- 2:07Speaker 1: We watch as people get arrested who definitely deserve to
- 2:10Speaker 1: be arrested. As we were starting our program yesterday, the
- 2:13Speaker 1: breaking news was coming in, starting with a woman called
- 2:16Speaker 1: Nakima Levi-Armstrong, who was taken into custody yesterday. Although, for
- 2:21Speaker 1: those of you on the video show, we didn't really
- 2:24Speaker 1: have the benefit of images, photos. Now we do. Now
- 2:27Speaker 1: we do. There she is. Look at Nakima Levi-Armstrong. If
- 2:32Speaker 1: you're watching rumble.com slash Vince, or if you're listening, let
- 2:34Speaker 1: me describe it for you. That is a miserable woman.
- 2:38Speaker 1: That woman is very miserable. She's being taken into custody,
- 2:43Speaker 1: utterly shocked that it's even happening. I didn't know justice
- 2:46Speaker 1: was coming for me. Oh, yeah, it's coming for you, sweetheart.
- 2:49Speaker 1: They take Nikima Levi Armstrong into custody yesterday. As Pam
- 2:55Speaker 1: Bondi said, she played a key role, a key role
- 2:58Speaker 1: in organizing the coordinated attack on City's Church. in St. Paul, Minnesota. Amazing,
- 3:05Speaker 1: amazing stuff. She did not expect that this was coming
- 3:09Speaker 1: for her. Additionally, we watch as another woman, Chantil Louisa Allen,
- 3:15Speaker 1: is taken into custody yesterday. Pam Bondi saying that that
- 3:18Speaker 1: second arrest had occurred. She's also miserable. She's not happy
- 3:24Speaker 1: at all. This is a bad day for Chantil. You
- 3:28Speaker 1: see in the photo here, she's got her eyes closed,
- 3:31Speaker 1: her mouth shut. We did have some video actually of her. Guys,
- 3:35Speaker 1: can we show the arrest video of her? They're bringing
- 3:37Speaker 1: her out of the building and she's got, well, double
- 3:40Speaker 1: handcuffs on because she's a hefty lady. There they go.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Bringing her out of the car. They have two sets
- 3:54Speaker 1: of handcuffs on the back of this woman, you know,
- 3:56Speaker 1: for her comfort. Connected in the back. Man, you know
- 4:04Speaker 1: what you could have done to avoid that? Not break
- 4:06Speaker 1: the law. Not break the law. That's a piece of
- 4:09Speaker 1: advice just to share. Share it with anybody you know.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Don't break the law. Don't end up in handcuffs. There
- 4:15Speaker 1: you go. So that was number two yesterday, Chantel Louisa Allen.
- 4:20Speaker 1: And you may be thinking to yourself, well, what about
- 4:23Speaker 1: William Kelly? What about William Kelly? What's the deal with
- 4:27Speaker 1: that guy? Is he going to be arrested?
- 4:29Speaker 2: Two?
- 4:30Speaker 1: Well, here's a video that he filmed as all of
- 4:36Speaker 1: this news was breaking. Cut to he was watching as
- 4:38Speaker 1: his co-conspirators were all being arrested. Watch him and his
- 4:42Speaker 1: vulgar mouth. Watch this.
- 4:44Speaker 3: They've just arrested Nikima Armstrong for our protest on Sunday.
- 4:49Speaker 3: You know, my lawyers tell me they have no fucking case.
- 4:51Speaker 3: This use of the FACE Act and the KKK Act
- 4:54Speaker 3: is complete bullshit. But let's be honest. They don't fucking care.
- 4:57Speaker 3: They don't believe in the rule of law. They're fascists.
- 5:00Speaker 3: They're now going after fucking the Clintons for the Epstein files.
- 5:06Speaker 4: What the fuck?
- 5:07Speaker 1: God damn it, people.
- 5:09Speaker 3: When will you stop fucking acting like everything's normal and
- 5:12Speaker 3: going about your fucking days? Get in the fucking streets now.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It's time to shut this country down. We are at fascism.
- 5:21Speaker 3: The republic has fucking fallen. Please, Americans, please stand up
- 5:26Speaker 3: for something. Do not be the same as those in
- 5:29Speaker 3: 1930s Germany, because right now that's exactly what you're all
- 5:32Speaker 3: fucking doing.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Please wake the fuck up. So he calls for insurrection.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I love that. In the midst of all of his
- 5:39Speaker 1: co-conspirators being arrested, he just doubles down. You know, we
- 5:42Speaker 1: need more insurrection. We need effing insurrection. Okay, settle down, son.
- 5:47Speaker 1: In fact, as he was demanding that we get an
- 5:51Speaker 1: insurrection instead, what he ended up with is being arrested.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Here's video of him, cut three, yesterday, being arrested shortly
- 5:59Speaker 1: after that selfie video.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Watch.
- 6:04Speaker 1: They got him on the ground. They're picking him up.
- 6:08Speaker 1: He's bitching and moaning the whole time. You're a disgrace.
- 6:16Speaker 1: He's yelling at them. He's yelling at these guys. They
- 6:18Speaker 1: don't even care. They're just putting him in handcuffs. Imagine
- 6:20Speaker 1: how satisfied they were to finally cuff that guy. Taking
- 6:24Speaker 1: him into custody. William Kelly found out. He's still screaming.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I'm sure he's screaming to this very day. He found out.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I love this. I can't. Chad, are we enjoying this?
- 6:40Speaker 1: I'm enjoying this. This is precisely what we've been asking for.
- 6:43Speaker 1: He's in custody. Kristi Noem put out a photo of him.
- 6:46Speaker 1: He looks dazed and confused. He can't even believe that
- 6:50Speaker 1: he's being taken into custody. William Kelly charged with conspiracy
- 6:53Speaker 1: to deprive rights, a federal crime for his involvement in
- 6:56Speaker 1: the St. Paul church. Yeah, the chat's liking it.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Okay, good.
- 7:00Speaker 6: All right.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah, me too. Let's keep this going. So William Kelly
- 7:03Speaker 1: busted yesterday. One after the other after the other. These
- 7:07Speaker 1: things continue. So we get William Kelly. Perfect. Perfect. And
- 7:13Speaker 1: you guys want to see a mug shots? We've got
- 7:15Speaker 1: mug shots of the trio, too. For those of you
- 7:18Speaker 1: on the video chat, rumble.com slash Vince. We get mugshots.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Here they are. Nikima Levi Armstrong. Not happy. Not happy
- 7:26Speaker 1: at all. She's not happy with the mugshot. William Kelly.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Look how crazy that dude looks. One of his eyes
- 7:32Speaker 1: is like spinning off in a different direction here in
- 7:34Speaker 1: this photo. He looks like Tom Hanks in Cast Away,
- 7:38Speaker 1: except way more evil. And he's got the eyes. Look
- 7:41Speaker 1: at the eyes. We got him before he got somebody else.
- 7:45Speaker 1: That's a big deal. Took him into custody. And then,
- 7:48Speaker 1: of course, there's Chantel Allen. She, too, taken into custody yesterday.
- 7:53Speaker 1: She looks very confused. She is very confused. She does
- 7:58Speaker 1: not know what's going on. Dressed in her banana yellow shirt.
- 8:02Speaker 1: There she is, arrested. Ladies and gentlemen, that's how you
- 8:05Speaker 1: end up with a mugshot. Break the law. Get arrested.
- 8:10Speaker 1: the Justice Department moving on all these guys. Now, in
- 8:13Speaker 1: the midst of all of this, you probably were wondering, hey,
- 8:17Speaker 1: what about Don Lemon? Is Don Lemon going to finally
- 8:19Speaker 1: be taken into custody? And Don Lemon yesterday, he was
- 8:22Speaker 1: actually live streaming during the arrests. And you could tell,
- 8:27Speaker 1: I went and I checked it out. It was really
- 8:28Speaker 1: funny because Don kept looking at his phone in the
- 8:31Speaker 1: middle of his own show. He was just staring at
- 8:33Speaker 1: his phone the whole, he was like not paying attention.
- 8:36Speaker 1: He had the Jack Smith testimony going on the screen.
- 8:39Speaker 1: And he's staring at his phone the whole time, clearly
- 8:42Speaker 1: getting messages after so many people and from so many
- 8:46Speaker 1: people and so much information flying in. And he's like,
- 8:49Speaker 1: holy crap, everybody's getting arrested? I didn't know that was
- 8:51Speaker 1: going to happen. Well, yeah, sure enough. It's happening. And
- 8:54Speaker 1: so you will correctly note at this point that Don
- 8:57Speaker 1: Lemon has not yet been arrested. Certainly at the time
- 8:59Speaker 1: we're doing this program, we're at 10, 10 a.m. Eastern
- 9:02Speaker 1: time as we do this live on the East Coast,
- 9:04Speaker 1: as I said, and Don Lemon not arrested yet. So
- 9:07Speaker 1: what's going on there? Well, we have some updates on
- 9:09Speaker 1: that subject. Let's begin with how this went down. So
- 9:13Speaker 1: the Justice Department did try to arrest him yesterday. They
- 9:17Speaker 1: wanted to arrest Don, but they weren't able to yet. Yet,
- 9:24Speaker 1: here's what happened. According to the New York Post, other
- 9:26Speaker 1: news outlets confirming as well, a judge has rejected the
- 9:31Speaker 1: Trump DOJ's bid to charge Don Lemon over the Minnesota
- 9:35Speaker 1: church storming. Once again, we get another radical judge getting
- 9:40Speaker 1: in the way. A federal magistrate judge in Minnesota has
- 9:43Speaker 1: rejected an attempt by the Justice Department to to charge
- 9:47Speaker 1: disgraced former CNN host Don Lamont over his participation in
- 9:50Speaker 1: Sunday's invasion of a St. Paul church service by anti-ice agitators. Lamont,
- 9:56Speaker 1: 59 years old, was a part of a group of
- 9:58Speaker 1: dozens of demonstrators who disrupted Sunday worship at City's church.
- 10:03Speaker 1: A source familiar with the matter told The Post, Attorney
- 10:05Speaker 1: General Pam Bondi is enraged by the judge's decision not
- 10:10Speaker 1: to sign off on the charge against Lemon and added
- 10:13Speaker 1: that she was heading to Minnesota herself. So we get
- 10:16Speaker 1: a radical judge gets in the way, magistrate judge, gets
- 10:20Speaker 1: in the way and says, yeah, we're not going to
- 10:22Speaker 1: hold this guy accountable. We're going to give him a
- 10:25Speaker 1: free pass. Now, we've learned some things about this judge.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You're probably wondering, well, who's the judge? Who put this
- 10:31Speaker 1: guy in place? What's his motivation here? Well, here's something
- 10:35Speaker 1: we learned about the dude. Bill Malusion sharing the following information.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Multiple sources tell him and his colleague David Spunn over
- 10:43Speaker 1: at Fox that that the federal magistrate in Minnesota who
- 10:46Speaker 1: refused to sign off on this arrest warrant for Don
- 10:48Speaker 1: Lamont is Douglas L. Mikko. Mikko is his name. And
- 10:55Speaker 1: Mikko Maus and his wife works as an assistant attorney general.
- 11:00Speaker 1: His wife, Mikko's wife, works as an assistant attorney general
- 11:04Speaker 1: in Keith Ellison's office. So Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison
- 11:10Speaker 1: who is a radical anti-ice lunatic, a guy who's in
- 11:15Speaker 1: on all of the fraud in Minnesota, who let $ 20
- 11:18Speaker 1: billion get stolen from you and me and Minnesota taxpayers.
- 11:22Speaker 1: This lady works in his office and her husband gets
- 11:26Speaker 1: to make decisions about whether or not Don Lamont gets charged.
- 11:29Speaker 1: You want to talk about a conflict of interest here?
- 11:32Speaker 1: She's on the side of the insurrectionists. The judge is
- 11:35Speaker 1: on the side of the insurrectionist. So the judge says, no,
- 11:38Speaker 1: no charges for Don Lamont, even though he filmed evidence
- 11:42Speaker 1: of his own crime all day long. Don's not a
- 11:44Speaker 1: smart man. Don's a stupid man. Don filmed all of
- 11:47Speaker 1: the evidence of his own crime. And yet at the moment,
- 11:51Speaker 1: no sign off on an arrest warrant for Don Lamont. Now,
- 11:56Speaker 1: that said. We've got more about this guy, about what's
- 12:00Speaker 1: going to happen with Don. Now, Greg Jarrett says this
- 12:04Speaker 1: is not the end. Greg Jarrett over at the Fox
- 12:05Speaker 1: News Channel, a legal expert, said this is not the
- 12:08Speaker 1: end for Don, that the Justice Department is still going
- 12:11Speaker 1: to move. And we're seeing reports already this morning that
- 12:14Speaker 1: the Justice Department has more tricks in its bag to
- 12:18Speaker 1: go after Don Lamont. Take a look. Here's cut seven.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Greg Jarrett late last night with this assessment.
- 12:24Speaker 7: Rejecting the charges against Don Lamont. smells fishy to me.
- 12:29Speaker 7: And we may actually learn more about the magistrate's motivations,
- 12:33Speaker 7: his bias, his conflict of interest, as Kevin pointed out. Legally,
- 12:39Speaker 7: the magistrate would have to have decided that these prosecutors
- 12:43Speaker 7: did not meet the standard of probable cause. But just
- 12:47Speaker 7: personally disagreeing with the wisdom or fairness of bringing the case,
- 12:50Speaker 7: that's not a valid ground for overriding the the charging decision. So, Sean,
- 12:55Speaker 7: I thoroughly expect the DOJ to do one of two
- 12:59Speaker 7: things here, either bypass the magistrate by going directly to
- 13:03Speaker 7: a grand jury for an indictment against Don Lemon or
- 13:06Speaker 7: go to a real district court judge because, you know,
- 13:10Speaker 7: a magistrate is really just a ministerial assistant. You know,
- 13:14Speaker 7: he handles misdemeanors and warrants and empties the trash cans.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Yeah, so they've followed the standard procedure. They went to
- 13:22Speaker 1: the magistrate in order to get this accomplished. The magistrate's
- 13:25Speaker 1: saying no. Greg Jarrett's looking at this going, this is
- 13:27Speaker 1: not up to you in terms of– you don't get
- 13:29Speaker 1: to just do it based on like your random opinion. Oh,
- 13:31Speaker 1: I like Don Lemon. I'm the one viewer who watches him. No,
- 13:35Speaker 1: that's not how it works. Did he or did he
- 13:37Speaker 1: not violate the laws or evidence for that? And if
- 13:39Speaker 1: there is, the Justice Department's in the right to take
- 13:41Speaker 1: the guy into custody. His magistrate's like, no, I'm not
- 13:44Speaker 1: going to let you do it.
- 13:44Speaker 8: Okay.
- 13:45Speaker 9: Fine.
- 13:46Speaker 1: We've got other options. We can go directly to a
- 13:47Speaker 1: grand jury or we can go to a real big
- 13:49Speaker 1: boy judge and we can take this guy into custody.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Those are the options. And with Pam Bondi on the
- 13:54Speaker 1: move in order to make this happen, I don't think
- 13:57Speaker 1: things are over for Don Lemon. I've got more evidence
- 14:00Speaker 1: for why it's not over. Don Lemon himself is right
- 14:03Speaker 1: now daring Pam Bondi to arrest him. Watch this. Cut eight.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Take a look at this.
- 14:09Speaker 4: I stand proud and I stand tall.
- 14:11Speaker 1: This is not a victory lap for me because it's
- 14:13Speaker 1: not over. They're going to try again and they're going
- 14:15Speaker 1: to try again. And guess what? Here I am. Keep trying.
- 14:19Speaker 6: That's not going to stop me from being a journalist.
- 14:22Speaker 1: You're not going to diminish my voice. Go ahead. Make
- 14:24Speaker 1: me into the new Jimmy Kimmel if you want. Just
- 14:29Speaker 1: do it. Make me into the new Jimmy Kimmel. What is,
- 14:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry. If you want to be Jimmy Kimmel, you're
- 14:36Speaker 1: already Jimmy Kimmel. You're ridiculous. You're anti-Trump. You're not interesting.
- 14:40Speaker 1: And nobody watches you. So you've already achieved exactly what
- 14:43Speaker 1: you want to become the new Jimmy Kimmel. What is
- 14:45Speaker 1: he talking about? Jimmy Kimmel. Like he's like some civil
- 14:47Speaker 1: rights hero or something. Jimmy Kimmel. I'll be immortalized like
- 14:52Speaker 1: Jimmy Kimmel. So Don Lamont is daring. daring the United
- 15:00Speaker 1: States Department of Justice to cuff him. Come after me.
- 15:03Speaker 1: Come after me.
- 15:04Speaker 8: Okay.
- 15:05Speaker 1: You know who's going to take that deal? You know
- 15:07Speaker 1: who's already ready to take that deal? Harmeet Dhillon. Harmeet
- 15:11Speaker 1: Dhillon responded to Don Lemon. Listen, look at this. Okay.
- 15:16Speaker 1: That's so funny.
- 15:17Speaker 8: Don....
- 15:23Speaker 1: I love this. And I got to believe Don really
- 15:27Speaker 1: thinks that he's about to become like an historic figure.
- 15:32Speaker 1: There will be streets named after him if he gets arrested,
- 15:36Speaker 1: that America will forever remember Don Lamond. We'll have Don
- 15:40Speaker 1: Lamond Day every day. Every year, we're going to get
- 15:43Speaker 1: a national holiday dedicated to Don Lemon. It's going to
- 15:45Speaker 1: be amazing. America is going to look back on this
- 15:49Speaker 1: moment and think that man was an historic figure. That
- 15:52Speaker 1: man's my inspiration. That man, you know, and you too
- 15:56Speaker 1: can conclude things like airplanes can disappear into black holes.
- 16:01Speaker 1: It's going to be great. The Jimmy Kimmel. Yeah, that'll
- 16:08Speaker 1: be that'll be wonderful. Anyway, so they're on the move.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Armie Dillon, who, by the way, remember, told us earlier
- 16:14Speaker 1: this week, what did Armie tell us? She said, yeah, Vince,
- 16:18Speaker 1: there's going to be arrests. It is clear that these
- 16:21Speaker 1: people are breaking the law on camera. We are going
- 16:24Speaker 1: to arrest them. And then she did it. So she
- 16:26Speaker 1: said there would be arrests and then there were arrests.
- 16:29Speaker 1: And here she is watching as Don Lemon looks at
- 16:32Speaker 1: her and was like, go ahead, I dare you to
- 16:33Speaker 1: arrest me. And she just said, okay, you got it.
- 16:37Speaker 1: You got it. That's on the way too.
- 16:39Speaker 8: All right.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I'll keep my eyes open for that. Keep my eyes
- 16:42Speaker 1: open for that. By the way, do you think Don
- 16:44Speaker 1: Lemon actually needs these glasses or does he just wear
- 16:49Speaker 1: them He's got glasses on. Do you think those are
- 16:53Speaker 1: like those like fake glasses, the ones they don't even
- 16:55Speaker 1: adjust your vision at all? They're just meant to like, oh,
- 16:58Speaker 1: these look really good. There he is in a turtleneck
- 17:00Speaker 1: and glasses. Yeah, what an inspiration that guy is. To
- 17:06Speaker 1: criminals everywhere. Speaking of criminals being everywhere, in Minnesota, in Minneapolis,
- 17:12Speaker 1: we've got a full-blown insurrection going on. A full-blown insurrection. Insurrection.
- 17:15Speaker 1: I hate these insurrections. I've been calling for the Insurrection Act.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And yesterday on the radio program, I had the great
- 17:21Speaker 1: Mary Margaret Olihan stop by from the Daily Wire. And
- 17:24Speaker 1: I said, Mary Margaret, if I were there with you,
- 17:28Speaker 1: because she was with the vice president of the United
- 17:30Speaker 1: States yesterday in Minneapolis, the vice president lands in Minneapolis.
- 17:33Speaker 1: He's surveying the scene. He's talking to local law enforcement.
- 17:37Speaker 1: He's trying to figure out what the hell's going on here.
- 17:40Speaker 1: And I said, Mary Margaret, if I were in your
- 17:42Speaker 1: shoes there, I would ask the vice president, what is
- 17:47Speaker 1: it going to take? What do you need to hear?
- 17:50Speaker 1: What do you need to say that you can go
- 17:52Speaker 1: to the president of the United States and tell him, Mr. President,
- 17:56Speaker 1: now's the time we need to invoke the Insurrection Act.
- 17:59Speaker 1: And Mary Margaret, God bless her, said, Vince, that's a
- 18:01Speaker 1: great question. I'm going to ask. And she did. And
- 18:05Speaker 1: she did. I've got that coming up for you. Mary Margaret,
- 18:09Speaker 1: Mary Margaret Olihan from The Daily Wire asking the vice
- 18:11Speaker 1: president of the United States this audience question. which is,
- 18:15Speaker 1: what is it going to take to invoke the Insurrection Act?

- 19:41Speaker 4: Yes.
- 19:42Speaker 1: PB20214972, that's a heck of a username, says, Vince, I've
- 19:46Speaker 1: been calling for the Insurrection Act for weeks. He's got
- 19:49Speaker 1: to do it. This country's going to burn. Multiple emojis,
- 19:51Speaker 1: including one of Dan and one of me. Well, I
- 19:54Speaker 1: totally agree with you, extensive username. I've been calling for
- 19:58Speaker 1: it for weeks as well. We need to restore order.
- 20:01Speaker 1: We need to restore order. And I said yesterday on
- 20:04Speaker 1: our program that I think that the costs to our
- 20:07Speaker 1: country of not doing it immense. And if an ICE
- 20:10Speaker 1: agent gets killed, things are going to get really hairy,
- 20:14Speaker 1: far worse than they already are. I think the political
- 20:17Speaker 1: consequences for President Trump and the Republican Party will be
- 20:19Speaker 1: immense as well. If you don't employ a tool that's
- 20:22Speaker 1: in your toolkit to prevent something unthinkable from happening, there's
- 20:27Speaker 1: going to be I think a detrimental effect on your support.
- 20:30Speaker 1: And I don't want to see any of those things
- 20:31Speaker 1: happen because I'm rooting for President Trump. I think that
- 20:34Speaker 1: his margins need to grow. I really want to get
- 20:36Speaker 1: the country back in order. I'm super happy with the
- 20:38Speaker 1: last year of the president's efforts. And I'd like for
- 20:41Speaker 1: that success to continue. And in order to do that,
- 20:43Speaker 1: I think just a limited invocation of the Insurrection Act,
- 20:46Speaker 1: apply it to Minnesota, clean things up, send in the troops,
- 20:49Speaker 1: enforce local laws. Let's do it. Where's the vice president's
- 20:54Speaker 1: head on this? Good thing I was able to talk
- 20:56Speaker 1: to Mary Margaret and good thing she was able to
- 20:59Speaker 1: ask yesterday. Here's Mary Margaret Olihan asking J.D. Vance yesterday
- 21:07Speaker 1: about using the Insurrection Act. Fellas, what cut am.
- 21:09Speaker 7: I at here?
- 21:10Speaker 1: I'm looking for the cut.
- 21:11Speaker 8: Oh, here it is.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Cut nine. Cut nine. Mary Margaret talking to J.D.
- 21:14Speaker 4: Vance. Anything that you heard or saw today that would
- 21:18Speaker 4: cause you to counsel the president to invoke the Insurrection
- 21:21Speaker 4: Act and then also Did you meet or talk to
- 21:24Speaker 4: the ICE agent who was involved in the Rene Good incident?
- 21:27Speaker 9: I did not talk to him today. I talked to
- 21:29Speaker 9: some of his colleagues. You know, your question on the
- 21:31Speaker 9: Insurrection Act is interesting. I've tried to understand this as
- 21:35Speaker 9: well as I possibly could. And my understanding is what
- 21:38Speaker 9: the Insurrection Act, what invoking the Insurrection Act would allow.
- 21:41Speaker 1: The federal government to do.
- 21:43Speaker 9: Is that it would allow the federal government to use
- 21:45Speaker 9: the military for local law enforcement operations. Right now, we
- 21:49Speaker 9: don't think that we need that. Now, the president could
- 21:51Speaker 9: change his mind. Of course, things could get worse. But
- 21:53Speaker 9: right now, we think that federal law enforcement officers can
- 21:56Speaker 9: do the job of federal law enforcement. Now, what I
- 21:59Speaker 9: do worry about, again, is if the chaos gets worse,
- 22:02Speaker 9: If more and more ICE agents start getting assaulted, if
- 22:04Speaker 9: other law enforcement officers start getting assaulted, that would be
- 22:07Speaker 9: a real problem. But again, we have so much federal
- 22:11Speaker 9: law enforcement resources here right now. We have so many
- 22:13Speaker 9: people here that we do not want to have here.
- 22:16Speaker 9: I do not want so many ICE officers in Minneapolis
- 22:19Speaker 9: right now. I mean, good Lord, it's really, really freaking
- 22:21Speaker 9: cold outside. But they're here not even to enforce immigration laws,
- 22:25Speaker 9: but to protect the people from the rioters That's an
- 22:28Speaker 9: absurd state of affairs, and we wouldn't need it if
- 22:31Speaker 9: we had a little bit more cooperation from the Minneapolis
- 22:34Speaker 9: Police Department. Again, the Minneapolis Police Department, my understanding is
- 22:38Speaker 9: that the actual beat cops on the ground, they would
- 22:40Speaker 9: love to help out, but they're being told by somebody.
- 22:43Speaker 9: I don't know if it's Mayor Frey. They're being told
- 22:45Speaker 9: by somebody not to cooperate at all. What kind of
- 22:48Speaker 9: a person tells their local police don't protect somebody if
- 22:52Speaker 9: they're being assaulted by a rioter? It's crazy, and it's
- 22:55Speaker 9: got to stop.
- 22:57Speaker 1: All right, let me first of all thank the Vice
- 22:58Speaker 1: President of the United States for answering that question and
- 23:00Speaker 1: Mary Margaret for asking it. That question was crafted by
- 23:05Speaker 1: this show, this audience, and that's the Vice President of
- 23:09Speaker 1: the United States answering you directly. What will it take
- 23:12Speaker 1: to invoke the Insurrection Act? Now, the answer he gave,
- 23:16Speaker 1: I think, is interesting. Let me unpack what we heard.
- 23:19Speaker 1: He says that the administration at this moment is not
- 23:22Speaker 1: prepared to invoke the Insurrection Act. Not at this moment.
- 23:24Speaker 1: We think we have enough federal authority. forces here. Remember,
- 23:28Speaker 1: the vice president serves certainly at the pleasure of the president,
- 23:32Speaker 1: and he is conveying the president's judgment on this question.
- 23:37Speaker 1: So he punted a little, but the reason for that
- 23:41Speaker 1: is because he's just trying to keep the company line here, simply,
- 23:44Speaker 1: that President Trump hasn't invoked it, and that's his judgment call,
- 23:48Speaker 1: and his judgment is right. That's why the American people
- 23:51Speaker 1: have chosen him to be president of the United States.
- 23:52Speaker 1: I think that's kind of where J.D. Vance is. But
- 23:55Speaker 1: let me point something out about his answer that really
- 23:58Speaker 1: stood out to me. He says, well, the Insurrection Act
- 24:01Speaker 1: allows us to deploy the military so that we can
- 24:03Speaker 1: enforce local laws that are not being enforced. Well, that
- 24:06Speaker 1: is precisely what's happening right now. Those conditions have been met.
- 24:12Speaker 1: In fact, J.D. says it. Vice President Vance says it
- 24:16Speaker 1: at the end of his answer. He says the Minneapolis
- 24:18Speaker 1: Police Department's being handcuffed. We got rank and file guys
- 24:21Speaker 1: who definitely want to do the job, but somebody in
- 24:24Speaker 1: their leadership, probably to include the mayor, Jacob Fry, are
- 24:27Speaker 1: not letting them do the job. And what is that
- 24:29Speaker 1: resulting in? Well, two days ago, we just saw A
- 24:34Speaker 1: bunch of people in Minneapolis, a bunch of these terrorists
- 24:37Speaker 1: stalking and assaulting men and women of immigration enforcement, attacking
- 24:42Speaker 1: Greg Bovino, dumping food on him, spitting on the guys,
- 24:45Speaker 1: attacking them. And as soon as these guys try to
- 24:47Speaker 1: take people into custody for assaulting them, they're being attacked
- 24:51Speaker 1: by the mob. They're dogpiling men and women of law enforcement.
- 24:55Speaker 1: that are currently trying to just clean up the area.
- 24:58Speaker 1: So if you're looking for, oh, you know, the local
- 25:01Speaker 1: laws are not being enforced, that's literally what's happening right now.
- 25:04Speaker 1: So I would argue that Vice President Vance's answer yesterday
- 25:09Speaker 1: to this audience is really straightforward. The conditions have been met.
- 25:15Speaker 1: The conditions have been met. And it is not to
- 25:18Speaker 1: kick things into high gear. I'm not trying to elevate
- 25:20Speaker 1: the temperature in Minneapolis when I say this. My approach
- 25:23Speaker 1: to this is as sober as you can possibly get.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I want to bring the temperature down. If you restore
- 25:29Speaker 1: law and order and then you tell bad guys that
- 25:30Speaker 1: there are consequences for their actions, that's how you get
- 25:33Speaker 1: less badness. Last week, this week, Harmeet Dhillon said, we're
- 25:39Speaker 1: going to make sure that nobody thinks it's legitimate to
- 25:42Speaker 1: raid a church again. Well, how do you do that?
- 25:44Speaker 1: You do what they did yesterday. They placed the bad
- 25:47Speaker 1: guys in handcuffs. They got photos of their arrests, and
- 25:51Speaker 1: then they posted all of it to the internet. They
- 25:53Speaker 1: were trying to take Don Lemon into custody yesterday. That
- 25:56Speaker 1: was the plan before a radical judge whose wife is
- 25:59Speaker 1: working directly with Keith Ellison got involved. But these, clearly,
- 26:05Speaker 1: they're trying to impose consequences as a deterrent, not just
- 26:08Speaker 1: as consequences for breaking the law, but to prevent others
- 26:11Speaker 1: from doing it. You think radical lefties are going to
- 26:13Speaker 1: raid a Christian church again this weekend? And if they do,
- 26:16Speaker 1: do you think they're going to go in there without
- 26:18Speaker 1: for a second hesitating and be like, I may end
- 26:20Speaker 1: up in handcuffs now. That's definitely the lesson. That's the lesson.
- 26:24Speaker 1: And how do they learn that lesson? Somebody's got to
- 26:26Speaker 1: crack the whip. It's as simple as that. So, There's
- 26:31Speaker 1: the answer from the vice president. He says, at this moment,
- 26:33Speaker 1: the president's not invoking it. I continue to maintain they should.
- 26:37Speaker 1: They should. Let's clean up this country. Let's send in
- 26:39Speaker 1: the troops. Let's take care of the people. And let's
- 26:42Speaker 1: settle things down. And then in the midterms, you're going
- 26:45Speaker 1: to have big success because things will be calm. What
- 26:48Speaker 1: did they do in 2020? What did the left do
- 26:50Speaker 1: in 2020? They got things. They made things crazy. They
- 26:54Speaker 1: started rioting. They were burning American cities, burning police precincts down.
- 26:58Speaker 1: Let's not get a repeat of any of that. You know,
- 27:01Speaker 1: it's cold now, as you may know, across this country.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Just wait until it warms up. If we get into
- 27:06Speaker 1: the fighting season in America and the left still thinks
- 27:09Speaker 1: there are no consequences for their violence, that's going to
- 27:13Speaker 1: be a mess, a total mess. All right. Meanwhile, the
- 27:17Speaker 1: president of the United States just coming back from Davos. And, man,
- 27:21Speaker 1: he achieved quite a bit. I mean, they launched this
- 27:24Speaker 1: board of peace to handle Gaza, and he's the chairman
- 27:27Speaker 1: of that. And also, he struck a big deal with Greenland.
- 27:30Speaker 1: He was able to corner all of Europe in order
- 27:33Speaker 1: to secure a big deal. My next guest is going
- 27:35Speaker 1: to tell us all about what it means for Greenland and,
- 27:38Speaker 1: more importantly, for America. That's ahead on the program. And then,
- 27:41Speaker 1: of course, we've got great audio of Scott Biss. Beating
- 27:46Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom into a pulp all week long. That was hilarious, too.
- 27:49Speaker 1: We'll get to it. Bone Charge is a great sponsor
- 27:51Speaker 1: of this program. The Bone Charge Infrared Sauna Blanket. The

- 30:15Speaker 1: a distinguished senior fellow for energy policy at the America
- 30:17Speaker 1: First Policy Institute. And she was appointed by President Trump
- 30:21Speaker 1: to the Economic Advisory Council and served as the U.S.
- 30:24Speaker 1: ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark. And that, of course,
- 30:26Speaker 1: includes Greenland and the Faroe Islands from 2017 to 2021.
- 30:30Speaker 1: She's done it all. Carla Sands joins us. Hello, Carla.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Hey, Vince. It's great to be with you and your viewers.
- 30:36Speaker 4: I'm so happy to listen in on your program as well.
- 30:39Speaker 4: It's really fascinating discussion.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Thank you very much. We're having a good time today
- 30:43Speaker 1: on a Friday. I'm looking back on this week, though,
- 30:47Speaker 1: and I feel like somehow President Trump's deal with Greenland
- 30:52Speaker 1: is not the biggest story. He started off, Carla, in
- 30:56Speaker 1: pursuit of taking over all of Greenland for the United
- 31:00Speaker 1: States of America. People started freaking out that we were
- 31:03Speaker 1: going to have a full-blown military invasion of Greenland. And
- 31:06Speaker 1: then by the end of the week, he says, we've
- 31:08Speaker 1: got a huge deal now. Tell us about, as you understand,
- 31:11Speaker 1: what is this deal? How does this benefit us?
- 31:15Speaker 4: Sure, I'd love to. And it's as if every day
- 31:18Speaker 4: is a year right now, if you look at the
- 31:22Speaker 4: achievements of the Trump administration, because they had those four
- 31:25Speaker 4: years in the wilderness where they were able to decide
- 31:29Speaker 4: what policies were important for the prosperity and security of
- 31:32Speaker 4: the American people. And that's every one of your viewers.
- 31:35Speaker 4: But if I could just digress for one sec, I
- 31:37Speaker 4: was listening in on J.D. Vance's talking about not invoking
- 31:42Speaker 4: the Insurrection Act and bringing in the troops. And I'm
- 31:44Speaker 4: watching what's happening in Minneapolis. And I was in Los
- 31:49Speaker 4: Angeles during something called the Rodney King riots in the
- 31:52Speaker 4: early 90s. And there was rioting and looting because of
- 31:57Speaker 4: a guy who got pulled out of his truck and
- 31:59Speaker 4: got beaten up. And then there was a kerfuffle. And
- 32:04Speaker 4: it's as if the city went on fire And literally,
- 32:07Speaker 4: they were setting fires in Santa Monica, South Beverly Hills,
- 32:11Speaker 4: and then, of course, East LA. And it took invoking
- 32:14Speaker 4: the Insurrection Act. And I think it was Bush that
- 32:17Speaker 4: sent in troops.
- 32:18Speaker 6: Yes.
- 32:19Speaker 4: And everybody got so much more, I would say, peaceful.
- 32:24Speaker 4: There were Korean business owners all over downtown LA that
- 32:28Speaker 4: were standing on the roofs of their shops with their
- 32:31Speaker 4: rifles to shoot any trespasser that went in because law
- 32:35Speaker 4: enforcement was just They were outgunned and they just were afraid.
- 32:40Speaker 4: You just didn't see the police, really. It's as if
- 32:44Speaker 4: they hid. And they were good guys, but they just
- 32:46Speaker 4: were overwhelmed by the numbers. And so when we see
- 32:50Speaker 4: what's happening, I mean, I can't wait if this continues
- 32:54Speaker 4: and this agitation and these paid agitators and ideological Marxists
- 32:58Speaker 4: continue to try to destroy law and order in our country.
- 33:02Speaker 4: I hope they do invoke the Insurrection Act.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Yes.
- 33:05Speaker 4: I think really instill comfort in those law abiding people
- 33:10Speaker 4: in that state. And it'll also warn other places like
- 33:13Speaker 4: they're trying, they're planning something in New York city to
- 33:16Speaker 4: do the same thing. And they've got, I think five
- 33:19Speaker 4: or 10,000 people that they're trying to assemble and they'll
- 33:23Speaker 4: have a mayor that has their back that won't arrest
- 33:25Speaker 4: them and won't hold them and will allow the chaos
- 33:28Speaker 4: and anarchy to grow. And that's why I think they
- 33:30Speaker 4: started that Texas stock exchange. I mean, Capitol is going
- 33:34Speaker 4: to flee from from anarchy. So it's just it's devastating.
- 33:37Speaker 4: But let me talk.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Well, let me since you brought this up, let me
- 33:40Speaker 1: just intervene, because I totally agree enthusiastically with you, of course.
- 33:44Speaker 1: And I do think the Insurrection Act is important. And
- 33:46Speaker 1: to give people the context, you're right. That was George H.W. Bush, 1992,
- 33:49Speaker 1: during the L.A.
- 33:50Speaker 6: Riots.
- 33:50Speaker 1: And he did it, by the way, at the invitation
- 33:53Speaker 1: of the Republican governor at the time, Pete Wilson. who
- 33:56Speaker 1: asked for that support. Yeah, great governor of California. And then,
- 34:01Speaker 1: of course, let me put on screen, full screen, guys,
- 34:03Speaker 1: this is the rooftop Koreans that we were just hearing
- 34:05Speaker 1: about from Carla. This is what it looked like back
- 34:09Speaker 1: in 1992, is Koreans take to the roofs in order
- 34:12Speaker 1: to try and protect themselves from the rioters. Just... utter
- 34:15Speaker 1: madness going on. And yes, bringing about a peace is
- 34:19Speaker 1: super important here. So I can't agree with you more, Carla.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I think this is a really big moment. And I
- 34:25Speaker 1: think the Trump administration should answer it by doing what
- 34:28Speaker 1: they do so well, which is get another win for
- 34:29Speaker 1: the American people.
- 34:31Speaker 8: Right.
- 34:31Speaker 4: And I think it'll quell these uprisings because they see
- 34:34Speaker 4: weakness and they see an opening. And we can see
- 34:37Speaker 4: that Trump doesn't have most of his attorneys in place
- 34:41Speaker 4: because of the blue slip in the Senate. And so
- 34:43Speaker 4: that's causing a lot of problem where they didn't hold,
- 34:46Speaker 4: like you said, they didn't hold Don Lemon. He absolutely
- 34:50Speaker 4: broke the law. So I'm sure that Harmeet Dhillon is
- 34:53Speaker 4: on it. The DOJ has been amazing, but they just
- 34:56Speaker 4: don't have their men and women in the field to
- 35:01Speaker 4: uphold the law. So we have these activists, we have
- 35:04Speaker 4: these activist attorneys and judges that are turning justice on
- 35:07Speaker 4: its head. And that's really, it's really bothering me because
- 35:11Speaker 4: when I see that happening, The, you know, the activist judges.
- 35:15Speaker 4: It reminds me of what was happening in El Salvador.
- 35:18Speaker 4: And we saw Bukele. He actually, you know, he I mean,
- 35:22Speaker 4: he didn't uphold the law. He kind of did stuff in,
- 35:25Speaker 4: you know, a little bit unlawfully, but he got rid
- 35:28Speaker 4: of them because he said it was a judicial cartel
- 35:32Speaker 4: that was imposing unlawful. unlawful actions.
- 35:37Speaker 1: His country was overrun by MS-13. I mean, they had
- 35:42Speaker 1: the most, they had a really devastating situation. And he
- 35:44Speaker 1: took that country from the most dangerous country in the
- 35:47Speaker 1: Western Hemisphere to one of, if not the safest. It's
- 35:50Speaker 1: crazy the turnaround that Bukele has been able to orchestrate.
- 35:53Speaker 4: I was just there and I was walking around safely
- 35:55Speaker 4: on the streets at night with another woman. And so
- 35:59Speaker 4: I would never have been able to do that just
- 36:00Speaker 4: five years ago. He's really amazing.
- 36:02Speaker 1: So tell me about Greenland. What did we achieve this week?
- 36:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Greenland.
- 36:05Speaker 4: So it's such a win for the American people, what
- 36:09Speaker 4: President Trump has done. He has gotten the access that
- 36:13Speaker 4: we need without what... It's a framework. So I can't
- 36:17Speaker 4: get ahead of their negotiations. But my understanding is that
- 36:20Speaker 4: we will be able to do anything, anywhere, that we
- 36:23Speaker 4: will lock up the mineral rights there. Russia and China
- 36:26Speaker 4: are out, including drilling for energy that I'm sure that
- 36:31Speaker 4: we'll have to impose... a kind of access to the
- 36:35Speaker 4: energy if we want to drill, because there's a lot
- 36:37Speaker 4: of oil up there that the Greenlanders have signed on
- 36:40Speaker 4: to the green new deal kind of ideas with the
- 36:44Speaker 4: UN sustainable goals. So they're, they, they wear the little
- 36:47Speaker 4: round pin, you know, the round pin with the colors.
- 36:50Speaker 4: That's like a demonic pin of how they're going to
- 36:52Speaker 4: have global communism, the UN UN agenda 30 now goals.
- 37:00Speaker 4: But but again, We will be able to have US
- 37:04Speaker 4: sovereignty on those bases like any base around the world.
- 37:07Speaker 4: Some of the stumbling blocks will be to make sure
- 37:10Speaker 4: that we don't have to consult with both the Greenlanders
- 37:12Speaker 4: and the Danes as we do stuff. It takes too
- 37:15Speaker 4: much time. We're now living in a world that moves
- 37:17Speaker 4: very quickly, especially our adversaries. They don't have to go
- 37:20Speaker 4: through trial.
- 37:21Speaker 1: It seems like my impression is that Trump's not going
- 37:23Speaker 1: to settle for having to seek permission to do things
- 37:27Speaker 1: in what is considered U.S. sovereign territory. So my hunch
- 37:31Speaker 1: is that this deal is not only do we have sovereignty,
- 37:34Speaker 1: we have real sovereignty over that space in Greenland.
- 37:36Speaker 5: Yes.
- 37:37Speaker 4: And I'm not sure what they're going to call it, Vince.
- 37:39Speaker 4: We'll see if this is a COFA or what this is,
- 37:41Speaker 4: which is a free association pact like we have with
- 37:44Speaker 4: Palau and Micronesia. I'm just not sure. But it sounds
- 37:47Speaker 4: like he's, and I'm not getting ahead of the president,
- 37:50Speaker 4: but it does sound like he's letting the Danes say
- 37:52Speaker 4: face and still say that it's Danish territory. I think so.
- 37:57Speaker 4: Because that makes them an Arctic player, even though they
- 38:00Speaker 4: can't afford to develop it or defend it and never
- 38:05Speaker 4: have been able to. They just don't have the interest
- 38:08Speaker 4: or the capacity.
- 38:10Speaker 1: So the people of Greenland, I realize that I've everyone's
- 38:14Speaker 1: got opinions about this and like, oh, the United States
- 38:16Speaker 1: shouldn't do this. But in the end, the people of
- 38:17Speaker 1: Greenland should be very grateful that they're in our sphere
- 38:20Speaker 1: of protection. I mean, I would think that they are
- 38:23Speaker 1: thrilled that they can rely on dog sled teams because
- 38:26Speaker 1: in the end, the United States has a real military
- 38:29Speaker 1: force to defend this hemisphere. Like Canada, they have to
- 38:32Speaker 1: be very grateful that we are a part of protecting them.
- 38:36Speaker 4: Well, look at the prime minister of Canada and how
- 38:40Speaker 4: he's talking, even though he's under our protection. blanket. And
- 38:44Speaker 4: you can see that people are not always grateful. In fact,
- 38:47Speaker 4: they can be ungrateful for what they receive from the
- 38:50Speaker 4: United States taxpayers. And in that case, if you've ever
- 38:54Speaker 4: been in a neighborhood where a lot of people are
- 38:56Speaker 4: on welfare, you can kind of get the idea of
- 38:59Speaker 4: how the Greenlanders operate, because they receive 20% of their
- 39:05Speaker 4: budget yearly from Denmark, a $ 600 million transfer. Now, Denmark's
- 39:10Speaker 4: benefited financially a lot. They took out I think it's
- 39:13Speaker 4: almost $ 30 billion in cryolite over the years from Greenland.
- 39:19Speaker 4: Many have their hands in other businesses in Greenland, so
- 39:22Speaker 4: they benefit financially. They send this welfare payment of $ 600
- 39:25Speaker 4: million every year to the Greenlanders. And without it, the
- 39:29Speaker 4: Greenlanders wouldn't have kind of the very comfortable lives that
- 39:32Speaker 4: they have. They run it, too. So they run the
- 39:36Speaker 4: foreign policy and the defense policy. I suspect we will
- 39:40Speaker 4: be running the defense policy, I suspect, going forward. And
- 39:43Speaker 4: by the way, everything I say is in my personal capacity,
- 39:46Speaker 4: not in any affiliation with any group.
- 39:49Speaker 8: Right.
- 39:50Speaker 4: I only speak for myself, but I think that the
- 39:54Speaker 4: Greenlanders are, this is gonna be hard for the Greenlanders
- 39:57Speaker 4: because they actually wanted to go independent. But if you
- 40:00Speaker 4: can imagine 57,000 people, so the size of a regular
- 40:04Speaker 4: sized town, living on the world's largest island where the
- 40:07Speaker 4: part that's not covered in ice is bigger than California,
- 40:10Speaker 4: and they wanted to be independent. They have no ability
- 40:12Speaker 4: to defend themselves, no money to develop themselves. So they
- 40:16Speaker 4: were really looking for a big, strong partner And they
- 40:20Speaker 4: talked to the US. They also talked to China. China
- 40:23Speaker 4: tried to bring them into their Belt and Road Initiative.
- 40:26Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 40:26Speaker 4: And the US shut that down.
- 40:29Speaker 1: So in summary, how big of a deal is President
- 40:32Speaker 1: Trump's achievement here?
- 40:34Speaker 4: It's amazing what he did. And your viewers could go
- 40:38Speaker 4: and watch, listen to on Audible or buy a book,
- 40:42Speaker 4: The Art of the Deal, that President Trump wrote decades ago.
- 40:46Speaker 4: And it's his negotiating style. And I say this to-
- 40:49Speaker 4: the European world leaders, they get their hair on fire
- 40:52Speaker 4: every time he says something. I'm like, read the book,
- 40:54Speaker 4: The Art of the Deal. Take a deep breath and
- 40:56Speaker 4: then get in the room with him and negotiate because
- 40:59Speaker 4: what you're doing isn't helpful. It's unhelpful, but it's going
- 41:04Speaker 4: to be interesting to see how the Greenlanders swallow this
- 41:06Speaker 4: pill of, you know, this is going to be different
- 41:09Speaker 4: and they are not in charge.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Hilarious. I mean- Good for us, but hilarious to look
- 41:14Speaker 1: for that.
- 41:15Speaker 4: Yes, because it's part of the Golden Dome. It's part
- 41:17Speaker 4: of the Star Wars of Ronald Reagan's day, the Iron
- 41:21Speaker 4: Dome of Israel. This is the 21st century version with
- 41:24Speaker 4: this Golden Dome President Trump is building with Alaska and
- 41:27Speaker 4: Greenland as part of it. He's going to spend hundreds
- 41:29Speaker 4: of billions of dollars on this, but this is all
- 41:31Speaker 4: for us.
- 41:32Speaker 8: Yes, it is.
- 41:33Speaker 1: All right, Carla Sands, former ambassador to Denmark for our
- 41:36Speaker 1: great country. Thank you so much. Appreciate you being here today.
- 41:38Speaker 4: Thanks for having me, Vince.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Good to talk to you. There she is. Carla stands.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Nice to have her. We'll talk to her again sometime. Um, it's, uh, yeah, it's, it's,
- 41:45Speaker 1: it's a good deal. So, uh, you know, I know
- 41:47Speaker 1: there's like, I just love the news coverage of all
- 41:50Speaker 1: of it. Like people crapping on Trump, scared he's going
- 41:52Speaker 1: to invade, uh, Greenland. And then when he gets a deal,
- 41:55Speaker 1: they're like, Oh, it's not even that big of a deal. Well,
- 41:57Speaker 1: you heard from the woman who's an expert on the subject.
- 41:59Speaker 1: It's a huge deal for the American people and it's
- 42:01Speaker 1: about our national security. So thank you, uh, Carla. Great
- 42:03Speaker 1: to have you with us on the program today. Let's, um,
- 42:06Speaker 1: Let's get to some other great things. You know, our
- 42:09Speaker 1: buddy Dan Bongino is coming back to podcasting. He'll be
- 42:12Speaker 1: doing that. That's coming up on February 2nd. We're just
- 42:18Speaker 1: two Mondays away from that. That's coming up in no time.
- 42:21Speaker 1: He'll be doing that live each day, 10 a.m. Eastern
- 42:24Speaker 1: time on Rumble, rumble.com slash Bongino. And of course, this
- 42:29Speaker 1: program will start at 8 a.m. each day. you'll be
- 42:33Speaker 1: able to get that. Go to rumble.com slash Vince. Make
- 42:35Speaker 1: sure to subscribe to the Bongino Report. That's where you
- 42:38Speaker 1: get directed, rumble.com slash Vince. And this program continues. We'll
- 42:42Speaker 1: take things to the next level. It's going to be great.
- 42:45Speaker 1: And I'm sprucing up the studio, too. I'm changing the bookshelves.
- 42:49Speaker 1: We've got all sorts of plans. It's going to be wonderful.
- 42:51Speaker 1: But I mentioned Dan because Dan just did a big
- 42:54Speaker 1: interview with Sean Hannity. And he was talking, just a
- 42:59Speaker 1: little appetizer for you, he was talking about how insane
- 43:03Speaker 1: the media are. And specifically, he was referencing how there's
- 43:07Speaker 1: all these stories coming out about the FBI and the
- 43:10Speaker 1: crime rate, and the media is too dim-witted, too stupid
- 43:14Speaker 1: to even recognize the story that they're telling. Listen to this.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Here's Dan Bongino with Sean Hannity last night. Cut 11.
- 43:22Speaker 6: Watch.
- 43:23Speaker 10: And you did say in an ex post, you've got
- 43:28Speaker 10: scores to settle when you get back on the air.
- 43:30Speaker 10: I kind of like Dan Bongino out of a suit
- 43:33Speaker 10: and very real and keeping it real like you always do.
- 43:36Speaker 1: It sounds like you mean business. Want to give us
- 43:38Speaker 1: a little preview? Yeah.
- 43:41Speaker 5: I mean, these media people, they're like a full diaper
- 43:43Speaker 5: all the time. I mean, you know, I, my daughter
- 43:46Speaker 5: just turned 14. So it's been about 13 years since
- 43:49Speaker 5: I changed any diapers, but that's the media. Some of
- 43:51Speaker 5: the story here, let me give you a perfect example.
- 43:54Speaker 5: If this doesn't make you laugh, this was just today.
- 43:56Speaker 5: Perfect timing. I didn't even intend to talk about this.
- 43:59Speaker 5: Axios obviously left leaning. Axios has this headline about the
- 44:03Speaker 5: homicide rate being the lowest since the 1900s.
- 44:04Speaker 1: I was like, wow, OK.
- 44:06Speaker 5: Start reading down the article like, well, there's a thousand
- 44:08Speaker 5: excuses as to why President Trump and his administration didn't
- 44:11Speaker 5: do it. Meanwhile, I lived it.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I know what we did and didn't do for these dumbasses.
- 44:16Speaker 8: Right.
- 44:16Speaker 5: Same day, about an hour later, I see a New
- 44:19Speaker 5: York Times headline. Kash Patel's FBI has made America less safe.
- 44:24Speaker 5: Do you dip wads even read your own headlines? Do
- 44:26Speaker 5: you I mean, are you that stupid? These are these
- 44:29Speaker 5: media morons, people who've never spent a day wearing a badge,
- 44:32Speaker 5: never kicked in a door, never arrested some child predator
- 44:37Speaker 5: or some bank robber or some gang member. These morons
- 44:41Speaker 5: don't know anything about the state, the safety status of
- 44:44Speaker 5: the country. The border's sealed. The military's never been stronger
- 44:48Speaker 5: under the under Pete Hanks. And the FBI went out
- 44:51Speaker 5: and just arrested a historic number of animals off the
- 44:54Speaker 5: street and the murder rate plunged. This isn't hard to
- 44:57Speaker 5: figure out. But the same day, murder rates all time low.
- 45:01Speaker 5: The country's less safe. Do these people even hear themselves?
- 45:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that guy's got some things to get
- 45:07Speaker 1: off his chest. He'll be doing that coming up February 2nd,
- 45:10Speaker 1: 10 a.m.
- 45:10Speaker 5: He's back.
- 45:11Speaker 1: You will get to hear the word dipwad put back
- 45:14Speaker 1: into regular rotation. I love it. Good for Dan. This
- 45:19Speaker 1: is going to be super exciting. I can't wait for it.
- 45:21Speaker 1: So there he is, Dan Bongino. Let me see. We've
- 45:25Speaker 1: got a lot to get to. I have to get
- 45:27Speaker 1: to this Scott Besson stuff, man. Scott Besson just spent
- 45:31Speaker 1: a whole week, the Treasury Secretary, not only advocating for
- 45:35Speaker 1: the American economy, not only mixing it up with world
- 45:37Speaker 1: leaders over in Davos, But just absolutely beating the hell
- 45:42Speaker 1: out of Gavin Newsom, one after the other. You saw
- 45:45Speaker 1: it the other day that Gavin Newsom, he was mocking
- 45:51Speaker 1: him and how stupid he is, which was a lot
- 45:54Speaker 1: of fun. I love watching Besson do this. And he
- 45:59Speaker 1: didn't stop, actually. He's been going on and on and on.
- 46:03Speaker 1: Take a look at this. This is Gavin Newsom sitting
- 46:07Speaker 1: on stage shortly after Scott Besson beat the hell out
- 46:10Speaker 1: of him. And he has to answer some questions about it.
- 46:12Speaker 5: Watch.
- 46:13Speaker 11: Treasury Secretary described you as Patrick Bateman meets Sparkle Beach Ken,
- 46:18Speaker 11: the White House communications director.
- 46:21Speaker 1: That was the U.S.
- 46:23Speaker 11: Secretary of I have a couple more, and then you
- 46:26Speaker 11: can respond. The White House communications director called you Gavin Newscum,
- 46:31Speaker 11: and an official White House account, a federal government account,
- 46:36Speaker 11: described you with a, I'd say, very online sexual slur
- 46:39Speaker 11: that people here probably don't want to hear at 8.30
- 46:41Speaker 11: in the morning. And you're, in some sense, responding in kind.
- 46:44Speaker 11: I fight fire with fire.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Should you? I mean, is that kind of discourse from you,
- 46:50Speaker 1: from them, good for America? No, it's deeply unbecoming. Come on.
- 46:53Speaker 1: Of course it is.
- 46:54Speaker 4: It's not what we should be doing.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Now, one of my favorite things from that sequence, as
- 47:00Speaker 1: he has to endure all of the smackdowns again released
- 47:04Speaker 1: by the Trump administration, is you heard the moderator refer
- 47:09Speaker 1: to an online sexual slur, a very online sexual slur.
- 47:13Speaker 1: What is he referring to, an online sexual slur? What
- 47:16Speaker 1: exactly is he talking about? Here's the answer. This is
- 47:20Speaker 1: from RapidResponse47. com. The failing governor of California, rampant with fraud,
- 47:27Speaker 1: watches from the corner cuck chair as POTUS delivers a
- 47:31Speaker 1: true masterclass in Davos. Embarrassing. The cuck chair. That's true.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom was seated in the corner of the room
- 47:43Speaker 1: as President Trump was delivering his speech to Davos, and
- 47:47Speaker 1: he was just sitting there cracking his knuckles. He had
- 47:49Speaker 1: No idea what to do. He was just sitting there
- 47:51Speaker 1: in the cuck chair, as the White House said in
- 47:55Speaker 1: official communications. I would say I would encourage you, if
- 48:00Speaker 1: you're not familiar with the phrase, don't Google it. It's
- 48:04Speaker 1: probably not worth a Google. But the cuck chair, that
- 48:08Speaker 1: was Gavin Newsom this week. And Gavin Newsom, you know
- 48:13Speaker 1: what Gavin Newsom is doing to own Trump? Have you
- 48:15Speaker 1: seen the move that he's pulling to try and own Trump?
- 48:17Speaker 1: He's selling Trump. Trump signature knee pads? Speaking of sexual references,
- 48:23Speaker 1: have you seen this? He sells knee pads with Donald
- 48:28Speaker 1: Trump's signature on them. Here's that moment.
- 48:31Speaker 10: Watch.
- 48:31Speaker 1: You know, the new Trump signature series knee pads.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Yeah, and they are available online.
- 48:36Speaker 6: I told you the last one sold out.
- 48:41Speaker 1: And this is a serious moment.
- 48:44Speaker 8: We laugh.
- 48:45Speaker 4: Anyway, these are available in bulk, too.
- 48:48Speaker 1: But I want to read you a couple of things
- 48:50Speaker 1: the U.S. government has said about you. They're available in bulk.
- 48:52Speaker 1: You can buy the knee pads in bulk. Can you?
- 48:56Speaker 1: You can buy the knee pads in bulk. What exactly
- 48:59Speaker 1: are you talking about? Oh, here they are. We've got
- 49:01Speaker 1: the knee pads. These go to Gavin Newsom's campaign fund.
- 49:06Speaker 1: It's his campaign for democracy. He sells Donald Trump knee pads.
- 49:11Speaker 1: And the knee pads have Trump's signature on them. And
- 49:16Speaker 1: they're $ 100 a pair. Now, I want to ask you
- 49:19Speaker 1: a really core question here. Who is buying Donald Trump's
- 49:25Speaker 1: signature knee pads from Gavin Newsom? Who's the target audience
- 49:28Speaker 1: for this? Because it's not Trump supporters. Trump supporters are
- 49:31Speaker 1: not donating to Gavin Newsom's campaign and buying Trump-themed knee pads.
- 49:37Speaker 1: I think the answer to this question is lefties. People
- 49:42Speaker 1: with Trump derangement syndrome are giving Gavin Newsom $ 100 a
- 49:47Speaker 1: pair for knee pads with Donald Trump's signature on them.
- 49:53Speaker 1: I mean, are you so thoroughly dominated by Donald Trump
- 49:57Speaker 1: that in order to express your anger, you buy knee
- 49:59Speaker 1: pads with his name on them? So you can do
- 50:04Speaker 1: what exactly? I'll let your mind wander on that. What
- 50:09Speaker 1: is this supposed to be? It's like so poorly thought out.
- 50:12Speaker 1: It is so tragically stupid. It's totally believable, but it
- 50:17Speaker 1: is hilariously dumb. And Scott Besson just spoke to Politico,
- 50:23Speaker 1: the Treasury Secretary, and he's not done making fun of
- 50:26Speaker 1: how stupid Gavin Newsom is. Watch Scott Besson here, cut 10,
- 50:30Speaker 1: just in his interview with Politico talking about Gavin Newsom.
- 50:34Speaker 4: All right.
- 50:35Speaker 8: European leaders have gotten criticism from Democrats, people like Gavin Newsom.
- 50:42Speaker 8: Cardi is actually one of the few people that Newsom
- 50:44Speaker 8: has praised. He said he brought knee pads for some
- 50:47Speaker 8: of the other European leaders that he thinks have been
- 50:51Speaker 8: too accommodating to the president.
- 50:56Speaker 6: I think Gavin Newsom may be cracking up with some
- 50:58Speaker 6: of these things he's saying. I think he may be
- 51:00Speaker 6: in over his hairdo. And Being on the national stage
- 51:04Speaker 6: is very different than being governor of California with no
- 51:09Speaker 6: signature achievements. But to say strange things like President Trump
- 51:14Speaker 6: is a Tyrannosaurus Rex, what the hell does that mean?
- 51:17Speaker 6: I could say Gavin Newsom is a brontosaurus with a
- 51:20Speaker 6: brain the size of a walnut. And if you brought
- 51:23Speaker 6: the knee pads, maybe that was for his meeting with
- 51:26Speaker 6: Alex Soros. I don't know.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Did, I'm sorry, did Scott Besson just tell a homophobic
- 51:37Speaker 1: joke on stage? Oh, that's so funny. That's unreal. He's
- 51:44Speaker 1: in over his hairdo. He has the brain the size
- 51:47Speaker 1: of a brontosaurus. And maybe he brought those knee pads
- 51:52Speaker 1: for Alex Soros. That's funny. Man, that guy's got material.
- 51:55Speaker 1: He's got he's running our entire Treasury Department. He's got
- 51:58Speaker 1: time to come up with great insult comedy. I thought
- 52:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump was alone as an insult comic. I didn't.
- 52:03Speaker 1: Scott Besson's a sleeper. Holy cow. That guy's whipped out
- 52:07Speaker 1: a new superpower this week. That's really funny. I hope
- 52:10Speaker 1: we hear a lot more from Scott Besson. I like
- 52:11Speaker 1: that version of Scott Besson. Dark Scott Besson. Keep that going, please.
- 52:15Speaker 1: That's really funny. Oh, that's that's one of my highlights
- 52:21Speaker 1: of the week. All right, before we go, I do
- 52:24Speaker 1: want to focus on something very serious for you that
- 52:28Speaker 1: I think matters a lot, which is, if I can
- 52:31Speaker 1: get back to ICE for a moment, insofar as the
- 52:33Speaker 1: left is advancing chaos, the only way they can do
- 52:36Speaker 1: it is by advancing lies. They have to lie to
- 52:39Speaker 1: you to increase their power. And they've been doing it
- 52:43Speaker 1: over and over and over again. When it comes to
- 52:46Speaker 1: ICE activities, they keep spreading conspiracy theories that about ICE operations,
- 52:52Speaker 1: and then whipping their weak and vicious-minded base into a frenzy.
- 52:58Speaker 1: And let me just give you a rundown of some
- 53:00Speaker 1: of the big ones. These are big conspiracy theories. These
- 53:03Speaker 1: are lies. These are frauds that just happened this week alone.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Let's start with the ICE used a five-year-old boy as
- 53:12Speaker 1: bait hoax. This one's underway as we speak. This is
- 53:16Speaker 1: the Democrat Party put this out yesterday, Thursday. They said,
- 53:21Speaker 1: in Minneapolis, ICE arrested a five-year-old coming home from preschool
- 53:25Speaker 1: and tried to use him as human bait. His teacher
- 53:28Speaker 1: describes him as a bright young student. These monsters are sick.
- 53:32Speaker 1: And then they put a photo of the little boy
- 53:34Speaker 1: up and they put a picture of him standing with
- 53:37Speaker 1: an ICE officer with his little winter cap on. And
- 53:41Speaker 1: they make it seem like ICE took this kid into
- 53:43Speaker 1: custody and then tried to use him to bait illegal aliens.
- 53:47Speaker 1: That's the claim that the Democrats are making. Now, of course,
- 53:50Speaker 1: as I point out, they're lying to you. Democrats not
- 53:53Speaker 1: the only ones to do that. Broadly, Hillary Clinton more
- 53:56Speaker 1: specifically did that yesterday. She said enforcing the law is
- 53:59Speaker 1: one thing. Terrorizing a population using children as pawns. That's another.
- 54:04Speaker 1: My heart aches for Liam Ramos and his family. And
- 54:08Speaker 1: then there's Kamala Harris, who never misses out on a
- 54:10Speaker 1: chance to lie to you. She says, Leon Ramos is
- 54:12Speaker 1: just a baby. He should be at home with his family,
- 54:14Speaker 1: not used as bait by ICE and held in a
- 54:17Speaker 1: Texas detention center. I am outraged and you should be too.
- 54:22Speaker 1: And then there's a Democrat congresswoman by the name of
- 54:24Speaker 1: Angie Craig, and she put out a pretty soulless video
- 54:28Speaker 1: claiming that ICE used a five-year-old boy as bait. Cut four.
- 54:31Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 54:34Speaker 2: So now ICE is using a five-year-old boy, a five-year-old boy.
- 54:41Speaker 2: They took him and used him to lure his father out.
- 54:45Speaker 2: And now they've detained them both. The family doesn't know
- 54:47Speaker 2: where they are. This is the worst of the damn worst.
- 54:53Speaker 2: This is not humanity in Minnesota, folks. If you can
- 54:58Speaker 2: look at this five-year-old and actually with a straight face
- 55:02Speaker 2: still support and be silent in the face of what
- 55:06Speaker 2: the Trump administration and Kristi Noem is doing. I just
- 55:10Speaker 2: can't even believe this is America.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Just like the rest of them, lying to you. On
- 55:17Speaker 1: January 20th, three days ago, ICE conducted a targeted operation
- 55:21Speaker 1: to arrest a man called Adrian Alexander Canejo Arias, an
- 55:26Speaker 1: illegal alien from Ecuador who was released into America by
- 55:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden. And then when they approached him to take
- 55:34Speaker 1: him into custody, he abandoned his own child. Law enforcement
- 55:41Speaker 1: protected the kid from while the other cops were chasing
- 55:47Speaker 1: down the bad guy who abandoned the child. In fact, J.D.
- 55:51Speaker 1: Vance explained the five-year-old was not arrested. He was asked
- 55:54Speaker 1: by the media yesterday about this conspiracy theory, and he
- 55:58Speaker 1: had to smack it down. Cut five. Watch this.
- 56:00Speaker 9: And I see this story, and I'm a father of
- 56:03Speaker 9: a five-year-old, actually, a five-year-old little boy. And I think
- 56:05Speaker 9: to myself, oh, my God, this is terrible. How did
- 56:07Speaker 9: we arrest a five-year-old? Well, I do a little bit
- 56:09Speaker 9: more follow-up research. And what I find is that the
- 56:12Speaker 9: five-year-old was not arrested, that his dad was an illegal alien.
- 56:17Speaker 9: And then when they went to arrest his illegal alien father,
- 56:20Speaker 9: the father ran. So the story is that ICE detained
- 56:24Speaker 9: a five-year-old. Well, what are they supposed to do? Are
- 56:27Speaker 9: they supposed to let a five-year-old child freeze to death?
- 56:29Speaker 9: Are they not supposed to arrest... an illegal alien in
- 56:33Speaker 9: the United States of America, if the argument is that
- 56:36Speaker 9: you can't arrest people who have violated our laws because
- 56:39Speaker 9: they have children, then every single parent is going to
- 56:42Speaker 9: be completely given immunity from ever being the subject of
- 56:46Speaker 9: law enforcement. That doesn't make any sense. No one thinks
- 56:49Speaker 9: that makes any sense. Now, you know, there are so
- 56:51Speaker 9: many of these cases like that where if you just
- 56:53Speaker 9: understand the context.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Yes, there are so many of these cases. In fact,
- 56:58Speaker 1: we keep getting them because the left keeps lying about them.
- 57:03Speaker 1: We got another one this past week. Remember the ICE
- 57:06Speaker 1: tear gassed an innocent family in their car? Remember that?
- 57:09Speaker 1: That one's a hoax too. The family that was trying
- 57:12Speaker 1: to get home from their son's basketball game. That's what
- 57:15Speaker 1: CNN told us. They're trying to get home from their
- 57:17Speaker 1: son's basketball game. Take a look at this headline. Minneapolis family,
- 57:21Speaker 1: six children tear gassed, tear gassed as they're trying to
- 57:25Speaker 1: get home from a basketball game. Really? Is that what happened? No,
- 57:29Speaker 1: it's not what happened. We now know that the family
- 57:33Speaker 1: in question, the parents, were rioting with the mob for
- 57:39Speaker 1: at least 45 minutes before any tear gas was deployed
- 57:45Speaker 1: near their vehicle. We know this thanks to Crimewatch Minneapolis,
- 57:49Speaker 1: an ex-account that captured all of this, and they get
- 57:51Speaker 1: these images of the parents 45 minutes before the with
- 57:57Speaker 1: the rioters. And then they act like they were just
- 57:59Speaker 1: passing through. They were coming back from a basketball game
- 58:02Speaker 1: and their kids were needlessly tear gassed. They were a
- 58:04Speaker 1: part of the mob. Meanwhile, that family raised nearly $ 200, 000
- 58:11Speaker 1: from gullible lefties off of their lies. As of this morning,
- 58:16Speaker 1: they have raised, let's see, $ 174, 000 off of that lie.
- 58:24Speaker 1: This propaganda continues. And of course, the left gets whipped
- 58:27Speaker 1: into a frenzy and they burn and they destroy and
- 58:29Speaker 1: they attack ICE officers on that basis. One more for
- 58:33Speaker 1: you before we duck out today. And boy, we've got
- 58:35Speaker 1: a lot. We've got a lot. You know, the ICE
- 58:38Speaker 1: is entering homes without a warrant hoax. You familiar with that?
- 58:41Speaker 1: The Associated Press has been advancing that this week. ICE
- 58:44Speaker 1: is entering homes without warrants at all. Immigration officers assert
- 58:49Speaker 1: sweeping power to enter homes without a judge's warrant. says
- 58:52Speaker 1: the Associated Press. Is that really what's going on? Once again,
- 58:57Speaker 1: the answer is no. DHS has administrative warrants as a
- 59:05Speaker 1: result of people being given final orders of removal by
- 59:10Speaker 1: actual judges. In other words, illegal aliens have been ruled,
- 59:14Speaker 1: after a lot of due process, completely removable from the
- 59:17Speaker 1: United States of America. It is that category of illegal
- 59:21Speaker 1: alien that DHS is using administrative warrants to pursue and
- 59:26Speaker 1: go after. That's entirely legal. There's no scandal here. In fact,
- 59:32Speaker 1: JD Vance also described this, talking about how this is
- 59:37Speaker 1: an entire hoax. Cut six, watch this.
- 59:40Speaker 9: Nobody is talking about doing immigration enforcement without a warrant.
- 59:43Speaker 9: We're talking about different types of warrants that exist in
- 59:46Speaker 9: our system. Typically what happens, not always, but typically in
- 59:50Speaker 9: the immigration system, those are handled by administrative law judges.
- 59:54Speaker 9: So we're talking about getting warrants from those administrative law judges.
- 59:57Speaker 9: And then, of course, with other cases, you get judges
- 1:00:00Speaker 9: or you get warrants from a judge. That's very consistent
- 1:00:03Speaker 9: with the practice of American law. I'm sure the courts
- 1:00:05Speaker 9: will weigh in on that, but we're never going to
- 1:00:07Speaker 9: enter somebody's house without some kind of a warrant unless,
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: of course, somebody's firing on an officer or they have
- 1:00:13Speaker 9: to do something in order to protect themselves.
- 1:00:15Speaker 6: Go ahead.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: The vice president right about that. Look, it's very basic.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: If the left had a sob story that was real,
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: they could use to accrue power with. They'd be telling
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: it right now, but they don't have one. So they
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: lie to you and try to accrue power with that.
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: I'll be back with you on Monday. We got another
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: big show coming for you. We also have the big

- 1:01:07Speaker 5: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: That is it.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: This is not a football game.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: If you vote, we will win.
