- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, it was the first round of fantasy football playoffs.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Did just survive? Did you make it? Well, we're gonna
- 0:10Speaker 1: tell you what's going on with us, and I thought
- 0:12Speaker 1: I was cooked. I'll tell you about that coming up
- 0:15Speaker 1: now in the this week's episode of Fantasy Freaking Football.
- 0:19Speaker 2: It's your fantasy teamsion, It's time for Fantasy freaking football.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it was a scary time to be me
- 0:35Speaker 1: in the fantasy playoffs. I told you. In the one league,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I was the one seed, so I had to buy.
- 0:42Speaker 1: So that's fantastic. Although my team went off like I
- 0:46Speaker 1: would have beat just about everybody in the playoffs, I
- 0:51Speaker 1: get it, but I'm like, I'm worried that, like my
- 0:53Speaker 1: team peaked, like I'm scared, you know, like they did.
- 0:57Speaker 1: They have a great weekend. Then this week they're gonna
- 0:59Speaker 1: not show. I don't know, hopefully not, but we'll see
- 1:02Speaker 1: what happens. And so that week that didn't matter. In
- 1:06Speaker 1: my OG league, I hate scored the most points in
- 1:09Speaker 1: that league. So I'm killing it in that league. That league,
- 1:11Speaker 1: I'm doing great, in second place, doing wonderful. And then
- 1:15Speaker 1: in our work league, we've got to talk about this.
- 1:18Speaker 1: So I was I thought I was done. I thought
- 1:20Speaker 1: I was cooked after Thursday because I'm the guy that
- 1:24Speaker 1: had Kyle Pitts on his bench that this guy who
- 1:29Speaker 1: has been the most kind of disappointing player really has.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Mel Kiper called him the best tight end to ever
- 1:38Speaker 3: get drafted in the first round. Yeah, he hasn't even
- 1:41Speaker 3: been a top five tight in the league.
- 1:43Speaker 1: It's crazy. And he looks like a Donnis. He looks
- 1:47Speaker 1: like he should be the greatest tight end of all time,
- 1:49Speaker 1: but he just hasn't been. Every once in a while,
- 1:51Speaker 1: I have a pretty good game, okay, you know, maybe
- 1:54Speaker 1: Kyle Pitts. So I have him on my bench, and
- 1:59Speaker 1: I'm pretty much us them on my bench all year
- 2:01Speaker 1: long because I have the number one tight end in
- 2:05Speaker 1: all of football and Trey McBride, he's the number one
- 2:07Speaker 1: scoring tight end and so obviously I'm going to start
- 2:10Speaker 1: him every single week. The reason why I even have
- 2:13Speaker 1: Kyle Pitts was the week that he was on by
- 2:16Speaker 1: and so it was fine, you know, Kyle Pitts, and
- 2:18Speaker 1: I just have him on my bench and he's just
- 2:20Speaker 1: been sitting there. Well. Of course, in the first round
- 2:24Speaker 1: of the playoffs, he has a career game where he
- 2:27Speaker 1: scores three touchdowns on Thursday night, he you know, has
- 2:31Speaker 1: something like forty points. He has this like the craziest
- 2:34Speaker 1: week of all time, and he's sitting there on my bench.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Not only that, but I saw in that league that
- 2:41Speaker 1: somebody had dropped Mike Evans when Mike Evans got hurt,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and so when it was announced that he was returning,
- 2:47Speaker 1: I put a waiverclaim in for him. He was still
- 2:49Speaker 1: out there and I got him, and so I go, okay, cool.
- 2:52Speaker 1: I doubt he's going to do anything in his first
- 2:54Speaker 1: week back, but it's going to be good to have
- 2:56Speaker 1: him just in case. And so he was on my
- 2:59Speaker 1: bench too. What happens, he ends up having a very
- 3:02Speaker 1: good game. Yeah, he had like thirteen points or something
- 3:04Speaker 1: like that, and he's still good. And so I'm sitting
- 3:07Speaker 1: there with literally like sixty points on my bench after
- 3:11Speaker 1: one game, and I go, I'm done. That's it. I'm screwed.
- 3:15Speaker 1: But thankfully the rest of my team all had huge games.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I got Jamison Williams in that league. I have Josh
- 3:22Speaker 1: Allen in that league, and so I had all my
- 3:24Speaker 1: guys go off and thankfully I not only won, I
- 3:27Speaker 1: won by like forty points. So Thankfully I didn't lose
- 3:31Speaker 1: in the first round. I'm good and I get to
- 3:33Speaker 1: continue on in our work League playoffs, and I'm still
- 3:36Speaker 1: alive in all three leagues, which is great. How are
- 3:38Speaker 1: you doing so?
- 3:39Speaker 3: In our work league? It started off with Bucky Irvin
- 3:43Speaker 3: on Thursday and it got he got eight points and
- 3:46Speaker 3: I remember being like, and they're giving the ball to
- 3:48Speaker 3: Sean Tucker. I don't want to have to stand this,
- 3:50Speaker 3: and that's why they're losing. It's like Sean Tucker had
- 3:53Speaker 3: that one good game and they're clearly out thinking themselves
- 3:57Speaker 3: the Bucks and they're just give the ball to your
- 3:59Speaker 3: best player. There's so many teams.
- 4:01Speaker 1: That do this.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I don't get it like that.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They will take out a James Cook, that will take
- 4:06Speaker 1: out a Jalen Warren, that will take out you name
- 4:09Speaker 1: any top running back, Kiren Williams.
- 4:11Speaker 3: And we're gonna put in our We're gonna put in
- 4:13Speaker 3: our guy, our lead, our battering ram. You don't think
- 4:16Speaker 3: Bucky Irvin could score from the two?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Kyon Williams scores every time he touches the ball, and
- 4:21Speaker 1: I'm like, why are you taking him out for? I
- 4:23Speaker 1: just don't understand. It's like weird.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I don't understand it, Like, did they really think that
- 4:27Speaker 3: Sean Tucker is going to be better from the five
- 4:29Speaker 3: than James? So anyway, so that I got kind of screwed,
- 4:31Speaker 3: and then I just I just didn't have a good week.
- 4:33Speaker 3: It just it happens. For sure, I had uh Wood,
- 4:36Speaker 3: he marks his he would he had nine points in
- 4:39Speaker 3: the first like five minutes and then hurt his ankle
- 4:42Speaker 3: and got taken out the rest of the game. His backup,
- 4:44Speaker 3: who was like an undrafted free agent, went for one
- 4:47Speaker 3: hundred and twenty yards and a touchdown, so he would
- 4:49Speaker 3: have had a monster game. So that just screwed me.
- 4:51Speaker 3: So I ended up losing, which just sucks.
- 4:53Speaker 1: So he eliminated.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Yeah, so I'm eliminated from our work league. I won
- 4:56Speaker 3: the championship, went to the SEMIS, now eliminated. I've gone
- 4:58Speaker 3: completely backwards.
- 5:00Speaker 1: We are having a complete role reversal of years because
- 5:04Speaker 1: last year I was in last place in our work league.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I was eliminated in the first round. This year it's
- 5:11Speaker 1: the complete opposite. You have You're that and then me
- 5:15Speaker 1: on the other hand, I'm having an incredible year and
- 5:17Speaker 1: I'm in first place. So it's like I don't know
- 5:19Speaker 1: what's going on.
- 5:19Speaker 3: It's crazy. And then my third and final league, now
- 5:22Speaker 3: I've never made the playoffs in this league. It's kind
- 5:24Speaker 3: of like a fun league, like my buddy's wife is
- 5:26Speaker 3: in it. In the last two years that I've been
- 5:28Speaker 3: in it, this is the third year I haven't made
- 5:30Speaker 3: the playoffs. I don't know why. And then this third year,
- 5:33Speaker 3: they all want to up the annie on the buy
- 5:35Speaker 3: in and I was against it. It's kind of a
- 5:37Speaker 3: whatever league, but they did it. I got out voted,
- 5:40Speaker 3: so I was like, all right, So I made the
- 5:41Speaker 3: playoffs and I went up against Trevor Lawrence and James
- 5:44Speaker 3: Cook and I married out. I thought I'd be done.
- 5:47Speaker 3: It's a PPR. I end up scoring one hundred and
- 5:50Speaker 3: ninety nine. I got Saint Brown going off Courtland Sutton,
- 5:55Speaker 3: DeAndre Swift, Trevor Trayvon Henderson, George Kittle. I picked up
- 6:00Speaker 3: Krosskey Mirror at the last second because anybody that plays
- 6:02Speaker 3: against the Giants you start. And even with the Niners
- 6:05Speaker 3: d getting me a big fat zero, I still scored
- 6:08Speaker 3: one hundred and ninety That's insane. So I made it
- 6:10Speaker 3: to the second round. So I'm hoping my guys didn't
- 6:12Speaker 3: peak hoping that. But I'm just glad I made it
- 6:14Speaker 3: to the second.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Round the league that you didn't care about. Now you're
- 6:18Speaker 1: only one left.
- 6:19Speaker 3: And it sucks because it sucks like I have like
- 6:22Speaker 3: Nico Collins in our work league and I'm looking at
- 6:24Speaker 3: like the games and I might start CJ Stroud this
- 6:27Speaker 3: week and I'm like, oh, I got Nico too, And
- 6:28Speaker 3: then I realized, oh no, it doesn't matter. It's fantasy.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Ending is like getting punched in the nuts.
- 6:34Speaker 1: It does because it just ends so abrupt it thinks, well,
- 6:39Speaker 1: hopefully you are still alive in your fantasy playoffs. I
- 6:42Speaker 1: know we got a lot of questions this week, so
- 6:44Speaker 1: apparently a lot of people still in their fantasy playoffs.
- 6:47Speaker 1: You can hit us up. You can either email us
- 6:49Speaker 1: up or hit us up on x at the show
- 6:51Speaker 1: Eddie or at the show Thor with your questions. This
- 6:54Speaker 1: question is which defense would you start? Would you start?
- 6:57Speaker 1: Philly versus Washington or England versus Baltimore? Oh?
- 7:02Speaker 3: This Philly first. Washington for me. I watched the Giant
- 7:05Speaker 3: Washington game. They're two. I had a lot like the
- 7:09Speaker 3: multi les. Oh, they're two awful teams. Washington should have
- 7:13Speaker 3: won like thirty to ten. But they are awful, like
- 7:17Speaker 3: they're so. I didn't think Washington was this bad. How
- 7:19Speaker 3: did they make the NFC title game last year? Other
- 7:21Speaker 3: than jayde and Daniels. They have no talent anywhere, Like
- 7:24Speaker 3: Terry mclaurin's good, but but like they have no running backs.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Zach Ertz is now hurt. Their offensive line stinks. I
- 7:30Speaker 3: would start the Eagles. It's it's I know it's in Washington,
- 7:33Speaker 3: but the Eagles have a chance to end this to
- 7:35Speaker 3: win the division with this game.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I gotta go with Philly as well. New England.
- 7:39Speaker 1: They they the reason why they were having such a
- 7:41Speaker 1: good year is their defense and Drake May obviously, but
- 7:45Speaker 1: now it's kind of reversed. Like if you watch that
- 7:47Speaker 1: game against them, they couldn't stop the Bills. I mean
- 7:50Speaker 1: the Bills were marching up and down. Yeah, so they
- 7:52Speaker 1: you know, so taking on Baltimore, Baltimore definitely is a
- 7:55Speaker 1: shell of themselves, but they still they're still good, you know,
- 7:59Speaker 1: I don't I don't imagine Derek Henry is gonna have
- 8:01Speaker 1: a huge game in Baltimore. Yeah, but I still think
- 8:05Speaker 1: there's better. You're gonna probably have better numbers from Philly
- 8:08Speaker 1: than New England. In that one PPR question, who do
- 8:11Speaker 1: you like at a wide receiver Juwan Jennings or Mike
- 8:15Speaker 1: Evans This week.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Juwan Jennings has had a couple of touchdowns.
- 8:18Speaker 1: In a row. Well, last week he had two.
- 8:20Speaker 3: He had two touchdowns in a row. Who are the
- 8:22Speaker 3: Niners playing I'm looking for right now? The Niners are
- 8:26Speaker 3: playing the Colt Yes defense. I would go with Mike
- 8:30Speaker 3: Evans just because him and Baker have a connection. And
- 8:32Speaker 3: this is again for the division. I don't trust the Panthers.
- 8:35Speaker 3: You just lost to the Saints. I'd still stick with
- 8:38Speaker 3: Mike Evans.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Yeah, this is a tough call because they're both pretty good,
- 8:42Speaker 1: uh and they're having you know, uh, the both coming
- 8:44Speaker 1: off good weeks last week. But I think I agree
- 8:47Speaker 1: with you. I think I give the slight edge to
- 8:49Speaker 1: Mike Evans.
- 8:50Speaker 3: This could be a game too where you know, Philip
- 8:53Speaker 3: Rivers played okay last week and this week he just
- 8:55Speaker 3: plays awful and then then I just have, yeah, just
- 8:58Speaker 3: a lot of easy. I don't know. It's just could
- 9:00Speaker 3: be one of those weird games where I just think
- 9:02Speaker 3: Mike Evans is the play.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's a safer play. This question is
- 9:07Speaker 1: Baker Mayfield versus Carolina or Jackson Dart versus Minnesota.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I would not start Jackson Darton and I'm not going
- 9:14Speaker 3: to start him, And you know how hard that is
- 9:15Speaker 3: for me. You know how hard that is. I started
- 9:18Speaker 3: this past Sunday, but I'm not starting him. I think
- 9:21Speaker 3: the Vikings are going to steamroll the Giants. I think giants.
- 9:24Speaker 3: I think most of the Giants players have packed it
- 9:26Speaker 3: in for the year. I think Jackson Darts still playing hard.
- 9:28Speaker 3: But Minnesota's got a pretty good defense and they're gonna
- 9:31Speaker 3: shut down the Giants.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Yeah. It's weird because Baker, you know, started out as
- 9:34Speaker 1: an MVP candidate and he's really he was.
- 9:37Speaker 3: He was awful last week.
- 9:38Speaker 1: He is not looking good. He's not looking.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Missing guy taking too many sacks.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Running around.
- 9:43Speaker 3: What do you do?
- 9:44Speaker 1: I don't know. It's it's odd, but they got they
- 9:47Speaker 1: got to rain them in, figure this out. I think
- 9:49Speaker 1: having Mike Evans back is definitely gonna help. Uh taking
- 9:52Speaker 1: on Carolina, it's kind of for the division. It's almost
- 9:54Speaker 1: like a playoff game. Uh So you gotta imagine Baker's
- 9:57Speaker 1: got to come up big this week. Otherwise they're in trouble.
- 10:00Speaker 1: So yeah, I'd probably give the edge to Baker. He says,
- 10:02Speaker 1: also DeAndre Swift or r J. Harvey in a full
- 10:06Speaker 1: PPR league, the Bears taken on Green Bay, the Broncos
- 10:10Speaker 1: taken on Jacksonville.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Without it's a Saturday night game. It's gonna be a
- 10:14Speaker 3: fun game. Without Micah Parsons, I have no idea how
- 10:17Speaker 3: this Packers defense is gonna be. I think DeAndre Swift
- 10:20Speaker 3: has taken the reins back of that of that running game,
- 10:23Speaker 3: and they have a really good running game. So I
- 10:25Speaker 3: would start the uh DeAndre Swift Harvey.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's that's kind of an easy one for me.
- 10:30Speaker 1: I'm definitely going DeAndre Swift in that one, says question
- 10:34Speaker 1: for you, should I start Kenneth Walker, Colby Parkinson, Darren
- 10:39Speaker 1: Waller or Chris Rodriguez in my flex, I'm assuming DeVante
- 10:44Speaker 1: Adams is going to be out, otherwise he'd be in there.
- 10:46Speaker 3: So I'm playing against Darren Waller, and this sucks because
- 10:50Speaker 3: he was a free agent who I dropped and now
- 10:53Speaker 3: the guy a week to early week to early on
- 10:55Speaker 3: that I think Darren Waller now granted Quinn Years is
- 10:57Speaker 3: playing so that does throw a wrench in this a
- 11:00Speaker 3: little bit. But the Bengals have given up the most
- 11:02Speaker 3: touchdowns to tight end since like twenty thirteen, So that's
- 11:06Speaker 3: the only reason why I would stick with him. But
- 11:08Speaker 3: it is Queen yours. It's quarterbacks that's really are.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I don't like it. That scares me off. Well, you know,
- 11:13Speaker 1: you saw Kobe Parkinson go off. You know the entire rams,
- 11:16Speaker 1: you know went off. But it's a whole different game
- 11:18Speaker 1: you're taking on the Seahawks. So you'll see why I
- 11:21Speaker 1: don't like Kobe Parkinson in a minute. So honestly, this
- 11:25Speaker 1: is a tough call. But I I know that the
- 11:28Speaker 1: Seahawks offense has been struggling. They're not scoring touchdowns. They're
- 11:32Speaker 1: gonna have to figure this out. I would probably give
- 11:35Speaker 1: the edge to Kenneth Walker. I don't feel great about it.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I feel better about a starting running back than I
- 11:42Speaker 1: do about these random tight ends.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Starting a tight end in the flex never has never
- 11:46Speaker 3: worked out for me.
- 11:47Speaker 1: It worked out one week this week for me. I
- 11:50Speaker 1: had a big bye week. You know, all these guys
- 11:52Speaker 1: are on by, and I started Hunter Henry in my
- 11:54Speaker 1: flex spot and he actually had a massive game. But
- 11:57Speaker 1: that was. That's so rare. It's so rare. Final question,
- 12:01Speaker 1: flex position, Who should I start between Breese Hall, DeAndre Swift,
- 12:05Speaker 1: Ricky pursol Tyrone and Tracy or Wandell Robinson?
- 12:09Speaker 3: Again, I would go with DeAndre Swift.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Same.
- 12:11Speaker 3: I like Breese Hall, but I just the Jets offense is.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Atrociy well, and they're so hidden, miss.
- 12:15Speaker 3: They're so hidden. Yeah, and they're in New Orleans. I
- 12:17Speaker 3: think New Orleans could win this game and have put
- 12:19Speaker 3: together some strings together some wins the end this season. Yeah.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I mean again, look at who their quarterback is. It's
- 12:24Speaker 1: just yeah, I'm gonna go with DeAndre Swift. He's easily
- 12:26Speaker 1: safe play. Yeah, all right, let's get to our starts
- 12:29Speaker 1: and sits for the week. At quarterback, who do you like?
- 12:31Speaker 3: This is crazy because I'm kind of stuck with maybe
- 12:35Speaker 3: starting this guy because I have Dart as my starting quarterback,
- 12:38Speaker 3: but I don't want to start him and I won't.
- 12:40Speaker 3: But on the waver wire, good old J J. Nine.
- 12:44Speaker 3: McCarthy's pretty into the end zone again. I think I
- 12:48Speaker 3: think he's gonna ball out. The Giants defense is atrocious.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I mean, look what Marcus me to them. It's bad. Man,
- 12:56Speaker 3: they've completely quit it. There's gonna be ten thousand people
- 13:00Speaker 3: in that stadium. I don't think he's gonna be over
- 13:02Speaker 3: ten tho. It was so empty last Sunday and now
- 13:06Speaker 3: so I and and I think JJ is going to
- 13:08Speaker 3: have another nice game. He's he's played really well against not.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Great, He's looked better. I'll give him that. My start
- 13:14Speaker 1: this week is a guys again, up and down season.
- 13:18Speaker 1: But this team, you said it a few weeks ago,
- 13:21Speaker 1: the Houston Texans may be the favorites right now in
- 13:24Speaker 1: the AFC. You know, you look at all the teams
- 13:26Speaker 1: that are out of it. The Texans are playing fantastic,
- 13:29Speaker 1: best defensive foot best defensive football, great wide receivers, and
- 13:32Speaker 1: c J. Stroud has been pretty good since he's been back.
- 13:35Speaker 1: And so I like c J. Stroud, especially because they're
- 13:38Speaker 1: taking on I know your Giants are bad, but this
- 13:40Speaker 1: may be the worst team.
- 13:40Speaker 3: So the Raiders have the worst pass defense in the
- 13:42Speaker 3: league and the Giants had the second worst pass.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Well, there you go. So both of those picks are
- 13:46Speaker 1: are pretty easy.
- 13:47Speaker 3: I can't I don't know which one of them. I
- 13:48Speaker 3: have both of them on my team.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Yeah, so I don't know which that's that's tricky. Who's
- 13:52Speaker 1: your sit? My sit?
- 13:53Speaker 3: This week? He had a monster game six touchdowns on Sunday.
- 13:56Speaker 3: He's not doing that again against the Broncos. Trevor Lawrence
- 13:59Speaker 3: at down sitting him.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree, I said this week. I did see
- 14:03Speaker 1: some people picking him up, and I go, are you serious?
- 14:06Speaker 1: I understand with Patrick Mahomes going down you maybe you
- 14:09Speaker 1: know and I people still think the Chiefs. I have
- 14:11Speaker 1: Patrick Mahomes in in the league that I finished in
- 14:14Speaker 1: first place. Luckily, I've been stashing Jared Goff on my
- 14:18Speaker 1: bench the entire year, and so I'm praying that Jared
- 14:20Speaker 1: Goff has one of those big games. So I'm okay
- 14:23Speaker 1: with that. But I have seen people picking up Gardner
- 14:25Speaker 1: Minshew and I'm like, bro, like, if you gotta pick
- 14:28Speaker 1: up Gardener Minshew, you're in big trouble for this.
- 14:31Speaker 3: The Chiefs will lose to either the Titans or the Raiders.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Book one of the two. They'll lose one of them.
- 14:36Speaker 1: So sure about listen, the Titans aren't bad there they
- 14:39Speaker 1: their record is bad, but they're they're not the worst
- 14:43Speaker 1: team in I don't think a football it could happen.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Uh and Gardner Minshew, Like, I know you're looking for
- 14:48Speaker 1: lightning in a bottle, but he's not my guy. I
- 14:51Speaker 1: would not go with him running back. Who's your start?
- 14:53Speaker 3: It's it should Mike Vrabel should be arrested if he
- 14:57Speaker 3: doesn't start Trayvon Henderson against the RA.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I don't understand why. I mean either like Ramandre Stevenson's okay,
- 15:04Speaker 1: but Henderson is the next lefl.
- 15:06Speaker 3: I mean he's he's a home run. Every time he touched,
- 15:08Speaker 3: he is like, what are we doing here?
- 15:10Speaker 1: I don't know, it's kind of crazy.
- 15:11Speaker 3: So I'm starting to Trayvon Henderson.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Yeah, obviously my start this week. Again, you're looking for
- 15:17Speaker 1: a little, like I said, lightning in the bottle type
- 15:20Speaker 1: of thing. If you're if you got an injury or
- 15:22Speaker 1: something like that. Here this is a guy. If you're
- 15:25Speaker 1: watching Steeler games, Kenneth Gainwall is a pretty decent running
- 15:29Speaker 1: back for you because you know you got Jalen Warren,
- 15:31Speaker 1: who's gonna do, you know, eat up some yards and
- 15:33Speaker 1: things like that. But they go to Kenneth Gamewall a lot,
- 15:36Speaker 1: especially ever your PPR, they throw the ball to a
- 15:38Speaker 1: lot and as soon as they get within the red zone,
- 15:41Speaker 1: it's all Kenneth Gainwall. I don't really know why, but
- 15:44Speaker 1: he scores a lot of touchdowns. So I'm looking at
- 15:46Speaker 1: him and I'm like this even this past week, and
- 15:48Speaker 1: I'm like, even if he didn't get in, he's getting opportunities.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And that's all I want is a fantasy guy this,
- 15:54Speaker 1: Please give it to my guy so they at least
- 15:56Speaker 1: have a chance to get in. So I like Kenneth
- 15:58Speaker 1: Gaingwall this week against the Lions. I don't the Steelers
- 16:00Speaker 1: is gonna win that game, but I think that Kenth
- 16:02Speaker 1: Gaingwell may have an opportunity to get a couple of touchdowns.
- 16:04Speaker 1: In Who's your sit?
- 16:06Speaker 3: My sit is a guy I picked up last second
- 16:08Speaker 3: and got some good points on him, but he was
- 16:09Speaker 3: playing the Giants, who are atrocious. He did fumble and
- 16:12Speaker 3: then get benched. So I'm talking about your Corey crossby Meryl. Yeah, Bill,
- 16:17Speaker 3: remember when he was the hot fantasy name that worked out.
- 16:19Speaker 3: They're playing the Eagles, that's going to be a beatdown.
- 16:21Speaker 3: I wouldn't start any Eagle. I would start any Commander's
- 16:24Speaker 3: running back.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Yeah, my sit again, another guy who is coming off
- 16:27Speaker 1: a huge week, just like your same thing with your
- 16:31Speaker 1: Trevor Lawrence Pick Travis Ettien Jr. Not my guy. This week.
- 16:35Speaker 1: You're taking on a completely different team here in the
- 16:38Speaker 1: Houston Texans. Texans are red hot. They have the number
- 16:42Speaker 1: one defense in football. So if you think at t
- 16:44Speaker 1: end is going to take you to the promised Land,
- 16:46Speaker 1: I just don't see it happening this week.
- 16:48Speaker 3: Not for me.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Wide receiver. Who's your start?
- 16:50Speaker 3: This is the guy you drafted in the first round,
- 16:52Speaker 3: not you, just in general, people drafted people.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Yeah, people.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Lamb drafted in the first round. He hasn't had fifty
- 17:00Speaker 3: yard receiving since November sixteenth. He's had one hundred yard
- 17:04Speaker 3: game once since October fifth. I'm talking about Justin Jefferson.
- 17:08Speaker 3: I guarantee, I write it down. Vince McMahon, Garran Damte,
- 17:14Speaker 3: Vince mcma've.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Heard your guarantees before. Darren Waller was tight end one.
- 17:19Speaker 1: What are we doing here?
- 17:21Speaker 3: Nick Man Garan Dante, he goes over one hundred and
- 17:24Speaker 3: has multiple touchdowns.
- 17:25Speaker 1: So JJ McCarthy and JJ Justin Jefferson, You're you're going
- 17:30Speaker 1: all in on the Vikings there.
- 17:31Speaker 3: It's Georgia Giants are that sad.
- 17:33Speaker 1: This feels personal, This feels personal.
- 17:36Speaker 3: They're just that bad.
- 17:37Speaker 1: You hate your team right now and you kind of
- 17:39Speaker 1: want them.
- 17:40Speaker 3: And also look at how well the Vikings have played
- 17:42Speaker 3: the last two weeks. I mean, they've completely turned it around.
- 17:47Speaker 1: My start this week is guy we were just talking
- 17:48Speaker 1: about earlier. I do like Mike Evans this week. I
- 17:51Speaker 1: think that Mike Evans is back. He looked great in
- 17:54Speaker 1: his first game back, and I'm like, okay, Mike Evans.
- 17:57Speaker 1: So Mike Evans against Carolina again. I'm kind of all
- 18:00Speaker 1: in on Tampa Bay this week. They got to figure
- 18:02Speaker 1: this out. They gotta win. So I like Mike Evans
- 18:04Speaker 1: this week. Who's your siit?
- 18:05Speaker 3: Michael Pittman Junior against the Niners, I don't. I think
- 18:08Speaker 3: it was fun watching fill up in that first game.
- 18:11Speaker 3: I was surprised the Niners defense did not play as
- 18:14Speaker 3: well as I thought they were gonna play well.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They let off the gas for the gas.
- 18:17Speaker 3: They dropped some touchdowns. But I think they'll turn it
- 18:19Speaker 3: around a little bit this week. I think Phillip's gonna
- 18:21Speaker 3: be in trouble.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, it is a fun, magical story seventeen
- 18:25Speaker 1: coming back. But yeah, I mean you watch him throw
- 18:28Speaker 1: He's literally shot putting balls. I mean it doesn't look good.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I know, so all those wide receivers, I don't know
- 18:34Speaker 1: if they're gonna do very well. My sit this week
- 18:37Speaker 1: is a guy who finally found the end zone. If
- 18:40Speaker 1: you're an owner of Zay Flowers, you're always wondering why
- 18:43Speaker 1: doesn't this guy score touchdowns? Well, he finally got in
- 18:45Speaker 1: the end zone last week. I don't think it's gonna
- 18:47Speaker 1: go as well. By the way, he only had three catches.
- 18:50Speaker 1: He did get in the end zone, but it's not
- 18:51Speaker 1: like he's going He's not like he's bawling out. I
- 18:53Speaker 1: don't know what's going on with the Ravens offense. They
- 18:55Speaker 1: just don't look the same. So I don't like Zay
- 18:57Speaker 1: Flowers this week against New England tight end and who's
- 19:00Speaker 1: your start?
- 19:00Speaker 3: This guy come on really well. He had two touchdowns
- 19:03Speaker 3: last week. Dalton Schultz first the Raiders. Raiders are terrible.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Dalton Schultz will find the end zone again.
- 19:09Speaker 1: That could be my start this week is a guy
- 19:11Speaker 1: that is starting to have that rapport with Caleb Williams.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I like the rookie Colston Loveland this week against Green
- 19:17Speaker 1: Bay the Bears. At one point, where are we gonna
- 19:21Speaker 1: give them their flowers? They're legit. I know they you know,
- 19:25Speaker 1: you're still like kind of they feel a lot like
- 19:27Speaker 1: the Commanders did last year, where you weren't really sure,
- 19:31Speaker 1: you weren't really sold on them, and they ended up
- 19:32Speaker 1: in the NFC Championship game. You're like, okay, And so
- 19:35Speaker 1: I kind of feel like the Bears are that team
- 19:37Speaker 1: where you're not really sure are they that good? They
- 19:39Speaker 1: kind of are. And Kayleb Williams is playing really good
- 19:41Speaker 1: football right now, and so Colston Loveland, I know he
- 19:43Speaker 1: found the end zone, so I think he's gonna have
- 19:45Speaker 1: another good game. I like him this week. Who's your sit?
- 19:47Speaker 3: My sit? Dalton Kinkaid at the Browns. Really, I don't
- 19:51Speaker 3: think the Browns win the game. I'm not crazy, no chance,
- 19:54Speaker 3: But I think they give them a tougher matchup that
- 19:57Speaker 3: people think now. I don't think they're gonna blown out.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Josh Allen's are a little bit against tough defenses. This year.
- 20:01Speaker 3: Their offense has basically become do whatever you want, Josh,
- 20:04Speaker 3: run around like a psycho and maybe hand the ball
- 20:07Speaker 3: off the James. Kind of works and it works in
- 20:08Speaker 3: the regular season, but then when they get to the playoffs,
- 20:11Speaker 3: they play these tougher defenses and it doesn't work. So
- 20:13Speaker 3: I think against the Browns it'll be closer than people
- 20:15Speaker 3: think until the end.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I pray that Josh Allen has a good game because
- 20:19Speaker 1: my season will right on it. So hopefully he will
- 20:22Speaker 1: my sit this week again. I was talking about it earlier.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's a guy I found the end zone a couple
- 20:26Speaker 1: of times. He has definitely become a target for Matthew Stafford.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I just think this is going to be a completely
- 20:31Speaker 1: different game on Thursday night. Kobe Parkinson's my sit. He
- 20:35Speaker 1: could have a good game. I don't know. Rams are
- 20:39Speaker 1: the best team in football probably, and so you look
- 20:42Speaker 1: at them and that offense is kind of crazy. You know.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Matthew Stafford may be the MVP, but I can't even
- 20:48Speaker 1: if DeVante Adams doesn't play, I think it might be
- 20:50Speaker 1: a big Pooka game. I think it might be a
- 20:52Speaker 1: big Kim Williams game. I just don't foresee part Kobe
- 20:55Speaker 1: Parkinson having a big game again. He could, but I
- 20:57Speaker 1: just I don't know. I don't see it happening. So there.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Hopefully you remain in the playoffs. This is our last
- 21:04Speaker 1: fantasy show of the year. We will be back for
- 21:06Speaker 1: the end of the season to tell you what ends
- 21:10Speaker 1: up happening in our playoff matchups and things like that.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Hopefully you will go out there and win a championship,
- 21:15Speaker 1: though
