- 0:00Speaker 1: The Mark Simone Show on Wrday.
- 0:07Speaker 2: It's gonna be a nice day today. Actually weather, it'd
- 0:09Speaker 2: be nice for the next four or five days. It'll
- 0:11Speaker 2: be beautiful. Well, we got a lot to get to
- 0:14Speaker 2: this hour. Hey, just so you know, this weekend not
- 0:17Speaker 2: only nice weather, but this weekend you have the No
- 0:20Speaker 2: King's Day protests. Now, these No Kings Day. I don't
- 0:26Speaker 2: know what it means, No King's Day? What the hell
- 0:29Speaker 2: does it mean? Is it a protest against Prince Charles.
- 0:32Speaker 2: I don't even know what it's supposed to be. It's
- 0:33Speaker 2: something to do with Trump. It's an excuse for them
- 0:36Speaker 2: to get out there and yell and scream. But you
- 0:39Speaker 2: should know that these protests will take place all over
- 0:42Speaker 2: the place. It's not just in New York City. It's
- 0:45Speaker 2: going to be everywhere in the suburbs. I think twenty
- 0:48Speaker 2: five hundred of these rallies scheduled. So if you're in Connecticut,
- 0:54Speaker 2: New Jersey, if you're in Long Island, you're not going
- 0:55Speaker 2: to escape this. It's going to have these No King's rallies.
- 0:58Speaker 2: If you're in Pennsylvania, where wherevery our Florida. We got
- 1:01Speaker 2: a lot of listeners around the country. You're gonna see
- 1:03Speaker 2: these no Kings rallies. It's gonna be Democrats screaming like
- 1:08Speaker 2: maniacs out in the street, waving signs. They're all just
- 1:12Speaker 2: going nuts. Now. I keep warning you Democrats, you gotta
- 1:18Speaker 2: pace yourselves. Donald Trump's only been president like a half hour.
- 1:23Speaker 2: He just got there. This is like, what is this
- 1:26Speaker 2: month nine? He's got three and a half more years
- 1:29Speaker 2: to go. You better get used to this. You gotta
- 1:32Speaker 2: pace yourself. You're like gonna You're gonna blow a gasket
- 1:35Speaker 2: if you don't stop. They're just going nuttier and nuttier
- 1:38Speaker 2: and nuttier. They're no Kings Marshes. They'll be screaming in
- 1:41Speaker 2: the streets all day Saturday. And then you got these
- 1:45Speaker 2: left wing celebrities going crazy. You got Bette Midler on
- 1:50Speaker 2: Colbert last night. Bette Midler yelling and screaming about Trump.
- 1:54Speaker 2: She's redoing the song win Beneath My Wings to be
- 1:58Speaker 2: all anti Trumps about the orange blank hole. Again, this
- 2:05Speaker 2: is bet Middler going nuts. Remember Martin Sheen, father of
- 2:09Speaker 2: Charlie Sheen. Remember he played the president on that TV
- 2:12Speaker 2: show The West Wing. I guess if you played the president,
- 2:15Speaker 2: you're qualified to critique a president. So Martin Sheen is
- 2:19Speaker 2: on MSNBC yelling and screaming. Trump is the biggest nothing
- 2:23Speaker 2: in the world, it says during brutal rant, and he
- 2:28Speaker 2: yells at Trump, stop fussing with your hair, don't worry
- 2:31Speaker 2: about your tie, stand up straight, speak clearly, not from
- 2:34Speaker 2: your throat, speak from your heart. Start being a human being.
- 2:38Speaker 2: That's what you were made for. Not golf. They're just
- 2:42Speaker 2: nuttier and nuttier and nuttier. You know, it's not unusual
- 2:48Speaker 2: for a guy to play golf every Saturday or Sunday.
- 2:51Speaker 2: A lot of people do that. It's not a crazy thing. Sheen,
- 2:55Speaker 2: who famously paid a Democratic president west wing, also tore
- 2:59Speaker 2: into members of Trump's cabinet. The White House and MSNBC
- 3:05Speaker 2: did not immediately respond for comment. But they're all going nuts,
- 3:09Speaker 2: these people. And again, you better pace yourself. You're going
- 3:13Speaker 2: to have to get through three and a half more
- 3:14Speaker 2: years of this. What are you going to do next year?
- 3:16Speaker 2: You know? On that show, the view one of those
- 3:20Speaker 2: hosts was yelling and screaming. We got Trump all through
- 3:24Speaker 2: the Middle East crisis, yelling and screaming, He'll never get
- 3:28Speaker 2: the hostages released, He'll never make this deal. At one point,
- 3:32Speaker 2: she said, if he ever gets any hostage, I'll wear
- 3:35Speaker 2: a Maga hat if he ever gets any hostages released. Well,
- 3:39Speaker 2: he got him all released, and so far nothing, She
- 3:43Speaker 2: has not mentioned it. She's backtracked Don Junior on x
- 3:48Speaker 2: urging her to keep her bargain where the Maga hat.
- 3:53Speaker 2: In fact, he's been trolling her. Which one is it?
- 3:57Speaker 2: It's that Alissa Farah Griffin trolling her that you promised
- 4:00Speaker 2: you would wear a Maga hat if he got the
- 4:02Speaker 2: hostages released. And the Trump tweet went to three point
- 4:07Speaker 2: five million viewers, got almost a quarter of a million likes.
- 4:13Speaker 2: So we'll see. So far nothing. I can't imagine she'll
- 4:16Speaker 2: do it because if she does it, they'll have the
- 4:19Speaker 2: picture of her with the Maga hat on and it'll
- 4:22Speaker 2: go viral, and then I don't know if she'll be
- 4:24Speaker 2: able to handle that. Oh hey, today at three o'clock,
- 4:28Speaker 2: you're gonna want to watch Fox. Zoran Mom Donnie will
- 4:31Speaker 2: be the guest today on Fox News. It's Martha McCallum.
- 4:37Speaker 2: At three o'clock. She will sit down with a Zorain
- 4:40Speaker 2: Mamdannie for a full interview. Now, why would he do this?
- 4:47Speaker 2: Why would he want to do this? I don't know.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Trump does this a lot. He'll go right into the
- 4:53Speaker 2: lions Den, He'll go on with George Stephanoppolis, He'll go
- 4:56Speaker 2: on with the with the meet the press. He'll do this.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Is not like Mom Donnie to go to a hostile interview.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Although it's Martha McCallum, who can be pretty, you know,
- 5:07Speaker 2: respectful when she interviews a guest. It's not going to
- 5:10Speaker 2: be hostile, but she'll ask him all the tough questions.
- 5:13Speaker 2: But this will be interesting at three o'clock today, Mom
- 5:17Speaker 2: Donnie on Fox News. Now, it could be he wants
- 5:19Speaker 2: these tough questions. It could be that he wants to
- 5:22Speaker 2: be given a hard time by Fox. He thinks that
- 5:25Speaker 2: will help him with his crazy bass. So that could
- 5:28Speaker 2: be the reason. Hey, President Trump going after ABC News.
- 5:35Speaker 2: They're still talking about Sunday's the ABC Sunday Show with
- 5:40Speaker 2: George Slapadopoulos. It's the most corrupt, dirty Sunday show ever.
- 5:45Speaker 2: It's just awful and it's fascinating to watch. Stephanoppolis has
- 5:51Speaker 2: become this Jekyl and Hyde character when he's interviewing the Democrat.
- 5:56Speaker 2: He's this very polite, soft interviewer. Yes, thank you, Okay,
- 6:00Speaker 2: thank you, here's my next question. Then they go to commercial.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Then they come back and it's a whole different guy.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Now when he's got the Republican on, he's banging away
- 6:08Speaker 2: at him, he's calling him every name. He's just vicious
- 6:12Speaker 2: to him. So everybody's still talking about this Sunday appearance JD. Vance,
- 6:20Speaker 2: the Vice President's own with Stephanopolis. There's this accusation that
- 6:24Speaker 2: doesn't really mean much of anything that Tom Holman took
- 6:27Speaker 2: a fifty thousand dollars bribe. Well, first of all, that's
- 6:30Speaker 2: not true. It's not a bribe. It couldn't possibly be
- 6:33Speaker 2: a bribe because at the time where this was supposedly happening,
- 6:37Speaker 2: Holman was not in the government. He was a private
- 6:39Speaker 2: citizen with a company, a security company, and somebody offered
- 6:44Speaker 2: to pay him fifty thousand dollars. Now, that's what you
- 6:46Speaker 2: do when you hire a security company, you pay him money,
- 6:49Speaker 2: you agree on the amount, you pay them the money.
- 6:52Speaker 2: So he was not in government, he had nothing to
- 6:55Speaker 2: do with government. But they're calling it a bribe, and
- 7:01Speaker 2: it was pretty pathetic because Stephanoppolis didn't really have any ammunition.
- 7:06Speaker 2: The basis for calling it a bribe was an article
- 7:09Speaker 2: in Pro Publica, which is a crazy left wing publication,
- 7:15Speaker 2: far left nutty publication. The last person ever to quote
- 7:19Speaker 2: them on TV was Keith Oberman. It was that kind
- 7:21Speaker 2: of a sight. So he's going after Vance. Vance's you know,
- 7:27Speaker 2: just well listen, take a listen. This this is Vance
- 7:29Speaker 2: and Stephanopolis. And when Vance gets ugly with Stephanopolis, Stephanoppolis
- 7:35Speaker 2: cuts him off, literally cuts off the Vice President United
- 7:37Speaker 2: States to go to commercial.
- 7:39Speaker 3: You were focused on a bogus story. You're insinuating criminal
- 7:42Speaker 3: wrongdoing against a guy who has done nothing wrong, instead
- 7:45Speaker 3: of focusing on the fact that our country is struggling
- 7:49Speaker 3: because our government's shut down. Let's talk about the real issues, George.
- 7:53Speaker 3: I think the American people would benefit much more from
- 7:55Speaker 3: that than from you going down some weird left wing
- 7:58Speaker 3: rabbit hole where the fat acts clearly to show that
- 8:01Speaker 3: Tom Holman didn't engage in any criminal wrongdoing.
- 8:03Speaker 4: It's not a weird left wing rabbit hole. I didn't
- 8:05Speaker 4: insinuate anything. I asked you whether Tom Holman accepted fifty
- 8:08Speaker 4: thousand dollars, as was heard on an audio tape recorded
- 8:11Speaker 4: by the FBI in September twenty twenty four, and you
- 8:14Speaker 4: did not answer the question. Thank you for your time
- 8:16Speaker 4: this morning. No, I said that I bled up next
- 8:19Speaker 4: We'll be right back.
- 8:20Speaker 2: He just cut off the vice president the United States,
- 8:23Speaker 2: and it is a very weird left wing rabbit hole.
- 8:27Speaker 2: So yesterday at the White House, an ABC News reporter
- 8:30Speaker 2: tries to ask a question. Trump says, we're not taking
- 8:32Speaker 2: any questions from fake news ABC, and we're not after
- 8:36Speaker 2: that jury. He calls him George Slapadopolis. Here's Trump yesterday.
- 8:40Speaker 5: But JD had a very nasty person interviewing them, and
- 8:44Speaker 5: we can't let that happen. Just as inappropriate to cut
- 8:48Speaker 5: off a highly respected vice president of the United States
- 8:51Speaker 5: mid sentence. I guess it's one way to win an argument.
- 8:55Speaker 5: That was the only way he was going to win
- 8:56Speaker 5: the argument, So I was pretty inappropriate. I want to
- 8:58Speaker 5: tell you.
- 8:59Speaker 2: That he think back to Tim Russell, or the guy
- 9:01Speaker 2: that created that ABC Sunday show. David Brinkley would never
- 9:06Speaker 2: First of all, he would never go down a left
- 9:07Speaker 2: wing rabbit hole with some obscure, stupid story. But he
- 9:10Speaker 2: also would never ever cut off a sitting vice president
- 9:14Speaker 2: and not allow him to respond. Unbelievable. What's happened to television,
- 9:20Speaker 2: which doesn't have a lot of viewers anymore. That ABC,
- 9:23Speaker 2: you know, in the good old days of Meet the Press,
- 9:24Speaker 2: that probably had eight nine million viewers. Now they're lucky
- 9:27Speaker 2: if they get one million viewers. Same thing with the slopdopolis.
- 9:32Speaker 2: TV ratings way way down. Hey, by the way, radio
- 9:34Speaker 2: ratings way up. Now you just go over these numbers again,
- 9:38Speaker 2: just so you have this in perspective. Newspapers every day,
- 9:42Speaker 2: twenty two million people read newspapers, that's it. Twenty two
- 9:46Speaker 2: million every day, twenty five million watch network TV. That's
- 9:52Speaker 2: all just twenty five million, twenty five million watch network TV.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Radio one hundred fifty nine million, one hundred and fifty
- 10:03Speaker 2: nine million AM talk radio sixty three million every day,
- 10:07Speaker 2: sixty three million listen to AM radio, and the numbers
- 10:11Speaker 2: going up. Ladis Nielsen show an increase in radio listening.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Ninety two percent of America listens to radio. Hey, so mom, Donnie,
- 10:21Speaker 2: three o'clock today will be on Fox News. The big
- 10:24Speaker 2: debate is tomorrow night. That could determine the whole race.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Tomorrow night, the debate can make sure you're watching that
- 10:32Speaker 2: now in the New Jersey race, So the fight has
- 10:36Speaker 2: been against Mikey Cheryl, accusing Chitdarelli of working from a
- 10:41Speaker 2: company that had made opioids or did something with opioids.
- 10:45Speaker 2: So she keeps making the case that he's responsible for
- 10:48Speaker 2: killing ten thousand Americans with his opioids. But it's come
- 10:52Speaker 2: out that she accepted tons of money donations from opioid companies,
- 10:57Speaker 2: So that doesn't look good for her.
- 11:00Speaker 6: You see it with her not being allowed to walk
- 11:02Speaker 6: at her her graduation ceremonies at the Naval Academy. New
- 11:05Speaker 6: York Times reports she's trading defense stocks while sitting on
- 11:08Speaker 6: the House Armed Services Committee. Broke federal law for stock
- 11:11Speaker 6: trades and stock reporting. Can't explain how it is that
- 11:14Speaker 6: she tripled her net worth in only six years time
- 11:17Speaker 6: in Congress. There's a pattern here, and we saw it
- 11:19Speaker 6: again on display at last week's debate.
- 11:21Speaker 2: She hasn't spoken to it. She needs to.
- 11:23Speaker 6: She bragged about being the most transparent candidate ever for
- 11:27Speaker 6: New Jersey governor. I think she needs to come clean
- 11:29Speaker 6: on this and a number of other issues here in
- 11:30Speaker 6: New Jersey for the voters.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Yeah, now here's Mikey Cheryl, the Democrat opponent.
- 11:35Speaker 1: I think we've laid out the case that Jack is
- 11:37Speaker 1: complicit with these opiard in lead with these opioid companies.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I think he is right there with the people that
- 11:44Speaker 1: again paid billions of dollars. So I think that the
- 11:48Speaker 1: line is pretty clear.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not that clear.
- 11:51Speaker 6: She crossed the line in that debate. I'll be filing
- 11:53Speaker 6: my defamation suit today.
- 11:55Speaker 2: He's gonna sewer for claiming he killed Americans of this opiate.
- 12:00Speaker 2: You can really, you can't sue somebody over at debate.
- 12:02Speaker 2: You can file the lawsuit. It sounds good, but I
- 12:04Speaker 2: don't think you can actually really get anything done.
- 12:06Speaker 6: Another desperate tactic by a desperate campaign on behalf of
- 12:09Speaker 6: a desperate candidate.
- 12:10Speaker 2: It's a lie. Yeah. Now it's not going that well
- 12:13Speaker 2: for Chidarelli. He should be way ahead. It looks like
- 12:16Speaker 2: in the latest polls the race is pretty much uh tied.
- 12:21Speaker 2: It looks close. So we'll see. Hey, that Jack Smith,
- 12:26Speaker 2: that prosecutor, that bug eyed, weirdo, cape wearing idiot prosecutor
- 12:30Speaker 2: Jack Smith is going to be summoned to testify before
- 12:34Speaker 2: the House Judiciary Committee. Now, this is going to be
- 12:37Speaker 2: problematic for the Democrats. He's going to have to actually
- 12:41Speaker 2: speak in under oath in these hearings and testified a
- 12:45Speaker 2: lot of stuff. They're going to ask him about why
- 12:48Speaker 2: he needed to raid mar A Lago with guns drawn.
- 12:52Speaker 2: He got okay to use deadly force in the president's house.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Can you imagine that? And they're gonna he's gonna have
- 12:58Speaker 2: to explain why he had his agents go through Baron
- 13:02Speaker 2: Trump's room and closet while he searched Melania's underwear drawer
- 13:09Speaker 2: Paul Walnuts style. He's going to have to explain all
- 13:11Speaker 2: this now. He's also I hope they'll bring this out.
- 13:15Speaker 2: He remember he kept releasing pictures hundreds and hundreds and
- 13:18Speaker 2: hundreds of boxes. None of those boxes had classified documents
- 13:22Speaker 2: in those are just the presidential papers in hundreds of boxes.
- 13:26Speaker 2: In the end, they only found thirty five classified documents.
- 13:29Speaker 2: If you put it in a folder, it's about one
- 13:32Speaker 2: inch thick, so one inch of one box classified documents.
- 13:36Speaker 2: And from what I hear, those classified documents had absolutely
- 13:40Speaker 2: nothing of importance in them. If you've ever talked to
- 13:43Speaker 2: anybody dealt with classified documents, ninety percent of them are
- 13:47Speaker 2: absolutely nothing. They just overclassified everything. So hopefully this will
- 13:51Speaker 2: all come out in the hearings now. President Trump incredible
- 13:57Speaker 2: deal in the Middle East. He's learned a lot from that,
- 14:01Speaker 2: and he's going to use all that he learned to
- 14:03Speaker 2: do the same thing with Russia Ukraine, so that could
- 14:07Speaker 2: be interesting. He's invited does Zolensky to the White House.
- 14:10Speaker 2: They have things to talk about. Zelensky wants a lot
- 14:13Speaker 2: of weapons that some of them he's not been able
- 14:15Speaker 2: to get. That could change. The President now talking about
- 14:19Speaker 2: giving Ukraine Tomahawk missiles, that serious stuff. Those have a
- 14:23Speaker 2: range of one thousand miles. That could be hitting Moscow
- 14:27Speaker 2: with Tomahawk missiles. Now, one thing he learned in the
- 14:35Speaker 2: Middle East deal is you take away the military strength
- 14:39Speaker 2: of an opponent. Case of Iran, Iran was the one
- 14:42Speaker 2: backing Hamas the hoodies, Hezboalap. You take out their nuclear power,
- 14:47Speaker 2: you take out their main military threat. So you give
- 14:52Speaker 2: Ukraine enough weapons so that they can really, really, really,
- 14:56Speaker 2: for the first time, do some serious damage. It changes everything.
- 15:01Speaker 2: And remember Putin shocked the world first when he went
- 15:05Speaker 2: after Ukraine, but second when after a few months it
- 15:08Speaker 2: was pretty obvious his army stunk and couldn't get anything done.
- 15:11Speaker 5: I don't know why he continues with this war this
- 15:14Speaker 5: war has been so bad for him. He's going into
- 15:17Speaker 5: four years of a war that should have beaten. He
- 15:19Speaker 5: should have won that war in one week. He's now
- 15:23Speaker 5: going to soon be into his fourth year.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Yeah, So the idea is, increase the military strength, give
- 15:28Speaker 2: the Ukraine much more serious kind of weaponry, and then
- 15:32Speaker 2: we'll see, Hey, we'll take some calls next. Eight hundred
- 15:35Speaker 2: three to two one zero seven ten is the number?
- 15:38Speaker 2: Eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten
