- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 0:03Speaker 3: Unfortunately, Ricky Sanchez was arrested last night. April Fool.
- 0:07Speaker 4: She's ready here.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Ah, that's super believable.
- 0:10Speaker 4: Good one, Kevin, Welcome to a brand new month. Thanks
- 0:13Speaker 4: for assault. I don't know god.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Mark Spain in real estate sponsors three things?
- 0:21Speaker 4: What's going on? Ricky?
- 0:23Speaker 1: I mayn't want to do anymore. Meghan the Stallion got seriously
- 0:28Speaker 1: ill in the middle of her Mulin Rouge performance last night.
- 0:31Speaker 1: The whole production had paused in the middle of the show,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and Meghan was sent to the hospital. The understudy took
- 0:36Speaker 1: over in her place for the remainder of the show,
- 0:38Speaker 1: because you know, the show must go on, so it did.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Meghan's hairstyles tweeted last night asking for prayers for Meghan
- 0:45Speaker 1: as her team was in the hospital with her. We
- 0:46Speaker 1: don't have any updates as of right now, so I
- 0:49Speaker 1: will let you know as soon as we know what's
- 0:51Speaker 1: going on with her, what exactly happened. Obviously, her being
- 0:55Speaker 1: at Broadway is a whole new world for her. There's
- 0:58Speaker 1: a possibility that maybe the is exhaustion that just completely
- 1:02Speaker 1: took over. Where you're trying to do a lot of things,
- 1:04Speaker 1: your body takes over, not your mind in a lot
- 1:07Speaker 1: of cases, and that may be part of it, or
- 1:10Speaker 1: she may have something else going on. So we'll see. Obviously,
- 1:14Speaker 1: sending all the good vibes her way. Hopefully everything's okay.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Cyanid's Cider is set to close in Woodbine after business
- 1:21Speaker 1: on Sunday, April nineteenth. The positive is that they will
- 1:24Speaker 1: continue serving the citeer at Crazy Nome Brewery in East Nashville.
- 1:28Speaker 1: The owner said this consolidation needed to happen for practical reasons.
- 1:31Speaker 1: We've been hearing nothing but horror stories from people here
- 1:35Speaker 1: in Nashville who own businesses of their rent prices going
- 1:38Speaker 1: up and the fact that just the things that they
- 1:42Speaker 1: need in order to make the stuff that they're selling
- 1:44Speaker 1: has gotten so much more expensive. It's hard for businesses,
- 1:47Speaker 1: especially small businesses, to keep in business, and to have
- 1:51Speaker 1: multiple areas of business or multiple locations is really tough.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Right now, it looks like Marvel Fox Brewing is going
- 1:57Speaker 1: to be relocating to the Woodbine space right now. According
- 2:01Speaker 1: to doctors, where you sit on the plane matters when
- 2:03Speaker 1: it comes to germs. So traveling is just gross. We
- 2:05Speaker 1: all know that it's the reality of it is that
- 2:07Speaker 1: traveling is nasty. There's just so many people around you,
- 2:10Speaker 1: so many people touching the same things that you're touching.
- 2:12Speaker 1: It's an easy way to get sick. So doctors say
- 2:14Speaker 1: there's a specific seat that has the most germs, and
- 2:18Speaker 1: that would be the aisle seats. The ile seat puts
- 2:20Speaker 1: you closer in contact with more people on the plane,
- 2:23Speaker 1: leading to more germs. The window seat exposes you to
- 2:26Speaker 1: less germs. I am devastated to hear this because I am.
- 2:30Speaker 4: An I see I'm an aisle seat person as well.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I hate this right now. I literally read this and
- 2:35Speaker 1: I was like, wow, big bummer for me. I don't
- 2:37Speaker 1: know what to do now.
- 2:38Speaker 4: You know what people I feel like look at us
- 2:40Speaker 4: and judge us.
- 2:41Speaker 3: But Allie we Alie and I still use leishole wipes
- 2:43Speaker 3: when we get on the plane. She'll get on first
- 2:45Speaker 3: and wipe down my seat, her seat, the kid's seats.
- 2:47Speaker 1: No judgment because they're just gross. Yeah, it's the reality
- 2:50Speaker 1: of it. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 2:52Speaker 1: things you need to know.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Thank you so much, Ricky, and thank you for not
- 2:55Speaker 4: getting the rest. And we all appreciate that.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I work really hard. On that every day. It's about time.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I'm someone thinking, I know what you do, I know
- 3:01Speaker 1: you appreciate it.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Press a lot of rage.
- 3:04Speaker 3: She is getting married though, Ricky's getting married, and within
- 3:06Speaker 3: fifteen minutes, we want to get you into her bachelor
- 3:08Speaker 3: Red party. It's happening this weekend. It's shaping up to
- 3:10Speaker 3: be a heck of a time. If you want in,
- 3:12Speaker 3: If you want to party with Ricky this weekend, hang
- 3:15Speaker 3: out about fifteen minutes.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 3:22Speaker 1: The river.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Good morning, Happy Wednesday, April. First, let's go. We're looking
- 3:26Speaker 3: for the first caller of the month. Dawn in Nashville
- 3:29Speaker 3: is on the line.
- 3:30Speaker 4: How are you don I'm doing good.
- 3:32Speaker 5: How are you nod?
- 3:34Speaker 4: It's over here.
- 3:34Speaker 3: We were thinking of like a you know, a fun
- 3:36Speaker 3: April Fool's Day, praying to do today, but we just
- 3:39Speaker 3: we we were struggling to come up with anything.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Yeah, it's rough to think of something that's either not
- 3:45Speaker 1: absolutely horrible to do to somebody, or something that's.
- 3:49Speaker 6: Easy, you know what I mean, that doesn't take a
- 3:51Speaker 6: lot of time. Yes, it's hard.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Let us know if you have any.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Ideas easy to do or hard to do to somebody
- 3:59Speaker 1: easy Z just being kind, That's true, that would be the.
- 4:08Speaker 7: That would be the opposite.
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yes, I being kind is a lot easier than being mean.
- 4:13Speaker 4: That's true, very true, very true. Everybody should take a
- 4:16Speaker 4: note from Dawn's book.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Agreed, absolutely, John, you also sound like a very nice person.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Since you're talking about kindness, I try. I'm gonna say,
- 4:27Speaker 1: I'm excited because you're the first caller of the day.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That means that you're going to come to my bachelorette
- 4:31Speaker 1: party on Saturday, and we walk kind people are.
- 4:35Speaker 7: Really thank you, Jesus.
- 4:40Speaker 5: I'm so excited to meet you now, like in person,
- 4:43Speaker 5: because you sound like a blast.
- 4:45Speaker 7: I can't wait to meet you all. This is so exciting,
- 4:48Speaker 7: so excited. I'm so excited.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I love this greatly.
- 4:55Speaker 7: My day.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You made my day, You made my day, you made ours.
- 5:00Speaker 7: Oh I just love you all.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I listened to you all the time.
- 5:03Speaker 6: We love you so much. And note we did not
- 5:04Speaker 6: pay her to say that.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Okay, you are the best on We are so excited
- 5:11Speaker 1: to see you on Saturday. Oh my god, I can't wait.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Hang out to get all your information and give you
- 5:17Speaker 3: all the give you all the information so you know
- 5:19Speaker 3: where to go Saturday.
- 5:20Speaker 6: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Hey, Hamlin love, Okay, this is like you're you're assembling
- 5:28Speaker 3: the Avengers over here.
- 5:29Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm gonna riot.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It's gonna be a lot in the best way possible.
- 5:35Speaker 5: Everybody that's won this week sounds so fun. I know,
- 5:38Speaker 5: like it's gonna be crazy.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I'm really excited for this. Everybody better watch out though, because,
- 5:43Speaker 1: like I said, a lot in a really good way.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Two more chances doing tomorrow morning, same time, and then
- 5:49Speaker 3: again Friday if you want to be at Ricky's bachelerette
- 5:51Speaker 3: party this weekend.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Also, if you can't get through to us in the morning,
- 5:55Speaker 1: there is a social post up on one O seven
- 5:57Speaker 1: five the River where you can comment for your chance
- 6:00Speaker 1: in as well a third chance.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning one.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I announced recently that my fiance and I have decided
- 6:11Speaker 1: to elope. We are very excited, but I am realizing
- 6:15Speaker 1: so many things about elopement that I did not know before.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I know nothing about the process of eloping or what
- 6:21Speaker 3: comes along with that, So yeah, I'm in the dark.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Hey. Everyone says it's easier, but I know I don't
- 6:28Speaker 1: know it is yes, Yeah, I have a lot of
- 6:30Speaker 1: things that I'm like trying to coordinate right now.
- 6:33Speaker 4: I'll get into it, okay, right after justin Bieber. In
- 6:36Speaker 4: my mind it'd be super easy. But we're gonna find
- 6:38Speaker 4: out why it's not.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Thought so too.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 6:43Speaker 4: On seven five.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Before that song, Ricky mentioned her upcoming elopement, and apparently
- 6:50Speaker 3: it's not as easy as one might think.
- 6:52Speaker 1: It's truly not. I thought this was gonna be the
- 6:54Speaker 1: easiest thing ever, and that is exactly why we chose it,
- 6:57Speaker 1: but there are so many things that we have to coordinate.
- 7:00Speaker 1: I want to also say though, that, like we're doing
- 7:03Speaker 1: an elopement a little different than just going to the
- 7:05Speaker 1: courthouse alopement. That's obviously the easiest way to get married
- 7:09Speaker 1: is just go to the courthouse, get married. You're good
- 7:11Speaker 1: to go day. Because we are doing it in Puerto Rico,
- 7:15Speaker 1: and we're doing an actual ceremony in Puerto Rico, and
- 7:18Speaker 1: we're legally getting married in Puerto Rico and all of
- 7:20Speaker 1: these things, there are so many things that we had
- 7:22Speaker 1: to coordinate it. So we had to pick a timeframe,
- 7:24Speaker 1: so we had to pick a timeframe when we wanted
- 7:25Speaker 1: to do it and when we wanted to be in
- 7:27Speaker 1: Puerto Rico, so we had to book flights. Then after
- 7:29Speaker 1: we booked flights, we had to pick a day within
- 7:31Speaker 1: that time frame to actually get married. And we decided
- 7:34Speaker 1: to go with a service where they will do the photography,
- 7:38Speaker 1: the officiant, they'll have witnesses for us, like all of
- 7:41Speaker 1: that stuff, help us with legal paperwork and things like that,
- 7:43Speaker 1: because it's different in Puerto Rico than it is here.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Even though Puerto Rico is a US territory, it's not
- 7:49Speaker 1: all the same rules, so there's different things that you
- 7:51Speaker 1: have to do other criteria. So they'll help us with
- 7:54Speaker 1: all of that. And so once we booked them, I
- 7:57Speaker 1: was like, Okay, cool, that's done. We still have to
- 7:59Speaker 1: pick a low key through them of where we're gonna
- 8:02Speaker 1: actually do the ceremony, but that part's done. Then yesterday
- 8:06Speaker 1: I was like, oh my god, we haven't actually booked
- 8:08Speaker 1: any places to stay or anything.
- 8:11Speaker 6: Oh my god.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Could you imagine you get there for your like wedding
- 8:13Speaker 5: and your elopement and you're like, I completely forgot about
- 8:16Speaker 5: like an airbnb.
- 8:17Speaker 6: We have nowhere to sleep.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Tonight, we were getting real close to that back because
- 8:21Speaker 1: I went, oh my god, we haven't done that. So
- 8:23Speaker 1: I went to go look at places that we had
- 8:24Speaker 1: originally looked at already booked. Oh no, So I'm like,
- 8:28Speaker 1: oh my god, what are we going to do? So
- 8:29Speaker 1: I spend hours yesterday scouring like different places for us
- 8:34Speaker 1: to stay that I liked because it's also going to
- 8:36Speaker 1: be our honeymoon afterwards.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Yeah, it's got to be somewhere that you want to
- 8:39Speaker 5: stay for like a week.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Because we assumed this will be the easiest way to
- 8:42Speaker 1: do it, is get married at the honeymoon.
- 8:44Speaker 4: At the same time, I think so too, but.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Like, there are so many different things. And then I
- 8:49Speaker 1: got my dress, but now I have to get it tailored,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and I had to find a place to tailor my
- 8:52Speaker 1: dress because only specific places will actually tailor bridal dresses, right.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And then I had to find shoes and I ordered shoes,
- 8:58Speaker 1: didn't like those shoes, so I had to get other shoes.
- 9:00Speaker 1: And I can't till her their dress until I get
- 9:01Speaker 1: the shoes.
- 9:02Speaker 4: So it's starting to feel like a wedding.
- 9:06Speaker 5: I was about to say, you do, like, it does
- 9:08Speaker 5: sound very easy to dress a lope, but you're basically
- 9:10Speaker 5: planning an entire wedding because it's not till June, and
- 9:13Speaker 5: you've been planning this for like six months, which is
- 9:15Speaker 5: about how long it takes to plan a wedding.
- 9:17Speaker 1: Which like planning, I will say loosely for six months.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I feel like we've only really been planning for like three,
- 9:23Speaker 1: which is partially our fault.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You know.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I'm a procrastinator, so is AJ. We just we kind
- 9:28Speaker 1: of waited, and we waited because we're like, it's gonna
- 9:30Speaker 1: be so easy.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Everyone says it's you.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Because everybody says it's easy, I'm here to tell you
- 9:36Speaker 1: it's not.
- 9:37Speaker 6: It doesn't.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Honestly, it doesn't sound much different than a destination wedding,
- 9:40Speaker 3: Like all the things you guys are kind of.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Is are setting up. It feels a lot like that.
- 9:44Speaker 1: In a way. It is just minus having to worry
- 9:47Speaker 1: about any guests or like.
- 9:48Speaker 6: Food paid for them.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Yeah, like anything like that. We don't have to worry
- 9:51Speaker 1: about obviously, And I don't have anything to compare it
- 9:54Speaker 1: to in the sense that I've never planned an actual
- 9:56Speaker 1: wedding before. But it feels like a lot more than
- 9:59Speaker 1: the people who told me it wasn't a lot.
- 10:02Speaker 3: I will say, just like if if there's one takeaway
- 10:04Speaker 3: for everybody from this, like if you're planning a trip,
- 10:06Speaker 3: book the flights, book the hotel, Yeah, just do it.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Not only is it gonna get more expensive, there's a
- 10:11Speaker 3: chance that's gonna sell out. Like, because you showed us
- 10:14Speaker 3: pictures of where you were gonna stay so long ago,
- 10:16Speaker 3: I didn't realize didn't actually book.
- 10:18Speaker 1: No, we didn't book it because we're like, oh, well,
- 10:21Speaker 1: I think this is what we want to do. We
- 10:22Speaker 1: also like want to do excursions and different things like that,
- 10:25Speaker 1: and we have to book those things.
- 10:26Speaker 6: Book it.
- 10:27Speaker 1: It's just I know, Zachary, I know it's a lot.
- 10:31Speaker 1: It's a lot, and it actually turns out to be
- 10:33Speaker 1: a decent amount of money that you were planning.
- 10:35Speaker 6: On yep, which is part of the problem.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Yeah, hang in there. No, don't panic.
- 10:40Speaker 3: It's gonna everybody feels that before they're uh, before their wedding.
- 10:43Speaker 4: Don't panic.
- 10:44Speaker 2: Three things you need to know?
- 10:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Three things you need to Know, Presented by
- 10:47Speaker 3: Mark Spain Real Estate. Ricky's got him on this Wednesday Morning.
- 10:51Speaker 3: What's happening?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Lots of TV stuff going on, So Season two of Avatar,
- 10:54Speaker 1: The Last Airbender has set a release date on Netflix.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Netflix has confirmed that you can expect this much anticipated
- 11:01Speaker 1: season to be available June twenty fifth, so really soon,
- 11:04Speaker 1: which is exciting. When it comes to what you can
- 11:06Speaker 1: expect from this season. The executive producer explained how season
- 11:09Speaker 1: one was all about introducing the audience to the characters,
- 11:11Speaker 1: who are a group of kids in the middle of
- 11:13Speaker 1: a war zone. Now in season two, they'll show their
- 11:16Speaker 1: growth quote, but growth is not a straight line. They're
- 11:20Speaker 1: going to try to figure out who they are. So
- 11:22Speaker 1: this is going to go deeper into those characters and
- 11:24Speaker 1: their arc for anybody who's really into this show. Obviously
- 11:28Speaker 1: very exciting. The first season. Everybody loved, everybody was into it,
- 11:31Speaker 1: so this is a big deal for Netflix and everybody
- 11:33Speaker 1: who's a fan. Cracker Barrel, they're going viral right now
- 11:37Speaker 1: for selling a specific candy and it's all because of
- 11:40Speaker 1: a Mount Juliet Cracker Barrel. So Cracker Barrel is the
- 11:43Speaker 1: only place that you can get Lamb's candies, Sherbert Mince.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It's like a very specific candy and you can't get
- 11:51Speaker 1: it anywhere else. These candies were shown off in a
- 11:54Speaker 1: social post by a retail associate her name is Debbie
- 11:56Speaker 1: from the Mount Juliet Cracker Barrel. Hi Debbie if you're listening,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and now she has This specific post has over three
- 12:03Speaker 1: hundred thousand views on the real funniest part is that
- 12:06Speaker 1: Cracker Barrel has carried these unique candies as a seasonal
- 12:09Speaker 1: item since two thousand and seven.
- 12:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I was like, I used to work at Cracker
- 12:13Speaker 5: Barrel in Murphy's bro and we used to sell these
- 12:15Speaker 5: in the gift shop, so they work there.
- 12:16Speaker 1: They come around Easter and Christmas every year, but this
- 12:19Speaker 1: time everyone's losing their minds over it. They're said to
- 12:22Speaker 1: have a melting your mouth texture and a mint flavor.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I have to try them same, So I need to
- 12:26Speaker 1: go to Cracker Barrel and buy some because I need
- 12:28Speaker 1: to try them because they look so good. They're also
- 12:30Speaker 1: all like really bright colors, so they're perfect for Easter.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And she had even noted great to put on a
- 12:36Speaker 1: plate on your Easter table because they look so pretty
- 12:38Speaker 1: and nice and edible and edible. Yes, So now I
- 12:41Speaker 1: have to go to Cracker Barrel and buy them. The
- 12:43Speaker 1: HBO documentary series Hard Knocks is switching things up. They've
- 12:47Speaker 1: announced their two next teams that they're going to focus on,
- 12:50Speaker 1: so Hard Knocks covers an NFL team, players, coaches, staff,
- 12:53Speaker 1: through their professional and personal lives all throughout training camp.
- 12:58Speaker 1: For the first time ever, the league picked their Hard
- 13:00Speaker 1: Knocks training camps two seasons in advance, so the Super
- 13:02Speaker 1: Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks, they will be covered this year,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and then the New England Patriots are going to be
- 13:08Speaker 1: covered in twenty twenty seven. It's the first time that
- 13:11Speaker 1: either of these teams have appeared in Hard Knocks as well,
- 13:13Speaker 1: So that's a big deal. So lots going on with that.
- 13:16Speaker 1: If you want to watch, obviously that'll be coming soon.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 13:20Speaker 1: need to know.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Class is in session.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Sacks Facts brought to you by Mark Spain Real Estate
- 13:26Speaker 1: on One River.
- 13:28Speaker 5: Did you guys know that pop tarts without the icing
- 13:30Speaker 5: actually have more calories than the ones with the icing.
- 13:33Speaker 4: I've heard that and I don't understand how it's possible.
- 13:36Speaker 5: So they have ten to twenty more calories per pop
- 13:38Speaker 5: tart because they have a thicker, denser crust compared to
- 13:41Speaker 5: the frosted version. So they did it to compensate for
- 13:44Speaker 5: the lack of the icing to improve the toastability and
- 13:47Speaker 5: ensuring that it does not break apart.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Well, the icing ones are better anyways.
- 13:50Speaker 6: Yeah, just eat the icing one. It is healthier for you.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Yeah, they're all good. You guys.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I think for four years in college pop tarts the
- 13:57Speaker 3: only thing I ate.
- 13:59Speaker 1: You eight the ones that didn't have frosting on that I.
- 14:02Speaker 4: Would eat the box. I love our sociopath. I love
- 14:06Speaker 4: pop tarts.
- 14:07Speaker 6: And there's your factor of the day.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I'm never gonna look at you the same.
- 14:10Speaker 6: Nope.
- 14:11Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on seven five.
- 14:15Speaker 4: You're talking yesterday.
- 14:17Speaker 3: Everybody knows what an Irish goodbye or an Irish exit is,
- 14:19Speaker 3: when you slip out of a party without actually saying goodbye.
- 14:23Speaker 4: I do that all the time because I don't like
- 14:24Speaker 4: to talk to people. You're a professional, Yes you are,
- 14:27Speaker 4: thank you. So we were talking. We were wondering what
- 14:30Speaker 4: is a Southern or in Nashville goodbye? What does a
- 14:33Speaker 4: Southern goodbye look like?
- 14:34Speaker 1: How do you say goodbye when you leave a function
- 14:36Speaker 1: with lots of people? There? Oh god, so many examples, six, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 14:42Speaker 1: one oh seven. What is a Southern goodbye?
- 14:45Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Meno in the morning on Christian.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And Hickman is on the line, welcome to one oh
- 14:52Speaker 1: seven five the River. What do you think a Southern
- 14:55Speaker 1: goodbye is? We know what an Irish goodbye is, when
- 14:57Speaker 1: you just dip out and leave without saying a word,
- 15:00Speaker 1: But what's a Southern goodbye?
- 15:02Speaker 7: I prefer an Irish goodbye, but a Southern sy you
- 15:04Speaker 7: start to say goodbye and the last an hour before
- 15:06Speaker 7: you're actually gone.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Okay, that's what Zach and I were saying.
- 15:10Speaker 5: Yes, I'm born in race here, and it drives me
- 15:12Speaker 5: insane at family functions because it takes at least an hour,
- 15:16Speaker 5: Like I hug my mom, then my grandparents, and my
- 15:18Speaker 5: siblings and my nephew.
- 15:19Speaker 6: And then by the time I'm done with all of them,
- 15:21Speaker 6: I have to go back to my mom and say
- 15:22Speaker 6: goodbye again. It's like you do the circle like five
- 15:25Speaker 6: times before you can even.
- 15:26Speaker 7: Get out, and it so much stops you, and then
- 15:28Speaker 7: you're like, oh, I guess I'm here for longer now.
- 15:30Speaker 5: And then I'm like sitting in the front seat of
- 15:31Speaker 5: my car, backing up in the driveway with my window down,
- 15:34Speaker 5: still saying goodbye to people, like trying so hard to leave.
- 15:37Speaker 6: And you're still waving through.
- 15:38Speaker 1: The windows and the sun times down by the Yeah,
- 15:40Speaker 1: the amount of times that I have literally been like, okay,
- 15:43Speaker 1: I'm leaving, and then the person that I first said
- 15:46Speaker 1: goodbye to comes back around. I'm like, I thought you
- 15:48Speaker 1: left like an hour ago, and I'm still there.
- 15:50Speaker 4: We're trying, So you got to plan ahead for that exit.
- 15:53Speaker 4: You have to build in an extra hour for yourself.
- 15:55Speaker 1: One hundred Why I recommend the Irish goodbye.
- 15:58Speaker 4: Just it That's exactly right.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why bye messages.
- 16:00Speaker 4: I don't like to do the goodbye. I don't tell
- 16:02Speaker 4: anybody I'm leaving. I just leave.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Yeah, just say goodbye, just send me I'm off. Thank
- 16:11Speaker 1: you so much for calling in this morning. We hope
- 16:13Speaker 1: you have a great day.
- 16:14Speaker 4: You do too.
- 16:15Speaker 3: And then it's a lot of like small talk about
- 16:17Speaker 3: like what you have coming up, you know, like we've
- 16:20Speaker 3: just spent all this Yeah, we spent all this time
- 16:22Speaker 3: together at the at this function, and then as I'm leaving, it's.
- 16:25Speaker 4: Like, well, you got big plans this week? What do
- 16:28Speaker 4: you guys? Like, It's just that we could have talked
- 16:31Speaker 4: about all of this earlier.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Kevin's worst nightmare is what it comes down to. Will
- 16:37Speaker 1: in Nashville, what do you think of Southern goodbye? Is
- 16:41Speaker 1: maybe just going around and chaking hands with people, saying
- 16:46Speaker 1: like thanks for having me or something.
- 16:48Speaker 4: That's very polite.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Is a very sweet way to say goodbye.
- 16:53Speaker 3: Yeah, everybody should be more like will forget us in
- 16:56Speaker 3: our Irish exit?
- 16:57Speaker 4: Be like will I.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Know well you have great manners? Keep that up, all right,
- 17:04Speaker 1: have a great day, okay, and be good at school,
- 17:06Speaker 1: you too.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 17:10Speaker 3: One Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning. On the river,
- 17:14Speaker 3: we've been talking about a Southern goodbye. We know what
- 17:17Speaker 3: an Irish goodbye is, but we're asking what would a
- 17:19Speaker 3: Southern goodbye look like?
- 17:21Speaker 4: Justin spring Hill is on the line. What is it
- 17:23Speaker 4: for you, y'all?
- 17:24Speaker 7: The Southern goodbye is the exact opposite of an Irish goodbye.
- 17:29Speaker 7: It is anything but an Irish goodbye. It is you
- 17:33Speaker 7: hang around, You walk them to the door, you talk
- 17:35Speaker 7: by the door, you open the door, you walk into
- 17:38Speaker 7: the car, You stand and talk by their car. You're
- 17:40Speaker 7: talking as they're leaving their windows down. It is the
- 17:44Speaker 7: exact opposite of an Irish Jess, I.
- 17:46Speaker 6: Think you nailed it, perfect description of it.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Who in your family is the most guilty of this?
- 17:51Speaker 3: And are they born and raised Southerners?
- 17:53Speaker 2: Oh?
- 17:53Speaker 7: So, my sister and I are hands down the most.
- 17:58Speaker 6: Oh it's you.
- 17:59Speaker 7: Oh one thousands is self aware. It's her and I together.
- 18:04Speaker 7: We're together because we're so busy, Like she's got her
- 18:07Speaker 7: own family and I've got mine. So anytime we're together,
- 18:10Speaker 7: it's like we take forever to say goodbye. See.
- 18:14Speaker 1: But that's sweet to me. I know that obviously, it
- 18:16Speaker 1: takes so much longer, and when you have other things
- 18:18Speaker 1: you have to do, it's like, oh God, I gotta go.
- 18:20Speaker 1: But I think it's so adorable. Nobody wants you to leave,
- 18:23Speaker 1: and that's so nice to me.
- 18:25Speaker 5: I think it's suck but also very overwhelming. Like I've
- 18:28Speaker 5: been trying to leave for an hour and I still
- 18:29Speaker 5: have to go to the grocery store on the way home.
- 18:31Speaker 6: Let's go just.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Event just say I gotta get a thing.
- 18:36Speaker 1: Though, Why are you planning things afterwards when you know
- 18:38Speaker 1: that you're gonna end up being there longer than you
- 18:40Speaker 1: think you will?
- 18:40Speaker 5: Have you met me before, I try to do everything
- 18:42Speaker 5: all in the same day.
- 18:46Speaker 7: I feel like I should correct myself though, and maybe
- 18:48Speaker 7: like mine and my sisters, is endearing, right, But I
- 18:51Speaker 7: feel like my sweet mom and I love her to death, y'all.
- 18:54Speaker 7: But she can't read a room. I mean, I cannot
- 18:58Speaker 7: read a room. Just no Mom, say goodbye's they're trying
- 19:02Speaker 7: to say goodbye. She's just talking in her own world,
- 19:05Speaker 7: completely oblivious that they're like, Okay, all right, gotta go over.
- 19:09Speaker 1: My mom on the phone. We'll say I love you
- 19:12Speaker 1: eight times before she hangs up with me. Because I
- 19:15Speaker 1: don't think any mom knows when you're trying to be
- 19:18Speaker 1: and if they do know, they just want to keep you.
- 19:20Speaker 7: Yes, they're just a mom. There's yeah, mom.
- 19:23Speaker 4: Again, all for the best reasons. That's very sweet.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Thanks so much for calling in this morning.
- 19:27Speaker 7: All right, guys, I love listening to you on my
- 19:29Speaker 7: way to work. By the way, you guys keep me laughing.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 19:31Speaker 6: We love you so much.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Thanks Jess.
- 19:33Speaker 7: Yeah, I love you. I hope you have a great day.
- 19:35Speaker 1: You too, love me.
- 19:36Speaker 3: That ending was nice and simple. She even kind of
- 19:38Speaker 3: hung up on herself there. I thought I was expecting
- 19:41Speaker 3: this long drawn out thing. We'd be talking to her
- 19:43Speaker 3: as were you know.
- 19:44Speaker 6: She is not her mother. She can read the room.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Kevin, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Well, Wayne at Bridgetone Arena, September twenty fifth, you can
- 19:54Speaker 1: be there too if you win. Kevin Manner's Game of
- 19:56Speaker 1: the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds on one oh seven
- 19:58Speaker 1: five the River. I'm playing the nickname game?
- 20:01Speaker 4: Yes, what do we have?
- 20:02Speaker 1: It's gone pretty well except we did We got somebody
- 20:05Speaker 1: yesterday who didn't know the answer, but they eventually, you know,
- 20:09Speaker 1: somebody called and understood the assignment.
- 20:12Speaker 4: I think today might be a little tough or no,
- 20:14Speaker 4: here's okay.
- 20:14Speaker 1: This is where I was getting out. I was gonna say,
- 20:16Speaker 1: I hope it's not harder than yesterday.
- 20:17Speaker 4: Oh, it will be a little bit.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Uh.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Lil Wayne himself has a bunch of nicknames. That's the
- 20:21Speaker 3: catalyst for this game. I am going to recite a
- 20:24Speaker 3: sentence here. There are three nicknames in it today of musicians.
- 20:29Speaker 3: They are all musicians. Somebody guess Chris Jenny yesterday. She's
- 20:31Speaker 3: not a musician. They're all musicians. If you know who
- 20:35Speaker 3: these nicknames belong to, you call a six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 20:38Speaker 3: one oh seven. The first person to correctly identify all
- 20:41Speaker 3: three musicians. Gets these tickets to see Lil Wayne a Bridgetone.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Okay, are you ready?

- 21:09Speaker 4: Who do those nicknames belong to?
- 21:12Speaker 6: Ricky?
- 21:13Speaker 1: I'm stumped. I'm like Sarah Altans nowhere right now, trying
- 21:16Speaker 1: to think.
- 21:17Speaker 4: If you think you know Cale, please little Way tickets.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 21:22Speaker 2: and Menno. In the morning on.

- 21:35Speaker 4: How are you doing?
- 21:36Speaker 1: Hey? How are you good?
- 21:37Speaker 2: Uh?
- 21:38Speaker 6: We're good over here.
- 21:38Speaker 3: You you sound confidence. I can hear confidence coming through
- 21:41Speaker 3: your voice. You heard all these nicknames a second ago
- 21:44Speaker 3: I heard.
- 21:44Speaker 1: I thought most of them, Yeah.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Most of them?
- 21:46Speaker 3: You need a I'll recite the sentence one more time,
- 21:49Speaker 3: and if you can tell us the three musicians uh
- 21:53Speaker 3: referenced in this sentence, you get these tickets to see.

- 22:26Speaker 2: O the Osborn.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Wow, man, I did it regress?
- 22:33Speaker 7: Oh my god.

- 22:40Speaker 1: soon Arena on the twenty fifth of September.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Hey, I just want to ask you just I mean,
- 22:44Speaker 3: it doesn't matter if you looked him up, but.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Did you know those or did you google those? Because
- 22:47Speaker 4: that was impressive.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I knew two of them. I knew two of them.
- 22:51Speaker 7: It was a Queen of Soul.
- 22:52Speaker 3: That was getting Yeah.
- 22:54Speaker 7: I thought it was tweet a pop, so I was
- 22:55Speaker 7: ready for Madonna.
- 22:57Speaker 1: But when you said soul, I was like, oh I
- 23:00Speaker 1: got I got a little scared.
- 23:01Speaker 7: I'm not gonna lie, but I did know the other two.
- 23:04Speaker 6: You nailed it.
- 23:05Speaker 4: It was great.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Congratulations, have fun.
- 23:08Speaker 4: At the show with your husband, Lil Wayne Bridgestone. Great job.
- 23:11Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Hang them all, I love Okay, I've got a.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Good one for tomorrow, and then I might switch things
- 23:16Speaker 3: up and do do something a little bit different on Friday.
- 23:18Speaker 3: But tomorrow I'm excited about What do you mean.
- 23:20Speaker 1: You're gonna do something different on Friday? So once everybody
- 23:22Speaker 1: gets the hang of it, you're gonna switch it up.
- 23:24Speaker 4: Running out of them.
- 23:26Speaker 6: Oh okay, so you did.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Not plan a hang is what you're saying.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Never do be here, shop face, same time, same tickets,
- 23:34Speaker 4: same game.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Three things you need to know a.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Bit past eight o'clock here on this first day of April.
- 23:39Speaker 4: Thank you for starting it with us.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez has those three things presented by Mark Spain
- 23:44Speaker 3: Real Estate.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Cast members of Summer House, Wes Wilson and Amanda have
- 23:49Speaker 1: confirmed their secret romance I'm trying to like read up
- 23:52Speaker 1: as much as i can about this. I don't watch Summerhouse.
- 23:55Speaker 1: I think I'm going to now because there's so much
- 23:57Speaker 1: tea happening. So I'm gonna try to give you as
- 23:59Speaker 1: much information as they possibly can for anybody who doesn't
- 24:02Speaker 1: know what's going on. The Summerhouse co stars pointed or
- 24:05Speaker 1: posted a joint statement to their social media yesterday that
- 24:09Speaker 1: they were dating. There were all these like dating rumors happening, like, oh,
- 24:12Speaker 1: everybody thinks West and Amanda are dating, and then they
- 24:15Speaker 1: finally said, you know what we are, and they posted it.
- 24:18Speaker 1: They said that obviously they first started talking to each other,
- 24:20Speaker 1: they weren't sure what it meant, and they didn't want
- 24:22Speaker 1: to say anything until they really knew how they felt
- 24:24Speaker 1: about each other. Now that they know that, they're telling everybody.
- 24:27Speaker 1: This shook Summer House fans to their core. Everybody went nuts.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I didn't go through a singular story on Instagram without
- 24:36Speaker 1: seeing somebody post about it. It was all over threads. But
- 24:39Speaker 1: this is apparently a big deal because Amanda just recently
- 24:41Speaker 1: split from her husband after four years of marriage, and
- 24:44Speaker 1: West is her good friend's ex boyfriend. That friend Sierra
- 24:49Speaker 1: has since unfollowed both of them on social media. So
- 24:53Speaker 1: in this new season of Summerhouse, apparently Sierra West have
- 24:56Speaker 1: been like on the edge of getting back together. So
- 24:59Speaker 1: this is like a huge new development that instead of
- 25:02Speaker 1: going and dating Sarah, he's now dating Amanda instead. Everyone's
- 25:07Speaker 1: thrown for.
- 25:07Speaker 3: A loop real quick. I mean, I obviously I'm super
- 25:10Speaker 3: hip with my finger on the pulse. But for those
- 25:11Speaker 3: people that don't know what summer Houses you know, of
- 25:14Speaker 3: course I do.
- 25:15Speaker 4: But is this a scripted show or a reality show?
- 25:18Speaker 1: I think it's sposed to be a reality show.
- 25:19Speaker 4: Okay, Okayea, just making sure for.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Everybody, I've actually genuinely never watched it, Kevin. I try
- 25:25Speaker 1: to watch as many things as I possibly can. There's
- 25:27Speaker 1: just too many things, watch too many, so I'm not
- 25:30Speaker 1: entirely sure. I just know that everyone's freaking out about
- 25:34Speaker 1: this and losing their minds.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Okay.
- 25:36Speaker 1: So that's why I was like, I'm gonna try to
- 25:37Speaker 1: give you as many details as I can, but I
- 25:39Speaker 1: can only give you so much as much as I
- 25:40Speaker 1: can read. Obviously, as more and more things developed, I'll
- 25:43Speaker 1: let you know. I'm also gonna start watching it, so
- 25:45Speaker 1: I'll have a little more information there too. Tennessee's free
- 25:48Speaker 1: real estate licensing program for qualifying high school seniors begins
- 25:53Speaker 1: accepting applications today. This is really cool. So this is
- 25:56Speaker 1: through Tennessee Real Estate Commission here and you can just apply.
- 26:01Speaker 1: They're going to take one hundred students to complete the
- 26:03Speaker 1: required coursework at no cost and work towards earning a
- 26:07Speaker 1: real estate license. You do still obviously need to take
- 26:09Speaker 1: the test and be an actual licensed real estate agent,
- 26:14Speaker 1: but you could do the whole program for free, which
- 26:16Speaker 1: is amazing. This is the third year of the program
- 26:18Speaker 1: here in Tennessee. For more information on this and who's
- 26:21Speaker 1: available to apply, things like that, it's all up on
- 26:24Speaker 1: TN dot gov, specifically in the Department of Commerce and
- 26:28Speaker 1: Insurance section. That's where you can get all the information
- 26:30Speaker 1: and where you can submit yourself for it if you
- 26:32Speaker 1: are a high school senior who's interested in this and
- 26:36Speaker 1: horror movie Scream, they have confirmed that we're getting a
- 26:40Speaker 1: Scream eight. We are getting an eighth Scream. Lola and
- 26:48Speaker 1: Nora Zuckerman have been announced as the writers who are
- 26:51Speaker 1: both recently writing for the now scrapped Buffy reboot Buffy
- 26:54Speaker 1: the Vampire Slayer New Sunnydale. They are now going to
- 26:57Speaker 1: be writing Screammate. Scream seven has brought in over two
- 27:00Speaker 1: hundred million dollars at the global box office, which is
- 27:02Speaker 1: a new record for the film. So like and that's
- 27:06Speaker 1: a lot of money for a horror film. Horror film
- 27:08Speaker 1: bring in a lot of doesn't matter. We're gonna do
- 27:11Speaker 1: an eighth one. I'm not mad about it. I haven't
- 27:13Speaker 1: seen the seventh one yet, but I will watch the
- 27:15Speaker 1: seventh and I will absolutely watch the eighth. I am
- 27:17Speaker 1: a huge screen fan. Ghost Face is my favorite. I'm
- 27:20Speaker 1: gonna have to watch both, even if they're terrible. I'm
- 27:23Speaker 1: Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 27:25Speaker 1: to know.
- 27:25Speaker 4: So many cohast faces at this point.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Oh yeah, never never ending.
- 27:30Speaker 3: Here's Beaver right after this. Another keyword for you. Pick
- 27:32Speaker 3: six in twenty six. You're ticket into six shows.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Get that keyword next out of Ricky, Zach and Meno
- 27:38Speaker 2: in the morning.
- 27:38Speaker 1: On Well, we tried to prank our boss for you,
- 27:44Speaker 1: so we can play it right here on one O
- 27:46Speaker 1: seven five of the River and honestly, we're gonna We're
- 27:49Speaker 1: just gonna tell you it failed.
- 27:50Speaker 6: It was an epic failed.
- 27:51Speaker 1: And by we, I feel like it was mostly Kevin
- 27:53Speaker 1: that tried to do the prank. We were just kind
- 27:55Speaker 1: of there for moral support. But because we're a group,
- 27:58Speaker 1: and you know, what you do is all of our
- 28:01Speaker 1: we all failed.
- 28:02Speaker 4: I felt good about it.
- 28:03Speaker 3: We had a good idea, I thought, and I thought
- 28:05Speaker 3: the execution.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Was your idea. And the execution wasn't great.
- 28:09Speaker 4: Oh I didn't. We're gonna play the call right after
- 28:11Speaker 4: a liv Dan. We're gona play Van and then we'll
- 28:13Speaker 4: play this call to our boss Jonathan.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Our epic April Fools failed.
- 28:17Speaker 4: It didn't go well, but I still I stand by it.
- 28:19Speaker 4: I think it was a good one. But here it next.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on.
- 28:27Speaker 1: A Dean on one oh seven five the River. We
- 28:30Speaker 1: failed trying to prank our boss for April Fools, and uh,
- 28:34Speaker 1: by we, it was mostly Kevin that really tried, because
- 28:37Speaker 1: we just I think Zach and I knew deep down
