Outline: Gospel Conclusions Romans 8:31 There are two important issues in the text, and they are intertwined. One question shows how the other question is answered. I. The Question "If God be for us, who can be against us?' Because the question is about Christians, the question is retorical. II. Paul's Reasoning "What shall we say to these things?" This not only supports the other question, it is a call to compare Scripture with Scripture and use "good and necessary inference." III. The Biblical Answer The declaration of all of God's Word is that we shall be victorious.
