like my
- 20:48Speaker 6: story at LSU, because it is so much harder to
- 20:53Speaker 6: do it this day and age, because it's more commonplace.
- 20:56Speaker 6: There's no there's no penalties there used to be with
- 21:00Speaker 6: the transferring.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:05Speaker 6: When I saw Garrett play in a scrimmage multiple years ago,
- 21:09Speaker 6: and I've told the story a bunch of times, I
- 21:11Speaker 6: went there to go see another quarterback at practice and
- 21:14Speaker 6: I was watching him, and you know, I was like, Yeah,
- 21:16Speaker 6: this kid's good, blah blah blah.
- 21:17Speaker 2: But I was like, but who's that kid over there
- 21:19Speaker 2: on the other side of the field. Throwing.
- 21:21Speaker 6: I knew Garrett had a special talent, and I knew
- 21:25Speaker 6: from a young age that he would be I figured
- 21:28Speaker 6: if he I figured, if he got a chance, that
- 21:30Speaker 6: he'd be a really good player. He was dealt a
- 21:33Speaker 6: really crappy hand this year. That's not an excuse for
- 21:36Speaker 6: playing bad and missing throws and kind of seeing ghosts sometimes.
- 21:39Speaker 2: That's not an excuse for that.
- 21:40Speaker 6: But we've broken down a lot of the foundation and
- 21:43Speaker 6: the bones of this offense being a little bit incompetent,
- 21:49Speaker 6: not very conducive to any style of quarterback player, any style,
- 21:55Speaker 6: And we've broken down a lot of those reasons why
- 21:57Speaker 6: in film study, and you know, we're not the only ones.
- 22:01Speaker 6: Doesn't take a football expert to see that what we're
- 22:03Speaker 6: doing on offense just hasn't worked all season. And a
- 22:09Speaker 6: lot of that it always the responsibility always falls on
- 22:13Speaker 6: the coach in charge and the quarterback. Whether that's fair
- 22:16Speaker 6: or unfair, it's just the way it is. That's you know,
- 22:18Speaker 6: you get quarterbacks and coaches. They get way too much
- 22:21Speaker 6: credit than they deserve and they get way too much
- 22:23Speaker 6: blame than they deserve. And that's the nature of the beast.
- 22:26Speaker 6: That's what we sign up for nobody feels sorry for you.
- 22:29Speaker 6: No quarterback or coach wants people to feel sorry.
- 22:32Speaker 2: For them in that way.
- 22:34Speaker 6: But the expectations coming into this season were high, and
- 22:38Speaker 6: rightfully so, because of the performance that Garrett Andnsmeyer has
- 22:42Speaker 6: always done when he came into a game. Certain maybe
- 22:45Speaker 6: not at mop up duty. I know there were some
- 22:47Speaker 6: like mop up dates that had people shaking their fist,
- 22:50Speaker 6: but his first start Bowl game dominated. Yeah, right started
- 22:56Speaker 6: last year. They threw the ball all out of the place.
- 22:58Speaker 6: He was saying, all fifty three yard from left to right.
- 23:01Speaker 6: He can make every single throw. They attacked the middle
- 23:03Speaker 6: of the field, They were more dynamic for whatever reason,
- 23:05Speaker 6: and for whatever reason, from one year to the next,
- 23:08Speaker 6: they lost a lot of that.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know why. Nobody can really explain it,
- 23:13Speaker 2: but they did.
- 23:14Speaker 6: And you lose an offensive line last year and you
- 23:17Speaker 6: come in and Garrett Smeyer gets beat up and he's
- 23:20Speaker 6: not the athletic guy that can make those plays. And unfortunately,
- 23:24Speaker 6: based on the circumstance this year and him being a
- 23:28Speaker 6: little bit injured, he just wasn't able to do those things.
- 23:32Speaker 2: And I think it got I think it eventually kind.
- 23:34Speaker 3: Of wore on him.
- 23:35Speaker 6: Got to him seeing a little big everybody gets the yips, right,
- 23:37Speaker 6: everybody gets the I think Sam Darnold said it a
- 23:40Speaker 6: couple of years ago, like I don't know, I'm seeing
- 23:43Speaker 6: ghosts out there. I literally said that, and uh, you know,
- 23:45Speaker 6: you watch Garrett, it's like, that's not the Garrett that
- 23:48Speaker 6: we've seen so many times.
- 23:49Speaker 2: That was what's frustrated.
- 23:50Speaker 6: And I get it people fan bases wanting there's big,
- 23:53Speaker 6: great expectations. So you go watch this kid and like
- 23:58Speaker 6: you watch the offense and the boober come out, and like,
- 24:01Speaker 6: I get that, Like that's in the middle of the game.
- 24:02Speaker 2: You're frustrated as a fan base. Blah blah blah.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Got it.
- 24:06Speaker 6: But this kid deserves all the respect and admiration from
- 24:09Speaker 6: all of us fans this week on a senior night,
- 24:11Speaker 6: if we have indeed seen the last of Garrett Nusmeyer.
- 24:15Speaker 2: I love everything that the kids stood for.
- 24:18Speaker 6: And I'm not saying that that nobody else has stood
- 24:20Speaker 6: for great things at other positions, but quarterback gets highlighted
- 24:24Speaker 6: on everything. Right, I've loved everything they stood for. He's
- 24:28Speaker 6: been ultra patient in a very impatient world that we
- 24:32Speaker 6: live in, very loyal in an unloyal world that we
- 24:36Speaker 6: live in. The kid puts crosses in his cheeks every
- 24:39Speaker 6: single day, thanks to Lord and Savior, every time he
- 24:42Speaker 6: gets a chance. He's done everything the right way. He's
- 24:44Speaker 6: been patient, and he's been a great LSU Tiger. We
- 24:47Speaker 6: all wish that he played better this year. We all
- 24:49Speaker 6: wish that the offense was better. He wishes it more
- 24:52Speaker 6: than any of us. I can promise you that because
- 24:55Speaker 6: what he did. He could have gone the NFL last year,
- 24:57Speaker 6: he could have transferred, he could have done so many
- 24:59Speaker 6: things that would have set himself up for the future better.
- 25:03Speaker 6: Because coming back, of course, has heard his draft stock,
- 25:05Speaker 6: has heard everything.
- 25:07Speaker 2: You know. I don't know if he's draftable, no idea.
- 25:10Speaker 6: I don't know if he was going to go to
- 25:11Speaker 6: the Senior Bowl, and it's been If you would have
- 25:14Speaker 6: told me, we'd be saying that before the season started,
- 25:18Speaker 6: I would have said, you were crazy, right. It's it's
- 25:20Speaker 6: wild to be even in this situation. But unfortunately, because
- 25:25Speaker 6: of the circumstance, because of the poor offensive scheme and
- 25:30Speaker 6: system and things that went, everything that went around, the
- 25:33Speaker 6: quarterback's going to bear the brunt of that blame. So
- 25:39Speaker 6: I hope he gets a huge ovation. I'm proud that
- 25:42Speaker 6: he has been an LSU Tiger and my hats are
- 25:45Speaker 6: off to him. And if we have seen the last up,
- 25:47Speaker 6: I wish him well and I wish I hope that
- 25:50Speaker 6: he gets rid of those whatever the ghosts are, the
- 25:53Speaker 6: yips or whatever it is, and I hope he has
- 25:54Speaker 6: a long career.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and uh, you know, to the NFL portion of that,
- 25:59Speaker 3: I do have Drew Fabiana jo on off campus every
- 26:02Speaker 3: single week, actually every Thursday, so I have him on
- 26:05Speaker 3: later today. And I asked him that question about Garrett
- 26:08Speaker 3: a couple of weeks ago, and he's like, yeah, look,
- 26:09Speaker 3: I mean obviously you know the tape from this year
- 26:11Speaker 3: is out there and you got to evaluate that, he said,
- 26:13Speaker 3: But in the NFL, we evaluate everything. He's like, you
- 26:17Speaker 3: don't forget about the bad, but you don't forget about
- 26:20Speaker 3: the good either. He said, the good tape will be evaluated,
- 26:23Speaker 3: and there's going to be NFL teams that say, Okay,
- 26:25Speaker 3: we've seen it, we saw it.
- 26:27Speaker 2: How do we get that because if we get that version,
- 26:30Speaker 2: we're drafting him. Yeah.
- 26:31Speaker 3: Right, So he's still very much in play at the
- 26:34Speaker 3: next level. And look, I know there's a lot of
- 26:36Speaker 3: people that are right now, just right to Chad, He's
- 26:41Speaker 3: still got that opportunity. So and look, if the worst
- 26:45Speaker 3: thing about him is he tried to play through injury, Okay,
- 26:48Speaker 3: I mean he was trying to find a way to
- 26:51Speaker 3: help his football team, right, and we all, look, we
- 26:54Speaker 3: all try to do that at times, and is it
- 26:56Speaker 3: the smartest thing to do?
- 26:57Speaker 2: Sometimes it's not.
- 26:59Speaker 3: But again, if that's the worst thing, if like you're
- 27:01Speaker 3: getting Max, he tried to play through injury, I mean
- 27:05Speaker 3: all of us try to play through injury from time
- 27:06Speaker 3: to time.
- 27:07Speaker 2: And sometimes it's smart, sometimes it's not.
- 27:09Speaker 6: Yeah, And you know, hopefully NFL scouts will look at
- 27:13Speaker 6: the totality of everything. Of course, just like you said,
- 27:16Speaker 6: you can't take away bad film, you can't take away
- 27:17Speaker 6: good film. I and the sky does not lie for
- 27:21Speaker 6: a reason. Hopefully they look at it and be like, oh,
- 27:23Speaker 6: this offense he was playing in was doo doo right
- 27:28Speaker 6: by this game stunk.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Definitely hold up, they ask them to do what we're doing? What? Yeah,
- 27:36Speaker 2: say what?
- 27:39Speaker 6: But yeah, this and you know what another knock is too.
- 27:41Speaker 6: And I know people you know think I'm an old man.
- 27:44Speaker 6: Yon at the line talking about the clap count, the
- 27:46Speaker 6: stupid clap count of being in the shotgun.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Every play, you do love it. That hurts.
- 27:50Speaker 6: I'm telling you that hurts people draft stock. That hurts
- 27:54Speaker 6: draft stock for quarterbacks being in that type offense. Nobody
- 27:57Speaker 6: in the NFL does that. Yeah, there's more and more
- 27:58Speaker 6: under center regular like what we could think of traditional
- 28:03Speaker 6: plays in the NFL. So certainly that doesn't help either.
- 28:07Speaker 6: And I hope that we kind of get away from
- 28:09Speaker 6: that because it's brutal. You're seeing more and more NFL
- 28:12Speaker 6: coaches come out and just trash the clap count too.
- 28:15Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's so stupid. Stop doing it. I hate it.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Tell us how you really feel. He's your voice. Oh
- 28:26Speaker 2: there you go. That your cadence there, Bud. That's about saying.
- 28:30Speaker 2: I think before we get out here today, like you
- 28:32Speaker 2: gotta get up and you got to go through the
- 28:33Speaker 2: I'll give you a snapcount. You get through the whole deal. Yeah,
- 28:36Speaker 2: we'll do. We got to and everything too loud in
- 28:39Speaker 2: the microphone. I don't know how far away to put it.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Apparently the volumes not not great anyway when we're on remote,
- 28:45Speaker 3: that's what we gotta turn this thing all the way up.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Sure, So give me a sound effect. How was that son? Today?
- 28:50Speaker 2: What we got turned out?
- 28:53Speaker 6: Yeah, that's pretty loud. All right, I'm a big Green
- 28:58Speaker 6: nineteen guy. That from Aaron, ok I don't know if
- 29:01Speaker 6: you wanted that from Brett. Yeah, but it's the perfect tone,
- 29:05Speaker 6: the perfect uh way we were green eighty green eighty
- 29:09Speaker 6: green eighties.
- 29:09Speaker 2: Okay, but it's not green eighteen. And then you go
- 29:14Speaker 2: like people go with blue. Blue is tough because like,
- 29:16Speaker 2: I don't know the way.
- 29:17Speaker 6: You gotta like get the tongue the top of your
- 29:19Speaker 6: mouth and like it's it's a little bit tougher.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Yeah, some people would go white. Really, I never heard white.
- 29:25Speaker 6: Yeah, I'd go like white eleven on a dummy count sometimes.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Oh okay, all right, we'll get that before we get
- 29:30Speaker 3: out here, Nick, believe you.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Blue forty five was my backup.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Who I didn't. I don't like that at all.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Blue. No, I don't like that. Get that out of here.
- 29:38Speaker 2: You gotta have something you get grunt into. Get wait
- 29:42Speaker 2: for that.
- 29:43Speaker 3: The grunt cuts the crowd noise better, okay.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Than just a normal normal pitch.
- 29:47Speaker 3: All right, Well we'll get that at some point here today.
- 29:50Speaker 3: All right, more OTB when we come back here.

- 31:44Speaker 6: it kind of went downhill for him when he said
- 31:47Speaker 6: he'd never watched Varsity Blues.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Oof.
- 31:54Speaker 6: I don't think that's an I don't think people are
- 31:56Speaker 6: talking about that enough. It's tough at at SEC media
- 32:00Speaker 6: days because we only had us.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Straight in our face.
- 32:03Speaker 3: We only had one person that had seen it because
- 32:06Speaker 3: Witt hadn't seen it either, yep.
- 32:08Speaker 2: And that was what was very apologetic about it.
- 32:10Speaker 6: It was very must look us straight into our face
- 32:13Speaker 6: and said, that's is that even my generation?
- 32:16Speaker 3: He did, that's true, basically calling us super old. That's true. Wait,
- 32:21Speaker 3: if you're listening, you need to watch that. You said
- 32:23Speaker 3: you would, you need to watch that. Uh. Blake Shapin,
- 32:26Speaker 3: Mississippi State quarterback was the only one that said he
- 32:28Speaker 3: had seen it, yep, suspected him. Yeah, all making sense.
- 32:35Speaker 3: So that's what I'm saying, Like, people need to talk
- 32:38Speaker 3: about these things. They're important. It's important people, Uh, all
- 32:44Speaker 3: right to your roots. So moving on from that conversation
- 32:47Speaker 3: and I'm sure we'll find ourselves back talking about obviously
- 32:50Speaker 3: LSU and Western Kentucky a little bit later on. Uh,
- 32:53Speaker 3: the New Orleans Saints make a move and they agree
- 33:00Speaker 3: to part ways. Usually agree, which don't see that very often,
- 33:04Speaker 3: to part ways with receiver Brandon Cooks. Now, this was
- 33:08Speaker 3: a free agent signing that they made in the off season,
- 33:11Speaker 3: obviously bringing him back to where he started his career.
- 33:19Speaker 3: He signed a two year, thirteen million dollar deal, and
- 33:23Speaker 3: at the time, T Bob and I were like, what
- 33:29Speaker 3: two years thirteen million at this point in his career
- 33:32Speaker 3: where you're at as a team, and I get you
- 33:34Speaker 3: were trying to get some veteran leadership as well. This
- 33:37Speaker 3: one never really made sense certainly where he's at right now,
- 33:41Speaker 3: but you were hoping you could get something out of him,
- 33:45Speaker 3: And I mean, what does what does dev say he
- 33:50Speaker 3: couldn't find a production with a search warrant? That's about
- 33:53Speaker 3: right with Brandon Cooks.
- 33:54Speaker 2: This year.
- 33:55Speaker 3: So I'm sure he was great in the locker room.
- 33:57Speaker 3: You heard a lot of that yesterday out of the building.
- 33:59Speaker 3: But yeah, I mean two years, thirteen million, and as
- 34:04Speaker 3: a fullback that you would have to times my career
- 34:07Speaker 3: salary by lots three at least to get to that number.
- 34:13Speaker 2: You know's it's tough for me to say that that
- 34:15Speaker 2: was justified in any way when you hated it in
- 34:19Speaker 2: that deal.
- 34:20Speaker 3: So yeah, I mean you have a one yeah, year one,
- 34:24Speaker 3: you have a union with a guy that you drafted. Look,
- 34:26Speaker 3: Brady Cook's playing a lot of different football teams. He's
- 34:29Speaker 3: been traded a lot of different times in his NFL career,
- 34:32Speaker 3: So you know, the Saints make the move to move
- 34:35Speaker 3: on from him and really leaves your receiver room. You
- 34:40Speaker 3: got Bile, you got Mason Tipton who talked about him.
- 34:45Speaker 2: I got all that production from Bile. He is the
- 34:49Speaker 2: third leading receiver in the wide receiver room at least
- 34:52Speaker 2: on your team. How many yards is him?
- 34:54Speaker 6: One hundred and sixty five that's triple digits, sir, leading
- 35:00Speaker 6: receiver on the team.
- 35:02Speaker 3: So Cooks will enter waivers while costing the Saints a
- 35:05Speaker 3: modest amount against their twenty twenty five salary cap. He
- 35:09Speaker 3: now has a chance to land with you know, somebody
- 35:13Speaker 3: else in the NFL, and he's seeking probably to get
- 35:15Speaker 3: on I would assume he's going to clear waivers and
- 35:17Speaker 3: he's hoping to probably get on a contender.
- 35:20Speaker 2: So the Saints will see.
- 35:21Speaker 3: A small amount of salary cap relief in twenty twenty
- 35:24Speaker 3: six after parting ways with the veteran Brandon Cooks. And
- 35:28Speaker 3: that is on Louisiana Sports dot Net by our guy
- 35:32Speaker 3: Ross Jackson. Great article there kind of a breakdown of
- 35:35Speaker 3: how it all went down and what the numbers are
- 35:38Speaker 3: going to look like. But yeah, look, this is a
- 35:41Speaker 3: deal that when the Saints made it, it didn't make sense.
- 35:43Speaker 3: It didn't make sense during the deal, and so it
- 35:47Speaker 3: does actually finally make sense to go ahead.
- 35:49Speaker 2: And just part ways.
- 35:50Speaker 3: Like you're a team right now that has more issues
- 35:54Speaker 3: than vogue, Like you've you need young talent, you need
- 35:58Speaker 3: draft choices, you need opportunities I think for younger players,
- 36:03Speaker 3: Like if you're going to continue to tell me about
- 36:05Speaker 3: Mason Tipton every single training camp that we have and
- 36:09Speaker 3: how much you like him and how much he's doing,
- 36:11Speaker 3: that's great play Mason Tipton. Otherwise, he's just taking a
- 36:16Speaker 3: roster spot. He's not dynamic on special teams, right, So
- 36:20Speaker 3: if you want to keep him, let him play a receiver,
- 36:23Speaker 3: because you're bad right now.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Your record's terrible. You're one of the worst teams in
- 36:28Speaker 2: the NFL.
- 36:29Speaker 3: And so instead of paying this veteran guy who's not
- 36:32Speaker 3: playing either a lot of money, move on and give
- 36:35Speaker 3: the young guy an opportunity.
- 36:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess, I mean, I don't.
- 36:38Speaker 6: I don't really understand moving away from Brandon Cooks right now.
- 36:43Speaker 2: I mean they said it was mutual. Oh, he asked
- 36:45Speaker 2: for it. Yeah, So I guess if he's not if
- 36:50Speaker 2: he's not playing, if he's not playing, and you keep
- 36:53Speaker 2: this guy third best receptions in the wide receiver and
- 36:55Speaker 2: the guy has number two, is not even in the
- 36:57Speaker 2: room anymore. Okay, But I mean I think you got
- 37:00Speaker 2: fifty four yards receiving.
- 37:02Speaker 3: You and I could go out there and get fifty
- 37:03Speaker 3: four yards receiving probably maybe, I don't know. You see
- 37:06Speaker 3: it's there in that flag football game the other day.
- 37:08Speaker 3: Not a big deal, not that big of a deal.
- 37:10Speaker 3: A couple catches a toutter.
- 37:11Speaker 2: I mean, let's call it what it is.
- 37:13Speaker 6: Like Mason Nicki Lomis made two terrible decisions with Cooks
- 37:17Speaker 6: and Flee.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, oh well they're awful.
- 37:21Speaker 3: Yes, Like so, yes, a fourth rounder and a seventh
- 37:26Speaker 3: rounder for the production you're getting, like a fourth round pick,
- 37:32Speaker 3: Like that's a that's somebody that contributes at a high level.
- 37:35Speaker 3: It's not necessarily a starter. But like when you give
- 37:37Speaker 3: up a fourth round pick, like you're giving up somebody
- 37:40Speaker 3: that's supposed to be like a pretty core piece of
- 37:43Speaker 3: your team moving forward, at least for you know.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Yeah two three years.
- 37:47Speaker 6: Yeah, the fourth rounder of my draft class in Green
- 37:49Speaker 6: Bay started as a rookie right guard and it.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Was a five time Pro Bowl guy. He played for
- 37:57Speaker 2: like ten.
- 37:57Speaker 3: Years, right, Yeah, we didn't have one my my draft class.
- 38:02Speaker 3: We had we had so like we had no draft picks.
- 38:05Speaker 3: I don't know who they traded for, but we had
- 38:07Speaker 3: Key Sims the first round pick. I was a third
- 38:10Speaker 3: round pick that they traded the second round pick from
- 38:13Speaker 3: the next draft to move up because they didn't even
- 38:15Speaker 3: have that. They had like two fists and like a
- 38:17Speaker 3: seventh or something, but a fourth round pick. Now, fourth
- 38:21Speaker 3: round picks expected to contribute, and so like you you
- 38:24Speaker 3: gave that away for less than two hundred yards and
- 38:26Speaker 3: you gave her fourth and the seventh.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Wait, less than two hundre yard. Take he's got fifty
- 38:30Speaker 2: four yards receiving less than one hundred yards.
- 38:35Speaker 6: Yeah, fifty four. We got thirteen receptions. At least Brandon
- 38:40Speaker 6: Cooks had nineteen receptions.
- 38:42Speaker 2: It's so bad. No, I'm sorry, dude, I misread the stats.
- 38:48Speaker 2: That's on me. People.
- 38:50Speaker 6: He's got thirteen targets, he's got six receptions.
- 38:56Speaker 2: Six What it says, it's almost a been.
- 39:00Speaker 6: They're they're they're credible, right, that's what ESPN says. Six
- 39:04Speaker 6: receptions fifty four yards not a bad afford, Joe.
- 39:08Speaker 2: It's nine.
- 39:11Speaker 6: First down So pay Cook six and a half million
- 39:15Speaker 6: per year to be what is currently your second leading
- 39:19Speaker 6: receiver in the wide receiver.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Is not that bad of a deal. Well, now, when
- 39:23Speaker 2: you lay it out with that guy, that's what I'm saying.
- 39:25Speaker 6: I don't understand why they I mean, unless he just
- 39:27Speaker 6: you have respect for him. But of course you thought
- 39:29Speaker 6: you'd see a lot more invisible bow and arrows than
- 39:31Speaker 6: you would than he did this year. But I mean,
- 39:35Speaker 6: it's the Saints. Their offensive thinks, but the Falcon is
- 39:39Speaker 6: gonna get shucked.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I said it gonna win for the
- 39:44Speaker 3: next seven be talking about Actually, don't think that's true.
- 39:49Speaker 3: You don't think so, No, you don't think you'll think,
- 39:51Speaker 3: say it's got four wins in the next seven next
- 39:54Speaker 3: seven years.
- 39:55Speaker 2: It's my bull take. I get hey, I get the
- 39:57Speaker 2: turnover chain if that happens, all right, am I live
- 40:00Speaker 2: them out? Oh?
- 40:00Speaker 6: Sure we do both predictions on where Brandon Cooks won't
- 40:03Speaker 6: wind up? Uh never Chaine Worthy.
- 40:06Speaker 3: So yeah, yeah, we'll guess the team. Yeah, we'll texta Landra.

- 42:52Speaker 3: kidding me. You said you were gonna take Lunder. Well
- 42:56Speaker 3: we can get that pick. I mean a little bit
- 42:58Speaker 3: later on decided yep. I immediately thought the Chiefs. I
- 43:04Speaker 3: just feel like everybody ends up at the Chiefs for
- 43:06Speaker 3: a little while at least. It's like the rehab center,
- 43:10Speaker 3: the rehab center for everybody, except they rehab. This year,
- 43:13Speaker 3: I am going to say the Pittsburgh Steelers end up
- 43:16Speaker 3: with the Pittsburgh Steelers. They're six and four. I know
- 43:20Speaker 3: A Rod's got a hand injury, non throwing hand. They
- 43:24Speaker 3: need some help at receiver. Yeah, DK Metcalf obviously is there.
- 43:28Speaker 3: They need a two pretty bad. So I'm gonna go
- 43:32Speaker 3: with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 43:34Speaker 2: It's they gonna do.
- 43:35Speaker 3: You think Brandon Cooks is the two for him? Well
- 43:38Speaker 3: better than what they have than Calviy Austin right now.
- 43:43Speaker 3: Has he ever played for the Patriots? Yes, he played
- 43:46Speaker 3: for the Patriots. I mean he's pretty much got every
- 43:48Speaker 3: team he's got, He's.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Got every team.
- 43:50Speaker 3: Yeah, he has played for the Patriots. Yes, all right,
- 43:53Speaker 3: m you got the Broncos be a good one, all right?
- 43:58Speaker 2: That makes it. Yeah, that'd be a good pick. All right.
- 44:02Speaker 2: I'm gonna go with the Patriots.
- 44:04Speaker 3: Okay, Uh Tayte Musso don't know if y'all have a
- 44:08Speaker 3: new brand name Cook's landing spot.
- 44:12Speaker 1: I'll go, uh San Francisco forty nine ers.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Good one, moose, you gotta pick there, Bud.
- 44:21Speaker 9: H Yeah, sure, why not? H We're gonna stick him.
- 44:25Speaker 9: I actually didn't, but we'll just go with it here
- 44:26Speaker 9: real quick. Uh yeah, Seahawks, we'll put him on the Seahawks.
- 44:32Speaker 2: All right, all right, all.
- 44:34Speaker 3: Right, we'll get a liner's pick as well. We're just
- 44:36Speaker 3: trying to get this turnover chain. Yeah, the Rams feel
- 44:38Speaker 3: like maybe a reunion with the Rams too. I'll go Steelers,
- 44:42Speaker 3: So I'll stay with my original answer. It's like on
- 44:45Speaker 3: a test, like once you get there, you have.
- 44:47Speaker 2: A reunion with the Texans. Maybe. I don't know.
- 44:51Speaker 6: I mean, do you think you'll have a bunch of options?
- 44:53Speaker 6: He might just be like whatever team ask something to join?
- 44:58Speaker 2: No, no, no, I mean he'll have he'll have options.
- 45:00Speaker 3: I don't I mean, you don't ask for your release
- 45:04Speaker 3: if you don't have options, right, you know what I mean,
- 45:06Speaker 3: Like you asked for because like you want to be
- 45:09Speaker 3: selective and you want to kind of be picky in
- 45:11Speaker 3: what you're doing.
- 45:13Speaker 2: Mm hmmm, I don't love my pick. You want to
- 45:21Speaker 2: change your pick? Yeah, I just don't know. I'm changing
- 45:23Speaker 2: it too. Yeah, this was like your idea. Yeah, I
- 45:26Speaker 2: didn't have one at the time. That was like an
- 45:28Speaker 2: hour or three thing.
- 45:29Speaker 3: Really everybody else ready to go? You know, nothing nothing there? Yeah,
- 45:39Speaker 3: just like Arkansas hated to see Harold Perkins coming, like
- 45:44Speaker 3: old Miston, like seeing various guys and any LSU running
- 45:47Speaker 3: back during this time period. No, hold, watch his counter
- 45:50Speaker 3: watch his counter watch JD.
- 45:52Speaker 2: Moore right here these pollars people. God, JD. Moore was
- 45:55Speaker 2: so good because he's wearing eighteen.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Now go back and go back and look at the
- 46:02Speaker 3: quotes from Leonard Fournette about J. D. Moore wax poetic.
- 46:07Speaker 3: Want to bring that back?
- 46:08Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I'll take it. I would take I would
- 46:11Speaker 2: take him in Falsham moro right now, well yeah, right now.
- 46:16Speaker 3: Both those guys wherever they're at, they could be, they
- 46:19Speaker 3: could be in Seattle, Washington.
- 46:21Speaker 2: I drive to go pick them up, to bring them
- 46:22Speaker 2: down to this offense.
- 46:24Speaker 6: I don't know what it's time we have, but I
- 46:25Speaker 6: did look up what poetic means, and the phrase draws
- 46:29Speaker 6: from the verb to uh to wax. It's a verb
- 46:32Speaker 6: which means to grow or become, and it's often used
- 46:34Speaker 6: to describe someone who's becoming verbose in their speech about
- 46:37Speaker 6: a topic.
- 46:38Speaker 3: Hour two O TB Off the bench. Off the bench.
